This is our second time visiting this hotel. Everything was perfect; starting from the rooms, it got cleaned everyday. There was a big variety of food for breakfast and dinner, always something to eat. The location is also great, the view is amazing from the rooms. The best thing was the animation team! Faté does great yoga in the morning and is very friendly and makes sure everyone feels comfortable!! Special shout out to Adnane, Ali, Nacer and Kamel: they are all so good at their job and so hardworking. They have a different show on every day and night to keep everyone entertained. Thanks to Almogar and the team, we will be back soon!

I have stayed at this hotel 3 times and never had a problem! I read all the negative comments and think if you want 5* Spa treatment then stay somewhere else! I will say that the bathrooms in each of the rooms that I have stayed in do need updating but the rest of the room is clean, tidy and spacious depending where you are located - I can only comment on the rooms that I have stayed in and these have always been around the quiet pool, we had our towels changed everyday and sheets were changed maybe every other day, I have never had any issues with staff they are the most welcoming people from the receptionists to the housekeeping staff and always have a smile and always say hello and even stop for a chat - the grounds of the hotel are spotless and very well kept - we have only stayed B&B and I have never had any complaints with the food or the variety of food on offer - the omelette stations are the best! The location of the hotel is great and there are always taxis outside the hotel to take you where you want to go and the beach is a stones throw out the back of the hotel which does have a roped off part for hotel guests - there are plenty of restaurants to choose from some better than others and if you walk further up the prom you will find four more - the marine is lovely for a coffee and again plenty of restaurants and cafes - for 7 nights and the price that you pay I think this hotel is great value for money! Noise level is OK I have never been kept awake from anything that maybe going on in the hotel mainly other guest not being as respectful! Overall I will be going back to this hotel

for what i paid, i knew i wasnt going to get luxury or even great!, so please, folks do youre research, the hotel itself is perfectly fine, the grounds are well kept, and its very spacious, my room was spacious and clean, beds and pillows, very comfortable, great air con! where it lets itself down is the bathroom, shower curtain needs replacing, towels are grey, noticed a few pics of dirty taps... they are infact eroded, i tried to clean mines, you cant.. as a british person, the breakfast could have been a little better but there are plenty fresh rolls and pastries, and 2 omelette stations, scrambled eggs, yoghurt, fresh fruit, salad items, coffee and juice etc. i didnt go hungry! dont know about evening meals. 2 pools, 1 quiet, 1 with animation, the usual stuff. snack bar at main pool, didnt use, so cant comment, fast food cafe, not bad, also a lounge bar at night, always looked very dark, so didnt bother trying, large bar, didnt use either, if you want a dirt cheap week in the sun, this will suffice, the price i paid was on agoda, flights booked seperately, the location is what i loved, 5 mins or so to cable cars, and the marina, and right on the beach, close to many restaurants, all in all, i had a good holiday, and would return

We stayed for 1 week. On arrival we payed the 231MAD city tax in cash which is not a problem. When we checked out we were told that we haven’t paid the city tax, we asked them to check cctv as we knew we definitely paid. We had to pay again! Make sure you get a receipt!! Room was poor not worth 4 start, very dirty, broken toilet seat. Very limited food.

We had a double room near the quieter of the two pools, room was basic, clean and tidy. Plenty of sockets, a/c, two single beds a corner sofa, stool and vanity mirror, only one coat hanger between the two of us, small fridge and TV with English channels, hair dryer, large shower room/toilet. Staff not friendly, I think it's a Moroccan thing . We only went to the quiet pool which was perfect. Set in very well kept gardens. Don't listen to poor reviews, if your'er not happy with your room ask for another. All in all we was very pleased with our stay.

