This hotel is in an excellent location, 5 minute walk to beach and restaurants. OK, you have to cross a busy road, but traffic does stop for you at zebra crossing. Cable car station to the Kasbah is also only a 5 minute walk. All the staff I met were helpful and very friendly, contrary to some reviews I’ve read. Room was cleaned and towels changed daily, hotel itself is kept pretty clean. I think it’s great value. Breakfast was a good selection of mainly continental type food, with a few British additions and an egg station where they made fried or poached eggs and scrambled or omelette. Bar is a bit pricey, but you expect that in a hotel. I would stay there again without question.

Hotel very basics in rooms, reception staff quite rude, which out of all the staff in a hotel they should be the most welcoming. Hotel director was doing visit so all staff were stressed and running round like headless chickens and getting shouted at, bit uncomfortable to watch at times. No entertainment, inside or at pool, we had 1 day of music then I think bloke fell asleep behind decks the rest of stay. Had 2 local woman bathing one day and were made to feel really uncomfortable if we took strap of bikini over head and just stared at us all full day, they messaged reception numerous times to complain regarding young couple in pool cuddling and then they came out and told another couple the couldn’t hold hands on sun-loungers cause it is disrespectful and the hotel caters for lots of locals and we hat to respect this. Balcony tiny, 2 people can stand on max, no chairs have to take them from room Food awful, do not go anything apart from B&B or less u like EGGS. Yet food they SOLD was lovely 🧐 And if you like ice in your drinks expect to be disappointed, u would think ice cubes were a delicacy. No drink either with evening meal…not even water! Make sure you take plenty of cash to tip also…you need same as what u payed for holiday once u pay beggars, homeless, people u ask directions from, etc Also cash machine in hotel costs you £7.00 every withdrawal They don’t let you keep room on either, we had to be out for 12 and flight not till 10.30pm…no shower room either just case room, so if family with kids it be nightmare Good points, close to beach and harbour and cable cars

Fantastic hotel with amazing staff who are very welcoming. The first room we were given had a weird smell, but we were quickly given an alternative no fuss, just an apology and a room with a view of the pool and beach. The location is very convenient just a few minutes walk to the promenade and beach. This is not an all inclusive hotel so no noisy holiday makers drinking by the pool all day long! It was a quieter and therefore more relaxing stay, no getting up early to put towels on chairs necessary. The staff were very helpful always smiling, especially Idris and Jamal. The hotel is one of the cleanest we've stayed in, the cleaning crew are very hard working and meticulous. The breakfast was really good for the price and the on site cafe served delicious food at a reasonable price. There is no on site shop, but there is one just a couple of minutes away. The cable cars are close by and worth a visit as is the El Had Souk which you can get to in an orange taxi for 30 MDN. The local artisans at the Medina were very welcoming and it was an experience watching them make their beautiful goods from pottery to shoes and organic Argan oil beauty products. The hotel and staff made our first trip to Agadir a really lovely one. We will definitely be going back.

Spotlessly clean hotel with helpful and friendly staff. Attractive pool area with clear water and a snack bar serving beer, tea, pizzas etc. Room was clean, quiet and well maintained with a sunny balcony looking down to the ocean. The only thing that let it down for me was the breakfast. The coffee was instant and anytime I got up from the table to get something my place was cleared away which was irritating. I ended up just going to nearby Home Café and got a lovely breakfast every day for £3/5. I'd come back in a heartbeat as the location is superb and my experience was positive. It does seem like the hotel is undergoing low level renovation works and I was obviously lucky to get an upgraded room. It is very fairly priced and I feel I got a great deal.

