Cons: Front disc manager Edris was very rude and impolite doesn’t respect people very aggressive . And the hotel is over … over in security for example not allowing food or request delivery boy just to enter at reception for rooms . It was very bad experience for me , and I had been travelled all over wat he world never seen like this . I want high authority at Marriot hotel jnan Fes to investigate with Edris for bad behaviour, and want booking to contact the hotel regarding miss respecting me . Also I want CEO to contact me regarding this issue because I will complain to Marriot bonvoy also because this affect its group globally .

We had a wonderful but short stay at the Marriott in Fes. Particularly want to thank Wail who was at the concierge……. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful time including arranging for an early a.m ceramic visit and workshop before our train to Tangier at 11:15 am. He is very pleasant and a pleasure to interact with ! Definitely an asset to the Marriott there

We are frequent world travelers and we're still impressed by the service here at Marriot. Sara in the M club provided very useful information and excellent service. The service from the waiters at the breakfast buffet was beyond anything I have come to expect. They got us drinks as soon as we sat and walked us through the menu as well as their favorite things.

I stayed at the Marriott Jnan for a long weekend and managed to book a hammam session at the spa with Dalal. She was incredibly upbeat and went the extra mile when my additional massage appointment had to be canceled since the therapist was ill. Dalal made sure I was comfortable throughout the full service and left me shiny and relaxed. Highly recommend.

We had checked in Marriott Fes , Morocco . I had requested for late checkout for 2 pm which was confirmed by the receptionist twice. At I pm we were very rudely asked to vacate the room . Overall the staff at Marriott Jaan Palace at Fes was very rude and not friendly. I have been a regular Customer of Marriott Group. The way I have been treated is disgusting. Cons: Avevamo necessità di spostarci con il taxi ed i due ragazzi più giovani del concierge sono stati subito disponibili nel fornirci un autista, fin qui tutto ok. Se non che, al rientro in hotel (la prima sera) uno dei due ragazzi ci ha comunicato che il costo era 400 MAD da pagare esclusivamente in contanti senza altre spiegazioni. Senza troppi problemi abbiamo proceduto al pagamento. Il giorno seguente abbiamo prenotato nuovamente il taxi, ma stavolta con l’altro dei due ragazzi, il quale mi conferma invece di poter procedere al pagamento con carta ma tenta di dissuadermi dal farlo subito dopo. Non avendo contanti a disposizione in quel momento, ho rifiutato dicendo che era l unico modo che avevo per pagare e allora mi consente di procedere al pagamento in tale maniera. Mi accorgo in quel momento che il pagamento non é di 400 MAD ma di 300 MAD capisco quindi il vero motivo per cui insistevano nel farci pagare contanti. A voi le conclusioni.

This is just review of the restaurant, not the hotel. The food is very good. Pastilla first class. So was the fish and tagine. Great service, our waiter Abdellah Assad was very attentive and professional. Multi-lingual, what for us, English speaking folks was very important.

Cons: Les chambres du côté jardin (en fait donnant sur le stationnement) sont un peu bruyantes. Il serait préférable de payer un peu plus pour une chambre côté piscine. Prix un peu élevé pratiqué dans les restaurants de l’hôtel.

Everyone has been so friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. Had such a great breakfast experience. Fajima went above and beyond sharing with me all the traditional dishes. She was kind enough to send over some room service as well. Sanae and Othmane were wonderful bringing us a whole spread of food. Big thank you to the entire team!!

We are Bonvoy Titanium members and stay at many Marriott throughout the year. This was truly one of the worst rooms we have had at a Marriott. We were visiting with a group, so received no titanium benefits. The first room we were given had a smell like raw onions. The toilet paper holder was broken as well. We moved rooms because of the smell, to room 438. That room had a broken/missing make up mirror. The rooms have poor, lighting and old carpeting that did not seem fresh. The bathroom had opened/used lotion bottles with very little left in two containers. I’m not sure if it’s lack of language, but we asked multiple times for extra pillows and they were never brought to our room. The hotel does not provide wash cloths in the bathrooms, which I’ve never encountered at a Marriott before. The breakfast and dinner buffet was good. I have stayed in other Marriott that the reviews said needed refurbishment and I always thought those reviews were an exaggeration. We had stayed at the Marriott in Casablanca, and had a lovely experience there. The Fes Marriott however, definitely needs a room refurbishment to bring it up to a 4 1/2 to 5 star hotel. I would not recommend a stay here until the roons are refurbished. My pictures, show the broken toilet paper holder, the missing mirror, and a robe hook sign with no robes given.

