We recently spent a few days at the Amadil Ocean Club hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. For the price point, it genuinely exceeded our expectations. The animation team deserves special mention - they were exceptional throughout our visit. The hotel's location is brilliant, positioned right on the beach which made for easy access to the sea. The pools are pleasant, though the sun loungers have clearly seen considerable use and aren't particularly comfortable. There's also the usual issue of guests reserving loungers with towels and disappearing, with the poolside staff (and there are quite a few of them) not actively managing this - they seemed content to remain behind the towel desk. Service was somewhat inconsistent. Whilst all staff were friendly and impressively multilingual, meaning communication was never an issue, there was a general sense that some weren't particularly happy in their roles. Restaurant service was hit and miss - sometimes drinks arrived promptly, other times not at all. In the main bar during evenings, you needed to specifically request a proper glass, otherwise everything was served in plastic. The all-inclusive covers local brands adequately, but anything beyond that was quite pricey. Had the premium drinks been more reasonably priced, I'd have certainly ordered several. Despite these niggles, the hotel represented such good value that it comfortably surpassed what we expected for the price. If you're looking for an affordable beachfront stay in Agadir and keep your expectations aligned with what you're paying, you'll likely have a pleasant time. Would I return? Yes, particularly if the rates remain as competitive.

Pool area was nice, the hotel itself is very dated and rundown and is classed as a 4 Star but that it most certainly is not, 3 at best, needs a full re-vamp and modernising to have a 4 star. Buffet food is poor quality and most certainly not a 4-Star.
Cons: The Food, the rooms very dated, no ventalaion in the bathrooms, not enough plug points, no iron available so forced to pay for dry cleaning.

Na duży plus serwis sprzątający w pokojach. Panie były codziennie i przychodziły zawsze w momencie, w którym nie było nas w pokoju. Przemiła obsługa na barach. Piękny widok z balkonu na ocean, plaża na wyciągnięcie ręki. Pokoje o dobrym standardzie. Różnorodność potraw serwowanych podczas śniadania.
Cons: Niektóre przestrzenie jak np. szyby w restauracji były bardzo brudne. Serwis podczas posiłków nie zawsze był na wysokim poziomie. Brakowało sztućcy, raz zdarzyło nam się że dostaliśmy brudne, używane przez kogoś szklanki... Z hotelu jechaliśmy na dworzec autobusowy, osoba z obsługi hotelowej zamówiła nam taksówkę. Przy pytaniu o koszt wprowadzono nas w błąd, ponieważ powiedziano że włączony będzie taksometr. Znając zwyczaje taksówkarzy w Maroko przed wejściem do taksówki ponownie pytaliśmy o koszt i zostaliśmy zbyci żartem i zapewnieniem, że cena będzie ok. Taksometr nie był włączony a po krótkim przejeździe musieliśmy kłócić się z Panem taksówkarzem o cenę, ponieważ chciał 5 razy tyle ile powinno to kosztować. Uważam, że nie byłoby tej sytuacji gdybyśmy sami złapali taksówkę, których jest bardzo dużo w najbliższej okolicy hotelu. Jeśli już hotel zamawia przejazd to powinny być to osoby sprawdzone, które nie naciągają gości hotelowych. Pani w Guest relation Office niezbyt dobrze zna język angielski, trudno nam się było porozumieć i nie była do nas pozytywnie nastawiona. W efekcie nie byliśmy pewni na kiedy mieliśmy rezerwację w restauracji. Biuro było otwarte dopiero trzeciego dnia naszego pobytu (zamknięte w sobotę i niedzielę) dlatego do restauracji mogliśmy udać się jedynie jednego wieczoru.

Mi ha fatto impostare l'operazione e condurla dino alla fine e al momento di erogare il denaro è uscito il messaggio che la macchina era andata fuori servizio. A nulla è servita la segnalazione alla reception dell'albergo. L'addebito è passato in conto e i soldi non mi sono stati erogati

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, wird aber im Frühjahr komplett saniert. Die Lage und Aussicht sind perfekt. Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich, hilfsbereit und herzlich. Der Spa-Bereich ist wunderschön und die Anwendung sehr gut! Als Gast bekommt man 25%Rabatt ruf die ohnehin fairen Preise. Fazit: Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und als Gast sehr willkommen!
Cons: Die alten Zimmer und der Teppichboden. Aber wie gesagt, dies wird ja im kommenden Frühjahr 2026 erneuert.

