there is nothing that stays in on'e mind than a bad experience or a wondrful one. i was lucky to experience a latter in Barcelo hotel casablanca. the whole journey was smooth and memorable. the staff as always was professional and went far and beyonf to answer and anticipate every sinlt need and requirement. They made my colleagues and I feel so confortable and welcome. Thanks a lot and I will definitly go back to what i would call'Home' now

Cons: The hotel is aged and worn out. Wood strips were chipped off in the toilet, shower head holder is broken, basin stopper doesn’t function properly, the door to the toilet makes huge noise when sliding, and a desk lamp is not working when the room is ill lit. Rather disappointing.

The property is within the anfa region which makes it a good place to buy things and is accessible to many shopping areas. The problem i found was that when booking this hotel there was some confusion on the more luxurious barcelo hotel which may be there sister location and that if you book fastly that you can inadvertently pick the lower tier hotel in which i may have done. This hotel that i stayed in was a satisfactory, the room was very small and had limited outdoor lighting as the window does not allow adults to be able to.look through without bending 45 degrees. It was a bit odd. It was a very uncomfortable situation that i didnt like. Dont come to this place if you want to hear car sounds in the late nite. There is no soundproofing and it was bad. Also the shower stall can be a death trap as the surface was flat white plastic for its base. There is no grip on the shower surface so be warned. Also very stingy on the towel replacements. Front desk wasn't very approachable or it could be that they didnt speak english.

La vue sur booking ne reflète pas la réalité la vue des chambres est tout simplement des imeubles sur les deux façades de lhôtel. La chambre n'est pas isolante y'a du bruit la nuit.

Cons: La limpieza pasable, el problema es que había un olor horrible que salía del baño y por las noches era difícil dormir debido a ese olor. Éramos una pareja con niña y a pesar de saber que íbamos 3 no nos pusieron la cama supletoria la primera noche, tuvimos que pedirla.

Cons: Bien que ma réservation. Stipulait que nous avions deux chambres de réservées, la dame a la réception disait que non. Elle a toutefois rapidement remédié à la chose et elle nous a offert une deuxième chambre mais disons que le stress était dans le plafond. Par la suite, une de nos chambres avait un air climatisé qui ne fonctionnait pas. Nous sommes aller aviser. Nous y sommes retournés deux fois et à chaque fois une excuse bidon; le gars de maintenance est à l’épicerie ou c’est l’heure de la prière. Il est venu dans la chambre vers 22:00 le soir. Il a fait semblant de manipuler l’air climatisé, que la ventilation fonctionnait sans air climatisé, la nuit fut pénible.

Cons: Les fenêtres ne s'ouvrent pas du coup on ne peut pas aérer la chambre ,si on mange dans la chambre ,l'odeur de la nourriture y reste ,du coup on est obligé d'ouvrir la porte pour aérer un peu ,le bruit de la climatisation ,le bruit de l'ascenseur ,on a l'impression qu'il va tomber en panne ou il 'est très ancien ,les oreillers ne sont pas assez confortables comme j'ai vu dans d'autres hôtels ,ils sont propres mais pas assez confortables ,autre chose une nuit je rentrais tard la nuit ,je n'ai pas trouvé de place ou garer ma voiture ,j'ai demandé à un agent de sécurité s'il peut m'aider à me garer ,il m'a répondu avec insouciance ,quand le réceptionniste lui a fait savoir que je suis client de l'hôtel ,son comportement a radicalement changé et s'est précipité à me trouver une place ou garer ma voiture .

La seule chose positive dans cet hôtel est le personnel de l'accueil et le pagagiste. Lors de mon arrivée, on m'a d'abord attribué une chambre communicante, c'est-à-dire séparée d'une autre chambre par une porte condamnée. J'entendais ainsi toutes les conversations des occupants de la chambre voisine, ce qui compromettait totalement mon intimité. J'ai donc demandé un changement de chambre, mais on m'a donné une chambre plus petite et sale. Autre point négatif, il n'y a pas de parking, ce qui a rendu la recherche d'une place de stationnement à Casablanca très compliquée. En résumé, je ne recommande pas cet hôtel, car le prix est bien trop élevé par rapport à la qualité des services.

Cons: la seule chose qui ne m'a pas plus c'est le lavabo dans la chambre. Aussi, le porte papier hygienic dans les WC. Celui du bas est mal situé. Cela peut être posé ailleurs surtout qu'il y a de l'espace dans le WC Je me cognais les pieds souvent quand je rentre dans les toilettes

The hotel has a very welcoming scent. Our reservations officer was very good to us and always offered great service anytime we needed. Unfortunately I didn't get his name but he was there on our check in at 1600 hours on 12 Jan 2025 and spoke perfect English. One of the waiters ensured I tasted almost all Moroccan delicacies and the rooms are clean and well maintained. I'd highly recommend this. Always friendly staff at all times

Nice modern hotel, we stayed 2 nights as part of a Globus tour of Morrocco. Hotel is in a good area and a 20 minute walk to the mosque and waterfront. We were on the 14 th floor and our room was very quiet. Not much of a view. The big asset for the hotel is the service provided at the front counter. Nothing is a problem and any issues sorted out quickly. We would recommend this hotel for short stays

Cons: Me alegro que me lo pregunten...reservamos un Barcelo en esta calle porque tenia piscina, acudimos al hotel y no teniamos la reserva....resultaba que era en otro Barcelo de la misma calle !!!, lamentablemente sin piscina. Como puede suceder que se llamen tan parecido Barcelo Casablanca en la misma calle, a nosotros nos llevo un Taxi.. Una mañana esperando en el lobbie se lo comente al encargado del mostrador esto que nos habia sucedido por confusion, me relajaba escucharle que les sucede tambien a otros huespedes.

Check in for our first night was super easy. The person spoke very good English. I believe his name was Isam. He was very friendly and helpful. We had fantastic customer service from both Ayoub and Hassan. They were both very friendly and attentive. Couldn’t ask for better assistance with meals and drinks. We stayed at this hotel 2 nights before a tour and two nights after our tour. The location is within walking distance of so many places.

Nada, después de estar hasta las 3 de la madrugada recopilando dinero por la ciudad (teníamos que salir a las 8 de la mañana e hicimos el check-in a las 22.00hrs. Solo dormí pocas horas y me fui, no volveré jamás.
Cons: Para hacer la reserva, se solicitaba una tarjeta, a la cual se me cobrarían los gastos si anulaba o no me presentaba. Al llegar a recepción, solo se nos admitía el pago en EFECTIVO. No teníamos y estuvimos cuatro horas por la ciudad intentando sacar dinero en distintos cajeros y tarjetas (en Marruecos hay un límite de 100€ por tarjeta y día). No entiendo como una cadena internacional como Barceló permite este tipo de políticas.

Il y avait des travaux publics après minuit, vers 2h du matin et c'est inconcevable de laisser ce bruit déranger les clients et perturber leur commodité, je l'ai réclamé et cela a été pris ne charge en bonne et du forme et je remercie le personnel pour leur professionnalisme

La amabilidad de todo el personal que me ha atendido. Profesionales, atentos y empaticos. La cama confortable. Magníficas vistas desde la confortable habitación.
Cons: El sonido de los claxon de los coches que es constante, se oye en la habitación. Ese ruido es bastante molesto.

Cons: Hotel un peu lugubre .chambre petite .c est plutôt un hotel pour y rester une nuit ou deux pas plus.il y a deux barcelo sur la même avenue anfa .je pensais que j avais fait mon choix au barcelo 44 avenue anfa qui est beau et me suis retrouvé au barcelo 139 avenue anfa .il faudra que booking specifie cela.
