Le confort du grand lit (très spacieux) , l’appartement était joli aussi et spacieux et la gentillesse du personnel, serviable et aimable malgré le reste.
Cons: Nous pensions finir notre séjour au Maroc à Agadir sur une belle note avec cet hôtel “plus haut de gamme” que nos précédents hébergements… mais ça a finalement été notre plus mauvaise expérience du voyage. Après 10 jours à découvrir des endroits authentiques, parfois reculés, mais toujours chaleureux et bien tenus tout le long de notre séjour à longer la côtes du Maroc, cet hôtel — pourtant joli s’est révélé décevant sur presque tous les points. -L’eau de la piscine était sale. -Le wifi ne fonctionnait quasiment jamais, sauf si on descendait au rez-de-chaussée. - Avec mon mari on est restés enfermés dans la salle de bain : la porte (non verrouillée) ne s’ouvrait plus de l’intérieur. Heureusement que nos enfants étaient dans le salon, sinon nous serions restés bloqués. -Attente de 45 minutes pour récupérer la chambre, le ménage était en cours … l’entrée se fait à 15h… nous sommes rentrés dans la chambre à 15h45 nous étions là depuis 14h30 ! Pour au final avoir une autre chambre que celle qui était réservée (vue sur les travaux au lieu de la mer). -L’équipement du logement est vétuste : plaque électrique défectueuse, frigo qui refroidit pas bien. Une seule prise pour , un Miro onde , une cafetière, une bouilloire et une plaque électrique ! -les cautions aberrantes : 310 dirhams (30€) pour un simple verre cassé ! Et je vous passe les autres choses ! Bref, l’hôtel est beau de façade, mais il date, n’est pas à la page en réseau wifi, et ne justifie absolument pas son prix. On a séjourné dans des riads et des maisons d’hôtes beaucoup plus agréables pour bien moins cher. Je laisse tout de même 2 étoiles pour la literie confortable et la gentillesse du personnel, mais l’Intouriste Hôtel & Suites n’a rien de transcendant.

Przedłużałam pobyt będąc na zorganizowanej wycieczce ze względu na późny wylot.. Wygodny, czysty pokój z widokiem na ocean. Nad ocean 15 minut spacerem.
Cons: Pracownica w recepcji niestety nie mówiła po angielsku co utrudniło płynną i szybką zmianę pokoju. Na szczęście po godzinie pojawił się inny pracownik, z którym wszystko załatwiliśmy w 3 minuty.

Cons: Beaucoup de bruits même après minuit dans les couloirs : pas bien insonorisé. Wifi qui marche une fois sur deux - bac de douche sale pas de rideau dans la cuisine. Pas de table pour manger, un seul tabouret alors que nous étions 2 frigo qui fait du bruits - flaque d’eau sur le balcon à cause de la Clim. Pas de sèche cheveux alors que c’était indiqué. Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal zum Erkunden von Agadir und Strand. Das Hotel und das Zimmer waren sauber und das Personal ist sehr freundlich.
Cons: Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Das mal kein warmes Wasser zum Duschen kommt, kann man bei den Außentemperaturen verschmerzen. Unverständlich sind jedoch die total abgewetzten Teppichvorleger im Bad vor Dusche und WC. Das Zimmer war extrem hellhörig. Nachts war es sehr laut auf dem Flur und durch die Zimmertür gab es kaum Schallschutz.

Cons: Poor service, room lights are so dim, no WiFi signals in the room and apparently there was just a single iron in the hotel and we managed to get hold off it after 3 hours and unlimited phone calls to the reception. Finally when it arrived it was in embarrassing state and there was no iron board to iron clothes on.

Pobyt v Appart'Hotel Intouriste bol naozaj príjemný. Hotel má výbornú polohu, 10 minút chôdze od pláže a zároveň v pokojnej štvrti Agadiru, čo poskytuje ideálnu kombináciu relaxu a dostupnosti. Izby boli priestranné, čisté a veľmi pohodlné, s balkónom a výhľadom, ktorý ma ráno vždy potešil. Kuchynský kút v apartmáne bol praktický najmä pri dlhšom pobyte. Bazén s ležadlami a slnečníkmi, s možnosťou občerstviť sa v bare. Personál bol mimoriadne milý, profesionálny a vždy ochotný pomôcť, či už išlo o odporúčania na výlety, reštaurácie, alebo akékoľvek požiadavky počas pobytu. Dobrý pomer ceny a kvality, výborné služby a útulné prostredie robia z tohto miesta výbornú voľbu pre každého, kto chce spoznať Agadir a zároveň si dopriať pohodlný oddych. Určite by som sa sem rád vrátil.

Gréât location. Lovely pool, most of the staff were super nice and helpful. Mina on reception was so kind. Loved my studio room with a massive bed! And the pool is perfect as gets the sun all day and is clean and relaxed!

Bargain Very cheap Verg basic but does the job perfectly. We had an amazing stay at the Intouriste Hotel in Agadir! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, offering a perfect place to relax after a day of exploring the city. The hotel’s location is fantastic – it’s close to the beach and the local markets, making it very convenient for sightseeing. We also enjoyed the hotel’s amenities, including the beautiful pool area. The breakfast was a let down/poor Very cheap and would recommend the Intouriste Hotel to anyone visiting Agadir. We’ll be back for sure!

