The breakfast was very nice, overall it was a nice hotel and felt comfortable. It was a short stay so we did not explore the direct area much. The staff were nice and arranged for an airport transfer at a good cost.
Cons: The room did not have any air conditioning. I found this odd for that climate. They told me that it was cold there and there was heat in the room. They did provide a stand up fan which worked, but if it was summer I don't see how it would be enough?

モロッコの最終日の宿に使用しました。Paris通り沿いにあるので、スーパーマーケットなどでお土産を探すのに便利でした。ハッサン2世モスクからはやや離れていますが歩けなくはなかったです。治安も悪い感じはしませんでした。レセプションのおじさまは愛想がよく、帰ってくる度に笑顔に癒されました。
Cons: ドライヤーはずっと握っていないと動かないタイプのものだったので、使いずらかったです。朝食はフライトが早かったので利用していません。googleでのクチコミに汚いと書かれていましたが、普通に丁寧に掃除されており、虫もいなかったです。

Cons: Hôtel très vétuste. Le petit déjeuner et une grosse arnaque. Il n’y avait pratiquement rien à manger et le café était médiocre. Les chambres étaient sales avec présence de cafards. Attention à la position de la chambre par rapport à l présence de la boîte de nuits.

L'hotel è in una posizione comoda per visitare a piedi la parte centrale di Casablanca, circa 20 min a piedi dalla Moschea Hassan II, 10 minuti dalla Medina, 15 minuti dal Marina shopping center e dalla Corniche (il lungomare di Casablanca). Facile da raggiungere a piedi anche dalla stazione dei treni o da quella dei bus della linea nazionale CTM. Colazione abbondante a buffet stile continentale. Sul rooftop c'è un cocktail bar/ristorante dove si gode una bellissima vista sulla città.
Cons: Alla reception tutti parlavano sia inglese che francese, ma ai piani e al ristorante lo staff capiva a mala pena l' inglese. Ad ogni modo tutti gentili e disponibili.

Cons: Cada día al llegar a la habitación la llave (tarjeta) no funcionaba, teníamos que volver a pasar por la Recepción para reactivar la tarjeta (llave) y poder acceder a la habitación. El desayuno muy escaso. El aire acondicionado NO FUNCIONABA, lo dijimos al recepcionista varias veces pero no solucionaron el problema, prácticamente no podía dormir por las noches. Espero no volver jamás a ese hotel ... Chaque jour, quand nous sommes arrivée a l'hôtel pour le soir, la clé (la carte) ne fonctionnait pas. Nous devions retourner à la Réception pour la réactiver et rentrer à la chambre. Le petit-déjeuner était très monotone et clairsemé. La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas. Nous avons signalé le problème à la Réception plusieurs des fois, mais ils n'ont pas résolu le problème. J'ai eu du mal à dormir chaque nuit. J'espère ne retourner jamais à cet hôtel ... Every day when we arrived at the hotel at the evenings, the key (card) didn't work. We had to return to the Reception to reactivate it and get inside the room. The breakfast was very monotonous and limited. The air conditioning didn't work neither. We reported the problem to the Reception several times, but they didn't solve the problem. I couldn't sleep every night. I hope never to return to this hotel

Room was spotless clean , In fact the entire hotel was extremely clean and well kept , the breakfast was very basic , only scrambled egg or boiled egg and some bread and fruits . Staff were very polite and helpful . Food in the rooftop restaurant was excellent and value for money .
Cons: There is a disco /nightclub in the basement , noise until 4-30 am . If you want a nights sleep , don’t stay here .

Cons: Erg oud. Airco werkte niet. Bij 1 kamer werkte de douche niet. De vloeren waren vies. Gordijnen konden niet open van 1 kamer. En de man die met ons mee liep voor de koffers, zat in mijn tas te gluren. Er was geen parkeerplaats vrij. We moesten van het hotel ergens anders parkeren waar we iemand €2 voor moesten betalen.

Escogí este hotel por su ubicación. Es un hotel agradable y su personal es muy agradable. Es cierto que es como un hotel anclado en el tiempo. Quizás ese concepto de hotel de principio de siglo XX. Todo está muy limpio y sus vistas son bonitas. Acudí por trabajo, la cama era comoda, la ducha bien, wifi gratuito y sin problemas y buena ubicación, así que para mi cumplía todo. No es un hotel moderno tipo Barceló o NH... como digo, es otro tipo de hotel pero no por ello, no un buen hotel. Era mi segunda vez en él y lo escogí por su ubicación.
Cons: El desayuno pero no porque fuera malo, me hicieron una tortilla en ese momento de forma amable y estaba buena. Es solo que había poca variedad para una persona occidental.

