Perfect location, less than 10m from the airport. Very nice rooms, large with comfy beds. Excellent wifi. Good dining facilities with a decent menus choice. There was a bar which we did not use. Taxi to airport was 150 but reliable for 6am pick up. Overall highly recommended.

We were a group of 9, and we had 1 night here travelling between Fez and Merzouga. A beautifully comfortable, clean and stylish hotel with friendly, kind and professional staff. The 2 x double beds in the rooms were very well appreciated by our guests sharing a twin room ( normally single beds). The pool was fantastic and the buffet breakfast was excellent and also included some Moroccan specialty food ( the hssoua porridge and the Merguez sausages) you don't normally see at other accommodations. Appreciated also that they have a bar so a few of us enjoyed a poolside G n T. Highly recommended and would return.
Cons: Some staff struggle with English but they were so kind and helpful that was more important. My only suggestion is my preference trip messages via booking were often not responded to except after a few tries. Likewise emails.

Cons: Le petit déjeuner laisse un peu à désirer, avec des options limitées. L'horaire du petit déjeuner commence plus tard que ne le permettent certains vols donc pour les voyageurs il y a un risque de ne pas pouvoir petit-déjeuner le matin du vol.

L hôtel est incroyable. C est un 4 étoiles. Il est situé juste à côté du centre, donc c est parfait mais assez reculé pour n entendre aucun bruit. Le personnel est vraiment très accueillant et habitué à recevoir des étrangers. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et délicieux. Les chambres sont parfaites: très grands, confortables avec la télé française! Un coffre, u frigo, une grande table. Dans la salle de bain, une magnifique douche, des produits pour le corps de haute qualité. Ménage fait tous les jours. Nous avons été accueillis avec une assiette de petit gâteaux et des bouteilles d eau données tous les jours. La piscine a débordement est incroyable. Il y a des transats, table ect. Vous avez un restaurent et un snacking en journée et les prix sont vraiment très corrects. Des serviettes sont prêtes pour la piscine. Il y a un très grand parking extérieur.

Very pretty lobby and pool. They provided a plate of cookies/treats. The bathrooms were stocked with soap and shampoo and had a fantastic rainfall shower. Quick drive to the airport.
Cons: Overall I felt like this hotel was overpriced. The beds were the hardest, most uncomfortable beds I've ever slept in on in all my travels; my arms and legs kept going numb when I was trying to sleep. The restaurant food was also far too expensive for the quality--I could not finish my meal because the food was not tasty at all.

We stayed here one night with friends, on our way to Zagora. We loved the place. It is brand new and therefore in perfect condition. But on top of that, the staff were all very helpful. The morning breakfast buffet was excellent, with fresh juices and all sorts of good things to eat (Moroccan and western). We had our breakfast at the pool side!

L'accueil est très chaleureux et sympathique. Nous sommes arrivés par avion en fin d'avant-midi, la journée avant notre nuitée à l'hôtel. Nous avions le Kenzi Rissani comme point de rencontre avec notre transport vers notre excursion dans le désert. Celui-ci venait nous chercher dans quelques heures. Ils ont eu la gentillesse de nous diriger vers le restaurant bistro près de la piscine pour que nous puisions prendre un repas délicieux et nous relaxer avant notre départ. Nous sommes revenus le lendemain et nos chambres étaient déjà prêtes à notre arrivée vers 12h00. Nous sommes retournés au Bistro pour luncher et nous avons profiter de la magnifique piscine pendant l'après-midi. Un bel endroit extrêmement bien entretenu et rénové avec goût. Literie et confort des chambres est réconfortant. Un petit oasis dans le désert. Le dîner du soir au restaurant de l'hôtel était également parfait. Service de qualité. Merci

Cons: Unfortunately, I had an unpleasant experience regarding privacy. A staff member used my private phone number, which I had only provided for the booking, to contact me later on WhatsApp for personal matters unrelated to the hotel. I consider this a serious breach of privacy and completely inappropriate. While the stay itself was fine, this behaviour left me feeling uncomfortable and has affected my overall impression of the hotel.

Nos alojamos una noche porque teníamos un vuelo muy temprano. Todo perfecto, hotel de mucha calidad. Pudimos comer en su restaurante y bañarnos en la piscina. Está al lado del centro de Errachidia y fuimos en coche a cenar sin problema, merece la pena salir y no quedarse solo en el hotel. El desayuno lo abren a las 4:30h porque siempre hay vuelos muy tempranos. Todo perfecto.

Quiet location despite direct access to the main road. All the women were given a morning rose - that was a nice gesture for the 8th of March.

Great place to stay if arriving late or departing early morning from Errachidia airport (max 10 minute drive). Or for an overnight stay between Fes and the desert. Accommodation is stylish, very comfortable and exceptionally clean. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The staff help to make this a perfect place to stay, all were very helpful and friendly.

Excellent stay on the way to Merzougha! Would thoroughly recommend to families flying in late to Errachidia from Casablanca. The hotel is a five minute taxi from the airport, so the whole family were in bed within 30 minutes of landing. Great, clean amenities. The front desk even connected us to a trustworthy local car rental company who brought the car to the hotel before driving down to Merzougha.