DO NOT STAY HERE, just back from a week in Morocco stayed in the Oasis hotel, the rooms are very run dow and shabby and small desperatly in need of renovation the tiolet leaks everywhere, the bathrooms has black mould and rust, the rooms are so small and the balcony is tiny, NO SAFE or kettle you have to get a kettle at reception and pay 20 euro deposit, and its a huge ordeal to get a cup and spoon !! The noise in the rooms from the night clubs on tbe beach and the traffic goes on until at least 5am you feel that you are sleeping in a night club its awful we asked to move rooms but it was only small bit away and made no difference to the noise, some of the staff at reception are so RUDE Jamilela is extremly unhelpful and Rude , the was a younger man i didnt get his name he was so rude aswell, The hotel manager is a lovely lady we saw a small rodent at breakfast and she offered us free lunch, we declined, Omar and reception is very nice and helpful, and LAYLA the cleaning lady is amazing she left the room spotless. Mohamad in the jewelry shop was so friendly and helpful, And Rasheed the guy who sells the excursions was very friendly and helpful.

I had a pleasant stay at Oasis Hotel. The property is very clean and well kept, and the staff are genuinely warm and helpful. A special thanks to Khalid from the animation team—he was kind and energetic throughout my visit, with top-notch activities that created a great daytime atmosphere. That said, the food wasn’t at the same level. Both breakfast and dinner would benefit from more variety and richer options to better satisfy different tastes. Also, the hotel would feel more complete with additional facilities such as a fitness room, a spa, a hammam, and a few other amenities to make the stay truly perfect. Overall, I’d rate my experience 7/10. My comments are meant to help the team improve, and I would consider coming back because I believe in the ongoing improvement of Moroccan hotels. — Amine

Dreadful experience from start to finish. Arrived late at night and we were taken to our tiny, dirty room in which the tiny window didn’t close properly, no safe, no water provided. When we asked about water we were told that we had to buy it from the bar which was, as we found out the next day, four times more expensive than buying elsewhere. When we complained about the room, we were shown to 3 other rooms, all in a similar state of disrepair, one didn’t even have a wardrobe that would open. Breakfast was equally as bad. Overcrowded and a minimal unappetising choice. No glasses, cups or cutlery available and we had to ask for them. Having said that, the only positive thing was the omelette and bread chef station which was excellent. However, to make matters worse, we had left coffee and juice on our table to go and get our omelettes. On our return to the table, it had all been cleared and another couple were about to sit on it! It was hard enough to get a glass never mind not be able to drink it! The spa and gym are non existent, so that is false advertising for a start. You can’t be in reception without being hassled from the tour guy, who when we said we had already booked with hoppa, was quite rude. Awful place.

The hotel location is good as it’s near the beach , WiFi is good .The spa & sauna & gym where closed should be open in summer holidays, the swimming pool was great, printing boarding passes is free at the reception, the excursion office is always closed so you have to ring the person, the cash machine at hotel charges £7 for withdrawals so it’s best to cash out enough for the holiday , snooker table is great , you have to pay for your own water bottles or theirs a shop on the left of the hotel that sells them for cheaper cash only don’t accept card, 30 mins away from the airport too, they don’t do all inclusive , you can buy food at the bar near pool ,the staff are respectful, the night staff do need to speak full English at the reception

The location of this hotel is excellent — just a 5–7 minute walk to the beach and about 10 minutes to the marina. The rooms are standard but clean, with most offering pleasant views of the pool and seafront. Unfortunately, the service and guest experience fall short of expectations for a 4-star hotel. Upon check-in, no information was provided regarding hotel amenities, Wi-Fi access, or room facilities. There was no welcome pack or in-room directory. Wi-Fi details had to be requested separately. The hotel does not offer room service, which is unusual for its rating. The bathroom in our room had a faulty shower screen, leaving the floor soaked after use. When I requested fresh towels from the front desk, I was met with an unhelpful attitude and told that towels would only be replaced during daily room service. However, on one occasion, our room was not serviced at all — the cleaners claimed they had done so, which was untrue. Even after reporting this to reception, only the bedding was changed; the rest of the room was untouched, and rubbish from the previous guest remained in the bathroom bin. Overall, the front desk and cleaning staff lacked warmth and professionalism, and communication was poor. While not speaking English is understandable, the unwillingness to assist guests is unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. Staff training in customer service would be highly beneficial. On a cultural note, this is a family-oriented hotel. Visitors from Western countries should be aware that, as Morocco is an Islamic country, some local guests may react with disapproving looks toward certain behaviors or attire.