Wonderful hotel with a very nice pool. The location was just perfect close to the Medina just 10min by taxi, in a very quiet and nice part of Fes. The staff was very kind, the rooms beautiful well equipped and comfortable, the rich breakfast of local and international dishes was very delicious. We recommend the hotel a lot. When we come back to Fes we will definitely stay in Marriott again.

I’ve stayed in much nicer 3-star hotels!! Air conditioning doesn’t work. Asked for a room fan. They don’t have any. Only one person at the reception desk. I am a Marriott gold member but because the booking was as part of a group I am not afforded any of the benefits. Some of the staff have been downright rude including a waiter who walked right past me and would not stop to see what I needed Our group dinner last night was a total disaster. All in all not how a 5-star hotel should be run.

I had such a wonderful experience thanks to Akram, my bartender. From the moment I arrived, he made me feel right at home with his warm smile and genuine hospitality. He’s not only an excellent mixologist but also someone who clearly enjoys making people feel comfortable and happy. Every cocktail he made was spot on — beautifully presented, perfectly balanced, and made with care. What impressed me most was how attentive he was to all of my friends, remembering details and checking in just the right amount. Akram truly made my evening memorable. I stayed at the Marriott in Fes, Morocco, and overall had a great experience. The hotel itself is beautiful — traditional Moroccan architecture with a modern twist. The staff throughout the hotel were accommodating and kind, which made the stay even more enjoyable. A highlight was definitely Le Eme Bar — our waiters, Aickram and Hamza, were professional, attentive, and made excellent drinks. Their service truly stood out. My least favorite part was the food at the main restaurant, which was just okay. I’d rate the restaurant 7/10, but the hotel overall deserves a solid 9/10.

The Jnan Palace is a modern hotel in the Nouvelle Ville of Fèz. It caters for tourist groups but also manages to look after individual travellers very well. The hotel was full and even though we have no status with Marriott, we were lucky to receive an upgrade to a Duplex Suite on check in. Thank you - we were very grateful. The public areas of the hotel have an ornate Moorish design and our suite had a luxurious finish. We ate in the Moroccan restaurant on the first night. It is well recommended. On another evening we also sat out on the terrace at the Spanish restaurant and had tapas. Another enjoyable meal. All the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Thanks go to Waif at the Concierge Desk for his patient help. Particular thanks go to Mohammed Elbane in the Moroccan Restaurant for his help with the menu and wine list - and for arranging a private dancing lesson with the Moroccan musicians. In Fès most of the sights are in the Vieille Ville - about a twenty minute drive from the hotel. We used the petit taxis to get around the city. We paid 50 dirhams (about 5 USD) from the railway station to the hotel and then 30-40 dirhams for all other trips. The taxis are small, red and are shared. So if there’s a spare seat the driver might well stop and pick up another passenger on the way. We walked out of the hotel and stopped taxis on the street. To succeed at this, you need a spirit of adventure and a little patience. Get the hotel to write down your destination in French and Arabic.

Youssef Mohamed I believed the supervisor on duty expeditiously processed our check in professionally and giving us the comfort of bring welcomed. Th Marriott Fes Jnan Palace is a beautiful hotel, very well decorated, with plenty of space and many restaurants. We truly enjoyed our stay there. The front desk always there to help and assist us in every way possible when have questions and needed directions. We will definitely stay at the Jnan Palace when we go to Fes, Morocco.

Beautiful palace in the new city with renovated rooms, fitness center, and large pool deck. Breakfast is plentiful and Fatima was so helpful to us. She encouraged my husband to try a traditional Moroccan breakfast that she brought to the table. He loved it! She greeted us with a smile two days in a row. WiFi is strong and cabs are easily accessible for rides to the old city for dinners or touring.

