The staff, especially Khun Meng Jai, Film, Pao, Toy, and Dej, were incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome. Excellent service and a lovely place to spend a perfect evening.

We stayed at Millennium Hilton for our holidays. Everything was amazing right from the moment we walked in to the hotel to the moment we left. All the staff were very nice from reception, housekeeping, waiting staff, bar staff and concierge staff. Our room had lovely view of the city and three sixty bar had wonderful views and amazing performance from singer. Food for buffet breakfast and bar food was delicious as well. Thank you Noom for organising taxi for us to airport. We will definitely stay again here when we visit Bangkok.

My entire stay at the Millennium Hilton in Bangkok has been fantastic. It was a very relaxing stay from the moment we checked in. Our room was ready early and we were able to recharge from our long day of flying. We have had breakfast every morning at the hotel and everything has been delicious. Their amenities have been lovely - from the gym to the infinity pool to the Eforea Spa. I just finished my prenatal massage with Aom and I feel so relaxed. It was a wonderful massage and Aom was amazing. If you have a chance to stay at this beautiful hotel, I would highly recommend it!

We stayed in an Executive King which was on a high floor facing the river. It gave us access to the executive floor where we were served breakfast, had teatime with small sandwiches and treats and a cocktail and canape time with delicious rotating appetizers, wine, beer, and a small list of cocktails. We found these amenities really made the stay at the hotel a deal. We had drinks at the roof top bar, went to IconSiam Mall next door, used the concierge to book a trip to an Elephant Sanctuary, took the water taxi to jump on the river taxis to the Royal Palace and many Temples and spent many relaxing afternoons in the "beach" style pool. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Millennium Hilton as a way to relax after a 30-day guided tour of Southeast Asia.

We’ve stayed here a few times and every stay has been flawless. The location is ideal. You’re right next to Icon Siam (the biggest mall in Bangkok) providing easy access to the ferries and the BTS (which covers the entire city of Bangkok). The rooms are pleasant, offering a view of the Chao Phraya River and the lights of Bangkok City. There was no noise disturbance, or at least I managed to sleep through everything, haha! The food there is incredibly delicious and offers a wide variety. They have a sports bar downstairs and a rooftop restaurant with an amazing view of Bangkok. I highly recommend this place to travelers who love shopping and want to treat themselves to a bit of luxury!

Perfect location right next to Iconsiam Mall where you can basically take care of everything. Hotel shuttle boat was very useful traveling to Taksin BTS station to get to different part of the city. Staff members were very helpful and kind as well. Also the hotel's massage boutique eforea offers wonderful experience during holiday. I booked with Tik twice since I really enjoyed my first time experience with her. This massage experience was definitely the cherry on top. I will definitely come back to Bangkok and would not think twice about my hotel choice.

Cons: Hallo, Bekannte von mir und ich sind sehr oft im Millennium eingekehrt. Seit dem die alte Lounge nicht mehr genutzt wird, hat das keinen Charme mehr. Für Leute die kein vergleich haben ist die neue Lounge vorhanden aber sie hat kein Niveau mehr. Und dafür die mehr Kosten. Wir werden leider nicht mehr einkehren, es ist wirklich schade. It was here or the Lebua state tower and I am so glad we chose this hotel!… Beautiful, clean, excellent service and a breakfast for kings and queens :D We stayed for two nights and agreed immediately we would be back the next time we visit Bangkok. Great location, right next to the shopping mall, plus an easy boat ride over to the other side of the river which was also good fun to do. We sat and had a drink in the bar overlooking the river in the evening and it was just wow! What a spot. The pool area can get a little crowded, but we found a spot in the sun and made the most of it. It’s just a little small for the size of the hotel, but this is common in city hotels and it didn’t stop us having a swim and enjoying a few drinks after a long afternoon of walking and shopping. The staff are amazing!! Can not praise them enough! So attentive, so friendly and work extremely hard to make you feel like their best guest. A lovely friendly environment for all. Overall I highly recommend and we will definitely be returning on our next trip

La nourriture était excellente, très variée et bien présentée. J'adore manger et je voudrais féliciter et remercier tout particulièrement les cuisiniers. C'est la 3ième fois que je me rends au Millénium Hilton et je le conseille systématiquement à mes amis en les incitant à choisir la formule " salon exécutive" très pratique car après une journée de promenade fatigante, cela permet de se restaurer dans l'hôtel. Dommage que ce salon ferme a 19 h au lieu de 20 heures. Autre aspect positif : le service de navette fluviale gratuite.. .. .

