Cons: Très mauvaise expérience dès mon arrivée. Le personnel à la réception affichait une nonchalance incroyable. Malgré ma confirmation de réservation sur mon téléphone, on m’a laissé attendre 15min pendant qu’ils “cherchaient” ma réservation. De plus, profitant du fait que c’était ma première visite, on m’a fait payer le prix d’une chambre premium tout en me donnant une chambre inférieure à celle réservée sur Booking. Une fois que je m’en suis rendu compte et que je suis descendu pour signaler que c’était malhonnête, on m’a répondu avec moquerie : « Si vous voulez, je peux vous rembourser. » Heureusement que son supérieur est intervenu par téléphone, et — par miracle — une chambre premium s’est soudainement libérée. Vraiment, il est urgent de revoir le comportement et le professionnalisme de votre équipe d’accueil.

I came here for a relaxing peaceful time, and I can say I experienced just that, I did come during a quieter time in November where the weather was hit and miss, and there wasn’t all that many people compared to the term breaks, the variety of options for entertainment during the nights were enjoyable, from a live band, white party, traditional Moroccan nights, there was always something going on, but if that wasn’t for you, they offered a quieter setting in the outside bar area, the location was perfect, just off the beach, and in walking distance to places like the souk, staff are friendly, helpful, and attentive, manager Will who was in charge of entertainment was very helpful with information and advice, the rooms were underwhelming, dated and need a revamp, overall value of the hotel was okay given the alternative hotels didn’t offer the same amenities, additional charges for using amenities like the sauna, could be looked at being reduced, the gym was non existent (if that’s something that’s important to your trip), overall 3.5/5 experience

The pool and the room that’s about it
Cons: Several members of the staff treated me with a lack of respect and professionalism, and their behavior made me feel singled out and extremely uncomfortable. Regardless of the reason, no customer should be made to feel this way. I hope the management takes steps to improve staff training and ensure that all guests are treated with courtesy and fairness- the racism in this hotel by the staff is disgusting and would never recommend this hotel to anyone

Please read all the other comments about this hotel because they are true,staff at reception are rude,and this is your first point of contact with the hotel staff!!!! Cleaning staff are nice my room was cleaned every day with fresh towels. The hotel is dated,single glassed and wall are paper thin. It is set back from the main road (motor way) and the traffic is constant day and night!!!!! So if you are coming to Agadir for some RnR don't come to this hotel!!!! Save some more money for you choice of hotel a true four star cos this one is definitely not!!!! Dodgey light fittings,1940s utility furniture,kids club what kids club!!!!

Terrible. Arrived around 830 for one night. Booked a room in the hotel - after 40 minutes of the incompetent staff not being able to sort us out we got an apartment instead of the room… facing 6 carriage way and noisy like you were directly on a highway. The decor and cleanliness awful. Hair and other stains on bedding. Waited two hours for fresh bedding and it took 3 trips to the reception and escalating to the manager. The guy with glasses on the reception- pure incompetence and zero empathy that half past 11pm it’s really about the time you need to be able to sleep! Besides trying to tell us that we didn’t book what we clearly had a booking confirmation for. Terrible.

Staff are shocking! Service was by far the worst i have experienced anywhere. From lazy staff at the bar who couldn't take a drinks order correctly, I was the only person in the queue, to the bell boy who pointed me in the direction of my room, he clearly couldn't be bothered showing me where to go. Housekeeping....deary me, all they do all day is mop the dirty tiles outside of rooms. It was near on impossible to get clean towels without complaining. Don't expect the maid to respect the red do not disturb sign on the door, she still entered to room to find me inside to her surprise! My favourite, is the three stooges at reception. What can only be described as the most bizzare check in process for guests and staff, if you stay here and join the queue then expect to wait! My partner and I required something to be printed if possible via reception. Unfortunately we were told emails were not working today and we could not print to our disappointment. The helpful gentleman did say we normally offer printing service for 20 dirhams per page. We required two sheets, the opportunist, lets call him this now, as you will find out in Morroco there is always a side hussle. He suggested we send via whats app and he can print them for us. We returned later with suggested cash in hand and an hour wait at reception to be met by stooge number 2. This man has been described in other reviews as being dismissive, rude and arrogant...he certainly lived up to this. Upon us describing the situation of being told to pay money for printing, he told us they did not offer this service. We knew fine well they did not and in all honesty i did not take too kindly to being scammed in our hotel. He proceeded to handle this situation appalingly, dismissing us as making the story up and wanted to call his collegue to verify the story infront of us. This hotel is clearly operated and run by dismissive amatuers. Location is the only thing going for it. Oh and our room, which was an apartment, was disgusting. Good luck if you stay in one of these. I want to say not all staff were poor. Many were smiley and friendly it is such a shame that the few mentioned were so shockingly bad, if it were my business they would be fired on the spot. This was my first time in Agadir, i actually still enjoyed my holiday inspite of this Just read this review and others. There are so many hotels in Agadir and many better ones. Don't hesitate to spend a little more as it will be worth

Our room was an apartment. The maids do not clean, on arrival my feet where filthy walking on the ground towels did not get changed had to ask constantly. I ended up cleaning it myself as the dirty mops with a spray are unacceptable. The food is so bad. Had to ask over and over where our drinks were. The security guards were soo lovely they deserve a recognition and where genuinely sooo nice and polite and do a great job. The reception staff are going to ruin this business the manager and owner need to look know they are ruining the hotel. Rude nasty unhelpful, honestly worst customer service ever and not good for Morocco in general .obe guy tired to scam us on reception as we asked 2 have passes printed he wanted money 💰 5 pounds, even after we put up with our dirty filthy room, and outside was stagnant water 💧

Cons: Wir sind mit einer körperlich eingeschränkten Person im Rollstuhl angereist und hatten 2 superieur Zimmer reserviert. Das Hotel ist alles andere als barrierefrei. Die Bäder viel zu eng für Rollstuhl oder Rollator. Die Pools sind nur über Treppen zu erreichen. Zum Strand sind es wenige Minuten, wenn man Treppen steigen kann. Ist man mit Rollator oder Rollstuhl unterwegs, muß man einen weiten Umweg nehmen.

To be honest nothing to like, this place has really dropped in standards of the years as I have stayed here many a times. The only plus point I can give is the sea view from my room
Cons: Service was poor, you call reception or room service and nobody answers, 3 days in a row and no answer. The breakfast standard has seriously dropped, lack of food options, bread was very chewy, croissants stale, tables dirty. Outside by pool areas the loungers were extremely worn out and dirty and possibly haven't been replaced in years, some parts of outdoor space looks like the hotel has been abandoned if you just look purely at that. The room I stayed in was poorly cleaned, floors had alot of dust, the bidet had poo stains, stingy on toilet roles, last night we ran out called reception and room service and no answered. Had to use napkins from breakfast for the morning of checking out. The fridge leaked, had water at the back, the tap in the bathroom was faulty, the water spewing every where. Like I said only positive was the sea view and balcony. The bed standard has dropped, the mattress was so soft, I sank into it waking each morning with back pain. Overall very poor in every department bar sea view and sadly enough it's not something that they need to take care of as it's a view that takes care of it self. So sad to say but Anezi Tower, this will be last time I will be staying here.

Das Frühstück war nichts Besonderes, jeden Tag das Gleiche. Die Sauberkeit ließ etwas zu wünschen übrig, da die Mitarbeiter nur grob aufgeräumt haben und die Bettwäsche nur einmal teilweise ausgetauscht wurde..

