Cons: Many cats hungry around the hotel, water falling into my room from the ceiling, no stretching/ yoga activity / no evening show / no signs indicating current activities. I even found one of the cats sleeping on my suitcase.

I came solo, when I first came to the hotel the man wanted a tip straight away for carrying my bag to the room when it was his job. There was flys everywhere and on the food which was disgusting. The food wasn’t much selection, the food was very poor and had 3 choices of deserts. The plates were cracked. Unfortunately I had someone’s hair in my food!!! The bar man work very hard, but if you want a drink you’ll be waiting 20 mins for one as only 1 or 2 bar staff. The men workers can’t get enough of the women and keep pestering you. The was one incident where a bar man who works inside tried to seal a mans phone, then if all kicked off. But over all I wouldn’t come to this hotel at all- not worth the money.

Cons: I asked to have a meal as i was arriving around 9pm. No one told me the restaurant was opened till 930pm otherwise I would have gone straight there. On arrival i was given a form to fill in and told to relax get a bar drink. I asked about my meal and i was told itll be in my room. I was taken to.my room and it was disappointing. Not what was described on booking .com, pool, garden view. It was a dark 2nd floor looking onto a road. I had to ask to be moved . Unfortunately, i had to stay there 1 night as they had no other room until the next day after 12 pm. Despite me sending messages and them replying to tell me my meal would be available in my room. I had to leave my room and ask several times . Eventually at 11pm far too late a cold salad was given me in the bar.I had to wait around to be given a different room next day. It had a Seaview from a far distance and I put up with it as I wanted to unpack and enjoy my stay

Cons: Las instalaciones en muy malas condiciones ,muy escasa limpieza, champú, gel de ducha y tallas. Muchas bulla a altas horas de la madrugada El personal, sobre todo del bar solo te prestarán atencion si les das una buena propina o si eres rubia, le les coqueteas y sonríes un poco te tratarán como como de primera clase. Muchos gatitos que dan pena dentro del hotel, muchos de ellos en malas condiciones. Esterilizarlos y darles comida por favor Buffet repetitivo, platos rotos, bebidas en vasos descartarles muy pequeños, mobiliario viejo, sucio y roto. Muy mala conexión de wifi, no llega nada de señal en la habitación. Puertas y ventanas viejas, que no cierran bien y suenan muy mal El personal de animación está bien por la tarde y noche pero un poco cansinos por las mañanas cuando solo quieres tumbarte y relajarte al rededor de la piscina.

The staff were fantastic, I had an accident whilst I was there and they looked after me amazingly, I was a solo traveller and they did not leave my side while I was in hospital, the nurse was also amazing, can not fault any of them

Cons: When I arrived, my room was missing towels. For a outdoor towel you have you have to pay 100 MAD deposit, but the ”reception” was only open limited times. And on the day of my check out the person who was supposed to be in charge was gone a long time.

NOT SAFE! Do not come here!!!! Uk female group of 4 and staff on the last day was very intimidating forcing us to pay money for “stealing a blanket”. And used their master key to drag one of us out the shower to demand money! Saying they will stop us leaving the hotel and call police and not let us get on flight. Was a very scary experience and they gathered a huge group of staff to shout at us! Stay away from booking this hotel!

This hotel resort should be shut down it’s disgusting, see pics. The staff are rude, the rooms are filthy, the food is at best poor. Flies all over the food hall. The entertainment consists of throwing a ball in a bucket and knocking a ball off a bottle with one eye closed, darts on a dart board that’s falling to bits. The hotel internet is very bad. We had to walk to the bar area to get connected. No aircon in most rooms Our sink was leaking so I had to use the soap bowl to catch the water after it soaked all my toiletries The cleaning staff are so protective over the towels, that was funny. Security issue: I went to get a spare key for the room. I had to leave £10 deposit and got given a key to another room !! Lucky for that person I didn’t use it. Then was told there was only one key to my room so had to wait two hours with my baby to get in the room when my partner came back. I heard the government had taken over the hotel as it went into receivership. Be prepared to wait a long time for your drinks at the bar in the thin plastic glasses but watching and listening to the bar staff argue and be rude will pass the time waiting. I saw a girls hair go green after being in the pool due to the chemicals that reacted with her blonde dye she had used. I could go on but if you decide to go good luck. Worst hotel experience ever

Very poor variety of food. Only positive is the evening entertainmnets which was the only value for money despite it being low-budget hotel

Had a great time at this hotel. Beautiful gardens. Choice of 5 or 6 different pools and we used them all. Attention to detail was great - for example the morrocan language lessons and the Halloween decorations. Great location only a few hundred metres to beach

I can only say good things about this place. It’s more than value for money. All inclusive so good and drink sorted for the week and if you prefer British food then there’s plenty place bear by that serve good British meals.from the reception staff to the bar staff all brilliant with me. And the entertainment staff give it there all and make you feel welcome. Raghda was brilliant she was up dancing every dance and even managed to get me up. She was brilliant as were all her colleagues. I will definitely be back

Iam just back from here,it was ok for the money, food was good,if you like Moroccan food,rooms not that great bit of damp musky smell,and my shower was always going cold,and not great for people with mobility problems,alot of stairs,ther are a few ramps at some bits,good for family's the entertainment staff were good,but it was the same stuff,and they have shops with guys selling stuff,just becareful they will try to over price you for stuff.

Nous avons passés un agréable séjour dans cet hôtel Le buffet est très complet il y a de tout pour tous les goûts et quand je vois les commentaires négatifs des gens je me dis qu ils exagèrent vraiment et je pense qu ils n ont même pas ça chez eux à manger tous les jours. Le restaurant marocain est excellent , tous les équipements de l hôtel sont top de quoi s occuper très bien placé . Apres certes l hôtel est un peu vieillot et mériterait un coup de rafraîchissement mais franchement cela ne nous a pas dérangé . La piscine est top il y en a 5 d ailleurs Les spectacles le soir sont sympas. Le personnel est au petit soin vraiment nous sommes ravis de notre séjour merci . N hésitez pas à y aller ça les aidera pour pouvoir justement faire des travaux s’ils ont du monde

Dirty Cats every where including new born kittens Food disgusting surprised everyone doesn’t come down with food poisoning, no food for children unless you pay extra for it even ice creams had to be paid for!!! Rude staff especially pool bar staff Flys everywhere Entertainment was just un watchable. Pool area was clean but sun loungers were old broken and filthy including cushions and towels. Morrocco and Pizza restaurants were ok at least the food was better. Room was clean which was a bonus but balcony door didn’t lock, electric wires just hanging out of the wall in the bathroom, rooms really need updating but the ladies work hard to keep them clean. I will give it 1 star just because our room was clean,

La chambre salle, moisissures, pas d’eau chaude, pas de sèche cheveux. Les draps et couvertures ne sont pas propres. Impossible de s’asseoir sur les chaises intérieures comme extérieurs salles. Ampoules grillées , toilette salle, salle d’eau salle. Pomme de douche qui fuit et cassée….Salle à manger très bruyante et salle, tables collantes, sets de table jamais changés, on prends le petit déjeuné dans des verres en plastiques. Impossible de boire dans des verres en verre si on ne donne un pourboire , donc on est resté sur du plastique. Le beurre est mis dans un saladier. Le dessert est aussi en assiettes plastiques ainsi que les cuillères. Du jamais vu… j’en oubli certainement. Alors certe se n’est qu’un 3 étoiles mais pour le coup ce n’est même pas une étoile. C’est encore trop chère pour la prestation. Ci-joint des photos . C’est dommage on ne peut mettre que 4 photos mais je peux vous en joindre plus si besoin.

This hotel must have been stunning in its heyday, but that was not yesterday. It's now rundown, dirty and dingy and my biggest regret of 2025. But I won't go back so I won't regret it again. Everything is broken or not provided. No kettle, no fridge, no drinking water, no hairdryer. Hot water some of the time. Smell of sewage guaranteed. Hotel will rip you off when you change your money. Rotten balcony doors. Broken paths, toilets, chairs, crockery, tiles in and around the pools. Plastic cups for everything. Queues at the bar and expect to be ignored, especially if you are a female. 2 alcoholic drinks per person, but we had 3 adults in our party. Take a kettle and hairdryer with you or rent them and/or a fridge when you get there. Take a cup or 2 with you. Total joke. Pay for snacks outside of restaurant times. Entertainment is blaring until midnight, same cheesy tunes every night. I mean blaring. Don't expect to sleep. Do expect diarrhoea or even dysentry like symptoms that will last longer than your holiday. No fun. I'd rather lose half a stone on my own terms. The on site drugstore doesn't sell any medication, take diarrhoea medicine with you. They allow smoking at the bar near the reception, our room was above that area, so our room stank of fag smoke every morning, lovely for an asthmatic non smoker. A pair of specs went missing from our room, staff couldn't care less. Clearly the maid had something to do with their disappearance but she acted like she had never seen then, despite them being in the same place every day till their disappearance. Hotel were useless, I asked every day about them, still waiting on answers. You can go to other countries for the same money and get fully all inclusive in a clean, bright, comfortable hotel. You have been warned. Avoid this place. I only gave 1 star as that's the minimum you can give.

Nice gardens and a friendly animation team are positives. Rooms are very basic no air conditioning or fan, and no shower gel or shampoo, bathrooms poorly maintained. Breakfast is limited, with long queues for eggs, pancakes, and pastries. Hot drinks aren’t served after 10:30 AM until 11 at the pool bar. Lunch and dinner are repetitive. Arrive after 9:30 PM, and don’t expect food. overall, service, food, and comfort are far below 3-star standard. I wanted to cancel my booking straightway but hotel refused to give money back.

Cons: I had difficuilty communicating with my group because they were housed in a different section and the phone in my room didn't work. There is no wi fi except in the reception areas and WhatsApp didn't always work. This is not the best place for an elderly person (81) like me because of the very many stairs and sudden steps and uneven surfaces. The staff at the main reception desk were grumpy and not particularly helpful especially whey they had to change my room because I was not going to climb up the strairs to a 4th floor room.

The resort was beautiful, staff were lovely, Moroccan restaurant and pizza restaurant romantic and wonderful. Main restaurant had amazing choice and variety of salads. The hotel does need alot of maintenance of rooms and general areas. Amination team amazing and fabulous to all. All the activities are amazing and beachs free sun loungers in hotels private area great. Ruin down rooms but great value for money would come again x

Absolutley perfect place for a cheap little getaway. Everyone moaning about the food, ill tell you why....cuz their all brits looking for chicken nuggets and chips. We went to Morocco to eat Moroccan food and stay in African looking rooms while on a budget and thats exactly what we got. The rooms were ok, exactly what we expected for a 300 quid trip, the food and the free drinks were a bonus really and we used them as of when we needed inbetween dining out in Agadirs fine restaurants. What shocked us the most was the sheer size of this complex. You will not get bored as there are numerous pools and all kinds of activities. In fact the entertainment team are always up to something. There's even Camels and tourtoise on site If i had any complaints it would be thry need to open more bars as theres only the main pool oprn for beers and it gets rammed. All in all I would highly recommend this place as a cheap getaway and I would definetley visit again.

Cons: Sa fait 3 fois maintenant que je vais au même endroit, c’est vraiment pour la gentillesse et l’ambiance des animateurs que nous aimons beaucoup, surtout ma fille de 10 ans qui aime vraiment la bas. Pour la cuisine c’était pratiquement tout le temps froid, mais heureusement qu’il y avait un micro-ondes, il devrait s’organiser autrement mais sinon énormément de choix dans les menus, concernant les chambres ( propreté et bruits ) tout dépend dans quel lot vous serez pour moi le meilleur c’était le lot 25, le lot 26 les femmes de ménages font leur travail mais la nuit énormément de bruits des clients, relogé dans le lot 20 pas de bruits, pas de connexion internet et femme de ménage vraiment pas top et ne fait pas les chambres tout les jours. Le matin 9h elle toque je lui dit gentiment qui me faudrait des nouvelles serviettes, je lui donne les anciennes serviettes, c’est vers 18h que je reçois une seule grande serviette accroché à ma porte d’entrée donc dehors. Il faudrait chauffer des piscines car l’eau est froide

Os quartos estão bem e metade deles tem vistas previligiadas portanto se tiveres um quarto normal, na próxima vez há de sair um quarto espetácular. Tal como eu tive. Adorei. Cons: Très sale et beaucoup de propre d'hygiène. En réalité nous y sommes restés 10 jours. Nous avons été malades, diarrhées, fièvre... La restauration est vraiment désastreuse. Certains touristes goûtent les sauces et autres puis remettent la cuillère dans le plat. Beaucoup de déchets plastiques pour les assiettes, les verres...donc aucun respect de l'environnement. Les touristes devaient acheter les bouteilles d'eau dans une supérette. Manque de couverts et les serveurs font ce qu'ils peuvent. Le kiosque extérieur payant tourne à plein régime pour des crêpes, des sandwichs et autres. Piscine froide alors qu'il ne faisait pas chaud en cette période. Transat obsolètes et pas de parasol pour se protéger. Je vais à Agadir depuis de longues années. Cet hôtel est à fuir. Nous ne mangions qu'en extérieur sauf pour le café du matin. Nous sommes rentrés malade, épuisés. Mon mari a perdu 5kgs et moi 4 kgs. Donc vraiment nous sommes mécontents. De nombreux touristes ont eu les mêmes symptômes et dans l'avion, beaucoup été soulagés de rentrés. Nous avons du payer les médicaments et notre propre alimentation.

