Donât stay at the Oudaya, the rooms are tired and in need of some serious updating. Our pillows were rock hard and there were no mattress protecters on the mattresses. The toilet cysteine was just perched on top of the toilet and I simply donât have words to describe the bath. The breakfast had a very limited choice, only 1 cereal, only plain yogurt and not a piece of fruit in sight unless you include the watery strawberry jam and the marmalade. The staff really let the place down, the only staff to smile during our stay were the housekeeper and the doorman. We only used this as a base but wished we had spent that little more.

It is nice hotel with pool and private rooftop. Workers really nice. During our stay they made outside repairment, so they try to be better and its great. Location was good-7km walk from airport and 4 km walk from Jemaa el Fnaa.

- Emplacement plutĂŽt correct. Dans une rue avec pas mal de restaurants, un centre commercial proche, pas mal de taxis Ă proximitĂ©. En revanche si câest une premiĂšre pour vous Ă Marrakech (comme moi) je vous conseille de vous rapprocher du souk et de la mĂ©dina ! Tout y est concentrĂ© et cet hĂŽtel est Ă 2-3 km de tout ça donc ça fait un bout de chemin Ă pied - Personnel assez sympathique
Cons: - Un petit-dĂ©jeuner plus que limite. Pas de fruits, pas de yaourt, aucune diversitĂ©, trĂšs peu de choix, peu goĂ»teux. Jâai rarement eu un aussi mauvais petit-dĂ©jeuner dans un hĂŽtel. - Une literie trĂšs inconfortable. Le lit Ă©tait dur, le bruit omniprĂ©sent (bruit de la rue, ascenseurs, portes des chambres dâĂ cĂŽtĂ©). Cette semaine nâa pas du tout Ă©tĂ© reposante pour nousâŠ. - Une chambre peu Ă©quipĂ©e, petite, pas de balcon, odeur de remontĂ©e dâĂ©gouts intense dĂšs quâon ouvrait le robinet, prise usb non fonctionnelle sur une des tables de chevet donc impossible de charger son tĂ©lĂ©phone etc - Une piscine que nous nâavons pas pu utiliser car non chauffĂ©e et Ă lâombre toute la journĂ©e. Nous nâavons vu personne dedans dâailleurs en lâespace dâune semaine, dommage car elle est trĂšs esthĂ©tique et donne envie.

L'emplacement de l'hÎtel est trÚs appréciable, à distance de la medina, mais dans un quartier vivant. Les nuits sont calmes. Les chambres, faites quotidiennement, sont trÚs propres (merci Bouchra, pour les lits et les serviettes !). L'ensemble du personnel est trÚs agréable.
Cons: Davantage de fruits au petit-dĂ©jeuner pourrait ĂȘtre un plus. Mais les crĂȘpes marocaines sont un vrai dĂ©lice le matin, ainsi que le traditionnel thĂ© marocain. L'amplitude horaire du petit-dĂ©jeuner est pratique (6h30 - 10h30).

Cons: Too many spilt level corridors with too many steps everywhere.. no good for people with walking difficultiesâŠ.. The unused large roof top had only 4 verydirty broken sunbeds on it for a hotel with over 100 rooms or more .. we were in room 57 ground floor and Couldnt sit out as many local workers painting the walls of the hotel with large sticks hanging out of windows from rooms above and wet paint everywhere⊠we had to keep the curtains shut as they were staring into the room⊠there was no plug socket for the tiny fridge so we had to put it by our bed ..

Overall Iâm happy with my stay. It offers great value for money, with clean rooms and a good location outside the busy Medina. Itâs easy to catch day trips, arrive late from the airport, or walk to the train station which is about 500 meters away. Breakfast was basic but fine. The real highlight of the stay was the cleaning lady, Zahra, honestly the best Iâve seen anywhere. Every day she decorated the room in a different creative way with towels, fixed small details, and was always friendly and warm.
Cons: The facilities are quite old and not so well maintained. The staff were polite and helpful but a bit distant. By the way there are limited spa facilities but all charged extra and rather higher priced.