Location was good as everything was walking distance but wouldn't go with elderly as it's on steep hill and a fair walk to the beach. They should provide shuttle for beach. The Hotel was outdated. When complained no one came to sort it out. Happened second time and again no one came so we went to tell them again and Receptionist actually said to us that I am on Recetion not a maintenance man. So my friend got angry and told them it was their job to get maintenance man. They came to have a look that was it. No feedback until we went to check what was going on as we wanted to go out for meal. Receptionist told us we couldn't go out until maintenance people had been to check. 😡. Very rude Receptionist. First day they pretended they didn't know English then they were talking perfectly next day. You don't get any information from Receptionist regarding towels, breakfast time etc. They need better training in customer service. We asked if they could print boarding passes for us as we were going with Ryanair and it doesn't let you until you have checked in 24hrs before. In Morocco if you dont have it on paper you have to pay €50 to get it printed at airport. They refused saying email wasn't working. Luckily we had freinds in other hotel they printed it out for us. They need to know how to welcome guests. No tea or coffee or water in the rooms. No kettle. Machine coffee was horrible. The plus point is other than reception all other staff were friendly especially animation team, Ghani and Huda ( i think that was her name) very nice. Breakfast was nice. Manager from restaurant not too friendly. Was hard to communicate as they couldn't speak English or understand. Loved their fresh orange juice. The Hotel could be really nice if they improve the deco inside the whole place and look at basic customer services starting from Reception.

Cons: Badly maintained rooms, broken equipment such as toilet flush, weak water pressure in the shower, noisy music throughout the day from the pool - impossible to get rest in the room during the day although we had windows closed and located on the 8th floor. Every noise from the corridor was heard in the room, cleaning ladies chatting loudly , neighbor doors bipping when badly closed all the time. Horrible breakfast, could not eat anything, coffee and tea weird taste, smelly canteen. Cold and dirty water in the pool, despite mention of heated pool. Slow service for lunch - waited for an hour to get a salad and a drink at 3pm. Water bottles were served on the first day but never replenished after. Hair saloon does not do any haircut and need to book one day in advance. Hammam is cold.

Just to put this holiday into context, I wanted a last minute value for money holiday in a comfortable hotel with good food, good weather and a beach near by. I have to confess the Anezi Tower just hit the mark. When searching for holidays the key issue I faced was finding a room that wasn't based on 2 sharing and Anezi Tower was able to accommodate me as a solo traveller. As it happened I had a double room on the first floor, this had the added benefit that it was cleaned by Raja Fatim Zahar daily and the room would be spotless after I came back from my days ventures with the added bonus of ornately presented towels in the shapes of swans etc. (see photos). First night I was there, the food theme was Moroccan and it was beautiful, always well presented and the Tajine De Poulet au Citron Confit was amazing. Fish on the menu most nights and I'm assuming it came in fresh from the local harbour, always plenty of choice. The rooms themselves were tired and could well do with a revamp in the near future, this said the beds were comfortable and everything was functional which is all I was after. The pool was great, went swimming daily, weather fantastic. Staff I found helpful, in the restaurant the young staff especially were very attentive and friendly so top marks to them, the young lady and the gentleman at the entrance to the restaurant checking our room numbers, always smiling and courteous. The young girl on reception who answered all my queries again top marks. Location wise, approx 30 - 40 mins walk to the Souke (market), similar distance to the harbour along the beach. In older reviews I seem to recall it saying this hotel had a private area on the beach however when I asked at reception this was not the case, also walked to the cable car to take me for a nice scenic view of Agadir. Lots of restaurants in the area, sadly only tried out the one with being half board at the hotel, however enjoyed the patisseries in the afternoon. Beach very clean, bit of a walk from the hotel, would say around 10 mins and not the most scenic. On the whole thoroughly enjoyed my holiday at the Anezi Tower, only down side I had with the holiday was the transfers too and from the hotel arranged as part of the package with Teletextholidays with a company called Suntransfer who left me stranded at the airport on arrival at 23:30, so at 00:30 I had to get a taxi.

⭐ Avoid This Hotel at All Costs This place claims to be a 4-star hotel, but in reality, it barely meets 2-star standards. The staff need serious retraining in customer service — guests are paying customers, not inconveniences. In particular, the man with glasses at reception was extremely rude and dismissive. The rooms were filthy, and during my entire week’s stay, the bedding was never changed. Coffee sachets were never refilled, despite paying extra for a room with a kettle. Breakfast is advertised to start at 6 a.m., but by 6:30 a.m. only cereal and juice were available. The cooking stations were unmanned until around 8 a.m. — unacceptable for a hotel of this supposed standard. After returning from excursions, we found ourselves fined because towels had sand on them — even though this is to be expected at a beach destination. Once I paid the fine, I had to collect new towels myself from reception after midnight because housekeeping never arrived, even after four hours of waiting. The pools were another disappointment. The hotel advertises three pools and a hot tub, but the “hot tub” was freezing cold, and the pools appeared unsanitary — full of birds drinking and bathing in them, with no sign of proper chlorine maintenance. Overall, this hotel is extremely unhygienic, poorly managed, and falsely advertised. Save your money and book somewhere else — this was an absolute nightmare of an experience.

On arrival our greeting was not welcoming at all very disorganised. When we was eventually taken to our room which was on the ground floor we could not believe that it was the premier room we booked so we went to reception and said it was, there was no fridge no kettle and it was a room dropping to bits. The black guy on reception on the 13th October was so rude it was unbelievable he was talking down to us all of the time , no apology whatsoever 😒 when we finally got through to him he said to come bk the next day to look at another room on the 8th floor. The following day we were taken to floor 1 this room was more like what we booked nevertheless the room still needed a refurbishment, he was still being rude on this day too !!! Management need to seriously look at his attitude. Other members on reception during the week were pleasant. Breakfast was poor the toaster needs throwing in the bin and replacing. No sanitizer stations. Pool bar & evening staff work hard and were all friendly. Cleaning of therooms was shocking the bed sheets wasn't changed at all and the bathroom never got cleaned once. This hotel is more 2 star if u want a cheap getaway with the faults then its ok. The location is good, I recommend going on the agidir tour its excellent. We read all reviews before going these were mixed but I will definitely agree with the poor ones

Can I start by saying thank you to all the staff they are amazing and this review does not reflect on them. The hotel looks amazing when you pull up and walk into the Lobby but you really get a shock when it comes to your room, they are so noisy doors banging all night, double glazing is useless, the young housekeeper always gave us lovely clean towels and bedding and cleaned but that was best thing about it. Breakfast wasn’t the best but always managed to get something. The pool area is beautiful and very well kept potty hall ways and bedrooms aren’t the same. My score only really reflects on the room and breakfast but I would not stay in this hotel again.

Waste of money and horrible experience. One of the worst hotels I've ever been to. Minus the security staff who were always polite, most of the other staff were rude and not helpful. Asked for a kettle multiple times never got it and our rooms were not cleaned properly, half the time we would be left with no towels or toilet roll. This is NOT a 4 star hotel i would give it 1 star at best. They charged my friend to hold her luggage until we left for the flight and charged her! Never been charged anywhere in Morocco or abroad ever. The stars need to reassessed and reviewed.

Awful from the moment you walk in. Miserable reception staff who don't care to welcome you or help. Tried overcharging me for the hotel tourist tax - but no apology when they were caught. Check in was not available until 4pm, 2 hours late - but no apology. Photo of the room which is not representative of the overall look and condition of the “apartments”. The rooms included broken taps, damaged/non working electrics, poor condition furniture and interior. Mouldy shower/basin. Doors are so old they don't close with clamming so expect noise all the time from them and from the balcony door facing the road. Location is about 10 minutes from the beach and restaurants. Despite changing the rooms due to ants and leaks, all “apartments” were the same after seeing three rooms. The place should not be sold as four star, but as one, maybe two. Breakfast and its staff were ok, but I think they are separate to the hotel team which explain the different attitude.