I am writing to make a formal complaint regarding my family’s recent stay at The Caribbean Village Agadir from 8th to 18th October. Our experience was extremely distressing and fell far below any reasonable standard of cleanliness, safety, or professionalism. From the moment we arrived, it was clear the hotel was in very poor condition. The entire property — from reception to the fourth floor — was filthy and poorly maintained, and many of the advertised facilities such as the gym and hairdresser were closed. This was disappointing and misleading. We also encountered serious safety issues throughout our stay. There were men openly offering cocaine to guests, including to my children, which was both frightening and unacceptable. We also witnessed violent incidents outside the hotel, including people being beaten up. When we asked for police assistance for our own safety, we were refused, and later discovered that the hotel had reportedly gone bankrupt in June and had been taken over by the government, which may explain why staff did not want the police involved. This is entirely unacceptable. Security was virtually nonexistent, with only one camera in reception and two outside, which is inadequate for a hotel of this size. The environment felt unsafe for families, and we were constantly on edge. As a family with a child with special educational needs, we expected understanding and support, but instead we were dismissed and treated disrespectfully whenever we raised legitimate concerns. Staff seemed uninterested in resolving any issues, and their consistent use of French — a language we don’t speak — made us feel as though they were deliberately trying to hide or cover up mistakes. We also met other families during our stay, some of whom were physically assaulted, including one individual who suffered two black eyes from an unprovoked attack. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was chaotic and unsafe, with even older guests becoming drunk and argumentative. Inside our own room, we faced constant complaints from neighbouring guests for normal holiday activities — simply having a shower, watching TV, listening to music quietly, or talking together was deemed “too noisy.” This made our stay uncomfortable and unwelcome, and it is clear that this hotel is not family-friendly. Overall, The Caribbean Village Agadir was a complete disaster and a serious safety hazard. We have photos and video evidence of the conditions and events described above, to support this complaint fully. The entire experience was unacceptable, and we feel deeply let down by both the hotel and the booking provider. We request a full investigation, a formal written apology, and appropriate compensation for the distress, risk, and unacceptable environment we were subjected to. Please confirm receipt of this complaint and advise when we can expect a formal response.

Well I took the chance after reading some of the comments and wish I didn’t book. Rooms are shocking. No fridge in room. Not great as I am diabetic and need my meds in a fridge. Had to get them at reception and go there each mornings. Also means can’t keep any drinks or anything. Beds are so hard. Some people may like it but I sure don’t. Showers. You may or may not have hot water. All depends on what ever chose if hot water available. It’s very outdated. Do not expect any towels animals or anything. Bed made and a quick mop might do. I guess you don’t come on holidays to watch tv. Thanks for that as non English Chanel are working. Now the resort. Well that’s full of cats and it’s so outdated was probably great in the 90’s. In fact I am sure most guests are the same from that era. Animation is shocking. Throwing a ball in a bucket. Well -1 for effort. For me and my mrs. We were surprised how hangry guests are getting and even having pool fights. Yep ( Chavy) came in our mind few times. You may get WiFi for free in reception and by the pool if it works. No wifi anywhere else The drinks are not nice to taste. Water is disgusting. And of course be ready to be called every tourist name under the sun in every corners. Nope you not under threat or anything. I guess they need to make their money. Now fully inclusive. Well you have to pay for snack bars. Yes you can eat the same lunch and diners at the restaurant. Even a la carte is the same just at your own table. Expect to be unwell at least one or two days in a 7 days period. Is it worth the money nope not in my eyes. Oh another thing you need to be ready to expect. Management treated their staff like dirt. Arguing with them front of clients is a guarantee there. And of course you if you like your funny smoke well you should be fine it seems like the staff there will get it for you and bro g it to your table. Oh yes witnessed more than once. I always wanted to come to Agadir and experience the beauty of the city. Just a shame that the hotel made it a bad experience. For the money I can travel to many other worldwide locations and enjoy way better. Sorry it’s a no from me. I won’t be back.

Cons: The wheelchair ramps are like hills not wheelchair friendly in the hotel lots of steps ramps still to steep to go up and down I felt very uncomfortable and scared I fell out my wheelchair when changing rooms on the 3rd day as the stairs were to much for me to climb the hill we had to go down was shockingly high .we had to eat out as the food wasn't as I would call a choice alot of people was getting food poisoning thru the chicken and omelettes the pool bar wasn't in working order the drinking fountain was mouldy the ladys toilets were not in order so had to use the only toilet in the pool area and that was male toilet that was the whole 10 days we stayed there shocking.

The photos of the place in the advertisement are nothing like it is now. Food garbage on repeat constantly everyday. Room view was a car park with all the broken stuff piled high for a change of scenery they were nice enough to dump a massive broken oven there too in the second week.you even get to see a security guy sit on a chair all day making sure the staff aren't stealing even though there is nothing of value to be stolen anyway. Plates pretty much all have massive chips in them. The water supplied in the dispensers is highly questionable. Bar ran out of alcoholic drinks on numerous occasions. Room very dated and not very clean. Flag anything up to reception and they shout at you and take no responsibility and then begin to ignore you. Main pool in disrepair. The place is very rundown and in need of knocking down and starting again. In my complaint to my travel agent I got to 38 points of issue and had to stop I could have continued. When leaving we put our luggage in the storage area and the member of staff assisting pulled a mucky sock out of his pocket and wanted us to change his accumulated gbp into Durham, pretty strange occurrence to say the least. When we were leaving a member of staff ran out of the hotel with a pair of scissors to cut our wristbands off so we couldn't pass them onto someone else to use, I would not give the wristband to my worst enemy. It was like shameless on steroids. Morocco lovely place. Stay elsewhere you have been warned

We arrived at the hotel and was greeted by polite staff. The hotel looked a bit dated but in OK condition at first. While we were there for our family break it soon became apparent this is more of a booze up for parents who want to take their kids rather than a family holiday. The pools were good but only after I actually decided to go in myself did I find myself to be very ill with diarrhea. The sewage for all of the local hotels is pumped directly into the sea so I recommend you do not go in the sea! The hotel looked like it would have been great 30 years ago but had had little updates since. The beds were actually the worst beds I have ever slept in. My partner now can't move his neck after "sleeping" there for a week, and I actually have bruises on the sides of my knees as the "mattress" is so hard that it bruised the sides of my knees in the night! If you like cats this place is great as the hotel grounds and surrounding city is absolutely full of them but the locals seem to look after them reasonably well. The rooms were not well cleaned when you actually looked carefully and no air con or room fans in our room. The pools look nice but desperately need renovated as their are cracked and broken tiles all around that have been stuck back on and filled - our daughter even cut her foot open in the shallow pool on one of them The drinks are definitely watered down to stop the locals becoming out of control - their were a lot of rude tourists there demanding booze so I could understand why they would do this! But if you want a strong drink from the outside bar - get the wine. The music outside went on until gone 11pm which is great if you like to party or stay up late but not good for little ones to sleep through. The dangerous part for us is the children's room balcony had NO LOCK ON THE DOORS with easy access even where we were on the top floor - with only a small gap between the main hallway and her balcony. We tied dressing gown cords together and tied one end to the door and one end to her bed just to prevent someone coming into her room. We are also pretty certain the cleaners stole our daughters favourite footwear as they were definitely missing after the first cleaner visit and not lost. Excursions: the prices with the hotel were reasonable - but beware of false tour guides! Our driver to visit the famous market (souk) introduced us to a false guide, who led us straight to the most expensive stall who ripped us off terribly for our items. What should have cost us around £3 cost us around £40 for simple items like coasters etc because we didn't really know the conversion rates. We only found out after returning to the hotel that we were never meant to be guided around the market and they must have done a deal with the driver. Additionally when we first arrived at the airport and waited for our airport transport - Suntransfers - to collect us. The driver was pleasant but we were being contacted repeatedly to book a tour guide and day trips with the company. We declined the offer as we had plans with the hotel directly. Unfortunately we think because of this reason, the transfer company decided to not pick up us from the hotel to go home and refused to answer the phone because we didn't book them for the additional day trips. I would not recommend using this transfer company as we then had to pay for the taxi to the airport on top of our trip. BUT ON THE BRIGHT SIDE: hotel staff very friendly and polite overall - fun too! Their are loads of pools and loungers so we always managed to get a space by the pool which was great. The food was also really good with very pleasant staff! The pancake chef was the highlight for our little girl as he was really nice for the whole week without any hint of wanting money for his kindness. He also recommended the best dishes to us and he was right, too! When we took part in the night life it was very fun but not something we could do with our 8 year old each night as it was a bit full on for someone her age. The other excursions (crocodile park and paradise valley) were absolutely brilliant with life long memories and definitely worth a visit. Overall we had a good holiday but we definitely won't be coming to this resort again.

I travel a lot, but I’ve never seen such a dirty and outdated hotel anywhere. Cats wander around the dining area like in a prison. The rooms are very ugly and unpleasant! I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone!

Visited Caribbean village back in June with my partner, then returned with my children in September. On arrival we were welcomed and security helped with our cases. He helped check us in and then one of the staff members took us to our room. The next morning the kids were up and out early to the pool with me sitting out on my terrace watching them. I joined them at the pool later in the day. Sitting at the side of the pool the bar was busy (I don't really drink) but the atmosphere was fantastic. Everyone talking to each other and we even made friends that we are returning with. The kids loved spending the day in the pool. Entertainment is fantastic they try to get everyone involved but if you told them that you didn't want to join in they weren't pushy. It's great sitting watching people of all ages and backgrounds joining in and getting along with each other. The evening entertainment was fantastic. Again the team were soo friendly and encouraged people to join in. The food is not the greatest if you have fussy eaters however everytime we ate in the restaurant we found something to eat. The rooms were dated and could do with a sprucing up but that did not take anything away from the fantastic time we have had. All in all we had the most fantastic holiday. Staff were friendly and helpful, entertainment was incredible, pools and poolsides were clean and maintained regularly. Food is a hit or miss. And not once did I look round and see anyone without a smile on their face, and we will be returning again in the future.

Really cannot understand anyone thinking this hotel is good. Food- absolutely garbage, same every day and always cold. Only thing worth eating were the pancakes and omelette. Rooms. Some with no AC at all, balconies do not feel secure. Rooms very dirty and maid service is poor quality. Hotel Reception- very dark and dingy and smells musty. Cat poo that hadn't been cleaned for 4 days despite many people informing them. Shops- a few shops on site that are worth a visit. Pools. Selection of pools, main pool area is just full of drunk people all day long . Best pool up near the pizza restaurant if you want some peace and quiet. Drinks- served in pathetic plastic cups . They say this is an all inclusive hotel , well it certainly isn't. No snacks available in between meal times ( unless you want to buy from a shop ) Poorly looking kittens everywhere, even came across one dead cat in the grounds. Agadir itself is nice but stay away from this flea pit of a hotel.

Views and outside of the hotel had nice pools, staff and friendly people but aside from this , the food was not great value for money and the biggest dissatisfaction for us on the trip was the room, as it were a double bunk and two twin sized when I asked for twin sized only to make it equal for everyone. Overall the room itself was not nice to stay in and had was quite unmodernised.