Cons: La chaudiÚre qui se coupe à minuit ne nous a pas été annoncée au check in. En sachant que nous rentrons aprÚs minuit, nos douches avant de dormir étaient froides ! Une de nous deux est ainsi tombé malade (surtout au vu du temps). Une fois, en nous réveillant à 12h, la douche était tiÚde ! Au vu du temps (encore une fois) cela était fortement désagréable ! Le dernier jour, un des réceptionnistes a été trÚs désagréables et pas du tout aidant !! Heureusement que les autres membres du personnel ont été présents et conciliant !

Cons: Le nettoyage n'était pas optimal dans la salle de bain lors de notre arrivée. Mais ce qu'il y avait de plus dérangeant était sans aucun doute le bruit. I liked the cleanliness of the hotel. The cleaning lady named Badhi, who was working in the area where my room was located, was particularly helpful and did a great job to ensure my room was tidy. I also like the staff who worked at reception who were very helpful and spoke good english. The breakfast was nice also

The hotel is adequate, not the best, but it is excellent value for the price and location, with nearby restaurants and the YSL museum. The property is becoming increasingly outdated and requires refurbishment. The staff is very friendly, and the facilities are reasonable in price. Breakfast is adequate, with the majority of the dishes repeating throughout the day.

Tous les recoins de lâhĂŽtel couloirs, escaliers, parties communes Ă©taient nĂ©gligĂ©s, sales et mal nettoyĂ©s. Nous avons dĂ» changer de chambre dĂšs le premier jour, mais la seconde nâĂ©tait pas mieux. Il nây avait pas de frigo dans la chambre, et nous nâen avons obtenu un quâaprĂšs quatre jours. Aucun fer Ă repasser nâĂ©tait disponible, ce qui nâĂ©tait mentionnĂ© nulle part sur le site de lâhĂŽtel. Ă notre arrivĂ©e, nous avons demandĂ© un fer Ă repasser Ă la rĂ©ception, mais personne ne nous a prĂ©cisĂ© quâil fallait payer pour un service de repassage. Ce manque total de transparence a causĂ© un contretemps dĂ©sagrĂ©able avec la manager, qui sâest encore une fois montrĂ©e arrogante et peu professionnelle. La clĂ© magnĂ©tique se dĂ©magnĂ©tisait plusieurs fois par jour, ce qui Ă©tait extrĂȘmement pĂ©nible. Et pour couronner le tout, il y avait constamment du bruit, comme si des meubles Ă©taient dĂ©placĂ©s en permanence. Dans lâensemble, lâexpĂ©rience a Ă©tĂ© extrĂȘmement mauvaise, trĂšs loin de ce que lâon est en droit dâattendre dâun hĂŽtel. Je ne recommande Ă personne de sĂ©journer dans cet Ă©tablissement.

Cons: The manager both in bar and restaurant was not helpful. I was just asking for hot water and they said no and added that it is only available in the morning. So i got my son to get hot water in Starbucks. One thing more the air conditioning is not working properly in our room number 09.

This hotel was the finishing point for my @GAdventures tour (Highlights of Morocco). It is a large hotel set across 3 building, so can easily accommodate a number of tour groups at a time and is therefore a logical choice for tour companies. The hotel has basic rooms with the necessary amenities and there are a number of food options in the area. However, it is quite a distance from the medina and the main attractions of Marrakech and a cab ride is suggested especially in 30+ degree weather. The breakfast could be improved, as there were minimal options beside a small selection of cereal, bread and pastries. Some fresh fruit and a few local dishes would have gone a long way here!

The room was comfortable. The house keeper Nadia was excellent. The management lied as its first point of resort. I ordered a French onion soup what came was a thin pumpkin soup. In order to make my point I had to deal with the hotel manager, the restaurant manager, the chef, the waiter and a front of house manager. It took 15 minutes of argument to get them to admit they lied.

The location is very well located, you can walk to the Jardin Majorelle! The staff is very helpful and friendly, especially Oumaima and Youssef! We loved the cleaning lady on the 3rd floor, she did everything for us, e.g. the laundry and she brought us the mats for the sunbeds on the roof terrace - just nice!