Cons: J'occupais la chambre 801 au 8 ième étage (Suite Panoramique Executive). Malheureusement il y avait un problème électrique : impossible d'éteindre toutes les lumières du salon. Par ailleurs, lorsque je regardais la télévision dans la chambre lorsque je changeais de chaine, le téléviseur du salon se mettait également en marche. Il fallait que je me rende au salon pour éteindre ce second téléviseur. Je n'ai pas signalé ce problème au personnel du Hilton.

Cons: The Check-In Process was really slow (10 mins waiting plus 12 minutes for the procedure itself). The ladies were really nice but seemed a bit confused with their booking system. While centrally located, road traffic to get across the nearest two river bridges by taxi / rideshare was horrible at any given time. I was missing a direct walking connection on the ricer side from the hotel to the Icon pier.

Cons: Leider wurde seit unserem Aufenthalt in 2013 nebenan ein großes Hochhaus gebaut, das die Sicht einschränkt. Der Blick ist nicht mehr so sensationell wie damals. Und die Poolanlage ist leider renovierungsbedürftig.

I had an executive room, very spacious, comfortable bed, access to lounge. Breakfast - a very wide range and excellent quality. Staff really polite and friendly, couldn't do enough. One of the nicest hotels I have stayed in and will use as a base next time I visit Bangkok. Right next to Icon Siam shopping centre, taxi from the airport took about an hour, although I think Lewis Hamilton was driving :)

Cons: Nothing I didn't like but the facility of an airport shuttle, even if paid for, would be helpful.

Der Verkehr vorm Iconsiam endet jeden Abend im Stau aufgrund der vielen Besucher. Fahrten zu z. B. Chinatown, Siam Paragon können je nach Tageszeit lange dauern.

Stayed here recently with 3 of my friends. We were given a very warm welcome and shown to our rooms promptly. The room was spacious, well laid out and tastefully decorated with a view of the Chao Phraya River. The bathroom was very clean with a powerful shower, fluffy towels and lovely toiletries. The hotel is vey big with a large lounge, great decor, beautiful chandeliers, great ambience and very popular. The location is very good, next door to the impressive Icon Siam Mall and across the river from the city centre. The staff were friendly, polite and willing to help especially Gan & Aum the porters. Breakfast was fantastic - lots of different cuisine that catered for everyone’s taste and the breakfast area was huge that you could either sit indoors or outside with a lovely view of the river. I was not impressed with the Spa staff as my friends and I popped in to see what treatments were available etc and the lady who dealt with us was quite cold, rude and dismissive. She told us that we had to make reservations but then informed us that they were fully booked for the week! Not impressed at all - she needs to see how the other hotel staff treat guests as that is not acceptable behaviour. We ended up visiting a very good spa place near the Iconsiam mall twice and had a very good experience with friendly staff and very good customer service as well. Apart from the Spa staff, everything else was fine and I would stay here again. I have recommended this hotel to family who will be visiting Bangkok this Summer.

Die Lage des Hotels ist prima, Direkt am Chao Praya und neben dem Iconsiam Einkaufszentrum. Dies ist allerdings auch eine Nachteil. Da eine des Thais Lieblingsbeschäftigung "Einkaufen bzw. Shopping-Mall besuchen" ist, haben wir bei unserer Taxi-Hinfahrt zum Hotel Samstag Abend um 19:30h -35 Minuten für die letzten 4 km zu Hotel benötigt. (die gleiche Zeit haben wir insgesamt um 5h zum Flughafen benötigt.) Ansonsten hat das Hotel einen sehr guten Hilton-Standard. Gut ausgestattete Zimmer mit prima Blick auf den Chao Praya (das war mein Grund der Buchung), eine schöne Rooftop Bar, freundliches Personal, einen kostenfreien Shuttle-Boat-Service zur BTS Taksin. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, haben jedoch Restaurant und Frühstück aufgrund unserer Ankunft- und Abfahrzeiten nicht nutzen können. Preisniveau in der Rooftop-Bar hoch, aber der Hotelqualität angemessen.

