An older style but nice hotel. The rooms were small but clean and comfortable. We are dinner in the hotel restaurant and were very happy with our meal. The waiter in the restaurant was patient and friendly with our large group. Breakfast was good with many different options. The staff were all very efficient.

Cons: Bonjour, Je souhaite signaler un problème concernant ma réservation L’établissement refuse de me fournir la facture correspondant à mon séjour,puisque la réservation est faite chez booking et non pas directement Je rappelle que, conformément aux dispositions légales en vigueur (obligation de délivrance d’une facture pour toute prestation de services payante), l’hôtel est tenu de remettre une facture au client. Cette facture m’est indispensable afin de justifier mes frais de déplacement auprès de mon employeur. Je vous demande donc d’intervenir rapidement pour que l’établissement respecte ses obligations et me transmette sans délai ma facture officielle. Dans le cas contraire, je me verrai contraint d’envisager un signalement auprès des autorités compétentes en matière de protection des consommateurs. Si mon problème n est pas résolu dans ce cas je conseil les professionnelle de ne pas réserver indirectement Merci

The staff were pleasant, especially the Filipino waitress on the terrace, and the bed was comfortable. However, I was very disappointed to see that my first night on August 25th was cancelled on Booking, even though I actually stayed there until August 28th. It looks like the hotel deliberately cancelled my first night to avoid paying the Booking commission. This is unacceptable and misleading for guests.

Cons: 1. The Room 103 was very small and the window overlooks into a dump yard for the hotel. Very Bad Views. 2. The bed was very uncomfortable, couldn’t get a good sleep and ended up with alot of Back and Neck Pain. 3. The Receptionist made some very an appropiate comment at the time of check-in which makes me never want to be back at the Bellere again. 4. Location of the hotel on the Booking.com Map is wrong it sends you into a Police Controlled area amd also the back of the Parliament Building. 5. Breakfast was not great. Once the put the items out at 6:30am its like whatever gets finished thats it. So by 8.45am breakfast option was already very limited, yet they serve breakfast till 10.00am. All in All this was an experence i will prefer to forget and not to ever repeat it again. To sum it up one of the worst stays i have experienced.

Cons: Le réceptionniste a été très désagréable. Et un des personnel m’a très mal parlé. Une amie m’accompagnait pour aller manger au restaurant de l’hôtel et elle s’est fait traiter de prostituée !! Inadmissible, scandaleux, inacceptable. La chambre était très bruyante. Les murs ne sont pas épais et l’on entend les gens parler dans la chambre d’à côté. Difficile pour dormir. La chambre n’était pas très propre.

The staff were very nice and friendly throughout my stay.
Cons: Both the sink and the shower drained incredibly slowly. Within just 2–3 seconds of turning on the water, the sink would start to fill up and stay full. The shower was just as bad—water pooled almost instantly and lingered long after use. If basic maintenance like proper drainage can’t be addressed, I can’t recommend this place, there are better options for the same price.

Cons: We checked in and the staff gave us a room where someone else is still occupying so we have to wait for the elevator again to go down and later was asked to show the room to the staff. I think on this case we shouldnt have to go up and down with the staff coz we have waited a while to get a room initially since there was a guy complaining by the front desk. Then had to go up just to show the staff that it was indeed occupied. Then we had to go down again with our stuff to get another keycard and up again to finally see the right room. Not a good first impression having to arrive tired from traveling. They only have one elevator in the whole hotel so we have to wait for this. Also they can do better sound insulation and yes more elevators. The breakfast doesnt have any fruit. Very limited selection of food.

Cons: Hubo que esperar el check in durante mas de media hora y aun asi, la habitación no estaba lista; el hotel NO TIENE PARKING a pesar de que se anuncia como hotel con parking; no funcionaba el televisor; no funcionaba el frigobar; no habia soporte para el papel higiénico; el primer día solo habia una toalla de mano, un jabon y un frasco de shampoo usado, y el segundo dia no habia ni una sola toalla, ni gel de ducha, ni jabón; en el restaurante y en el roof top, no había 4 de cada 5 cosas que figuraban en la carta. El desayuno, que se sirve solo hasta las 10, estaba pasable. El personal muy amable en general, pero el hotel UN DESASTRE.

Für mich grenzt es an Betrug. Wenn die Bilder nicht die Realität entsprechen und die angegebenen Informationen nicht die Wahrheit entsprechen, dann fehlt mir die Seriösität. Ich hatte insgesamt 3 Nächte gebucht und konnte erste Nacht nicht schlafen, da die Klimaanlage ausgefallen war, danach habe ich die beiden restlichen Nächsten stornieren wollen und bin in einem anderen Hotel umgezogen. Das Belere Hotel hat meine Stornierung nicht angenommen und nicht mal für nötig gesehen mir zwei komplette Sätze zu schreiben um sich zu entschuldigen. Danke Belere und nie wieder.

I booked a non-refundable room, so they are in their right, but the hotel was absolutely not willing to cange the dates after I contacted them I could unexpectedly not make the original date. My own fault, but most hotels I dealt with were happy to be flexible towards clients when unexpected calamities came up. Too bad

Cons: I and my family recently spent 2 nights at this hotel . We did not get one decent night of sleep during this stay. There were always loud people late at night. There was construction during the afternoons. Breakfast was ok but not much choice . The staff were all very ok and helpful but I think improvements need to be made . We had to wait more than 2 hours to get the room which is not a good thing ,especially when you have a small kid. As a tour operator,I have booked this hotel for its good location ,but I have found better options for my next clients. To be honest,it is a bit expensive for what you get.

