We were very satisfied from our stay.The location was very good,since we had very easy access to the metro but also could go easily to the famous attractions on foot.The room was pretty clean and staff were very friendly and helpful.
Cons: The big disadvantage I would say is the check in and check out time, and I don’t know if it is a common thing for Paris but it was inconvenient. Last but not least a very small detail that I think would make guests more comfortable is to have slippers.

Cons: Leider wurde ich vom Deskpersonal nicht ernstgenommen. Der Fön im Zimmer hat sich nach 30 Sek ausgeschalten und ging nicht wieder an. Obwohl ich das sofort gemeldet habe und mir versprochen wurde es kümmert sich jemand, geschah nichts. Auch sehr ärgerlich war, dass unser Zimmer während unseres Aufenthaltes nie gereinigt wurde. Wir waren immer zwischen 14 und 16 Uhr kurz im Zimmer, aber das Zimmer war weder vorher noch nachher gereinigt worden. Die Toilette in der Lobby bräuchte dringend ein update.

The location is in a perfect part of Paris, close to the station and walking distance for all main tourist attractions of Paris. The hotel was clean and the staff was helpful.
Cons: There could have been free water bottles given as complimentary at the beginning of the stay, along with the tea and coffee that was provided. Due to a busy schedule; we didn’t spend much time at all at the hotel, would have liked to have seen more of it.

Cons: Ma chambre était collé à un petit escalier de service que j'ai emprunté et je me suis perdu dans les coulisses de l'hotel avant qu'un employé ne m'indique la sortie en me précisent que ce n'tait pas un escalier pour les clients. Mais c'est un détail sans importance. De plus la facture envoyé par mail n'a jamais été reçu mais j'ai pu récupérer une version imprimée en partant.

Desi era liber si in primele zile am putut sta la orice masa am dorit, in a 2 a parte a sejurului cand a aparut sef de sala un domn chel, a trebuit sa stam doar la mese cu scaune egale cu nr nostru de persoane, chiar daca eram in partea opusa fata de mancare si trebuia sa traversam toata sala. A fost un inconvenient.

Die zentrale Lage war super.
Cons: Wir sollten dem Hotel im Vorfeld die Ankunftzeit mitteilen. Wir waren um 12.00 Uhr da und das Zimmer konnte trotzdem erst 15.00 Uhr bezogen werden. Das kann man sich dann sparen. Unser Zimmer und das Bad war sehr klein. Das Bett ca. 1,40 ist für 2 Personen viel zu klein. Es gab nur eine große Bettdecke. Auf Anfrage wurde eine zweite Decke von der Mittarbeiterin der Rezeption gebracht. Diese war nicht einmal mit einem Bezug bezogen. Das habe ich noch nie in einem Hotel erlebt. Wir wollten ein anderes Zimmer. Nach langem hin und her konnten wir den nächsten Tag ein anderes Zimmer beziehen. Da waren dann zwei einzelne Betten und es war größer. Das Frühstück war ok mehr aber auch nicht. Es gab kaum Gemüse nur Tomaten und Salatblätter. Das Ei war nicht frisch zu bereitet. Es hat fürchterlich geschmeckt. Für ein Frühstück im Hotel geht das gar nicht.

I likes everything! It’s so so beautiful inside and the staff are so so friendly. Siham was so helpful and made me feel comfortable. Our rooms were cleaned up after a long day so when we came back our hotel was nice and tidy❤️ Didn’t really use any other facilities so can’t comment on those! Location is amazing have a lot of stuff around including metro station and breakfast places and bakeries❤️

Cons: Nous avons été assez déçus par notre séjour. Les chambres ne ressemblent pas aux photos présentées sur l’annonce. Nous avons d’abord été installés dans une toute petite chambre avec de très petites fenêtres, donnant vraiment l’impression d’une ancienne chambre de bonne. Dans la salle de bain, il y avait une lucarne autour de laquelle la mousse isolante dépassait. Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre. La seconde avait certes des fenêtres légèrement plus grandes, mais elle restait très différente des photos de l’annonce. La climatisation était également particulièrement bruyante. Pour un tarif de 200 € la nuit, nous nous attendions vraiment à une chambre correspondant davantage aux photos présentées. L’expérience n’a malheureusement pas été à la hauteur de nos attentes.