Amazing hotel, will definitely be coming back here and very soon. The value for money and everything that came along was amazing. The staff, the hotel itself is immaculate, very modern. Rooms are also lovely, didn’t have any issues at all. Would highly recommend and the location is perfect. 5 mins away from the beach. Stay here the next time you visit Agadir, it doesn’t disappoint👌🏼❤️

Normally would not comment on a more budget hotel as you cant expect too much however, this hotel is horrible. The room is extremely outdated. We had a few issues with the room which were resolved quickly however, this did not improve the experience. Some staff were quite unfriendly, the balconys are very close together and small. No iron just laundry service. Nothing was explained to us at check in regarding wifi and services use. We were given info regarding this by other people staying in the hotel. Location is amazing very close to beach and many food spots however, would not book this hotel ever again.

We have just returned from a 4 night stay at the Oasis spa. We can not fault this hotel at all, the foyer is grand and clean as you enter. Check in was quick and easy which we appreciated after a long travel day. Room 332 was spotless, lovely bathroom, seated area, tv and fridge. Balcony is small but two chairs fit in easily. Balcony was above the entrance with a partial seaview we were never bothered with noise and slept well every night. Maids do an amazing job with fresh towels daily, maids normally cleaned our rooms late afternoon which was great as we liked to take our time getting up ready and out for the day. Breakfast was a good selection with fresh patries, coffee and omlettes. Pool bar has great tasty food on offer and we had lunch here most days. Pool area was lovely and water was refreshing and just the right temp. Never found it difficult to get a lounger in morning, did get busier late afternoons but again we always had a bed even after returning from our trips. Trips arranged by Rashid were fantastic, recommend croc park, the spa (closed at hotel but one arranged 5mins away and included a taxi) we will do paradise valley and quads on our return! Great prices for trips and a fraction of what we paid in Tunisia and Turkey over the last few months. Bar in hotel was my fave! Service with a smile, olives and nuts. Great selection of wines and happy to play any music you like. We began and ended our nights here. Staff in general always happy to help and very accomodating, we had a late flight home and were able to keep our room until 6pm which was fab! Locafion is perfect! Beach, bars, restaurants, kfc, cable cars all minutes away. In all we had a fab time and loved this hotel as a base to a beautiful place. Our only complaint is we werent there long enough! We look forward to returning soon x

We are still here as we write this quick review. DO NOT be put off with some of the other bad reviews. This hotel has friendly, helpful hard working staff that are always around to help you & make sure you have a great holiday. Really lovely hotel spotless clean , lovely modern foyer lovely clean outside gardens & pool. Spa is closed having renovation done. Rooms are all cleaned lovely with fresh linen & towels, shower gel shampoo & hand soap provided. Good little fridge in room to keep drinks cold. Shower worked great. Bidet. Hair dryer. Air conditioning works great. Little balcony to sit on. NO SAFES IN ROOM !! Money exchange at reception ATM at reception We booked a few good trips with Rachid he’s based in an office in the foyer area, one being a traditional Hammam & massage and another to a traditional Moroccan evening both were amazing . Little pub/bar just off foyer area, pool and games . Outside bar area serving drinks & food. Outside pool spotless clean. Plenty of sun loungers. Lots of outside seating. It’s literally 5 min walk across the road to beach . The beach is huge a few miles long & spotless clean lovely soft sand, the sea is lovely for a swim. Shops and cafes etc all the way along the promenade area. Walking distance to cable cars ( that’s definitely worth a go ) takes you up to the fortress. We’ve been to lots of places over the years, luxurious ones like The Maldives Dubai & Sri Lanka to camping trips back home in uk and this Hotel is in a really good location and bang on for the price you pay for your holiday. If you’d paid a fortune then that’s a different story. But honestly in my opinion it’s a really central & clean friendly place to stay for a great holiday in Agadir.

