From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by friendly staff with lots of smiles, setting the tone for a wonderful stay. Restaurant: The buffet restaurant offered a fantastic variety of dishes, including plenty of vegetarian options. There were always different salads and desserts to choose from, and the selection of drinks was excellent — water, sparkling water, juices, soft drinks, and wine were all freely available. Bar: The main bar stayed open until 11:00 pm and offered a wide range of cocktails, beers, and hot drinks. For those who enjoy a late-night atmosphere, the Champions Sports Bar was open until 1:00 am. All drinks in the restaurant and beers were included in the all-inclusive package, which was great value for money. Rooms: All rooms are all-inclusive. We originally booked for two nights but loved the hotel so much that we extended our stay. Initially, only one more night was available, but after our third night, the reception team kindly offered us a fourth. During our stay, we experienced three different room types — a suite with an ocean view, a standard double, and a two-story room. The staff managed all the luggage transfers smoothly, so moving rooms didn’t interrupt our holiday at all. Facilities & Entertainment: The animation team kept guests entertained throughout the day with brilliant activities. The swimming pool was a good size with a maximum depth of 1.7 meters — perfect for relaxing or having fun. In the evenings, the theatre hosted great entertainment, including professional dancers, which added to the lively atmosphere. Location: The hotel is only about 150 meters from the beach, which has a great vibe. There are plenty of bars, shops, and restaurants nearby. Walking along the beach in front of the hotel, with the sound of the waves, was absolutely lovely. Overall: This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way — great food, friendly service, excellent entertainment, and an unbeatable location.
Cons: Things That Could Be Improved: Some of the rooms, particularly the bathrooms, are starting to feel a bit dated and could do with some refurbishment to match the rest of the hotel’s excellent standards. A few minor updates would make the experience perfect.

Idéalement situé a 2 pas de la marina, l'hôtel et ses équipements sont top. Le spa est formidable, j'ai eu le bonheur d'un massage 4 mains avec Rocaya et Fatna exceptionnel ( mes amies me confirme qu'il en étais de même pour les autres masseuses ). Le restaurant est parfait buffet tres varié et excellent, buffet a thème avec déco ( menus différent à chaque service sur 1 semaine). Tout le personnel est agréable et souriant. Mention spéciale pour abdou et son équipe d'animation . Les spectacles sont dignes de grand show... bravo! Concernant les activités proposées par l'hôtel nous avons eu la chance d'être accompagné par Abdel, passionné par son métier, l'histoire de sa region il nous a accompagné avec sourire bonne humeur tout en étant attentif à notre sécurité. Un beau séjour entre amies. Je recommande chaleureusement
Cons: Bruyant pour les chambres au dessus de la réception, les vibrations de la boîte de nuit jusqu'à 5h du matin et clients qui discutent à la piscines jusque tard. Ma chambre étais vers le restaurant, je n'ai eu aucun soucis de bruits. Le gros bémol de mon séjour : la lumière de la chambre est bcp trop tamisée, la nuit on y voit rien. De plus les meubles sont noirs ce qui rajoute en obscurité. N'hésitez pas à demander à faire enlever les appliques pour gagner en luminosité

Uitzicht op het strand/zee vanuit de kamer was top. Zeer vriendelijk personeel dat hun uiterste best deed om ons een geweldige ervaring te geven. We voelden ons helemaal welkom.
Cons: Het eten was over het algemeen redelijk, maar vooral bij het ontbijt viel het wat tegen, de broodjes en croissants etc waren niet echt vers en er was weinig keuze aan traditionele Marokkaanse ontbijt. De koffie mocht ook wat beter.

Cons: Petit déjeuner non digne d’un 4*marocain-struct minimum, jus imbuvables, pas de spécialités marocaines (crêpes harcha, sfenj, baghrir…). Chambres vétustes. Espaces communs en travaux. Aucun transat dispo, piscine bondée. Pas de dispo de la chambre malgré validation d’une arrivée plus tôt. Hôtel pour touristes étrangers qui ne recherchent pas le côté traditionnel du pays. Animations Fram à la piscine irrespectueuses. Le striptease en journée avec enfants et clients musulmans c’est très petit. Globalement beaucoup trop cher pour ce que cela vaut.

On site Spa with indoor pool is amazing had a fabulous Hamman and Massage and well worth the extra , food is great , a la carte not worth the visit sadly in comparison to hotel. Majority French people but they were all having a great time and we had no problem with that, there were loads of sunbeds in comparison to guests , animation good if you like that , great section of beach opposite, security fab , all staff very helpful and polite.

Loved this hotel from the moment we arrived, we were meant to stay in marrakesh for 10 nights but left after 4 and came to agadir. The location is perfect, the gardens and pool area are beautifully kept and we liked the good. We had a sea view up to the marina and it was lovely sitting on the balcony as the sun went down.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the area. The evening shows were absolutely incredible – truly entertaining and well-organized. The food was another highlight, with delicious lunches and dinners that exceeded my expectations. The service was top-notch, with friendly and always helpful staff who made us feel welcome and well taken care of. The hotel felt very safe, which added to the overall comfort of our stay. There is a nightclub, a bar, and a pool bar, making it a great place to relax and enjoy the evenings. The rooms were extremely spacious and spotless, providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Cons: The staff came into our room unannounced at 04:00. Didn’t apologise. We both also got severe food poisoning 4 hours after we left the resort. Which we couldn’t have gotten from anywhere else as it was all inclusive and we didn’t eat or drink anything from outside the hotel. We tried several times to get in contact with the hotel after our stay to complain, but no response.