Avoid this place at all costs. Do not let the touched up pictures fool you - this place is awful. The rooms are poorly maintained and the toilets smell disgusting, the smell of which pervades through the whole room if you leave the door open. (See picture) the door isn't even sealed and bugs and air make theyre way into the room. I didn't even take a picture of their disgusting and poorly maintained toilet, because i didn't want that garbage in my phone's gallery. We got a room with 3 beds and on days 1 and 2 of our stay they left only 2 towels in our rooms post-clean. On day 3 they cleaned the room and left ZERO towels. we had to make 2 calls and make 2 visits to reception, and wait 6 hours to get our third towel. God forbid you ask them for extra towels in case you want to have 2 showers in a single day - the housekeeping staff will look at you like you asked for a kidney and will rudely refuse. The housekeeping staff are rude and unhelpful, the reception staff are ineffective at getting anything done. I tried to ask for a mat for the shower so my disabled cousin doesn't slip in the shower, and they refused to even try to be helpful. wifi in the place is patchy and unreliable, the breakfast selection is limited

As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by a rather rude receptionist whose inattentive and flippant behaviour left us feeling unwelcome. My friend even suggested we go elsewhere, but we decided to stay. The rooms were dated and in need of refurbishment, though they were adequate for our stay. On the positive side, the pool was excellent, with a fantastic animation team creating a lively and enjoyable atmosphere. The hotel grounds were well maintained, and the direct access to the beach was a real highlight. Overall, the biggest disappointment was the check-in experience.

Don’t read all negative comments, the place isn’t all bad! Stayed here 4 nights with my partner, very helpful and friendly staff. Paid £12 tourist/city tax. Room 1225 ground floor with a terrace and pretty view of the garden. Room was made up of 2 single beds, which we weren’t at all bothered by, mini fridge, tv, decent bathroom, Hotel has 2 pools, we stayed the calm/quiet side as said by the porter. Other pool is where they have all the entertainment and was busy every day. Entertainment guy Adnan who was very friendly, great guy! Also the pool guy (at the quiet pool) great lad, very helpful with seeing to people who couldn’t find a sun lounger and putting umbrella up. We had breakfast and dinner, never experienced a Moroccan breakfast before so didn’t know what to expect, we mainly stuck with fruit and the Moroccan crepes. There was a lot of variety at dinner, grilled chicken, rice, chips, salad, we ate in the restaurant twice and our last night we ate out. Fast food restaurant on site we ate twice in, reasonably priced, tasty food! One morning We grabbed drinks and left them at the table to go get food, when we returned they were gone. Drinks don’t come with dinner in the evenings so these would need to be purchased. There is security on the entrance and occasionally walking around the grounds. Beautiful garden to walk around, the complex is big. Luggage storage is available free of charge. Upon reading previous reviews people mentioned WiFi only be available in reception area, it’s in fact available across the complex. Overall we had a pleasant stay and would go back to Agadir in the future.

My experience at Al Moggar was excellent. I have stayed there many times in the past too. Everytime I go to Agadir I book this place. The staff are very welcoming and on point with the items we need as guests. The cleaning staff are so kind and very attentive particularly Sara Crimo. She's is so nice and polite and actually goes out of her way to help. It was my birthday while I was there, I went out on an excursion when I came back, all the bedroom and bathroom was clean with Swan towels made up and flower petals displayed everywhere. So kind bless her.

I would like to start with that the facilities were amazing and the hotel staff were very nice as well as the hotel itself in general. However one incident which occurred affected the whole trip here is the story. Me and my fiance love dogs and my fiance runs a dog sanctuary in Egypt for strays. One of the days on our trip on an extremely hot day there was no shade in sight and no water for the dogs in the street who were ear clipped (vaccinated) and neutered so no aggression. Me and my fiance decided to go the beach and they followed us panting and just collapsed next to us out of heat exhaustion. My fiance from her experience with strays in heat decided to go get them water as they were laying in the shade next to our sunbed. At this point the lifeguard did not say anything about the dogs sitting there didn't bother them and left them to sit in the shade. Me and my fiance got really hot which shows how bad the heat was and decided to run to the ocean to cool down, running because of how hot the sand was. The minute we got up and went the lifeguard got a stick and chased the dogs away who ran to us and just fell on the sand as it was just too hot to move. We then took them back to the sunbeds put them in the shade and gave them water. 15 minutes later the lifeguard returns and starts shouting at us saying that there are not dogs allowed, he did not mention this prior, whilst the dogs were there we said you didnt say that before and they are sleeping no children in sight and they are not harming or annoying anyone the minute they do we will move them on. The lifeguard decided to start insulting me and my fiance saying "do we have no brains are we stupid" and went and got the stick and smacked right behind my fiance's sunbead where her head was the scare away the dogs.n I then stood up in disbelief that something so awful had been done and started saying that he should not have done that, at which point he firmly gripped his stick and walked right up to me saying do we have a problem if so go to reception about it whilst trying to intimidate me. We then left to go and tell reception what had happened both in English and in arabic as my fiance is fluent in it to make sure they understood, they said they would call us after they told the manager and no such call happened and never said anything more about it. Me and my fiance were absolutely horrified by the behaviour displayed by the lifeguard through his attitude, his actions and the treatment to us and to a helpless animal. We were very disappointed by this incident as the hotel really is amazing and we really did enjoy our stay and would stay again however the disrespectful incident has to be mentioned.

