Cons: В первый день (при заезде) номер был убран плохо. Я наступила в остатки чьих-то фруктов. Носки от этого сока так и не отстирались. В ванной были чьи-то волосы(( В дальнейшем мы всегда оставляли на чай и убирались уже вполне неплохо. Расположение неплохое. Но в Бангкоке была первый раз и для осмотра интересующих меня достопримечательностей не самое лучшее расположение. Приходилось всегда возвращаться через мосты и пробки.

This is a long overdue review. I stayed at the Millennium Hilton Bangkok for 4 nights in their family suite. The room is spacious and the hotel is a walking distance to Icon Siam which is perfect if you don't want to go out far for foods. The customer service is impressive! On departure day, I forgot my carry-on at the hotel and didn't realize it until I got to the airport. I called the hotel and they were able to arrange courier to bring my luggage to airport just right on time. They were also giving me an option to mail my luggage back if it doesn't reach me on time. I'm going back to Bangkok this June and will be staying at this hotel again.

Wir waren nicht das erste Mal in dem Hotel und sind immer sehr zufrieden. Die Betten waren sehr komfortabel haben mir sehr gut gefallen. Auch die auch die Zimmergröße völlig ausreichend.

Cons: Gefallen hat uns nicht das Shuttle Boot. Die haben sich ein Spaß daraus gemacht uns zu ärgern. Die sind großen Boden hergefahren quer über die Heckwellen so dass das Boot ins schaukeln kam. Dieses haben die mehrmals wiederholt haben sich zurückfallen lassen und sind extra immer über die hohen Wellen gefahren mehrmals ist Wasser in das Boot eingedrungen wir hatten Angst um unser Leben beziehungsweise Gesundheit. Haben freiwillig die Rettungswesten angezogen. So etwas haben wir noch nie erlebt in unserem Leben.

Our stay at the Millennium was from January 22nd, 2026 through 27th, 2026. This hotel is fantastic and every member of the staff is exceptional. A special recognition has to be given to the Concierge Desk, in particular Mai who helped us again and again with so many questions on what to do and see in Bangkok as well as immeasurable assistance for a flight cancellation. Also the hostess, Film, at the restaurant Oxbo is just wonderful. You will not be disappointed staying at this hotel.

Pinn did me the most amazing relaxing aromatherapy massage, targeting the knots in my neck shoulders especially. It was wonderful and after 3 very stressful years it’s feels so freeing… A calming and soothing atmosphere that helped to set the tone for those 90minutes. The room was immaculate and beautifully laid out with towels and tulips and she started by washing my feet in a bowl on the floor. Huge thanks to Aum from the bell team for his kindness and help during our stay. I twisted my ankle and was using a wheelchair while traveling with my elderly parents. After shopping at ICONSIAM, my mom struggled with the steep slope outside, and Aum — even though he was off duty — immediately stepped in to help. He assisted me all the way back to the hotel, kept checking that I was okay, spoke some Chinese to communicate with my mom, and even helped carry our luggage to the car when we left. He truly went above and beyond. Highly recommend!

The room was luxurious and spacious with high ceilings and everything you needed. And incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was exceptional and had absolutely everything available all backed by water views. Possibly the best breakfast I have experienced. The location is incredible. The sky train, an incredible mall with designer stalls and the ferries across from China town are all in walking distance.

Stunning location on the river. Right next to Iconsiam so able to jump on a boat and in minutes head up to Wat Arun or down south to Asiatique. The ThreeSixty at the top has amazing views especially at night providing a good alternative to the sky bars on Sukhumvit. A hidden gem however has to be the Ale House bar right on the river. It has an excellent selection of drinks, the largest screen I have seen for watching sports and of course a pool table. Everything you could wish for in a bar, nestled in a Hilton. A fantastic breakfast I might add.

Cons: Ο χώρος της πισίνας με τις ξαπλώστρες μέσα στον νερό είναι μεν δροσερά πρωτότυπος αλλά συγχρόνως και ενοχλητικός για τους ξαπλωμένους με τα πλατσουρίσματα των διερχομένων πελατών.Επίσης οι ξαπλώστρες δεν είναι αρκετές για τον όγκο των επισκεπτών.Όταν έκλεισα τις διακοπές μου είχα φανταστεί να περάσω ένα βράδυ στο μπαρ του τελευταίου ορόφου πίνοντας μοχίτο.Ναι μεν έγινε πραγματικότητα όμως το ποτό ήταν επιεικώς απαράδεκτο γευστικά και εμφανισιακά.Κρίμα για την κλάση του Χίλτον να σερβίρει τέτοια ποτά αξίας 500 μπατ!Κλείνω με το θόρυβο που κάνουν οι πόρτες των δωματίων όταν κλείνουν μόνες τους.Ο μηχανισμός φρεναρίσματος δεν λειτουργεί σωστά με αποτέλεσμα οι βαριές πόρτες να κλείνουν απότομα και να παράγουν μέγα ενοχλητικό θόρυβο.Αυτό δεν το περίμενα σε ξενοδοχείο Χίλτον!