And the lady at snack bar is RUDE- I said ‘hi can I have a Coca-Cola please?’ very nicely and polite, and she answered:’hi?’. So I repeated, and she said ‘hi!’ and she was not doing anything. I got confused, so I stated my request again, and suddenly she turned to my partner and said very loudly:’ why doesn’t she understand me? Hi means yes!’. Then she only started to prepare the coke for me. This literally ruined my day, I worked as sale assistant and also in hospitality, this is not how we treat customers and guests. If I am talking to you please show respect!

We have an excellent view from our balcony, all inclusive gives you access to the next door night club with same drinks at hotel included. The hotel staff were really nice, the entertainment staff were so funny. Will definitely be coming back here again.
Cons: They have entertainment at night and only do quizzes in French and there is a lot of cats that come into the hotel/restaurant which may be a problem if you are allergic. But does bring entertainment when they start fighting with eachother.

Simply amazing staff, always friendly and ready to help. The animation team was also great at involving everyone and creating a great atmosphere. Really enjoyed the shows at night too. Very close to the beach. The buffet was excellent quality and many themes meant that there was variety too.
Cons: I think it's a big complex so would be nice to have a kind of a tour where each things are. like it took us a while to spot the spa. But apart from that, we loved everything.

The receptionist gave us a free upgraded room which was greatly appreciated. All of the staff were friendly and tried their best to assist or find help if there was a language barrier. Great location on the beach and everything is within walking distance, however I did hire a car to get around the city. Clean hotel.

Spacious room with living area space and a big balcony. Our room was sea view with the mountain. We went for a weekend girls break. The hotel staff were lovely, we were greeted with Ibrahim who took care of our luggage. The hotel guests were majority elder pensioners, French speaking. The hotel is beach front, beautiful clean beach. Pool was too cold for me for swimming, however a few people did get in. We used the hammam service in the spa at the hotel. It cost 350 Dh and lasted 2 hours....the massage at the end by a lady called zenub was amazing. Highly recommend. We visited paradise valley, the medina and the markets. We didn't use the hotel excursions booking as they were pricey and found a lovely taxi driver who we used for a fraction of the price quoted by the hotel team. We were a group of 4 girls and always felt safe in Morocco.
Cons: The bathroom in the hotel room was very poor, no tiles and plaster colour walls like it was an unfinished renovation. Bath with shower in it. The lighting in the bathroom was dim, doing makeup was a guessing game lol, only mirror was in dim light. The bin wasn't changed in the bathroom for the whole stay. No iron available in rooms or hotel only laundry service which is 24 hour service.

Vi hadde suite med havutsikt, flott utsikt til strand og solnedgang. Rommet var slitt men ellers fint hotell. Veldig god og variert all inclusive. Får vann på restauranten med og uten kullsyre som vi kan ha på rommet. Hyggelig personale bortsett fra de i baren. God wifi både inne og ute og på hotellets strand. Underholdningsteamet holder et alt for høyt volum i snakk og musikk, på dagen og kvelden. Vi og mange andre ga opp å ligge ved bassenget og måtte til stranden for å få ro. Mestedelen av underholdningen er på fransk. Vi bestilte et par turer i turskranken ved resepsjonen på hotellet og det var svært dårlig, vi måtte etterlyse bil og langturen var i en altfor trang liten minibuss. Anbefales ikke.

Cons: For breakfast, would have been nice to have beans available especially with eggs and hashbrown since it’s quite dry. Spa: I explicitly asked if the spa was female only, person at the spa reception said yes, lo and behold whilst I was relaxing a man walks through. I asked because I am a Muslim who covered my head and choose to be covered so was very annoyed about that. Wi-Fi: first few hours Wi-Fi was down, throughout the stay it kept going on and off and we had to keep signing in. From our room, the signal was weak. For those who work from abroad: this may be an issue.

A temporary repair that lasted no more than twenty four hours. Reported to reception again and was still broken on our departure. The site plan and basic details was handed to us on checking in, it was a copy of a copy of a copy and was practically illegible.

The location is perfect for getting out and about, staff were very friendly. There was always someone cleaning. The food was lovely with plenty to choose from and didn’t get repetitive the animation team were always around trying to involve everyone but they also left you to it if you said no.
Cons: Our initial room allocated was room 719. This was an economy room that was in an annex. This was not in the main complex and we had to leave the hotel to gain access. There was a security guard outside the entrance but it was not what we expected. We were moved after 2 nights to room 168 which was much better.

Food - was excellent. We had an all-inclusive package, and the hotel was very generous in variety. Quality of food itself was very good. Usually beef and fish was available, and occasionally chicken, turkey, and even pork was served - refreshingly surprised. Location - the property itself is good, very near the beach. The hotel has its owned cordoned area near the beach which was good. The beach was expansive Events team - lots of energy around the place driven by a very active animation team.
Cons: Room - fixtures broken. A bit more care and attention-to-detail would make it a very good hotel Staff - some were clearly a bit biased in treatment of customers Day trips and excursions were overpriced in the hotel - you need to haggle, which is something I don't enjoy, and still it was higher than other vendors. Ended up using another vendor for a trip to Marrakech and Quad Biking which was 20 to 30% cheaper

Séjour parfait, personnel très aimable, chambre propre et bien isolée. Le restaurant est très bon et il y a du choix à n’importe quel repas. Des activités sont proposées une fois arrivé à l’hôtel donc il n’y a pas besoin de s’organiser avant pour visiter et profiter une fois sur place.