Room is basic but clean No amenities to make teas or coffees in your room I’ve never being to a hotel that does not supply this Staff very friendly Food in restaurants is really bad yet bar food is lovely and well presented Restaurant tables not set no condiments you have to hunt every table and share tablecloths dirty and bleach marks on them Tip set tables prior to any meal service cutlery and condiments clean linen Nit enough crockery guests having to hunter ask kitchen staff for more Milk ran out so one carton at a time brought out this also applies to us asking for crockery Today has being the worst service mangers present and did not notice these errors guests wandering looking lost for goods cutlery A manager white shirt broke a glass instead of picking it up as a priority he carried in clearing tables kids present. I had to ask another manager black shirt to address this as we looked the manager who broke the glass was just kicking glass under the table I had no words There should always be a restaurant manger on shift ensuring all this is in place the lady. From the bar back hair black outfit came in I thought she would of put some order in but she didn’t it’s these things that stick with people following there stay But the people were lovely One gentleman how’re white polo shirts he was always walking round making sure everything was just right in restaurant and the bar he had good Standard I must say this mornings breakfast service was so disorganised and total chaos We spent most the time eating out or using the hotel bar at our cost as food was loads better at bar in the same hotel this should not happen

Friendly staff.. honestly could not fault the service provided by them. Hotel itself was having construction done whilst we were there, however it was obvious the hotel would have good amenities when fully opened. The view from my room was not pleasant, as there was construction done.. but i have no complaints of noise. Lovely large front desk area with seating and tv area. plenty of sun loungers by the pool, and extra stored away if needed! also Pool side service from the lunch time bar. Cocktails were not very good, but i do recommend the “oasis” cocktail if you do try them. Very good location, with a shop next door and the marina a 2 minute walk away! The let down was the breakfast, which consisted of a few traditional moroccan hot dishes but was mainly boiled eggs or omelets. Not much variety but there was a small selection of pastry’s. The lunch time bar, by the pool, served lovely sandwiches and wraps which we could not fault ! Overall it was a good stay, location was great and staff were so attentive. The rooms could do with a clean down of the walls and breakfast could definitely be improved!. I’d like to give a very special mention to rachid, the excursion coordinator, you really are an asset to oasis hotel and i could not thank you enough for going above and beyond to help. You made my stay a lot more pleasant, oasis are lucky to have you! I’d love to return to oasis hotel after the construction has finished, as it was a lovely hotel and i feel there is alot of potential.. not to mention the staff went above and beyond to help.

Excellent hotel for the price, stayed in a junior suite which which would recommend, very large room with two bathrooms and nice balcony. The reception area is nice recently having been renovated. Still some work going on by the pool but doesn't get in the way and is nearly finished. Nice breakfast with fresh cooked omelette, grilled flatbread and pancakes. Near to beach and nice restaurants as well as close to the cable car. Local tour office over the road offering excellent trips and good prices. Ask for Kamal!

We didn't see it in its best light they are having work done round the pool which could have made the stay better . We were in room 124 may I warn any one stopping to avoid this room or the rooms to the left of this due to the night club been audible till 5 am I am certain it wouldn't be a problem on higher floors or rooms to the right of the lift . Its not a 4 star but the prices are not 4 star I would say a solid 1 star maybe 2 . We stopped for 3 nights but wouldn't any longer I prefer all inclusive. The staff are friendly and the rooms clean enough but very dated and the air conditioning crap and breakfast basic had only once .I would stop again in a pool side room or on a higher floor .

This hotel is probably the equivalent to a 2 star hotel in the uk. Walls in room were splatters with coffee, balcony was covered in bird 💩 and cigarette ends, the Perspex around the balcony was filthy. There was no chairs or table on the balcony so nowhere to sit other than the ground. No safe in the room. Fridge didn’t work and there was no kettle. Bed is comfortable and clean and shower was good.

