Hôtel agréable, bien situé, à proximité de toute commodité. La vue sur l’océan est imprenable, très propre et le personnel est très accueillant.. le service de l’étage est au petit soin.. je suis arrivée un peu plus tôt et je n’ai trouvé aucun souci pour le Check-in, la place au parking est disponible.

Cons: Un peu de bruit des night-club la nuit qui n’est pas gênant du tout une fois la porte du balcon est fermée( je crois que parce que c’était un samedi soir)

Cons: Stanza rumorosa, sembrava di essere al centro della piazza, tra musica e rumori vari è stato impossibile dormire; Per raggiungere la piscina bisognava attraversare il cantiere in corso all’interno dell’ala dell’hotel interessata, con il risultato di trovarsi a bordo piscina tra operai con martelletto pneumatico e polvere. La terrazza era chiusa, sporca ed abbandonata. Sembra un hotel fantasma!

Jeg har bodd på dette hotellet tidligere og hadde gode minner derfra, men dessverre levde det ikke opp til forventningene denne gangen. Hotellet var en gang flott, men nå er det tydelig at det trenger en grundig renovering. Rommene begynner å bli slitte, møbler og bad er utdaterte, og generelt føltes det som om stedet har stått stille i mange år. Servicen var fortsatt grei, og beliggenheten er det ingenting å si på, men det veier dessverre ikke opp for det generelle inntrykket. Jeg kommer ikke til å bo her igjen før hotellet har blitt pusset opp og løftet til den standarden det en gang hadde. Håper virkelig ledelsen tar tak snart – potensialet er der.

Location is good, nice, next to restaurants, During the night it gets noisy and loud. Nice room, wall jangers, so rare in Morocco, very good bed, closed parking for the motorbike.

Cons: Bad breakfast, the guy who takes care you payed for it, smokes all the time in the restaurant room. Spa not working. All the rest, apart from the room, on the basic level, hot water it is, but running slow.

Great stay at Azure!! Super pleasant staff that were very polite and helpful. Location is right in front of the ocean with beautiful views. Easy to get around and walk to Ain Diab beach for a swim. 8 min drive from Morocco Mall. Room was very clean and spacious. Would definitely come back.

I booked a room with a view, the receptionist was unprofessional, I asked them to confirm the room with the beach view, I was told yes, “whatever you booked, you get”. I got to the room and I had a view of all the nasty buildings in front of me. Again, the service sucked. The tiny elevator got stuck, and one of the customers said, it happens everyday… I took my bags right away and left this nasty hotel.

Cons: It was old and needed some TLC. If this was 4 stars then I’ve been staying in 8 star hotels previously. The lift was broken, meaning we had to use the staff lift which I’m sure would not pass safety regulations, the bathroom was clean but again old and needs updating. The pool was murky and opaque, you could not see the bottom, the filter was only turned on when we commented on the state of the pool. To reiterate this is NOT a 4 star hotel. Next to a night club which was noisy until well into the early hours. The stairway are open leaving a very echoing area which amplified any sound, eg doors banging

The day staff helped me get a refund and were very nice about trying to rectify my bad experience the night before. Being next to the corniche is nice but only by day.

Cons: I arrived at midnight to staff that didn't seem to care. They told me that the pool wasn't functional, that the spa was unavailable, and that breakfast wasn't offered (all 3 are mentioned on the booking). One of the managers was very rude when I asked these questions and try to wave me off. Only one of the staff was kind (Abdulaziz I think was his name). The room was uncomfortable and the furniture bulky. The soap in the bathroom was in soap dispensers attached to the wall like a bathroom stall. There was music from a club playing all night and I couldn't sleep, and at 5 AM there was what sounded like a big fight right outside the hotel. The view from the room is blocked by a lot of wires and signs. I was luckily given a refund by a more sympathetic staff the next day

We had a room which had a sea view. The staff were responsive to requests. Once the internet had been turned on it worked well for the rest of our stay. The cafe/restaurant next door was excellent. .