Very disappointed despite several requests didnt get rooms together didnt get double beds i even made a person trip to the hotel 3 weekd prior to request the rooms we wanted but we ended up in a rubbish part of the hotel and had to change a room the next morning will not stay there again very disappointed

Stayed for 2 nights with 3 friends (in 2 rooms) rooms were clean and comfortable and a great size, plenty storage space. Pool area and surrounding gardens were lovely and well maintained. Loved meeting the resort cats and kittens. Buffet was great, might get a bit boring night after night but since we stayed only 2 nights was great for us. Didn't explore much, but location seemed good on beach, although not too many nice restaurants etc closeby so we choose to eat in the hotel both nights. Animation team were really good fun and worked hard. Good selection of all inclusive drinks that suited our group.
Cons: We had asked for early check in but didn't get it, in fact our rooms weren't even ready at 3pm at the official check in time, was closer to 4pm until we got into our rooms. But we did get wristbands on arrival and could make use of the all inclusive facilities while waiting on the rooms. Bar staff could be a little grumpy

Cons: I didn’t like being refused service at the snack bar by a worker called hisham. Kept pushing us away to go to the other side for a drink when he had all the ingredients. Also didn’t like how I had to end up paying extra 200 pounds for the kids when they was already on the booking. The food at the restaurant for lunch and evening dinner wasn’t up 2 scratch. Also wa s never made to feel welcomed by any staff. But overall it’s a good location with children to beach and shops etc. 6/10

Nous avons été logé dans une annexe de l'hôtel située en dehors du complexe hôtelier en quittant l'hôtel dans une rue insalubre bruyante voir photo ceci est inadmissible de loger vos clients et de proposer ce genre de prestation dans un tel endroit et à ce prix. Le bâtiment tient à peine debout et il est en très mauvaise état de plus pas de wifi..le restaurant pas très propre et pas très varié, les animations privilégiées pour les clients de Fram..j'espères que aurons un geste de hôtels.com pour ces désagréments pour au moins le logement. Nous voyageons souvent et c'est la première fois que nous avons ces désagréments

The staff were not helpful when we had questions or needed help. The bed sheets in our room were not changed and we had no wifi in the room. Had little choice for food options and the food was below average. The excursions were not inclusive if you dont speak French and not worth the money at all. The entertainment and shows were good and we enjoyed the private area of the beach

Had the loveliest time here. The staff are very nice and polite, eager to help. Our room was also upgraded for free! And the food selection was also very good and diverse for a 4-5 day stay. However do consider that this is a city centre hotel so on weekends even during Ramadan it is very loud until 1am, so bring earplugs or book somewhere more remote :) Also so many french pensioners with sour faces! cheer up people

Cons: Range of alcohol could have been better - one type of white wine, and limited cocktails- all in the tiniest of glasses. Just expect to keep going up to the bar for top ups! Buffet food a bit samey but ok for the price paid

Good location just beach front with great access to the beach. Nice swimming pool and pool side area. Although quite simple, there is animation happening during the afternoon and evening. Good access to the promenade for a walk and a shopping centre with traditional souvenirs just next door.
Cons: There is no WiFi in the rooms! only in common areas. The check in was a bit messy and disorganized. Rooms and furniture are dated and doors do make noise and do not close properly. We were given a room in the main building, just above a night club, and the noise at night made it very difficult to sleep. It felt like being sleeping in the toilet of a club, and we could hear the music and vibrations from the club, and the noise outside on the street. We were moved to another room in a different building far from the club, and this room (suite) was way more comfortable and quiet. The first room was not very clean and had mould on the shower tiles. Poor offer of cocktails and drinks. The buffet was way better than the a la carte menu that is offered to book once a week.

We very much enjoyed our stay, it is a great location right near the beach, room was very specious. But most of all, some of the people who work there were amazing - the older lady in the kitchen who makes breakfast, the man who cooks the eggs, the waiters we met, the young lady who cleaned the room every morning, reception staff were always helpful when we needed them- they were the ones who made our stay so enjoyable.
Cons: Instead of one king bed, our room had two single beds put together which is not ideal for couples.

Cons: Beer wasn't great... Casablanca is better than the beer available. I paid extra for the 'sea view'. It looked onto a street and the sea wasn't really a view. The cocktails aren't freshly made and largely come out of a machine. Due to not having proper a sea-view I asked if we could have a late check out for free. This was declined and they said it would be 50 Euros per room. Not only was there a 50 Euro charge they also said that for a late check out we would have to move out luggage to another hotel room and leave the room we were in! Ridiculous.

Cons: Really disappointed, this was an all inclusive hotel, but had so much missing being in a Muslim country hotels should have Muslim showers in the bathrooms, there was non available anywhere around the hotel or in our rooms bathroom No kettle in the room either Air con wasn’t working No snacks in the bars between meals, snack bar that was available shut at 5pm There was no iron available either Bathroom walls were plastered but not painted or tiled, they had mold on the walls Bedding was very old and had lint balls on them, whites sheets looked really dull and very old, duvets were old too, felt like a two star hotel Patio doors on the balcony were very poor quality, you could hear the wind blowing through them really loud No complimentary snacks or water available in the rooms as this was an all inclusive and this should have been included Food was ok until they served pork on one of the days, this shouldn’t be served in a Muslim country, it really put me off my food No double beds available, 2 single beds put together

Very friendly staff- courteous, polite and willing to go the extra mile. We stayed in the hotel for the most part because of excellent food and the staff kept us entertained- with acrobatics, shows and even a snake charmer 😲. We booked a massage and sightseeing through the hotel and we had pick up and drop off. The beach is just outside the hotel. Main bus stop is a 5 minute walk. We took bus no. 5 to the El Had souk. The room has a fridge. There’s no kettle for tea. There’s plenty of cupboard space. The hotel will do your laundry for a price. There is a safe in the cupboard, but you may have to pay to use it. We had to pay a tax of 150 Dhs when we checked in. The toilet in our room was separate from the shower and sink. The hotel has a bar, pools, restaurants, theatre, disco etc. Rooms were cleaned daily and there are security guards at all entrances. Moroccan police are visibly patrolling tourist areas. All in all- an excellent few days. A big thank you to all the staff at the Royal Decameron.
Cons: Not the property itself, but when you’re outside the hotel, beware of children who try and sell you knick knacks. They can be relentless! 😄

Location of the hotel was great, close to the beach and to main attractions in the city. Meals were delicious, there was always a tea, coffee, multiple kinds of juice, wine and water.
Cons: Smell in our room was strange. Staff was bad- personel was not very friendly, especially in the bar next to swimming pool. Luggage guy was quite intrusive- he pulled out my backpack and room card and he wanted to show us where our room is (as in the reception we didn't get any information), then he enter into the room and looked like he didn't want to leave without tip. After our arrival (3-4 hours before check in time), in reception we didn't get any information where we can wait and that we can have a meal in a canteen (our friends informed us about that). Water is swimming pool was cold, we couldn't swim.