We just needed a one night stop over in Agadir and having stayed in the Anezi about 15 years ago thought we’d give it a go. Sadly time has not been good to the hotel, particular the rooms, or the one we were given. We didn’t check in till after midnight and had we been staying more than 1 night, I would have refused the room. Reception area is very dated, dark and unwelcoming. Now to the room - again dark and unwelcoming but the first thing that hit me was the smell. Very fusty as if it hadn’t been used for years. The window was slightly open and we had to leave it open all night. The furniture is horrendous and decrepit. Old fashioned dark wood which could be stripped down and freshened up but was broken, scratched, split and covered in paint. Want to charge your phone? No chance! There were no plug sockets. I moved every piece of furniture I could and couldn’t find a socket. Now the bathroom. Thankfully clean but the toilet seat was broken, the lid wasn’t even attached. No toilet roll and no shower curtain and as the shower was in the middle of the bath the floor got soaked. The bed wasn’t too bad but the pillow was hard and flat with no spare. I didn’t sleep well, which was caused by a combination of the smell and the fact we had to keep the window open and it was noisy outside despite being early hours. On the plus side - breakfast was good. Varied and something for everyone. Pool area looked really nice but we checked out straight after breakfast! I didn’t want to spend another minute longer in that room. This hotel could be one of the better hotels in Agadir but it needs some money spending on it. Reception needs to be brighter and more welcoming and the rooms need totally refurbishing. Would I recommend - no! Will I be back - no!

We're just back from spending an amazing week at Anezi apartments... The apartments are enormous with excellent facilities, yes they get a bit sandy if you leave windows and doors open.. but cleaning staff are in everyday, making beds emptying rubbish bins etc etc the rooms are abit outdated in decor with european standards but match the local settings... air conditioning worked as it should, shower over bath had brilliant pressure and constant hot water. Staff throughout the hotel were friendly and always had a smile and a happy hello when passing... Shops about 5-10 walk in all directions, can highly recommend uni prix (indoor souk with fixed prices) 5 mins walk away. Beach about 10 mins walk away although down a flight of stairs... about 20mins without stairs.. Pool area spotless and alot of sunbeds around the pool.. Breakfast was buffet style with traditional moroccan food with omelette stations cooked fresh to order... would 100% recommend this complex although can't comment on tower rooms... will 100% be back here maybe try tower next time...

We were massively disappointed by this place, we went full board which we paid nearly £100 extra to go full board and when asking staff they did not do any lunch in hotel and we were sent back and forth to be told the hotel doesn’t offer full board even after we shown proof we booked this , I wouldn’t reccomend any of the food as it was cold we ended up going out to eat every day. The rooms were completely different to the photos aswell, we had to remind reception about our room being clean as it was filthy and my partner and I had to wear socks around the room due to the hotel floor being so filthy after asking them politely to clean it as we did not have the facilities to do this ourselves and our shower only stayed hot for 10 minutes at a push, I could keep going but please don’t waste your money here we were so disappointed and it really ruined our holiday.

I would certainly recommend this hotel for its great location, about 10 minutes walk to the beautiful beach, restaurants and seafront walk along to the marina. We went B&B and the breakfast was good with freshly cooked eggs and pancakes. The majority of the staff were friendly and helpful but unfortunately a few were not! One actually rolled her eyes at me when I asked for a dessert spoon! The room was clean and comfortable with plenty of space although the decor a little 'tired'. I understand the hotel is going through a refurb although they hadn't reached floor 5 yet, the one we were on... All in all, I would recommend this hotel.

The apartments are better than hotel. By no means 4 star. Bedding not changed in a week, feet were black after walking around in apartments. Breakfast is terrible, service is terrible. Sometimes you got towels some days you get none. Staff very unhelpful and lie. Come here if you like dirty rooms, the smell of urine, bearly any water to shower, terrible food, often cold and unhelpful staff. You are a big walking wallet and that's it. More like a 2 star hotel. Some people didn't even have a flushing toilet for a week and staff did nothing

Cons: I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the quality of service and management during my recent stay at your hotel. I stayed for 7 nights, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing due to multiple unresolved issues and an apparent lack of care from the staff. From the very beginning, it was clear that the receptionists and managers were unprofessional and disengaged. They appeared to have a “clock in and clock out” attitude, showing little concern for guests’ needs or comfort. Despite multiple complaints and follow-ups, the issues I faced throughout my stay were never resolved. Here are some of the main problems I encountered: The sink in my room was blocked, and it remained unfixed for the entire week. There was no Wi-Fi connection during my stay, which caused great inconvenience. On one night, there were no blankets available, and despite visiting reception six times, it took over 24 hours before one was provided. The room phone was not working at any point during my 7-day stay, making it impossible to contact reception directly. Room cleaning services were inconsistent and poorly managed. I observed only two housekeeping staff members attempting to clean all the rooms, clearly overwhelmed due to understaffing. Each time I went down to reception to request assistance, there was already a queue of other guests complaining. On several occasions, guests were visibly upset and raising their voices, which clearly indicates that my experience was not an isolated case but part of a broader problem with the hotel’s management and service standards. The hotel’s location and facilities themselves are good, but the poor management and lack of accountability from staff completely overshadowed that. It is very disappointing to see a potentially great property being run so poorly. I hope that you will take this feedback seriously and take immediate action to improve the level of service, staff training, and maintenance at your hotel.

Not gonna lie, I was dreading coming here after reading the reviews, but I’m so happy to say we had a great experience at Anezi Tower. Our apartment was basic but clean - definitely needs a revamp, especially the bathroom. The bed was very hard, although other reviews mention comfy beds so I guess it’s luck of the draw. We had a great view of the city and mountains from our balcony! In our experience the staff were all fantastic, especially our new friend Ayoub who is part of the Animation team 🫶🏻 Everyone was friendly and attentive. The swimming pools are lovely, the facilities very clean. I only had breakfast once at the hotel and it was fine, there seemed to be a lot of choice, although the coffee was pretty horrible lol. I would advise maybe taking a small jar of your own and buying some milk.

I paid for a 4 star hotel and I received a 2 star experience. I had booked a one bedroom apartment. Nice pictures on the site, but when I arrived I was disappointed. The apartment although big, was run down, tired and dirty. I asked to change it even with a room in the hotel. I was told I have to pay extra €10/night (although a room costs 1800 dirham and an apartment is 2500 dirham). I didn't pay as I already paid dearly for a 4 star, so they changed the apartment. This one was a bit better but not by much. Tired, musty. When it comes to food, although I'm a fussy eater, I could find something to eat every day. However, the cleanliness in the restaurant is lacking. The plates are dirty, the cutlery and tables are dirty. Some of the staf in the hotel are very nice, some not really nice. The whole experience was not really agreeable, so I would not come back again.

Good location about 8-10 minute walk from the beach! Food in the hotel is really nice, a lot to choose from! Rooms could be cleaner but you get what you pay for, they are fine to shower and sleep in and have a lot of space. Entertainment manager Will was really fun, caring and lovely to be around! All the staff were really kind and lovely, always checked you are okay and have what you need and take all concerns seriously. Can hear noise from the traffic outside which is normal, no complaints about that! Offer excursions for good prices in the hotel reception. In this hotel you are in the centre of most things so is a perfect location.

