Nous avons séjourné à l’Ibis Casa Maarouf la nuit du 15 au 16 juillet 2025. Nous sommes des voyageurs réguliers avec des centaines de nuits d’hôtel depuis 25 ans, clients Accor et Gold chez Hotels.com. Ce séjour, notre 32e nuitée de l’année, a été la pire expérience de notre vie. Arrivée épuisés à 1h30 du matin après un long trajet depuis l’Espagne, nous découvrons immédiatement : Une fuite d’eau importante sous le lavabo, obligeant à se laver les dents... dans la douche. Une chambre réservée avec deux lits simples, dont l’un était littéralement brisée. À 3h du matin, le lit de mon mari s’écroule brutalement. Fracas, panique : les lattes du sommier s’étaient complètement disloquées. Il les remet tant bien que mal. À deux reprises supplémentaires, le lit cède encore. À 6h30, après une nuit blanche rythmée de stress, nous quittons l’hôtel, exténués. À la lumière du jour, nous constatons : 5 lattes manquantes Les autres, détachées et brinquebalantes Fuite du siphon non signalée, que le ménage aurait dû repérer immédiatement Nous avons montré les photos à la réception. Leur réponse : "Des choses qui arrivent" "Vous auriez dû venir demander à changer de chambre à 3h du matin" "C’est la faute des employés d’étage" Pas de geste commercial ni excuse sincère parce que nous avons réservé via Hotels.com. Le service client Hotels.com a tenté d’intervenir. L’hôtel n’a répondu ni au téléphone. Dossier clôturé trop tôt par Hotels.com, en nous demandant de les rappeler. Gestion kafkaïenne.

J'ai récemment séjourné à l'hôtel Ibis et je tiens à exprimer toute ma satisfaction quant à la qualité du service. Dès mon arrivée, j'ai été accueilli avec une grande courtoisie et un professionnalisme exemplaire. L'hôtel est d'une propreté irréprochable, les chambres sont confortables et bien entretenues, et l'ensemble du personnel est à l'écoute des clients. Je tiens particulièrement à remercier Abdullah, dont l'accueil chaleureux et l'attention aux détails ont vraiment fait la différence. Il fait preuve d’un professionnalisme remarquable, toujours souriant et prêt à rendre service. Son sens du service client est exceptionnel et contribue à rendre l'expérience encore plus agréable. Grâce à lui, mon séjour a été encore plus plaisant. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel et je remercie encore toute l’équipe pour leur engagement envers la satisfaction des clients. Un grand bravo à Abdullah pour son dévouement et son excellent travail !

i was very very pleasantly surprised with the beautiful building, cleanliness, front desk help by abdul aziz who should be promoted to be in charge of that place! Hia service was just excellent! Also fadwa in the restaurant is an excellent staff member. She is very professional, friendly and helpful. Between Abdul Aziz and Fadwa my stay was very pleasant. This was the best ibis in the country…had stayed at other ibis but nothing like this one.

While people on the street were being fined $30 for NOT wearing a mask, the employees of the hotel were NOT wearing masks. Not even those handling food. This in spite of them having signs all over requiring a mask. The hotel is advertised as a non smoking property and people were smoking in all the public areas. AC did not work.

Advertised as “smoke free property” that means rooms and public areas. People were smoking all over the hotel and when I asked the desk man got furious and ended up giving me the bird and saying F...... you twice! They also advertise AC but they don’t turn it on until summer! It was over 100 degrees in our room! Only hotel they didn’t take our temperature upon entering and although there are signs requiring the use of a mask not ONE employee was wearing one, not even the people handling food! For your safety and comfort stay elsewhere. Hotel is also very very dirty.

Noisy room next to the highway. Spend 15min to check-in since only one person is accepting people. When a folk felt in the ground, one guy from the restaurant just took it and put it back in the basket.

Hello, I'm writting my opnion about my last visit to ibis sidi maarof, this hotel becomes one of famous hotles in morocco thanks too good reputation there, espacialy the different emplyees whose work in service room, by ghe way I'll take the opportunity to thank all of them for giving me several favours and espicialy Mr ayoub haki, he was a very funny man and helpfull in every hour.

Not many restaurants near the hotel. We had our dinner in the hotel due to the lack of choice. It was a buffet but the taste of food was really bad and the types of food were limited . Hygiene were also bad. We ate little because the food was really tasteless. And finally it costed us 190Dh for each person. It was really a bad experience. And my friend and would never come again.