We stayed here for 5 days and absolutely loved it. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are big and clean. The food was delicious with lots of variety, and every night comes with a different "theme". There's also lots of entertainment available. You can exit straight onto the beach walking path where there are also lots of kiosks and restaurants and access to the beach.
Cons: The snake show. All the other entertainment shows were super fun and pleasant but we really didn't like the snake show that takes place on the Moroccan night. It borders on animal abuse and we really hope they cancel it. The other issue is the door of our room rattled a lot whenever anyone passed or closed their door which made a lot of noise and woke us up in the morning. Needs to be updated

Took 90 minutes for us to be checked in as they couldn’t find my booking in which time no drinks or anything were offered until we asked them. The room its self looked nothing like the pictures, our room was street facing/ocean view which meant it was extremely noisy until the early hours of the morning. Aircon in the room did not work, food was not up to the 4 starts this place has been given. Hotel entertainment wasn’t in English so this could not be enjoyed by non French speakers.

La première chambre attribuée ne correspondait pas à la qualité escomptée, l'hôtel a pris en compte immédiatement notre remarque et nous en attribué une autre très correcte. Bien sûr l'hôtel est vieillissant des travaux de rénovation seraient nécessaires. Mais nous y avons passé une belle semaine.

We liked the location, and the food was pretty good - especially the coffees and sweet treats. Most of the staff were super friendly and warm and the hotel was clean and beautifully landscaped.
Cons: We arrived very late on the first night / early hours of the morning, so missed most of our first “night”. We had tried contacting the hotel a few times before hand to confirm details but didn’t get a response. The room on first impressions was nice, but it was not the room we thought we were getting. We had two single BES despite requesting a double - we were clearly travelling as a couple and it was our anniversary. No information was provided about the Wi-Fi so we were unable to cross-check the booking, and at 2am there was still very loud music being played outside our room, between the music and ‘ocean view’ room we thought we had booked based on images was actually looking at McDonalds. When we tried to contact reception to request a different room they were very abrupt and unapologetic, palming us off and telling us they will fix it in the morning. The next day instead of switching the beds or rooms like they offered to, they simple remade the twin beds with a double sheet which barely held them together. We feel like we paid a lot for not a lot.

We got a room on the outside area of the property, in the market that surrounds the property. You actually had to walk through the security gates and through the market to get to the room. The room didn’t look like the pictures and everything in the room is falling apart. We would go to breakfast and dinner in the last hour of service and everything would be eaten and not replenished. The tables are not reset and we would have to look for your own cutlery and glasses.

The animation team was amazing. A big thank you to Ousama, a very energetic and nice collaborator who made our stay extra awsome. Nice activities all day long. We are still trying to find the music for the aqua gym lessons with Aquaman 😀 The room was big and clean. Friendly cats and staff. No problem on getting water. Just had to ask on the restaurant. Food was good. The bus from the airport stops just in front of the hotel (cheap, frequent and ponctual).
Cons: The drinks were not a plus: the only pool side bar had a couple of cocktails and some of them were pre mixed. The beach is nice but it gets to crowded specially on the weekend and a lot of rubish is left there. No snacks on the pool bar or anywhere between 5 and 7 pm.

Et fint opphold for vår gruppe på fem personer. Perfekt plassert nær stranden. Fint bassengområde. God mat. Det som trekker ned på hotellet er dårlig wifi. Vi var en av de få som hadd wifi på rommet, ellers måtte man stole på dårlig wifi i fellesområdene.

Honteux de donner ces chambres bruyantes ! climatisation en panne.Un point positif nourriture très bonne. Manque de professionnalisme au niveau service restaurant et bar , personnel pas agréable au bar. Animation très bien bonne équipe.L’état de l’eau de piscine est moyenne, pas bien claire !

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour à l'hôtel décameron tafoukt. L'accueil y est chaleureux, le personnel très sympathique. De notre chambre située au 1er étage au-dessus du hall d'accueil, nous entendions les bruits du hall, c'était un peu gênant. La chambre était un peu vieillotte. L'insonorisation du restaurant est également à revoir car bruyant. Les repas sont variés et savoureux. La vue du restaurant est magnifique. La piscine et ses abords sont propres. L'hôtel est idéalement situé au bord de l'esplanade.

After expressing our dissatisfaction with both rooms offered on arrival staff informed us they would be able to offer us a better room the following day. On our 2nd day we moved to a very nice room which had a lounge and bedroom. They made up bed in lounge so we basically had a bedroom each which was great. The bathroom was lovely and outlook from the room was too
Cons: First we were offered a room above the bar which we declined. We were then offered a room next to a building site so was noisy during day and you had to have curtains shut or else builders could see right in. Also the bathroom was a complete dump.