Beautiful Hotel, Spacious Room & Excellent Service A very beautiful hotel with a spacious room that comfortably accommodated the three of us. The room was very clean and well maintained — cleanliness 10/10! The bathroom was also big, spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, which made our stay even more pleasant. The reception staff were very helpful, friendly, and welcoming. We especially appreciated the secure main entrance, which made us feel very safe during our stay. The central lobby area was lovely and convenient for waiting. Even after checking out, we were able to freshen up before heading for our next trip, and we also enjoyed having our lunch there. This thoughtful facility was extremely helpful and made our travel much more comfortable. Overall, we had a wonderful and comfortable stay. The hotel was clean, safe, spacious, and welcoming. We would definitely recommend it and would be happy to stay here again!

Hotel pulito. La posizione è molto comoda per visitare Parigi prevalentemente a piedi o con i mezzi (fermata metropolitana molto vicina). In prossimità dell'albergo, soprattutto sui boulevard, molti bar e ristoranti. Ottima l'idea di fornire gratuitamente acqua fresca e caffè (sia nella hall sia in camera). La nostra stanza era al quarto piano ed aveva un piccolo terrazzino, nessun rumore dalla strada, peraltro poco trafficata. Nel complesso ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, lo consiglierei.
Cons: Il bagno è un pochino stretto e tutto il tempo (notte compresa) vi è stato un rumore ripetitivo dovuto forse all'aria condizionata.

Мне понравилось, что возле ресепшена был бесплатный доступ к воде и кофе. В целом расположение неплохое: до основных достопримечательностей можно добраться пешком. Также в отеле было чисто.
Cons: От завтрака ожидала немного большего. В целом наесться можно: были омлет, варёные яйца, сосиски, небольшие блинчики и круассаны, но какого-то большого разнообразия не было. Что касается расположения, в сторону 9-го округа рядом с отелем есть вполне приятные и спокойные улицы. А вот если идти по 10-му округу в сторону вокзала, район выглядит уже менее безопасным и комфортным для прогулок. Чем ближе к вокзалу, тем менее спокойно я себя чувствовала. Также стоит учитывать, что в одном здании находятся два отеля с очень похожими названиями: один четырёхзвёздочный, а этот — трёхзвёздочный. Сначала я сама запуталась и пришла не в тот отель. Если подытожить, на мой взгляд, цена немного завышена и в основном обусловлена удачным расположением. Я останавливалась в Париже в отелях такого же уровня и качества за меньшие деньги, правда, они находились немного дальше от центра. Поэтому здесь вы в первую очередь доплачиваете именно за локацию.

Die Lage ist wirklich toll - in einer kleinen Seitenstraße und in 2 Minuten mitten auf dem Boulevard. Zum Gare du Nord kann man gut laufen. Für französische Verhältnisse war das Frühstück wirklich gut. Das Personal war super nett und für das, was man bekommt ist der Preis echt prima. Ich würde da sofort wieder wohnen.