Cons: I had a room at the 2nd floor, and at the 1st was the bar, a smoking area. If you use the stairway, you will have to go through the smell of cigarettes. The poor quality of the Wi-Fi network. The dinner at the restaurant when I went was a buffet (no "a la carte" available) with very little choice, same for the breakfast.

This property was in a good location, just next to the train station and walking distance to some shops and cafes. I did all to the mall as well. The staff were very friendly and even helped me to call a salon to make an appointment. The bar tenders and servers were all amazing as well. The breakfast, while abundant was not great. The aircon in the room didn’t work. I did not complain but if it was ANY warmer it would have been a massive issue. All in id stay again.

Cons: 🚨🚨N’hésitez pas à lire avant de réserver 🚨🚨 Si le vol ou l’arnaque devait porter un nom, ce serait sans aucun doute l’hôtel Belere. Une expérience déplorable et scandaleuse. Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel à Rabat, et ce fut une des pires expériences jamais vécues. Les tarifs : Nous avions réservé une première nuit pour 710 dirhams, la chambre était correcte avec un grand lit. Convaincus de rester une nuit supplémentaire, le prix est passé inexplicablement à 1140 dirhams, avec la promesse d’une chambre surclassée. Résultat ? Un lit plus petit, loin du confort attendu pour un prix doublé. Les tarifs augmentaient à chaque réservation, atteignant 1400 dirhams pour une troisième nuit, ce qui est totalement abusif, surtout après avoir déjà passé deux nuits sur place. Discrimination et arnaque : Les tarifs semblent être faits “à la tête du client”. Nous avons réservé via Booking pour 650 dirhams après avoir été confrontés à un tarif de 1400 dirhams annoncé à la réception. Une fois la réservation effectuée, le réceptionniste a tenté de nous faire payer en plus du prix 750 dirhams. Ce n’est qu’en insistant et en montrant le reçu Booking que nous avons évité une tentative d’arnaque. Comportement inacceptable du personnel : Pendant que nous tentions de régler la situation, notre voiture, garée en warning devant l’hôtel pour une courte durée, a été signalée à la fourrière par un réceptionniste. Nous l’avons vu sortir, téléphone à la main, près de notre voiture. Résultat : une amende de 150 dirhams pour avoir simplement tenté de comprendre pourquoi les prix doublaient sans raison. Confort des chambres et petit-déjeuner : Chauffage faible dans les chambres, en plein mois de décembre où il fait très froid. Les nuits étaient glaciales. Les balcons sont communs, un manque total d’intimité. Le petit-déjeuner est extrêmement médiocre : jus d’orange non frais, pas d’œufs au plat ni brouillé, peu de choix, tout est froid. Cela ne vaut même pas un Ibis Budget.

Our room was definitely not luxury, as stated! In fact, it was " beyond basic." The bed was so small , just a double. If that! The mattress was like a cement slab, and the pillows were the same. The aircon was next to useless, so in this tiny room, it was nearly suffocating. There is a small balcony. However, you can't leave the door open as there are mosquitoes. Actually, when we arrived, the balcony door was unlocked...so check it if you decide to stay here as the people next to you have easy access to your balcony. No tea and coffee making facilities. There were some complimentary cool drinks and water in the little fridge...which was was a plus. The buffet dinner is not that great. I would not stay here again.

La cama muy cómoda, tiene buen wifi en la habitación y las tallas y jabón muy bien., el personal muy amable.
Cons: El parking pone que hay pero tuvimos que dejar la moto en la calle en la puerta del hotel, vigilado por los de la puerta. El desayuno muy flojo con un liquido por zumo de naranja, no había mucha variedad de nada, algo de fruta pero poco., a las 8:00 ya no habia queso fresco no zumo natural.

Cons: - موظف الاستقبال كان مزاجه سئي جدا و كان تعامله معي كاني لن ادفع مال مقابل الاقامه ( اتمنى من ادارة الفندق ان يعطوه دورات في كيفية التعامل مع الضيوف و خصوصا للنزلاء الذين يصلوا في الساعات المتاخره لانهم يريدون ان يناموا و هم تعبانين من السفر ) - في بوكنج موجود ان الحمام يوجد به شطاف و في الحقيقه لا يوجد اي شطاف ، وهذا يعتبر كذب للعميل لاني ابحث عن شطاف في الحمام و من هذا الامر المفروض ان بوكنج تتاخذ الاجراء الازم في مثل هذا التدليس على العميل - البانيو خطير و خصوصا لكبار السن لانه عالي على الارض و اتمنى ازالة البانيو لانه غير آمن. - المواقف على حسب توفرها امام الفندق . - الفطور اكثر من عادي - السرير اي حركه فيه يطلع صوت مزعج ( اسوى سرير نمت عليه في حياتي ) - للاسف لم يكن فيه اي ( upgraded ) بما اني جينيس 3 بل اعطاني اسوى غرفه في الفندق في الدور الاول