The private beach area was great and they upgraded us to a sea view room for my birthday. The spa was very good value. They do lovely massages and gave us a 25% off voucher. Oddly they don't let you leave through the beach exit but did make an exception for me which was great.

Fabulous holiday, really perfect weather in November. We loved the Amadil Ocean Club. We booked a Sea view room private transfer all inclusive with Easy Jet. Everything went smoothly from airport to arrival,couldn't have gone easier. Food here is OK, plenty to choose from for every taste, but as said before repetitive. A few we've spoken to have also eaten down town and found it very affordable but no alcohol in some restaurants. We loved the sea food al a carte and booked twice, the Moroccan not so good, too spicy for us and not enough vegetables. No negatives for what we paid we were more than happy, sunshine each day and only 3.5 hours from UK. What's not to like ? 🥳

Je kan er rustig slapen. Geen lawaai van buren en de zee is heerlijk. Ik ben er tot nu toe 3 keer geweest in de zomer is het top. Nu in november is het matig tot slecht. Personeel is niet altijd vriendelijk. Ze maken te veel onderscheid tussen bepaalde tourisme. Verder waren er wel aardige chef koks en de kamer meisjes die schoonmaken zijn ook aardig en vriendelijk.
Cons: Eerste kamer nummer 311 was erg vies en had kakkerlakken/ beestjes in de toilet. We moesten vragen naar een andere kamer daarna kregen we een nette kamer die erg netjes is op de 4de verdieping. Wel jammer van de 1e nacht die we in de vieze kamer moesten doorbrengen. Ook jammer dat niemand je helpt met verhuizen. De balie was erg streng. En af en toe willekeurig vragen ze naar je hotel bandje om te zien of je er wel verblijft. Had het gevoel dat ze dat niet aan iedereen vragen. Als simpele ziel wordt je wel vaak gevraagd. Eten was niet lekker, vorig jaar zomer was het wel goed. Jammer dat het zo verandert is.

The food and the choices at the buffet restaurant were fantastic. One of the best buffets I’ve ever had! I would suggest eating earlier rather than late. We arrived late on our first night and we did find the food a bit colder and not so much choice. After that, every night the food was great with lots of interesting choices. The fish restaurant meal was delicious also. The cleanliness, the amenities, and generally the friendly and enthusiastic staff far exceeded our expectations. The hotel is very large and with many different areas to sit, relax, and enjoy entertainment. As a non smoker I would have preferred that there was no smoking indoors! The pool area and pool was lovely with plenty of sunbeds and shaded areas if you wanted it. Our only criticism being that the music got ramped up far too high at times!! Big shout out to the staff. I did take note of the name of our lovely chambermaid and friendly waiter who looked after us so well - but unfortunately I’ve lost the bit of paper I’d written them on! :( First impressions of our room was that the decor was a bit dated … but it was very clean and linen and towels changed frequently. We also really appreciated the provision of clean towels each time we went to the beach and to the pool. For winter sun and location, the perfect choice. Please don’t lower your standards because we will be back!!

Perfect location with stunning sea views. Although dated decor, the bed, pillows and towels are lovely. The bar area downstairs is a lovely place to sit. The bar staff were fantastic. The staff at breakfast were also great although very busy. We didn’t have dinner there, the walk along the promenade to find a restaurant is so nice to do that we did that instead. The pool area is large and catches the sun all day.
Cons: A lot of the sun loungers are in poor state and the staff really need to take control of the amount of towels left on them with nobody on them, it’s very unfair on others. Breakfast provided a lot of choice but it’s very chaotic and there wasn’t a huge hot selection. The background music round the pool is lovely and chilled but the volume during the activities was at a deafening volume. The decor could definitely do with an upgrade.

We booked sea-facing room- excellent views of the promenade/ beach/sea. We were on the 4th floor and there was no noise travelling from the lobby area which had loud music til quite late. Bed was very comfortable, plenty of wardrobe space with hangers, bathroom clean and had basic amenities. AC was working well. Large balcony. Breakfast was buffet style with lots of choice- traditional and continental with fresh fruits. Choice of beverages with hot drinks machine. Staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Location- beach front- clean beach; sun loungers available for free; wash area available before entering the hotel, nice promenade which felt safe and busy even at 11pm- security personnel standing about. A bit far from local restaurants/shops- would need taxi. Hotel staff would call taxi for us- taxi drivers were all very polite, used meters without being asked. Taxi from hotel to local restaurants about 20 dinars.
Cons: We tried dinner on the first night in the buffet restaurant which was not very appetising and had limited choice- we did not eat there again. Pool area was very noisy - with loud music and lots of talking over the mic, therefore we spent minimal time there and preferred the beach. Lobby/bar area was was open- if noise is an issue would request room on top floors.