Booked apartment for 5 people and on arrival we only had bedding for 3 and towels for 2 people. Had to be very instant in order to receive rest of bedding and 5 towels in total. Expectation was that 2 big towels and 3 face towels should suffice 5 people.

The pool area was clean and private. The studio room was large and clean. the lounge area downstairs was incredible. The WiFi was good everywhere... Needed to change WiFi with area but not a hardship. 15mins walk to the beach or the big supermarket so ideal for me to stretch my legs. The shower is lovely and big. I was in room 407 which was situated across the road from the view between two large buildings so I could see mountains on the horizon
Cons: It didn't bother me but might help others prepare: the sockets in the kitchen didn't work (I just moved the kettle and electric hob to the bedroom to use). The fridge was noisy, just white noise and was off when I arrived. The toilet started running permanently on the last night (I just closed the bathroom door).

It was a nice hotel, and I had an exceptionally good suite, I don't think they were all of the same standard, though. The staff were very helpful (apart from the wi-fi issue) The pool was nice and clean.
Cons: The wi-fi drove me totally insane it was on off on off all the time. Every time I complained, I was told someone would come to my room to fix it....no.one ever did! The hotel was quite a long way from most facilities, eg, beach, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and cash dispensers. All of which sounded an awful lot nearer in the hotels description. I had to hire a bicycle to get around to make the most of my stay.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. Our room was always tidy and comfortabe. The location was about 10 min walk from Agadir Bay where there were good restaurants and a few bars and cafes.
Cons: We paid extra for a Superior room with a sea view. This wasn't what we were given. We ended up with a small studio, as it was booked out for NYE. This was disappointing as we specifically requested this. There are also no hair dryers in the rooms, they have 1 x you can borrow from reception. The pool bar area was closed and there were no coffee or drinks available in the hotel which would have been nice. The hotel is at the quiet end of Agadir beach so you need to walk 40 mins or taxi to get to the centre and the main attractions.

Cons: Saapuessamme WC:stä puuttui paperi. Saimme sen kyllä heti kun huomautimme asiasta. Kerran siivouksen jälkeen pyyhkeet oli vaan heitetty sohvalle eikä viikattu siististi pinoon. Aamupala oli melko suppea.

Cons: Stod på nettet at dette skulle være en leilighet, men vi fikk kun et vanlig hotellrom. Badet var veldig slitt og dusjen var skitten. I tillegg var det mange gule flekker på lakenet. Det var ingen dyne, men et stort rødt teppe som jeg mistenker ikke blir vasket mellom hver gjest.

juste l'emplacement comme c'est plus proche du chantier où je travaille
Cons: Je n'avais pas d'eau chaude depuis la nuit du 8 octobre, jai réclamé le lendemain matin à 8h et je n'ai pas eu l'eau chaude, j'ai dû attendre jusqu'a 11h du matin sans résultat. J'ai demandé le remboursement de ma nuité mais en vain. A cause de ce contre temps j'ai raté mon rdv et j'ai pasq pris de douche depuis dimanche, sachant que je travaille dans un chantier et vous n'êtes pas sans savoir la quantité de poussière dans la chantier de construction. Ceci dit, je vous demande de me rembourser la nuit du 8 octobre.

The room, property and location were all tops. Beyond this the staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and no stress. The front desk staff and person helping with luggage were excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel and stay here again.

Cons: Dans le descriptif il était mentionné du wifi ainsi que du parking. L’internet était instable et pas utilisable, il y’avait un parking dans la rue mais le portier donnait l’accès à qui il voulait et faisait sa propre lois à ce sujet. Les équipements très basiques, des lits peu confortables. Plus de promesses que de services. Nous étions déçus et nous recommandons en aucun cas cet hôtel.

Hôtel spacieux. Personnel très gentilles . Climatisation sans froid , pas de serviettes de toilettes, décevant de toujours demander. Vu sur plage inexistant. Bref . Séjour bien , heureusement que la plage et les souks était bien aux rendez-vous

Au niveau rapport qualité prix il n’y a rien à dire si vous voulez dépanner 1 nuit ou deux sans problème pour ma part j’ai réglé 65 euros pour 2 nuits sans petit déjeuner à ce prix là vous ne pouvez pas tout avoir. La situation géographique est au top 👌🏼surtout dans ce secteur d’Agadir Bay. Niveau propreté il n’y a rien à reprocher. Le personnel est très professionnel arrangeant et de très bons conseils. Même si il n’y a pas de bar dans l’hôtel vous pouvez cependant apporter quelque chose de l’extérieur. Le Check in est à 15h et le Check out est à midi c’est un plus car dans d’autres hôtels dans les alentours par exemple au Dominium le check out est à 11h.
Cons: Pour un plus long séjour ça ne serait pas envisageable car la wifi ne fonctionne pas dans les chambres donc je ne pouvais pas travailler depuis ma chambre, il n’y a pas de sèche cheveux la proximité de la chambre avec le salon et la réception n’est pas bonne car nous entendons tout ce qui ce passe. C’est dommage qu’il n’y est pas de bar pour pouvoir prendre un verre au bord de la piscine.

