I came for a Monday- Friday Female Professional Speakers retreat. Then my husband joined me on Saturday. Our daughter-in-law booked us here. She is a gem and knows how to find the best places. This has been top class which says a lot as I am an international speaker and a trainer of Group Analysis. I liked the room, the dining room, the gardens (if I wasn't married for 34 years I would come here. I am now considering getting divorced so that we can remarry here. Renewing our vows might be the second best option. I peeped into the training room and it's top class too. All the staff were respectful, interested, helpful, efficient etc.

Cons: My daughter - in -law booked us one night in the tent but we are not tent people. We have never gone camping. There is nothing to improve and I think campers would say it's top class. The spa is being renovated so we missed that and I was looking forward to that especially afterb5 days of intense training. This is the only reason I gave a 9. Maybe advertise that the spa is out of action, yes it might not attract those who haven't been here but not those who have.

Cons: Les horaires des navettes pourraient être améliorés il y en a très peu, mais cest déjà bien d'en avoir. Un taxi peut vous emmener a marrakech mais ce n'est pas donné.

Je n’aurais même pas assez d’espace pour décrire à quel point ce lieu est exceptionnel : le domaine magnifique, l’accueil chaleureux, le service digne d’un palace et surtout la gentillesse extraordinaire de toute l’équipe. Venue seule pour un week-end, j’ai été traitée comme une véritable princesse — jusqu’à la coiffeuse venue dans ma suite ! L’odeur envoûtante de la fleur d’oranger, la musique douce et traditionnelle… tout m’a fait voyager encore plus loin. Je reviendrai sans hésiter lors de mon prochain séjour à Marrakech. Merci à tous, je n’oublierai jamais cette expérience.

Bel espace piscine et parc, petit déjeuner incroyable (gourmand et généreux) sur la terrasse. L’hôtel est en dehors de l’agitation de Marrakech mais facile d’accès en taxi. L’hôtel propose aussi une navette et ce service fonctionne très bien.

Cons: Malheureusement le spa était en rénovation et nous n’avions pas été prévenus, c’est pas de chance! L’aménagement extérieur (mobilier et végétation) devant la chambre était plutôt « basique », pas en adéquation avec le reste de l’hôtel.

The breakfast is generous, varied and well served. The pool area is very relaxed with calm music and atmosphere, the rooms are large, clean and well air conditioned, the decoration throughout the property is clean and cohesive.

Cons: The attitude of the male front of house staff was disappointing from check in onwards. We felt dismissed and unwelcome when we arrived and had questions about the spa and the possibility of paying for an additional room. We were given our room information in French, even though we clearly didn’t speak French. We have stayed a number of times (separately and as friends) and had booked a twin room. It was confirmed before arrival but our room was made up with a double bed. When we explained that this has happened before (a double being given when a twin room was clearly requested and confirmed) and that we would like to discuss having an additional room, we felt as though we were haggled with by the male hotel manager ‘you only booked one room so of course I cannot give you two!’ We were then ‘upgraded’ due to the mistake to a room that was exactly the same as the one we had been given, but the beds were 10cms apart. The experience was unpleasant.

The property is truly amazing! We had such an enjoyable stay here. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and exceptionally clean. The pools and outdoor areas are very well maintained, offering a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere where you can truly unwind. The gardens are stunning—every detail is cared for, from blooming flowers to little birdhouses. You can even spot olive, fig, and date trees, which makes the whole setting feel so special. There are plenty of activities, including tennis, and the staff is generally very friendly and welcoming. The food at the pool was excellent—fresh and delicious. We weren’t as impressed with the main restaurant, but the quality was still good overall. All in all, we would return here a 10000 times over—it’s a fantastic hotel that combines beauty, comfort, and relaxation in the best way.

Cons: The only downside was our experience with one lady at reception (brown hair, glasses), who wasn’t very welcoming and even raised her voice at colleagues, which felt unprofessional. Apart from that, the service was wonderful.

Personel was outstanding, as we had a late flight they let us stay a bit longer in the room and allowed to use the pool, restaurant, etc. Free of charge. The hotel area was nice and green, really liked the pool with hot water and the SPA. The room was spacious, with nice terrace, comfortable bed.

Cons: Overall I don’t think it is really 5* hotel as the standards are rather more like in 4*. But it doesn’t change the fact it is a really nice place. The only bad experience was when we found a cocroach in the toilet but the personel helped to get rid of it. I would suggest as well to make more various breakfast as actually every day they have served the same things.

