Chambre plus vétuste que ce que les photos laissaient entrevoir. Son architecture laisse également à désirer. Je pense notamment à la salle d'eau avec ses portes placées de manière trop rapprochées l'une de l'autre et sa cabine de douche qui n'isole pas assez de sorte à ce que de l'eau ne se répande pas partout sur le sol de la pièce. Peut faire mieux au niveau du ménage. Autant il est agréable de bénéficier d'une professionnelle qui intervient chaque matin, autant le réfectoire est laissé parfois dans un état très moyen. Trop de bruits la nuit également. En tout cas si vous êtes au premier étage. Je retiens quand même plus de positif que de négatif du fait du très bon emplacement de l'endroit mais aussi d'un personnel agréable, serviable, vigilant, réactif au moindre problème. Mention spéciale aux talents du cuisinier.

Excellent emplacement, à quelques minutes à pieds de la plage, pas loin d’un parc et de commodités. Tout est accessible à pieds. Le service est très agréable et les chambres sont propres et spacieuses. Je recommande vivement l’établissement vous vous sentirez comme à la maison. Mention spécial pour le petit déjeuner toujours copieux.

Me and my wife had a pleasant stay at New Farah hotel. We received a warm welcome by the staff and were given a large clean double room. The bathroom was clean and well maintained. The room was cleaned daily and towels were replaced. The breakfast was above expectation, we were served traditional morrocan breakfast with omelette, bread, pastries, tea, coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice. The staff were lovely hosts. The hotel itself is situated in an ideal location. It's only a few minutes walk away from Masjid Muhammad and the local restaurants and cafés (Much cheaper than those located at the beach front). We were a 5 minute walk away from uniprix store which is the best spot for souvenirs at a decent price without the hassle of haggling. It took us about 15 minutes to reach the beach front. Overall, great experience and great value for money. We highly recommend staying at the hotel and we personally would stay again in the future.

L’hôtel est situé au centre d’Agadir avec un parking à proximité. L’équipe est vraiment sympathique. Les chambres sont propres. L y a un axe de progression sur l’isolation phonique vis à vis de l’extérieur et l’aménagement autour de la piscine. Hôtel où l’on se sent en sécurité. La proximité d’une supérette, de banques , de boulangerie et restaurants sont un plus.

I stayed this hotel twice. They should have better review rate. The area is very far from the beach. So It's not for anyone looks for resort holiday. Restaurants, cafes are plenty near by. I'd give them 9. Only one thing was bathroom door. It's very jard to open the shower room doot.

The area around the property is under construction. The staff cannot handle requests and complaints seriously. the breakfast does not meet the value of the service. Also, air conditioning is very bad in most of the rooms.

This is my 6 times staying at New farah hotel, it is in the city centre plenty of good restaurants, the beach is 20 minutes walk, you can take Tax which cost you less 20 Dirham. Staff are amazing that’s the reason I keep gonog back there, Big thanks To SAEED.only one issue the doing road works around but it will finish soon.

I was here before but I found this hotel and the room this time disappointing, especially the bed. Too small with only a sheet. The blanquet was too heavy. WiFi was poor. Friendly and helpfull staff.

The internet is bad. Hotel managers are unkind. Breakfast: at an additional cost if you want a second coffee. The only kind and helpful people were a security guard and a cafe employee. I will not recommend to my friends.

The room was quite large and the property fairly central (about 10 minutes from the beach) but that was the only positive. The staff were not particularly helpful, the corridors and staircases were poorly lit and the noise from the disco (upstairs I think) kept me awake until late in the night. One of the more expensive places I have stayed in my 6 week stay in Morocco and definitely not worth the money compared to others

I enjoyed my stay here, even added extra night. The staff is great, very helpful and friendly. The internet near my room wasn’t working so there moved me to another room which was a little nicer than my first one. The beds over all are a little hard but i was perfectly comfortable. Great price too overall excellent bugdet hotel that delivers.

Clean ish, a little worn down and the finish wasn't awesome. The pool area is rather small, and the sunbeds weren't awesome. But it was enough, and over all i'm satisfied with the value i got for the money i paid. I knew that it wasn't gonna be luxurious for that low price, but i was satisfied enough. The beds were not very soft though, my back wasn't super pleased with that...