The waiters don’t know a word of English though dealing with international guests. Ask for coffee and they will bring milk chocolate. Ask milk and they will wonder what have you asked. Basic English language skills missing. Housekeeping forgot to place new towels. Reminders needed to get it done.

I decided to to some of my stash of Marriott points to stay here during our Morocco trip. It was a really nice break from the bustle of our other accommodations in or near the Medinas of the other towns we had been to or were going to be visiting. Really nice to be able to go to the huge pool with an abundance of loungers in the afternoon after getting back from our exploring earlier in the day. Sara at the M Club was wonderful, taking really good care of us in the evening Happy Hour. We did eat at the hotel one evening, at the Spanish Restaurant and it was outstanding. The prices were really reasonable as well. All in all, I was glad with my decision to stay at the Fes Marriott.

Good hospitality. When we wanted to take a taxi to go to a restaurant in town, Sara went out to try to look for a taxi for us for 10 minutes or so. And she gave us her number in case we can’t find a taxi to come beck to hotel. Guys at reception and M Club (Marriott lounge) were also very helpful. We didn’t like the first room we were taken and sake to change the room with a pool view, which was immediately done. We also like the breakfast here, especially msemen and traditional harira soup are wonderful. Most of the day, we didn’t really go out and stayed at hotel. We really enjoyed the calm atmosphere and nice weather with a good breeze.

As a solo traveler in Morocco, I was quite nervous the concierge Wail helps me from beginning to end, even helping me buy a train ticket from Fez to Marrakesh. The pool is really nice as well and the Moroccan restaurant on the campus is great and the service was really great. My waiter M. Ebadi was kind. Things I wish I knew before is that this hotel is quite far from the Medina which is where most of the touristy stuff is, if you were here for a short time, this hotel might be out of the way. However, if you get a hotel in the Medina cars cannot drive there and because my flight arrived at midnight, I felt more comfortable going to a hotel where I could get dropped off right at the door. This hotel feels more like a resort than anything else, if that’s the vibe you’re looking for this is the place to be.

He was always attentive and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We are also deeply grateful to Badr, the Supervisor of the restaurant, for his warmth and exceptional hospitality. Our thanks as well to Hafid, the breakfast restaurant supervisor, who made every morning a delight with his smile and great service, and to Rihab at reception for her friendliness and helpfulness. Je ne suis vraiment pas satisfait de cette façon d'agir d'autant que j'avais réservé 6 chambres. Ils ont évoqué que ce serait un avoir pour une prochaine fois, ce que j'ai refusé d'autant que ce n'était pas ce qui avait été convenu. Nous avons payé les chambres totalement, l'acompte versé directement en Mars 2025 est en trop et doit m'être rendu. J'ai du quitté l'hotel pour rentrer en Belgique. Le Mariott à conserver l'acompte injustement

My experience wasn’t good. I had problems with my room (broken shower, curtains). It was fixed, it was broke again and I get late for dinner. I requeste to change the room, need to help, anyway, this is not the experience that normally get in hotels. I didn’t like the breaksfast. The staff, in general, specially the housekeeper, were good. I was also assisted by Rihab, that was actually the first person that take care of me.

We recently stayed at the Marriott in Fes and we were extremely disappointed. The service was well below the Marriott standard, with no real client-focused experience. The lobby staff and the people in charge seemed indifferent and unhelpful, which set a negative tone from the start. The food was horrible—bland and far from what you’d expect at a hotel of this level. The breakfast buffet was poorly maintained, with many tables left dirty for long periods. The room itself had a strange, uncomfortable vibe; the bathroom was not very clean, the walls looked neglected, and the air conditioner did not work—something unacceptable in a city where temperatures reach 40 °C. Outside, the garden was dry and poorly cared for. For the price and the Marriott name, this experience was unacceptable. I cannot recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made in management, staff training, cleanliness, and basic guest comfort.