We booked our stay for seven nights and, just before arriving, also recommended this hotel to our friends from Holland, who stayed here two weeks before us. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed, and we immediately liked the property. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the location was great, with our taxi driver available daily. The service during breakfast, lunch, and dinner was excellent, and we truly appreciated how hard everyone worked, especially during Ramadan. During our last dinner, there was a small incident, but it was quickly resolved with great care, which we really appreciated. As frequent travelers who value comfort, luxury, good service, hospitality, and great food, we’d like to share a few suggestions for improvement. The fitness area photos on Booking.com show a weight machine, but in reality, the gym only had cardio equipment. Additionally, some of the cardio machines made excessive noise, making them unusable. The quality of lunch by the pool was disappointing and overpriced, which was surprising since the food at your other restaurant was excellent and more affordable. We highly recommend focusing more on the lunch restaurant, especially since there are no alternatives nearby. Breakfast was exactly the same every morning, with no variety. Offering more options would enhance the experience for guests staying multiple days. When we requested a few Moroccan cookies, we were told they weren’t for sale but would be provided. However, we were later charged 90 dirhams without prior notice. Small details like this can impact the guest experience, especially in a location with limited dining options. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Whether we return or recommend the hotel will depend on improvements in these areas. The room was absolutely huge and really well decorated. The pools were large and the heated pool was a big bonus in February. The staff were fantastic. The breakfast was the best we have had anywhere on our travels.

Cons: Somebody's child had a toilet accident in the heated pool and when we alerted the pool maintenance engineer and then reception nothing was done to clean the faeces from the pool. Guests were left to swim in it. When we have had a similar incident in Lanzarote the pool was immediately closed and the pool was cleaned and disinfected for 24 hours (i.e. how it should be done).

This is our 2nd visit to the hotel and we absolutely love it! Beautiful setting, only 30 odd rooms so not too crowded. The breakfast is great, all freshly cooked and you can sit outside in the beautiful garden. The staff are fantastic, such great service and lovely people. Hotel is beautiful, decoration is spot on. A lot of outside areas for sitting. Both pools are very nice and the food from the restaurant and bar is good. The staff from the restaurant and bar was amazing!

Cons: If you are looking for a 5 star experience look somewhere else. A week before our stay I’ve received a message from the Hotel through the Booking chatbox asking to confirm my card details otherwise my booking will be cancelled, it was a scam and my card was charged. I’ve immediately contacted my bank, Booking and the Hotel reporting the scam. Despite the message coming directly from the Hotel they took zero responsibility from it and expected me to trust all their other messagesthat came from the same chatbox. In a situation like this, from a 5 start hotel, I would expect some accountability as obviously Booking takes zero responsibility from the content of the messages exchanged with the Hotel. At this point it makes me think that it was either a scam or someone from the hotel trying to get our money. On top of this there were heavy construction works in the rooms either side of our room which meant we had noise throughout the day, they knew well in advance we had a baby with less than 1 year old, so it will obviously be an inconvenience, they still assigned us that specific room and didn't offer for us to change. Other thing worth to note, when we arrived our room was full of giant ants and some of the power sockets didn’t work, the bathroom had hairs in some of the towels, there were some spiderwebs too and the internet was on and off most of the afternoons. I don't think this is acceptable for a 5 star Hotel.

We stayed here for a couple of nights after climbing Toubkal. The hotel itself is beautiful and well-kept. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed all of our meals at the hotel. We thought that the staff were friendly and provided excellent service (subject to the comment below).

Cons: Often the reception staff were not at the front desk but were sitting in a backroom together - unclear what they were doing. We got a deep tissue massage and thought it was not bad - definitely room for improvement though.

Very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was amazing with great selections. Food was fantastically presented. Free shuttle offered at various times into Marrakesh centre. Great option having both the heated and non-heated pools. Great place for a relaxing few nights. Staff were so friendly and accommodating.

Cons: There is a resident cat that is allowed to wonder at its own leisure. Wasn’t the most pleasing when he’d jump in under your table at dinner time and roam in and out of your legs. Not an issue if you don’t mind cats.

Domaine des Remparts is a beautiful place with lovely landscaped grounds. The pool is large and very clean. We stayed in the 'Tent' which was charming for the one night we pent there. Breakfast was the best we have ever had anywhere.

Cons: I did have a green salad for lunch at the pool bar. It was just soggy lettuce and 2 tomatoes. Most disappointing! Noisy children in the pool!

The hotel felt very intimate yet there was enough privacy for all the guests. The staff were very lovely and the food was good. It was great to have a free shuttle to town. The spa was fantastic and I highly recommend the hammam treatment which was superb.

Cons: A little more information about all the possible excursions should be available in the rooms with a price guide. Perhaps also a list of recommended restaurants ….