We stayed here in October and it was our first trip to Morocco. The hotel is in a great spot and right from the start, we were so impressed with how welcoming and helpful everyone one at the hotel was. We don't often do hotels and were there with our grown up kids. We found all the facilities great - including the spa, the slides, the bars and the outside areas. Our only slight concern on day one was how loud the music round the pool was (VERY loud!!!) and also a bit of pressure to 'take part' in poolside activities! This was not for us but it was nice to see people enjoying that - from a distance - when we found a quieter spot nearer the slides which suited us better. Our main praise goes to the catering team in the Littoral restaurant. Our daughter is vegeatarian and gluten free and they could not have done more to accommodate her needs. They spoke to us each time we were in; guided her on what she could have; made her special dishes on demand and brought GF pudding every day. They were wonderful!! Shout out to Rachid and Mohcine - thank you 😍I can't tell you what a breath of fresh air it is for her to have so much choice and yummy food. Yes, there are a few areas of the hotel that are a bit tired looking and maybe the sunbeds need a bit of an upgrade, but these things really didn't matter because every single member of staff there was so warm and welcoming. We would defintely recommend!

Great location on the beach with great views. Good security. Moroccan food really nice but the quality of other food below average. If you eat later they do not replenishes the food so you will eat cold and will miss out on the best dishes. Towels are a bit of a joke...never enough available on the beach...they keep saying 5 minutes and when the towels arrive they go to other just arrived guests. We had to use second hand ones a few times. They take the towels away from your room in the morning and might it replace them until say 2 pm so you cannot have a shower or wash your hands for a few hours. Entertainment ok but not the best. Don't forget your earplugs as rooms are facing the internal court so no sleep until late without them. Overall a good experience but not as good as we would have expected.

Just back from a lovely week staying here, we went all inclusive and weren’t disappointed. You couldn’t get a better location, the hotel is literally on the beach, step out the hotel and into the beach. The beach is fantastic, clean, miles of sand and clear waters. The sunsets from the beach are stunning. Kids loved the pool with the water slides, we always got a sun bed and there’s a lovely atmosphere around the pool. The staff couldn’t do more to help you, very friendly and kind. Food was lovely even with a very picky eater with us he managed to find something he liked each day. The hotel is a little run down in places but rooms very clean, we had a room over looking the beach which was lovely. Bottled water delivered to your room each morning was great. The hotel has a lovely feel to it. Overall we couldn’t fault our holiday, the location of the hotel really makes it special. We will definitely go back.

Just stayed at the amadil ocean club for 5 days starting 24th October and from start too finish this hotel was great.. it did have a few little down sides but very little in detail... check in was swift very nice staff very helpful, my room very nice modern enough nice beds comfy pillows big screen tv, free tea/coffee facilities 2 large bottles of water replenished everyday nice bathroo, free safety deposit boxes and I had a great view of the pool. The outside area around the pool is large with plenty of sunbeds it has multiple slides 2 pools one a child's pool there was always plenty going on around the pool area I seen, the pool area also had a bar I was b&b so you can also purchase drinks as a lot of guests were all inclusive so they were on the local drinks were as I was able too drink the goid stuff,towels are also handed out around pool area. The hotel lobby was very large and grand has ATM a shop a spa also 3 restaurants another bar with one super large screen tv too watch sports and another smaller one too, hotel bar inside also excepts cash too purchase drinks . Outside the back of the hotel is more outside seating too take in the beach view and also a few sundowners but the hotel does also have its own area on the beach corden off with its staff giving out beach towels too the hotel guests and sunloungers with umbrellas also.. Now the nit picking part breakfast was poor I only eat toast or the very delicious freshly made donuts which were excellent coffee not bad. The carpets are threadbare in the lobby landings such a shame as the lobby is wonderful and small things let it down, new sunlongers are well needed on beach and round pool there disgrafull they have renewed half of them around pool area which is a start. Would I stay here again yes definitely