The hotel is located on Boulevard de Paris and surrounded with quite a lot of cafes and restaurants. The Casa Port railway station is in 15 minutes by foot. The room was big enough, equipped with a bathtub and an air conditioner. Although our window was facing the boulevard, the street noise didn't reach us and we slept well. The hotel staff was nice, they helped us park our car: the hotel has a few private parking places along the boulevard. The room was clean
Cons: The room slightly smell with moisture or something like that. The air conditioner worked well, but only on speed 3: first two weren't seemed to be generating any cold air, and the third was powerful and noisy, too loud to sleep upon. The bathroom isolation is something the hotel should work on because it's impossible to take shower and keep the floor dry. Also there were no hot water, just slightly warm, but maybe if we had waited longer it would've got hotter.

Cons: Leider ist es überhaupt kein 4 Sternhotel. Es ist sehr laut, da die Türen nicht dicht sind. Das Frühstück ist auch nicht der hit. Und vieles im Hotel ist einfach kabutt.

L’emplacement au centre de tout et accessible à pieds. Le rooftop qui donnait une vue sur toute la ville ainsi que certains monuments.
Cons: Le petit déjeuner pas assez copieux. Certains matériel de la chambre (salle de bain) étaient casser. L’isolation était bonne de l’extérieur (route,voiture) mais à l’intérieur on entend les autres clients.

In desperate need of renovation. Very old and noisy hotel. The hotel is located near a busy road and you constantly hear the noise of traffic. It’s a nightmare to sleep there. The rooms are very old fashioned and dirty. Hairdryer and safe available in the room. Television isn’t working. WiFi is good. The bed is okay, the pillows are like stones. No one of the staff speaks English. Unfriendly staff at the restaurant. The dinner buffet isn’t up to much and there’s hardly any choice. The breakfast buffet isn’t that great either and you will only find sweet things there.

Das Frühstuck gab es gar nicht ( OBWOHL BEZAHLT), da das Restaurant am Vormittag geschlossen war.
Cons: Im Restaurant war nur sehr reduziertes Angebot: Menuekarte war sehr reduziert, aber das vorhandenes Essen war sehr gut.AN LETZTEM 2 Tagen konnte man das Wasser nur dosiert bekommen - 1 GLAS UND KEINE GANZE FLASCHE ( fürs Zimmer). Das Personal im Restaurant nur teilweise freundlich. Der Rest sehr unmotiviert ( sitzen und TV schauen) EINMAL BEKAM ICH DAS ESSEN IHNE BESTECK. ZUM GLÜCK KONNTE ICH ES MIT FINGER ESSEN. Despite the best time this hotel had a long time ago, the staff do their best to keep rooms very tidy and clean. Pretty comfortable single beds. Roof top with the perfect view on town. Good coffee. Room service including fresh towels every day.
Cons: Sound isolation is below any standard: - noise, loud music till 23:30 or even longer, don't forget to take ear plugs, to be honest I don't know if the music was coming from the roof top bar, or other disco club - noise from the street, drama, every single morning cars horn was like from the next door room - noise from the first floor breakfast restaurant, people should be educated to not drag the chair, it is not that difficult to lift up and put down the chair when moving, believe me, we had room on the third floor and from 7am we couldn't sleep when people dragged chairs. Breakfast on acceptable level, but the worst compared to 3 other places I was in Morocco during this 8 days trip, very little variation of fruits and strange scrambled eggs which I tried once and never again. What was the worst I left at the end, broken heating in the whole hotel (based on the info from reception). In December during the night is usually cold in Morocco and it was freaking cold in the room, we had extra thick blankets which helped a lot, but no heating in a 4* hotel is unacceptable. One cockroach killed in bathroom during 3 nights stay, not bad. Summaries, the 4* hotel standard is more like 2*, a lot of things have to be improved and renovated. I don't recommend it and for sure won't come back.

Overall, it was a terrible experience. When I was guided to my room, the bed was messy and dirty and when I went to reception, they sniggered at me because the room was not ready yet. If that was the case, why didn't you say so at reception first? It was super noisy at night because of in house hotel restaurant dance show. In addition, the wifi did not work at all. When I asked reception to fix the wifi problem, I was told they would send someone to fix it, but no one ever came to the room to fix it.
Cons: Poor customer service, not clean room, not working wifi. this is not a 4stars hotel quality. I would say less than 2 stars.

The location was perfect. The staff was friendly. The roof top and its staff. The size of the room was good.

The breakfast was quite nice. The beds were comfortable. Despite terrible smell the room was clean.
Cons: The whole hotel is old and in very bad shape. The room was smelling very bad. So bad that we did not unpack our things not to make them smelly as well. Common areas were smelly too. Parking means parking on a street and you have to be lucky to get place. The parking is in two lines, so your car gets blocked over night and you just cannot easily drive away. Whole area is very shabby and suspicious.