Staff were friendly although in most other hotels the staff were able to speak better English, but we managed. Would stay again if we came back to that area in Morocco.
Cons: Dinner buffet was mediocre and overpriced at that. Little offer (maybe because it was low season), but also not too tasty and cold. At 20€ I expected more. Also breakfast buffet looked nice but was a bit underwhelming. They did make us a good omelette however. Maybe I was expecting too much (we have enjoyed some very nice breakfast across the country).

This is a very nice hotel in a very small desert town. Enjoyed the pool and morning breakfast. Since we are family of 5 we had to get two hotel rooms- but it was worth it to have a comfortable stay after being camping in the desert heat. Seems to be used by families and business travelers. Staff were courteous. They were supposed to arrange early morning transportation to the airport for us but there seemed to be none the morning of, fortunately there was a taxi that offered to take us for 10 euros. Just FYI you will need dirhams in Errachidia and for tips in hotel.

Perfecte hotel voor de doorreis tussen Fez en Merzouga. Helemaal gerenoveerd en pas weer sinds maart open. Geweldig zwembad, prachtige kamer en lekker eten in de avond met een goed glaasje wijn. Hebben heerlijke ligbedjes bij het zwembad en een goeie cocktail kaart. Personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk.

Accomodations, Cleanliness, and most importantly, customer service. Everyone I came in contact with was always very helpful and friendly. I wish I remembered all of the names. To name a few, Assad who was very attentive to my needs and making sure everything was good. Aziz and both Rachids, as well as all of the other people at the service desk and the restaurant were very friendly and helpful at all times. They exceeded my expectations. I would like to be back in the near future.

The property was beautiful. Completely renovated, the facilities were excellent. Pool was so nice. The staff was amazing, so accommodating and friendly. We arrived as a short overnight stay on our way to Merzouga. This was the perfect place to stay to break up the drive from fez. The rooms were so nice, the bar was stocked and open, and dinner was delicious. Breakfast was also included and was great. Wonderful place to stay, especially for the price. We couldn’t find anything similar in the area. Highly recommended Hotel! The bar was full, they had wine and beer and cocktails. Rooms were clean, the bathroom was very nice and the showers were great. It was good to have room to stretch out. I can’t say enough nice things about the staff, they were very friendly, helpful and easy going!
Cons: The beds were fairly firm but it was not a big deal. Totally worth staying and would stay here again.

Modernes und schönes Hotel. Bei geneaurer Betrachtung und nach einigen Spaziergängen: Wohl die einzige ernsthafte Alternative in Er Rachidia für den Gast mit etwas gehobenen Ansprüchen. Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal, den Manager gilt es besonders hervorzuheben. Es scheint, es wurde Einiges erneuert und optimiert vor nicht allzu langer Zeit.
Cons: Für uns hat es sich teilweise ein bisschen wie Ghost Hotel angefühlt, weil wir fast die einzigen Gäste waren. Ansonsten hat uns dies aber nicht weiter gestört. Und am nächsten Tag als wir abfuhren, sind dann zahlreiche Gäste eingetroffen. Vielleicht lag es also einfach am Datum...

The property was in a good location and very clean. The staff were helpful and the bed although fairly firm was comfortable. The food we had was very nice but the choice was fairly limited.
Cons: This should not be rated as a 4 star property as there are no facilities to speak of. We were subject to 3 power cuts while we were there. One planned, two unplanned. There was no mention of even a complimentary cup of coffee for the inconvenience. The hotel was advertised as having a bar. We went to the bar to be told you can have water, or fizzy water. Not even any soft drinks were available let alone alcohol. They were advertising it on the bar menu though along with a range of other drinks. The room is very clean as the hotel has obviously recently been updated. But there are no facilities in the room. This is by some way the most expensive place in the area. We checked out after 3 days and found a better accommodation for half the price. This is a very sterile hotel with no facilities and no atmosphere. I would definitely not recommend it.

This is an amazing hotel in Errachidia. We stooped here overnight on our way from Fes to Sahara. What a treat! Such a beautiful hotel with a gorgeous viewe of Atlas Mountains and a great pool. The staff goes above and beyond to make customers happy. Bedding and rooms were pristine and crispy clean. We absolutely loved spending the night there and having amazing dinner and breakfast. Highly recommend this hotel.

One of the best properties to stay in Morocco, I have stayed in this place for the past 8 years, their staff are just outstanding, they make the stay for me and my groups so special, every year with every visit, we feel valued and well taken care by the whole team specially Mrs. HAFIDA and Mr. Mubarak. The hotel has been newly refurbished, the rooms are very comfortable, quiet, clean, well maintained, hot showers, beautiful swimming pool, good Wi-Fi.... The hotel location is just great in the center of many attractions in the region and the city, closed to downtown (walking distance) and nearby the airport (5min drive), restaurants, markets, ATM machines.... All just in the corner.

Amazing stay at the newly renovated kezin rissani. Beautiful hotel with amazing staff in particular Ismail security. Rooms where stunning also the pool looked beautiful. Breakfast- everything you could want for the start of the day. Thanks guys we will be back ☀️

Updated, modern facility with security. Very convenient location to the airport. Welcoming front desk agent and freindly staff. We enjoyed a fresh, tasty dinner at the restaurant with excellent service. The lasagna, chicken alfredo and the El-Rachidiya custard were delicious. We loved it!!