This is not the first time that I have stayed at this hotel and it has improved enormously. The rooms have had a make over and now have air conditioning and a fridge. Bedding is comfortable and the bathroom was fine. There are two different pool areas at either end of the holiday complex. Each with a different feel. The buffet breakfast and dinner were great with lots of choice. I would rate this hotel as in between the top end hotels and the budget hotels in the area. Definitely worth the money and recommended

Absolutely shocking service from reception, they do not care about their guests at all, when I wanted to check in I was told "one minute" however waited more than 15 mins, even though there was no other customers. once I have checked in I asked them where my room is, "go straight" there was no straight! you would think at least they will show you or direct you to the room properly. I had to look for the room for more than 20 mins carrying my luggage and bag. when I finally found my room asking people who are staying there, there was mud and sand all over my shower, paint were coming off the wall, just looked messy. no kettle, tea, sugar or anything at all. they called them selves 4* hotel, you will get more for your money if you stay in a budget room. I contacted last minute.com, they told me to go to the reception as I should be getting basic stuffs such as kettle. I even offered to pay if I can get a iron and kettle they said no. however they did change the room, little bit better than the last one but no appliances or accessories. during breakfast you can have water, tea/coffee with your breakfast. BUT during dinner they wont even allow you to drink water, you have to buy your own water/drink. I have never seen a BAD SERVICE from a hotel like that, I got to two different countries every year by far this experience was the worst. good thing is beach is very close, and the cleaning staff/ cooks are very friendly.

The concierge took our luggage & us to the room. Upon entering the room we found out it hadn't even been clean after the last check out. The bed sheets were filthy along with the pillows. The shower head was hanging on the wall with the holder broken, TV had few Arabic & French channels nothing else. Wifi wasn't working in the room. So after one day there we asked for another room. This room once we shifted into it we found out AC wasn't working, there were no visible sockets for our phone chargers, and only one socket was there behind the bed drawer. The AC was repaired by gassing it and it worked OK for about a day & then same problem. Everyday the engineer came gased it up & there you go. And everytime to call an engineer out had to call several times to the reception & a few hours waiting on each occasion. No wifi in the room, fridge had to be repaired as no cold water was available. Never coming to this place again. Everyone beaware of this 0 star place. Breakfast is average...Staff are good..

Arrived in Evening, check in was quick however the room I was allocated was awful. Small with no balcony or terrace just really basic. One plug socket under table that was loose. Reception said to return in morning to change room. To be fair they changed room no quibble and was given much better room with terrace so pleased with that. So it’s always worth asking to change. Breakfast was awful. I’m not a picky eater but really could not find anything I would eat. I had some toast a couple of mornings but that was it . Pool areas are ok, one is really noisy with music and games if you like that. Well kept gardens and everywhere looked clean. Quite a large complex and great location .

Nice hotel friendly staff apart from a lady on reception, everyone else was superb. Breakfast was sparse but if you like omelette and pancakes you'll be fine. Pool /animation staff were great always encouraging people to be involved, pool wasn't freezing, was clean and well kept ..pool cafe food was OK.rooms were cleaned everyday cleaning staff were cheery and friendly and never touch anything left on view....out the back of the pool there's a door that leads to the beach. We will book this hotel again and recommend it to anyone looking to stay in agadir.