The staff are amazing. The hotel is very outdated. I would not recommend this hotel if you are used to a lush experience. The food was horrible I did not eat properly for the whole of the trip. The food was hardly warm, cold pancakes and stale bread. The mash potatoes were COLD. I would not recommend this hotel unless you are on a budget. The photos on love holidays are outdated. I had to eat out most of the time to survive. The boiled egg was COLD. I would not visit again. The bathroom was clean though :)

Afin de lever un peu de stress lié à des mésaventures administratives à l'arrivée, elle a réglé l'imbroglio en un temps record et s'est démenée pour nous satisfaire. Elle a fait livrer une corbeille de fruits, m' à offert un massage et un accès à la piscine chauffée du spa. Une expérience unique, avec une équipe aux petits soins : un grand merci à Fatna et à Amina qui m'a prodiguée un massage profond et appuyé de grande qualité.A Amadil, le client est roi et tout est mis en pour qu'il se sente unique. Rooms are clean and neat would definitely recommend. It’s fairly quiet but may start shows during the day to keep you entertained. The place is located around Agadir. Cons: They didn't reply to me quickly on booking.com the first time I messaged them, and then not at all the second time. Everything was good, and we enjoyed our stay, until right at the very last minute when we were waiting in reception for our taxi, and a lady member of staff began talking to us and absolutely DEMANDING that we leave them a 10 * review, making me promise, not letting it go, and being very insistent and pleading. It was very uncomfortable, and ruined our last few moments at the hotel, giving us a bad last impression. If she had not done so, we may well have given a 9 or even 10. The hotel decor was slightly outdated, but the hotel itself was still nice and with lots of amenities and space. Just so you are aware- if you do not pay for all inclusive, the buffet restaurant is a whopping 200 MAD per person for dinner (around £18), but we just ordered very cheap takeaway!

Les repas sont trés variés et bons , sauf peut être les patisseries ... J'étais en formule All inclusive donc les boissons étaient comprises et à gogo . La chambre avait la vue sur l'océan . Certes c'était plus jolie que la vue sur piscine ou jardin mais cela restait bruyant. La baie vitrée d'un autre age ne jointait pas et on entendait en permanance le bruit des vagues et le souffle du vent. Les chambres du dessous étaient en cours de rénovation et les après midi étaient rythmés par le bruit de la perceuse. En plus de la vue sur mer, on avait vue sur les fesses de l'ouvrier qui essayait de s'accrocher au balcon :)) Je me suis hasardé à descendre voir les animations . Mais je suis vite remonté . Peut être que cela convient à nos amies les anglais qui étaient en majorité mais bon ... Spectacle , bof,bof . Je pense qu'il fallait avoir bu beaucoup pour rester jusqu'à la fin :)) Mais c'est vrai la critique est facile . Globalement l'hotel Amadil est un bel hotel propre, bien situé et entretenu même si la moquette dans les couloirs serait à refaire. D'un autre coté , on entendait le bruit des roulettes des valises :)) J'ai aprrécié les 2 musiciens qui venaient chanter tous les soirs près du restaurant vers 20 heures.
Cons: Je n'ai pas apprécié la musique trop forte pendant les repas . Concernant les boissons , pour ceux qui ne boivent pas d'alcool, des coktails sans alcool seraient les bienvenue. Cela changerait de l'eau plate ou gazeuse ou des sodas trop sucrés.

I very much appreciated the reception welcoming me with a well-timed juice, the opportunity to enjoy a relaxing massage in the Oriental Spa before getting my room (and their accomodating my early arrival), and the well-diversified breakfast and lunch. The two dinner restaurants (Moroccan and fish) were also very enjoyable. I did not try the waterpark, but believe it would have been just as amazing as the water and evening activities offered by the Animation Team - they'll make sure you're having your best time, in French, English or Arabic.
Cons: Better noise insulation may be recommended during major sports events - but not an issue if you want to celebrate with Moroccans :)