Cons: Full payment was demanded on arrival but, despite knowingly not fulfilling the listed benefits, there was no attempt to give any sort of refund. No on-site catering of any sort. The place is basically en-suite rooms for hire. The first room (119) we were shown in to had broken furniture and the balcony looked through the restaurant’s sign. The road was immediately underneath the window which made the balcony both noisy and smelly from the traffic fumes. A kettle was retrieved from a cupboard in reception when we asked for it. We moved to room 112, balcony over the road again, but unimpeded view. Ok until the evening when the music started. At least three night clubs in the immediate vicinity were so loud that we couldn’t sleep until after 2pm. Requested a second move and were offered room 506. No balcony and a smaller room but quieter at night. Not without its’ faults: bathroom door could not be shut without it locking you in; window was full of condensation so impeded view; wash basin sink did not drain quickly, but we chose to live with it. We won’t be back.

As Americans traveling, Hotel Azur checked the most important boxes for us: felt very safe, very clean, hot water showers, heat/AC in each room, close to attractions/beach/restaurants, bed/linens comfortable. Rooms as advertised. Good for the price. Pool was pretty but didn't use much.

NOT worth 4 stars as a hotel and not much to like. Worst hotel we ever stayed at to be honest. Please be warned: do not book here!

Cons: 1. We had to pay on arrival on the first day for the whole 5 nights in advance for the Deluxe double room we booked. The amount they charged was in local currency and we found out later that it was higher than the price we booked in Euro via Booking.com. They did not include the discount we got via Booking.com!. 2. The keyless doorlock of our hotelroom didnt work and they could not repair it so they gave us a cheaper room with 2 single beds! 3. The next day we got a new room that was similar to the room we booked and guess what: the keyless doorlock of the hotelroom also didnt work and could not be repaired! Same story without apology or compensation for the problems. 4. For the rest of our stay we had to settle for a smaller room with no balcony. But booked and payed for a Deluxe room with a balcony! 5. Many things did not work or were not complete. No drinks in the mini bar, no paper tissues in the room, etc. The rooms did not have an electric kettle for tea or coffee and the phones for room service didnt work. The bathroom did not look very clean on the edges of the sink and the toilet. 6. The parking of the hotel was very difficult to reach and the wheels of our car got stuck in the gravel. I guess its not a problem if you drive a suv and park there. We decided to park outside on the street. 7. The location is very noisy till after 2 oclock in the morning because of the partycenter on the second floor on the frontside of the hotel. Lots of shady nightclubs with empty bottles of Casablanca beer to be found. 8. We ofcourse contacted Booking.com about this and they said they will contact the hotel. Booking said they will reply to us via email so we are still waiting for the email of Booking!

- The best part of the stay was the staff. Friendly, efficient, and hard working. Aside from the nice staff, the people of Casablanca are wonderful. Not just those around the hotel and beaches, but also the people downtown and all throughout. - Next best, the location. My room had a beautiful beach view and a gentle breeze that had me leave my windows open the entire day and left the AC off. Restaurants across the street, an awesome French restaurant next door, and cafes everywhere. The beach is across the street. - The room was nice, spotless, and comfortable. A quiet building too. The balcony was great. - The outdoor pool was well kept. - The price was so good for that stay. Unbeatable.

The size of the room was decent. I enjoyed the pool and the fact that someone was there to give us pool towels and get us drinks.

Cons: The hotel part we stayed in was facing the main street which may have been an older section. the room wasn't very clean, it was run down and the shower had cheap pink liquid soap. No lights going up the curved strairs from the lobby to the 1st floor.

We were not satisfied with our stay at this property. The hotel staff were not very accommodating or friendly. Their website does not reflect the actual conditions of the hotel. Also, despite the website saying that it included breakfast, it did not. Our first morning there we were woken by police pounding on multiple people’s doors and apparently taking someone away. This definitely didn’t make us feel safe. One thing I will say is that the cleaning staff did clean our room very thoroughly. That was the one highlight of this otherwise huge disappointment.

I arrived early in the afternoon in order to work from the room and stayed 1 night. Regarding the afternoon : quiet place, wifi was not exceptional but good enough in order to not be disconnected from Teams conversation. Regarding the night and day after : still quiet room. The members of the hotel have been kind, kept our luggage the next day, allowing us to follow our visit luggage free until driving back to airport. There isn't any breakfast delivered by the hotel but there is a place next door to the hotel delivering very good breakfast

I was very pleased with the location of the hotel. It was right across the street from restaurants and the beach. It was very walkable. Our room was clean and the staff was very helpful in each category that we ask them questions. There was an elevator and a room had a small balcony which was a big plus.