We recently spent five wonderful nights at the Millennium Hilton Bangkok for a three-generation family trip. The staff were always courteous and warm, which made our stay very comfortable and pleasant. Our family stayed in an Executive Suite for three guests and an Executive Room for two. The panoramic view of the Chao Phraya River from the suite was simply breathtaking. There was a small issue with the room condition at check-in, but the team handled it promptly and offered a thoughtful goodwill gesture, which we truly appreciated. The replacement room was perfect and allowed us to fully enjoy our stay. The Executive Lounge staff welcomed us with such professionalism and warmth. Special thanks to Ms. Sawhee, who kindly assisted us in Korean, and to Ms. Ni, who helped with restaurant reservations and anniversary arrangements. Расположение хорошее , правда есть проблема вечером добраться до отеля на такси, постоянные пробки на дороге. Выручали лодки, возвращались в отель по реке, что также придает колорита отдыху.

The hotel is in a great location with very helpful staff. It has a large breakfast buffet that is definitely worth it since there’s not a lot of local restaurants open early around the area. The spa was excellent but more expensive than a local Thai massage venue but the facilities were very clean and the therapists are skilled. The gym & pool were great amenities

3rd time staying here on our last night in Bangkok each trip as a little treat. Absolutely fantastic hotel. The rooms are gorgeous, the beds feel like sleeping on clouds, the view down the river is excellent, the gym is very well equipped, there’s a free boat to take you across the river, a great rooftop bar with awesome 360 degree views, the pool area is lovely and the breakfast…. Oh my god the breakfast. I joke not when I say it’s an event! Allow at least an hour and half 😂 It’s a huge room with veranda and you have every possible breakfast option you can imagine with chefs cooking fresh stuff to order too. It really is the best breakfast you will ever have. Obviously not cheap for Thailand (but cheap for the UK) and well worth it as a treat. Right next door to ICONSIAM mall which we go to for their immense food hall for dinner.

Cons: Nothing, it’s all great.

We recently spent 5 days and 4 nights at the Millennium Hilton Bangkok for a family vacation, staying in the Panoramic Executive Suite. It was a memorable experience that suited our family needs. [Room & Hardware] This room type is incredibly family-friendly. The windows offered a breathtaking view of the Chao Phraya River. Waking up and falling asleep to the sight of boats bustling along the river was a true joy every day. [Executive Lounge Service & Dining] During our stay, we visited the Executive Lounge for breakfast, afternoon tea, and pre-evening cocktails. The service staff were helpful and answered our questions with a smile. Regarding the food, we appreciated that the menu changed daily, showing the hotel’s effort to provide variety. However, to be honest, the flavors were fairly average (standard). While the food was decent, it lacked a "wow" factor or that extra touch of culinary refinement. [Overall Impression] The hotel’s location is unbeatable. Being right next to ICONSIAM and having easy access to the shuttle boats made our vacation very convenient. If you are traveling as a family, I highly recommend booking an Executive room. Although the lounge dining has room for improvement, the excellent service and the advantage of the double bathrooms made our 2026 Bangkok trip truly wonderful.

After 12 visits to the millennium Hilton in bangkok it still delivers. Every aspect of the hotel excels. Every time it is like arriving home. The staff are my family and we treat each other like friends. I would like to mention everyone individually but it would take up so much space. I do want to mention Maya the concierge who continues to go out of her way every visit to make me feel at home. ALL of the executive room staff are wonderful, Aya runs a flawless team day and night. I’m not going to show favouritism by mentioning names. I love them all. My room attendant Nam was delightful. Olivier the chef and Bly the barman in OXBO looked after me so well. The spa provides the best facials. I could go on and on but I will say I truely recommend this hotel, the best in Bangkok. And I will be back again !

This is a long overdue review. I stayed at the Millennium Hilton Bangkok for 4 nights in their family suite. The room is spacious and the hotel is a walking distance to Icon Siam which is perfect if you don't want to go out far for foods. The customer service is impressive! On departure day, I forgot my carry-on at the hotel and didn't realize it until I got to the airport. I called the hotel and they were able to arrange courier to bring my luggage to airport just right on time. They were also giving me an option to mail my luggage back if it doesn't reach me on time. I'm going back to Bangkok this June and will be staying at this hotel again.

Wir waren nicht das erste Mal in dem Hotel und sind immer sehr zufrieden. Die Betten waren sehr komfortabel haben mir sehr gut gefallen. Auch die auch die Zimmergröße völlig ausreichend.