Pretty good experience! Checking in/out: Slow but there didn't appear to be many staff. Luggage staff were fridnly but a tad pushy to take your stuff. Hotel: Very nice downstairs and outdoor areas! Restaurant too! Our floor (#5) could do with an update with the tatty carpet, other floors were tiled. The lifts are unpredictable, 2/3 working. Rooms: Not terrible, equally not glamorous. We had a 'double superior' which was a basic room with a fridge, aircon and a stunning view of the beach and mountains! We did notice some flaws in cleaning and decor. Bathroom needs ventilation as we did see black mould which appeared to be painted over. Bed was made daily and towels changed. Restaurant/food: Lovely view over the pool, well maintained with plenty of staff clearing tables. Food was plentiful and always fresh. Lots of salads, pastas, rice etc, many hot foods and veggies, meat and pizza cooked fresh in front of you. Pancakes cooked fresh in the mornings too. Ignore comments about dirty plates or cutlery as this wasn't the case, the odd spec but nothing major. Juice, water and hot drinks available at breakfast only (inclusive of price) but nothing (not even water) for later meals - we took our own drinks in. Coffee machines are pot luck with which drinks it pours! Pool: Didn't use it was apparently it was cold (given the poor weather at the time) but looked clean. Numerous sunbeds available, make sure you get the cushion as otherwise they're not comfortable! Entertainment: Cannot comment as didn't hang outside in the evenings, we did see the entertainment team about but never watched them. We wanted to use the spa but left it too late to book, prices were good though! Local areas: AMAZING LOCATION! 5 minutes to the beach, shops, restaurants etc. Fast food chains too if that's your bag. The beach is HUGE with a beautiful long walk to the merina. Very well lit and lively. Make sure you visit the fortress on the mountain! Excursions: We arranged ours with the hotel, paid €86 for three trips and they threw in a free guided tour of the city which was well worth it. Drivers and transport was spot on 👌🏼. All in all, I would recommend this hotel for its location, food and amenities. Don't expect too much from the rooms but they were good enough to sleep and shower. My only niggle is not offering all inclusive (we went full board) as this encourages more of an atmosphere in the evenings and allows for safe drinking water during the day. Tipping culture is evident but I can't say anyone begged or expected it, and they were always so appreciative to receive anything.

Très bon séjour ! La chambre était d’une propreté irréprochable, le personnel très gentil et toujours souriant. Un grand merci à Mostafa qui a été aux petits soins tout au long de mon séjour 🙏. Le petit-déjeuner est varié et copieux. L’hôtel est également très bien situé, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable.
Cons: Petit bémol cependant : à mon arrivée, la chambre n’était pas encore prête alors que j’avais un rendez-vous juste après. Je n’ai pas pu me reposer avant et j’ai dû faire le check-in seulement à mon retour vers 19h30, avec encore de l’attente à cause du monde à la réception.

Cons: Wir haben das Hotel für ein paar Tage mit unserem 6 Monate alten Kind besucht. Leider war der Kühlschrank im Zimmer defekt, was für uns mit Baby besonders wichtig gewesen wäre. Auch der Ersatzkühlschrank funktionierte nicht. Der Föhn war ebenfalls kaputt und wurde trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage nicht ersetzt. Im Bad fehlte zudem eine Klobürste; die später gebrachte war leider schon benutzt. Beim Auschecken wurden uns außerdem Getränke berechnet, die wir nicht konsumiert hatten. Die Anliegen wurden an der Rezeption zwar freundlich entgegengenommen, jedoch nicht zufriedenstellend gelöst. Insgesamt sehen wir hier noch deutlichen Verbesserungsbedarf Diese Punkte sollten vom Management dringend überprüft und optimiert werden

Dinner- Again LIMITED items and meat NOT cooked thoroughly .on 3 occasion so it's not a one off. I WOULD NOT book this hotel even if it were free , the ONLY good thing about this hotel the staff , the staff are friendly and the location.

Well 2nd time at this hotel and booking again in February. Great place issues with apart on arrival but was sorted. Massive thanks to the little pool man such a happy little guy always made sure you were sorted for your day at the pool. Breakfast could do with more fresh fruit maybe fruit salad in bowl and bananas would be good. Our housekeeper was lovely and always done great job Food was nice at lunchtime 😋.

Hiba from the animations team was so lovely and caring towards us and is a brilliant person to be part of the team and the other animators are lovely as well and funny!

So I travelled solo to relax and unwind and this hotel definitely helped me do that, it’s clean, friendly and food was ok! What made the hotel better was Heba the entertainment girl she was so friendly and approachable although reasonably quiet it worked she made sure everyone was listened to even though she had obstacles in her way. A new entertainment manager arrived halfway through holiday as the previous was awful (rude and disrespectful of women) once he left the entertainment improved with William taking over and Heba working together gave around the pool activities, music snd dancing! The pool was lovely too clean and a good size! Thank you Anezi hotel and Heba for making it a great place to be ❤️

Absolutely loved staying here. Everyone was so lovely and friendly. Hiba ( one of the entertainers) was the kindest person i’ve ever met and made my stay much more memorable. She treated us like family. I will definitely be back just because of Hiba!! my room had a pool view, bedrooms were actually quite nice. Hotel wasn’t far at all from the beach ( about a 5 minute walk)

Good things: • Location was good, 10 min walk from beach and convenience stores nearby • Beds were comfortable Bad things: •Very dirty cutlery (plates, utensils, table cloths) •I sat on a chair which had a huge spill of salt on it by accident….. •Omelette making lady had an attitude •No signs showing if food is vegetarian or not •Every meal had to add salt and pepper to it, very bland food and there was little to no fruit in the mornings •Flies around the fresh food (cover it up!) •Drink machines displayed wrong drinks (e.g you press hot chocolate and water comes out) •TV in room broken •Plug socket in room falling out the wall •Towels taken very early and put back very late •Water pressure very poor •Shower broke on the 5th day - waited 2hours for someone to come fix it •Rooms were not swept properly, hair left on the floor •Very dated rooms, ‼️⚠️Not what the photos showed at all ‼️⚠️ However they seem to be renovating each floor (I was on 6th) so you may be lucky with which floor you get •Marks all over the bathtub/mould on the ceilings in bathroom •1 of 3 lifts are broken even though the hotel when I went was ‘fully booked’ - and it takes very long to come and would often stop at floors even if the button wasn’t pressed by anyone •WiFi disconnects frequently •Some bugs on the floor in room •A personal item thrown away by mistake •Pretty loud outside when you’re trying to sleep - due to quiz nights done by the hotel ⚠️ The location of this hotel is not worth the nightmares you will experience if you stay here - saw another 4.3 star hotel 10 minute walk away called The View which immediately looked a lot nicer. What I’m saying is go anywhere else. Other than that, not much problem with staff ⚠️ Do not be fooled by their lobby. They put more money into that than anything else to lure innocent people in ‼️ Im not looking for an apology from the hotel or anything, I just wanted to write a review to help others - I hope this discourages at least one person not to go here 🙏 Others staying in the hotel agreed with me that they wouldn’t come back here. Apart from this hotel, I loved Morocco 🇲🇦

Will never back took a bite out of my cheese burger in cafee next to pool. It was uncooked and red in the middle. Took it back. They've turned same burger cooked on outside nit inside. Returned it again. Ten mins later a man came over to me and told me they had given him my burger. He knew it was mine because it had a bite taken out. He was furious. Reported it but they not interested. No balcony, no where to dry wet cloths.refused to hive me a different room and said hotel was full but there were rooms online and hotel wasn't busy. The safe didn't work, there was no kettle, there was a full day with no towels and I wast the only one. Floor 5 is disgusting. As soon as the lift door opens up can smell the filthy carpet. I was on floor 7 and the 3 lifts often didn't work. There are to men tgat speak good English but the rest dont. Thecroom was filthy. See photos