First I would like to commend all of the staff for their courtesy and professionalism from our reception at the gate to the time we departed. The hotel architecture of Moroccan sculpted plaster, paint, and jelliz tile is amazing. The patio and pool area is huge and has lots of places to relax. The restaurants options are very good and the wait staff are great. The rooms are a little dated but they are clean and roomy and all have a small terrace. The hotel is in a quiet part of the city so there is little noise at night. To the staff and management: I cannot thank individuals separately because that would not be fair to the people that I didn’t get to talk to personally. Everyone we met at the hotel showed pride in their work and we appreciate their hospitality very much.

We've just finished our 7 night stay at the Marriott in Fes and had a brilliant time. Not normally one to write reviews but felt both the hotel and it's staff deserved praise! Rooms clean, cool and comfortable, the hotel itself is beautiful and well maintained, embracing traditional style whilst being modern and fresh. Food is great, especially the traditional Moroccan and French restaurants. Service from all of the staff was brilliant from the front desk to the pool and restaurant staff. Particular mentions for Omar in the lobby, Mohammad Elbane in the Moroccan restaurant, Elhacmy in the french restaurant, and Akram in Eme who not only gave great service but were very friendly and gave great tips and advice on Fes and surrounding trips!

The food at the Moroccan restaurant on the property was great, Mohammed Elbane did a fantastic job and even gave us a small portion of a dish to try. The M Club was clean and offered great food for a snack before a full meal but you can make the M club food a full meal. Our room was clean and spacious with 2 different patio options. Overall it was the nicest property I have stayed in and would recommend for anyone coming to Fes!

I tried Moroccan and asked to be delivered to my room which was accepted and done super fast. I Want to thank Mohamed Elbane for making this possible and his recommendation was great. Un séjour absolument exceptionnel dans cet hôtel ! Le personnel est incroyable, toujours attentionné et souriant. Un immense merci à Sara, d’une grande gentillesse chaque jour auprès de notre petite fille, et à Ayoub à la réception, qui a toujours eu une délicate attention ou un petit mot pour notre petite fille , ce qui nous a beaucoup touchés. La piscine est somptueuse, l’endroit tout entier est magique. Nous repartons avec des souvenirs inoubliables et l’envie de revenir très vite.
Cons: Petit bémol toutefois : au petit déjeuner, nous avons eu une expérience décevante avec Fatima (si je ne me trompe pas sur le prénom). Nous avions demandé de la pastèque pour notre fille, qui ne mange que ça le matin, et elle nous a dit qu’il n’y avait que du melon ce jour. Quelques minutes plus tard, c’est cette même Fatima qui a apporté une grande assiette de pastèque à une autre table. Nous avons trouvé cette différence de traitement injuste. En tant que clients restés une semaine complète, avec un budget conséquent, nous aurions apprécié la même considération.

This is my second year in a row staying at the Marriott Jnan Palace in Fes, and I continue to be impressed. The customer service is outstanding, and the entire staff is professional, courteous, and genuinely welcoming. A special shoutout to the breakfast team — Badr, Safa, and Hind — who went above and beyond to accommodate our large group. By the second day, they already knew our preferences and catered to every small detail with such attentiveness and care. Housekeeping was also exceptional. Khadija was incredibly thoughtful; since I was traveling with a baby, she kindly offered — without being asked — to sterilize the bottles for me. That level of kindness made a huge difference in our stay. The onsite restaurant had great music at night and the Harira was amazing. Highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and dedicated staff. Looking forward to returning again!

Cons: L’hôtel se dit être un « palace » alors on s’attend à quelque chose de classe. L’ensemble de l’hôtel est vieillot, surtout la deco des chambres et cette moquette ternie présente partout. L’odeur qui s’en dégage est irrespirable. Nous avons été réveillés le matin par les femmes de ménages qui passent l’aspirateur dans le couloir. Les alentours de la piscine sont sales, crottes d’oiseau sur les rideaux, taches sur les banquettes. Les prix du snacks sont exorbitants, plus chers qu’en France.

A very nice hotel, old but very large, well set out. We stayed for 3 nights in a Deluxe garden balcony room. The wife enjoyed the large pool. A totally amazing experience staying here, the architecture at the lobby was extremely beautiful. Our first night we ate at the Banquet garni which was excellent, and the laast we enjoyed room service.