I would not recommend this hotel, it is nothing like in the pictures. We had booked a double room with sea view and got a twin room with a a bathroom that just shocked us: mould, stains, limescale, a really old door. The bedding wasn’t once changed in 7 days. The food isn’t various and to not give free water is just ridiculous. However, I admit the garden is really beautiful, but it is not enough to justify this price. The rooms really need an upgrade, otherwise it will be helpful to post pictures with the reality so visitors know where they are going and if they’ll accept that. Very disappointed!

When we arrived check in was quick and staff polite however no information given in regards to facilities or directions to find our room . The room wasn’t ready so dropped our bags and returned later . The room was dark , dingy and filthy!! The air con was leaking water all over the bed .We went back to reception and after an hour we were moved to a much better room . The gardens and pool areas were beautiful and location perfect . The food and staff in the main restaurant were second to none . One of the best dining experiences we have had when being abroad. Animation team were extremely friendly and worked very hard to ensure everyone had a good time . A few little things could have been better , no hair dryer or tea and coffee making facilities in rooms and toilets in reception area need some updating , loose taps and not very clean . On a whole we had a lovely holiday

Good location for the beach,Very old fashioned rooms, the pictures shown in the trip advisor and love holiday pictures are nothing like the actual hotel! The beds are basic but comfy the pillows were terrible it felt like they had knots in them requested to get them changed. Towels were only changed if we asked and we would get two bath towels and two face towels to share between 4 sharing. The toilet was in a separate bit to the bath bidet and sink. So once you’ve been to the toilet there was no sink to wash your hands would have to get out and go in the other bathroom where the sink bidet and bath was. Bath with shower head was 2/10. There was no hair dryer in the bathrooms .. lobby nice and big plenty of seating and good WiFi breakfast the same everyday not a lot of options. AC again basic only blows cold in one area doesn’t circulate through..the hotel gardens are pretty but the rooms need seriously updating .. better bathroom beds and added facilities. We paid £490pp for 5 days so not exactly a cheap hotel either. For that price I could’ve chosen a better hotel if true pictures were put on by the love holiday and trip advisors.

Honest review, hotel should be 2 stars, rooms are very dated, all the towels are discoloured, bed sheets arnt cleaned properly, no hairdryer no iron no tea or coffee facilities, no water, 2 ladies in the reception are absolutely useless and rude, I went to receptionist 4x asked for hair dryer no, asked for iron no, asked for weighting scales no, I mean zero help, 2 ladies called khadija, we ended up buying a iron, and there is a tour guide let us borrow a hair dryer, (we ended up giving him our hairdryer we bought because he was nice) spoke to a bell boy weighted our luggage scales was behind reception, so she lied) 2 days earlier we asked for late check out, Samuel said 2x you'll have no issues you can book Thursday morning, hotel isn't busy, Thursday morning comes these 2 ladies again no , not available we have 168 people coming today.. sat in the reception lounge Noone checked in.. all lies, completely useless , only good thing, door step to the beach and local shops. Breakfast very very basic. Personally l wouldn't recommend this hotel due to the lack of effort. I'd give zero stars due to the rudeness. It doesn't take much to be nice and helpful.

I have just returned from a family holiday holiday in this hotel. Two adults, two teenagers. We stayed for a week breakfast and dinner included. We had a good time. Overall, we had a good time.

The hotel is covered with bird poo, and bed bugs. I have pictures and videos of this. The room service only replace towels, fix up the bed sheets and provide toilet tissue. The wifi is absolutely horrible. Food and pool were good though. It has a lot of stairs, so if you're not physically fit, it might be difficult to move within the hotel. The staff and security specially were lovely people (excluding cleaners). The beach is not private, it's definitely a public beach, some of the other hotels have a section to themselves but al moggar doesn't. There is no kitchen or utensils in your room. The Air conditioning is ok but it's in the corner of your room near the balcony door. So it doesn't cool down the rest of the room. It's more like a hostel inside than a hotel.