We had a wonderful week at this hotel, which was in a great location only a few minutes from the beach and near to the marina. It was clean, our room was cleaned daily with fresh towels provided and we could see the sea from our balcony. All of the staff were really lovely, very helpful, friendly and polite and we couldn’t fault them. However, one member of staff was an exception and marred our experience. On our sixth morning as my daughter and I were leaving the hotel, we were stopped by a member of staff called Rachid. He asked us if we had been on any of his excursions. I replied that we hadn’t and he wanted to know why not. I said that we’d been on some excursions, booked online before arriving in Agadir. He said that we shouldn’t have booked online and by doing so we were not supporting the local economy. I explained there were particular trips that we’d been looking forward to and as we like to be organised we’d booked in advance to ensure the trips were available during our stay. I also said that prior to our arrival we hadn’t been aware that the hotel offered an excursion facility. He then became quite nasty and very abusive, saying that we didn’t care about the local people and their economy. He kept repeating over and over again that we were supporters of Elon Musk. He then went on to say that we were also supporting America. His verbal abuse and attitude was completely unjustified and out of order and we found it very upsetting and offensive. Rachid should not be working in hospitality as he doesn’t appear to have any respect for guests at the hotel.

We stayed for 5 nights and had a great experience! Staff were lovely and the hotel breakfast was amazing! Not sure what the bad reviews are about? You cannot really go wrong with breakfast! Our room was cleaned everyday with new towels provided. We also asked for some clothes to be ironed which the cleaner did the same day and left them in the room on hangers. It is a bit noisy outside at night but not sure what people expect as this is in the city center of Agadir and lots going on at night. I will definitely stay here again next time.

I was a bit on the fence with the idea of staying here because of the reviews but my partner and I had a fantastic time - don't let the reviews put you off! The hotel staff were polite and helpful, the room was clean, the showers had great pressure and we had a lovely view over the pool from our balcony, the cleaner came in daily with fresh towels - the only issue I had with this was there were no DND signs for the doors and they knock very faintly and let themselves in almost getting an eyeful of a very naked me. The spa and gym are currently closed due to work being done, but it has to be done some time so not really a problem for us. It's a great location, close to the beach, close to some incredible restaurants, and shops for snacks/drinks. The pool area is lovely, the water was a little cold for me, but the sunbeds were great for tanning (or in my case burning). Muhammed in the little hotel shop is fantastic, he made me a beautiful silver pendant for my necklace of my partners name in Arabic for a more than reasonable price. There is a cash machine in the lobby, which was super useful. There's a bar area and a lounge with a pool table. Breakfast was good, loved the croissants and omelettes. Overall, I would 100% stay again, and would recommend it. Be aware you will need to pay some sort of tax at the hotel - this equates to around £8.45.

It was hard to rate as so much was very good but it’s balanced against a very ‘tired’ hotel which as restoration work being undertaken. If you don’t smoke this can be an issue as smoking is allowed in the hotel bar and the bedroom has residual smell. Bath was rusty and had been painted in the past but now peeling, however room was clean. Wonderful view from our room towards Kasbar which was lit up at night. Absolutely beautiful. Plus sea views and only 5 mins walk to the sea, short walk to Marina and Restaurants. So a perfect location.

Please take notice of the bad reviews and don’t book this hotel! Staff Very unfriendly, rude staff on reception. They don’t smile or greet you in anyway. The worst is the guy who pounces on you the second you check in, inviting you to his sales meeting the next day. We didn’t turn up so he found us wanting to know why. I had already booked a Camel ride from the UK which he wanted me to cancel and pay more with him! I booked horse riding last minute (not with him out of principle), our transport turned up and he was so nasty, wanting to know why we didn’t book with him. Breakfast Worst hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. Not a single bit of fruit, mini burnt pastries, watered down juice machine, a shortage of glasses every morning and a pancake lady who in a week had pancakes once. Rooms Dirty toilet, rusty, peeling bath that you couldn’t have bathed in. A mouldy smelly bath mat that when I peeled up a corner, was filthy underneath. Shower head mouldy. Doors, bed frames, surfaces, mirrors, everything grubby. Under the beds, thick with hairs, fluff and dust balls. The cleaner came in every day to take our towels but took hours to return them later in the day. The first 2 days our beds were changed, after that they weren’t even made. I didn’t unpack but left all clothes in my case, the draws were gritty and crumby. The floor didn’t get cleaned once. The air conditioning was completely defunct. Luckily the weather was cool so we didn’t need it. Pool The pool looked nice but it wasn’t warm enough to get in. The Sunbeds were filthy, the cushions and the white pvc frames. Whilst staying here I heard 3 people complain at reception about the cleanliness of their room! On the plane back, I was sat next to a guy who had stayed at same hotel. He’d had 2 room swaps then gave up and moved to another hotel. YOUVE BEEN WARNED PEOPLE