Absolutely wonderful - they made me feel like a queen! First I was directed to free, secured and guarded parking right in front of the hotel. Second I was updraded from a simple single room to the most beautiful suite with private sun terrace and direct beach views. Third the buffet food was just a dream - so much to choose from! Fourth the staff was truly multilingual. I heard perfect English, German, Spanish and French right at the reception and later everywhere else too. Fifth all the employees were not only very skilled, attentive and always helpful, but really seemed to be enjoying their jobs, and even the cleaners looked happy. Perfect management and HR! There were only two little minuses: (1) The pool was not heated and the water was really cold. I was there in February. (2) The grumpy looks on some tourist faces. Why can't the people put on a smile when they are in such a beautiful place? In summary: I'll definitely come again, and the next time for at least a week not just one night. Thank you, hotel Decameron Beach!

This hotel has a late night disc in the basement and the bass sound resonates throughout the whole main building. Insist on a room in one of several satellite buildings if you want a good nights sleep. The hotel caters very heavily on the French clientele so all of the activities announcements are in French. So, unless you can speak French you will have to ask for an explanation. During the cooler months you will have to take appropriate clothing as non of the rooms have heating and so gets Very cold!!

The staff were incredible the animation team work so hard as d o the cleaning staff and the resteraunt,food amazing very tasty and clean ,no tummy issues at all. Photos do not do it justice garden area is stunning with palm trees and orchids and beach on your door step,its hidden jewel and would love to go back for a good week to 10 days .if you need to chill and recharge your batteries this is the place to do it. people in Morrocco are lovely
Cons: the night club noise nearby went on to 5am in teh morning at weekends now i know where the lyrics rock the kazba came from. I think the hotel need to deter the vendors selling souveners from coming up the the resteraunt terrace as this is very off putting when you are eating.

Our room was nice, overlooking the beach. Food was amazing, every good, they had a special tangine night also. You will not go hungry on all inclusive. Pool was a good size and gym was ok. Location is good right onto the beach. Daily house cleaning.
Cons: Organised an airport pick-up well in advance, back and forth email and they had all my information but they didn't pick up up or mention it at the check in, so we got scammed, shouted at and hassled at the airport (bad first impression of Morocco) We didn't have hot water for over a day. They don't seem to have double beds, only single beds that get pushed together. This resort attracts some horrible people (fat alcoholic perverts) we received some inappropriate comments from the other guests to our face about my partner. The shops next to the hotels are basically scam shops. For Morocco it's quite expensive. Pool was cold in December.

Cons: The hotel feels a bit dated, we had the ocean view suite and felt dark and dingy, note to management luxury is not a lack of lighting but a choice of lighting for me to choose if I want it bright or mood lighting, your always on mood lighting doesn't work when changing a baby's nappy. Also, we didn't have hot water for 24 hours and I must have called reception 5 times being told every time someone will come and fix it before going to reception and shouting before it finally got done. food options are limited we only ate at the restaurant one day out of 4 because there is much nicer food to be had outside. Disappointed that they didn't serve freshly squeezed juices or smoothies at the bar nor did they have cakes or ice cream for dessert. Breakfast is okay. Entertainment and all communication is only in French, even the leaflet given to us on arrival was in French. Doesn't work if you only speak English. Main focus is keeping their guest drunk enough on free booze not to notice that the place and the standards are falling apart. Must have been a very nice hotel a long time ago.

Cons: Took a long time to get our room ready at 2/3pm in the day. Pool was ice cold! which ruined it for most as no one wanted to get in. The restaurant reservation thats complimentary with the booking is not really possible unless your able to book it for the week after, although the tables are empty and people aren’t there eating, apparently its fully booked, also they don’t tell you how to go about booking it other then you can only book between 10am-3pm. Dj either repeats the same song 4/5/6 times over or plays each song half way through before skipping to next song.

The photos do not do the hotel justice, in person it is much more beautiful and it is huge. Very friendly staff and renovated room, comfortable bed and great shower. The food was incredible.

The place is great and clean. Beds are comfortable and the cleaning is perfect. The only problem was that both bidet and a sink were blocked. Since we were staying only 4 nights I didn't want to bother. The room was 26m and the bathroom was spacious. I loved it! There was as well a table and a chair. There is no internet in the room but it's available everywhere outside. Next to the swimming pool there is a working area that is air-conditioned and it it's great if you need to work or study. Food was perfect! I think it's a perfect place if you have children as they are never going to be bored - the animation team was wonderful! Apart from the blocked sink and bidet - I loved everything there. I'm sure it could have been easily fixed :) Enjoy your stay - it's a lovely place!

Animation team was brilliant, staff couldn't do more to help. Cleaning, restaurant, reception and bar staff all amazing and helpful. Rooms are big and good shower. Our room was with the garden view and it was quiet and no smell, other people from other locations like sea view or pool view complained about smell and noise. Buffet food is INCREDIBLE we loved every single day. A lá carte restaurant is not even worth going to since most ingredients are the same as in the buffet but cooked differently.
Cons: Rooms are extremely outdated. Fridge does not work, I defrosted it myself two times during our stay and still everything was 15 degrees at best. A/C was just a cool wind that didn't do anything to the room, if the staff didn't help me by providing a fan I definitely would have asked for a refund and left because the temperature without it was unbearable. Towel and gym times are very scarce. Gym facilities are less than minimal. No facilities at the beach at all just the loungers, not really attractive for guests to go to the beach. Factory night club is horrendous with a lot of dodgy people, not really nice for women to go and have a good time.

Cons: Considering this is an all-inclusive resort, the food was very poor. We ate here for breakfast and dinner and the choice was fairly limited, the quality was average and the food was cold on both occasions.