Our stay at Hotel Oudaya & Spa in Marrakesh was truly one of the best hotel experiences weâve ever had. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and genuinely welcoming...beyond imagination! A special thank you to Mme. Khaoula for her exceptional room service and attention to detail. She arranged a baby cot for our little one so beautifully that it looked like something out of a dream. The room itself was spotless, stunningly clean, tidy, and arranged with such taste and care. We also want to thank Mr. Hicham at the reception for his professionalism and kindness during check-in. He made us feel immediately at home and ensured we had a perfect room for our family. Although we donât know the names of everyone, every single member of the staff contributed to making our stay truly memorable. We felt genuinely cared for throughout. The breakfast buffet was extensive, but the food was always cold, no matter how early we arrived. Towels for the pool had to be fetched from the front desk and a deposit paid, a bit inconvenient. There are two lobbies, and it seemed that no matter what you needed, you always had to go to the one you weren't at, and they were not close together. Bit of a strange system.

This hotel is stunning. It has the most gorgeous pool area, its own gift shop, a restaurant and bar, staff that would do anything for you and comfortable room, which have a lovely Moroccan feel. The location is out of the old town, but it is perfectly placed to jump in a taxi easily, get cash and shop. Iâve stayed here twice and have enjoyed both times

Die Zimmer sind sauber und werden tĂ€glich gereinigt, was ich sehr geschĂ€tzt habe. AuĂerdem ist es im Hotel sehr ruhig â man kann wunderbar ohne Störungen schlafen. Die Lage ist perfekt â ganz in der NĂ€he des Stadtzentrums, sodass man alles bequem erreichen kann. Ein besonderes Dankeschön an Herrn Hicham an der Rezeption, der immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend war, sowie an Frau Aicha, die fĂŒr das FrĂŒhstĂŒck verantwortlich ist â sie ist stets gut gelaunt, lĂ€chelt und achtet darauf, dass alles reibungslos lĂ€uft. Das FrĂŒhstĂŒck war zudem sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Ich kann dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und komme gerne wieder!

Das Hotel ist perfekt gelegen. Alle SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten sind sehr gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Mein Zimmer war im Batiment C, sehr ruhig. Ich konnte sehr gut schlafen. Matratze sehr bequem. Poolbereich sehr schön, habe des öfteren noch die Terrasse benutzt (4. Stock). FrĂŒhstĂŒck war sehr gut. Beim nĂ€chsten Marrakesch Aufenthalt werde ich das Oudaya erneut buchen.

Donât stay here. Staff are unhelpful, rooms are basic and the hotel canât provide basic equipment like irons and toilet roll. We were told to give our clothing items which needed ironing to housekeeping and to wait a day for it to be delivered back to us because they have to iron everyoneâs clothes at the hotel.

Slightly odd. Hotel was immaculate, always someone cleaning. Bar upstairs was good service-but be prepared as that barman has to serve the pool-from two floors up. Also, although there is a till upstairs, there is apparently one card reader for the hotel, which meant the poor bloke searching for it regularly- carry cash!!. Restaurant is not their best feature, we were directed outside despite no apparent reservations.. and our party needed a table for six-the only available one being indoors. Breakfast is continental style but not much in the way of cereal, just barley soup and one cereal (which i don't eat), no fresh fruit although there were a small number of dates available. Coffee and hot chocolate plentiful and there was a full salad bar! Breakfast-wise from outside restaurants, most do omelettes of various types and there are lots of fresh juices available. Rooms clean but basic and there appear to be some maintenance issues, aircon was an issue with one of our rooms, took a couple of days to get the room changed. Two of the rooms had illfitting windows. We also had a bit of a time getting into our rooms as they weren't ready, and then as we signed in the manager wanted us to be available to talk to a rep within half a hour.. at this point we'd all been awake for 24 hours+! That said- staff were really nice, hotel was clean and comfortable in public areas, central location for marrakech itself. Hotel was obviously grander in times past. Could do with a visit from Alex Polizzi!

We were amazed to find such a big and good hotel in such a perfect location. Upon arriving and during our stay we were treated so well. In our group we have some older people and some people afraid of the elevator and Mr Youssef and Mr Rachid were so accommodating and polite and helpful. Very nice to be treated so well. I was coming to Marrakech after a very busy summer of work and was looking forward to resting and relaxing and I had a great opportunity to that at Hotel Oudaya. It is a nice hotel with a good complimentary breakfast, comfortable beds, and clean rooms and public spaces. The staff are very friendly and helpful. In particular I want to mention, Nezha, the housekeeper that cleaned my room. Nezha, was wonderful and kind and made sure my room was cleaned and had fresh towels everyday.