This is the second time I have stayed in Club Al Moggar and for me I cannot fault this hotel - yes it has things that could be bought up to date but as a 3 star hotel I find it very relaxing, friendly and everyone is most accommodating - all the rooms are different but the two that we have stayed in have been perfectly good enough (i don't go on holiday to stay in my room) yes the bathroom could do with updating but the toilet and shower work - towels are changed everyday and there is plenty of loo roll to go around! Pillows on the bed do vary some are hard some not so - the sheets are changed every two days beds made everyday. The hairdryer and TV worked perfectly well in both rooms Breakfast unless you are the fussiest of eaters there is something for everyone - ranging from fruit, cereals, breads, rolls croissants, meats and cheese the list goes on - the best breakfast in my opinion is the freshly made omelettes and once you get to know the chef you can ask for any variation and they are happy to make this for you. Only did B&B so cannot comment on the evening meal - The Fast Food Cafe on site is amazing and so cheap they do a lovely pizza and burger - the pools are clean maybe a few more loungers could be put around the "Quiet Pool" but there is another pool at the other end of the complex but this is where all the activities take place so can become noisy - they do have a roped off part of the beach so you have that option also - you can hire a towel - we paid 100 dirhams for two towels and you can change them each evening and your deposit back when you leave. Outside of the hotel you are spoilt for choice when it comes to restaurant's again I believe that even the fussiest of eaters would find something that they liked - there is even a KFC, Maccy D's and Pizza Hut. Camels Restaurant does an amazing steak along with lots of other options, Costa Bella (Turkish) does some amazing Baklava for pudding and The Lebanese is a good choice for a Lamb Tagine!!! I love Club Al Moggar that I am planning on going back October 2025 - to me it has everything that you need for a week in the sunshine - lovely beaches - great friendly ppl, some lovely food and the best bit wall to wall sunshine

(if anyone knows their real names please lmk).they were honestly so welcoming and fun to talk to. the dancing and discos were amazing and so fun to watch. if you do decide to go there please do make sure you go to the shows as they have activities for children and loads of fun things for adults too. mario was such a kind and pure guy and would always joke about with us. he literally became family. after coming back i genuinely miss them the most and you will too TRUST ME.

Before coming to Club Almoggar Beach Garden Hotel, I read way too many bad reviews and nearly packed a tent… just in case. But wow, am I glad I ignored them! Yes, the rooms are a little old-fashioned — think charming retro, not haunted house — but we loved it, especially our sea view room. Who needs modern decor when you wake up to waves and sunshine every day? Housekeeping kept our room sparkling, and honestly, that’s what matters more than the color of the curtains, right? The staff were amazing — friendly, helpful, and always smiling. They made us feel so welcome that we almost invited them to dinner…Just kidding… Were there fancy extras like kettles, slippers, or free water bottles in the room? Nope. But at these prices, I’ll happily bring my own toothbrush and boil water with my positive attitude. The food was good — not spicy enough for my Indian taste buds, but definitely enough variety to keep everyone happy (and full). Plus, the hotel organized so many fun activities and events that we barely spent time worrying about seasoning. The best part? The ambiance and the space. The hotel is HUGE, beautiful, and a literal 2-minute stroll to the beach. It felt like we were living inside a peaceful postcard. If you’re looking for a super luxurious, bells-and-whistles experience, maybe pay three times more and go elsewhere. If you want a relaxed, fun, and friendly beach holiday with incredible value for money — Club Almoggar will surprise you in the best way.

Our stay at the hotel was pleasant, with some good aspects but also areas that could be improved. The location was convenient, and the staff were generally friendly and helpful. This hotel provides fair value for money and is suitable for a short stay. With a few upgrades in amenities and service consistency, it could offer a better guest experience.

Ensivaikutelma vastaanotossa oli laadukas ja asiallinen. Itse huoneet siistit ja puhtaat, mutta kuluneet. Aamupala oli kattava, ainoastaan laajempi hedelmä valikoima olisi toivottavaa. Kahvikoneen kahvi ei ollut suunmukaista.

