A very big room by Paris standards, and whilst the view was of the courtyard, the big windows let in plenty of light. The AC worked brilliantly which was a boon in this heatwave. The bathroom was big, brand new, and spotlessly clean. Nice safe area with plenty of bars, shopping and restaurants nearby.
Cons: Only a minor thing - a couple of well-thumbed magazines were left on the bed for us to read. It was a well intentioned thought, but if leaving magazines for guests in rooms, they need to look new, not shabby.

Panie, które przyjmowały nas do hotelu były bardzo uprzejme i pomocne. Bez problemu można było zostawić bagaż w przechowalni do czasu zameldowania i przy wymeldowaniu. Pokoje były bardzo czyste i zadbane, codziennie uważnie sprzątane. Świetnie działała klimatyzacja. Łóżka były bardzo wygodne, a okna szczelne. Śniadania były znakomite, chociaż mogłyby być nieco bardziej urozmaicone. Znakomita, bardzo uprzejma i sprawna obsługa podczas śniadań. Profesjonalizm w każdym calu:) Hotel naprawdę warty polecenia! Jeśli będę w Paryżu na pewno tutaj wrócę:)

The room was huge! Glass bottles of water were replenished every day, there were some boiled sweets and chocolates in the room. The bed was comfy, the room was lovely and cool and the shower was great! During this trip I have stayed in 2 other, more expensive hotels and this place was the best. We liked the location, 2 mins walk from the metro and at night the surrounding area had a good buzz. I would definitely go back!

Cons: Everything was wonderful, and we really enjoyed our stay. The only small suggestion I have is about the breakfast. If you're staying for several days, it would be nice to see a few changes to the menu every couple of days, just to add a little variety. Of course, this is only my personal opinion. If I were organizing the kitchen, that's probably what I would do. Overall, everything else was excellent!

In the lobby there is coffee, tea and water all day. The breakfast is magnificent, the staff there is perfect. Breakfast is from 6.30 to 11, which is a great convenience.

Cons: Nous n'avons pas eu la chambre réservée. J'avais réservé (via la sélection des chambres + via les photos) une chambre à 2 lits simples. Nous avons eu une chambre standard avec un petit lit double !! Et en plus la salle de bain, pas de paroi de douche, c'est à même le carrelage à coté des WC et du lavabo, je déteste cela ! Nous aurions dû - en plus de la réservation booking - faire une demande particulière par mail à l'hôtel directement pour avoir la chambre souhaitée !! ce que je trouve complétement illogique. Quel est l'intérêt de sélectionner sa chambre sur booking alors ? Donc une chambre très chère pour ce que c'était !! Vraiment déçue. Au delà de cela, le personnel est gentil et l'hôtel est propre dans l'ensemble

Cons: Gros problème de bruit régulier au niveau de la ventilation jour et nuit dans notre chambre, qui n'a malheureusement pu être solutionné. Location was great, close enough to the city centre for everything you want but far enough away to take advantage of more reasonable and more normal bars and restaurants. Rooms aren't the biggest but they all are in Paris from what I could see, it has everything you need for a city break, including air con which really came into its own. The whole hotel is modern and clean, rooms cleaned daily and complimentary coffee in the reception.
Cons: No personal iron and ironing board... Seemed to only be one in the whole hotel of 5 floors. On the second day, we requested the iron but had to leave it after half an hour or so as we had plans, another guest didn't return it and they couldn't seem to find it to pass it on. For so many rooms, youd think there would be more than one or two irons if they aren't providing them in each room. I am but picking here but it was a little but only gripe.

We had a spacious room, tastefully decorated with a comfortable king size bed. They thoughtfully laid the bed with a light duvet, but we had to remove it due to the heatwave. But, the air-conditioning was very good, set at a cool enough temperature for us, with 3 adjustable fan speeds in the room controls. Free chilled filtered water and a coffee machine were available in the lobby. Comfortable general lounges on the ground floor for guests. The buffet breakfast was excellent, with attentive staff replenishing dishes regularly.

