Tous les recoins de lâhĂŽtel couloirs, escaliers, parties communes Ă©taient nĂ©gligĂ©s, sales et mal nettoyĂ©s. Nous avons dĂ» changer de chambre dĂšs le premier jour, mais la seconde nâĂ©tait pas mieux. Il nây avait pas de frigo dans la chambre, et nous nâen avons obtenu un quâaprĂšs quatre jours. Aucun fer Ă repasser nâĂ©tait disponible, ce qui nâĂ©tait mentionnĂ© nulle part sur le site de lâhĂŽtel. Ă notre arrivĂ©e, nous avons demandĂ© un fer Ă repasser Ă la rĂ©ception, mais personne ne nous a prĂ©cisĂ© quâil fallait payer pour un service de repassage. Ce manque total de transparence a causĂ© un contretemps dĂ©sagrĂ©able avec la manager, qui sâest encore une fois montrĂ©e arrogante et peu professionnelle. La clĂ© magnĂ©tique se dĂ©magnĂ©tisait plusieurs fois par jour, ce qui Ă©tait extrĂȘmement pĂ©nible. Et pour couronner le tout, il y avait constamment du bruit, comme si des meubles Ă©taient dĂ©placĂ©s en permanence. Dans lâensemble, lâexpĂ©rience a Ă©tĂ© extrĂȘmement mauvaise, trĂšs loin de ce que lâon est en droit dâattendre dâun hĂŽtel. Je ne recommande Ă personne de sĂ©journer dans cet Ă©tablissement.

O quarto era bom, espaçoso, tinha varanda, podia ser mais bem limpo, apesar de ser arrumado todos os dias e as toalhas trocadas . O pequeno almoço fraquinho. Em quantidade mas pouca variedade. Não se fica com fome. Os funcionårios muito prestaveis e simpåticos.

This hotel was the finishing point for my @GAdventures tour (Highlights of Morocco). It is a large hotel set across 3 building, so can easily accommodate a number of tour groups at a time and is therefore a logical choice for tour companies. The hotel has basic rooms with the necessary amenities and there are a number of food options in the area. However, it is quite a distance from the medina and the main attractions of Marrakech and a cab ride is suggested especially in 30+ degree weather. The breakfast could be improved, as there were minimal options beside a small selection of cereal, bread and pastries. Some fresh fruit and a few local dishes would have gone a long way here!

The room was comfortable. The house keeper Nadia was excellent. The management lied as its first point of resort. I ordered a French onion soup what came was a thin pumpkin soup. In order to make my point I had to deal with the hotel manager, the restaurant manager, the chef, the waiter and a front of house manager. It took 15 minutes of argument to get them to admit they lied.

Our stay at Hotel Oudaya & Spa in Marrakesh was truly one of the best hotel experiences weâve ever had. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and genuinely welcoming...beyond imagination! A special thank you to Mme. Khaoula for her exceptional room service and attention to detail. She arranged a baby cot for our little one so beautifully that it looked like something out of a dream. The room itself was spotless, stunningly clean, tidy, and arranged with such taste and care. We also want to thank Mr. Hicham at the reception for his professionalism and kindness during check-in. He made us feel immediately at home and ensured we had a perfect room for our family. Although we donât know the names of everyone, every single member of the staff contributed to making our stay truly memorable. We felt genuinely cared for throughout. Highly recommended Hotel Oudaya & Spa is among the best places weâve ever stayed!

The location is very well located, you can walk to the Jardin Majorelle! The staff is very helpful and friendly, especially Oumaima and Youssef! We loved the cleaning lady on the 3rd floor, she did everything for us, e.g. the laundry and she brought us the mats for the sunbeds on the roof terrace - just nice!

Cons: We were given the wrong room upon arrival. This was eventually fixed by the lovely girl at the front desk, but she only fixed it upon a promise of me giving a good review on booking.com. The breakfast buffet was extensive, but the food was always cold, no matter how early we arrived. Towels for the pool had to be fetched from the front desk and a deposit paid, a bit inconvenient. There are two lobbies, and it seemed that no matter what you needed, you always had to go to the one you weren't at, and they were not close together. Bit of a strange system.