Schönes kleines Riad im Zentrum (10 min. zum Hauptplatz). Sehr gepflegt. Einfaches Zimmer mit Fenster zum Innenhof. Liegestühle zum Sonnenbaden auf der Dachterrasse. Frühstück im Freien (überdacht) und daher im Winter etwas frisch. Im Zimmer Ölradiator zur Heizung; zu anderen Jahreszeiten sicher angenehm kühl. Die Wirtsleute sprechen leider fast kein Englisch, sind aber sehr freundlich und bemüht, z.B. bei Taxibestellung.

Really nice and helpful staff at the reception but very noisy stay at Residence Farah. Couldn't sleep all night as people were doing a lot of noise, smashing door at 2 and 3 am in the night. does not recommend this hotel for a longer stay than 1 night.

Jag är mycket nöjd med min vistelse på New farah hotell. Hotellet är enkelt men där finns allt man behöver. Personalen var trevliga och hjälpsamma. Jag var nöjd med läget, även om det är en liten bit att gå till stranden. Jag skulle absolut boka det igen.

Hotel idem, sauf que nous n'y retournerons JAMAIS JAMAIS, et nous raconterons ce qui nous est arrivé à nos amis pour leur dire de ne pas descendre dans cet hotel: nous avons payé 2 petits-dej 11 EUROS, pour AGADIR et un hôtel comme cela, nous nous étions dit que ça devait être un super petit dej et bien c'est un scandale: il y avait au total: 8 petits (mais très petits) bouts de pain, un peu de beurre, un peu de confiture, 2 jus d'oranges, lait, nescafé en poudre, ET RIEN D'AUTRE. Nous avons réclamé 1 omelette, c'était NON, ensuite le serveur est revenu nous dire OUI, mais elle était sèche, trop cuite, bref..Nous avons bien compris que ça ne leur avait pas fait plaisir que nous réclamions cela !!!! . Nous sommes vraiment très déçus et mécontents !!!!!!!!

I always stay in the Farah every time I go back to Agadir, I find the staff lovely, but the rooms could be a lot cleaner, no dusting in edges of furniture, bathroom could be a lot cleaner, my shower was hanging off the wall and nobody repaired it, looked disgusting, after that everything went well.

Goede keuze voor mij . Dicht bij alle faciliteiten. Kwartiertje stappen naar het strand Nette kamer. vriendelijk personeel. Neem wel oorpropjes mee en vermijd de 5de verdieping waar er een lawaaierige bar is. Maar ook dat weet je vooraf. Ik vergeet het propere zwembad Ik kom terug

La Wifi bug un peux dans la chambre mais ça capte très bien à la réception avec un très jolie salon pour s’installer. Dans les couloirs du 3ème étages on entend de la musique venant d’un Cabaret dans l’hôtel je crois mais une fois dans la chambre on entends rien.

the first hotel manager at check in got annoyed when asked for receipt of local tax imposed, he then give us room close to road which meant we had no sleep at all on the first nigh we stayed for 7 days room basis only. the next day a different manager was very helpful and polite when i raised the point, he made sure we moved to a much better room. he was helpful, and very polite. the 3rd manager was again very helpful when my brother asked about places to visit and they printed maps and guides for him. the skybar has music until 12 am which makes it hard to sleep but add ambience to the place. the hotel room is very clean, the maids are very polite and do an excellent job. its very close to shops and cafes and banks. 10-15 minutes walk to the beach, can be better if you like a good base to explore the city and check out the local cafes, shops and sights. behind hotel is actual suburb and local apartments. well located near busy hasan 11 avenue. staff are helpful and polite mostly, always happy to give directions and hotel is well known locally , we didnt try the food as it was room only. very good value for money. has security guard which was reassuring. l, the bar was bit dead but it was winter season.they had music to encourage people to sit and drink.