Le seul point positif de notre séjour, c'était l'amabilité du personnel du petit snack-restaurant au bord de la piscine.
Cons: - Bruit permanent ! De la musique forte dans le restaurant de l'hôtel, en permanence, au point qu'on ne peut pas avoir une conversation normale quand on est à table. Il faut crier. De la musique jusque tard dans la nuit (3-4h du matin), qui nous empêche de dormir. On sent les basses faire vibrer les murs. Le hall, animé, donne sur toutes les chambres : impossible d'être tranquille. - Sentiment d'insécurité. Un soir, en revenant du souper, nous avons trouvé notre chambre grande ouverte. Cela signifie que qqn s'y était introduit, avec une fausse clé électronique. De fait, tout le monde peut entrer dans cet hôtel comme dans un moulin, par le hall d'entrée ou la plage. J'ai informé la réception de cette intrusion, ils ont minimisé : "Ne vous inquiétez pas, c'est sûrement le housekeeping". Entre 20h et 21h ? Je ne crois pas. Et quand bien même, ils auraient dû refermer la porte, non ? De plus, le verrou de notre balcon ne fonctionnait pas. Après cet incident, nous ne nous sommes plus sentis en sécurité. - Personnel à l'accueil pas sympathique. J'ai demandé comment nous rendre à la Medina, la femme m'a dit qu'il en existait plusieurs et qu'elle ne savait pas de quoi je parlais. Elle n'avait visiblement aucune envie d'aider. Je me suis débrouillée seule. - Viennoiseries du petit-déjeuner : trop sec. - Desserts le soir : toujours les mêmes. - Piscine : très froide.

The property is located at a very convenient location, you can literally walk to the cable cars although it would be a 30 min walk. The staff was responsive, Nora was brilliant in her dealing, we felt welcome when we checked in the property.
Cons: Overall rooms needs improvement, things are broken, old, paint needs refreshing, although 4 star hotel but didn’t provide any toiletries which is huge minus, we have traveled the world and hotels less than 4 star has provided this. Gerne wäre ich morgens vor dem Frühstück zum Sport gegangen, bevor wir ewig in Tourbussen sitzen. Leider hat das Gym erst um 9 Uhr geöffnet und ein Zugang war nicht früher möglich. Zimmer: Steckdosen im Badezimmer fehlen. Die Dusche war eine "garantierte Haardusche". Auch wenn man das nicht wollte.

This hotel is by far the best I have stayed at. The food was lovely. The staff were absolutely amazing especially Pedro and the animation team and the barman downstairs in the entertainment room. The animation team and the rest of the staff work so hard constantly and the hospitality was amazing. The pool is great and the slides are so fun. The area is great. It is beach front and not too far from the shops. There is something here for everyone. I would absolutely come back again!

Just returned home after a wonderful week at this hotel. The hotel location is perfect right in the beachfront. The food is fantastic and varied each day in the main buffet restaurant. We also had the pleasure of eating in both the Morrocan and Seafood restaurants aswell, we would highly recommend. The entertainment team are great and my two teens thoroughly enjoyed their time on the slides, pool side games and evening entertainment. The bar staff were always friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Nora at reception who was very helpful, nothing ever a problem for any of the staff. We had a great break and will definitely return.

Shop in hotel service is awful plain rude too busy on her phone!!! Spent a week there although hotel clean and some staff were lovely majority very rude and felt like second class citizens like we were a burden. Morning we left my daughter had pancakes and got sick at airport gate nearly missed flight ... You could say why didn't you go out to eat we were advised to stay in complex due to demonstrations and even if you had ventured out no where local to eat that catered English food. It was constant football on all tables taken up by Moroccans leaving tourist no where to sit waiting for entertainment to start ... Entertainment was due to start at 9.30pm but was nearly always delayed due to the football. Management need to take a good look at what tourists need, they want tourists there but don't value them unfortunately.

Its proximity to the sea. We had bed and breakfast. The breakfast was good and varied although the hot section was only warm. The semolina soup with dates and the harcha were delicious.