I don’t often leave reviews whilst I’m still at places, but after reading some of the negative reviews which almost put me off staying here I thought I’d give a fair and honest review. We are in room 122, which is ground floor right opposite the main pool, absolutely wonderful location, the grounds are vast and kept in wonderful condition, lots of gardeners and maintenance people doing a great job. The hotel lobby is beautiful with wonderful views of the sea, the staff on check in, polite and friendly. The food isn’t Michelin star standard, but you aren’t paying that price, it’s excellent still with great variety, if you’re English and are expecting a full English, you’ll be disappointed but lots of excellent alternatives, all the waiters and waitresses are polite and helpful, a tip goes a really long way and they are extremely thankful. The maids are first class, the tiles have like a grain in them and it makes you think there’s hairs everywhere (reading previous reviews people moaned about this) there isn’t, the rooms are cleaned and mopped fresh daily, could the odd hair be missed, yes but so what?! Again tip the maid they work hard. The resort is five seconds from the beach, perfect location, we’ve had no trouble whatsoever from locals, plenty of police around keeping everyone safe. I’m not saying this is the best hotel in the world, but at the price point, it’s outstanding value and we will absolutely stay here again Look out for the aeroplane bushes

We have just returned from a 5 night stay at this hotel. This review is based on our experience and not the facilities or all staff members and definitely not the surrounding area. On arrival the hotel is dated and not welcoming staff at reception we felt like a nuisance. Our room was overlooking the pool and had a beautiful sea view it was comfortable as it states 4 star but more a 3 and wouldn't expect any different as the price we paid was a bargain so didn't expect luxury Unfortunately what I didn't expect was to feel unsafe in our own room. There were several incidents when we left our room of our personal items in draws being moved around, money (not substantial amounts) going missing also sunglasses and small make up items that may seem petty but it felt like an invasion of our privacy. Another instance was my husband was sitting on the balcony out of view of the room door and a member of housekeeping walked in without any cleaning supplies for what reason we are unsure and when he made himself known she responded with sorry and left. We hung our do not disturb on the door after these incidents and went for breakfast on return that had been taken! I reported this to the hotel who sent the head of housekeeping along with the staff member who was responsible for our room and she proceeded to look under the bed for the missing items again why and then nobody came to clean our room for the remainder of our stay. I have stayed in budget resorts very similar to this and not once have i felt this uncomfortable.

Nice "holiday village" feel, while offering privacy as well. People with mobility issues might not be able to enjoy everything on offer, due to the landscape of the location. I especially liked the spaciousness of the property, and the large reception/lounge areas.

A lovely open and spacious hotel, with open gardens and a nice outdoor pool. The gym was very tired and needs updating. Breakfast and Dinner amazing, fresh and plenty of choice. The cherry on the cake has got to be the entertainment team. Hats off to all the lads. Made friends for life and will definitely be coming back.

Al Moggar is a bit old, and it shows. It is also clear that it is possible to get a room looking right into a wall. Fortunately, that wasn't us. We had a room with a view of the beautiful sunset, a short walk from the pools (probably unheated, but nice enough for people from the cold north), and from the exit to the nice beach promenade. The restaurants there provided the food, the smells and the atmosphere I was looking for. Further down the beach, there are more modern looking restaurants and Western junk food, if one desires, but we enjoyed the more traditional beach side restaurants.

Excellent Hotel location on the beach, possibilities to enjoy long 8 km strand Atlantic, most beautifull garden, pools with different activities. Receptions help and kindness specially Mrs Leyla, Mrs Halima, Mr Abdel, Mr Nouridan. Good cleanless very huge rooms. Restoran: good fish meals every evening and plenty of others good Morrocco- and international meals. Extremly good value for money. Special thanks from me all our friends Mrs Melek, for every morning 10.30 briljant yoga sessions with yoga teachers from entertaiment hotels team under mainly Mr Ayoub responsibility. THANKS a LOT!

Left my laptop behind at this hotel. I have tried emailing calling etc and I am not receiving any response. I have also been warned that the staff treat tourists differently, with arabs or arab-speakers being treated poorer and given worse rooms. This has ruined any experience I had at the hotel. it

Large spacious hotel made up of small blocks of rooms, next to beach. Room had a large bathroom and shower cubicle and large bed. No towel rail in bathroom... strange ! Reported leaking cubicle twice ... nobody attended so I repaired it myself. Breakfast definitely not suitable for most UK people ...not just my opinion ! Evening meal was ok and payable per visit if on B&B which was good. Good alternative eating places on site. Gym needs modernization.