Cons: We got dirty room, I am pretty sure nobody cleaned this room, you can see on the photos. We tried to solve this problem with staff at reception. Very arrogant staff lying to my eyes that the room is clean. They didn't want to give us another room because they are "full", when we wanted to get our money back and go to another hotel, they found free room for us. No apology from the staff, just rude behaviour, especially from the black haired lady. Last day they blocked cards from our room and we were not able to get there from 10 a.m (checkout it at 12).! We had everything there and they weren't able to solve it, cleaning woman must let us in! Again, no apology. And even worse, we booked taxi to airport at the hotel reception, because they offer transport. We were waiting and no taxi, we found out later that staff didnt order the taxi. No apology from the arrogant lady in the reception, she just told us that taxi will come in next 30 minutes (so aproximatelly hour later when you have to catch your flight?!) The reception staff are incompetent and should not be working here, they are ruining the reputation of the hotel. I would not recommend stay here, stay away from this hotel.

They decided to knock down an external wall to room 720.The block we were in was outside security in another area. Asked to speak to a manager however one could never be found. Over 5 days they were totally lost.i would have preferred to speak with management about the issues but unfortunately it wasn't for the want of trying. It took a mass of rooms and families to demand to be moved before we got a new room..The food was passable but not good. We had no keys for safety deposit box being told they were lost. Then on checkout accused of having one to the second room which was untrue. The animation team would continually pester you around pool and music was incessant. Pester at bar also. The morning snack offered is purely peanuts and once popcorn in evening. The cocktails choice is very poor and not well made all served in plastic rough edged beakers. The beer is bottled and not cold also in plastic beakers. All in all a very disappointing All inclusive holiday.

Cons: I felt that it was pretty hard to get something to snack in the afternoon, we only went to the snack bar once and they only had pancackes to eat, also, the snack bar closed at 5pm and there was no other way to get a snack, so we had to leave and get something to eat in the street which makes the experience seem a bit less "all included", I couldn´t understand why the pool bar had no food whatsoever. Other than that everything was amazing!

Beautiful hotel in the middle of Agadir with its own/private beach place. The hotel is new and clean with a beautiful big swimming pool. The rooms are clean, big and confortable except the mattresses a little hard but didn't change my nice stay overall. We took an all inclusive plan and it was worthed. The food was excellent and different each day with a lot of choice. But first of all, the staff was very nice and helpful (thanks again Abdelatif and Abdelwahab! Keep your beautiful smile and good attitude!) Everyone was nice to us. We had an excellent service! Overall, I recommand this hotel without hesitation!

The “private beach” was just a sealed off area on a very busy public beach. Staff were generally not friendly. The room air conditioning did not work. Watch out for your personal items, there are thieves operating around the pool. Someone stole 800 DHS from my bag that was inside another bag under a towel!! Reported to reception and they literally just shrugged their shoulders and mumbled something in either French or Arabic. I booked a Hammam with reception, and after taking a shuttle to the location, the rude staff refused the Hammam and gave us no choice but to endure a very poor quality massage. She also lied about not accepting card payments (reception ensured they did take cards). Food, although lacked variety and in some cases flavour, was generally ok. The pool itself was good and fairly spacious

We spent a lovely 10 days in the Decameron hotel! The staff was super kind, food was excellent and the rooms were beautiful. Everything was perfect, I would happily recommend it to everyone!
Cons: The only slight disappointment was that the hotel did not have an iron at all, so we needed to send the clothes to the dry cleaner for an additional cost. Other than that, everything was great!

I made a booking for one person in the room, the next day I found out that my friend was looking for a room in Agadir which was not available all the hotels were fully booked Then I asked him to stay with me . We went to the front desk and informed them that my friend will be staying with me this night. They said no problem but he has to pay the staying tax for the county. We said ok no problem, the next day the receptionist was aggressive and forced us to pay extra 800 MOROCCAN DH . When I checked for my room in the internet for the same category with one person or two person it was the SAME PRICE only the country tax changes from 1£ to 3£ if two person !!!! How can get my money back please ???

The hotel lets itself down by the limited number of sun loungers around the pool I would say there is probably one for every five guests. The wifi is absolutely shocking & you can only get it properly in reception or just outside reception at the top end of the pool. You have no chance of getting it in your room. The snack bar is supposedly open until 5pm but they stopped serving burgers around 4.15pm each day & the service is so slow there. The beds are probably some of the hardest I have ever slept in & my back is in bits. The entertainment around the pool is relentless & if you want any peace & quiet forget it as it is blarred out across the whole outside area. I would not go back to this is not a hotel I would recommend for above reasons.

The hotel itself was nice and there was an ok range of food in the all inclusive. It is 95% which is fine but all entertainment is in French and it was difficult. The entertainment team tried so hard!! Our biggest issue was that we booked an ocean view room, the hotel blamed hotels.com and vice Versa so it left a very sour taste in our mouths!! Other than that room was nice and clean but shower was scalding then freezing! The location is busy and loud. The beach is nice but sun beds are past their best for sure. If you are a 50 year old French person looking for a butlins in Morocco then this is the place for you. If you are a Brit couple looking to relax it most certainly isn’t. Be very weary of sea view rooms, we are going through small claims court as we speak.

This “resort” is old and dilapidated. The check in process was a nightmare. The rooms are old, worn out, and many things didn’t work. I had to change rooms because the bathroom had no working light and the room was right next to music so loud I could hear it clearly with earplugs. As an American, I got treated poorly compared to the European guests at check in. The only kind workers were the servers and maids. Some good things about the property included it’s proximity to the beach and the food. If I didn’t have such a terrible check in experience, I would rate this property at 3 stars.

