Cons: Un peu bruyant. Mériterait des double vitrages dans les chambres .(Côté rue ,c’est assez bruyant) Une porte entre l’entrée et la chambre elle même serait la bienvenue pour atténuer les bruits de voix dans les couloirs la nuit . Mais peut-être celà se fera-t-il dans l’avenir.

Cons: Le manque de professionnalisme du personnel lié à la surveillance du parking. Nous avons rencontré un problème car notre véhicule de location a été interverti avec celui d’autres personnes. the room itself was not bad and it had a good size. It took only 10 minutes to the Technician to come to our room, called for reinforcements, and corrected the problem of heating. Noise diminished but continued, so he lower the speed so that the noise didn't bother us. There was live music in the restaurant on October 31st.

Cons: Not clean, hair in sheets and towel. Air conditioning was heating instead of cooling, and was noisy. Bathroom seemed dirty. Lift was always busy. Breakfast was not good. Entire property runned down. Swimming pool was very dirty, and even had entire palms leaves and lots of sand inside (See photos). Hair dryer would only work first 10 seconds. Most of the staff did the minimum. I asked someone to clean the table before breakfast and he swiped a cloth superficially collecting only the crumbs and leaving the sauce spot as it was.

My experience with Hotel Rembrandt in Tangier has been an absolute disaster. I made a reservation on March 7, 2025, through Booking.com for a stay from May 4 to May 6, 2025, with free cancellation and no immediate charge. However, I was charged the full amount on the same day, completely contradicting what was advertised. On April 7, I had to cancel the booking due to a serious and documented medical reason, and I did so well in advance, giving the hotel plenty of time to relist and resell the room. Still, they kept my money, very likely earning it twice — once from me and again from whoever booked the room afterward. To this day, despite providing medical proof, I have not received a refund, none of my emails have been answered, and the hotel has completely ignored the situation. This shows a total lack of professionalism, empathy, and respect for guests. It is unacceptable that in a clear medical force majeure situation, the hotel refuses to refund the payment. The lack of transparency in how they manage payments and cancellations makes this place completely untrustworthy. The worst hotel of my life: a frustrating, unfair, and utterly disappointing experience. I would never book here again and strongly advise others to stay away.

The hotel is within walking distance of the Kasbah in one direction and the municipal Beach and marina in the other. The bed is very comfortable, there's lots of closet space and hooks, and there's a kettle and fridge in the room with cups and coffee. The retro elevator is fun! The buffet breakfast starts at 6:30 and includes quite a variety of hot and cold items, although like many buffets it would get full points for quantity and slightly less for quality. Dinner at the hotel restaurant (we had salmon) was fantastic with high points for both presentation and quality.

Cons: We were at the front of the building just above the street and found it noisy when the windows were open but quite quiet when they were closed. Our friends at the back of the building with the Seaview found that the Disco at night was very noisy. We never figured out how to use the heating cooling system, but it seemed to keep the room at the right temperature in any case. No tea in the room, just coffee packages and sugar. The Italian shower is beautiful except that it takes a long time to get hot water.

Location is central and easily accessible. Our room was a Junior Suite which was on the 6th floor with a lovely balcony and a great view of the city and also a good sea view. The room was nice and quiet, comfortable and clean. Breakfast had a few different choices but also was a bit repetitive. Nobody told us that you could ask for scrambled egg or omelette for example. We just ate the fried eggs which were set out on the buffet.

Cons: On our last day the pool area had been cleared and there were no seats or sunbeds available to sit on even though there were still guests at the hotel. The restaurant was very empty every night. Not sure why.

Hôtel qui a gardé son style historique donc on retrouve un peu, l'histoire de Tanger. Bouilloire et café appréciable dans les chambres.

Cons: Pas de douchette pour faire les ablutions pour les musulmans et pas de direction de la Qibla dans les chambres, c'est vraiment dommage pour un pays musulman.Les touristes étrangers savent bien que le Maroc est un pays musulman. Papier toilette de très mauvaise qualité.

El hotel está antiguo y le han hecho algunas reformas , el personal de recepción pésimo , el día que llegamos le costó trabajo hacer el cheking no se enteraba de nada no hablaba nada de español , íbamos un grupo de nueve mujeres y nos dieron tres habitaciones de tres y la última noche un empleado de hotel entró en una de las habitaciones buscando a unas chicas así que os podéis imaginar el susto y la poca seguridad que hay en ese hotel , lo comunicamos y exigimos hablar con el director y nos hicieron caso omiso así que no lo recomiendo a nadie porque es inseguro

Cons: Arrivée à la piscine à 17h30, on m'a annoncé que cela ferme à 18h et qu'il n'y avait pas de serviettes. Fermeture trop tôt en été surtout. Malgré le fait d'être au 5 ème étage, le son de la soirée était forte jusqu'à minuit. On peut aussi le comprendre pour l'été mais en contrepartie, laisser la piscine jusqu'à 20h au moins.