This hotel is stunning. It has the most gorgeous pool area, its own gift shop, a restaurant and bar, staff that would do anything for you and comfortable room, which have a lovely Moroccan feel. The location is out of the old town, but it is perfectly placed to jump in a taxi easily, get cash and shop. Iâve stayed here twice and have enjoyed both times

Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel! Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind sauber und werden tĂ€glich gereinigt, was ich sehr geschĂ€tzt habe. AuĂerdem ist es im Hotel sehr ruhig â man kann wunderbar ohne Störungen schlafen. Die Lage ist perfekt â ganz in der NĂ€he des Stadtzentrums, sodass man alles bequem erreichen kann. Ein besonderes Dankeschön an Herrn Hicham an der Rezeption, der immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend war, sowie an Frau Aicha, die fĂŒr das FrĂŒhstĂŒck verantwortlich ist â sie ist stets gut gelaunt, lĂ€chelt und achtet darauf, dass alles reibungslos lĂ€uft. Das FrĂŒhstĂŒck war zudem sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Ich kann dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und komme gerne wieder!

Das Hotel ist perfekt gelegen. Alle SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten sind sehr gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Mein Zimmer war im Batiment C, sehr ruhig. Ich konnte sehr gut schlafen. Matratze sehr bequem. Poolbereich sehr schön, habe des öfteren noch die Terrasse benutzt (4. Stock). FrĂŒhstĂŒck war sehr gut. Beim nĂ€chsten Marrakesch Aufenthalt werde ich das Oudaya erneut buchen.

Donât stay here. Staff are unhelpful, rooms are basic and the hotel canât provide basic equipment like irons and toilet roll. We were told to give our clothing items which needed ironing to housekeeping and to wait a day for it to be delivered back to us because they have to iron everyoneâs clothes at the hotel.

Slightly odd. Hotel was immaculate, always someone cleaning. Bar upstairs was good service-but be prepared as that barman has to serve the pool-from two floors up. Also, although there is a till upstairs, there is apparently one card reader for the hotel, which meant the poor bloke searching for it regularly- carry cash!!. Restaurant is not their best feature, we were directed outside despite no apparent reservations.. and our party needed a table for six-the only available one being indoors. Breakfast is continental style but not much in the way of cereal, just barley soup and one cereal (which i don't eat), no fresh fruit although there were a small number of dates available. Coffee and hot chocolate plentiful and there was a full salad bar! Breakfast-wise from outside restaurants, most do omelettes of various types and there are lots of fresh juices available. Rooms clean but basic and there appear to be some maintenance issues, aircon was an issue with one of our rooms, took a couple of days to get the room changed. Two of the rooms had illfitting windows. We also had a bit of a time getting into our rooms as they weren't ready, and then as we signed in the manager wanted us to be available to talk to a rep within half a hour.. at this point we'd all been awake for 24 hours+! We were amazed to find such a big and good hotel in such a perfect location. Upon arriving and during our stay we were treated so well. In our group we have some older people and some people afraid of the elevator and Mr Youssef and Mr Rachid were so accommodating and polite and helpful. Very nice to be treated so well. Also Mr Tariq and Mr Jawad who helped to let us feel so welcome. I want to thank everyone, the ones I mentioned and also the ones I didn't mention.

I was coming to Marrakech after a very busy summer of work and was looking forward to resting and relaxing and I had a great opportunity to that at Hotel Oudaya. It is a nice hotel with a good complimentary breakfast, comfortable beds, and clean rooms and public spaces. The staff are very friendly and helpful. In particular I want to mention, Nezha, the housekeeper that cleaned my room. Nezha, was wonderful and kind and made sure my room was cleaned and had fresh towels everyday.

Cons: We booked this hotel to have a room for an elderly lady to rest for a few hours during the day, as we were headed to the airport by 6 pm. We called the night before but the person at reception was rude. We arrived to the hotel at 12-13pm and asked for early check-in. They said no which is fine. They said check-in by 3 pm. We left and came back after 3 pm. There was a long line of people waiting to be checked in. They finally gave us the key to the room by 5 pm after almost 2 hours of waiting with an elderly lady. She used the room for just 1 hour to rest before leaving to the airport and the bathroom was broken. If we had known we would have just paid for the VIP lounge at the airport.

Overall the hotel is average and in a decent location. My only problem is the security guard who chased me into the hotel and asked me if I was a guest. After I showed him my card I asked him if he does that to every guest. He said that he only does that to guests he has never seen before which is truly a lie. There are over 100+ guests in this hotel at any time and it is impossible for him to interact with every guests who comes and goes. If youâre going to apply that standard, make sure you ask ALL guests not just one who seems to be part of the minority.