Ibis hotel in this neighborhood of Casablanca, is great for a short stay. It’s located roughly half way between the big Mosque and the airport. Staff is nice and the hotel is clean. Parking is available as well, for a small fee. Enjoy your next stay here!

Picked this hotel due to location which was ideal for a meeting I had. Couple of disappointing points though: 1. room was noise as located right next to the busy road 2. check in was slow 3. Breakfast was poor standard and poorly laid out. Cups and dishes were poorly laid out and didn't seems clean. Coffee maker was poor and options were limited I should state that the check in staff very kindly served us a drink even though the bar was closed by the time we checked in, so this was appreciated.

Check in was simple enough. But no amenities in the room. Bathroom at least was clean and presentable. TV with small range of channels. Off the beaten track but at least there's a metro station 5 minutes walk away. Certainly not a good choice for tourists. Breakfast was appalling. Cold scrambled eggs. No staff in the breakfast area so had to wait a long time for clean coffee cups to arrive. I wouldn't come back to this hotel

Short overnight stay before early morning flight. Arrived at check in desk to wait and look for a clerk. We were initially given a smoky nonsmoking room. Then a room that was not clean. Finally moved upstairs to a better room and in good shape.

le restaurant, à moins que je ne sois pas tomber un bon jour, n'est pas à la hauteur. Quant au bar à l'extérieur près de la piscine, j'ai payé au moment de chaque consommation, et le montant m'a été redemandé à mon départ, et de plus j'ai fait une réclamation auprès de votre personnel, qui au dernier moment est venu me la faire signer sur le capot de la voiture du taxi !

My stay in Ibis was good, except the food was not good. I didn't like it. and one more important. During my stay, I missed the breakfast for couple of day, and when paying the bill for checkout, I found that they considered break fast for all the days, I asked the guy to check, he told me Sir this will take time and you will be late!!! Strange answer really. I didn't appreciate it. I asked him to check, I will not pay for something I didn't get.

i want to tell about my stay. i stayed here because it was cheap and i believed brand ibis would give me good service. At first glance it seems like ok. but as time goes it reveal its poor service. First i said that im one person but they checked two person for my breakfast. Later when it was shown to me they said it's ok it's ok and there was no refund. Second they lost my laundry!! they guarantee me and they said they has responsible about it before but after it was found they lost it they changed there word that they have no responsible!! there was no refund and no saying about sorry AWEFULL i recommend NEVER to go this hotel and go another hotel rather than this hotel i heard there are many good hotels in Casablanca thanks

Venus pour une hospitalisation ambulatoire, avons choisi cet hôtel pour ne pas trop nous éloigner de l'autoroute, la circulation dans Casa étant infernale... Nous avons été contrariés par 2 choses dans cet hôtel : le dîner ne correspond pas à ce qu'on nous propose à la commande ni à la carte et pas de courant électrique de toute la nuit nous avons dû appeler la réception devant partir à la clinique à 6h afin de pouvoir nous préparer. Malgré ces désagréments nous reviendrons dans cet hôtel

Qualité Ibis classique mais bon tout n'est pas parfait. Le badge de chambre qui se désactive, l'ascenceur en panne lorsqu'on est au 5ième étage c'est sportif pour le faire réactiver et revenir à sa chambre. Le restaurant n'est pas folichon, toute la carte n'est pas disponible et la qualité est moyenne. Un plus, le petit déjeuner est disponible dès 4h du matin bien pratique lorsqu'on prends le premier avion.

Restaurant CATASTROPHIQUE --> très cher et vraiment pas bon. Tajine consternant, buffet de salades triste... globalement : hotel pratique, mais loin d'être inoubliable.

Due to a late booking on Hotels.com, the hotel hadn't received my information on arrival. They worked around things as best they could and when I left in the morning, they had everything worked out perfectly. They dealt very well with a strange situation.

This hotel is located about mid-way between the city of Casablanca and the CMN airport. The hotel is clean and provides the basic requirement for a hotel. But it does not provide a shuttle to the airport and costs 250-300 dhs to take a grand taxi to go the airport.

Ibis Sidi Maarouf is the second closest hotel to the Mohammed V Airport in Casablanca. It is clean and only about 25 minutes by car to the airport which is why we chose it. It offers a minimal buffet breakfast (not as good as the breakfast at the Ibis in Marrakech) but it keeps the wolf from the door. The hotel provides minimalistic accomodation that is comfortable and the ac worked etc. Not a luxury spa. Just around the corner up the street is a great Italian restaurant for dinner (walking distance). Unfortunately the hotels.com rates do not appear to include hotel tax and we were charged extra.