The location of this hotel is really good. Walk to beach, lots of places to eat and drink. Hotel has a big bar which was really nice. The pool is clean and not too cold. Personal were all really friendly and helpful and I got a very warm welcome. All the public areas smart and clean. Room was big and bed comfortable. Wifi wasn't too strong so I had to share from my phone. Room was well kept and cleaned every day. It was easy to get taxis to the souks and bus station. I will defiantly go back there.

I stayed here for 11 nights in September, using the hotel as a cheap and cheerful base from which to travel around southern Morocco. Given the cheap room rates I really wasn't expecting much - I'd thought it would be pretty basic, just somewhere to dump my case - but it turned out to be a real home from home. All the staff - particularly reception manager Said and the funny young waiter at the rooftop bar - were incredibly kind and welcoming. My room was cosy, had a safe, a good TV, a clean bathroom and was somewhere I enjoyed coming back to for a siesta every evening. Breakfast was too much to eat, and the guy running the restaurant was very amusing - even when he was grumpy. The hotel location is good - it's in the part of the city where the locals hang out, so there are all sorts of very cheap cafes and restaurants in the neighbourhood that tourists don't generally go to. If you're a bit independent minded, I'd strongly recommend the New Farah Hotel. It's such good value for money - and it's a much more authentic Moroccan experience than the 5-star hotels on the sea front.

It was horrible. It was too cold and we didn't have a blanket. There was just a thick dirty one in the closet, we didn't sleep well cause of this. And it was too loud in the night, on the corridor and outside...

the website said the hotel was beachfront, however it is some walk to the beach, ok for me, but steep for an older person, the hotel is dimly lit and with concrete interior, plain room, however the wi fi is good, shower works fine and it was not expensive

Da ich schon öfter in Marokko war und mit dem Essen in den Touristen Hotels keine guten Erfahrungen gemacht habe,haben wir uns für ein einheimisches Hotel entschieden.Das war genau das richtige für uns. Frühstück haben wir selber gemacht auf dem Balkon.Kleine Läden gibt es genug wo man alles dafür kaufen kann.Auch zum Strand war es nicht so weit und Abends sind wir in verschiedenen Stadtteilen zum Essen gewesen für kleines Geld.Da kann man überall gut und günstig essen. Alles in allem ein gelungerer Urlaub.

I arrived at 7 .30 in Agadir, check in wasn’t until 12noon but i decided to ask if i could leave my baggage there, so i didn’t have to carry it all morning. The staff were so friendly, even at that time they gave me a key to my room and I was able to shower and rest a little. My room was spotless as was all the public areas. All the staff were so polite, kind and respectful at all times. There is a bar that serves alcohol and shisha if you want it. The hotel is situated perfect, just near by is cafe Tafarnout with the most delicious breakfast and curious staff. The beach is quite close to walk and there are many shops and restraints nearby. I have stayed at this hotel 2x before and the staff always go all the way out for the clients to make their stay perfect. I will not use any other hotel in Agadir as long as this hotel is standing. I have stayed at many hotels in Agadir and always found the staff to be rude and aloof. Also the price of staying in this hotel is very very good for what you get.

Uengagerede personale i receptionen, hvor vi virkelig skulle insistere for at få svar på evt spørgsmål. Beliggende ca 15-20 min i gåafstand til stranden. Misvisende at de nævner de har privat strand...den fandt vi ihvertfald aldrig og er også som sådan ligegyldig. Sengene er ekstrem hårde, så man skal ikke have dårlig ryg...

Cet hotel est situé en centre-ville idéalement près des lieux conviviaux. On peut de rendre facilement à la plage à pieds à 15mn. Etat correct sans plus. Wifi intermittente. Globalement une adresse pour ceux qui ne cherchent pas le grand confort.

Goede locatie dicht bij het strand/centrum. Het personeel is vriendelijk, maar het hotel is wel overduidelijk toe aan een renovatie. Het ontbijt kun je veel beter buiten het hotel nuttigen, het hotel ontbijt is (voor de prijs die je ervoor moet betalen) dik onvoldoende, zo'n 200 meter verderop in de straat kun je bij Tafernout (een professionele traiteur/croissanterie/pattsierie/cafe) lekker en goedkoop ontbijten.