I've never felt more compelled to write a positive review to try to negate the ridiculous negative ones that have been posted! Our group had started to get a bit worried with how awful the reviews were and we've been pleasantly surprised that they are complete drivel! The hotel is a bit run down, however, they are clearly working on things and these things take time and money...people have to visit places like this to get the money coming in, to refurbish the place. That being said nothing was dirty, or broken or of an imposition. The pool is very clean and well maintained, staff cleaning it in the morning and the staff during the day make sure that it is kept clear of cups etc. there's plenty of beds, you want to get down to get the beds before 9am id say, but that's no different to anywhere else. The food is delicious! And there's a lot of options, don't come expecting chicken nuggets and chips....it's proper food, and if you don't like that, it doesn't make it bad, it just means you've not got a very good palate! There is a hut you can buy sandwiches and burgers etc from during the day for a very small price, it's not included in the all inclusive which is fair. The rooms are absolutely fine! Ours had Aircon, they were new machines, showing that the hotel is making the changes that it can! The showers are good and warm, extra towels etc aren't a problem. My room was quiet, one room was on the road and so was a bit noisy, but nothing to complain at. The drinks are good, proper fresh pineapple and strawberry juice, real Fanta and coke etc. you just have to ask what things are, and be specific about what you want as things can get lost in translation, but not to a point of things being bad. The entertainment is good, geared more to kids in the early evening which is understandable, but the staff weren't pushy, you just have to be clear you don't want to participate if you don't feel like it. Basically, if you pay peanuts, don't expect diamonds, and then complain about it on a public forum! Don't be put off by the bad reviews, as long as you're a realistic person, you can't go wrong here!!

We (myself, partner & our 3 kids with additional needs) spent a winter weekend at Caribbean Village Club Agadir in December 2024 and were pleasantly surprised by how lively and welcoming it felt, even in the off-season. It felt like being at a European resort - but without the kind of staff who approach you to tell you about the events to come for the rest of the day or give you directions. We felt quite like we were on the outside of a group of people who were all having a great time. The atmosphere can be really bouncy and happy, especially in the evenings when music is played around the pool. The rooms were simple but as clean as a cleaner could make them... and the beds are comfortable. The overall staye of the room wasn't great - picture water flooding out of the shower because it doesn't drain properly. Agadir is sandy and the resort is no exception- so sand drags in on your feet but you can't get clean from it because the shower floods and your feet bathe in filthy water. This then spashes out onto the floor and floor mat, which also become filthy. We had a ground floor room - thanks to staff who noticed we had 3 kids and a double pushchair so they moved us from the one they originally assigned us. We had glass doors that opened to a cute little garden... but we made the mistake of walking across it after swimming and getting sharpy or thorny branches stuck into our feet. We worked out they seemed to be cut from the trees but just left on the grass after. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, especially at reception and in the restaurant. Food was a good mix of Moroccan and international dishes – lots of fresh bread, salads, fruit etc, and always something even the kids would eat. The pool area was the biggest disappointment. We picked the hotel because it boasted a heated pool - we couldn't find any kind of resort map to indicate where this was but figured eventually that it must be the one pool that they had a jackhammer at at the time and therefore it was out of use. We heard rumours of a kids pool - again, no directions anywhere so we just walked around until we fohnd it. OMG - filthy. I feel like that word loses emphasis because I have used it already... but the entire area was disgusting. The pool and water were grimey but the biggest shock was the state of the pool loungers. They were soaked with water and mud and were squealching it out and leaving dirty muddy marks on anything they touched. I couldn't stand staying there because it made my skin crawl so we went back to the bigger, main pool. Here, the water was understandably a bit chilly in December. The tiles in the pool were also dirty but it seemed to be mud or sand and I could make sense of that in my head. But the pool floats they had were covered in filth - it honestly made me feel so sick. A coating of it was all over the floats. We did enjoy how close the hotel was to the beach – just a short walk away for sea air and sunset views. This is a big of a maze if you decide to walk through the resort and out the back. You will walk through what seems to be a different hotels reception to get out. It’s not a luxury resort, I feel like calling it a resort at all is a stretch and gives the wrong impression of what this place actually is. It is a very budget accommodation with a resort-style layout. It lacks the overall service and cleanliness of a resort and isn't upfront in communicating when things are closed or even where things are. You have to figure a lot out for yourself, and honestly to me that is the opposite of a resort holiday because it becomes hard work instead of relaxing.

It is what it is. This is my 2nd time visiting and it will not be my last. The animation team are fantastic but sadly one of the staff were sacked whilst there. Adnan was excellent and really got me involved with activities and was treated unfairly by the manager. All the animation team are treated unfairly. If they don’t get enough people up dancing they are told off, they work long days. I love all of them. The deserve more The food isn’t the best for a fussy eater but I always manage to eat something. My room was perfect, many people complain but I was In 1015 and it was cleaned daily and as I was opposite the cleaners room, everytime I went in and had a shower or nap they would come back in and tidy up again. The grounds are well looked after with the gardens being maintained daily by numerous staff. Yes a lot needs updating and fixing but I can see past the faults with the price

Hotel jak na 3 gwiazdki adekwatny do ceny. Jedzenie bardzo dobre! Atmosfera, animacje zasługują na najwyższa gwiazdkę! Kelnerzy bardzo mili , pomocni, zawsze po prośbie, ale podkreślam z uśmiechem!!! odrazu reagowali, np. przynosili brakujące serwetki itp.!!!

Cons: Pierwszy pokój nie był zbyt czysty, szczególnie ubikacja! Nie podoba mi sie ze w pokojach nie ma lodówki i suszarki do włosów! Zresztą jak ktoś ma długie włosy to musiał zabrać suszarkę, a to generowało większy bagaż! A propos tego za 1 cm szerszego bagażu na lotnisku musiałam dopłacić 60 euro ( następnym razem będę unikać Ryanair )!

Shockingly bad hotel. Room was dirty, shower looked like it had never been cleaned since opening. No safe, no hairdryer, doors and windows didn't close properly. Water and mould pouring out of the air conditioning onto my belongings....I'm aware how dangerous this is. TV in french only, no internet unless you're at the main pool. Food was appalling, not really any meat options, no flavour, hardly any choice, many people leaving the hotel for food. Drinks available at the pool, service so slow as staff were too busy messing about, when you did get a drink it was in the smallest cups possible and only half full. Whilst there we witnessed women punching each other and grown men acting like buffoons. Parts of the pool were dangerously damaged with large bits of concrete falling into the pool. Pool swim up bar closed and spare chairs just thrown all over it with drunks then just climbing all over it....good entertainment from those. Any staff that helped and got tipped would then ask for more, asking what English money we had or Euros, one woman was told to go to the cash point to get more money when someone's tip wasn't enough for them. A lot of the staff spoke none to little English, we went as a couple but if my kids (10 and 15) were with us we would have gone across to the riu instead. After visiting over 50 countries this hotel is the worst we've stayed in by far. Nothing like any of the pictures at all

Don’t believe all the horror reviews! You get what you pay for, just came back from a weeks holiday and would definitely return the same as many of the holidaymakers that was there had already done so, some we was speaking to was here third time back this year. Staff are friendly and welcoming and would try and help at anytime. Food is mixed. But there is usually something for anyone from cold salads to hot meals. Our room was ground floor with aircon, and cleaned daily with towels and bed linen changed. Not luxury but then you’re not paying luxurious prices! Recommended for a budget friendly holiday with mostly guaranteed weather.

I will be completely honest, after reading so many bad reviews, I actually was dreading going, but I'm so glad we did. Okay the rooms outdated, but we had very good sleep, bed was comfortable, the cleaner came every day. The food, in my opinion was good and there was always something I could eat. The reception staff were very nice and helpful, now to the alcohol. The beer was good 👍 and I liked the cocktails, the pool bar was usually busy but the staff worked really hard and always smiling, lovely people. The best bar for me was the lobby bar I loved chilling out there before bed, the 2 barmen were really nice too. We didn't expect much but we had a great time, chill relax it's not 5 ⭐ but you didn't pay 5 ⭐ prices, hope this helps

not like any other hotel it’s a proper little village, everything you could need is there, the night entertainment was great, camel rides, jewellery stalls, shops outside the door, right near the beach. maid in the room everyday, staff everywhere all day keeping the hotel clean and well,everything was brilliant

Well what can I say about this holiday the weather has been absolutely stunning the the day trips have been pretty good minus the jeep safari wouldn’t recommend at all u done actually get the jeep safari just a drive round in a car for 8 hours oh and there wow gets worse DO NOT stay in block 29 unless u wanna be up all night by the banging music of the night club they have next door haven’t slept before 4am all week unless I’ve passed out drunk for the all inclusive drinks the staff and people are really nice I will give them that the food unless you like fish isn’t really the best but there is a delivery app to order in food that is here within less the 20 mins overall experience I won’t be back and wouldn’t recommend this place to any friends and family would defo look at different hotel unless you plan to have a party all night your here definitely not recommended for kids and young families would highly recommend visiting adagar just not this hotel honestly this girl just needs a good nights sleep

We recently had a week at Caribbean Village Agadir and hotel is a budget hotel so don’t except luxury, the hotel is a little dated and needs quite a few repairs but is more than suitable for a budget week away. The staff are a credit to the hotel and they can’t do enough for you (a small tip every now and then make the experience even better), the grounds are constantly being looked after. The bar staff and animation staff are super and try and keep you entertained and are friendly. The food is not to everyone’s taste all of the time breakfast is fine with omelettes, cereals and pancakes but the lunch and evening meal is a bit hot and miss but this is quite normal with all inclusive no matter what star hotel it is. There are lots of restaurants around the area for the odd meal out that are reasonably priced and taste amazing. There are a few independent stalls in the hotel grounds these can be a little aggressive to get you to buy which is a little off putting especially means it’s in the hotel and you can get away from them. Overall the hotel is perfectly suitable for a budget hotel and I will visit again

The pictures do NOT REFLECT this hotel at all ! Pictures need to be updated, also despite it saying they except cards they don’t they prefer cash everywhere on resort. Looks very run down, need some serious renovations to the place. The rooms aren’t too bad especially if it’s just to rest your head, however the beds are hard and have a smell to them, towels have stains, some of the bathrooms aren’t too bad think the shower is the best thing about our room !! Oh and the air con ! KEEP YOUR KEY IN YOUR DOOR! Once you’re in your room keep your key in your door because housekeeping will try to let themselves in if they don’t get a response from you. Bar staff have ‘favourites’ if your waiting for drinking and next in Que think again they will always do people who are constantly tipping no matter how long your are there waiting. Use of single plastic cups to those whom aren’t ’favourites’ the staff on reception can be very rude especially when you cannot speak their mother tongue. Make sure you keep all valuables on you where ever you go don’t risk leaving in your room !! DO NOT LEAVE THE RESORT IN YOUR OWN !!! Male or female !! ALWAYS GO WITH SOMEONE as we nearly got robbed and arrested for sticking up for yourselves all because we were looking for a ATM as the reception ATM was t working. Some locals are nice don’t get me wrong but, some can be nasty, rude and very intrusive. Night life is repetitive with same songs and entertainment. Food is not good but there are nice little restaurants outside the complex which are fairly cheap especially being British a full English breakfast is just out of the complex. Best thing about the food is the bread !! Most fresh bread EVER!! BEAWARE if your an animal lover there are LOTSH of cats and kittens here on resort and they are all friendly but be cautious and wash hands after stroking as iv researched some of the cats are not people cared for and may have rabies, fleas, wounds, gunky eyes. They do prefer English money here instead of their own money because of the value of English money. I am still here and here for another 9 days. So take everyday as it comes. BRING YOIR OWN TOWEL!! They will charge you for taking hotel towels down and you will get some sort of fine. Met some lovely people here too all holiday makers are friendly. Majority speaking French, German or Spanish.

The hotel needs to be condemned! I am happy to stay anywhere “Cheap & Cheerful” but honestly it was shocking. People work hard for holidays and the images used are just incorrect and certainly not what the hotel looks like. Rooms are really in a bad state, not terribly clean either- however there was a daily maid service. Staff are absolutely amazing and truly helpful and do their best but the hotel is so rundown it’s sad.

On arrival it took 1hr to get past reception. Thank u have forms to fill out for each person in your party they don’t tell you that until you get to desk ! Maybe while people are waiting they could maybe make that known rather than getting to the front of the queue only to have to join the queue again once the forms are complete.. Aircon in room didn’t work-it took about 5days for them to finally send someone (after requesting daily). . Food was eatable plenty salad choices breakfast also good for choice compared to other all inclusive places I’ve been to it was good. Dining room staff were also lovely. Bar staff were a bit unfriendly.Animation crew were constantly on the go entertaining the little people. All in all for the money it was not too bad. Location was good for the beach/ markets etc.

