Cons: Manque d'isolation. Je n'ai pas dormi avant 3h30 du matin. Voitures, bar à cÎté..les gens hurlent dans la rue. Petit déjeuner complet. Attente. Je suis partie en montant 5 étages à pied. C'est la tour infernale. Bref, trÚs déçue !!

FĂŒr Pariser VerhĂ€ltnisse waren das Zimmer und das Bad sehr groß und gerĂ€umig.

Cons: Das Zimmer war renoviert und schön eingerichtet. Allerdings wurde in die Renovierung nicht sehr viel investiert. Überall waren bereits kleine Macken, die DuschtĂŒr und der Fön kamen bereits aus der Wand und das Fenster im Bad war defekt.

Wir sind freundlich begrĂŒĂŸt worden an der Rezeption und der Check In verlief schnell. Besonders zu erwĂ€hnen ist Luna, sie hat uns auch vom letzten Besuch wiedererkannt. Das Zimmer war schön, gerĂ€umig und sauber. Die Lobby ist besonders toll, hell und es steht auch eine Espresso Maschine zur Selbstbedienung da. Die Verkehrslage ist gut, es geht schnell vom Bahnhof zum Hotel und die Metro ist auch nicht weit entfernt.

Cons: Die Lobby ist wirklich schön, es ist nur schade dass dort der Teppich nicht abgesaugt wird. Wir waren 3 Tage im Hotel und oft dort gewesen, man sah einfach dass nichts gemacht wird . Allgemein wurde auch auf den Zimmer nicht gesaugt. Ansonsten war alles gut.

L’hotel Ăš in una posizione molto comoda, vicina alla stazione Gare du Nord che si raggiunge in circa 15 minuti a piedi. Vicinissima la stazione della metropolitana con cui si possono raggiungere le principali attrazioni di Parigi. Alcune delle quali distano circa 15 minuti come il centro Pompidou, l’OperĂ  e poco piĂč distante Notre Dame. L’hotel dispone di acqua e caffĂš gratuiti, servizio di reception con servizio per riporre i bagagli in caso di arrivo prima dell’orario di check-in o partenza serale. Ampia la hall con comode aree relax. Buona la colazione che vale il prezzo pagato. Le camere sono piuttosto ampie, funzionali, insonorizzate e con letti comodissimi. Sicuramente un hotel da tenere in considerazione per un soggiorno a Parigi. Il personale gentile e disponibile.

Hotel comodo, in posizione ottima in una via centrale piena di locali e negozi e vicina a piĂč linee della metro, anche la sera zona molto movimentata ma sicura. La nostra stanza per gli standard francesi era quasi grande 😂 L'hotel Ăš molto carino, staff accogliente, ci han dato anche la possibilitĂ  di lasciare i bagagli dopo il check out. :)

Cons: Purtroppo nel nostro bagno mancava il piatto doccia quindi si bagnava un pĂČ tutto il bagno, un pĂČ scomodo ma per due notti era sopportabile!

We stayed a couple of nights in this hotel and were really pleased. It is withing walking distance to the train station and has several metro stations nearby. There are lots of nice restaurants and cafes nearby too. Our room was spacious and comfortable and the hotel itself is lovely. There is small lobby and a big lovely with water and coffee facilities. The staff are very helpful and speak both French and English. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

I stayed here with a friend in February 2025, and we had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect — super close to the train station and plenty of restaurants, which made getting around Paris incredibly easy. The room was spacious and very clean, and we really appreciated the water refill station (so convenient!). There were also lots of power outlets, which was a big plus for charging multiple devices. The only small downside was that the hairdryer and the towel warmer were a bit tricky to figure out at first, but it wasn’t a major issue. Overall, the value for money was unbeatable, and I would definitely stay here again!

The location is great, it’s possible to walk everywhere and the district is very safe, clean and has a nice nightlife. The hotel is renovated, modern and clean. The rooms are quite spacious and the beds are comfortable. Walls are well soundproofed.

Cons: AC is quite bad - during the winter it’s set by default to 23 degrees Celsius and you can only decrease it to 20 degrees, which is way too hot for me. It turns on automatically when you close the window so it’s impossible to make the room colder for sleeping, I had to leave the window open which provided nice temperature but unfortunately it was quite loud during the night due to restaurants and pubs.