The reception and security staff Latif Imad and Aziz were lovely and were very helpful. The reception area was nice but no bar and enterment was missed
Cons: No bar or shop. A restaurant next door was the only place you could get a drink. The beds were not changed in the 7 nights we were there and other guests said the same. The towels were very dirty and old. We got a dirty towel with pink lip stick on it the morning after we arrived and got the same towel the day before we left. The bathroom was never cleaned and the sink was exceptionally dirty. We cleaned it ourselves. Household staff didn’t like it when you asked for an extra towel. Two hand towels and two small bath towels for two people was just not enough.

I liked the location, 10 mins from beach and 5 minutes from supermarkets. Room was massive and was like an apartment really as it included a kitchen. Mega size bed. Balcony. Everything i needed and great location. Hot water for whenever i wanted a shower.Great value for money, £169 for 7 nights. Hotel was in a quiet area too, away from busy area. Ehmad (?) on reception was a very likeable fellow and very helpful. A big, spacious hotel. Swimming pool surrounded with many loungers and seats.

I liked that it was near the Beach and a few shops were about 10 minutes away from the location. The check-in was fast and the staff was friendly.
Cons: Sadly i had no hot water in the mornings. In the evening it was working but the cold showers were not my favorite. Also the bed sheets could use a makeover they had some dirt-spots.

Cons: A mon arrivée il m’a débité plus . il m’a voilé quelques euros je lui es dit il s’est énervé et dit on paie la machine CB. aucune wifi dans dans la chambre c’est un gros problème. a notre arrivée les deux lits sales la dame est venu tout changer les oreillers plein de baves. les gens de la réception pas sympa ils sont stressés pas de bureau de change ils n’ont pas d’argent.

The apartment we stayed in was beautiful and spacious. Very clean. Everything was fine, however, we had rented the room for my son's 10th birthday, spent the day at the beach with family, and then planned to cook in the room and have cake before everyone went home for the night. Unfortunately, hotel staff wouldn't let my sister and her husband come up to the room. My son was extremely disappointed, but ok. Other complaints, the pool was supposedly only open from 9 till 6.....never seen a pool close so early. Pool was dirty anyhow. And finally, although the apartment had dishes and cookware there was no dish soap, no garbage can for kitchen, and no sponge to wash dishes with. I was told by the front desk that this is normal and I should've brought my own. I mean, I guess but never would have thought that.

I was with my sister 2 babies my brother in law renting apartment suite and manager didn't want let him to sleep in another room , foraging us to rent new unit for him because we do not have marriage certificate and I spent new 60 euro , all another staff are excellent

The hotel is located outside of the city next to a large number of unfinished construction sites. There is nothing to do near the hotel and the beach is a long walk away.

Bcp de bruit lié aux chantiers environnants. L'hotel est trop loin du centre touristique d'Agadir et de la plage. Le studio était spatieux. Notre demande d'être au dernier étage avec terrasse, vue mer et piscine a été parfaitement honorée (studio 503 pour info). La literie est très confortable. Il y a un coffre-fort que vous pouvez louer pour 20drh/jour (env 1,80€) Par contre, l'architecture de l'hotel avec un grand patio central le rend extrêmement bruyant. Dès le matin, le personnel s'apostrophe dans les couloirs et le bruit monte partout en s'amplifiant. Attention au taux de change affiché qui n'est pas respecté. Mieux vaut changer votre argent dans l'une des nombreuses agences du centre. Petite piscine qui doit vite être pleine en periode haute. Le petit déjeuner est très moyen. Prenez logement seul et allez déjeuner au bar du Founty à 200m environ. Ce bar reste ouvert la nuit et fournit une solution de repas même si vous arrivez très tard la nuit. Des taxis passent régulièrement près de l'hotel et vous emmenent en ville pour moins d'1€. Le seul hypermarché d'Agadir, le Marjane est à proximité, n'hésitez pas.

There were mostly local Arab people living in the hotel. The hotel wanted money for everything in the hotel, even the fitness room, where the only thing that wasn't broken was a exercise bike. The hotel description on the Internet was not true, I asked for a hairdryer but they did not have it. I asked for a stove or a micro because I paid for a studio with a kitchen. I got a kitchenette I. E. two stove plates and everytime I tried to connect it, the fuse blew. The fluoresent lamp in the living room were constantly blinking and when I asked them to fix it, but they just took it away. The same had happened in the bed room, so there were no light in the ceiling. The Wi-Fi in the wi fi area close to the reception was barely working and the indoor pool costed money to use, the same with the sauna. They had a transport service to and from the beach that costed money, of course. The thing was, that they did not come and get you at the promised time or at all. I know it sounds negative, but it was a bad hotel. Well, something good as well. The pool area was clean and working. There were constantly around 15-20 local kids there, so it was quite noisy. The maid came everyday and did a good job. There was a Hyper market (Marjane) around 20 min away with fresh food to reasonable prices. There were a little shop at the hotel as well, but the prices were around 400% more expensive.