Location was great and staff excellent and welcoming. Even though we arrived earlier than expected, we were given a room straight away without any hassle nor extra fees that you would be required to pay in Europe/North America. Breakfast was good and sufficient to even picky eaters.

The lobby is beautiful, and the location is close to restaurants and a medina. This hotel is located with transportation nearby. The bathroom is outdated and in need of some repairs and overall better house cleaning. I stayed in 1 room with 2 twin beds.

Nos encanto que en la habitación hubiera una bandeja de fruta fresca, es perfecto cuando llegas cansado de viaje. La habitación muy cómoda y un colchón bueno. Toallas muy suaves y esponjosas. El hotel tiene una terraza con vistas a toda ciudad, preciosa. El personal muy amable y servicial. El desayuno muy rico, también con fruta fresca.
Cons: En la publicidad pone que tienen parking y esto no es así, pues en nuestro caso tuvimos que dejar la moto en la acera al lado de la puerta de entrada del hotel.

To be honest I totally disappointed 😞
Cons: The hotel was given 4 stars which I doubt if it goes under inspection, it wouldn't get even 4 triangles. The rooms are old and outdated. The tv is from early 2000. In a country like morroco at 30 plus degree, in 4 star hotel there isn't AC available. The breakfast was poorly represented and very little choice. At the end receptionist offered me to exchange my 100 gbp to morrocan dirhams claiming that all exchange shops are closed due to holiday (which wasn't true ) she exchange 100 gbp at the rate of 11.20 to 1 gbp( check the date of this comment against exchange rate same day) I belive booking.com should be reasonable for these hotel service or if not then shouldn't let them advertise until they improve thier services according to what they are advertising.

Cons: One of the staff was really rude I asked for a bottle of water and he asked for a hotel price however he suggested to buy it for me from a nearby shop I waited for a while only to be informed that I still have to pay extra for the water just imagine a hotel room with no fruits no water no equipment to make one’s tea or coffee!

القرب من المواصلات العامة و الموقع قريب في وسط البلد و المبنى من الخارج جميل الشكل لمحبي البناء العتيق
Cons: بهو الفندق تنقصه الاضاءة المناسبة مما يجعله غير مشجع الغرف صغيرة و تفتقر للعديد من الكماليات مثل سخان الماء و المكواة و اكواب الشاي و الثلاجة مما يصعب عليك البقاء لعدة ايام الاثاث في الفندق قديم جدا لكن يتم العتناء بنظافته من قبل العمال الافطار يعتبر اقل من جيد و لا انصح انت تحجز الفندق لأجله رائحة الرطوبة تفوح في ممرات الفندق و الغرفة التي حجزتها

Cons: It is definitely not a 4 star hotel, not even close to it. Fortunately we stayed only 1 night. Avoid!!!!!!! The worse thing was the odor of cigarette smoke in almost all areas, including the room, mixed with some chemicals for cleaning. Totally awful. Room was not super clean, passable, in the bathroom you could see spider nets (and spiders also). Shower was broken (but working). Other stuff was old and a bit destroyed. Breakfast was ok but there were little flies flying around the food in the common area. Would not stay again.

bad surprise: The picture of the roof top are fake.
Cons: The booing picture and the reviews didn't reflect the reality. It was literally the opposite. We took the hotel after a long drive. After having been "upgraded", We found out, that the room wasn't cleaned by the previous guest: used soap, towels and bed. I asked kindly in the receptionist to clean before leaving for dinner, and the receptionist confirmed. As we came back in the night, the room was cleaned. As a replacement, we had a humid room smelling of moisture. On top we had a loud noise of the disco. we had to leave the hotel after midnight and look for an alternative, a few hours before our next flight. Regarding the refund: it was possible as we were in the hotel, we just need to wait for the next day in the morning so that the responsible can do it. Off course as expected, it was a false promise. It was only possible to have the money in cash, since thew knew we are leaving the country

A very good location a short walk from United Nations Square and with easy access to the trams. It's quite a business hotel and so has very efficient service but also caters very well for tourists and regularly has tour groups visiting. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. One of the staff members has worked there for more than 30 years; it's that kind of place. I liked it a lot. We visited in Ramadan and were well looked after for late breakfasts and lunch. The bar and restaurant on the roof are really nice and we ate there a couple of evenings and could get beers there during Ramadan. There are also several restaurants nearby in United Nations Square, ( Ramses is great ) and there is a taxi rank outside the hotel so it's easy to get taxis.
Cons: The weather was terrible, but that's not the hotel's fault. Be prepared for cold rain in March and April.