Cons: The hotel was under construction. So nothing was open. The rooftop was not open there was no restaurant there was no breakfast. The pool was open but there was construction all around it.

I wasnot allowed in although i showed the receptionist i photo of my passport and my driving licence. It was the worst receptionist you could ever come cross in your check in to this hotel. I had to give up the booking i made about an hour before my check in. I had to go to another hotel in which i checked in with no problem at all. I woud appreciate it if i could get my money back. Leider ist nichts im Hotel wie auf der Website beschrieben. Weder das Restaurant noch ein spa Bereich sprich dampfbad war im Hotel zu finden. Frühstücks buffet sehr minderwertig . Geschirr ist regelrecht schmutzig gewesen. Tische wurden nicht sauber gemacht. Würde dieses Hotel zu keiner Zeit weiter empfehlen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlichen und bemüht jedoch leider nicht ausreichend.

Hotel a precisar de renovação urgente. Casa de banho e mobiliario em mau estado. Duche com muito pouca pressão. Cama confortavel. Peçam sempre quarto com vista de mar. Os qusrtos das traseiras têm uma vista deprimente para lixeiras, edicios abandonados e um ferro velho. Pequeno almoço fraco para um 4*. Funcionarios muito simpaticos e prestaveis. Fica numa zona muito barulhenta à noite.

Hotellet ligger rigtig godt, tæt på strand og har også en dejlig pool. Medarbejderne talte mest fransk og kun få forstod og talte lidt engelsk. Den ene af vores senge var pakket ind i plastik og yderst ubehagelig at sove i. Hotellet havde en natklub og her spillede de meget højt musik til kl 5.00 om morgenen og derefter var der en del støj, når gæsterne skulle hjem. Vi valgte at tage fra hotellet 4 dage før beregnet Tænker at hotellet er godt, hvis man er til fest og farver.

L’hôtel est prêt de la plage et elle est propre. Cependant, nous avions pris cet hôtel car ils se disent près de l'aéroport et qu'ils ont un service de navette. Or, ils n'ont pas de navette ( fausse information) et il faut payer 45$ pour le taxi pour aller à l'aéroport alors que ça nous en aurait coûter 10$ si on prend un hôtel près de la gare de train. Et le responsable à l’accueil était absent quand les sourires ont été distribué.... il était désagréable! OUF. Les employés de nuit sont toutefois différents. Bref je n'y retournerais pas et s'il vous plait corriger l'info à l'effet qu'ils ont un service de navette. On se fait avoir Merci

Excellent location, right across from the Corniche area - lots of restaurants including a McDonalds and Burger King!! 30 mins walk to the Grand Mosque or a 5 min taxi ride. Many taxis available when needed - Taxi to and from airport is a set rate of 300 Dirhams. WIFI Connection is "bumpy" in the rooms but ok in the lobby.

Location and view was good. Hotel changed our room after one night that I reported to Expedia we getting sick and disappointed from our room. The second room was nice and big with balcony ocean view but everything was not working or problems in that room cause frustration and overwhelming. The room given was a smoking room on third floor it was very noisy and the room vent had strong cigarette odor. There was loud music playing through the night, having a shower curtain in the bathroom is needed. Shampoo, conditioner and lotion was missing. We had a partial view and f the ocean but 80% view of ugly building terrace. No coffee or hot water in room.

NO SHUTTLE TO AIRPORT AS POSTED. IT IS A CAB YOU ARRANGE AND PAY FOR. Rooms ok but not for price, also if on lower level you cannot sleep as entertainment downstairs which loud all night. Our room overlooked kitchen and McDonald. Definitely not worth amount it cost.

Reception staff were rude and unfriendly on arrival. Room smelled strongly of damp and we discovered the whole wall be window was blown with damp and peeling paint. They suggested another room for us which was smaller and that also smelled of damp but the wall wasn't as wet as the last one. Third time lucky They had to upgrade us to a room with balcony. So far at least first issue resolved. The rooms are in a very worn and shabby state of repair with pillow cases so thin we thought there aren't any so called for pillowcases and the girl explained that there are already cases on the pillows but because they are so old and worn they look like nothing is on the pillow! For British holiday makers take your own kettle and teas as nine are provided. No iron provided but they do a free ironing service that leave your clothes all shiny! Breakfast was a real disappointment and the quality of the products not worth the price we paid for breakfast and ended up buying provisions for our room as there was an unused mini fridge in room. If you want a quiet night dont stay in a front facing room as the road and festivities outside the hotel go on until 5am each and every night. Busboys were lovely