Within 20 minutes' walk from Gare du Nord, the hotel was comfortable with a decent sized bedroom and bathroom. There was air conditioning which helped during the current heatwave, although was not the strongest. The room contained spare pillows, a safe, a kettle, TV, 8 hangers on an open rail, some drawers, a small table and desk chair and plenty of charging points. There were communal soap/shampoo bottles for use in the bathroom. There was a nice seating area downstairs, off the lobby. The hotel felt secure and guests needed to use their key card to enter at all times. Breakfast was served in a bright spacious room downstairs and included a good selection of hot (baked beans, mushrooms, potatoes, sausages, scrambled eggs and bacon) and cold (muesli, fruit, bread, croissants, chocolate cake, jam, Emmental/Brie cheese, ham/turkey slices, tomatoes and lettuce), plus juices and a hot drinks machine including hot chocolate.
Cons: Would've preferred being able to use more than one plate at breakfast (not very nice using the same small plate for scrambled egg and then again for chocolate cake), but there wasn't any spare cutlery/crockery/napkins available for guests- except what was already laid out for each setting.

Disappointing 3 star? Threadbare carpet, paint flaking off walls. Small rooms. Bad atmosphere in breakfast room due to aggressive staff member. I presume he was senior ( Abdou ) as he openly berated a young staff member. Not a teacher and anything like that should be done away from guests. Despite some reviews this is not a great spot as it is over an hours walk to the Eiffel Tower. You will need another 50 minutes for the Sacre Coeur Sheets not changed in a five night stay and left with wet towels for the last day? For the money I would expect better. Oh yes bring your own side plate for breakfast, you will be viewed with disdain if you ask for another. On the plus side Siham was very helpful at reception, changing our first room we were not happy with.

The reviews I read before booking this hotel said it was in a great location, clean and breakfast was fantastic. Our experience was completely different unfortunately. Yes it is close to metro stations but that’s about it. It’s over an hours walk to the Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomphe and 30 minutes to the Louvre. The first room we were shown was like a cupboard so we asked to change. This was quickly sorted by Siham, who was an absolute delight to deal with( possibly the only positive about this hotel). Our next rooms air conditioning and hair dryer didn’t work but again was quickly fixed by Siham. We stayed for 5 nights without a change of bed linen and on our second last day the towels were not changed either, despite them being left wet and dirty on the floor. They were merely hung back up to reuse. Corridors were grubby with dirty threadbare carpets. Breakfast was chaotic with the restaurant being ‘managed’ by Abdou who expressed his opinions and wishes to other members of staff in a forceful/aggressive manner. Guests selecting breakfast items were pushed past when he wanted into that area. His manner altered considerably if you were a single attractive female however when he could not do enough! Guests are expected to eat breakfast on one side plate with no fresh plates offered should you wish to swap from savoury to sweet. Think, eating a croissant from a plate that has already been used for beans and scrambled eggs 🤢 Coffee is provided in the lobby however when we requested creamer we were informed ‘ it was for the workers’ ( conference attendees). Overall I think there are better value hotels for the price they are charging, look elsewhere.

Für unser Kurztrip war es wirklich ein schönes Hotel. Die Lage war super für uns und die Größe des Zimmers war gut (deutlich größer als andere in Paris). Es war sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Auch das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Wir würden das Hotel wieder wählen.

Hotel je izvrstan, sobe odlične velike. Imali smo klimatiziranu sobu s balkonom u doba najveće vrućine u Parizu. Svaki dan su nam mijenjali ručnike, doručak je bio odličan, a lokacija fenomenalna. Metro je jako blizu, puno restorana, trgovina, kafića i pekara u neposrednoj blizini. U sobi imate i caffe aparat s kapsulama kao i dvije vrste vode. Uživale smo u svemu!

das Zimmer hat die Erwartung voll erfüllt. bei der Hitzewelle hier Ende Juni 26 war die gut funktionierende klima anlage Gold wert. Das Personal sehr aufmerksam und höflich Wir konnten unser Zimmer schon um 11 Uhr beziehen nicht erst um 15.00 Uhr Alles sehr sauber. Ein Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer wäre top gewesen ist aber in Frankreich nicht üblich. Zentral alles schnell mit UBER erreichbar. wir können das Hotel wirklich empfehlen

Well in advance of our arrival, I contacted the hotel and kindly requested a nice room for this celebration. Unfortunately, my request was completely ignored, and I did not receive any response. Upon arrival, we were allocated a very small room on the top floor, directly under the roof, with tiny windows. This was particularly disappointing given the purpose of our trip and my prior request. In addition, the housekeeping service was far below expectations. During our three-day stay, the dirty glasses were not changed at all, and the towels were replaced only once. Overall, the room allocation and lack of proper housekeeping significantly affected our experience and left us disappointed with the level of service provided.

