Da alegria dos funcionários do restaurante , da excelente comida marroquina , da doçaria, dos sumos naturais ao pequeno almoço, do chá e das sopas de todos os dias , principalmente da marroquina ainda na minha memória olfactiva! Da cama e da maciez da roupa , do silêncio, da piscina e do Hall de entrada/recepção . Da fabulosa localização a 15 minutos a pé da Medina .

The lobby had great Moroccan esthetics and the view from the room with pool view was nice once they changed our room.
Cons: The internet connection was VERY weak! Barely got any connection. The staff initially put us in a room with street view instead of pool view. The food on our first day was horrible. We were not able to eat what they served. The second day it was a bit better, but not many options were offered. Would not choose this hotel again.

Nice relaxing pool. Great location (away from the chaos but only a 20min walk to the centre, €4-€5 taxi ride). Good breakfast with a lot of choice. Booked one night, but liked it so much that after a 2 day tour we came back and stayed again. All the staff were helpful and happy. Overall great value for money.
Cons: Although I didn't visit the gym, from the CCTV camera at the reception it looked very basic & limited. The changing rooms by the pool could do with a revamp, but you could get away with not using them once you're checked in.

The Hotel El Andalous is located between the Airport and the Medina, easy to access, the neighborhood is nice and quite, there is a big mall in 5 min walking distance with grocery shopping and restaurants. The staff is friendly and helpful. Good selection for breakfast, even our very picky 7 yr old son could find something every day. The room was quite cramped for a family of 3, not much space to unpack our stuff. The furniture and the equipment was a bit outdated. The garden and the heated pool was really nice, we could enjoy the swimming even in March. Overall good price / value ratio.

Nous avons passé un séjour impeccable à l'Hôtel Andalous. Ce qui fait la force de cet établissement, c'est avant tout son côté humain : nous nous sommes vraiment sentis comme à la maison. Un immense merci à Mr el safi, Abd el Wahed, Mustapha et Youssef pour leur service irréprochable, leur gentillesse et leur attention de chaque instant. Toute l'équipe, sans exception, est d'une amabilité exemplaire. Nous tenons également à adresser un remerciement tout particulier au Chef de cuisine. Nous avons eu le plaisir de le rencontrer : c'est une personne d'une grande gentillesse et très aimable. Ses plats étaient tout simplement délicieux, un vrai régal à chaque repas ! Côté chambre, rien à dire sur la propreté, c'était parfaitement clean.
Cons: Cependant, nous tenons à signaler quelques points techniques à améliorer pour le confort des clients : les serviettes étaient trop usées, le pommeau de douche était cassé et l'évacuation bouchée. De plus, l'air passait par la porte vitrée, ce qui rafraîchissait trop la chambre. Nous avons sollicité la réception à deux reprises à ce sujet, mais malheureusement rien n'a été fait malgré leurs promesses. C'est dommage car, ayant payé pour notre confort, nous attendions un suivi plus efficace.

Automaten som gjorde kaffet gjorde att det mer smakade varm choklad, knappt drickbart. Riktigt bra läge med gångavstånd, ca 20 min promenad till stan och 5 min promenad till Menara mall och restauranger.
Cons: Dåligt wifi som gick upp och ner hela tiden. Man betalade en deposition om 100 dirham/handdduk vilket kändes lite fånigt även om man fick tillbaka dem. Mer rimligt om det var 100 dirham/rum eller inget alls. Frukosten skulle kunna förbättras. Ett hotell som har sett sina bästa dagar och skulle behöva en uppfräschning men man får det man betalar för.

Cons: Dommage que l'ensemble de l'hôtel ne soit pas suffisamment bien entretenu, certains travaux de rénovation seraient à envisager. Les chambres sur rue sont bruyantes, surtout celles situées dans les étages inférieurs. Ascenseurs trop peu nombreux pour un établissement avec autant de chambres, cela génère parfois de longues attentes.