I had an incredibly relaxing and refreshing experience thanks to Ms. Pin. Her massage technique was delicate yet precise, hitting all the right spots to relieve tension throughout my body. I have an injury on my left ankle, and I was very impressed by how carefully she handled that area. At the same time, she applied the perfect amount of pressure to the rest of my body to ensure I felt completely loosened up. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and the entire staff is very friendly. I especially want to thank Ms. Pin for her detailed and thoughtful service. I highly recommend her!

The staff reacted super fast and in about 10 minutes there was totally new sheets and bedding and absolutely no smell of vomit in the room. The housekeeper was a true professional!! THANK YOU :)

Cons: We had a connection-room with my family, and the other room air was good and fresh - no extra smells, but my room had a minor smell of old cigaret which came through the aircon-system. In this price-level hotel there should be no such problems in any room. However they acted fast and tried to do their best to get the smell away - and before the second night they managed to fix the problem by changing something in the aircon-system in the room. Without this minor-smell problem this hotel was perfect.

My wife and I arrived at hotel at 8:30 after flight from Ireland. Our room was ready so they very kindly let us check in. The staff were all amazing, friendly and very helpful. The hotel is in very good condition. Executive lounge has moved from upper floor to level 3 but still has a great view over the river. Lounge access is well worth it. Icon Mall is next door. Would definitely book the hotel if I am back in Bangkok.

Die Lage direkt am Fluss und dem ICONSIAM. Wir hatten den Lounge Zutritt über das Hotel gebucht und das ist wirklich lohnenswert. Toller Blick von dort auf den Fluss und gute Getränke. Der Poolbereich ist sehr gemütlich gestaltet. Einen Besuch im Spa Bereich ist absolut empfehlenswert. Mein Mann war von den Einrichtungen des Sauna Bereiches begeistert. Die Rooftopbar war klein und gemütlich.

Cons: Das Frühstücksbüffet war uns etwas zu unübersichtlich und im Allgemeinen wirkte es aufgrund der Größe etwas ungemütlich. Aber aufgrund der Größe des Hotels nicht anders machbar. Wir sind dann lieber in die Lounge. Insgesamt war das Zimmer ok, aber wirkte schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

We applied for an upgrade during the booking process and it was worth to pay a bit more. Spacious and super clean room and spectacular view. We went to the Lounge for breakfast and for drinks in the afternoon - excellent quality, selection and presentation of food, a very good variety of drinks and first of all an extremely friendly and committed team serving guests. For all the amenities and service quality, rates are more than ok. Check upgrade options, for a few THB more, you willl get a lot of value.

Being within easy walking distance of ICONSIAM made shopping, dining, and exploring incredibly convenient, yet the hotel still felt like a peaceful retreat from the city buzz. What truly elevated the stay, though, were the people. Every staff member I encountered was genuinely warm, welcoming, and attentive—they made me feel valued rather than just accommodated. I've traveled for 20 days across southeast Asia and staying last at this hotel was the cherry on the top of the cake! The location is great, but prepare yourself for the traffic around ICONSIAM mall! The room had a great size for a couple and thousand bags, THE BREAKFAST WAS THE BEST ONE I'VE HAD ABROAD - I miss it already! The gym was HUGE and filled with updated equipment, just amazing! About the view, it is also pretty cool, but the window was really dirty.

Cons: I think the traffic around the hotel is bad, but I don't believe the hotel has control over it, the pool was soooo cold, I couldn't stay inside and the rooftop bar... what can I say about it... The drink prices was incredibly high for a poor drink prep. I asked a Spritz that came in a champagne glass with an orange squeezed inside for 30 dollars, this was insane - and the drinks tasted really bad! Although the team informed that the windows would be cleaned with a day in advance, no windows were cleaned.