Pros: Decent Hotel, close to the beach and great restaurants and night life Cons: The front desk attendant tried to rip me off by saying it was extra money for additional guest and taxes. When I told him put it on my credit card, he said no and then begged for it in cash. Also the hotel is not near the “public” beach so if you want to go to the water you have to pay for entrance to a beach club. Overall, decent experience. Easy parking and if you’re staying a night or two not a bad place for the price.

My balcony overlooked the ocean--it was beautiful. The room was very clean. No carpeting or rugs on the floor, though. Bring your own wash cloth. Also bar soap (if you save them from other hotels, this is the place to bring them). There is a small shop sort of hidden on the ground floor where you can buy authentic Moroccan giftware, rugs, scarves, etc.--I wish I had stumbled upon this before my last day because the prices were insanely low--much lower than in the bazaars in Casalanca and Marrakech. The breakfast if not included in your room charge is not worth the 100 dirham they charge for it. Hotel staff speak little English, so it's good to know at least a little French or Arabic, though I suppose an English-only speaker could get by. There is a lot of staff here to help with everything. Old world charm, that way. It seems to be a hotel a little past its prime, but you can tell it must've been awesome when it was first built. Very close to the beach and many restaurants. I will recommend this place to all my friends.

We were made very welcome here and most of what was bad concerned the poor architectural standards in the hotel and in Morocco in general. The staff were all very friendly and even though we had to battle through bad traffic following the Moroccan victory over Algeria to enter the football World Cup, and ended up very late there was a porter and receptionist to greet us. The whole town was chaos but there was a real buzz. If you like night clubs there are about 5 within 50 metres. The music was loud but we live near Manchester Airport so you can get used to things. The breakfast buffet was extensive but not suited to every taste. There was something for everyone from cereal and fruit salad, through to omelette and pastries. Everything was fresh and nice and the waitresses attended well. Everyone expects a tip in Morocco and the staff were no exception. There was the slightest of indication that providing a tip would ensure better service and not the other way round. Have plenty of change in your pocket for the car parking dude, the waitresses, porters etc. Even 2-3 Dirhams is fine. The pool is very nice here although a little mirky. They work very hard on it and a pool guy comes to clean it every morning so it is safe and lovely to swim in. The rooms are comfortable and clean and the shower is great. There are plenty of stuff that needs repair but if you tell the hotel they will replace it.

It's an ok place. The pool was not so welcoming. The beach is a 10 minute walk away. There are lots of similar options in the area. I'll probably stay elsewhere next time.

A group of 3 couples stayed at Hotel Azur for two nights. The rooms were very large with a sitting area and sleeping area. The rooms were also clean and neat. Our rooms overlooked the pool area and with one exception were quiet. The corner room was under the night club and was pretty noisy. I'm not sure what's going on with this hotel; it seemed that the desk and kitchen were short-staffed. It also appeared that some areas of the hotel were not being used, almost as if it were getting ready to close for the season. In any case, the location is good, taxis are close, and plenty of options for dining within easy walking distance. The beds were also comfortable.

Checking in was a breeze. Staff spoke English very good. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The swimming pool is clean and sufficient. The hotel is located right across from the beach, restaurants and nightclubs. Water and soft drinks were a bit pricey especially since a large bottle of local water is 6dirhams but they charge 25 dirhams. Over all a good stay except the fact that the room key card was faulty and it wasn't easy opening the door. I had to request help at least 4 times trying to enter our room. I would have given this hotel 5 stars had the door opened when I needed to enter my room.

Beds are comfortable and rooms are clean. Staff was helpful. Room includes a Tv w/ western channels and has a view of either the ocean front or the city. Hotel is located in a prime spot of what used to be the "better days of Casablanca". If you are to say in this area then I definietly recommend this hotel, else try near Casa Port (east of old medina).

During the check in the Guy from the reception was so lazy that he wanted to keep my passport with him to fill the check in form during the night. I refused to leave my passport with him and he told me to wait while he filled the form. Room was OK, but noisy during the night. Hotel for one night stay and If no other ootions avaiable. Good thing is location near restaurants...