Worst hotel where I’ve ever been, stuff is rude, one of the workers pervert, next to the beach he was trying pay attention was looking all the time showing signs for a phone number, I was ignoring him he was walking through us and listened very loud porno on purpose I was shocked and few polish people heard that too, my daughter teen was with me, food terrible, breakfast lunch dinner is all the time same pasta eggs and bland pancakes, no hygiene, asked for a cup take to my room,l for a water, cup smell of alcohol, they rinsing with water cups, as they are plastic they should be single use, plates is chipped, dirty, half people with dhearia was complaining, people walking with take aways, forget about WiFi, people going to reception for it, room is like a prison no tv no fridge, no conditioner, asked why tv is not working reception said someone will fix it, came back evening no one fixed, went back to ask, one of the receptionist said that i need remote control and he start to explain where to get it, I said that it should be all ready in the room, suddenly he just avoided me, it’s not related with remote control tv is very old, who lives in the first floor balcony doors with a huge gap, can’t close it, I’m counting my days get home, contacted on the beach they ussles money not refundable

Great value for money. We saw some poor reviews before we went. And yes the hotel is a little jaded but the gardens and pool area are well kept. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was really tasty. It was Moroccan food.

Cheap and some people managed cheerfulness but not I. I don't often put reviews on here as I am busy and perhaps I should give praise and recommend but our requirements and expectations are all different. But as it is raining today, here we go: Reception - not welcoming. Rooms - advised only 200 out of 800 have air con. Not really a problem but we like to have aircon on when we are getting ready in an evening. Rooms - tired. 1st room - large but it looked out over the front of the building. Sliding window didn't lock. Might well have been the 1st floor but easily accessible. Blackout element of the curtains torn and could open them as people on the "shopping area" could see in. 2nd room, had air con (at my insistence) smaller room but we managed with our 6 yr old granddaughter. French door didn't shut/lock but this was the 2nd floor and beyond caring now as it took 2 hours to get this sorted. Room was clean and tidy but not convinced that the floor was mopped whilst we were there and toiletries were none existent after the 1st day. Pool - sunbeds are grey and stained when you lift up the headrest. Floor, grained in dirt. Kids pool is great for younger kids. Granddaughter made lots of friends and was in there from 10 - 6 everyday. She had a great time. Other pools go from 1.1m to 2.25m in about four steps. The pool water must react with copper pipes or something as swimming costumes had a green tinge to them which took 45 mins to had wash out. The hotel shower gel worked for this if you are lucky enough to get your hands on any. Failing that, I found that head and shoulders shampoo worked. And as usual you have to save your sunbeds! Bars - there's only one bar at the main pool area for all the pools. No waiter service. One side is for alcohol the other soft drinks / coffee. Don't make the mistake of waiting at the wrong one because they will not serve you. Afternoon/evening bar at reception is a miserable affair. You can sit outside near the shops / water feature which is nice but the chairs don't get cleaned and the rattan is broken in the seats and unwinding on the arms. Entertainment - well, I've seen more go in a bloke who has man flu! Aqua gym ? Club dance? Dear Lord I've seen more enthusiasm in my little finger. Kids Club - don't bother. Evenings - this consisted of a mini disco which my 6 year old turned her nose up at and she loves dancing / mini disco. Followed by roughly the same playlist for people to dance to. One night there was some acrobats but to be honest we went out a few times in the evening and then went to bed. 6yr old was exhausted from her day. Food - ok for all inclusive, yes repetitive but don't have a bit of everything on one plate, but very slow at replenishing and then whoosh.....gone. But that's the guests. No waiter service. Tables not set with cups in a morning or glasses in an evening. You have to help yourself and use plastic or cardboard cups. I didn't mind the red wine - better than the wine I had in Tunisia and that was at a far better hotel. Beer ok too. Guy at reception bar mad a good G&T. Pizza place - ok you get soup, salad, pizza and ice cream. Moroccan - soup, tagine, I can't recall dessert, might have been a baklava type of affair but it was all good. Shout out to the lovely young man tirelessly making pancakes every morning. He always had a smile for my granddaughter and always made her pancakes a little special:) Eating out - take a walk out of the entrance at Pueblo side to Maxwells - yes there's so many TVs with sport on but the food is good. We ate here twice. We also ate at Bollywood - I can make a better curry! Massage - throughout my 60 min "relaxing" massage the lady sighed and yawned. At one point I asked her if should was going to stop this...I very nearly got up and left. She threw my limbs about like I was a rag doll and didn't cover me when she had finished with said limb. She kept bumping and jerking the table which screeched every time. At the end, she was rather shocked when I replied "no" to her "good madam" ???? Anyway, complained. I can't believe she argued the toss. I might not speak Arabic / Moroccan but you didn't need to. Shops - bought some lovely coasters form on of the shops near the top bar and some herbs etc from the guy outside the large dining room We came here roughly 15 years go with our children and had a great time. The Orangerie pool by the pizza place had a bar there in the evening - just a disused building. The pool at the top at the Pueblo side - that too had a bar - again a disused building. Not sure that the theatre was operational. Oh and there are a lot of steps but there are ramps and walk arounds. The resident camel, which shows up in an evening, Cappuccino, is so relaxed, clean and friendly. This could be such an amazing hotel but sadly it's not. Around day 3 I was looking to change hotels but being August everywhere was booked so we had to stick it out. If you are looking to take a break in North Africa and this hotel is your budget - try Tunisia. Went to 2 different hotels in Souse for last 2 Augusts with our granddaughter and went to Port El Kantoui this June (this was more expensive)

I am very dissatisfied. The resort needs a complete overhaul. It's dirty and smells. The bar parties last until 2 a.m. every night, so you need earplugs to get a good night's sleep. I must say, with distaste, that the front desk staff is incredibly rude. Don't be fooled by the hotel tours; the man offering them lies and manipulates people into buying tours and souvenirs at the hotel. You can find great tours outside the hotel for twice the price. Drinks are served in disposable cups, which are removed from the trash cans, rinsed, and given to the next hotel guest. The next day I wanted to go home. I was simply too embarrassed to touch anything.🚩 brut i smród. Wszędzie tylko daj daj daj. A jak nie dasz napiwku to oburzenie. Okropny resort. Współczuję tym co tam jadą. Remember, 1 man's rags are another man's riches 🤷‍♀️ * You are responsible for making your own experiences.... if you are a 'negative Nelly' or a 'moaning Myrtle' then you will find fault in everything! * The weather is never guaranteed, anywhere!! And that is just a fact of life, its not a fault where someone can be blamed. * This is NOT a hotel, its a resort... a 'village' with a 3 star rating so please dont expect The Hilton when you arrive. * We go on holiday to get away from everyday life, only to moan that everything is different in another country 🤷‍♀️ The standards, the staff, wages, working hours, the laws etc are all very different because we not in England anymore... we need to stop expecting England and English laws to be respected in other countries. * Moroccan people are very persistent, which can be annoying but they are literally just trying to make a living so yes, they do try to encourage you into their shops but you can refuse 🤷‍♀️ I would greet them all everytime I saw them. Whenever they tried to make a sale I would simply say a polite 'no thanks' and keep walking. This being said.... here is my review based on my own experiences 😁 This was my daughters first ever holiday abroad. We visited The Caribbean Village for 10days, with my friend and her 2kids. WE HAD THE BEST TIME!! 🥰😁 Honestly, the resort is basic but it has everything you need. The atmosphere was great, The Animation (entertainment) team work very hard, everyday for many hours trying to create a fun time for everyone. Yes they are persistent but that's what they are encouraged to do.... its their job 🤷‍♀️ Personally we loved it, we enjoyed the pool dances and the party dances and we really appreciated the effort put in to create and perform the shows we saw. The sun is not always shining especially in the mornings but its still warm, there are still people on loungers and in the pools. When the sun does come out, its HOT and beautiful and the cool pool water is a welcome and refreshing feeling. The evenings are sometimes chilly... as in no sun = less heat, not english chilly.... so a light jacket or jumper would be advisable just in case. We only visited the beach a couple of times, mainly because of ALL the steps EVERYWHERE!! Getting around the resort and to the beach is like a glute/quad workout!!! Which isnt necessarily a bad thing if you like to exercise but after 10days I was done with exercise!! 🤣 Let's not forget, the resort is built on uneven terrain and in the foot of the mountains so its not going to be flat!! The food, for me, was delicious!! I eat and enjoy eating a wide variety of foods, so I was keen to try Moroccan cuisine. I was not disappointed. There were plenty of fish, vegetable and chicken options as well as pasta, paella, and soup. Lots of salads including fruit salads. THERE IS NO ENGLISH FOOD, more a Moroccan inspired version of, which again we all enjoyed. Most of the waiters were polite, friendly and keen to help and I never had a negative experience with cleanliness or cats. On that note, there are cats EVERYWHERE!! If they were ever in the restaurant, they were quickly shoo'ed away... however we all know cats are ignorant and arrogant and do what ever they want so they always try to push their luck!! I never once saw a flea or smelt any foul cat smells.... I never even saw 1 💩 anywhere, the whole time I was there 🤷‍♀️ The on site photographer was brilliant, took great photos that you are NOT obligated to buy but if you do want to, they are reasonably priced. The Caribbean Village has their own camel, called Cappuccino, who lives on the resort. He is very well treated and looked after. He actually has better woking hours than most of the staff. He is only for available for rides in the evenings, he works 15hrs a week!! He is calm and content and once a week gets to be a show star... which (in my opinion) he seems so proud and happy to do 😁🥰 The on site excursion guides are, again, brilliant. Not pushy and happy to help. Its their job to sell you their trips, they are registered and more likely to be trusted then the people outside. We booked 3 trips and each 1 of them was better than we expected. Honestly 1 of the best holidays we've had!! We are already booked to go back next year and will probably continue going back until we get bored 😁🥰😍

2cd time here and loved it but not as much as the 1st time. it is dated but rooms are clean pool area is lovely and the best bit about this hotel are the bar staff. they are amazing. food is plentiful and tasty. My only complaint this time is that i travel with my husband who needs 2 crutches to walk so obviously i have to get everything for him and i had to keep explaining to staff that i was getting for him too ( you are only allowed two turkey skewers lol) and you are only allowed 2 drinks at the bar per person which i don't remember from last time. so a few times i was made to feel greedy as did another woman who was also caring for her husband. so i doubt we'll be back as i was just made to feel rubbish but if you are able bodied and can hold a drink or 2 then i would recommend it.

It was the worse hotel I’ve ever stayed in! The apartment had no air conditioning! Rooms were dated! The Food was disgusting gave as all a bad stomach we ended up going out every night for dinner . Cups and plates were chipped and dirty! The pool was dirty had all blue stuff on my swimming costume I see cats eating off the dining room floor and wandering in the kitchen it’s unacceptable!! Will definitely not go to that dump! We Are all ill now had to take my youngest to the doctors.

First time to Morocco, we were so pleasantly surprised, the staff were super friendly and helpful. The food, there was a wide choice and found it really good and tried lots of new dishes. The hotel was very clean and the pool area was spotless. Overall very good enjoyable holiday. Reading some the negative reviews makes me wonder if these people were in the same hotel as us. Great value for money.

Wow, this place is tailor made for an episode of ‘Holidays From Hell’. Absolutely disgraceful in every aspect. Room doors don’t lock properly, mould everywhere, cracked crockery, oh and even a fully working, 7 days a week building site right outside our balcony 🤣 Dirty, beat up ‘resort’ (and I use the word loosely). I wouldn’t allow my dog to eat in the dining area with stray cats strolling in and out and eating off the floor (and entering the kitchen). Loveholidays should be struck off for even advocating this 💩hole.

If you value ambience like myself, then please stay away from this holiday package because you'll hate it and regret it. Very disappointing as we were put in the wrong room, and even though the receptionist admitted they knew about the mistake, we were told to come back the next day. The room we were given on the ground floor was dingy and dirty. The door didn’t lock properly, the room smelt of urine, and we found cockroaches and spiders. There were no toiletries or even toilet paper provided. The whole atmosphere felt unsettling, almost like being stuck in a run-down village. The pool water was filled with too much bleach as it changed the colour of our swimwear and hair. Sleeping was difficult and we had broken sleep the one and only night we were there due to feeling unsettled and there being music on u to 3am. The food was extremely poor. Breakfast felt limited, with pancakes or omelettes being the only safe options. At lunch and dinner the food was plain and often undercooked — we were served chicken nuggets that were raw in the middle. Drinks were limited, with fake Fanta or Coke. The only positive was the beer, which at least made it easier to get through the stay. The hotel’s website is very misleading — the pictures are old and do not reflect the current state of the property. We were fortunate enough to move to another hotel nearby (Prestige Hotel Boutique & Spa), which was far superior in every way. To make things worse, we contacted our provider (Love Holidays) as soon as issues started, but their response was slow and unhelpful. They gave us 48 hours to reply, yet it’s now day four and we still haven’t heard anything back. Overall, this was the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had — dirty, noisy, and unsafe. I wouldn’t recommend Caribbean Village Hotel to anyone.