MY husband and i spend7 nightshere and we wereabsolutely delighted.The staff were very pleasant and friendly in every area -at the reception, in the bar, restaurant,housekeeping.The hotel has a beautiful desighn both inside and out, with lots of greenery throughout the property. THE food was delisious and varied.There was plenty of spase around the pool, the bar, the restorant and all around the hotel. The ocean view was stunning. Every evening was different and interesting. Even if you re traveling alone, you wont feel lonely here. The staff are frendly, attentive and professional.Our room was spasious, very comfortable espesially the bed! The staff have been incredible, from all areas of the hotel! From cleaning, restaurant, entertainment team, lifeguard to head chef and manager of F&B! Everyone who plays a role here. Very friendly and couldn’t do more. Honestly an amazing holiday. Everywhere is so clean, food is a great variety and has catered attentively to a family of Coeliac and gluten intolerances. Shout out to Abdelatif (kitchen chef) and Ahmed F&B. We have only experienced the best holiday since being here (nearly 2 weeks) Beachfront location is amazing. The sand is like powder and such a beautiful beach. Kids love jumping in the waves. The entertainment team work incredibly hard by the pool and at night! Ray, Katie and all the other members of the team are a credit to the hotel. Also Miriam who works in the kids club providing a safe and fun environment. All the entertainment team so friendly and consistently bringing the fun. Rooms always spotless and the beach front room view is beautiful. Amazing value. Thankyou Amadil Ocean Club.

Reception staff very poor .,we’ve spent 14 night there on first night we reported lights not working in room WiFi not work or spoke detectors work . 9 time we reported it nothing done so gave up . Food always cold and always chicken with a small choice of food. Room not very clean shower head full of limescale and mold . Bar staff and restaurant staff plus entertainment staff were great .

Great location, friendly and efficient staff - especially Osama. Food was good, not great, its difficult to keep buffet food hot for hours. If I could improve one thing it would be a form of dress code by the Atlantic bar. Nothing formal, but i didnt enjoy dressing for dinner and being surrounded by guests in bikinis and swim shorts - that should be kept outside.

The animation team were amazing and inclusive! Very welcoming and enthusiastic. It was great that they had activities every day and also entertainment at night. The food was more varied than your typical all inclusive although could be slightly more varied for children now and again. Staff were lovely and any issues with room etc were addressed and sorted. Would definitely return! Waiters were also great and went above and beyond. Beds are comfy and pools etc great

We had a wonderful stay at the Amadil Ocean Club! The location is perfect, right by the ocean with stunning views and great amenities. The highlight of our visit was the exceptional service we received from Nezha. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Hotel in poor condition, cold /sometimes uncooked food, you get kicked out of the dining room on your last night, checkout time is 12/or 3 they couldn't make their mind up on this unless you pay for late checkout which was not a problem, until you are approached in a full dining room and told you are not allowed to eat food as it is past checkout time. Staff not interested in helping, no empathy as they just want rid of you and were rude. On a plus side, met some lovely people, told us where Macdonalds, KFC ,Jade and Toros steakhouse were. Nice 20 minute stroll on the promenade. if you do book, check your flight times both ways as you may find yourself hanging around for hours and you won't get fed, just humiliated. We were not the only people this happened to and probably not the last. I have informed Tui of the issues,

On arrival we were welcomed by the reception staff and our luggage was taken to our room.Our room was clean (other guests had said there room wasn't clean).The cleaning staff were all very polite and cleaned thevroom everyday and always left fresh bottled water if needed.The restaurant is big enough and the staff were all attentive and friendly,the food was very repetitive and a lot of it was luke warm if not cold,there was not much of a choice on desserts it being mainly small cakes, fruit or yogurt,(no icecream),the pool area didn't open until 9am by which time some guests had prepayed the man giving out the towels to reserve sun beds for them so even if you were first in line the best sun beds were already taken and them guests who had paid the man could come to the pool at their leisure.There are 2 bars open through the day 1 being at the pool (it didn't open until 10 am)and 1 being at the back of the hotel near the beach entrance.we couldn't see where any snacks were being served in the afternoon like it says between 3pm&6pm.The private beach was lovely and straight out the back of the hotel.There is only 1 bar open at night and it was sometimes busy and was waiting a long time to get served.Out of the hotel there were plenty of shops nearby and the big market was about 30 minutes walk away and worth a visit.Overall a good holiday but the food was a let down.