Where to start.... We arrived thinking what a nice place. Staff at the reception had a look on her face like she wanted to jump off a bridge. Overall not very happy looking and made our first impression of the site start with a negative. The activity sales guy was way too pushy. Introduced himself and immediately chased us for a room number so that if we didn't book anything he could probably hound us. We booked activities but wanted to cancel one due to bad weather. He plainly said that we can't cancel it as it is already booked. Ended doing it but didn't feel worth it in the end. The Spa was closed for supposed "maintenance" but nobody seemed to know what is going on and no work was in progress. This was a proper let down as we were not told at the booking stage. The room was OK but the bath was flaked out in the middle and definitely not suitable to sit in. The bare part of the bath was simply cover with a rubber bath mat. The hardest mattress I have ever slept on, considering I've slept on the floor before. Check out was done by getting the same rubbish look from the lady in charge. The feeling after checking out was, now that we checked out they aren't getting more money out of us, so just go and don't ask any more questions. Overall below standard and not a 4 star hotel. Might have been 4 star in the 80s but not at present. Would not recommend or stay there again.

At arrival, they didn’t find my booking and even I showed them my order in Hotels app, they didn’t believe me. When I checked in the room I find my pillow dirty. There was also a trace of something red on the bathroom towel. To me it looked like blood. I took pictures and showed the receptionist. He didn't want to accept and claimed everything was clean. After some minutes arguing he accepted to change both. The bathroom was old, dirty and not maintained according very well. The bed was not comfortable at all and the room was quite noisy. I could hear people talking in the floors both above me and below my room. However, the location was good and central and they demonstrated good service related to arranging various sightseeings and activities. Breakfast was acceptable but their coffees tasted strange.

Other than the Policy that bared me from having my cousin stay with me because he is a National and I was born in the U.S. The hotel was wonderful. I came from America to visit my family. My family lives about 2 hours away so i wanted a place to sleep before I go. This was perfect. A lot of security, very close to the beach. A bar, a restaurant. The rooms are beautiful.

You definitely get what you pay for with this hotel. There was mold ALL over the bathroom ceiling - at first I didn't notice it because I thought the ceiling was patterned but upon closer look I realized it was mold. I noticed there was a door to an adjoining room in my room with no deadbolt on it. I asked the person at the front desk if I could please change rooms as I was a female traveling solo and it would make me feel safer to have a room without this adjoining door. The person actually laughed at me and said "why is this a problem". I explained my concerns and they continued to tell me it wasn't an issue and I couldn't switch rooms. Not because they didn't have any other rooms available, but because they thought I didn't need to. This was extremely unsettling to me. I ended up choosing to barricade furniture in front of the adjoining door during my stay just so I could feel safer. The key card I was given would get erased at least once a day, meaning every day (sometimes multiple times a day) I had to go back down to the front desk for them to recalibrate the card. The same person who laughed at me for wanting to switch rooms raised their voice with me after the fourth or so time I had to recalibrate my card and asked what I was doing to make this happen. Mind you, I saw numerous other guests also asking for the same thing so it clearly was an issue with the cards. The front desk staff still said it was my fault.

Majority of the staff were friendly. Hotel clean. Pool area not so much and limited sunbeds considering the size of the hotel! Food not very good, my partner will eat anything and even he wouldn’t eat most of what was on offer. Very noisy as there is a nightclub next door. If you’re a non smoker like we are then it won’t be to your liking as you can smoke in the bar and games room, it stinks of stale smoke, it’s not pleasant!