Had a great time here, met some great people. Don't let other people's bad reviews put you off. Rooms are a bit dated, but you dont go on holiday to sit in a room. It did the job. All the staff were fantastic, entertainment was amazing, kids always happy and entertained. Lots of activities for adults too, volleyball, waterpolo, darts, karaoke, water aerobics etc. Bar staff are great, just slip them a fiver or something and they'll start pouring your drinks as soon as they see you even if there is a queue. Food was OK, neither good or bad. However there is an app called Glovo where you can order from the likes of McDonald's, KFC etc that deliver to the hotel if your not feeling the food there, very cheap aswell. Around a 10 min walk to the beach, there is a private roped off area for guests, but you will get hassled a lot to buy things, like tea, coffee, souvenirs, beach toys, just ignore or say no. Also if you enjoy a drink, be aware alcohol is very limited outside of tourist areas/hotels, so if your at the beach. I would suggest taking a bottle of something in a bag with you, maybe a few cups aswell. Hope this helps, overall a good experience! Oh, and you have to meet Cappucino the Camel!

We stayed at Hotel Caribbean Agador from 14th to 21st August, and I can honestly say this was the worst holiday experience I’ve ever had. We booked via Love Holidays, and the hotel bore no resemblance to what was advertised. I feel completely misled and let down. We had two rooms, including a family room for five. Despite this, we were constantly given only 2-3 towels and had to request more multiple times. One towel on arrival was musty and damp – clearly not fresh. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was abysmal: mould in the bathroom, a dangerously wobbly toilet, and dirty public areas. Some parts of the hotel were closed off altogether, with no explanation. Our rooms were near reception, which meant being kept awake past 4am by loud music and drumming from onsite entertainment. Even worse, cleaning staff attempted to enter our room despite ‘Do Not Disturb’ signs being displayed, extremely intrusive and unacceptable. Staff, including reception and porters, were persistently asking for tips, sometimes knocking on our door to do so. We felt uncomfortable and harassed. Key features that attracted us to this hotel were the swim-up bar, poolside snack bars, multiple dining options. These were either closed, filled with rubbish, or simply non-existent. The “all-inclusive” service was a joke. We ended up spending extra money elsewhere just to get decent food and drink. The main buffet restaurant was so visibly filthy we didn’t dare eat there. The alternative wasn’t much better. Four out of six in our group suffered repeated bouts of diarrhoea during the week. Even a lifeguard advised us not to eat the food due to similar complaints from other guests. The pizzeria (which required booking) left me with stomach pains and more illness after one visit. Lifeguards were overstretched, and children were left unsupervised in deep water. On day one, I had to rescue a drowning 6-year-old. The lifeguard only arrived after the child was pulled from the water. Throughout the week, I had to intervene multiple times with other children in trouble. I came on holiday to relax with my own family — not to act as a substitute lifeguard. Sunbeds were stained and filthy, pool water turned my blonde hair green, and green residue was left on our beach towels. Toilets around the site stank of sewage and were often unusable. I even had to point out excrement on a wall, which staff acknowledged but didn’t clean. The onsite shop had no fixed pricing, we were charged different amounts for the same items on different days. A Magnum ice cream was 25 dirhams one day, 30 the next. It made budgeting impossible, especially with no reliable access to food/snacks despite the "all-inclusive" label. This hotel is mis-sold, unhygienic, and unsafe, especially for families with young children. We left stressed, ill, and hugely out of pocket. Love Holidays should be ashamed for promoting this property, and I urge other families to avoid it. We’ve submitted a formal complaint and will escalate to consumer authorities if necessary. Room Tip: Avoid altogether until serious improvements are made.

Firstly the hotel is tired. It needs some work doing to the hotel. But if you are using it as a base to explore it’s perfectly fine. Not all rooms have air con. The beds are perfectly fine. But there is no fridge which can be a problem. Food was surprisingly good. Not a lot to choose from but nobody got food poisoning and what there was , was good. Massive lack of sun beds which causes issues. Especially when people are putting towels out at night for the following day. Then not even using them. My only issue with the hotel was the daytime bar staff. Useless!! I would stand at the bar for 5 minutes on average being ignored. To the point I eventually had a go at them. And then had to buy my own alcohol all week. You get what you pay for. If you aren’t spending time in your room it’s fine. Location is good. Animation are good. Bar staff. Unless you tip. Are crap. If you have booked after reading this. Don’t panic. It’s not bad. But you won’t go again or recommend to friends and family. Morroco loved it. And would recommend the country.

On arrival to the hotel we have been asked to pay city tax - we were aware of it- however on the website it says accepts majority of cards, receptionist stated they do not accept cards and we must withdraw cash, receipt was not given until we asked for it when we left and the price paid didn't match price on the receipt. They just make up stuff as they go! No AC in the whole area of hotels, no AC in the dining area or restaurants. Stuff in the restaurant friendly especially if you tip them. Food : first day it seemed okay, but than we noticed that whatever they didn't finish at breakfast would be served at lunch as another dish , and same for dinner, on day 3 we started to be reluctant to eat there as my husband came across veggies- they were off, we told that to stuff but seemed like they continued to serve it, salads were off most of the time as place they serve it is not refrigerated and I would assume they store it without the fridge for several hours a day which as normal- makes it go off as heat is about 35+ degrees. The only fresh items were- eggs ( cooked in front of you) and bread seemed fresh. Sausages they serve would be used entire time and they did not taste fresh at all, also rice was off, and I could go on and on. Bar - limited drinks no cocktails served, but that isn't major issue, bar was always covered in bees and was dirty. I had shandy in inside lounge bar and it smelled like sewage, which means it most likely is never cleaned. People who's got the shops around the hotel- incredible, kind and helpful ! That was a highlight of holiday, also animators- big shout out to them as they are amazing and the whole hotel is hanging onto them as they do incredible work with keeping people entertained and busy and it takes mind off of hotel issues. This could be an amazing place but attitude of management and some of staff should be encouraged of behaviour when it comes to standard. Pools were alright- kids still had an amazing time in the water. Sunbeds were always taken as early as 6am - that should be sorted as well as some people would put towels on sunbeds at 6am and not arrive till late afternoon leaving those wanting to use them without a possibility.

First time at this hotel got everything you need. Plenty off stuff to do and see. Staff are friendly and the entertainment staff are amazing they put a good show on every night. Be prepared to dance.

Firstly I need to say the majority of the staff are wonderful, they work very hard and are incredibly friendly, interacting with everyone and speak English (something I just was not expecting). Years ago this hotel must have been stunning, it’s got a good layout, 5 pools and beautiful grounds but now has been left to grow very dirty, it needs a very deep clean absolutely everywhere. Reception area - dark with a flight of stairs-no ramp or lift so getting a pram or buggy down is a hurdle every time you want to go out, even carrying a suitcase down as a woman is a struggle, thankfully other guests were usually around to help but this alone would stop me returning. We had to pay tourist tax (cash and they wanted GBP) for all the children under 12 even though this is not required. We had help finding our room, man asked for a tip and then said ‘not enough that’s only £1.50 and wouldn’t leave until given more!!! Rooms - dated but that doesn’t bother me but what does is the ground in dirt, the dirty shower area and the stains on the clean towels. Rooms are ‘cleaned’ daily but no quick clean can get rid of the dirt. Clean towels and beds daily and our cleaner was a wonderful lady. NO WHERE to dry anything on the balcony except the filthy wooden, nearly hanging off guard rail and two dirty chairs. The pools - yuk, tested daily but moss and black mould under the edges plus water turns swimming gear a green colour which will not come out! The sun beds are filthy. As usual in high season not enough to go around. Bars-one outside serving alcohol but some times no beer!!!! Another next to it serving soft drinks. Wasps a big presence around that area and the pool. If you are at any of the other pools you have to walk to this bar, not enough staff so queues long and some staff can favour some guests and ignore others. Lobby bar very very nice, both barmen excellent and professional. Food - breakfast was ok, cereals, bread, sometimes pan au chocolate. Fresh omelette and eggs. Take own cups as cups are very flimsy. Although not fussy eaters we have struggled, tried to embrace the food but it’s sometimes difficult to distinguish what it is and it’s undercooked imo, every thing is cold. Salads are plentiful so with bread it makes a meal, we realise we are in Africa but we were expecting better tagines not undercooked meatballs or chicken (not once during our stay did I see couscous. They do french fries some meals and a sort of nugget but the kids didn’t like these - queues enormous when these on the menu. Always spaghetti and another pasta available. Always bread but not always butter. It gets very hot in the restaurant and food is out for a long time, barely keeping warm, sometimes and just sometimes ceiling fans put on. Staff incredibly efficient in clearing tables but honestly it looks just as dingy as the rest of the hotel. Restaurants or takeaways nearby full of guests from this hotel. Football, basketball courts are good and there is a camel at night for little walks. There are shops and stalls selling traditional goods unfortunately you get pestered by the sellers. Again there are steps everywhere and just a few ramps. To get to the beach - several sets of steps -not ideal with toddlers/pushchairs and carrying beach stuff, it’s about a 10 minute fast walk but about 25 with little ones if negotiating the steps. Hotel has its own beach area with sun beds but no access to drinks or food. We had seen reviews before coming but have always taken these with a pinch of salt - we really do wish we had changed hotels, it’s was a long 2 weeks. I’d suggest anyone visiting treats it as AI B&B and be prepared to spend money on take sways or eating out. Agadaur is a nice resort (obviously suffered due to Corona virus as a lot of derelict shops / businesses and I’d probably return but to a very different hotel. Remember tipping is expected every where as is bartering.

The hotel/resort - Caribbean Village Agadir stay was not as expected or advertised. The hotel was not so clean, no wifi in the rooms had to go to reception or pool place to get connected. No Air conditions or fans in the rooms. Toilet was not clean and entered with a bundle of hairs on the floor, sheets was not clean. Place was filled with cats all over the place. Loud music until morning which was difficult for the kids to sleep. The restaurant food was just ok, offered not clean plates, tables and chairs was so dirty with food crumbs every where. The whole experience was not pleasant.

This is a run down, filthy hotel with food a dog would be sick with. Half the complex had diarrhoea and stomach upset. Staff are rude, and excursion reps youssef and boss are lovely when taking your money and don't want to know when you have a complaint. Worst holiday ever. Don't book it. You will be out of pocket and ill!!! Holiday sold as having cafe with pastries and cakes at 4pm to 6pm.... all closed! Also reads as having all kinds of drinks.... vodka, gin, beer... was your choice. Its so run down that we were since told the bank is running it now so hopefully closes soon. Don't waste your money, please book elsewhere

Booked this hotel as me and my girls wanted a change from going same place every year. arrived to the hotel and was in tears. Our room was not ready at the time they told us. Eventually got into the room which had no smoke alarm, was not clean at all had dirty cotton buds used from previous people. Toilets had pubic hair around the seat and many more to add. the room was cleaned once throughout the whole 8 days we were there. The view from the balcony, we had a construction site 1st the men were looking inside and secondly whatever we put out to dry was covered in dust. This HOTEL IS NOT ALL INCLUSIVE! ice cream, waffle, bar was all with money. Cups were like we were at a kids bday party. Me and my daughters ate McDonalds all throughout our 8 days. Food was nasty, my pasta had maggots in it and my daughter had diahorrea majority of the holiday . Adding to the room we had two safe with no key, no working tv, no fridge and unstable beds. STAFF WERE RUDEE... I would personally put this hotel in minus not even a 1/5 can do it justice. Entertainment was non existent!! Pool was not clean had to throw away a good amount of money down the drain with how much I spent on the swimwear. THEY TURNT GREEN!! Sun loungers were supposed to be white they turn black from not being clean, pool area was dirty. my daughter has a verruca on her foot, that explains a lot. Cons: À FUIR !!! Par où commencer .. À notre arrivé l’hôtesse d’accueil nous a refusé en nous disant que c’était complet. Nous sommes sortis de l’établissement et nous avons pu réserver la chambre sur Booking. Suite à cela Elle nous a donné une chambre sale, il restait des excréments dans le toilette des ongles de pieds sous le lit et des poils pubiens dans le lit, photos à l’appui. Nous avons demandé si il y avait possibilité de changer de chambre ou de nettoyer, et on nous a refusé car soi-disant il n’y avait pas de dame de ménage alors que deux heures après le responsable nous a effectivement changé de chambre en nous affirmant qu’il y avait une femme de ménage 24 heures sur 24. Sans oublier « le grand buffet » une horreur absolue, le poisson et la viande n’était pas frais. Nous avons passé le lendemain aux toilettes sans compter le petit déjeuner ou le pain était sec , peu de choix à notre disposition, il restait des restes de la veille sur le buffet. Sans compter les vendeurs dans le complexe qui nous harcèle à chaque fois qu’on passe devant. Le prix ne vaut pas du tout la qualité du logement ainsi que des services proposés.