Hotel is managed poorly there is no concept of customer satisfaction. Rooms are dated with spiders and cockroaches crawling around. Food is awful and they don’t really replenish anything. That part of promenade is rough with dozens of stray dogs pee and poo in the sand where your children would be playing not knowing they putting their hands in dog poo. Bedsheets were not changed for the entire stay, beds are rock hard. If you stay at this hotel your trip will be ruined so make an informed decision

Our holiday experience from staying at the Hātel Club Al Moggar was far less than satisfactory and we would go so far as to say awful! We were allocated a room that was filthy, in a very poor state of repair i.e. broken draws, shower curtain rancid, rusting and broken fixtures and fittings. The entire room was in diire need of renovation and updating. There was an overwhelming pungent odour of drains, the furniture was covered in dust and the bed linen was not fresh. The room had the impression of a space that was meant for service staff or that it had not been in use for sometime. Either way it was a space not fit for human habitation. When we approached staff to request a room change - which seemed as though this was an inconvenience as no apologies were offered and we were made to stay in the room overnight after being told another room would not be made available until 12 noon the next day. We had an awful night, we were not able to use the bathroom facilities because of the state of the bathroom. On the 3rd room offer we felt this was an acceptable standard. After all this the hotel staff were hostile and unhelpful. They offered no help, support, advice or welcome package for coming to Agadir or staying at their hotel. Our stay was further ruinred by the Agadir tour offered by the hotel, which was nothing less than shockingly inadequate, as we were shunted into a taxi inbetween fares to have a whistle stop tour of the local souvenir Shops. Very Disappointed!

Very disappointing, the pictures are nothing like the reality. I believe they took the best room they have and posted the pictures. Room was dirty, walls are pealing, air condition wasn't working and smells was bad.It wasn't worth $150 a night, more like $60 worth. Be prepared to pay more $ when you check in. Keep your expectations low with this one. The only thing was good was the fact they are near the beach and the activity. I had to leave to a much better hotel, agreed to refund me but after I arrived to the US, I wasn't able to get my money back.

Booked a week at this hotel and paid for family room with pool view. The room was definitely not what we expected, probably 2*. No hairdryer, no iron, none of the usual shampoos etc you would normally find. Went out to check the balcony view to find construction work everywhere - no pool in sight and a slight glimpse of the sea behind some building work and cranes. In the morning we were woken by construction work. Went to complain at reception, the guy said he will change the room for pool view.. went to check it out and was still the same situation however now we had a view of a small unused pool - nothing like the pictures. We then complained AGAIN, this time we managed to get the room we had originally paid for. Was much better than the previous two. Don’t understand why they didn’t give us the room in the first place. Then there was the drama with an iron, they only had one apparently which is used by everyone in the hotel. We managed to get hold of it and was told we could keep hold of it, but then by evening after returning from a trip out, we received an angry call from reception to immediately return the iron. When we asked for it again two days later, the woman at reception angrily replied “NO WAY” Reception staff were really really rude, they do not know how to speak to their guests. I’ve actually ran out of space now but I have so much more to complain about. AVOID if you want to have a stress free holiday.

The photos must have been taken 10 years ago! The furniture/bed are very old and uncomfortable. The rooms were cleaned well and the staff was very helpful but the facilities are nowhere close to the number of people staying. There were no more than 100 deck chairs in 2 pools and must have over 1000 rooms. Impossible to have one unless you get up 7 and put your towel on one! Food was more or less same every day and tables extremely dirty and old! Internet only available at the reception area and I would say dont bother trying to connect at all! The hotel is ok, we’ve stayed there once before. Great location, but come during the day or there won’t be enough parking. Room was clean enough but stank of cigarettes and the beds are pretty hard and uncomfortable- plus the pillows are hard and lumpy and of varying sizes and you only get one per guest. Walls are pretty thin so noise from the night club or loud-talking guests can be an issue if you’re a light sleeper like me. Great pool and grounds for the kids. Food is pretty bad, but it’s a touch better than starving. Rooms aren’t worth the price compared to other Moroccan hotels, but the great location and easy access to the beach evens it out

Hotel room is very very basic so don’t expect perfection. In a quad room you get 2 proper single beds but the other two are not confortable? The ocean and mountain view from our balcony is breathtaking which is worth the stay. A quick walk to the beach and access to all necessaity like Mcdonald, Pizza Hut & KFC. Decent shisha lounge within the hotel as well as Spa facilities. Hotel is based in a good location. Therefore due to location and view it is worth it. I recommend this hotel.