I stayed at Millennium Hilton Bangkok over the New Year period on a rewards points redemption during a super peak period, where the points required were extremely high. Prior to arrival, I was informed via email that no room upgrades would be available due to New Year’s Eve. However, during check-in at the Executive Lounge, I overheard another family being told they had been upgraded, which was puzzling and inconsistent with the information provided to me. It was also unclear whether redemption stays were treated differently, as this was not specified in the email. I completed online check-in and was able to select a room with an ICONSIAM view, which was perfect for watching the fireworks. These rooms are extremely limited, as guests would otherwise need to pay an additional THB 11,770 net per stay for a guaranteed ICONSIAM view. The hotel’s location is a strong point — it is just a short walk to ICONSIAM, making it very convenient to walk back after the fireworks, especially given the heavy crowds. As this was a super peak period, guests should be aware that multiple New Year’s Eve packages were offered at very high prices, and the hotel public areas and restaurants were reserved for these packages. As a result, several facilities were not accessible to in-house guests unless the relevant package had been purchased. The swimming pool also closed at 5pm with same-day notice. While I understand the hotel’s approach to managing New Year’s Eve demand, this was disappointing given the premium cost of staying during this period, and guests should be mindful of this when booking. On a positive note, the Executive Lounge afternoon tea was very good, with desserts comparable to those at Conrad Bangkok. The evening cocktail offerings were less impressive. Breakfast was a highlight, with beautiful river views and a pleasant sunrise experience. Food selections included both Western and Asian options, although the bakery items remained largely the same over the two days. The featured juices were enjoyable.

My suite on the 21st floor offered a stunning panoramic view of the river and Bangkok’s skyline, truly memorable. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and breakfast at the Executive Club on the 4th floor was excellent, complemented by genuinely outstanding service. Now, unfortunately, the contrast begins. Having traveled the world for over half a century, I can say without hesitation that I have never encountered a concierge team as ineffective as the one at Hilton Millennium Bangkok. Communication was extremely difficult: limited language skills, unclear pronunciation, and — more concerning — very limited understanding of basic travel logistics. I provided the concierge with a confirmed flight booking to Koh Samui. Despite this, I was later shocked to discover that my flight had been canceled without my consent or proper explanation. As a result, I was forced to rebook a new flight at an earlier time, incurring additional costs entirely out of my own pocket. Hotel management was informed of the situation in full detail. Unfortunately, the response was that it was “too late” to take any action. In the end, I paid the price for a mistake made by a clearly unqualified staff member — a mistake compounded by the simple fact that I trusted the concierge to do their job correctly. This review is not written out of anger, but out of disappointment. A hotel of this caliber deserves a concierge team that matches its location, facilities, and brand reputation. At present, this is a glaring weak point that urgently needs attention.

Las zonas comunes transmiten tranquilidad y lujo, invitando a quedarse y disfrutar del hotel. Un gran plus es su ubicación privilegiada, justo al lado de ICONSIAM, uno de los centros comerciales más completos y espectaculares de Bangkok, donde se consigue absolutamente de todo: compras, restaurantes, cafés y entretenimiento. One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in. The staff were incredibly helpful, the hotel was spotless, and the overall experience was excellent from start to finish. The only small issue was with the room setup. We booked for two adults and a teenage child, and the room was prepared with two single beds. While this matched the booking, the beds weren’t really large enough for our needs. When we mentioned this to reception, they handled it brilliantly and immediately moved us to another room with a large queen bed, which was absolutely fine. Breakfast was unbelievably nice — easily one of the highlights of our stay. Great service, lovely accommodation, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

The location is good if you plan to stay around that area, but since we had to travel around the city so it took quite a lot of time due to the heavy traffic.That’s the only thing which is inconvenience for us. I booked this hotel mainly for the river view and ICONSIAM location, but the reality was underwhelming. First, the hotel is NOT directly connected to ICONSIAM. This was my biggest disappointment. You must walk out of the hotel, feel the chaotic traffic, and enter ICONSIAM through the Takashimaya side entrance. It’s not far, but it’s not seamless. Transportation is inconvenient. The hotel is far from the airport — taxi took about 1.5 hours. BTS is much better: take the Gold Line to Charoen Nakhon Station (with elevators). Do not go to Saphan Taksin and transfer to the boat — no elevators and the shuttle boat runs only every 30 minutes. The river view itself is nice, but standard rooms have no balcony and windows cannot be opened, which makes the view feel wasted. Maintenance was poor: the sink stopper in my room got stuck and could not be pulled back up. The minibar menu states that items are sensor-based and may be charged simply by moving them, which feels unfriendly and stressful. Breakfast was disappointing. Mostly Western food, very unfriendly for Chinese guests. Only two congee options, and when I visited, I could not even find salad dressing. Front desk professionalism was average. During checkout, the deposit was not refunded promptly, which caused unnecessary follow-up. Overall, this hotel feels overpriced for what it offers. If you are coming for ICONSIAM, the Hilton Garden Inn directly connected to ICONSIAM is a much smarter choice. This one only makes sense if you care about the river view — and even then, without a balcony, it’s hard to justify the cost.

Cons: only 1 point, from te underground garage you can go straight via an by-pass to the hotel section but this by-pass was closed due to a wedding in the ballroom, this can be easely avoided, we had to go out of the garage via the entry hotel level (outside) and than walk in again via the hotel lobby to go to our room, the hall between garage & hotel is bigg enough to split into 2 parts when a wedding is going on, 1 part for the wedding/ 1 part for the hotel guest who parked there car.