Cons: TrĂšs mauvaise expĂ©rience Ă lâhĂŽtel Oudaya (le 17/10/2025) CâĂ©tait lâune des pires expĂ©riences que jâaie jamais eues. Le personnel Ă©tait trĂšs dĂ©sagrĂ©able et impoli. Nous avons reçu la chambre seulement Ă 19h, et malgrĂ© cela, ils nous ont forcĂ©s Ă quitter la chambre violemment, alors quâon nous avait dit au dĂ©part que le check-out Ă©tait Ă 14h. En plus, les chambres ne ressemblent pas du tout aux photos publiĂ©es sur le site. Aucun professionnalisme, aucun respect pour les clients. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet hĂŽtel ! đ

Cons: We booked this hotel to have a room for an elderly lady to rest for a few hours during the day, as we were headed to the airport by 6 pm. We called the night before but the person at reception was rude. We arrived to the hotel at 12-13pm and asked for early check-in. They said no which is fine. They said check-in by 3 pm. We left and came back after 3 pm. There was a long line of people waiting to be checked in. They finally gave us the key to the room by 5 pm after almost 2 hours of waiting with an elderly lady. She used the room for just 1 hour to rest before leaving to the airport and the bathroom was broken. If we had known we would have just paid for the VIP lounge at the airport.

Overall the hotel is average and in a decent location. My only problem is the security guard who chased me into the hotel and asked me if I was a guest. After I showed him my card I asked him if he does that to every guest. He said that he only does that to guests he has never seen before which is truly a lie. There are over 100+ guests in this hotel at any time and it is impossible for him to interact with every guests who comes and goes. If youâre going to apply that standard, make sure you ask ALL guests not just one who seems to be part of the minority.

Me and my friend came here last week, the staff were rude and unhelpful, when we would ask questions the staff would roll their eyes and was not accommodating, check in was at 2pm and we waited 2 hours for our room to be cleaned, we booked breakfast included on our trip and the food was awful (pasta, bread & butter, a few pastries, ham, potatoes, Moroccan crepes and tea) barely anything left half way through service and only had 1 juice provided. We waited 30 minutes for the pool guy to get 1 towel, they have no showers for when you have a late flight and have to check out at 12pm. We wouldnât recommend! We wonât be coming back.

Stayed with Hotel Oudaya, both with G Adventures at the end of that tour, and booked independently for a few nights They were good in letting me stay in the same room across the two bookings. The pool was always crowded when open (my photos are when it was closed) and you could hear the annoying music in my room until it closed, but I have to say I loved the room. It was easily the best room I had in Morocco. Had a fridge, had air conditioning the worked, had blackout curtains to also keep the room cool, but behind them the window was hot for drying out underwear or a shirt washed in the bathroom sink. Coat hangers actually had the top hook bit, unlike most hotels. The shower was good pressure and although didn't really use the hot water, it did exist. Bed was really comfortable, although you only really need one of the two massive pillows. Would have liked one of those I don't need my room cleaned things other hotels have to hang on door knob as housekeeping was constantly knocking and opening the door. Breakfast was an immersive wildlife experience. Other parts of Africa, you might eat breakfast with a giraffe head coming through the window, or elephants poring your orange juice with their trunk, well at Oudaya, you have bees landing on your plate or drinking glass as you eat. Heaps of them. Some you even have to save as they stuck in the food. So that was kind of a cool experience, they were there every morning. I did eat dinner there one night, wasn't a huge fan. Luckily there is a huge supermarket just to the right of the rear entrance (hotel has two entrances, so not the main reception one) across the road from the Shell service station.

a la picine mais malheureusement nous ne pouvions pas en profiter car pas propre aussi trouble que leur prix BONNE BENIADE
Cons: il ne prene pas le temp de plus jai du faire et refaire appel au resptioniste juste pour qu'il vous active la cime la télévision et le wifi non parlons pas je déconseille cette etablisemant en famille surtout que ma maman et une personne ùgée et jai payer prÚs de 600 dhirame bref je ne veux pas faire le rabajoi mais question caliter prix ces vraiment une imposture

Cons: Le personnel hormis Hichem à la réception. Le reste vous dévisage H24. Clim trop bruyante, télécommande en panne, ascenseur dangereux qui se ferme directement (attention aux enfants). Sinon bien placé !