The hotel in good location but I had bad experience from their employees. since I am american but I speak arabic the waiter "Ayoub" insulted me and the Manager did not take any action, they are so rude unprofessional and they don't know any knowledge about customers service and client satisfaction. I really feel sorry for those people because they thought that they are the best and since your coming to there place they have to treat as a pathetic. Specificaly I am talking about the place where they serve breakfast GOSSIP. THE BREAKFAST IS AWFUL just save your money and go somewhere else.

Medium level of quality. Nice view on ocean but very noisy surrounding due to night clubs on street. Personnel don't speak English and not so kind. I asked for iron to my room and recieved the only one that didn't function at all. When I asked how can I iron clothes with broken iron I was told that I can pay and they will iron for me. Streets are dirt and smells like hell. Never will go to Cadablanca again.

Nothing great about this place except for the Tahiti cafe by the beach 400 m away by the ocean. Too far to walk to the Hassan II Mosque, 15 drh taxi ride away. Could smell smoke inside the room, can hear night club music at night. Would not risk taking breakfast there. But on the other hand, hotel staff was friendly, rooms are kept in good condition. Free wifi. If you dont want to overpay for Ibis and have better rate here, go ahead.

The hotel was nothing special, but it would have been fine for us had it not been for the dreadful noise from nearby discotheques for every of the 3 nights of our stay. The hotel management was not prepared to move us to a quieter room or contact the authorities to complain about the wildly excessive noise which went on from 4pm to 4am. Even if you were a night owl and enjoying yourself in one of those discotheques, you couldn't expect to rest during the day as the hotel was also noisy in the daytime with doors slamming, etc. Everything else was fine, the personnel in particular was helpful and pleasant, and the cleaning ladies were very thorough. The buffet breakfast was typical of this type of hotels, with no proper juice, bitter coffee and stale offerings, but for the price that was what I expected really. The bar was fine in the day time, but at night it was the most lugubrious place you could imagine.

The Hotel was okay the room was a double, and was clean, there wasn't much room in it to move, we only stayed there one night and were only in it really to sleep. We ate in their roof top Restaurant, which had a open view of the sea front which was nice, the food was excellent and the service good. If you just want a base to come back to this Hotel is good enough for that, if you want to use the Hotels facilities there are better ones in the area for not much more.

The rooms are very basic, but the staff really make up for it by their dedicated service. The hotel is situated in a touristic neighborhood so if it can get noisy. The breakfast is basic but the restaurant has great food and a nice view. WiFi was good in my room, but my colleague who stayed in another floor had issues. Overall good value.

The hotel to the beach is just cross the road. Beautiful scene from the room window if you are facing the Atlantic Ocean. It is noisy well over the midnight due to the party on the beach everynight. The hotel is over average to other hotels we stayed in, but still under standard compared to North American's. The towels are hardened and smelly (hand washed?); no hot water in most of the days, wifi is only reached the door way... Breakfast can be pruchased with the room and it is ok.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Hotel location is just fine exactly ahead of Mc Donald's and next to Fridays restaurants. Rooms with see view are the best, but balcony fens is obscuring your view if you sit on a chair. Surrounding area are full restaurants and night clubs. If you want to go to the old city or downtown, taxi is available with about 25 - 30 MAD. Breakfast is good and more than enough. Only one computer in the lobby is available for free internet but Wi Fi is available in all the floors. Good swimming pool is downstairs ... go ahead and enjoy outside area more than inside the hotel ... !!!

The tv satelite is only Arabic with only TVE 1 and is the connection is very bad. Too difficult to watch and or listen. The strong box could be carried out by a child (it was connected to the dresser) and since the directions to use it were incorrect the bellboy helped me. However, since the lighting in the room was so bad he had to carry the box to more light. Get it? The lighting in the room was horrible as well as in the hallway leading to the room so we had to use flashlight to open our door. Worst of all, the front desk man seemed to be annoyed when asked typical tourist questions; He did not speak English, much less Spanish. The front desk lady spoke English and she was helpful. The breakfast was minimal....Nothing special. They did not give out towels at the pool so you have to bring from the room which means bringing from your room and getting new ones later. There was also construction in the pool area so dirt and small rocks were falling into the pool. At any rate, for the money I paid, I did not think it was worth it......