Cons: la stanza ha temperatura pre-impostata: si avvisa che è possibile regolare solo alzando/abbassando la temperatura di 3 gradi, e che non è possibile utilizzare il climatizzatore/riscaldamento con la finestra aperta. purtroppo non era possibile aprire la finestra e la stanza era GELIDA (cosa molto strana per Parigi che normalmente ha un'avversione verso l'aria condizionata). diciamo che sarebbe meglio lasciare agli ospiti la possibilità di decidere di non dormire in una ghiacciaia. altra osservazione la presa elettrica in bagno dava la possibilità di utilizzare solo rasoio - diventa molto scomodo dover utilizzare phon o piastra lontano da uno specchio - capisco che chi viaggia per lavoro sia soprattutto uomo ma gli anni 70 sono finiti.

We had to come with a wheelchair due to an injury to my wife's wrist. Since she constantly needed ice for cold compresses, the staff was incredibly helpful and provided ice every single time. The hotel is highly accessible/accessible-friendly, and the cleanliness of the rooms was also very good. It was a hotel experience that I can recommend with absolute peace of mind.

The receptionist at the check in and out was very friendly and nice. It’s not very close from the station but you can walk from /to gate du nord around 20 minutes.
Cons: WiFi didn’t work. My husband went to reception to ask about WiFi and he said the receptionist at night wasn’t very nice nor helpful. It’s not hotel’s fault but someone above (probably small kids) woke up early around 5:30 in the morning and running around. That woke me up.

Die Lage ist sehr gut für das nordöstliche Zentrum. Gare du Nord und Gare de l'Est sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Auch die Hauptattraktionen wie Louvre, Hotel de Ville, Norte Dame sind in Laufdistanz. Das Frühstück ist für Frankreich außergewöhnlich gut. Sehr freundliches Personal.
Cons: Die Zimmer sind klein und ein wenig düster. Für eine zentrale Lage in Paris aber mehr als gut. Parken wäre sehr schwierig.

Excellent stay in Paris; you are in the centre of everything, cafes, shopping, attractions. The room was okay, clean, spacious, and nice, with a clean bathroom. We were in a very hot weekend, but we had working AC, and we slept like babies. Very nice breakfast, you have a bit of everything. Free water, coffee at any time of day. The staff were really nice - thank you for your service! P.S. We had a room with big windows and a very Instagrammable street. So if you are looking for a hotel with a bit of view, nice services and a great price for Paris standards, this is the way to go.

Cons: When we arrived in the middle of the night - the hotel had no room for us😕 I had communicated with a member of staff who had booked us in a day earlier. The night manager was very stressed and made me feel it was my fault that the booking was not communicated and booked. ( I showed him all the written communication)After ensued a ‘Fawlty Towers’ scenario where the night manager gave us the key to a room - upon opening the door we came upon a naked man.🫤 We were finally given a room ( luckily a guest didn’t show up and we got his room) Mistakes happen and I’m ok with that. But at no time did anyone apologise or check in with us. This hotel spends too much money on love heart advertising and happy people jumping into pools on big tv screens and not enough on quality staff😕

The room is pretty big in the Paris setting. It’s comfortable and clean.
Cons: The AC is super weird, it doesn’t show you the current temperature, only allow you to increase or decrease by 3 degrees (without knowing the absolute temperature). In the end, as it was blowing hot air after 2 hours, I had to stop and open the windows instead. Also neighbourhood can be quite noisy. Soundproof of the rooms are not so good. Can hear people talking and doing their business in the toilet.

De douchecabine is zo klein dat je de (naar binnen draaiende) deur nauwelijks kunt sluiten als je erin staat.