Booked using Love Holiday after reading positive reviews and general overview of the hotel. Definitely wouldn’t recommend again nor book again. After in depth reading of Google and trip advisor reviews we were sceptical about our stay but headed in with a positive. Positives: Some friendly waiters, friendly animation team, friendly cleaners, always availability on sun loungers, food was good most days with a fresh dish being prepared both morning and night eg fresh eggs and pancakes for bfast and grilled meats for dinner. A large variety of drinks provided at breakfast only, Snack bar area offers a small but very good food and drinks menu, beautiful sunset view from restaurant area. Negatives: Hotel runs in a hierarchical manner with most managerial staff unapproachable, non hospitable and dismissive. (Hence why waiters and cleaners were a lot more attentive) Day 1 we were checked into the wrong room, and were told by front desk staff that nothing Could be done about this till the morning and that there were no more rooms available. I was told to speak to a manger in the morning regarding this. Waited 1hr and a half to speak to a “manager” who refused to acknowledge me waiting and instead I was told that the manager had attended a meeting. I had to explain the type of room I had booked for them to allocate me one. The allocated room was not the one I had booked and was told there was no more availability. (We had conversations with 2 other guests who stayed they were allocated a room they didn’t pay for, essentially a downgrade.) Rooms do not come with most of the facilities listed GYM facilities are currently under construction (with no update on their website) You have to chase staff for towels, bed sheets not changed on a day to day basis, Drinks not included with dinner, these have to be paid for separately Only 2/3 working lifts which don’t always work Overall the stay would have been better given staff attitudes and hospitality. This hotel seems happy to take your money and provide as little as possible for the price. Some negatives derive from a sense of “favouritism” for locals and their own. (This comes with no attempt of sounding like a victim but of pure observation and conversations with other guests) It is common knowledge that the rooms on higher floors (floor 7-10) are recently renovated and of accurate description online, these are the floors allocated to a select type of guest. The negatives definitely outweigh the positives, but the positives are what keep the hotel going the way it is. Definitely wouldn’t book again.

Cons: Breakfast was good, but dinner was more on a par with school dinners. Rooms were a lottery, had 2 rooms for family, but only one had kettle, fridge, water, big bin, net curtains. Towels were always in short supply, taken in morning then had to go ask for clean ones later in day. Toilet roll aslo seemed to be rationed. Whole place just unmaintained for 5 years or more.

The hotel itself was nice – clean, with good facilities. The restaurant was lovely and had a great view. Breakfast was enjoyable with plenty of variety. Lunch wasn’t included and the options were pretty limited. Dinner was nice, but drinks weren’t included – not even water – so you had to buy bottles separately. The apartments, on the other hand, were quite outdated and could really do with a refurb. On the first day I even came across a cockroach, and the staff just sprayed something while we were still in the room! Towels were falling apart and the bed was okay, but the room got really hot as the air con was only in the front room. Staff in general were friendly, but some of the reception team weren’t very approachable and often looked quite moody. The location was excellent though – everything was within walking distance: the beach, shops, and activities. The area was lively and buzzing well into the night. Overall, I’d stay here again but only in the hotel rooms, definitely not in the apartments.

Dès notre arrivée, nous avons dû attendre une heure pour obtenir les clés de la chambre, malgré plusieurs relances auprès de la réception, où le personnel semblait nous ignorer. En entrant dans la chambre, nous avons constaté que la propreté laissait à désirer : de nombreuses traces étaient visibles sur les murs de la salle de bains, ainsi que sur l’évier et la douche. Nous étions logés au 8ᵉ étage et il nous est arrivé plusieurs fois de devoir prendre les escaliers, car seulement deux ascenseurs fonctionnaient de manière très aléatoire. Le personnel de l’accueil ne connaissait pas les tarifs des prestations de l’hôtel et il était très difficile d’obtenir des informations fiables. Lors des petits déjeuners, nous devions choisir soigneusement notre vaisselle, car la plupart des assiettes et tasses étaient sales. En résumé, c’est un bel hôtel, mais il est très mal entretenu.

Die Kellner im Restaurant sind fast alle mega unfreundlich ,teilweise sogar frech. Das Essen war sehr gut und mit größter Auswahl, für jeden was dabei. Wir hatten Frühstück und Abendessen gebucht.

Miła i pomocna obsługa, hotel z 1985 roku i to widać ale niektóre piętra już są po remoncie, a dwa właśnie w trakcie remontu. Mam nadzieję, że to finalnie polepszy komfort gości. Hotel dba o to, żeby postronne osoby się po nim nie kręciły - jest ochrona na wejściach i na bramie. Fajne baseny i teren trawiasty wokół nich, nie było wojny o leżaki, nie widziałem bookowania z rana za pomocą ręczników.
Cons: Lokalizacja w centrum miasta - niestety głośno - słychać ruch z okolicznych ulic (ciągłe trąbienie np.) oraz imprezy organizowane do północy w okolicznych hotelach. Dodatkowo animacje przy basenie z tak głośną muzyką, że ciężko było rozmawiać nie mówiąc już nic o spokojnym wypoczynku. Po wejściu pierwszy raz do pokoju klima ustawiona na 16 stopni i czuć totalny zaduch - dopiero po wyłączeniu i ciągłym wietrzeniu udało się pozbyć nieprzyjemnych zapachów. Na śniadaniu lepiej być wcześniej 8-8.30 bo potem jest taki ruch, że wszystkie dania znikają w okamgnieniu i obsługa nie nadąża uzupełniać.

Pommeau de douche du haut qui fuit du coup inutilisable. 1 ascenseur sur 3 en panne et les ascenseur très long ou ne s’arrêtent pas à l’étage ils descendent sans s’arrêter, c’est pas tous le temps mai quand même, lumière du balcon ne fonctionnait pas, au petit déjeuner une queue interminable à cause de la machine à jus d’orange qui galère vraiment et nécessite intervention humaine pour la débloquer) cela n’a gâchée en rien la beauté

Certains membres du personnel manque d'amabilité. A l'entrée de l' hôtel, un plan incliné est dédié aux PMR mais arrivé au dessus, la porte est condamnée 😭 donc faut prendre les escaliers comme tout le monde et galérer avec son bébé! Bref, il y a encore beaucoup d'efforts à faire 🥺

We were also bitten by something in beds (maybe bedbugs) The restaurant was the worst experience with a queu of 15 min to get orange juice, because of the orange juice machine (the one that we found in supermakets) is blocking. The buffet was very poor too. We decided to get breakfast in the room kitchen Garden and green spaces are not maintained Very old facilities (including the pool terrace and flooring) Probably my worst experience. This hotel deserves much more since it is in a very good location and got a nice space/area. To be fare, the 2 rooms suite was big, if only was correctly renewed. And the tennis court was probably, with the nice location the best things in this hotel.

