This hotel has it all. Location is a few steps away from IconSiam - where my conference was being held. There's a ferry stop directly behind the hotel, at the riverside, that can take you to the other side. Avoid traffic, take the ferry. Big rooms are fantastic value for money. Everything works and nothing leaks. Always kept clean by the very unobtrusive staff. Starting from ground level, the restaurant for breakfast buffet is impressive. We never tired of the selection, after four straight days. As a gold HH member, we received a special food gift every morning. We sampled the gin menu in the OXBO lounge - the bartender knows his stuff, and looked after us very well. Pool level is great, with an infinity pool overlooking the river. Gym is on the same level, and very well equipped. Huge space, with room for battle ropes! Rooftop bar gives the best view of all. Arrive by helicopter if you want to arrange it.

This was our child's very first trip to Bangkok, and thanks to the hotel's warm hospitality, it became an unforgettable, joyful memory for our family. Everything!!! The place is amazing. The staff is amazing. They don't charge your card like other places for a hold. They just take the card in case you mess up. The location is phenomenal, the moment, I got there, they helped me book a fairy with a buffet and a muay Thai fight in section 5 and got me an amazing spot. They did everything they could. Book with the breakfast because it is amazing and the service is phenomenal.

I have been staying at Millenium Hilton Bangkok for couple of times during my business trip and they never disappoint. The receptionist helps me with my Hilton Honor members to count my stays and helps me with the smooth check in process. The location is perfect for those who loves spending time at a mall as the hotel was placed right beside Icon Siam. The room always nice and tidy and not to mention their breakfast and restaurant selection. I always love their buffet service.

Il soggiorno è stato eccellente. L’hotel gode di una posizione splendida sul fiume, con una vista davvero suggestiva su Bangkok. La camera era spaziosa, elegante, pulita e molto confortevole. Ottima anche la colazione, ricca e di grande qualità. Il personale si è dimostrato sempre gentile, professionale e disponibile, intervenendo rapidamente quando abbiamo avuto bisogno di assistenza. Molto comodo anche il servizio di collegamento in barca. Una struttura di livello, perfetta per godersi Bangkok con comfort e tranquillità.

Cons: L’unico aspetto migliorabile è il volume della musica in palestra, decisamente troppo alto, soprattutto nelle prime ore del mattino. Abbiamo inoltre avuto un piccolo problema iniziale con la temperatura dell’acqua della doccia, ma il personale tecnico è intervenuto e lo ha risolto rapidamente.

Millennium Hilton is een mooi, groot hotel gelegen aan de Chaopraya rivier en naast Icon Siam. Het uitzicht op de rivier is natuurlijk de grootste attractie van het hotel. De kamers zijn groot, evenals de badkamer, maar enigszins verouderd. We hadden ze moderner verwacht. Het ontbijt is heel uitgebreid en het is super om op het buitenterras aan de rivier te kunnen zitten. Ook vanaf het fijne zwembad is er een mooi uitzicht op de rivier. Qua ligging vinden wij het hotel niet ideaal, het centrum van Bangkok is aan de overkant en de directe omgeving van het hotel niet bijzonder. Daarom hebben we ons verblijf in de stad gecombineerd met een ander hotel in Sukhumvit (onze favoriete wijk).

Cons: De toch wel wat gedateerde kamers en daarmee de prijs-kwaliteitverhouding.

Great location and good rooms. Very nice atmosphere. Prices are too high for the sevice which is performed and provided. The breakfast quality was as not as good as two years ago and also it seems that they cut down on service personnel and food ( ice cream and smoked salmon not offered anymore). Thank you to the Bell team who were always attentive snd super helpful with any information and how to get around, big thank you to Noom and his team who always welcomed us daily. Thai massage from Koy was out of this world amazing. As a busy family and businessman, I had no idea how much tension I had been carrying around in my body for many months/years. Her non-oil Thai massage made me 60-70% better - just need a few more sessions then weekly maintenance. Haven’t been able to find this level of massage perfection in the US or anywhere else. To start, the location of the hotel was exquisite, overlooking the Chao Phraya river and the vast city of Bangkok. It neighbours a grand shopping centre (called ICONSIAM) if you need to buy some more essentials. Even though it is a very luxurious hotel, it stands in the middle of the authentic and unfiltered city where you can find local market stalls within the vicinity and if you’re up for walking a little longer you can find lots of different streets to explore. The rooms were immaculate, however we did have the suite and experiences will vary, and it was easy to access via the lifts - you sometimes had to wait a few minutes during busier times of the hotel but it was often we could be up and down quickly. As Hilton Honours members, breakfast was included but, even if you aren’t, it is undoubtedly worth the deal. In the mornings it was not uncommon for us to go back for three or four servings! The facilities were well-maintained, they had an infinity pool, spa, gym and sauna which provided us with relaxation and exercise. A complimentary boat is provided taking you across the river to express piers where you can take longer boat trips to the Grand Palace for example (which was a real pinnacle in our stay in Bangkok). The staff (bell porters, waiters and waitresses, receptionists, housekeepers) were all exceptionally friendly, helpful and polite and really made the place shine. It was an unbelievable experience and would recommend it to anyone who gets the chance.