The internet connection was excellent, and the breakfast was good. The pool was large, clean, and very comfortable. The room was spacious and comfortable as well. The air conditioner functioned perfectly. The hotel’s design and common areas were excellent.
Cons: My room was not soundproof, and I could hear noise from other rooms and the corridor. The food was not very tasty (not breakfast), and the breakfast selection was limited. Service around the pool was poor, especially when it was crowded, and some of the poolside mattresses appeared dirty. We did not have bathrobes for our entire stay, and the room phone was out of service for the first three days despite my request for repair. The refrigerator was very weak, and the TV only offered YouTube with no other platforms. There were few entertainment options for guests, and overall, the hotel feels like it could benefit from renovation. It wasn’t worth what we paid.

Hotel avec tout le confort et les attentions d'un 5 étoiles. L'hotel est très beau, la chambre grande et confortable notamment avec le petit balcon isolé qui donne sur la piscine. Nous avons adoré la piscine qui est grande, agréable avec de nombreux espaces où s'installer autour. Nous avons également pu profiter du petit déjeuner et diner au restaurant espagnol (il y a également un restaurant marocain et un français. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié, tout est bon et frais. Le restaurant espagnol était également bon et c'était agréable de diner dehors avec un groupe de musique live. On reviendra avec plaisir !
Cons: Pas assez de créneaux ou de place pour le massage, un seul de nous deux a pu se faire masser c'est dommage.

The Marriott hotel in Fez is beautiful clean and the staff makes you feel welcome and they go out of their way to accommodate the guests. We would like to recommend a few of the staff who couldn’t have done any more for us - they treated us like family and we hope their hard work will be rewarded. Fatima was assisting us through the 3 breakfast buffets that we ate. She brought us hot tea, hot cereal and took the extra time to add milk and sugar just the way my husband liked it. She is the best and your hotel is very lucky to have her as a part of your team We ate one night in the Moroccan restaurant and were taken care of my Mohammed. He provided outstanding service and has a great sense of humor. I am a picky eater and he made sure my lamb dish was fall off the bone delicious!! Kudos to the chef and to Mohammed The front desk staff and Sara and Hanra were assisting us with the M Club services. They also were out of their way to provide excellent service Overall our stay was so wonderful we stayed one extra night and we will definitely be back again on our next trip in December Thank you for making your hotel feel like a home away from home.

After hotel staff had recommended Jnan L'Fassi restaurant serving morrocon food, my father and I decided to give it a try. On entry we were greeted by the lovely Elbane, he was welcoming, courteous and went over and beyond his role of a waiter. Working out our small appetites he was quick to make suggestions on our orders even going as far as splitting our starters harira soup as the portion was big. We loved the chicken Couscous highly recommended. We were at Marriott Fes Jnan Palace 5 nights and we ate here 3 out of the 5 nights. Thank you Elbane for making my father and I feel welcome. My kids and wife luv the par excellence response of Muhammad Elbane who not only explained us content of each dish also skills convinced us to have the experience of Moroccan food. The hotel itself is beautiful and well-located. The palace in the name is synonymous with the interior and decor. The on-site restaurants are varied and offer great choices, and the Moroccan restaurant is outstanding, with a staff that aims to please. Ouail Moushine, the concierge, deserves special recognition. He is a gem who provided outstanding service above and beyond, making our stay fabulous. He is an asset to the hotel and Marriott as a whole.

Cons: Food and beverages are not charged to the room, the guest must pay at the restaurant or bar. It's not convenient. The place is under construction and renovation, which sometimes is very noisy and inconvenient. Rooms and furniture need to be updated. Outdoor landscape needs serious attention. My suite did not have any view, just bare land with some old trees. Only one ATM machine, and if it's not working could cause inconvenience especially late at night.