Great place for families. Rooms basic ours was facing a building site. This didn’t take away the great experience we had staying here. Such a fun place for the family. Great Animation team kept us amused lots of dancing. Pool a bit chilly overall a good stay I would return especially with children

2 adults with 2 children. We enjoyed that holiday and just recently returned. We cannot complain; Rooms are cleaned everyday, with towels changed. Free from insects. We had cockroach in Spain but none here. Food is really good, but if you are fussy there is McDonald's in walking distance of 15 minutes. only the coffee was an issue for us. Loads of entertainment and great beach 10 minutes walk from the hotel or swimming pools in the village. Unlimitrd Alcohol included in the all inclusive package. You can tell that the hotel is undergoing improvements, also staff is very friendly and speaks English. We recommend this place and hope our review helps. As is so many bad reviews that scared us after buying.

My friends and I have just got back from Morrocco and we have enjoyed our stay at Caribbean Village Hotel! There is a £11pp tourist tax you have to pay for at reception on arrival, make sure you have cash as they don’t have card machines. A big shoutout to the animation team – they were fantastic! Super engaging and always happy to chat or get you involved in activities. It’s definitely worth spending time getting to know them. Be prepared to dance at night! It’s worth noting that tipping is part of the culture here, and when you do, you'll be well looked after. The staff really go the extra mile when appreciated. The hotel grounds were well-kept, with the maintenance and gardening team actively working throughout the week we stayed, including repairs to the main water feature near reception. It’s clear they’re committed to improving the space. The rooms are a bit dated, but ours was clean and functional – no major complaints there. As for food: breakfast was a highlight, especially the fresh omelettes and pancakes made to order. Lunch could feel a bit repetitive, and it's worth knowing that there's no free snack bar during the day, so you’ll need to pick up extras from local shops if you’re peckish between meals. When it comes to dinner, I’d highly recommend heading to the beach front. You can find authentic Moroccan meals there – we enjoyed an amazing dinner for around £30pp, and the atmosphere was well worth it

Arrived late, rooms very basic but clean. Hotel/rooms do need updating but again they are tidy the general grounds are maintained well. Food was a bit hit and miss for my youngest but there is something for everyone. Pool areas are brilliant Staff are absolutely amazing, so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Do not go to this hotel, we experienced intimidation, extortion, corruption and brutality. The hotel staff made fake accusations to try to extort money from us, this ultimately ended up with 2 families including young children being taken hostage at gunpoint. We ultimately escaped and had to flee the country one the earliest flight available in the clothes on our backs leaving all our belongings behind. Please for your own safety do not go to this hotel!

Cheap and cheerful to a degree! Food for a vegetarian was beyond basic, lentils and white beans every meal. Rooms are fairly nice if you’re lucky enough to get a clean one on arrival, unfortunately we moved twice and both time rooms hadn’t been cleaned even after 15-00. Pool bar was a disgrace, under staffed and no matter how long the queue, you only got served reasonably quick if you were female, blonde and large breasted!!!

We have come as a family of 16 this time we have continued to come to the same hotel for the past 10year support in this hotel, it's a cheap all inclusive holiday this hotel has so much potential in the right hands, the staff are amazing can't do enough for you, they try so hard to keep everyone happy which is not always an easy thing to do The children love it.

Awful hotel not as advertised. The rooms are dated the pool area was awful u could smell the drains .we arrived evening and went restaurant omg more food on the floor than the tables I can always find something to eat but honestly there absolutely nothing there I would of ate tried again next morning stood in line for at least 10 mins for a basic omelette gave up after that and ate out . The grounds are well kept but basic the staff are amazing so pleasant and helpful that’s the only saving grace for this hotel . Would I recommend it sorry no .

Would I recommend to my friends? The answer is no. I am not angry I am glad. At least it became a life lesson to my two eldest kids 😆. I felt bad for my two youngest kids they didn’t deserve that. Old and unwelcoming buildings that have not been maintained since their construction.Disgusting rooms, with an old look and iron beds with shabby blankets like I've only seen in the Iraq war, and I'm being very honest when I say that. The famous Cockroaches in the rooms also scared the children.A small pool and 50 sun loungers that all 1000 customers fight over, whoever wakes up at 4 in the morning has a chance.I'm not picky, but standing in line with over 20 people to get a boiled egg or have one fried on the spot and waiting 20 minutes of your time seems ridiculous to me. When I reprimanded the person who was cooking, he had a fitting response: you don't like that, GO! Rotten fruit (picture attached) thrown like pigs. Beware of 220V sockets hanging from the walls in our room's bathroom and in the dining room.I go on vacation a few times a year and I'm old, but I've never seen such a bad place anywhere. Rooms, food, pool, drinks, and staff who don't know how to respect, to be respected.

Avoid this place its absolutely disgusting they will put you in the worst rooms untill you complain then eventually move you but to be honest they are all basic and smell bad and not very hygienic. There is a smell of sewage across the whole hotel complex that comes and goes sometimes overpowering and a damp smell in every room which we had to change three times. The food could make you ill we had only been here a couple of hours and almost everyone we spoke to told us not to eat here and love holidays couldn't care less if you have the chance I would recommend switching hotels . I have never stayed anywhere like this which is a shame because it really does have so much potential. Unfortunately we are still stuck here because love holidays keep sending the same response we have upgraded rooms with a pool view and the food is personal preference and to speak to the hotel with our concerns what a joke of a company and will never book with these again Please dont think this is just someone who always complains. i have never left a review like this before and i am just trying to warn others about the situation and hopefully save people from a holiday from hell. I’ve never written a review before but I feel like I should after my 7 day stay at the Caribbean Village. It’s not the worst hotel ever but definitely dated and needs renovations. The food was poor and had no variety with the same things served every day - a lot of pasta and fish. Undercooked sausages were served that were pink inside which made my Dad ill. The hotel has a pizzeria you can book which I would definitely recommend as it broke up the monotony and had food I actually enjoyed. There were 3 pools which were good however there was a horrible smell and our swimwear/skin was turned green after swimming. Drinks at the bar were served in tiny plastic cups and there was only one pool bar which meant you had to go over there even if you were at a different one of the three pools. There were no daytime snacks served at the pool bar - you had to spend extra for any ice cream or waffles at a stall. The rooms were fine. Our sheets were slightly stained and were clearly not changed when the cleaner came as we would find beds made with the same stains still on them. There were lots of cats around which I personally liked! There were a group of adorable kittens in the block where our rooms were.

On arriving the room was dated , no air con so 1st night very uncomfortable ! Egyptian cotton sheets maybe if washed with sand paper! We did ask , and were moved to another room with air con , this time the shower only trickled out and the water from the tap in sink was non existing. Pools were lovely although could do with a good clean round the edges. Towels came with a cost and if you lose or your receipt gets wet, do not expect your money back! Hotel unhelpful and refused to refund us without it, not sure why towels are not provided by hotel! Towels weren’t worth bringing home as weren’t clean to start with! Let alone a weeks use. The beach was the best part of the holiday , clean and nice to have beds for private use! The bars and restaurants were lovely as you’d need these to eat as the food in hotel was the worst ever experienced. No snack bar , no ice cream and no food between 230-730! Only 1 bar open during day trying serve all guests. Loveholidays advertise a lot of room amenities which are not there! Will not return and question whether love holidays have even sent someone to check this place out!

Family of 5 – 7-Night Stay: Deeply Disappointed Where do I start? We’ve just returned from a 7-day holiday at this hotel, and unfortunately, it was the worst hotel experience we've ever had. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were unwelcoming,in particular, the lady with long black hair and glasses, who was consistently rude and unhelpful on several occasions. It felt like we were an inconvenience rather than valued guests. The rooms were extremely dated and in dire need of refurbishment. That said, they were cleaned daily, and credit must go to the hardworking housekeeping team for doing their best under the circumstances. The general condition of the hotel, both inside and out -was poor. Everything felt sticky, dirty, and neglected. Around the pool, there were frequent arguments between guests, and the bar staff were incredibly rude unless you tipped them. Drinks were limited to two per person, and they were often poured halfway and slid across the bar in a manner that felt downright disrespectful. I’ve never stayed anywhere with a drink limit before; it was shocking. Entertainment was virtually non-existent. Unlike other hotels where we’ve built lovely relationships with the entertainment team, here no one even approached us for the first 5 or 6 days. There was no visible schedule or advertising of any events, so we were left completely in the dark. The food was dreadful – so much so that we ended up eating out most days. There was no food service between 2pm and 7:30/8pm, no ice creams, and no snack bar. Additionally, there were no pool towels provided. The beach was, without doubt, the highlight of our stay. A big thank you to Misha, Ismail, and the rest of the beach team who were friendly, welcoming, and the only staff who made us feel looked after. Hats off to them – they were a saving grace. One final point – after swimming in the hotel pool, our white swimwear turned green. That says a lot about the water quality. We later heard from several locals that the hotel had been taken over by the bank due to financial issues with the previous owner. That would explain the complete lack of care or investment – and sadly, the lack of accountability too. All in all, this place is not suitable for families, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone – especially not with children. Rude staff, poor facilities, dreadful food, and a general sense of decay. We won’t be returning.

A bit tired and could do with some TLC. Basic rooms and our beds were fine, beer was served in plastic beakers and definitely not weak, the red wine we had in the restaurant was a good house wine. We found the food delicious, with plenty of choice. Of course it was mostly Moroccan and often cooked freshly by chefs at the serveries. Pasta dishes were always available and there were plenty of vegatable dishes for non meat eaters. The staff were all lovely and were appreciative of the odd tip we gave them, especially handy if the pool bar (the only one open) was busy. The beach is 10-15 minutes walk away and there are reserved loungers and brollies for hotel guests. We had a lovely time as a couple but it is geared more towards families, we didn’t go to evening animation stuff so can’t rate the entertainment. Not a place if you want a full English and British food, you would be better in Benidorm

We only stayed for a night cause we travelled around morocco. Staff were friendly but i didnt like the porters of the hotel. We only had two small personal suitcases which we took around morocco. Fair enough that someone has to show us where the room is, but we dont need two porters to insist to wheel our small suitcases and literally stayed in the room until we gave them money. The dinner was ok plenty of options, breakfast was really strange, dont expect the typical english breakfast, but theres plenty of option, omellete, croissant, pastries, pancake etc. You wont go hungry. Lunch couldve been good but the noodles were so tasteless, they ought to buy some soy sauce.. a lot of the food is bland. The beach is not 3mins walk, its 10mins walk, if you dont get lost. Food is ok for two or three days stay max. A week in this place is too much because the food has no theme, its a repeat and recook and recycled.

Le pire les taies d'oreiller et draps étaient rempli de cheveux à notre arrivée et pas une seule fois changer ! Cons: Disappointing Experience Despite Some Well-Meaning Staff Upon arrival, I had to wait 1.5 hours for a room — which, to my surprise, was not even cleaned. After another 30 minutes, we were finally given a room that was supposedly ready, but it was extremely dirty: hair all over the bedding and floor. When we called housekeeping, the staff member shockingly told us that all the rooms were in this condition, and that the linens were worn out because management refused to take proper action. Her only question was: “When are you leaving?” — a question we were asked repeatedly over the next two days. At the restaurant, there were two types of service: young servers who were kind and eager to help, though clearly untrained, and older staff who were rude, lazy, and unprofessional. On the day of departure, I requested a late checkout at 2:00 PM because my son was very sick and needed time for his medication to take effect. Unfortunately, being a Sunday, the reception staff said they couldn’t make any decisions without management — who were entirely absent. Important Note: Cleanliness is not a matter of hotel category — it is a basic standard that should be respected everywhere. The hygiene conditions in this hotel are truly alarming and should not be overlooked by future guests or the management.