Cons: Die Aufzüge waren unsicher und extrem langsam. Während unseres 11-tägigen Aufenthalts mussten wir mindestens sieben Mal die Rezeption kontaktieren. Bereits am ersten Tag begann es mit der Toilette, die plötzlich nicht mehr gespült hat. Zudem fehlte eine Toilettenbürste sehr unhygienisch. Der Zimmerservice hat uns fast täglich vergessen: Handtücher mussten wir immer wieder nachfordern. Obwohl wir zu dritt im Zimmer waren, wurden nur zwei Handtücher bereitgestellt, sodass wir ständig extra anrufen mussten. Gereinigt wurde das Zimmer so gut wie gar nicht lediglich der Müll wurde entsorgt. Erst nach Beschwerden hat sich überhaupt etwas verbessert. Die Klimaanlage ist gleich zweimal ausgefallen. Außerdem war unser Zimmer in der zweiten Etage in einem sehr schlechten Zustand: alte Möbel, Schubladen, die beim Herausziehen auseinanderfallen, und extrem hellhörige Wände man konnte jedes Gespräch von draußen hören. Auch das Frühstück war eine Enttäuschung: kaum Auswahl, jeden Tag das Gleiche, und vieles wie die Pancakes oder andere frisch zubereitete Speisen war schlicht unappetitlich. Zum Vergleich: Das Zimmer unserer Mitreisenden in der 8. Etage war in einwandfreiem Zustand.

This is a truly awful hotel Many hotels in agadir are dated and in dire need of refurbishment. This is amongst the worst. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels in my time, but i dont remember ever leaving a hotel feeling so unclean. I booked a double superior room for approx £90 per night, on the 6th floor. So it wasn't cheap. Many people paid alot more. The room was awful. Yes it had a great view of the sea but that's where it ends. Very dated fixtures, fittings, bathroom and general decor. Just horrid. To top it off, the towels are so old they just feel dirty, even though they are cleaned regularly. The carpeted hallways are equally horrid and dirty as are most of the communal spaces. Apparently, there are some "premium" rooms on higher floors, which may be better but are even more expensive. The plus sides to this hotel? The lobby area is reasonable... staff do their best. Breakfast has reasonable variety. Animation team do their best. The location of the hotel is very good, just 10 mins walk to the beach. Overall... if this hotel was £40 per night I still wouldn't stay in it again. The refurbishment of this hotel is probably 15 years overdue. Terrible. Just terrible. People are so desperate that the hotel was sold out !!! .... and everyone was complaining of the poor standard of the place.

Le ménage mal fait laisse le sol mouillez malgré je prend la chambre premuime Le personnel manque de formation et la communication avec les clients est insuffisante, surtout l’équipe du matin du 19 aout . Me parle de mauvaise manière Sauf le gérant qui etais super gentille (abdellha je crois) Le service des chambres n’est pas satisfaisant : impossible d’accéder à la chambre avant 15h et il faut la quitter à 12h, ce qui n’est pas logique. L’eau : une seule bouteille fournie, et il faut acheter le reste. En résumé, l’hôtel doit améliorer le service et la formation du personnel pour justifier son prix.

The location is fantastic and the view from our premium sea view room was brilliant. The swimming pool is a great size and the animation team were very entertaining! Most of the staff were lovely and worked so hard. The breakfast has a good selection and the bed was very comfortable.
Cons: The room was not very clean when we arrived and things like toiletries and coffee pods were missing. The room was “premium “ but the furniture is not great quality. The lifts are very slow and rickety and we got trapped in one for about 20 mins with no communication from staff about what they were doing to help. This was a frightening experience.

Zero hospitality, zero smile, just rude stares. The breakfast itself was a disaster: stale bread, cheap ingredients, and no variety. Definitely not what you would expect for this price range. Overall, this was one of the most overrated hotel experiences I’ve had. Terrible breakfast, rude staff, poor service, overpriced, and no sense of quality control. Strongly not recommended – look elsewhere if you want a real 4-star experience.

L’hôtel est agréable. Notre chambre était très bien. La literie était très confortable. Le personnel est réactif. Les femmes de chambres assurent. Le petit déjeuner est très bon avec quelqu’un pour servir le thé, quelqu’un pour faire cuire les œufs et quelqu’un pour les msemens.
Cons: Le petit déjeuner est bon mais ce n’est pas forcément un moment agréable car on passe la matinée à faire la queu, 10 minutes pour les œufs, 15 minutes pour les msemen et au final on y passe 1h pour être assis à peine à table. Si vous voulez ne pas faire la queue il faut y aller à 07h ou 07h30. Je n’ai pas aimé aussi les ascenseurs, seulement trois, pour 200 chambres, il faut parfois attendre beaucoup.

I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel, as our stay was extremely disappointing. The staff were rude and showed no empathy when our rooms were given to us late. They even spoke about us in Berber and French. At the pool, there was a sign banning burkinis, which felt especially inappropriate in a Muslim country. Housekeeping was unreliable—towels were rarely replaced, and on some days, no one came to clean at all. My room door wouldn’t close properly, and despite needing to leave, it took maintenance two hours to respond. There was no sense of urgency. The manager apologised but laughed during the conversation, which felt deeply unprofessional. Overall, the staff lacked basic customer service skills. The rooms had both a fly problem and damp issues. If I could, I would give this hotel zero stars.

Nous avons séjourné à l’hôtel Anezi Tower il y a 15 jours et avons passé un séjour globalement agréable. Ce que nous avons particulièrement aimé : l’emplacement parfait, à seulement 5 à 10 minutes à pied de la plage, avec une vue splendide sur la mer et toute la ville d’Agadir. Gros coup de cœur pour l’équipe d’animation, en particulier Raja (ma fille l’a adorée !) et Safa, toutes deux adorables, dynamiques et toujours souriantes. Le petit déjeuner était copieux et varié, avec en prime un vrai jus d’orange pressé délicieux. Les piscines étaient propres, agréables et assez spacieuses pour toujours trouver un transat libre.
Cons: En revanche, la propreté des chambres pourrait vraiment être améliorée. À notre arrivée, la première chambre sentait mauvais, la salle de bain était sale et les toilettes/bidet n’étaient pas bien fixés. Nous avons changé de chambre, la seconde était mieux, mais on voyait un manque d’entretien et un côté un peu vétuste. Le ménage durant le séjour n’a pas été fait de façon très soignée. Nous avons aussi remarqué que certains membres du personnel pouvaient être un peu froids, et que tous les clients ne semblaient pas recevoir la même attention. J'allai oublier la salle de fitness laissée à l'abandon et machine détériorée.

De locatie was zeer goed en het personeel waren altijd bereid om te helpen.
Cons: De eerste kamers die we kregen waren gedateerd en zeker geen vier sterren waard! De gang stonk, kamers waren oud en muf. Na ons beklag kregen we twee andere kamers op de eerste verdieping. Deze waren beter maar ook zeker geen vier sterren waard. Ik zou de hotelkamers eerder 1 ster geven. Het duurde uren om de airco in orde te komen brengen. De receptie deed haar uiterste best maar helaas werkte de technische dienst tegen. Uiteindelijk was het probleem na uren toch opgelost. Water dat wordt geserveerd in het restaurant is kraantjeswater. Aangezien kraantjes water in marokko wordt afgeraden om tanden mee te poetsen laat staan te drinken heb ik dit aangegeven. Het antwoord was dat dit water wordt gefilterd. Zelfs na filteren van kraantjeswater wordt dit afgeraden omdat dit tot maagklachten kan zorgen. Ik hoop dat Anezi hiermee aan de slag gaat. Verse appelsiensap was dan wel ter beschikking 😁.