This hotel is wonderful. The pool and surrounding garden is so beautiful and tranquil to relax in. The staff were incredibly helpful and service was excellent but not at all overbearing. Breakfast was such a treat every morning. The food at the pool side grill was really good too. Rooms very spacious and comfortable and the hotel is very stylish. Location was perfect to relax in but also easily accessible to town on free shuttle bus (and easy to get a taxi back if returning later at night). Very excited to book another stay here in future!

Cons: Free shuttle bus is small (6 seater) so we did have one evening the 4 of us couldn’t travel at the exact time we wanted as spaces were already taken. Also it doesn’t return to hotel late in the evening so had to get taxis back after dinner. But this is really stretching to find a negative in the whole experience!

The staff at the hotel were exceptional. Very attentive and friendly. The room was beautiful with its own private terrace. The food in the restaurants both at Lunchtime and dinner were amazing. The breakfast selection was plentiful, very tasty, fresh, and definitely homemade. The location was tranquil. Sounds of birds and one felt a connection with nature. The grounds were filled with flowers and plants and smelled great. There was also a very friendly hotel cat! 🙂

Cons: My only criticism is that at times, it was hit or miss getting the room telephone service answered on your first try, but this is not a deal breaker as once you got through the service was exceptional.

Cons: The staff was always in a hurry, running around in the restaurant (not at the pool). When you're dining it feels a bit stressed. Biggest downside: The staff made a mistake with our reservation in the restaurant and thus we were asked to move to another table. Not a problem but felt like we were less important. Not a great feeling. Lastly, there was a ticket booked on our room that was clearly not ours. Different room number and signature- so make sure to check carefully during check-out.

This is a little sanctuary in Marrakesh. The cozy resort and SPA is a gem hidden in the beautiful city of Marrakesh. The new management literally made miracles turning this place into a heaven for travelers looking for a unique experience in Morocco. The design, ambient, facilities and above all the Team running this place are above and beyond. My family and kids made a great memories in this place and will be always in our memories for the first visit to Morocco. We booking the two bedroom villa, and it was perfectly designed. Cleaning and refreshing the villa was on daily basis and with high quality. Any maintenance request was answered immediately. The compact design of the resort brought a family and friendly spirit to each corner of it. From the pool side to the SPA and the lobby and beautiful gardens surrounding the place. The staff was incredible. Shaima, at the reception who welcomed us on arrival was helpful, kind and above all friendly with beautiful smile and personality. This is something we continued to see along our stay from every member of the staff. Mohamed, Said and the Chef made this trip a great experience. Thank you Domain team .

Great resort with beautiful gardens and pool area. A oasis outside of Marrakesh, but easy to get to town and back. The staff were so welcoming, friendly and attentive. Wr had the feeling nothing was too much. We also tried the restaurant and ate at the property 3 times. The portions are huge and delicious. Overall we can only highly recommend a stay here. Thank you for such a relaxing time and the amazing hospitality.

Everything was incredible at this fantastic little find. Really did not what to expect but from the moment we came, we were greeted by an incredibly warm welcome, followed by some complimentary Moroccon tea and home made biscuits (which were so nice!). Our room - WOW. It had a fireplace, beautifully decorated - everything was just so lovely. Breakfast was incredible every single day, so much food and it was super tasty. One of the nights we came back a little late and Oualid kindly came and lit our fire for us - really appreciated that, thank you! Also recommend the hammam and spa - it was a great experience.

Cons: Nothing at all! Everything was just so good and honestly, I always look out for things to comment on.

We loved our 5 days (30 Dec.- 4 Jan)! We are lucky to travel often with our family and compare. The hotel is very beautiful , not too big and provides a personalised service. The staff was ultra friendly and attentive. They try to make each of their guests feel as Kings and this was more than successful as far as we were concerned. On New Year's Eve, there was a DJ, and 2 local bands. Wonderful ambiance in a very family atmosphere. By the way, the charismatic owner and his family were also there. It was now our fourth time in Marrakesh in the last 3 years and next time we will certainly book again!

The staff are out of this world. Super friendly and helpful. The resort is extremely clean and well taken care of. The rooms are huge and very comfortable. The spa is amazing. Between us we had at least 18 hours of treatments and all were fabulous. There are two pools onsite, one heated to 28 degrees. The rooms have a fireplace which came in handy for our stay in November. The breakfast was delicious, orange juice, tea/coffee, croissants, Moroccan pancakes, yogurt and homemade granola, eggs. We had a wonderful stay.

Everything! It is a haven of peace after the hustle and bustle of the Medina. The staff are all friendly, polite, and on hand at all times to help/chat. The breakfast is amazing. No buffet; table service, in the garden, which is so relaxing. The room is magnificent, with its own little piece of private garden, and only a couple of steps to the beautiful pools, one of which is heated. We ate dinner in the restaurant a couple of times, which is also first-class.