Very pleasant stay at this hotel. Christmas Eve was very good, Staff were all helpful & very friendly. Be warned that the bathroom is not provided with any toiletries other than 2 small bars of soap - not what is expected these days!

seems that hotel is focused more on foreigners as a Moroccan visiting with his family you feel neglected, I also realized that I had paid more than guests coming from overseas but still neglected, hopefully management can focus on tourism from locals, Moroccan dinner night was amazing. I also noticed staff only speaks in foreign languages and you are discounted once you speak darija, I am educated in the west and don't feel the need to speak a foreign language in my country, I find it funny when I ask in darija and I M answered in english, that's why I M writing review in english

The Decameron Tafoukt is a lovely hotel however it cannot be classed as an international hotel (see below). It's billed as a four star however I would give a three star plus rating. It is as described, close to the beach from which it is separated by a promenade. Walk along this and any street outside at your peril. Street hawkers and "very nice natives" pop up from everywhere and it's a constant battle fending them off. If you love that sort of thing, try the Tafoukt Souk. However if you can survive them then the beach is beautiful and very long. The hotel food was excellent although be aware that the Cafe Del Mar restaurant is only available once a week to guests. Sadly my meal there wasn't too good (I've seen more tender meat in a cobblers) so the main Atlantic restaurant was the place for us. The hotel guests were mainly French and you may feel left out at times. Our room was a disappointment. We asked for a king bed and not a ground floor room. What we got were two twin beds pushed together and a gallery bedroom. But worst of all, our balcony overlooked the main kitchen twin extractors which ran 24*7. The pool is very good if a little small but the loungers are very close together. Also the hotel staff put away the parasols at a set time each day even though they were use. The entertainment team were very good if somewhat loud. We did not visit the nightly shows but went out instead. I recommend Le Mirage Casino but beware the Petite Taxis - some are death traps

This resort caters predominantly to French guests (mostly seniors who come back year after year and stay for extended periods). There is even a French animation team from Club Lookea in addition to a Decameron animation team. Staff is extremely attentive and constantly trying to entertain guests - sometimes too much. There are nightly shows put on either by the animators or by talented professionals. There is an a la carte restaurant and a buffet restaurant with fresh, delicious variety - a different theme each night.

The Hotel was perfect located on the beach in the centre of the tourist section and promenade. The entertainment was a little on the French side but we still enjoyed the activities and shows, all of the staff were very friendly and attentive. The rooms are comfortable and clean but could probably do with an update more than just a lick of paint. Food was ok there was always something I enjoyed I would not say it was lavish but there was nothing overall to complain about. The only downside for us was the lack of Wifi in the rooms which we would normally not worry about but we were speaking with are children back home so we had to come down to the main pool area for a reception but this was only a small price to pay for a decent little get away. Overall I would go back we had a nice relaxing time and great weather.

The staff entertainment staff were great, great location for the beach. Sadly the "all inclusive" info was incorrect on the hotels own website, so the number of restaurants and availability of free non-motorised water activities was incorrect. The bed was so hard, sleeping on the tile floor would have been more comfortable - we orders more pillows from front desk and slept on top of those in the end.

Perfect location with a 20second walk across the promenade to the beach. A different buffet every night and quality of food was very good (although don't expect too much from the Café del Mar). We did not make use of any of the events or activities but if the level of enthusiasm is anywhere near the quality of the activity then they will be fantastic (the entire team are lovely. Most people speak English to some extent but if you want an opportunity to practice your French then this is main language (most of the guests are French).

I chose this hotel for the great location; the staff was great, there was a ton of food...but if you are a foodie, go somewhere else. Only one low quality choice of red wine, one choice of beer, etc. The coffee was almost undrinkable. However, the buffet food was fine. "you do get what you pay for" and this place was not for me.

Our first room smelt of sewage, it took more than half an hour and us having to go down to reception after calling to get moved (initially they sent up a cleaner to spray the room with bleach to mask it). Our second room was two, very uncomfortable twin beds pushed together. We suffered with sore necks and backs all week. The pool was ok, but not heated so the water was too cold to use it. Also, there was a lot of building work going on, so sitting by the pool was not an option because of the noise. There were also club reps yelling down a microphone all day. Not very relaxing! The reps excluded us for because they spoke only French (We know enough to get by, but not enough to join in all the 'fun'). They would walk by us barely saying hello, while stopping to talk at length with other guests. The food is DREADFUL. The only acceptable food was the two Morroccan nights they did. Everything else was poor. Also, it says there is a restaurant called Miso that doesn't exist. There is the a la carte restaurant (not all-inclusive), Cafe del mar, and Atlantis, the buffet restaurant. It took 40 minutes, and several requests to get the sheesha we ordered, and the 'cocktails' are served pre-mixed out of plastic bottles in plastic cups with horrible rough edges. The wine at dinner is drinkable, but from the bar (an awful, dingy American Sports bar called Champions) it is vile. Also strange that you have to pay for pool in an all inclusive resort, where other games/ents are free..

The hotel is on the beach and we had a great room on the beach. The staff went out of their way to help. However, the furniture in the hotel is old and the rooms looks shabby. This is a fully inclusive hotel. The quality of the food is very average and the drinks below par (the mojito ia had did not resemble a mojito in any way - no limes or juice and the drink tasted chemical!). They also had only one type of meat for supper as the only meat choice. If you want a fully inclusive deal at a reasonable rate, this is for you. If you want to stay in a nice hotel on the beach, this is not for you.

A very nice comfortable hotel with a beautiful central location to everything! The pictures are not doing the hotel justice! It was one of the best experiences I ever had and I travel a lot! Staff are very nice polite and willing to help at any time. Very kind and humble people would defiantly recommend this hotel to everyone!!

Just enjoyed a very relaxing 11 night stay at the Decameron. Location couldn't be better, sited right next to the beach and on a lovely long promenade with bars & restaurants . Not that you would need to go to another place to eat, the food was delicious and plentiful. Lots of choice - lamb, beef, pork, chicken, different fish each evening , and a vegetarians delight with lots of fruit and veg, rices coucous................and the cakes and fresh crepes, waffles .......put 2lbs on, say no more!!! We read many reviews about the Decameron so we knew that it would be predominantly French speaking. This was not a problem for 99% of the time however, the excellent evening entertainments programme would have been enjoyed more if we had had a little more English translation. Visually it was great, but the humour was lost on us, which was a little disappointing. Also there was no local information in English in the reception. This was the only downside, but as I was prepared from reading the reviews didn't deter us from enjoying every minute of our stay.