L'Hotel Provinces Opéra si trova in un bellissimo quartiere, in un posizione centrale e comodissima per raggiungere, anche a piedi, molte delle principali attrazioni di Parigi. La struttura Ú accogliente e molto curata. Le camere spaziose, silenziose e accoglienti, fornite di bollittore per tea e caffé e il bagno era ampio ed elegante. Gentilissimo tutto il personale, comoda la possibiità di lasciare in deposito i bagagli senza limiti legati all'orario del check in e del check out e molto apprezzata la disponibilità di una macchina per il caffÚ espresso o tea nella hall dell'albergo. Molto bello anche il salone posto al centro del cortile interno. Al di sopra delle nostre aspettative. Consigliatissimo per un soggiorno a Parigi!

Cons: Lamentablement, Ă  mon arrivĂ©e, la chambre prĂ©sentait une odeur insupportable de pieds. J’ai demandĂ© Ă  changer de chambre, mais cela n’a pas Ă©tĂ© possible. Heureusement, aprĂšs l’application d’un spray et une bonne aĂ©ration, l’odeur a presque disparu, mais la premiĂšre nuit a Ă©tĂ© pour le moins dĂ©sagrĂ©able. De plus, la chambre Ă©tait particuliĂšrement petite et l’insonorisation inexistante, puisque j’ai passĂ© trois nuits Ă  entendre le vacarme provoquĂ© par la fermeture des portes des autres chambres.

Breakfast was great. Big selection and all delicious, including a selection of loose teas. Room was big and comfortable. Staff were very nice. The hotel was conveniently located near the center of paris, just off a main road with amenities and transport links.

Cons: Nespresso machine in the room only had 2 regular and 2 decaf pods that weren't replenished, and powdered milk which didnt make a nice coffee. The bed was nice but the pillows were too soft with one, too high with two, and square which made it difficult to get a good head positioa.

Hotel 3S in posizione veramente strategica nel centro di Parigi, 3 linee metro a pochi metri. CosĂŹ come tanti ristoranti, negozi nei dintorni. Camera MOLTO GRANDE per gli standard di Parigi, e lo dice uno che va da oltre 20 anni li, ed ho soggiornato il hotel 4 stelle con camere minuscole. Letto matrimoniale praticamente fatto da due letti singoli uniti, quindi un due piazze coi fiocchi. Bagno ENORME e in ottime condizioni. Colazione abbondante, buona, e per tutti i gusti. Accoglienza veramente top. Le foto delle camere sono REALI. Ci tornerĂČ anche per i miei soggiorni di lavoro

Das Hotel war gut, in der NĂ€he gibt es einige Restaurants. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, fĂŒr mich ein plus Punkt Kaffeestation an der Reception😊hatten zwei Zimmer, wobei das eine in der Lift NĂ€he war, dass könnte störend werden fĂŒr einen ruhigen Schlaf. FĂŒr einen Kurzaufenthalt kann ich diese Hotel empfehlen, ParkplĂ€tze hat es gleich vor dem Eingang
ohne Auto ist man einwenig eingeschrĂ€nkt um zu den hotspots zu gelangen.

The staff was very kind and helpful, the hotel was very beautiful and clean, the room was cozy and warm and clean, the breakfast was plenty of options and delicious. The decoration for christmas was amazing. They have locker room for your bag for your check out if you are leaving late. They have also coffee tea and extra things at the reception to have a seat there for relax. Was very very quiet in the rooms and everything. Because of the festive days the breakfast time was late than the usual hour so we can sleep more. Hot water anytime. Perfect location. 15 minutes to la fayette. 4 minutes to metro bonne nouvelle. Quite and safe area. 10 out of 10. If ill go again ill go there

Personale gentile e accogliente. Struttura pulita. La posizione Ú ottima poiché si trova a due passi da una fermata della metro da cui ti puoi collegare con tutta Parigi. Zona tranquilla. La camera aveva tutti i confort necessari. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo, la prossima volta che torno a Parigi questa sarà sicuramente una struttura di riferimento.