Staff: super simpático e prestável. Localização: a cerca de 15-20 minutos do centro, numa zona movimentada e segura. Limpeza: tudo muito limpo; a receção cheirava sempre bem. Cons: Ruído: Por estar localizado numa zona movimentada e devido ao estilo de vida noturno dos marroquinos, havia bastante barulho durante a noite. O meu quarto estava virado para a avenida principal, o que aumentava ainda mais o ruído. Piscina: Apesar de ter uma zona própria para crianças, a parte destinada a adultos era demasiado funda (cerca de 1,40m na zona mais baixa). Como não sei nadar, não consegui aproveitar a piscina.

The breakfast was great, with great selection including some more traditional dishes which we loved. The staff were generally very friendly, which we appreciated. One personal observation: in the evenings, the bar area didn’t seem to run very efficiently. There were noticeably more staff than customers at times, yet table service wasn’t offered. We were happy to walk up to the bar each time, and the team were always lovely and welcoming when approached directly. That said, we probably would have ordered more if there had been attentive table service. It felt like a missed opportunity for the hotel to upsell and enhance the guest experience. Some review mentioned noisy rooms, but that wasn't our experience. The room was slightly smaller than expected but overall good.

Cons: The pool was only open during the day, until 5pm, though on some days it closed as early as 4pm. Since we spent most of our days out sightseeing, we were really looking forward to unwinding with a refreshing swim in the late afternoon. It was disappointing to find it closed so early, especially since the pool was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. That did take a bit away from the overall experience. Also the pool seems much bigger on the photos. In fact it is smaller, but that wouldn't bother had we been actually able to use it!

Je suis très heureuse d’avoir séjourné à l’Hôtel Rembrandt. Tout était vraiment bien : l’animation du soir, le service de restauration avec un petit déjeuner délicieux, les femmes de ménage très professionnelles et les réceptionnistes au top. Le service dans son ensemble est excellent et j’ai beaucoup apprécié l’ambiance chaleureuse de l’hôtel.

Cons: Seul petit bémol : la chambre que j’ai eue avait une forte odeur de cigarette, et j’avais déjà fait une réclamation à ce sujet. J’espère que ce point sera amélioré, car à part cela, tout était parfait et je suis ravie d’avoir choisi cet hôtel.

La proximité avec tous les lieux incontournables de la ville. Le parking (même si il est exiguë, le personnel vous guide pour que tout se passe bien). Le charme 50s de l'hôtel. La propreté et le confort de la chambre. Très bon petit-dejeuner.

Cons: Salle de bains un peu vieillotte mais elle fait le travail. Boîte de nuit au rez-de-chaussée. Il faut s'attendre à s'endormir sur une rythmique techo/dance. Salle du petit-dejeuner en plein soleil et peu rafraîchie par la climatisation. Ça ne gâche quand même pas l'expérience.

Cons: Hôtel très humide, je suis tombé malade et une fois chez le pneumologue le contact et sans appel, ma dernière crise d’asthme remontait à plus de 10ans avant ce séjour…. Odeurs d’humidité dans les 2 chambres que l’on a fait , la première était catastrophique, ils nous ont surclassé ( surclassement que l’ont a payé) nous sommes tous tombés malade. Le personnel est froid et même en croisant personne ne dit bonjour on a l’impression qu’ils ne sont pas heureux de travailler… mauvaise expérience plus jamais

Emplacement idéal, en centre ville à 2 pas de la médina et de la plage municipale. On avons beaucoup aimé le quartier, tres animé avec tout ce qui faut autour. Le petit déjeuné était super! Le personnel très très gentil. Hôtel familiale la journée. Une fois le coin piscine fermé l'endroit se transforme en lieu branché, bar musical bord de piscine, ambiance feutrée et même une discothèque. Dans le même établissement vous trouver 2 ambiances c'est top !! Hôtel très bien décoré!

Cons: Les horaires de fermeture de la piscine avec ces chaleurs il serait agréable au moins d’en profiter jusqu’à 19h. Aussi une bouteille d’eau dans la chambre serait appréciable. La semaine c’est un peu bruyant par la ville mais c’est supportable toutefois le bruit à partir du vendredi est démesuré … impossible de dormir jusqu’à 4h à cause de la musique et des gens dehors qui profitent de leur soirée dans la boîte de l’hôtel … éviter les chambres côté piscine et proches du rez de chaussée.