This is probably the cheapest hotel in Agadir. People are wanting a champagne lifestyle, with lemonade pockets, reading previous reviews. We stayed 4 nights. Yes the hotel is dated and does need a good clean. However, the staff were nice, the food was good. The location is excellent, it is within 5 minutes of the beach, McDonald's, pizza hut etc are a 10 minutes walk away, the money exchange and taxis 2 minutes away. The downside is, be careful. they rip you off, I needed boarding passes printing at the reception, I was charged 5 euros, which was an absolute rip off. No hotel has ever charged for such a simple service In conclusion, the hotel is cheap and cheerful, which saves you money to spend on excursions, taxis and trips.

This is the most disgusting dirty place we have ever been to. We just accepted the 3rd room they took us to because we were so fed up. That was dirty too. The cleaners don't clean they just straighten your bed. The outside of the room was filthy. Food in the so called restaurant was always cold with not much choice of what to eat. We ended up spending close to a thousand pound eating out two to three times a day. Most of the bars advertised for the hotel were closed. I wouldn't wish this place on Mt worst enemy. We have been to Egypt 6 times tunisia 5 times so we are used to Arab countries but this place put us off ever returning to Morocco

I always leave reviews when I travel as I rely heavily on them when visiting new places. We have just returned from Caribbean Village on 2nd July. There were 13 of us total, 2 families, 6 adults and 7 kids aged between 3 to 16. There was something for everyone. We had an absolute ball. I was very wary because of reviews I had previously read (after i had booked) so was prepared for the worst. Honestly, we loved it. It is a 3 star hotel and is priced very fairly. The hotel staff are fantastic. I cannot fault them. The animation team work so hard. The entertainment was brilliant. There are shows in the 'Amphitheatre' - was not expecting that - it's like a cabaret and I think that is nightly? It was superb. Games during the day. The staff are very friendly but equally do not harass you to take part. Bar staff are lovely. Housekeeping staff also. I mostly had 'do not disturb' on but she always made sure we had plenty toilet roll! There is also a night club/disco attached to the hotel - didn't get a chance to try it but definitely next time! A lot of the bad reviews are about the food etc. I thought the food was superb, fresh omelettes /pancakes cooked in front of you for breakfast. I did see nuggets/chips sometimes but to be fair my grand-kids can get that at home so we were glad there were authentic options - loads of fresh meat and fish dishes to try, fantastic salads, pasta's and panini's. My adult daughter is not a big eater but she loved the soups and salads. The fresh fruits too! Honestly if we made breakfast we didn't need lunch lol. And if we missed breakfast we knew we'd be well fed at lunch! There is a fast food place right outside the hotel, you cross the road and go up steps to your right. Excellent burgers etc and cheap. Went once only cos we had a lazy day and missed breakfast/lunch. We had room 2724, myself and 2 teenage grand-daughters, we had a TV with movie channels and air-con, 2 singles pushed together and me in a single, room had dressing table area and wee table and chairs. Big enough for us. My daughter and her husband, 2 kids had room next door 2725, they had 2 rooms, one big double with TV also movie channels, dressing table and balcony and another room with bunk-beds and a single so could have slept 5 and a larger balcony, no air-con, but they had 2 safes. Rooms are exactly like pictures on website. Again I cannot fault but we are the kind that are only in the room to sleep and shower. I've stayed in 5 star and paid 5 star prices so expect to get what I've paid for. I am not easy pleased but I do go with the flow. Caribbean Village did not disappoint me. In fact we are all looking to book again. Beach is a short walk with it's own loungers for the hotel. Kids loved it but also loved the pools at hotel. I think maybe the bad reviews are more used to a 'Benidorm' type holiday were you get a full english for breakfast and pizza/chicken nuggets/chips for lunch and dinner. We loved it and are missing the hospitality already. We will definitely be back.

We moved from next door as is same owner. We were here for 30 days. The room changed saved us. Much easier to get around. No lifts so theres a lot of stairs. Many steps dont have a handrail. No good for the disabled. After only eating and drinking in the hotel, i became seriously ill with food poisioning and spent 5 days in hospital. I was treated for 2 sorts of bacterial infection. The first time in over 30 years of travelling. 2 people i met had broken bones, many had digestive issues and worse.morroco is a developing country, hence the room standards differ vastly. We were moved to an upgraded room and if you think hostal you will understand. There is no fridge, kettle hairdryer or free bottled water. I boiled all our water and still got ill. In the restaurant the salad selection is good, pancakes every morning for dave! Usually you can find something to eat. Crockery is all chipped etc.The staff are very friendly and helpful. Overall the complex needs renovation. Stray cats everywhere, bugs etc. My biggest praise goes to the awesome animation team, they are brilliant!! Best ive ever seen! Remember this country is about 50 years behind tunisia. If you come for a week, watch what you eat, keep washing your hands , think cheap hostal, join in with the entertainment, bring warm jacket for the evening you will have a ball! Not for longstay or oldies like us for a month.

Well… I’m just leaving today and honestly I can’t wait to get out. Things you need to know… everyone expects tips, even the transfer from the airport.. if you come get a lot small change! Reception staff…. Very very poor people skills.. no induction, no this is where things are.. just take a picture of the food hall times behind her and that’s it. The first room that was offered, appalling! Sockets off the walls, tvs that are as wide in depth as in height. No toiletries, towels are stained and only offered two for the entire week. Lots of building work being done, poor views depending on rooms you are given! Complained which I’ve never ever done and we were given a different one! This time one only towel to share! 3* I wasn’t expecting luxury but basics are being missed here! Beds are awful, I’m coming back home extremely stiff and tired. And the cleanliness, wow! Everything is dirty and in need of a good scrub! The pool is clean tho! You will need to hire towels for the poolside.. they is no pool side snacks, no poolside drinks until the bar opens at 11am, and it’s true the bar staff expect tips on a daily! Night time bar staff much nicer than day time. Evening entertainment… if you can call that.. same thing every single night! By the last two nights I was done! Toilets by the bar very very dirty! Food hmmmm I didn’t agree with me! Spent a lot of my time indisposed.. if you get the meaning…. Very same old stuff everyday.. Cats everywhere some be aware if you have allergies, loads of wasps and poor hygiene… a lot needs to change here if I was to ever come back. But at the moment this experience has put me off Morocco for life!

This complex has so much potential, but is in need of a good deep clean. The floors were filthy and need scrubbing. The floor around the pool area could do with a jet wash. Sun beds were filthy. Towels changed once during seven day stay. Sheets stained I slept on the bed not in the bed. No AC as advertised. WIFI available but patchy. Food was hit and miss however I always found something edible. Food only available at certain times it was only the main restaurant open. There was no snack bar as advertised. For pizza you had to book between a certain time, although I was told by a waiter if you tipped well they would make you a table. Had a lovely view of the new development being built next door as well as regular chorus from the sea gulls. I arrived at the hotel after my flight around lunchtime. I was met by a man on reception who I found quite impatient and aggressive. He told me the “tourist tax” was 11 pounds. My being tired thought he meant 11 Durhans. I needed to draw some more money out and politely asked if I could have my key and then come down and pay. He was quite aggressive refusing to give me the key or my passport until I paid this tax. The first room I was given had not been cleaned from the previous residents. My room was changed and was in the middle of being changed. It was about half past three I finally got settled. I honestly wanted to go straight back to the airport. However the location of the complex is ideal. The majority of the staff are lovely, will go out of their way to help you.

We were very worried coming here after seeing all the negative reviews. But it’s honestly not that bad. You pay for what you get. The hotel could do with a little refurb but the pool areas are good, my room was clean with aircon, the staff were always very friendly (tipping goes a long way). Food isn’t great if you’re fussy like me, but I still managed to find something to eat every meal time. The hotel has its own pizzeria restaurant that you have to pre book, which i recommend as that was lovely! The location is quite good, close to beach, the marina, souk el had market. Plenty of excursions on offer too. Takeaway place cheap and cheerful just outside of hotel. Can order food to the hotel using the Glovo app. Would recommend bringing or buying your own bottles or cups to drink from as the cups you’re given are very small.

I warn every naive girl from this and advise you to find luck else where NOT in Morocco unless your ready to empty your pockets. Girls have been taken advantage off and mugged off left right and centre, especially by the animators - Farid, Amine, Ismail, Mustafa, AND ALL THE REST. All they are looking for is financial gain. My experience was like being in a Jeremy Kyle show. I met multiple girls who claimed to have the same boyfriend which ended up in a lot of dramas, girls fighting and arguments constantly. Many girls that I had spoken to said they have sent them money only to find out they have been cheated on MANY times. DONT FALL FOR IT. Once they notice they won't benefit from you in anyway, they will treat you and look at you like a piece of poo on their shoe. Staff are only nice if you give them money , and don't think £20 will cut it for the week because they are expecting something everyday. Everyday the music is the same, the food is horrendous, the sun loungers are dirty, the hotel rooms are filthy. I strongly advise for someone higher up working for this hotel to take this seriously as what goes on in this hotel is illegal. Its robbing girls, its literally like a show you would watch on tv.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I wasn’t expecting 5* but at least the basics to be met. Rude staff and no customer service whatsoever especially Lamya and Yasmin at the reception. They should be ashamed of themselves for how they treat their customers, they can’t even provide the basic customer service. The hotel really should reconsider who they hire. Staff always wanting a tip even if they haven’t provided a good service. Cleaners would stand chatting and gossiping all day rather than clean, they cornered me and asked me if I can leave my kids clothes for their kids before I leave and gave me there address to send them more stuff when I get back to England. They didn’t change our beds until day 11 or our 14 night trip, and even then we had to actually ask for it to be changed to which the cleaner got annoyed with us. Toiletries were not replaced even once. They gave 2 dirty towels for 6 of us and would only give more every few days when asked, they even hand wash the towels, which is disgusting. Fixtures and fitting all broken with plug sockets hanging out and rotten wood everywhere. Balcony doors don’t lock properly so poses a risk. Aircon doesn’t work, TV hasn’t got a remote. Ladies pads in the wardrobe (showing the cleaning isn’t even at a basic standard). Cockroaches everywhere, flies and wasps all over food etc. food was ok but very samey after 2 weeks. Lots of construction work going on outside this hotel which will wake you at 7am with the loudest banging and drilling and machines. Because the hotel was so bad, we went out a lot of the time as it was depressing staying here. A couple of staff that we really liked and weren’t just nice for a tip was the lifeguard Rashid, really sweet man and even helped my girls learn to dive, he really did go out of his way. Another man was the spice guy khalid, yes he’s overpriced but a nice guy and also the jewellery seller next to him I believe called Ibrahim. unfortunately our experience has put us off Morocco in general. Rude people and can get so much more for your money elsewhere with friendlier people and better weather. So don’t waste your money on this place. You are missold this place, no open kids club, no snack bar at all, no beach bar, no kids disco. Entertainment is shocking and very cringey, basically YMCA played on repeat with chavs dancing around drunk. Again I’m not one to complain ever, this is not my normal at all and we have stayed in many 3* hotels, but this was so bad that I had to leave a bad review and exposing this hotel. I really don’t know where some of these reviews have come from. Don’t book a 3 star hotel expecting 5 star standard! We come home tomorrow and have enjoyed our time here (4 adults and a baby). The food at breakfast and lunch is good but dinner has been a little disappointing but there is something for everyone if you have an open mind. All the staff have been very friendly and not one person has asked for money. Morocco has a tipping culture, a lot like America so be prepared for that. There hasn’t been any building works and it most certainly isn’t like Baghdad 😂 Yes, the cleaners could do a better job and yes, the rooms are “dated” but realistically you only really shower and sleep in them. The pools are clean and there’s plenty of little shops on site with a pizzeria and Moroccan restaurant that you can reserve for one night (each restaurant) during your stay. You can have food delivered to the front of the hotel on the Glovo app and get a taxi to the promenade or marina up the steps opposite the hotel. Honestly, I have nothing negative to say. We booked a 3 star holiday and have had a 3 star holiday!

Le ménage est assez léger et les serviettes ne sont pas toujours changées... Le buffet est ma plus grande déception... Très fade, peu de choix, surtout pour le petit déjeuner... Il n'y a pas du tout de repas typique ou local... je n'ai vraiment pas adhérée. De plus quand vous vous levez pour aller vous servir, au retour à la table, le serveur s'est déjà empressé de débarrasser votre table... vraiment dommage...