Cons: We booked this hotel for one night, from 24–25 August, as we were visiting Paris to celebrate my friend’s birthday weekend. The hotel itself is modern and nicely designed, but unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience with the service. I booked two rooms through Booking.com and contacted the hotel directly in advance to confirm that there would be four guests. I also provided all the guests’ names and asked whether they needed any additional information. I was told that my email confirmation was all they needed. When we arrived at the hotel and checked in, we paid for everything, but nobody informed us of any issue with the guest details or breakfast arrangements. The following morning, during breakfast, we were told that only one person had been registered for each room and that we would therefore have to pay extra for the other guests, despite breakfast being included in our booking confirmation. We spoke with reception, and they showed me the confirmation containing both my name and my friend’s name—the exact information I had previously sent to the hotel by email. This clearly showed that they had received our information, but the additional two guests had simply not been added to the reservation. Unfortunately, the reception manager was quite rude and unhelpful. I showed her the email and she said that the girl doesn't work here,who replied the email,but a minute ago the receptionist told me that girl is quite new, The manager told me that it was not her responsibility and that I should contact Booking.com because the reservation had not been made directly with the hotel. She made no real effort to investigate the situation or find a solution. As I did not want to let the situation ruin my friend’s birthday weekend, I simply paid the additional amount and left. Overall, while the hotel itself is nice and modern, the customer service and the way this issue was handled were extremely disappointing.

Das Hotel ist sehr Central. In 2 Minuten erreicht man öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Zahlreiche Bars, Cafés und Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zur Seine spaziert man ca. 1,5 km. Die Zimmer sind sauber. Das Frühstück ist lecker und hat eine gute Auswahl.
Cons: Im Zimmer kann man leider die Fenster nicht öffnen. Was ein wenig beklemmend ist. Und noch mehr Wünsche man sich als Gast das man die Fenster öffnen kann, weil es leider aus den alten Leitungen im Badezimmer unangenehm riecht. Das Reinigungs Personal ist leider sehr Laut auf den Gängen. Die Bar die so schön dargestellt wird auf den Bildern ist leider gar nicht geöffnet.

A very big room by Paris standards, and whilst the view was of the courtyard, the big windows let in plenty of light. The AC worked brilliantly which was a boon in this heatwave. The bathroom was big, brand new, and spotlessly clean. Nice safe area with plenty of bars, shopping and restaurants nearby.
Cons: Only a minor thing - a couple of well-thumbed magazines were left on the bed for us to read. It was a well intentioned thought, but if leaving magazines for guests in rooms, they need to look new, not shabby.

Hotel spełnił wszystkie moje oczekiwania. Jest położony bardzo blisko dwóch stacji metra, co czyni go świetnym punktem wypadowym w zwiedzaniu Paryża. Obsługa w recepcji była doskonała! Panie, które przyjmowały nas do hotelu były bardzo uprzejme i pomocne. Bez problemu można było zostawić bagaż w przechowalni do czasu zameldowania i przy wymeldowaniu. Pokoje były bardzo czyste i zadbane, codziennie uważnie sprzątane. Świetnie działała klimatyzacja. Łóżka były bardzo wygodne, a okna szczelne. Śniadania były znakomite, chociaż mogłyby być nieco bardziej urozmaicone. Znakomita, bardzo uprzejma i sprawna obsługa podczas śniadań. Profesjonalizm w każdym calu:) Hotel naprawdę warty polecenia! Jeśli będę w Paryżu na pewno tutaj wrócę:)

The room was huge! Glass bottles of water were replenished every day, there were some boiled sweets and chocolates in the room. The bed was comfy, the room was lovely and cool and the shower was great! During this trip I have stayed in 2 other, more expensive hotels and this place was the best. We liked the location, 2 mins walk from the metro and at night the surrounding area had a good buzz. I would definitely go back!

The location was perfect, The staff were very friendly. The rooms were clean, and the bed linen was spotless, comfortable, and fresh. The area was very quiet, yet there were plenty of restaurants nearby.
Cons: Everything was wonderful, and we really enjoyed our stay. The only small suggestion I have is about the breakfast. If you're staying for several days, it would be nice to see a few changes to the menu every couple of days, just to add a little variety. Of course, this is only my personal opinion. If I were organizing the kitchen, that's probably what I would do. Overall, everything else was excellent!