Cons: I only have one small complaint: the quilt/duvet on the bed needs to be better quality as it was like a ton weight. Also the pillows are hard due to the filling. Renew/revise these two things and everything will be perfect!

Before going there I was worried due to several negative reviews - I cannot second any of them... We immediately recommended it to several of our friends.

The hotel is beautifully styled and the suites are very comfortable. We liked that the hotel was located outside of the busy centre as it provided a tranquil place to relax. The pools were lovely and always had clean towels out ready. The breakfast was amazing with full table service each morning - there was something for everyone. The free shuttle bus came in very handy but there were only 3 trips a day and so if you wanted to go into the centre for dinner, you would have to arrange a taxi home.

Cons: There was one woman on the reception that spoke excellent English and was extremely helpful. However, we had some issues communicating with the other staff members as they mainly spoke Arabic/French. This led to a few uncomfortable situations when arranging taxis and excursions. We booked an excursion to the Atlas Mountains via one of the concierges which was not well organised.

Cons: The food wasn’t the best, specifically if you have allergies or sensitivities. I did get a gluten-free bread but it was always served by saying “this is the gluten”, so it makes you insecure a bit. The breakfast is served to the table which I personally dislike, and it was all sweat, nothing savory.

The staff was simply amazing! They went to extreme lengths to satisfy all our wishes. We were very well received by a nice and friendly lady at the reception. The barman and the guys at the pool were always bringing us fresh towels when we neeeded them, and were always helping us moving the sun shade around so we would stay in the sun, as that was our wish. The restaurant was very nice with a good selection of well cooked meat and fish dishes. My friend got ill and they called a doctor to the hotel at 2 AM and they even went to the pharmacy for us and brought us the medication when we were having our breakfast. The spa experince was great. The ladies there gave me 4 massages during our 10 day stay and I was really relaxed. I even did Morrocan Hamman in the last day: very, very good! I will stay there again for sure.

Das Hotel besteht aus ebenerdigen, sehr großzügig angelegten Doppelbungalows. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet: Badwanne und Dusche, Doppelwaschbecken, schöne Sitzgruppe vor einem offenen Kamin. Ein eigener, durch Hecken getrennter Vorgarten lädt auch zum Erholen im Freien ein. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und wirklich bemüht. Eine Bitte an die Hotelverantwortlichen: erhalten Sie den recht guten Zustand (Wege, Beleuchtung), es wäre schade, wenn diese Ruheoase durch fehlende Wartung verloren ginge (wie es leider bei einigen anderen Hotels nicht nur rund um Marrakesch schon geschehen ist).

A beautiful quiet spot with good facilities and the staff were very helpful and efficient. The garden suites were spacious, well-appointed and very clean. We were there for a week and did part sight-seeing and part relaxing by the hotel pool, using the spa twice for different massages, which was excellent. Expect to pay European prices for food, drink and car transfers.

Le Domaine des Remparts est un bel établissement, bien tenu, avec un personnel agréable, souriant, disponible et sympathique. Attention il est excentré par rapport au centre ville de Marrakech, j'entends par centre-ville la fameuse Place, les restaurants, les bars, les boîtes... Mais a moins de voyager idiot vous le savez bien avant de vous y rendre ! C'est véritable havre de paix et de repos à 15-20 minutes du centre en voiture (100 dirhams en taxi pas plus pour vous y rendre sinon vous vous faites avoir !) Donc pas de mauvaise surprise si vous voulez sortir de l'hôtel soit vous prenez un taxi soit l'hôtel vous propose des navettes privatives pour rendre dans le centre. Les chambres sont spacieuses avec une petite terrasse privatise qui évite le vis à vis. Salle de bain alliant le moderne à l'ancien agréable et propre. WC séparé. La lit n'est pas king size et la texture des draps et taies d'oreillers assez curieuse mais propre. Belle piscine. Les deux restaurants sont bons mais j'ai trouvé un peu cher pour le contenu et la qualité des assiettes de même que pour le spa.

Hôtel propre. Belle piscine. Beau jardin. Le personnel est disponible et sympathique et prêt à rendre service. Mais: prix élévés pour le service rendu; le pain n'était pas frais. Il s'agissait de pain décongelé puisqu'il arrivait un peu chaud et devenait très dure et non mangeable. Le fromage était pas frais également. Le jambon HAHAL pas de très bonne qualité. Un tajine a été servi avec pratiquement pas de viande mais on m'a offert le tajine le lendemain. Notamment le prix de la navette hôtel/aéroport est de 300 dirahm soir 30 euros alors que pour 10 euros on peut y aller.