La proximité avec la plage.
Cons: A notre arrivée, il n'y avait pas d'eau froide dans la salle de bain, le robinet du lavabo fuyait et la chasse deau des toilettes coulait sans arrêt. Malgré nos demandes, le problème de fuite n'a pas été résolu de tout notre séjour. La salle de bain était du coup infondée d'eau. Nous avons demandé un lit pour enfant que nous avons finalement obtenue après plusieurs demandes (oui oui on s'en occupe tour de suite !). Celui ci a été livré sans couverture ! Le jus d'orange etait largement coupé à l'eau pour le petit déjeuner ! Nous avons constaté une grande vétusté des équipements (porte de chambre vraiment vieilles et abîmées, moquette dans les couloirs à la limite de la moisissure.... etc) Il ne faut pas se fier aux commentaires dythirambiques car la plupart des touristes ont un niveau d'exigence plutôt bas ! Personnellement, nous ne reviendront pas !

Fomos enganados por duas vezes, no ato do check in pediram-nos mais 40€ do que estava previsto alegando ser as taxas turísticas que já estavam incluídas na reserva. No check out tentaram novamente cobrar-nos mais do que previsto pelas bebidas que consumimos ao jantar. Sim, quem for com meia pensão paga as bebidas à parte.

But what I experienced at Anezi Tower Hotel left me shocked, hurt, and in tears, and I can’t stay silent. At check-out, I had arranged for a private driver. When he arrived, the security agents refused to let him in. I tried to explain, but the man on the phone spoke to me with shouting, aggression, and no respect whatsoever. I was treated like a problem, not like a guest. I went to reception and asked for a supervisor, and instead of helping, they were cold, rude, and refused to cooperate. They even brought the security manager — who was just as aggressive and careless. The man who handled my luggage didn’t even help me put it in the car — he left it and walked away, as if throwing me out. And the final insult: a security guard personally insulted me while I was leaving. I broke down crying in the car — this is not how a hotel should treat anyone, especially someone who came to relax. But that was just the end. My entire 5-night stay was full of problems: • TV didn’t work • Room was never cleaned properly • Dirty towels • Poor communication from staff • No apology, no compensation, no effort This hotel does not care about its guests. If you’re expecting respect, professionalism, or basic hospitality, please avoid Anezi Tower Hotel. I would give 0 stars if I could.

This is a Moroccan 4* hotel standard not a British rating, more like a 3. Important to know that. So if you’re in an apartment they’re clean but tired. We didn’t mind as we’re out a lot and the view from ours was great but if you’re after luxury you need to go elsewhere. The air con was excellent tho we couldn’t fault that. If you do have issues the reception staff can be a bit stand offish, shame because generally Moroccan people are lovely. We walked in on arrival to a staff member having a full blown argument with someone. The hotel itself is nice, some say dated but I’d say traditionally Moroccan. The breakfast was lovely but we made the mistake of room only and had to pay. It’s reasonable from our perspective but you can get much better value in local restaurants. The pool area is ok, whether beds came with a cushion depended on the mood of the maintenance man who you can hire a towel off. It was like trying to track down Houdini. Went to complain to reception about lack of bed cushions and they shrug like it’s not their problem, same with the outdoor restaurant. All departments don’t work in unity and customers happiness isn’t top of the list. The entertainment team do work hard but the music is harassing, far too loud and repetitive daily. The whole complex has to endure it even if one person is leaning the rumba or aerobics! No designated area, just pool side and you get it whether you like it or not. On a whole I wouldn’t stay again but we still loved Morocco and will definitely go back!

I’ve stayed in many places and I’ve never written a negative review before, because I’m naturally a kind, understanding, and easygoing guest. But what I experienced at Anezi Tower Hotel left me shocked, hurt, and in tears, and I can’t stay silent. At check-out, I had arranged for a private driver. When he arrived, the security agents refused to let him in. I tried to explain, but the man on the phone spoke to me with shouting, aggression, and no respect whatsoever. I was treated like a problem, not like a guest. I went to reception and asked for a supervisor, and instead of helping, they were cold, rude, and refused to cooperate. They even brought the security manager — who was just as aggressive and careless. The man who handled my luggage didn’t even help me put it in the car — he left it and walked away, as if throwing me out. And the final insult: a security guard personally insulted me while I was leaving. I broke down crying in the car — this is not how a hotel should treat anyone, especially someone who came to relax. But that was just the end. My entire 5-night stay was full of problems: • TV didn’t work • Room was never cleaned properly • Dirty towels • Poor communication from staff • No apology, no compensation, no effort This hotel does not care about its guests. If you’re expecting respect, professionalism, or basic hospitality, please avoid Anezi Tower Hotel. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Absolutely terrible experience, rooms are old and run down, very disgusting. All the pictures you see in their website are inaccurate. The whole building is old and dilapidated. They keep giving us old raggedy towels that look like rags they use to mop. The bedrooms and bathrooms are mouldy. Sink was broken as you see in the photo, instead of replacing they did patch work. We asked them what that's all about they said the hotel is 4star but the apartments are 3 star, that's why they gave us rotten raggedy towels. The bath tub is old, stained and dirty. Food is disgusting. Breakfast horrible. Reception staff inexperienced rude and dismissive. Only the restaurant waiters had good customer, but the food it's self disgusting.

Our time at Anezi tower was fantastic! The food was a hit and miss but overall it could’ve been worse. We stayed in the apartments they are a little bit out dated but it’s mainly the bathroom and kitchen that needs modernising. but the beds are really comfy. No wifi in the apartments. The entertainment was really good, it just got a little bit repetitive and it would be nice to mix up the music a bit ( mainly play Spanish & French music) The staff treat us with nothin but kindness and respect ! Top tier for a family holiday. But overall our days were made special by the animation team. Especially by Abdul, amina & Safaa they were lovely and really made our holiday special. From the start they welcomed us and always tried to get us involved in activities. Always got a smile on there face and full of good vibes! Honestly the most loveable people. We will really miss you guys ☹️Thankyou for making our holiday great and we will definitely be back!❤️ Overall a brilliant stay I 100% recommend and will be back in the future.!

Eerlijk gezegd niets. De ruimte buiten was dan wel oké vergeleken bij de rest. De mannen bij de ingangpoort waren wel erg vriendelijk. Bedden lagen wel goed.
Cons: Waar kan ik beginnen, alles was gewoon oud en smodsig. Liften die lang op zich lieten wachten, rook naar sigaretten, alles kleeft, kamers waren gedateerd vooral de vloeren. En dan het eten, nog nooit zo vreselijk gegeten zowel ontbijt als diner waren smaakloos en ook het servies was vaak vies. Bij weggaan werd er niet gevraagd of het verblijf ons beviel. Ik denk met een reden..... ik zal in ieder geval niet terugkomen. Voor dat geld vind ik het slecht. De prijs kwaliteit is ver te zoeken.

Petit déjeuner maigre et des choix très limitée. Les étalages sont doublés pour donner l'impression d'un buffet grandiose. La vaisselle n'est pas suffisamment propre avec des traces de salissures et de crasses apparentes Les shampoing et les gels douches ne sont pas toujours fournies ou en quantité insuffisante pour le nombre de personnes ..... Violation de l'intimité des gens, en particulier des familles, par la prise de photos par deux photographes autour de la piscine et généralement sans le dire aux personnes photographiés.....