Tres bel hôtel, chambres spacieuses et lits extrêmement confortables. Petit déjeuner avec une immense variété. Conciergerie super efficace. Après une petite contrariete à cause d'un vacarme sonore incroyable (sans doute un mariage au 4eme), l'équipe à la réception a été formidable et nous a proposé tres rapidement une chambre au 19eme étage bien silencieuse. Du bon "customer service" !!

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war rundum gelungen. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt – sehr zentral, sodass viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bequem zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Das Frühstück war hervorragend und bot eine große Auswahl an frischen und leckeren Speisen. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns auch der schöne Pool, der zum Entspannen eingeladen hat. Das Personal war jederzeit sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam, wodurch wir uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt haben. Wir können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten.

Man musste ewig warten und wir hätten fast unser Taxi zum Flughafen verpasst… Nur einen Tag vor der Abreise wurde ich informiert, dass ich ein Zimmerupgrade machen muss nachdem ich bereits die Bestätigung für ein Zimmer für 3 Personen erhalten hatte, was sehr ärgerlich war und ich als äußerst unprofessionell empfinde! Sehr aufmerksame und freundliche Mitarbeiter. Wir haben ein Zimmer-Upgrade gebucht und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Der Ausblick war der schönste, den ich je in Bangkok hatte. Das Essen in der Executive Lounge sowie im Restaurant war ausgezeichnet. Auch das Frühstück und das Sonntagsbuffet waren hervorragend. Insgesamt ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt – wir kommen gerne wieder.

Cons: Das Hotel könnte durch einige Modernisierungen noch weiter verbessert werden. Beispielsweise wären modernere Badezimmer mit einem WC inklusive Sitzheizung und Bidet-/Duschfunktion eine schöne Ergänzung. Etwas störend fanden wir auch, dass sich die Tür zwischen Badezimmer und Schlafzimmer nicht vollständig schliessen liess. Ausserdem öffnet sich die Duschtür nach aussen, sodass man keine Badematte davor legen kann, ohne dass sie nass wird. Dadurch wird der Boden schnell feucht. Der Kühlschrank im Zimmer war ebenfalls etwas klein. Abgesehen von diesen kleinen Punkten war unser Aufenthalt jedoch wirklich hervorragend. Es gibt ansonsten nichts zu beanstanden, und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Great location, at walking distance to ICON SIAM MALL. It offers transfer, by boat, to the other side of the river every 30 minutes. It has a good gym, pool area, bars and restaurants and diserves the 5 stars.

War zum 2. Mal hier, diesmal mit den Kindern. Der Spielplatz auf der Terrasse hat ihnen sehr gefallen. Auch der Pool und das Planschbecken. Für die Kinder gab es gratis Orangen-Eis am Pool. Die Lage am Fluss und neben dem Iconsiam ist mega toll. Vegane Speisen gab es auch, auf Wunsch wäre auch extra etwas gekocht worden. Tolles Spa nebenan. Das Zimmer wirkte etwas in die Jahre gekommen, reichte für uns aber trotzdem vollkommen aus. Kommen sicher wieder 🌺.

Cons: Der riesige Raucherbereich auf der Terrasse, wo die Aschenbecher nicht zügig geleert wurden. Ein unachtsamer Moment meinerseits (alleinerziehend) und mein Kind hatte eine Kippe im Mund…Normalerweise sind die Raucherbereiche in Thailand sehr klein und abseits, darum habe ich erst gecheckt, dass das ein Raucherbereich ist, als mein Kind die Kippe schon im Mund hatte…….. Der Kühlschrank im Zimmer ist viel zu voll und daher zu klein. Unser bestelltes Essen hatte kaum Platz. Wenig vegane Auswahl an der Poolbar.

We had a pleasant stay at Millennium Hilton Bangkok. The hotel's location next to ICONSIAM is very convenient, with easy access to shopping, dining, and the riverfront. The views of the Chao Phraya River from the hotel are beautiful, especially in the evening. The room was comfortable and clean, although some areas could benefit from minor updates. The staff were generally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast offered a good selection of food, though it could become crowded during peak hours. The pool and fitness facilities were enjoyable and provided a nice place to relax. Overall, the hotel offers good value and a convenient location for exploring Bangkok. While there is room for improvement in certain areas, we had an enjoyable stay and would consider returning in the future.