Cons: Gefallen hat uns nicht das Shuttle Boot. Die haben sich ein Spaß daraus gemacht uns zu ärgern. Die sind großen Boden hergefahren quer über die Heckwellen so dass das Boot ins schaukeln kam. Dieses haben die mehrmals wiederholt haben sich zurückfallen lassen und sind extra immer über die hohen Wellen gefahren mehrmals ist Wasser in das Boot eingedrungen wir hatten Angst um unser Leben beziehungsweise Gesundheit. Haben freiwillig die Rettungswesten angezogen. So etwas haben wir noch nie erlebt in unserem Leben.

Our stay at the Millennium was from January 22nd, 2026 through 27th, 2026. This hotel is fantastic and every member of the staff is exceptional. A special recognition has to be given to the Concierge Desk, in particular Mai who helped us again and again with so many questions on what to do and see in Bangkok as well as immeasurable assistance for a flight cancellation. Also the hostess, Film, at the restaurant Oxbo is just wonderful. You will not be disappointed staying at this hotel.

It was wonderful and after 3 very stressful years it’s feels so freeing… A calming and soothing atmosphere that helped to set the tone for those 90minutes. Huge thanks to Aum from the bell team for his kindness and help during our stay. I twisted my ankle and was using a wheelchair while traveling with my elderly parents. After shopping at ICONSIAM, my mom struggled with the steep slope outside, and Aum — even though he was off duty — immediately stepped in to help. He assisted me all the way back to the hotel, kept checking that I was okay, spoke some Chinese to communicate with my mom, and even helped carry our luggage to the car when we left. He truly went above and beyond. Highly recommend!

The breakfast was exceptional and had absolutely everything available all backed by water views. Possibly the best breakfast I have experienced. The location is incredible. The sky train, an incredible mall with designer stalls and the ferries across from China town are all in walking distance.

Cons: Ο χώρος της πισίνας με τις ξαπλώστρες μέσα στον νερό είναι μεν δροσερά πρωτότυπος αλλά συγχρόνως και ενοχλητικός για τους ξαπλωμένους με τα πλατσουρίσματα των διερχομένων πελατών.Επίσης οι ξαπλώστρες δεν είναι αρκετές για τον όγκο των επισκεπτών.Όταν έκλεισα τις διακοπές μου είχα φανταστεί να περάσω ένα βράδυ στο μπαρ του τελευταίου ορόφου πίνοντας μοχίτο.Ναι μεν έγινε πραγματικότητα όμως το ποτό ήταν επιεικώς απαράδεκτο γευστικά και εμφανισιακά.Κρίμα για την κλάση του Χίλτον να σερβίρει τέτοια ποτά αξίας 500 μπατ!Κλείνω με το θόρυβο που κάνουν οι πόρτες των δωματίων όταν κλείνουν μόνες τους.Ο μηχανισμός φρεναρίσματος δεν λειτουργεί σωστά με αποτέλεσμα οι βαριές πόρτες να κλείνουν απότομα και να παράγουν μέγα ενοχλητικό θόρυβο.Αυτό δεν το περίμενα σε ξενοδοχείο Χίλτον!

Stunning location on the river. Right next to Iconsiam so able to jump on a boat and in minutes head up to Wat Arun or down south to Asiatique. The ThreeSixty at the top has amazing views especially at night providing a good alternative to the sky bars on Sukhumvit. A hidden gem however has to be the Ale House bar right on the river. It has an excellent selection of drinks, the largest screen I have seen for watching sports and of course a pool table. Everything you could wish for in a bar, nestled in a Hilton. A fantastic breakfast I might add.

We loved a spacious room for a family of 4, breakfast served is amazing, fitness space is so good. We loved everything. Coffee station for early morning check in and outs is a nice piece!

I had an incredibly relaxing and refreshing experience thanks to Ms. Pin. Her massage technique was delicate yet precise, hitting all the right spots to relieve tension throughout my body. I have an injury on my left ankle, and I was very impressed by how carefully she handled that area. At the same time, she applied the perfect amount of pressure to the rest of my body to ensure I felt completely loosened up. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and the entire staff is very friendly. I especially want to thank Ms. Pin for her detailed and thoughtful service. I highly recommend her!

Wow - the Spa was amazing - I was assigned ‘Pin’ and this is the best massage I have ever had - foot, leg, back, neck & shoulder. Thank you - truly wonderful. Cons: Beim Abräumen der Teller beim Frühstück sind sie sehr eifrig hab mir jedesmal gekühlten Käse geholt auch und eben daneben gestellt damit er sich entfallten kann hab nur einen Saft und obst geholt kaum zurück war der teller auch schon abgeräumt .