Property is located walking distance to the beach, hotel reception, dining etc have recently been refurbished and all looks new, cleanliness, nice swimming pools, breakfast is pretty much same each morning but enjoyed the crepes and fresh omelettes , close by music blasting could be pretty annoying at night but doesn’t last all night and rooms are not well insulated and can hear noises from above and side rooms , beds are quite firm, bathroom wc in rooms could do with a makeover, WiFi can be pretty sluggish at times, overall not a bad hotel, if your on a budget , finally you can’t bring drinks or food from outside and be sure to shop around for excursions and not just go with the hotel excursions prices do vary.

The staff at reception need to learn how to speak to clients. Music needs to be turned off at night. Even at 3am, the music was blasted at both front and rear of the hotel. If you want to use the pool, you need to put down a deposit for a towel???? And get that back when you return the towel. Shampoo and conditioner was something you had to beg for.

Donc bref , N’Y ALLEZ PAS !

Oasis Hotel & Spa in Agadir is in a good location close to the beach, marina and kasbah cable car terminal. The hotel is generally in decent condition, however it could do with some maintenance in places. Cleaning standards are decent, although a little more time and effort could be spent on cleaning guests room and towels are overdue a replacement. the big positive is the staff, all of whom were welcoming, friendly and helpful, particularly the young lady in the poolside cafe/bar, who is charming.

Warning, warning, warning!! Expedia and this hotel are both scammers! For our July 2021 vacation, we booked this hotel in May and to our surprise we arrive to the hotel after a long drive and when we arrived, the woman in the front desk middle-aged with short reddish hair rudely told us they don’t have our reservation and that they didn’t work with Expedia since the pandemic started (hence, 4 months later they’re still listed on Expedia). She claimed there is nothing she can do and handed over Expedia’s number. We had to go add money on our phone to call, before we can speak to someone, the money ran out. My 2-year old, myself and my husband had a nightmare to say the least. We had no choice but to go to walk over to the next hotel and pay even more money. Expedia hasn’t given us our refund and the thieves at the hotel took our money. We call Expedia and we just get passed around from Nepal to India to I don’t where. As soon as work slows down, I will be suing Expedia and the scammer/hospital like hotel. The pics are very misleading.

Negatives:The room we had was in a corner above the little shop outside at the back of the hotel and never had sun at any point of the day. There was no furniture on the small balcony. The room was small but adequate. It was very noisy in the room from 7am onwards with doors banging and people talking and moving about. You couldn't help the doors banging. Ours did as well. The walls let all noise through. The bar area was drab and uninviting. Positives: Staff were friendly. Pool was very clean and surrounding garden tidy. Towels were provided which was good

Hotel location is quite good - easy access to the beach (5 minutes walk) and many restaurants and cafes nearby! Room: Double bed Standard is perfect! My room was nice, clean and quiet ( I suggest you go for a room with pool & garden view if you like tranquility). I never put the A/C on as I had a balcony and prefered to open it.. The bathroom was nice (bath tube + shower head) / clean towels.etc Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly (most of them speak English besides Arabic, Berber, French and German)! Restaurant: I never had any meals at the restaurant so cannot say much about it, sorry!People I met in the hotel said the food was not exceptional though!.. Nationalities: There is a majority of French & Bristish people and few Germans. I spent 5 days in this hotel but if I had to stay one more week I would probably go for a 5 star hotel minimum..

staff very unpleasent..Reception has got no idea of customer service (except a young man wearing glasses)(The lady at reception very rude) The day we arrived,we had dirty sheets on the bed. Air conditioning was not workin(and never did work until we left despite our daily complaints.)We asked reception if the necessary could be done.We left the room and went out for dinner, came back couple of hours afterwards still nothing done.We rang reception ,a man came change the sheets and promised that the sheets will be changed every day.At least , that was done .As far as the service in the restaurant in the morning for breakfast ..no comments!!! Never had any main meal there .would be appreciated if the gym should have airconditioning. Hotel needs some renovation.Would rate it as a 2stars.....Will not recom mend this hotel.