Het zwembad van het hotel top, je krijgt van hen een handdoek en zorgen dat je parasol constant goed staat. Er is een fitnesruimte.
Cons: Ik vond het een beetje saai wat betreft sfeer. Er was iemand die luit aan het spelen was, dit was in een open ruimte bij de receptie. Ik werd er weg gestuurd omdat ik een consumptie moest afnemen. Er zijn drie restaurants in het hotel, maar ik vind de prijzen veel te hoog. Bijvoorbeeld het ontbijt +_ 22 euro pppn. Dan kun je beter eten

A fantastic experience from the whole team at Fes Jnan Palace. Our stay was made truly memorable by everyone. It was very relaxing and everyone was very attentive. The attention to detail was first class in a very friendly way. We ate in all 3 restaurants, had some drinks the bar area and lots of Moroccan mint tea in the fountain area of the lobby. I would totally recommend this as a family holiday as was our case this time, but also for a business stay. A beautiful treat and place to stay- you will not be disappointed.

Cons: Le responsable du restaurant Francais, qui m’a pourchassé dans l’hôtel comme un voleur pour un café que j’ai pris en terrasse qui m’a été servi d’une façon très désagréable où ils ont oublié de me donner une cuillère et une bouteille d’eau. Ensuite j’ai reçu un appel, je me suis levé en direction de la Réception pour récupérer mon épouse et à ce moment-là, le Responsable, du restaurant français m’a suivi en me disant que je n’ai pas payé mon café, je lui ai dit que j’étais juste parti récupérer mon épouse, je trouve ça scandaleux pour un 5 étoile et surtout de la part d’un responsable nous avons aussi déjeuné au restaurant français. Mon fils a demandé une souris d’agneau, on lui a servi une souris d’agneau, complètement grillée et le plus désagréable dans tout ça c’est que à la réception j’avais demandé une chambre pas très éloignée car j’ai des problèmes de santé, ils m’ont mis au quatrième étage tout au fond de l’hôtel. Bref très déçu j’avais pris deux nuits, j’ai dû en annuler une et me rendre à l’hôtel sahrai ou au contraire, nous avons été traités comme des rois, nous avons même été surclassé dans des suites voilà

Cons: J’ai séjourné au Jnan Fès Marriott pour mon mariage, et l’expérience a été décevante à tous les niveaux. Malgré une demande de check-in anticipé confirmée des mois à l’avance, personne ne m’a répondu le jour J. En arrivant, tous les accès à l’hôtel étaient bloqués par des travaux, sans aucune information préalable. Impossible de joindre l’hôtel par téléphone. J’ai été contrainte de marcher sur du goudron chaud avec mes valises, ma robe de mariée, mes caftans et autres objets précieux — une situation inacceptable. À la réception, aucune réelle considération, juste un gâteau offert, comme si cela pouvait compenser le stress et les retards causés. En plus, la chasse d’eau ne fonctionnait pas. Après deux jours de réclamations, on nous a changés de chambre… la veille du départ. Aucune communication, aucun professionnalisme. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet hôtel, surtout pour une occasion spéciale.

The hotel was perfect in every way. Their concierge, Wali, provided exceptional services to us and went way above and beyond in making our stay in Fes the most enjoyable and meaningful. He was more of a caring friend than a concierge. I highly recommend him to anyone who decides to visit Fes.

The Fes Marriott was wonderful and Ouail, the concierge, provided exceptional service. Any questions we had, he was there with helpful suggestions. We felt very well taken care of during our stay. He arranged for transportation and even called the concierge at our next hotel to arrange the check in time. Adam, in the restaurant, helped us with menu changes since one of us is vegetarian and modifications to the menu offerings had to be made. Adam did a great job.

La chambre etait tres confortable, le personnel tres accueillant et serviable. Tout etait vraiment on ne peut plus parfait Y compris le directeur Mr. El Kohene qui nous a accommode pour l observance du Chabat. Le seul petit inconvenient est que dans la salle de bains il y avait 2 crochets pour des robes de bains mais li n y en avait pas. Lorsque j ai vu une personne dans les couloirs de l hotel qui en portait une , j ai demande ou pouvait on en louer une et il m a dit qye ca devait etre dans la salle de bains. lorsque j ai demande a une des personnes qui nettoyait les chambres on m a refuse. alors je ne comprends pas pourquoi certains residents en recoivent et d autres n en recoivent pas.