3-Star Resort, Much Lower Quality Conditions and Services I was fully aware from the beginning that the hotel I chose was a 3-star hotel, so I definitely wasn’t expecting luxury or 5-star furniture. However, I did expect a decent level of cleanliness — which, unfortunately, was not the case. When we first entered the room, we were disappointed by its appearance, but that wasn’t the real issue. The real problem was that there were no towels, no toilet paper, no soap or shower gel. The bathroom was dirty — there were hairs in the shower and on the toilet, the toilet seat looked extremely dirty, and the trash bin still had garbage in it. We had a clogged sink for three days before someone finally came to fix it. Also, only a few rooms have air conditioning, not all of them. The food was repetitive, but since we’re not very picky, we still managed to find something different to eat each day. Everyone expects tips, even when they don’t provide any service — and if they don’t get one, they’ll ask for it. P.S. There were nights when I couldn't sleep because the area where our rooms were located had a lot of fishermen who were extremely noisy. P.S.S. The hotel has a private beach, but the reception doesn’t mention anything about it — they don’t give you any directions or useful information. If you want to enjoy the beach, you have to ask them where it is.

My stay at Caribbean Village was extremely disappointing. The rooms were dirty, and the bed sheets didn’t seem to have been changed after the previous guests. The bathwater was dirty as well, which made it very unpleasant to use. In the bar next to the reception, water was leaking from the ceiling, creating a hazardous and uncomfortable atmosphere. Food was often undercooked and lacked taste. Bartenders were serving drinks in cheap plastic containers, which really took away from the experience. Although I must say that the hotel staff were doing their best to make guests feel comfortable, their efforts can’t make up for the terrible conditions of the place. There are also too many scammers hanging around the hotel, which makes you feel unsafe. Honestly, I believe this hotel should be closed and thoroughly renovated before something serious happens. Right now, I would rate it among the worst places I’ve ever stayed.

The both areas were heavily stained, extensively lime scaled, rusted, mould-infested, and reeking of poor sanitation. The bidet and toilet were visibly unclean, and the shower area had no plug cover, mould in the tiles and the area which the water was to come through as well as around the taps, on bots and piping and a rusted shelf. · Balcony in appalling condition with rotting wooden doors, exposed nails, and seagull faeces covering the ledges, chairs, and table—making it unusable. · Towels, that were supposed to be white, that were handed to us were grey and heavily stained with brown and reddish brown marks. When asked for replacements, we were dismissed rudely by housekeeping staff and were told dismissively that “this is how they are and they were washed by hand” and had the door shut in our face. · Furniture throughout the room was damaged, chipped, stained, and covered in dust. The mirror was scratched and marked, the table and TV stand were dirty and deteriorating, and even the light switches had accumulated filth all around them. · The walls were heavily stained, scratched, and marked. Extra pillows placed on top of the wardrobe had hair on them. · There were dead insects in room corners and the balcony area was in an even worse state. Rotting wooden doors, bird excrement on the furniture and railings, rust, and loose wood with exposed nails made it unsafe and unusable complete lack of basic fire safety measures in rooms: · No smoke alarms · No sprinkler systems · Rooms constructed and furnished with significant combustible wooden elements · Smoking permitted on balconies, with ashtrays provided and strong cigarette One of the vendors (pictured who went by the name of Patrick) intimidated myself and my elderly mother by leaving his shop and following us to the stairs leading to our room shouting at us for not buying from his stall. There is no WiFi in rooms only in reception area and near the pool (despite website saying that there was) There were some lovely vendors like Habib and a man who sells herbs and oils near the restaurant.

Alle lof dus voor het entertainment team die er alles aan doet om het iedereen naar zijn zin te maken van 's morgens vroeg tot 's avonds laat. Het eten in het buffetrestaurant was er goed en gevarieerd, ontbijt, lunch en diner, voldoende keuze voor ieder wat wils. We komen zeker nog eens terug! Mede dankzij het entertainment team!

La tonte de pelouse/ l’arrosage/ les deplacements du personnels en vehicule bruyant se font très tot le matin ce qui perturbe le sommeil. Pas grand chose. Tout ce qui est mis en valeur pour le séjour ne correspond plus à la réalité. L'hôtel n'a pas été entretenu depuis plus de 10 ans. Seules les toilettes ont été changés et sont propres. Les piscines sont agréables bien qu'elles ne soient pas restaurées correctement, du bricolage à la marocaine...

Cons: La restauration n'est pas à la hauteur de nos attentes. Peu de variation dans les choix et la qualité des produits. Personnellement, j'ai été malade la moitié du séjour. Les boissons sont présentés mais coupées à l'eau avec des sirops très sucrés. Quand au ménage de la chambre, il a fallu que je me déplace pour que la chambre soit faite et les serviettes changées. Cons: Ich habe leider sehr schlechte Erfahrungen mit diesem Hotel gemacht. Die Unterkunft entspricht überhaupt nicht dem, was auf den Bildern gezeigt wird – alles ist alt, abgewohnt und in schlechtem Zustand. Ich habe auch Fotos angehängt, damit andere sich ein realistisches Bild machen können. Man muss ehrlich sagen: Das ist kein Hotel, sondern ein schwaches, schlecht ausgestattetes Apartment. Wer hier bucht, schmeißt sein Geld zum Fenster raus. Ich kann diesen Ort absolut nicht empfehlen. Das Einzige, was positiv zu erwähnen ist: Das Personal ist wirklich freundlich, hilfsbereit und sehr nett. Dafür würde ich gerne 5 Sterne vergeben – aber das allein macht den Aufenthalt leider nicht besser.

We spent 4 nights at the Caribbean Village Agadir and had an absolutely amazing time. The hotel is bursting with charm, showcasing authentic Moroccan architecture, with rooms arranged in a cluster of quaint little riads that gave the whole place a unique and cosy feel. The resort itself is huge and beautifully laid out, and the location is spot on – just a short 2-minute walk from the beach! It couldn’t be more convenient for exploring Agadir either, as everything is within easy reach. One of the standout highlights of our stay was the animation team. They were truly terrific – constantly keeping the atmosphere buzzing with daytime activities and evening entertainment. Their energy, friendliness, and dedication played a big part in making our holiday so special. While it's true the hotel could benefit from a bit of modernisation, especially in terms of room decor and a fresh coat of paint, the overall atmosphere and soul of the place more than made up for it. There’s a warm, welcoming vibe here that you don’t find just anywhere – and that’s all down to the wonderful staff and entertainers, who were always helpful and smiling. The food at the hotel was good, with the restaurant offering a great variety of dishes that catered to all tastes. As a family, we always found something to enjoy and appreciated the variety available at each meal. Our only suggestion would be for the facilities team to consider updating and refreshing the rooms to match the vibrant energy of the rest of the resort. Cons: I had an awful stay at this hotel. The room smelled absolutely horrible due to a strong, unpleasant odor coming from the bathroom drains. It was clearly an issue with the plumbing. The smell was so bad that the housekeeper had to cover the shower drain with plastic just to stop it from spreading into the room – which is totally unacceptable. Nothing about this place was right, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Don’t waste your money or your time here.

We were put in block C, think this room is located near the other second reception, the room was awful, whole place felt unclean, balcony was unsafe, broken plastic chairs and rusty table. I believe the hotel was once 2 hotels and I imagine it was once a good hotel, with various restaurants and bars, but alas they all looked like they had not seen a guest in many many years. The hotel does have 5 swimming pools, however, only one pool has a bar. During the day there is only one bar, the pool bar, therefore you have to wait a l9ng time to get served. The lobby bar near main reception does open in evening. The buffet restaurant is like a school canteen, not much choice, runs out of plates etc. Food was passable. Staff did all seem friendly. If you are looking for a cheap hotel on all inclusive basis for a few nights, it will do the job.

Animation team were great.

Cons: The room was poor and not as advertised, no safe no TV. Dirty and dated.

Cons: Longish walk involving steps to pool from hotel. My room and bathroom were badly in need of refurbishment.

The hotel is big and has 3 outdoor pools. Meals were ok with healthy options to choose from

Cons: Everything is very old, the room was mouldy and not clean at all. The bed and bedding had stains and not comfortable at all. Arrived in the evening and had no towels at all in my room supplied. Only managed to ask for some next morning. Wifi signal was very poor and was not available my room.

The property is very tired. The rooms need a lot of work. The linen needs replacing. The food needs to be more varied, and warmer, to anywhere earn the star rating on website. However, the waiting staff, chambermaids and maintenance staff were all very friendly, and I felt very safe.

Rooms were not cleaned upon arrival, staff all very rude and unhelpful, very unsafe feeling here, men HATE women here and treat them that way, I could not get served drinks while I was at the resort. Food was abysmal. Not hot water in the rooms, no door on the toilets. I could go on, but going on this holiday was the worst experience of my life, I literally kissed the soil when landing back in the UK I didn't take many photos as it even felt unsafe to have my phone out! Not safe for female travelers especially solo and I would not recommend taking children here.

All I can say is wow how is this hotel open never mind a 3 star. It a 1 star at a push. Luckily for us we were only here for 1 night and that was bad enough. I’m very honest in my reviews and like to give everywhere a good chance but found it very difficult with this hotel but I will point out some good also We arrived at the hotel around 7pm The check in was straight forward filled some forms and paid city tax for the one night it was £14 for 4 of us. This is cash only you can pay English We got to our room which should have been a 2 bedroom family room for 4 of us but one one room with 2 singles and a bunk bed. The bunk bed was not safe to sleep on literally would have collapsed with anyone on top. We also had no towel I went back to reception and they said someone would come to the room A maid was sent brought towels for us I showed her the bed but she didn’t understand and I said would have to take mattress off and sleep on floor she just said yes very good and left. As it was one night I thought ah well it will be fine. I woke up in the morning to ant all over. (No we did not spill anything in the room we did not eat in the room there were just hundreds of them. We should have made sure we changed rooms at the point of the bed that is our fault we couldn’t get out of their quick enough. The food was also very meh. We had tea when we arrived and they had fresh pizza which was good and also a pasta station so you will find something but the smell in the dinner hall put me off. We went for breakfast but the line for eggs was huge and everything else was stale. There was a pancake mix made up but no one manning the station. We just left and didn’t have breakfast and decided to eat out for lunch. The evening there was one small bar you can’t see what drinks are available but ended up being the usual spirits, beer and wine. You can get 2 small drinks at a time. I’m not a big drinker so this didn’t bother me but most of the clientele were there to get smashed. The entertainment team did work hard to get people involved and had everyone up dancing so can’t fault the hard work they put in. The hotel grounds at a Quick Look is ok dated but we knew this however the longer you are there the more issues you see. The pool was dirty fag ends floating in it and al sorts of other bits ( this is the guests fault also for being disrespectful and not caring) The table tennis had no nets The basketball court was falling to bits and the fencing around it was damaged and dangerous. I wouldn’t trust the kids playground. I’m guessing not many use this part of the hotel. It is a shame as the location is spot and I think back in time this hotel would have been stunning. It needs some investment but the issue is it has become a cheap hotel for people to just go and get drunk and have no respect. Had we been there longer than 1 night I would have most definitely changed hotel. Definitely would NOT recommend

Cons: Lack of western food styles shops in the hotel are very aggressive sellers face you to buy and when you get your Durhams out they take them out your hand and make up the price that would u believe it its the exact amount you ha e on you a d when u say no they just don't give your money ey back a d con you to the death

i wont lie,this hotel is not up there with the 5*,for looks, food,rooms t for caring, friendlist.amusing, sociable you would go far to find an equal, we only went monday - Friday and can honestly say we have not laughed so much, thoroughly enjoyed our time hotel staff really look after you, chaperone we took with us was amazing, newest addition to animation lady doing darts and dancing reall assett to the animation team, was sorry not to see her before we left. we went for budget and sun but will definatly be going back again, met some lovely people Linda, Shaun,Lorretta, Tim. your holiday is what you make it, I have not laughed so much in years , i would say there is not much entertainment for the kids, so they would get easily bored, but Gary A REGULAR, visiting guest will always keep you entertained, whether sitting with him or from afar,this guy is hilarious, so genuine but also a very good giggle, budget, sun, cheap purchases to being home, caring staff, friendliest from both other tourists and staff cannot be faulted, Thank you to all the staff at the carribean village. we WILL be returning

Beliggenheten var bra. Kort vei til stranda og spise steder. Bor sentralt. Animasjonsteamet er flinke. Eneste som er bra. Gratis alkohol.

Cons: Rett og slett tragisk, møkkete. Kjempe harde senger. Sengetøyet var ikke byttet på. Det lå tydelig igjen hår og rester etter andre i sengetøyet. Middagen, frokosten, alt var av kjempe dårlig kvalitet . Kaldt i bassenget. Vi hadde vondt i ryggen når vi våknet. Personalet er frekk og spydige. Møkkete håndklær! IKKE BO HER MED SMÅ BARN!!