The Decameron was our 1st experience of all inclusive and proved to be better than expected will go again. Food was excellent however lack off table service was at first off putting but soon got used to this and I found the staff very helpful even if there was a language barrier as long as both parties try to understand each other. The room was very clean and facilities where good even if the plumbing was basic it worked for us

Hotel was great. Large suite with views overlooking the beach. Made use of the private beach which came in handy. Food was of excellent quality and mostly French, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Staff were polite and couldn't be more helpful. We had to pay for wifi and would have preferred if they had it in the rooms instead of just the reception area. Also wifi should be free for guests. All in all great hotel and we'll be returning as soon as we can!

First night suffered from both noise and cigarette smoke polution from night club in hotel basement which was open until 4am. Staff then said it only occurred on Saturday so suggested no need to move. Sunday was indeed fine but Monday the whole problem re occurred. We were then moved to one of the newer out buildings. Much nicer rooms and thanfully peaceful! So avoid getting a room above the main lobby!!! If you are up for constant music and activities around the pool this is the place for you, there were plenty of kids club activities, musical shows too. However if you are looking for peace and quiet do not go here! You can retreat to the nice quiet beach section but then need to walk back to the main hotel for drinks and facilities. The all inclusive food and drinks were always very well organised and to a good standard and all the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful so plenty of plus marks overall just not quite the right place for us .

The hotel is perfectly placed, right on the beach and close to plenty of shops and restaurants. Although we did not venture out to eat as the all inclusive option offered us plenty of fresh, tasty and varied options. The staff are very friendly and the service was very good. As mentioned in some other reviews this is a predominantly French speaking hotel, but we never found that to be a problem as nearly all the staff speak English as well. I Would certainly stay here again if I was to visit agadir another time.

We had a lovely stay in the hotel with excellent cuisine - quality before quantity. The wide promenade led onto a long sandy beach which was cleaned regularly. Staff were friendly and efficient with a lively animation team! We would definitely return.

I would estimate that about 80 - 90 % of the guests were French and the others British. This was fine apart from the fact that all entertainment, shows, quizzes etc were in French with no attempt to accommodate the non French speakers. There was a pool-side bar and a sports bar, with about 10 tvs showing football, but if you wanted to a have a drink inside in the evening (it was a little cool in the evenings in early March) there was no ideal place to go. However the hotel was generally very good, the restaurant food was varied and a good standard and the restaurant staff were excellent. Bottled water was bought to the table immediately you sat down and any wine or beer was served very quickly. The hotel was ideally suited for the beach and the promenade.

the hotel is in a great location, right on the beach and close to all the bars and restaurants. The pool area is really lovely (I have attached a photo) and the lobby is impressive. the dining room is also very nice if a little cramped. My husband and I really enjoyed the buffet meals although the (all-inclusive) alcohol is not premium so wine and alcoholic drinks from the bar weren't great. They only let down is the reception staff at the hotel, they don't seem to know the meaning of customer service and were quite rude and unhelpful on a number of occassions. There was also a language issue as they didn't speak very good English at all which didn't help matters. We had to change rooms because the 'sea view' room which I had paid extra for was not up to scratch - see photo! this was not resolved in a timely and understanding manner unfortunately which soured the start of our holiday If you can speak French it will be a great help - that goes for the rest of the island too.

The hotel itself was lovely. Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The food was great, lots of choice and very enjoyable. The staff were all well presented but barely spoke any English. This was particularly frustrating on New Years Eve as we simply did not know what was going on until gone 5pm that day, despite emailing the hotel in advance and asking at least 5 different members of staff on the day. The noise in the night was unbearable, a local club playing horrically loud music until the early hours of the morning, every night without fail. My partner and I resorted to sleeping during the day. As you can imagine a week with little sleep made us both very short tempered so definitely impacted on our holiday.

Great stay .... Couldnt fault the Location the Staff the food or the alcohol ....All first class .. If I had to give a negative ..It would be that staying in the main building of the complex can be rather noisy as the entertainment runs until one am and the noise can sometimes be intrusive. But hey ! drink a little more of the free cocktails and the problem seems to go away !

The good; Had a great stay here, hotel was well maintained, staff very nice, food was really good. The bad (but not horrible!!); Some minor complaints with the lighting in the room, bed was hard and took a couple of days to get used to and the AC didnt work very well. Altough there are some complaints I would truly recommend this hotel, location was great and hotel was well taken cared of.

This was my first experience of an all-inclusive hotel. We were here for two days having previously been in a small 2 star where we blended in with local life. It came as somewhat of a shock therefore when the animation team were firing everyone up after lunch in what seemed a vaguely disrespectful way; it seemed at first both intrusive and somewhat dehumanising. (I also failed to understand as well why the animators felt it necessary to wander around the restaurant saying "bon appetit" when the diners were clearly enjoying themselves and didn't need further input or wishes on the matter.) That moan apart, this was a splendid place to stay. Because of the above comments, I stayed away from the pool area, and enjoyed the seafront and the first class catering in the restaurant and snack bar. The hotel's position is very good indeed, on the seafront and the edge of the main pedestrian boulevard that leads you to the well-appointed and attractively constructed marina towards the north of the bay.

The hotel is located , I would suggest, at one of the best positions in Agadir; Closed to the beach, corniche and night life. The service in general is great and I suggest to add on services such as room service at charge and the TV channels could be improved