Money was taken from out of the safe. The night manager assured me that the owner will be meeting me in the morning. However no one knew anything about it. Watch out for the safe it can easily get overied.

Our room located on the third floor was comfortable and warm. It was cleaned every day and fresh towels were provided daily. The staff was very friendly. on the corner of Rue de la Foire and Hassan II is an excellent French Patisserie/Café which serves delicious breakfasts. An excellent Iraqi restaurant, "Al Tanoor" is located on 261-263 Bd Hassan II. The owners are extremely friendly and the food is so delicious that we ate there twice.

In general, this hotel is above average. Especially, its service is good. The receptionists are very helpful, they are willing to give us advices of the city. One bad thing is wifi connection is too weak and slow. You could not expect more by paying this amount of money, anyway.

Very very poor! Service!! The room had very poor lights and no net curtain? So we could not get changed in the room without closing the curtain.. Pool was very dirty!!! The lift stoped working!! The staff were very rude!! The mini bar did not work!! The tiles in the room and the shower room are the same bit more dirty!! And all they cared about was There city tax.. Of 40 md

Works for what it is. Cheap hotel cheap quality. Agadir is average anyway unless you are staying in an all inclusive. Stay here and walk to the beach in 20 min. You won't want to hang out in your room or use their pool. We stayed for 2 night. Just one night would have been enough for agadir.

room clean but strandards have slipped on past visits and shower flooded bathroom everytime had a shower! but staff are nice and its decent place to stay! no wifi in rooms!

This is probably the best $27 dollar hotel I have ever stayed at. I have paid $100 or more for less of a room in more expensive cities in America or Europe. Staff was helpful and room was very clean and spacious.

The staff at New Farah is so friendly. Me and my girlfriend was just spending a night there, before we went back to Marrakech. We ended up staying three nights just because the high comfort and service at New Farah. The rooftop bar is also a great place to enjoy a refreshing drink. Great bartenders! Only thing missing was a double-bed, but the two twins were quite big, so it worked out anyways :)

The hotel was a bit of a distance from the beach but easily walking distance. The rooms were big and clean and the staff helpful. Definitely worth the money.

This hotel was good. Room was spacious and comfortable. Staff were all very kind. It is a 10 minute walk to the beach. The hotel had a beach lounging area that has lounge chairs and umbrellas. You need to ask about a pass at reception to sit in this area and look for the new Farah roped off beach area. The hotel upstairs bar is a bit noisy at night if you are a light sleeper and your room is at the top floor. Overall a good value for the price you pay.

Accommodation was ok, but a bit austere and dark. It was extremely noisy in the evenings - noise and loud music from the rooftop bar, and because I was at the back of the hotel, noise from residents hanging out by the pool area until 2am. They should close the pool area at midnight, so that residents in bed can get a good nights sleep. As a result I had to close my windows and put in ear plugs, which isn't comfortable, particularly when you want some air on a humid night. I wouldn't stay at this hotel again.

Staff were wonderful! Service in upstairs restuarant very attentive and friendly, they speak good enough english. Food is okay but overpriced however the view at night is nice. Water stopped working for a few hours in the morning with no notice due to outside construction. Wifi only works in foyer but room was very clean. Would stay again, overall good value for price.

Stayed at New Farah Hotel 2 times. Second time the room was slightly better maintained than the first room. Both rooms were clean though and compared to other places I've stayed in Morocco and in this price catagory it's definitely worth recommending. I'd go back there any time. Staff was fantastic - always smiling and helpful - one of them even helped negotiating a good price on a taxi to the airport the last day. Breakfast is simple (though good if compared to other Moroccan hotels with breakfast included) and can be enjoyed on the rooftop in the morning sun.

This hotel is situated in Agadir town centre. It has 2 bars and a café. The room I was given did not match what I was promised. I was promised a kitchenette, a balcony, and bottled water instead I got a noisy room overlooking the high street, no balcony, no water and I had to open the window as the air con did not work properly. The room was not that clean. I complained to the hotel and they asked me to contact the local agent. Nothing was rectified. Furthermore, the bars in the hotel are full of prostitutes; beware of attractive looking women pretending they fancy you!!!!!!!!!!