Friendly staff. Wonderful small new room, with everything you need for a perfect stay. Comfortable bed, two pillows, daily cleaning and change of towels. Individual air conditioning. In the lobby there is coffee, tea and water all day. The breakfast is magnificent, the staff there is perfect. Breakfast is from 6.30 to 11, which is a great convenience.

Cons: Nous n'avons pas eu la chambre réservée. J'avais réservé (via la sélection des chambres + via les photos) une chambre à 2 lits simples. Nous avons eu une chambre standard avec un petit lit double !! Et en plus la salle de bain, pas de paroi de douche, c'est à même le carrelage à coté des WC et du lavabo, je déteste cela ! Nous aurions dû - en plus de la réservation booking - faire une demande particulière par mail à l'hôtel directement pour avoir la chambre souhaitée !! ce que je trouve complétement illogique. Quel est l'intérêt de sélectionner sa chambre sur booking alors ? Donc une chambre très chère pour ce que c'était !! Vraiment déçue. Au delà de cela, le personnel est gentil et l'hôtel est propre dans l'ensemble

We had a spacious room, tastefully decorated with a comfortable king size bed. They thoughtfully laid the bed with a light duvet, but we had to remove it due to the heatwave. But, the air-conditioning was very good, set at a cool enough temperature for us, with 3 adjustable fan speeds in the room controls. Free chilled filtered water and a coffee machine were available in the lobby. Comfortable general lounges on the ground floor for guests. The buffet breakfast was excellent, with attentive staff replenishing dishes regularly.

Location was great, close enough to the city centre for everything you want but far enough away to take advantage of more reasonable and more normal bars and restaurants. Rooms aren't the biggest but they all are in Paris from what I could see, it has everything you need for a city break, including air con which really came into its own. The whole hotel is modern and clean, rooms cleaned daily and complimentary coffee in the reception.
Cons: No personal iron and ironing board... Seemed to only be one in the whole hotel of 5 floors. On the second day, we requested the iron but had to leave it after half an hour or so as we had plans, another guest didn't return it and they couldn't seem to find it to pass it on. For so many rooms, youd think there would be more than one or two irons if they aren't providing them in each room. I am but picking here but it was a little but only gripe.

Within 20 minutes' walk from Gare du Nord, the hotel was comfortable with a decent sized bedroom and bathroom. There was air conditioning which helped during the current heatwave, although was not the strongest. The room contained spare pillows, a safe, a kettle, TV, 8 hangers on an open rail, some drawers, a small table and desk chair and plenty of charging points. There were communal soap/shampoo bottles for use in the bathroom. There was a nice seating area downstairs, off the lobby. The hotel felt secure and guests needed to use their key card to enter at all times. Breakfast was served in a bright spacious room downstairs and included a good selection of hot (baked beans, mushrooms, potatoes, sausages, scrambled eggs and bacon) and cold (muesli, fruit, bread, croissants, chocolate cake, jam, Emmental/Brie cheese, ham/turkey slices, tomatoes and lettuce), plus juices and a hot drinks machine including hot chocolate.
Cons: Would've preferred being able to use more than one plate at breakfast (not very nice using the same small plate for scrambled egg and then again for chocolate cake), but there wasn't any spare cutlery/crockery/napkins available for guests- except what was already laid out for each setting.

Disappointing 3 star? Threadbare carpet, paint flaking off walls. Small rooms. Bad atmosphere in breakfast room due to aggressive staff member. I presume he was senior ( Abdou ) as he openly berated a young staff member. Not a teacher and anything like that should be done away from guests. Despite some reviews this is not a great spot as it is over an hours walk to the Eiffel Tower. You will need another 50 minutes for the Sacre Coeur Sheets not changed in a five night stay and left with wet towels for the last day? For the money I would expect better. Oh yes bring your own side plate for breakfast, you will be viewed with disdain if you ask for another. On the plus side Siham was very helpful at reception, changing our first room we were not happy with.