Me and my friend came here last week, the staff were rude and unhelpful, when we would ask questions the staff would roll their eyes and was not accommodating, check in was at 2pm and we waited 2 hours for our room to be cleaned, we booked breakfast included on our trip and the food was awful (pasta, bread & butter, a few pastries, ham, potatoes, Moroccan crepes and tea) barely anything left half way through service and only had 1 juice provided. We waited 30 minutes for the pool guy to get 1 towel, they have no showers for when you have a late flight and have to check out at 12pm. We wouldnât recommend! We wonât be coming back.

Menos mal que solo cojimos desayuno y de llegar a saberlo ni eso.

Stayed with Hotel Oudaya, both with G Adventures at the end of that tour, and booked independently for a few nights They were good in letting me stay in the same room across the two bookings. The pool was always crowded when open (my photos are when it was closed) and you could hear the annoying music in my room until it closed, but I have to say I loved the room. It was easily the best room I had in Morocco. Had a fridge, had air conditioning the worked, had blackout curtains to also keep the room cool, but behind them the window was hot for drying out underwear or a shirt washed in the bathroom sink. Coat hangers actually had the top hook bit, unlike most hotels. The shower was good pressure and although didn't really use the hot water, it did exist. Bed was really comfortable, although you only really need one of the two massive pillows. Would have liked one of those I don't need my room cleaned things other hotels have to hang on door knob as housekeeping was constantly knocking and opening the door. Breakfast was an immersive wildlife experience. Other parts of Africa, you might eat breakfast with a giraffe head coming through the window, or elephants poring your orange juice with their trunk, well at Oudaya, you have bees landing on your plate or drinking glass as you eat. Heaps of them. Some you even have to save as they stuck in the food. So that was kind of a cool experience, they were there every morning. I did eat dinner there one night, wasn't a huge fan. Luckily there is a huge supermarket just to the right of the rear entrance (hotel has two entrances, so not the main reception one) across the road from the Shell service station.

O pequeno almoço era apenas pouco variado, mas tambĂ©m depende um pouco do dia. No nosso Ășltimo dia estava muito bom: tinha algo que nĂŁo havia nos restantes dias-ovos mexidos e compota. Para alĂ©m do que hĂĄ nos outros dias: um pĂŁo marroquino muito bom mesmo, sumos naturais, diferentes tipos de pĂŁo, mel e vĂĄrias saladas.

Cons: In the hotel notes was written that it was possible a late check in but when I communicated the time of arrival (around 1 am) the hotel answered that check-in was not possible. I had to call twice the Booking clients assistance and finally they managed to get in touch with the hotel. By the way, they never answered my mail and Booking com mails. Upon our arrival, they asked for extra money as tourist fee.

We visited Marrakech last week, donât let previous reviews put you off. The rooms & the pool were both absolutely immaculate, the majority of the staff were extremely helpful and I think the one member of staff that wasnât so helpful boiled down to a language barrier which is completely our arrogance not hers. Itâs in an extremely central location, overall we had an amazing week! A very reasonable price for the service received.

Unfriendly staff didnât approach to offer anything just stood inside and had to be found if you want a drink or something. Breakfast was very limited. Location quite far from everything. Cons: L' isolation de certaines chambres avec vue sur la piscine . A partir d' une certaine heure la musique est entendue dans la chambre impossible donc de faire une sieste mais belle vue sur la piscine. Le service un peu trop lent dans la restauration 25 min d'attente pour un thĂ© a la menthe 30 min pour une salade caesar et aucune indulgence au bar de l' hĂŽtel si vous ĂȘtes en possession de boisson ou nourriture de l extĂ©rieur d ailleurs des affiches vous l indique Ă l entrĂ©e. Aucune exception pour les clients de l' hĂŽtel.

My final hotel during a whistle-stop tour of Morocco and it didn't disappoint. Only downside was a long wait to get checked in and having to leave luggage at reception for several hours. Once I finally got into my room it was nice, clean and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was also nice (buffet style) and location was about an 45 minute walk from the medina.

Unfortunately we were met by a rude, unwelcoming & uninterested receptionist which did not set the holiday in good stead at all. The bathroom door did not have enough room to open fully, and barely enough to walk through comfortably. The pool area was very small and crowded with an insufficient number of loungers. The extremely loud & terrible music was dreadful and spoilt any peace & quiet. This was enough for us to stay at an alternative hotel. That & the breakfast which was pretty dismal too. A few of the staff were smiley, helpful & friendly, but many weren't too. I feel this hotel has tainted a view of Marrakech.