Cons: Colazione non esageratamente varia e non potrei dire buonissima ma non mi posso di certo lamentare. Non sono un amante della moquette perĂČ Ăš tipica negli hotel francesi, in ogni caso ben tenuta.

Cons: Hair dryer available as standard would cut off in less than 2 mins due to over heating. Rendered it ineffective and increased time for a family to get ready. Iron and separate hair dryer had to be requested separately from reception. Also, cleaning staff forgot to refill handwash on last day so had to use shampoo as replacement. These little inconveniences kept the score slightly lower than what could have been achieved.

Cons: Since you are close to the city centre the parisian traffic gets a little crazy during peak hours. Transportation will be difficult. Plan ahead when traveling to the airport or anywhere.

Our towels were changed daily, the bed was comfortable, and the heating worked very well. The bathroom was spacious and clean, and we had no issues with the hot water. Coffee machine in the reception and in the lounge. Very kind and friendly staff. We recommend it and we would stay at this hotel again.

Cons: The street-facing room can be a bit noisy, but not enough to wake us up or prevent us from resting. There is no fridge, but it wasn’t a problem for us.

Mi Ăš piaciuta la stanza, ampia e luminosa; il bagno grande e pulito. Tutto sistemato e pulito, staff disponibile e in aiuto per la comunicazione. Anche la hall molto bella, con caffĂš e acqua illimitati, il tutto ancora piĂč bello con tutte le decorazioni natalizie. Posizione ottima soprattutto con la metro vicino che ci ha permesso di raggiungere tutto in poco tempo.

Breakfast was really good. It was buffet style but it had everything you needed plenty of cold drinks. the cooked breakfast was well presented clean even though people were helping themselves. The products on offer were good and fresh. They didn’t run out of anything. Plenty of hot drinks via a machine The toaster worked. Check-in was really easy. The staff were really kind and friendly. They all spoke English because obviously we couldn’t speak French. We was made to feel very welcome. I would revisit this hotel. The location of the hotel is a brilliant if you use the Eurostar, you get there by metro. You have two Metro stations to choose from.

Cons: The only thing that was limited was the size of the lift. It was small. Also, this is nothing to do with the hotel, but the weather was really cold.

Cons: Literie pas trĂšs confortable et probablement pas trĂšs jeune. Les clients ne pensent pas toujours aux autres au milieu de la nuit... Un pouf pour s'asseoir si l'on souhaite travailler donc pas trĂšs confortable.

Cons: The hotel is located in a nice area and it was clean, but we were cheated. When we arrived to check in, the receptionist offered us to pay an extra €22 to get a room with a city view. We agreed. However, a few hours later, when we entered the room, there was no view at all — only an inner courtyard facing other windows. When we went back to ask about it, there was a different receptionist who insisted she didn’t know anything and suggested that maybe we had paid some kind of fee. But no — I clearly remember that we paid specifically for the city view. They did not change our room and we did not get our money back.

Cons: Room was boiling .Bad air-conditioning system which was set to 23 degrees and did not allow to lower temperature more than 3 degrees ie 20 but the room was like 30 degrees inside...for a room charged 150 euros /night you expect a normal air-conditioning that you can control the temperature...i would not return or recommend the hotel

It's one of our favorite hotels in Paris, so we are always glad to get back here :) 1. I love the location, the street is full of stores and restaurants, the metro is super close, so everything is nice and safe. 2. Hotel itself is very nice and very modern. I enjoy tea and coffee at the lobby, 24/7 reception and very friendly and polite staff. Thank you all :) 3. Rooms are also very nice, pretty spacious (especially for Paris). There is also a kettle in the room, comfy bed and everything you may need.

Cons: This time our room was a bit worse than before, as we got a room where instead of shower you get a hole in the floor. I guess it was the room suitable for disabled people. It's not really comfortable to take a shower, unfortunately.

I booked this hotel as part of a birthday surprise for my grandson, and it was perfect. Approximately 20 minute walk from Gare du Nord and a perfect base for our mini trip to Paris. Close to Notre Dame and various transport options. Really enjoyed the buffet breakfast, which included hot/cold, sweet/savoury dishes. Plent of restaurants within a few minutes walk. Staff were really friendly and heloful. Would definately use again, and highly recommend.