This hotel is amazing - very expansive and beautiful grounds in an area just a short drive to the Medina. We felt the location was perfect because it offers some quiet and serenity in a resort setting not far from the city center. We received an upgraded room based on our Bonvoy status and had easy access to the M Lounge for refreshments and a very nice experience there with Fatima. After a busy but absolutely amazing Medina tour on our first day , we decided to relax at the resort on day 2 - the pool area is amazing - it’s super nice , low key but also yet lots of fun area also for families with children, and equipped with Cabanas and Umbrellas as well as food and drink service. It got up to 105F today! but with a nice breeze and the refreshing pool we had the best day ever! I wish we could do this tomorrow which will also be 105F! The gym is awesome - free weights , machines, Aerobic equipment overlooking the pool and gardens. The real hilight so far though was the Hamam and Massage at the Spa. If you’re like us and unsure what’s involved with the Hamam just do it!!!! Dalal took such good care of my wife and I if we could give her more than 5* we would - super hard working, made the Hamam experience amazing for newbies like us, and amazingly friendly and cordial. My wife had a comfort massage afterwards with Dalal and I had a deep tissue with Dalal’s counterpart which was for me the best ever.. So good!!! Recommend booking this property without delay - it’s the most amazing start to our Morocco trip!!!

Cons: Déçu que malgré avoir prévenu aucune attention pour l'anniversaire de mes jumeaux. Avons dû demander en arrivant tard Pas de draps dans le canapé pas de serviettes dans les 2 salles demander bain Pdj un peu désorganisé Aucune table dressée sur la terrasse alors Fait à la minute Dommage pour un hôtel de ce standing Buffet pourrait être plus qualitatif et complet Pain plus varié comme certains autre hôtels ou nous avons séjourné de qualité égale

La très grand piscine bien équipée (transats, parasols) Le restaurant sur place « le bouquet garni » (pas testé le restaurant Marocain) La machine nespresso, la table et fer à repasser dans la chambre , les petites bouteilles d’eau et les dosettes café ajoutées chaque jour

Todo las instalaciones, los restaurantes, las habitaciones son muy amplias, las zonas de relax , el desayuno, y sobre todo las camas son muy confortables
Cons: Nada , solo el parking le falta mas espacio, habia en evento de medicos en el hotel y tuvimos que aparcar el coche fuera del hotel y esperar hasta que se vayan

L'hotel est magnifique , c'est un très beau palais et très bien situé
Cons: il faut absolument refaire les chambres , l'hotel devrait normalement être le plus beaux et le plus luxueux de Fes mais ce n'est pas encore le cas des que les chambres seront refaites que le personnel qui est très agréable serviable tout ce vous voulais mais il n'est pas formé au standard internationaux des hotels de luxe c dommage car le Groupe Marriott est connus pour ces programmes de formations continus et ses formations aux services de l'excellence mais ils ne sont pas à jour au Maroc ou à Fes . c vraiment dommage d'avoir un bijoux d'hôtel et de ne pas investir sur une formations interne d'excellence . je ne dis pas que le personnel n'est pas Bon au contraire mais pour avoir travailler des années dans l'hôtellerie de luxe au US et en plus pour le chaine Marriott, il faudra travailler la dessus avant la coupe du monde car les américains vont être déçus si les standards de service n'y sont pas .

Well appointed rooms. Dinner at the Moroccan restaurant was good with live music.
Cons: The breakfast experience was bad. The food was laid in a manner that didn’t make sense to us. Big tour groups created a stressful atmosphere.

Room service was good
Cons: The room was in bad condition. The sink leaked, the curtains did not work properly (the rail was broken) and the furniture fixture and fittings were old. More importantly the bedside lamps get very hot after you’ve turned them on for awhile and they burnt me even though I touched one accidentally in a split second. I had to run my hand underneath the sink’s cold water to alleviate the pain and it left big blisters on my hand.

Overall we had a nice stay. The staff were always so friendly and eager to help. We did have to have our beds remade on arrival due to dirty bedding. The property and rooms do seem somewhat “run down” and could use a facelift and a good clean. That being said, we would absolutely stay here again.