We were given twin double bed room as we requested on line. it was on first floor, room size was good enough to stay in for two person, I must say that it was fine. But from the first night we realized that the sink in the bath was blocked, reception was informed next morning and by the time we came back in the evening they removed the sink blockage and the problem was solved!! not too posh, but it was a nice comfortable room!! In my opinion, it is worth what we paid for. And the breakfast was nice, plenty of fruit, fruit juice, tea and coffee, plenty of salad, main breakfast dish was rice, scrambled egg, chicken sausage cooked in nice gravy and freshly baked some kind of traditional chapati. one more problem- sometimes the lift was not in good working condition! when we pressed -1 to go down to reception and breakfast room it was stuck, and not moving at all. We just got out of the lift, through darkness of the corridor , and we found fire exit sign, reached to the reception hall, it was a scary experience!! informed this to the gentleman at the reception desk and he kindly made a note of it and later he solved this out, we noticed it. But all bout hotel service, food, room, everything was great!!

Also really liked that though hotels.com booking got a Tour rep come to Hotel and make sure everything was ok at hotel and gave information on trips and visits. Only downsides with this Hotel, is could do with bit of update in rooms and lick of paint on balcony's, plus no WIFI or Internet in Room, but there WIFI in lobby, if you can stand people smoking.

well, i'm from UAE. i stayed in the hotel from 12/10/2011 to 22/10/2011. so roughly 10 nights, any way. let me tell u what happen to me. first of all they gave me very bad room with no air condtion, the next day i change it after fighting with them the night before they change it to anther room. so the new room was bad too, the towels, it's very old and yellow, when i asked the girl who clean the room, she told me they only change towels every January of each year, so if u go in the beging of the year u get new towel other wise u will use one year old towel which looks more like yellow and dirty then pure white. next there is no Chennels to watch TV, nothing, only three channel u can watch BBC, CNN and aljazeera. i asked them to provide new channels they said sorry our wire system is old and we can't change anything.... the hotel looks creapy at nights all lights goes off even in the hall between the rooms..... No interrent to use. u have to pay 20 DHR for 15 min only... No saving box for money, if u want to use it u have to pay 25 DHR per day, i never heard this rule in my life before..... when i checked out, i found out somebody is using my name and my room number to buy snaks from down stare... offcourse i didn't pay for it because the signature didn't match my origanl signature thank god, so i had to fight for this.... so after i said all the truth. it's up to u guys u wanna visit this bad hotel. thanx for reading.

Our stay at the Oasis Hotel in Agadir was very pleasant - great pool and surroundings, friendly staff, and our room (at the back of the hotel) was clean, comfortable and with an excellent view of the Kasbah. It was quite noisy at times, particularly if we left the balcony door open, but as there was air-conditioning this wasn't too much of a problem. Breakfasts were good, with plenty of choice, and lunch filled a gap, albeit a bit ordinary. Avoid the hawkers at the hotel - there are two souvenir shops, and the shopkeepers are absolute pests, following you around, hollering across the foyer, trying to make a sale. Give them the cold shoulder from the beginning and you should be fine. The hotel is also just a couple of minute's walk from the beach, town centre and marina, but well away from the overtly-touristy areas. There are several car hire companies across the road, and the hotel has a small carpark which is fine, as most guests arrive in coaches. Staff were friendly and helpful, and speak good English. The barman even had a couple of phrases in Irish, and was eager to learn more! Would recommend this hotel.

We had a good special price from this website. The hotel is nice and very near the beach. Room was confortable. All inclued available, but we prefered to havé thé room only and eating outside the hotel. Good choice also if you have a family; activities for kids.

This was the worst holidays we ever had. The staff greeted us only on our deoarture day, the breakfast was horrendous, i had to eat olives, cucumber, peppers and dry pastries for 7 days !!! The walls were thin so we could hear the people upstairs, on the sides, outside, ...and it s too close from the main road. And the tean was 3 times more experience than anywhere else...well some hotels do give them for free tough. Extremely disappointing for a package holidays.