Cons: While we generally enjoyed our stay, there were a couple of aspects that could be improved. The bathroom design was not ideal for us, as the toilet and bath area was separated from the room only by blinds, which provided limited privacy. Sounds could easily be heard from the room, and the bathroom became quite cold whenever the room air conditioning was set at a lower temperature. We also found the hotel's layout somewhat inconvenient. Although being connected to ICONSIAM is a major advantage, getting in and out of the hotel often required walking through long corridors and internal passageways, which was less convenient than having more direct access to the main entrance and surrounding areas. Overall, the stay was comfortable, but improvements in privacy and accessibility would significantly enhance the guest experience.

Cons: Le petit déjeuner n'est pas à la hauteur d'un hôtel 5 étoiles (des aliments parfois trop atypiques pour des occidentaux). Le personnel doit-être plus souriant et proche des clients. Il y a un peu le sentiment d'être dans une usine!

The staff were very professional and friendly. The Flow Restaurant was great as was The Beach Bar and pool and The 360 Jazz Rooftop Bar was a great way to end our trip on our last night. Overall ok. However the room’s air-conditioning is not working well. During the night, it is warm. Technicians came twice and it improved very slightly. TV was not working from day 1, citing the hotel is affected. However, we noticed the TV was working perfectly fine in the executive lounge. TV only started functioning on the 4th day of our stay and we leave the next day.

Die Lage des Hotels ist prima, Direkt am Chao Praya und neben dem Iconsiam Einkaufszentrum. Dies ist allerdings auch eine Nachteil. Da eine des Thais Lieblingsbeschäftigung "Einkaufen bzw. Shopping-Mall besuchen" ist, haben wir bei unserer Taxi-Hinfahrt zum Hotel Samstag Abend um 19:30h -35 Minuten für die letzten 4 km zu Hotel benötigt. (die gleiche Zeit haben wir insgesamt um 5h zum Flughafen benötigt.) Ansonsten hat das Hotel einen sehr guten Hilton-Standard. Gut ausgestattete Zimmer mit prima Blick auf den Chao Praya (das war mein Grund der Buchung), eine schöne Rooftop Bar, freundliches Personal, einen kostenfreien Shuttle-Boat-Service zur BTS Taksin. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, haben jedoch Restaurant und Frühstück aufgrund unserer Ankunft- und Abfahrzeiten nicht nutzen können. Preisniveau in der Rooftop-Bar hoch, aber der Hotelqualität angemessen.

Cons: L’accueil était extrêmement médiocre. Rien ne nous a été expliqué. La seule chose qui les intéressait était le dépôt d’une caution. N’ayant pas ma carte bancaire sur moi, j’ai dû ouvrir toute ma valise pour faire ce fameux dépôt. Avant même de pouvoir m’asseoir quelques minutes après un long voyage.. pas de boisson offerte à l’arrivée. Rien d’expliquer, ni où est la chambre, la piscine ou la salle de déjeuner. En résumé : on paye et on est priés de se débrouiller seuls. Passez votre chemin, l’hôtel en plus de cela est vieillot et clairement pas à la hauteur de ceux au même positionnement tarifaires aux alentours. Je n’ai jamais été aussi mal accueillie dans un hôtel, même les petits hôtels ont plus de savoir vivre.

L'emplacement est pratique pour le chao phraya et stratégique grâce aux taxis bateaux. Cependant si l'on fait 5 nuits c'est trop car mise à part ça quand on a fait le tour en taxis bateaux et visiter le mall iconsiam à part les massages il n'y a rien d'autres à faire si on est déjà venu plusieurs fois à Bangkok après c'est comme les couleurs et les goûts. Mais c'était à faire.

Excellente situation, à côté du centre commercial Iconsiam, installations modernes et complètes, l'offre de restaurants. Les 'change rooms' très élégantes et équipées de douches et sauna sont très appréciables lors d'un départ tardif de l'hôtel.

Cons: Pour pouvoir bénéficier dès notre arrivée de notre chambre, nous avons accepté une chambre à côté de l'ascenseur et le nuisance sonores étaient importantes mais c'était notre choix. Le bateau navette de l'hôtel n'offre que peu de fréquences mais le bateau-taxi entre la station BTS et Iconsiam fait également l'affaire.

Cons: A little disappointed with this hotel in comparison to other 5 stars in Bangkok. Whilst the staff on reception and concierge were lovely, I just didn’t get that looked after feel in other parts of the hotel. The pool is a bit disappointing really as most of it loses the sun at midday and there are only 20 or so sunbeds set in the sun for a huge hotel. There could have been more child friendly options and snacks at the bar. The room was lovely but maybe a little dated.

Loved the location easy to catch a grab from there. Next door is a large shopping mall with an amazing food court with so many international choices, great shops and lots of opportunities to take photos of unique findings. Roof top bar sensational, breakfast huge selection, very quiet of an evening when you are trying to sleep no corridor or lift noise. Lounge club experience was great.

The proximity of the very large Iconsiam Mall is a plus for those who like shopping. There are cheap ferry option next to the hotel in order to cross the river and go to the main city areas for those who want an alternative to taxis.