Lovely deep warm outdoor pool. Simple but tasty breakfast . Arrived at 11.45 am and hotel staff were kind to let us check in early and give us the room . Really comfort beds and nice bath and shower with separate toilet .Great views of Atlas Mountains from bedroom . Great value for price

Cons: Front Desk aigri, les oreillers étaient jaune le balcon loin d’être propre et malgré ma remarque personne ne s’est excuser, ils m’ont changer la chambre machinalement. Pas de place de parking pour se garer, j’ai du laisser ma voiture dans une ruelle parallèle. Les couloirs de l’hôtel sont agités le soir, difficile de se reposer ou dormir. Première et dernière fois que mets les pieds dans cet établissement.

The food at this hotel is very poor and the arrangements throughout are never explained. We could orderpoolside snacks and drinks with a credit card - but in the buffet restaurant you had to pay the waiters in local cash and no one ever warned us of this. They claim also to do airport transfers -- this is untrue. You have to out on the street and arrange you own. Nice pool. OLur room - a suite - was large but although there was a capsule coffee maching there were no capsules. This is a budget hotel for groups, really

Absolument tout ! C’était mon deuxième séjour au sein de l’hôtel. Très bien situé : vous pouvez tout faire à pieds + dans le quartier de l’hivernage, au calme. Un grand merci au personnel qui s’est montré extrêmement accueillant et gentil. La nourriture est variée et bonne. La grande piscine est très agréable. Bonne literie et gros point positifs : les rideaux occultants, merci !! Je recommande à 10000%

Cons: Very disappointing stay due to poor service Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing, mainly due to the service. At reception, staff were rude and unfriendly, and they even refused to provide change after we paid the city charges. Room service was a constant issue — every night we tried to order food, no one answered the phones at reception or the room service number. When an order was finally taken, it was forgotten entirely, and we had to call back after waiting over an hour. When the food eventually arrived, items were missing, and we were asked to pay extra when they brought the missing items, which was unacceptable. The room itself lacked very basic facilities such as a kettle, water, or cups. Housekeeping was also careless — used plates and cutlery from the previous day were never cleared and remained in the room until we checked out. When we asked the hotel to arrange an airport taxi, we were simply told to go outside and find one ourselves. We were also overcharged for an excursion activity, paying much more than the price available outside the hotel. Additionally, during reservation the booking stated “pay at property,” but we were forced by Booking.com to pay two days before the trip in order to keep the booking, which was frustrating and misleading. Due to all these issues, we were very unhappy and ended up leaving the hotel one day early. Overall, this hotel did not meet basic hospitality standards, and we would not recommend it.

Check-ins very time-consuming and complicated, simple and reasonable requests (Like asking for lights to be turned on in lounge) took an eternity to fulfill, unless tips were given. staff in restaurant unorganized and even if smiling and acting friendly the service in the restaurant was rather poor and of low and untimely standard. This review is for a visit to their spa. I purchased a hamman, facial, deep tissue massage, manicure and pedicure spa package. The hamman, the facial and the massage were fabulous. However, the manicure and pedicure were minimal at best. I would go back for the hamman, massage and facial but skip the manicure and pedicure.

The location of this hotel is excellent, which is why I have stayed here several times before. Unfortunately, this last stay was a major disappointment. Marrakech was unusually cold, yet the hotel refused to give me the remote control for the heater. I spent my first night freezing and unable to sleep. To make matters worse, my room was on the first floor and extremely noisy. When I reported this to the night receptionist, there was no real effort to help or even show concern. But when you go to the lobby they have these huge heaters near reception to keep the receptionist warm! Whereas the clients are deprived for sleep at the rooms!!! As a regular customer, I expected much better. This experience was frustrating and unacceptable, and sadly it will be my last stay at this property.