The reviews I read before booking this hotel said it was in a great location, clean and breakfast was fantastic. Our experience was completely different unfortunately. Yes it is close to metro stations but that’s about it. It’s over an hours walk to the Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomphe and 30 minutes to the Louvre. The first room we were shown was like a cupboard so we asked to change. This was quickly sorted by Siham, who was an absolute delight to deal with( possibly the only positive about this hotel). Our next rooms air conditioning and hair dryer didn’t work but again was quickly fixed by Siham. We stayed for 5 nights without a change of bed linen and on our second last day the towels were not changed either, despite them being left wet and dirty on the floor. They were merely hung back up to reuse. Corridors were grubby with dirty threadbare carpets. Breakfast was chaotic with the restaurant being ‘managed’ by Abdou who expressed his opinions and wishes to other members of staff in a forceful/aggressive manner. Guests selecting breakfast items were pushed past when he wanted into that area. His manner altered considerably if you were a single attractive female however when he could not do enough! Guests are expected to eat breakfast on one side plate with no fresh plates offered should you wish to swap from savoury to sweet. Think, eating a croissant from a plate that has already been used for beans and scrambled eggs 🤢 Coffee is provided in the lobby however when we requested creamer we were informed ‘ it was for the workers’ ( conference attendees). Overall I think there are better value hotels for the price they are charging, look elsewhere.

Für unser Kurztrip war es wirklich ein schönes Hotel. Die Lage war super für uns und die Größe des Zimmers war gut (deutlich größer als andere in Paris). Metro je jako blizu, puno restorana, trgovina, kafića i pekara u neposrednoj blizini. U sobi imate i caffe aparat s kapsulama kao i dvije vrste vode. Uživale smo u svemu!

Das Personal sehr aufmerksam und höflich Wir konnten unser Zimmer schon um 11 Uhr beziehen nicht erst um 15.00 Uhr Alles sehr sauber. Ein Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer wäre top gewesen ist aber in Frankreich nicht üblich. Zentral alles schnell mit UBER erreichbar. wir können das Hotel wirklich empfehlen

Well in advance of our arrival, I contacted the hotel and kindly requested a nice room for this celebration. Unfortunately, my request was completely ignored, and I did not receive any response. Upon arrival, we were allocated a very small room on the top floor, directly under the roof, with tiny windows. This was particularly disappointing given the purpose of our trip and my prior request. In addition, the housekeeping service was far below expectations. During our three-day stay, the dirty glasses were not changed at all, and the towels were replaced only once. Overall, the room allocation and lack of proper housekeeping significantly affected our experience and left us disappointed with the level of service provided.

Cons: la stanza ha temperatura pre-impostata: si avvisa che è possibile regolare solo alzando/abbassando la temperatura di 3 gradi, e che non è possibile utilizzare il climatizzatore/riscaldamento con la finestra aperta. purtroppo non era possibile aprire la finestra e la stanza era GELIDA (cosa molto strana per Parigi che normalmente ha un'avversione verso l'aria condizionata). diciamo che sarebbe meglio lasciare agli ospiti la possibilità di decidere di non dormire in una ghiacciaia. altra osservazione la presa elettrica in bagno dava la possibilità di utilizzare solo rasoio - diventa molto scomodo dover utilizzare phon o piastra lontano da uno specchio - capisco che chi viaggia per lavoro sia soprattutto uomo ma gli anni 70 sono finiti.

We had to come with a wheelchair due to an injury to my wife's wrist. Since she constantly needed ice for cold compresses, the staff was incredibly helpful and provided ice every single time. The hotel is highly accessible/accessible-friendly, and the cleanliness of the rooms was also very good. It was a hotel experience that I can recommend with absolute peace of mind.

The breakfast was great, small buffet with good choice, the room and the bathroom was normal size and clean.The location is great, with metro station near by and a lot of good restaurants and magazine beside.
Cons: I dont't like the carpet from the room and the elevator because are outdated and the musty smell from hallways.