This hotel (facilities, breakfast, pool) would be excellent, but I'm downgrading for the reasons mentioned below.

Cons: The pool is only open until 18:00, which makes it useless - I want to use the pool in the early morning and late evening. The hotel had an excessively loud pool party and/or badly sound-proofed windows. We had to switch rooms at midnight to be able to sleep.

There's a few issues with this hotel: First, I asked them to pick me up from the airport and they agreed to it, when I arrived past midnight nobody was there to be seen, apparently the driver had some other commitments that they had to attend (or maybe this was just an excuse because they forgot about it). When we finally made it to the hotel, the room door had signs of being forced (photo attached), and the bathroom and the room had mold. I spent 3 nights there, and the first night was pretty noisy, but the second one was out of this world. It turns out they do concerts in their swimming pool area, and they didn't even close the windows in the common areas to respect the rest of the people who were paying to sleep there. I was wearing earplugs and woke up startled with the noise. When I told them about it they didn't care or apologise. I was gonna give them 3 stars because of the pick up thing, but the concert was a big no no for me, it was beyond disrespectful and I think they should let their guests know before they book, I'm not kidding about how loud this was. The only good thing I have to say is that the beds were comfy, and that we needed a few more hours for checkout and they said yes after paying 300Dhs. If I were you, I'd choose another place to stay.

El fin de semana que pasamos, nuestra habitación daba a la piscina y todas las noches había fiesta con música muy alta hasta altas horas de la madrugada, y después tienen una discoteca que hace imposible dormir, incluso en las plantas altas del hotel. Varias veces tuvimos que llamar a recepción para quejarnos. La dirección del hotel debería considerar que hay clientes que van a conocer la ciudad y descansar. Las ventanas deberían estar insonorizadas.

Absolutely awful hotel and staff. The pictures of rooms are so deceitful. This hotel is a scam, they sell large suites which they don't have. Then dump you in a sithole of a room. Where nothing works as it should from 9pm to almost 11pm we had water leaking from the bathroom light, so we was unable to even hv a shower, a basic you would expect in a hotel. And Youseff on reception has to be the rudest person I hv come across, he really did not care the issues we were having. The hotel could burn down but he would not let the manager know. Please if yr thinking of booking this hotel honestly don't. We walked into so many other better hotels where the reception staff were actually nice and helpful, Rembrandt staff could actually learn something from other hotels.

Cons: Lo único que no me gustó para nada fue que me rebajaron el hotel antes de llegar, lo que no me permitió hacer ningún cambio en el trayecto, y era con cancelación en el hotel, me pidieron una disculpa y me indicaron que por el inconveniente me darían una habitación deluxe lo cual no sucedió porque no tenían, entonces no se cumplió lo que ofrecieron lo cual si fue molesto, porque el dinero lo debitaron de mi tarjeta y el pago se realizaba en el hotel, deben de considerar que si ofrecen algo lo deben cumplir y si no brindar algún otro tipo de regalia ya que ofrecen algo por el error.

We had our room on the first floor facing town, and it was great to sit on the balcony in the evening and watch busy life of local people. Per qualsiasi informazione riguardo alle prenotazioni devi contattare un servizio aperto solo in certi orari. Cons: Le petit déjeuner n'étais pas à la hauteur. Dommage pour un hôtel 3 étoiles pas de choix les vienoiseries son dur pas de spécialité locale à par le msemen très dur. Nous avons fini par déjeuner à l'extérieur. Les matelas sont très dur.

Cons: Le petit déjeuner plus que moyen tous les plats chauds étaient froids des 8 h du matin. Rien de bon . Les viennoiseries sèches il fallait tout passer au grill pas de spécialités. Dommage il nous est arrivé d'aller prendre le petit déjeuner dehors. Beaucoup de bruit le soir toujours des soirées et musique jusqu'à très tard dans la nuit.

Hotel antigo mas relativamente bem conservado. A zona da piscina é agradável tendo em conta o nivel do Hotel. Proximo da medina, contudo para a praia ainda é uma bela caminhada de +/-15min. para quem tem crianças é um pouco dificil.

Our first time in Tanger was made even more enjoyable by this wonderfull hotel with many "period" elements as it exists since 1950. Comfortable rooms with great beds, very nice staff and breathtaking views of the Strait of Gibraltar and the marina. Nice poolarea and poolbar. Prices for drinks however are a bit over the top.... An Aperol with Sprite for € 12 seems a bit steep for Moroccan standards.