Cons: Nous avons séjourné dans votre hôtel à l’occasion de notre nuit de noce information qui avait été clairement précisée lors de la réservation accompagnée d’une demande de surclassement et de late check-out. À notre arrivée, après notre fête de mariage, vers 5h–6h du matin, l’accueil a été très décevant. La première remarque faite par le réceptionniste a été : « Normalement le check-in était avant » ce qui était totalement déplacé. Une chambre étant bien réservée, il n’appartient en aucun cas à la réception de juger ou d’imposer l’heure d’arrivée du client. Ensuite, on nous a demandé de choisir entre deux chambres : la première était impossible à occuper à cause d’une forte odeur de cigarette, la seconde, que nous avons finalement acceptée, était sale, avec de la poussière visible, aucune grande serviette ni peignoir, et aucune amenities déposée. De plus, malgré le fait que notre séjour pour une nuit de noce était bien mentionné (j’ai moi-même vu la confirmation imprimée avec nos demandes à la réception), aucune attention particulière n’a été faite, ce qui est très loin des standards attendus d’un hôtel de ce niveau. Le late check-out nous a été accordé jusqu’à 14h, mais au vu de cette mauvaise expérience, nous avons quitté l’hôtel bien plus tôt vers 11h–11h30. Cette expérience a été extrêmement décevante, marquant pour nous une première et dernière visite dans votre établissement. Le manque de professionnalisme et l’absence totale de sens de la satisfaction client ne correspondent absolument pas à la réputation d’un hôtel de ce standing. Nous ne reviendrons pas et ne recommandons absolument pas cet hôtel.

Las habitaciones son muy limpias. con buenas vistas a la piscina. Las duchas funcionan perfectamente. La zona del lobby y de la recepción es preciosa con una decoración muy autóctona. La piscina es maravillosa.
Cons: El desayuno bufet es bastante limitado. Había mucha gente esperando y había que hacer bastante cola para coger ciertas cosas. El zumo es un batido con pulpa y toda la cáscara de las naranjas, no tiene nada que ver con los zumos reales tan típicos en Marruecos. Las cenas bufet son muy muy pobres. Por el precio que valen son de lo peor que he visto.

When they didn’t know how to resolve an issue, they simply ignored us. I made multiple complaints in person and online about the room, all of which were completely disregarded. Both reception and room service take an unacceptably long time to answer the phone—if they answer at all. The level of hospitality is extremely low. If you are vegetarian or pescatarian, do not stay here. Staff clearly do not understand dietary requirements and cross-contaminate food. We were served a “vegetarian” salad with chicken. When we pointed this out, instead of replacing the dish, they simply removed the chicken and served it back to us. We know this because they missed a piece of chicken that was still on the plate. Breakfast was equally disappointing, with very limited options for vegetarians and pescatarians. We stopped eating breakfast at the hotel altogether and went to Costa every morning instead. The gym is also substandard—it looks like a poorly equipped home gym rather than a hotel facility. This hotel is massively overpriced and does not deserve a 4-star rating. The staff is very helpful and friendly, I think is the best bit of the hotel. It takes about 30 minutes walk to the old town, and there is also a shopping centre on the near.

This is not a 4 start more a 2 star the least. Very scary wall paintings of people feel like something is watching you. Très bon accueil du personnel, chaleureux et professionnel. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal, à proximité de tout. La chambre était très spacieuse, avec un lit confortable.
Cons: Les équipements dans la chambre sont assez anciens. Une cafetière dans la chambre serait appréciable. Petit-déjeuner très décevant : peu de choix et pas du tout varié. L’attente pour les œufs est beaucoup trop longue, surtout avec l’affluence. En haute saison, il serait vraiment nécessaire de renforcer le personnel au petit-déjeuner. Face à l’attente, j’ai finalement préféré ne pas prendre d’œufs au plat.

The location was pleasant and peaceful and only 25 minute walk from the bustling Jemaa-el-Fna Square. The rooms were spacious and clean and the staff courteous, smiley and helpful.