La piscine Ă©tait top pour se rafraĂźchir, elle est au soleil quasiment toute la journĂ©e donc top pour ceux qui veulent bronzer et il y a des parasols aussi Ă disposition . Le petit dĂ©jeuner trĂšs trĂšs bon avec des produits frais, câĂ©tait vraiment le petit dĂ©jeuner que jâattendais au Maroc (mesmen, crĂȘpes, thĂ©, jus dâorange pressĂ© frais etc). Le mĂ©nage Ă©tait fait tous les jours donc câĂ©tait propre et la chambre spacieuse. LâhĂŽtel est Ă 10-15min du jardin Majorelle mais par contre il est Ă 45min Ă pied de la place Jemaa El Fna.
Cons: Pour la chambre jâĂ©tais déçue je ne mâattendais pas vraiment pas à ça⊠Le lit et les coussins ne sont pas confortables. Mon mari a passĂ© le sĂ©jour en ayant mal au dos. Il y avait pas mal de rouille dans la douche, on devait sâassurer que la chasse dâeau remontait toujours sinon lâeau coulait toute la journĂ©e, la cuve des toilettes malgrĂ© quâelle soit nettoyĂ©e a des traces grises donc ça fait sale. Le frigo ne fonctionne pas !! LâhĂŽtel indique quâil y a un frigo mais il ne fonctionne pas.. On avait une chambre cĂŽtĂ© rue donc beaucoup de bruit la nuit et pas de balcon câest dommage. En gros le propriĂ©taire devrait vraiment faire un effort et rĂ©nover les chambres parce que jâai trouvĂ© ça cher au final pour ce que câĂ©tait !

Cons: Le personnel nâĂ©tait pas trĂšs courtois par moment. Nous avons demandĂ© des serviettes pour la piscine le monsieur nâa pas Ă©tĂ© trĂšs cordial. Les toilettes ne faisaient que couler, il y avait constamment de lâeau sur lâensemble du sol de la salle de bains. Nous nâavons pas eu dâeau chaude les deux premiers jours. Lâemplacement laisse Ă dĂ©sirer, on ne le sait pas forcĂ©ment mais il y a des Ă©tablissement nocturnes Ă proximitĂ© avec des personnes alcoolisĂ©es. Les photos ne correspondaient pas aux chambres que nous avons eu, il yâa eu une erreur sur lâattribution des chambres qui a Ă©tĂ© corrigĂ©e mais cela + le fait que le personnel nâa pas Ă©tĂ© trĂšs courtois Ă notre arrivĂ©e Ă©tait dĂ©cevant.

Das Hotel hatte eine tolle Lage und das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Poolbereich war sehr schön und gepflegt â perfekt zum Entspannen. Auch das FrĂŒhstĂŒck war gut und abwechslungsreich. Ich komme gerne wieder!
Cons: Leider hatte das Zimmer einen leicht unangenehmen Geruch, der auch nach dem LĂŒften nicht ganz verschwunden ist. Ansonsten war aber alles in Ordnung.

I stayed at Oudaya Hotel for 10 nights as part of a large group. Overall, the hotel is quite dated, but the location is a strong pointâit's within walking distance to several cafĂ©s, restaurants, and the Marrakech train station. The staff were hit or missâit really depends on the mood you catch them in. Some were friendly and helpful, while others seemed less engaged. The rooms are small but cozy. That said, the hotel lacks some basic amenities such as a safe or an iron, so keep that in mind when packing. Our group was split between different blocksâsome had more updated washrooms, while others were quite dated. If possible, Iâd recommend requesting a room in the newer block. Also worth noting: some rooms had a mini fridge, others didnât, which was a bit inconsistent. One issue we experienced was with the water temperature. It was generally warm at best, and sometimes even coldâespecially during peak usage timesâwhich made showering less than ideal. All that said, for the price you're paying, the value is decent. Itâs a cozy spot, especially if youâre staying with a group. Iâd suggest exploring your options, but if youâre looking for a basic, budget-friendly stay, this hotel is a suitable 3-star choice.

Stayed here at the end of my tour to recharge the batteries before flying home, sort my suitcase, relax, and get a massage. Nice breakfast selection and lots of great restaurants nearby.
Cons: The layout of the rooms was a bit like a maze trying to find your way back. Took a couple of attempts to find your way.