The hotel was in an excellent location, close to the beach, shops, and bars on the promenade, and about 25 minute walk from the marina. There a lot of steps from the hotel down to the shops/beach but also a flat path which takes a bit longer. Although the hotel had everything we needed for a lovely stay (great pool area, good selection and quality of food in the restaurant and snack bar, nice staff team) it was very tired and in need of some updating to bring it up to a true 4 star hotel. This was much closer to a 3 star hotel. Point to note re the restaurant- no drinks at all are included in your meal package at dinner time, not even water 😏 The animation team were fabulous throughout the week. There was something for everyone (or indeed nothing if that’s what you’d prefer). The pool games were fun and the magician baffling us with his card tricks at our sun lounger, was great entertainment. The photography team at the hotel was a nice touch as they subtly captured photos throughout our holiday which we were able to then purchase (print or digitally) Tip - heading to the shops/beach down the steps cross the road at the zebra crossing and visit ‘Alibaba’ shop. Imad who works there is super helpful, gives a very good price on everything compared to others, and you can book multiple excursions from there at an excellent price (far cheaper than booking through the hotel/rep etc).

Petit déjeuner médiocre avec un.jus d orange coupe à l eau ce qui le rend imbuvable... c est tres décevant surtout en étant au Maroc , et il est bien dommage de ne pas avoir plus de spécialité marocaines... Les ascenseurs ; seul 1 sur 3 fonctionnait et le temps d attente est beaucoup trop long

In camera avevamo la doccia rotta, non hanno sistemato il problema e non ci hanno proposto un cambio di camera. La pulizia è mediocre nelle camere e nelle aree comuni, gli asciugamani sono poco puliti e rovinati. Spesso tornavamo in camera e non li avevamo, per cui abbiamo dovuto chiedere di portarceli un paio di volte.... Una volta sono andata io stessa a chiederli alle signore delle pulizie e ho avuto la netta impressione che mi abbiano dato degli asciugamani recuperati da altre camere!! Inoltre la posizione è un po' scomoda per raggiungere il mare - l' hotel si trova su una collinetta per cui al ritorno c' è un po' di salita da fare....

Cons: Je tiens à exprimer ma déception concernant mon séjour dans cet hôtel à Agadir. Dès mon arrivée, j’ai constaté un manque flagrant de propreté dans la chambre. La literie semblait douteuse, la salle de bain n’était pas bien nettoyée, et plusieurs équipements étaient soit absents, soit défectueux. J’ai immédiatement signalé ces problèmes au service de réception, mais malheureusement, aucune réaction concrète n’a été prise. Mon retour a été ignoré, et je n’ai ressenti aucune volonté réelle de résoudre la situation ou d’améliorer la qualité de mon séjour. Un hôtel se doit de garantir un minimum de confort et d’hygiène à ses clients. Malheureusement, cela n’a pas été respecté dans mon cas, ce qui a rendu mon séjour désagréable. J’espère sincèrement que des efforts seront faits pour améliorer le service, l’accueil, et surtout les conditions de propreté à l’avenir.

Seul point positif : l’emplacement, stratégique et pratique.
Cons: J’ai séjourné à l’hôtel Anezi Tower et je suis très déçu de la qualité par rapport au prix et aux 4 étoiles annoncées. À notre arrivée, la première chambre était très sale : peinture écaillée, toilettes et lavabo dégoûtants, mal nettoyée… Après avoir exprimé mon mécontentement à la réception, on nous a changé de chambre. La deuxième était un peu mieux, mais toujours loin du minimum attendu pour un hôtel de ce standing : toilettes toujours sales, serviettes usées comme si elles dataient de la première guerre mondiale. Seul point positif : l’emplacement, stratégique et pratique. Je partage cette critique dans l’espoir que la direction prendra les remarques au sérieux et améliorera la qualité de l’entretien et des équipements. Cet hôtel a du potentiel, mais il faut vraiment travailler pour justifier ses 4 étoiles et respecter les clients.

Cons: Le restaurant buffet n'est pas du tout qualitatif. Peu de quantité, peu de choix et très honnêtement pas bon du tout. Exemple : le jus d'orange du petit déjeuner est coupé avec de l'eau... Inadmissible pour un 4 étoiles. Très mauvais rapport qualité prix, on ne s'attend pas du tout à ce niveau là pour le prix et pour les 4 étoiles. La propreté de la chambre laisse à désirer. Le ménage est fait à la vas vite. Pas de serviette, pas de produit d'hygiène à notre arrivée. Serviette de douche déchirée et sale tous les jours. Lit très inconfortable, balcon mal insonorisé et porte du balcon qui ne se ferme pas entièrement et très difficile à fermer. Nous avons demandé un lit bébé et avons reçu un lit à barreau complètement cassé pas du tout sécurisé, nous avons dû demander à 4 reprises pour qu'on nous le change. Les ascenseurs un véritable cauchemar ! Attente parfois de 30 min pour monter au 9e étage ... Ascenseur en panne, pas réparé on a l'impression que l'on vas rester bloqué à chaque monter et descente. Enfin le personnel de l'hôtel n'est pas du tout aimable, pas souriant et pas accueillant. Très déçu de cet hôtel !

Super séjour près de la plage, hôtel propre car le ménage est fait tous les jours, confortable, personnel poli, souriant, serviable et à l'écoute, proximité des commerces et restaurants, nous reviendrons à coup sûr.

- Superbe emplacement - Piscine et une bonne équipe d'animation - Mention spéciale pour la sympathie du monsieur du restaurant du soir qui fait les pizzas. - Cuisine du restaurant le soir plutôt variée et bonne.
Cons: En lisant les commentaires négatifs avant de réserver je pensais que c'était exagéré, la réalité est deux fois pire !!! - Des fourmis sur la table du restaurant au diner, c'est inacceptable. - L'hygiène et la propreté des salles de bain dans les chambres est très douteuse. - Avant même d'arriver j'avais insisté pour avoir une chambre avec balcon et vue, à mon arrivée pas de balcon dans la chambre, des équipements vetustes, pas de prises pour chargeurs yen avait une pour le mini bar et une autre derrière la télé, salle de bain affreuse dans tous les sens du terme qui dégage une odeur nauséabonde y mettre les pieds est une punition et je pèse mes mots. On m'a changé de chambre le lendemain, et coup de théâtre la chambre qu'on me donne ne ressemble en rien à celle de la veille et pourtant c'est le même tarif, toutefois il ya un sérieux problème de plomberie parce que la salle de bain de la nouvelle chambre dégageait également une très mauvaise odeur c'est catastrophique. - Les chambres ne ressemblent pas aux photos. - Un manque de communication considérable, on ne nous donne pas toutes les informations, à chaque fois nous sommes obligés de nous présenter à la réception pour demander une information, quand j'ai fait la remarque on me dit vous n'avez pas demandé on attend que le client nous demande. - Ascenseurs trop longs, dégradés, deux qui marchent sur trois, et aujourd'hui un seul marchait avec un hôtel surpeuplé et 10 étages au total. - Équipements vetustes : porte du placard qui se décolle et me tombe dessus, me causant une petite blessure sur le pied. - Serviettes de salle de bain dans un piteux état : c'est même pas des serviettes, des chiffons plutôt. Honte de présenter ça à la clientèle. - Pas de jus d'orange frais au petit déjeuner. - Peu de transats pour le nombre de personnes qu'il y avait.

Hotel provided everything what you needs, no feeling rush inside, good sizes apart rooms, good cleaning , inside you can feeling relaxing , staf is so nice and kind, helpfull. Close to city centre, beach, lot of atraction surrounded.

La vue splendide au 8 eme face à l'océan. Chambre confortable avec bonne literie. Repas buffet varié.
Cons: un peu trop "usine" mais il fallait s'en douter. Au pays des oranges un jus du matin avec 50% d'eau. Service de chambre moyen: 1 serviette sale apres changement. 1 couette sans housse avec un drap dessus pour faire croire à une housse ( et on dort donc au contact de la couette: hygiène ??!!). Ça doit toujours être le cas , chambre 806.