Some grumpy individuals found fault as we came across some moaners , but we found it to be a lovely charming complex and for those with a bigger budget wanting more they should have looked else where as for us for the price it ticked all the boxes. Shortly after arrival I requested a room change because the first room smelled of sewers and the air conditioning didn't work. Also I'd requested a view and had none. After an initial good front desk experience the help offered was non-existent. The promised internet (in reception) worked less than 50% of the time. One needed to tip each time in order to get anything done. My room was serviced quite well and everything functioned - the garden was very nice and the beach was ok with sun loungers etc for guest use. Breakfast was ok to poor, many things ran out very quickly and were not replaced promptly (if at all). My biggest complaint is the number of cats which lived in the grounds - management make no attempt to control these and stupidly some guests feed them. This should be forbidden and enforced by management. Overall ok, but should I return to Agadir I'd probably choose one of the nearby hotels.

A working knowledge of French (or Arabic) is required at this hotel as English is not widely understood. The room had four single beds and no chairs or tables. There was a table and three chairs on the balcony.Towel were changed every day but cobwebs and the resident bathroom spider were not removed. The beds were extremely hard and were poorly made up such that my wife had to remake her bed most days. The TV did not have any english language channels. The grounds were attractive but seem to have been 'let-go' for the winter. Two gardeners were working on the topiary but much of the grass was long. The attractive looking swimming pool would freeze a polar bear. The mini/crazy golf was in very poor repair with some challenges rusted away or damaged making a number of holes unuseable. Most of the loungers were old and saggy making them uncomfortable. The restaurant was buffet style and consisted of an extensive salad bar which was essentially the same every day. Hot food was from a bar and was quite basic although every day there was a grill outside with variable alternatives including mild Moroccan style food. No chips. Sardines figured extensively as Agadir is the Moroccan centre for the Sardine catching and canning industries. This last detail means that the north end of the beach and marina area are occasionally subjected to strong fishy smells with a north or north west wind. Drinks are provided by friendly waiters but are not cheap and tips are sought for every service.

This had a good price and was startling for what you got for your money which included 2 swimming pools, private beach and beach just across the road along with the promenade, bars, clubs and restaurants all very close. Hotels.com advised that it was ONE MILE from the beach which nearly made me book another hotel although the map showed that it was very close to the beach. In actual fact it was just across the road. Hotel was a bit like an up-market holiday camp but for the price, I wasn't complaining!

The hotel has a towel fixation which grated after a couple of days!!! Maids swoop in as soon as you go to breakfast and clear all the towels from the bathroom. These are not replaced until 4 in the afternoon. I understand this is to prevent guests from committing the heinous crime of attempting to take bathroom towels to the pool with them since the hotel does not provide towels at the pool! Our superior room was large although the seating area had only one arnchair where we were two people. Bath room really was a disgrace, like something from the black museum, way past its sell by date. That said the pools were large and terraces pleasant and the location right on the beach with a good selection of restaurants right on the doorstep was very convenient. Worth the money? Not really we shipped out to other accomodation after three days dodging the towel police on the way.

The hotel itself (except the reception area) looks like it could do with a coat of paint but the gardens are very well maintained which helps to improve the appearance. The room was basic but clean and had a good shower which was handy when coming back from the beach to wash away all the sand. Only real annoyance was the towels as they're collected in the morning/afternoon, washed and returned in the afternoon/evening. Once night they arrived at 8.30pm which was far from ideal seeing as we returned to our room around 5pm and wanted to shower before heading out to dinner around 7pm. We opted for B&B which we couldn't have been happier with as the food was horrendous. Breakfast was an array of different breads (all stale), an egg station which did fried or omlettes and a doughnut and pancake station. There was no fruit/yoghurt/cereal in sight meaning we often skipped breakfast to avoid feeling greasy and bloated. The pools were decent though (we stuck to the quiet one but there is one with music blaring if you prefer) and there was always a sunlounger available. On the whole, the location and price we paid helped us overlook the hotel appearance but the breakfast offer was incredibly shocking for a 3* and means if we return to Agadir we'd definitely pay a bit more for a hotel with better food to start the day.