Cons: The room was clean, but there were some stains on the furniture and carpet, we know it can't be perfect, but it did look unappealing. The room was also a little hot, but we left the windows open most of the stay and that helped.

la struttura è stata da poco rinnovata con gusto, le camere, la sala colazione, la hall, è tutto nuovo ad eccezione del corridoio delle camere (almeno quello del secondo piano dove ero io). nella Hall erano sempre disponibili caffè e tè. lo staff era cordiale, la pulizia eccellente, la colazione era a buffet ma offriva ogni giorno colazione salata (uova, bacon, patate, salumi, formaggi, ecc) e dolce (cornetti freschi, torte, marmellate varie, nutella, pane, burro, ecc), oltre a succhi, caffè, ecc. la posizione era ottima in quanto la via è silenziosissima ma comunque a 5 minuti a piedi da due fermate metro e a circa 20-25 minuti a piedi dal louvre; comodo anche il collegamento con l'aeroporto Charles De Gaulle, basta prendere la RER e 1 metro, circa 50 minuti totali di tragitto. sotto l'hotel ci sono anche alcuni bistrot per mangiare (es. Chez Minna, ottimo). non c'era nulla che non abbia soddisfatto le mie aspettative. consigliatissimo!

Our room had a very spacious toilet and a drying rack which was good for washing clothes (especially for longer trips). The hotel also had a pretty decent breakfast which made it convenient on cold and rainy days. It's also 5 mins from the metro so that was really nice.
Cons: The room looked much smaller than the pictures posted but for some strange reason our toilet was much bigger in comparison to the actual bedroom. There isn't an extra door lock (most hotel have something to turn to lock on top of the card sensors) but i guess they made up for that with having a lock at the entrance of the hotel (you have to tap your room key to enter the hotel).

Breakfastroom feels like a bunker. No Air Condition at the room - this is very important for me and usually always check this before booking, so my bad that I didn’t, nevertheless the room was way to hot. If you are very tall you will not be able to stand upright in the bathroom were the toilet is and if you are chubby you will not be able to close the shower (maybe this was obvious problems in only our room?). The bed was to small - I thought I booked a double room with 2 beds as presented on the pictures.

Für Paris, wenn man keinen Luxus braucht absolut perfekt und bezahlbar.

The hotel decor was lovely, everywhere was very clean, the staff spoke good English and were friendly and helpful. Our room was a superior one and was roomy, with a large comfortable bed, the shower was good, there was a little balcony you could step onto, it looked over the road but it wasn't very noisy, when the french doors were closed it was peaceful There was a great choice at breakfast, hot and cold and a fab selection of teas, real loose leaves not bags. Only thing I missed was no English tea bags in the room, so pop a few in your case if you like tea!

I asked the staff and they told me it's a 2-season airco in the whole building and that it was not the airco season yet. The rooms were extremelly warm. Chambre spatieuse et très confortable. Savon et soin hydratant très agréable. Petit déjeuner exceptionnel, il ne manquait rien, que des bons produits frais, de tout, mon top 3 des meilleurs petits déjeuners jamais mangé dans un hôtel. Personnel très gentil. Très bonne adresse à Paris.

L'emplacement (non loin du métro ligne 9, du REX, du Jamel Comedy club) à deux pas de l'hôtel il y a une boulangerie ainsi qu'un Carrefour City. Impeccable pour les courses. Dans le hall d'entrée, il y a une machine à café à disposition gratuitement ainsi que du thé et de l' eau aromatisée. Le service de bagagerie est également indiqué notamment lorsque le départ se fait plus tard dans la journée que le check out.
Cons: Dans un souci d'amélioration, un frigo dans la chambre serait un vrai plus.

Cons: De kamer was erg warm, de temperatuur was niet kouder te krijgen. Het ontbijt viel een beetje tegen. Beetje aan de dure kant voor wat je ervoor krijgt.

Cons: Bij ontbijt mis ik wel enige info vb ei in mandje is ongekookt dus zelf koken, waardoor ei door iemand anders wordt gepakt. En mis info over allergenen. De producten staan onhandig opgesteld lastig pakken op een te kleine balie