Just home from a 2 week stay at Amadil and will definitely return. Firstly I'd like a special mention to my favourite girls Katy and Selma from the entertainment team. These girls made my holiday and we're like my 2 little adopted daughters during my stay, love you girls ❤️ Also a shout out to the rest of the animation team, you are all amazing and work so hard! From morning til late at night you never stop being the best team, so well done to all of you, you are a credit to the hotel! Our room was perfect, cleaned every day, good size, shower was powerful as was the hairdryer so no complaints here either. The hotel is also very well situated, close to shops and bars and is right on the beach. They were also freshening up the paintwork etc so can't wait to see it when it's finished. Also the sunset at night is sooooo beautiful 🌞💛 The food in the buffet restaurant was also really good, always plenty of choice no matter how fussy you are. We never once struggled to not have anything decent to eat. The hotel staff in the restaurant, bars, pool etc are all so lovely and friendly and always had a smile for you so well done to everyone involved and thank you for making us have the best holiday in Agadir 😘 The only thing I didn't like was the fact that people are allowed to smoke inside. As a non smoker, sitting having a drink in a bar with someone smoking next to you isn't nice at all. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will return next year. We stayed 7 nights and overall we really enjoyed it yesterday like any Hotel in constant use it's tired in places but it's clean tidy good food plenty choice and the areas inside hotel are huge Pool area is big and clean and not overly crowded and no rush for a sunbed either We don't drink much but drinks we did have were all good restraint food was good plenty choice pleasant staff and always seats inside or out private beach with free towels for pool and beach so for what we paid it was superb value Lastly Animation tam always pleasant and chatty especially Salmah and Amir "hello Celtic " 🤣 No complaints and if we return we'd go back to this hotel no problem even allowed us to keep room until 5 pm at a cost but well worth it

Where do I start. Entering the complex was stunning, the interior was beautiful in reception and lobby. There were lots to see and explore in the hotel. Our sea view room was amazing and the balcony view was breath taking. Watching the sunset every night is something I'll not forget for a long time. The beds were nice and firm as I liked them, we were given two 1.5l bottles of water which was fantastic but additionally, everyday they provided room service they replenished the water and at one point we were getting 3 bottles which was a god send to us in such a hot country. Thank you so much for that! The rooms were cleaned and mopped everyday removing dirt and sand on the tiles from visiting the beach or our daily adventures. The hotel was a beachfront hotel and it did not disappoint, plenty of chairs to lay in the sun, beautiful views. The breakfast included was amazing and had such a big variety, I didn't personally get sick of it. The staff were so friendly and helped us with whatever we needed, specifically Imane and the young gentleman, I forgot his name. The exchange rate was well priced and matched almost what the airport (1176DH) was giving, it was like 2DH lower (1174DH) so we didn't feel like we were being robbed, that was great. Overall it is a good hotel and I have recommended it to my friends and look forward to coming back with my partner in the future!
Cons: I felt the pool times closed a little too early which was unfortunate as when we came back from our days out to enjoy it, it was too late. Breakfast for juices it was just water and orange juice, I would have liked some pineapple juice or apple juice. I know there was water with fruit pieces in there to flavour them but juices would have been nice. The S&C and body wash didn't feel like the best to use for showering and possible a different brand or type would be better considered? I went and purchased my own to use for the week as I didn't feel that clean afterwards. The gym there were limited time useable and afterwards payment was required. I am grateful it was free between 9:30-12. But we had gone for most parts of the day and sometimes I like a late workout or early workout to get it down and then enjoy what I want to do. It felt a little limited in that regard. Overall it is hard to fault my stay in being nit-picky here

Hotel in general is good, entertainment team are fab, food is ok and it’s within walking distance of a bunch of stuff. Honestly what ruined the experience for us was the last day of our stay. We weren’t due to be picked up until 8pm and checkout was at 12pm, to be told there there are no shower/ changing facilities. We were then also denied access to the restaurants after checking and told that we were no longer allowed to inclusive. I have been to loads of all inclusive resorts and have never EVER been told this. Essentially when we arrived, it was early hours of the morning so on our technical first day we did not use any of the all inclusive. We’ve paid for 7 days all inclusive , but only received 6. They need to make this CLEAR when booking as, I feel as tho we have been robbed of our last day of holiday !!!!! When we asked for this to be raised with a general manager they told us there was no available. It’s a shame really because the hotel in General is great.

Visited last month with my wife, daughter and 3 year old grandson. I will start with the only downside which is that the hotel is a little tired and needs new carpet throughout. The rooms are starting to look a little dated. There are so many positives Staff - always friendly and go out of their way to help Spa - had 2 massages, incredible Food - always so fresh amazing choice to suit even the fussiest tastes. Never seen AI oysters anywhere ever! Ate in both a la carte they were good too Quality of sleep - slept with door open as the air con did not work. Sound of the waves made for a perfect nights sleep every night. Sea view room worth it as the sunsets are amazing

Where do I start.... After staying at the hotel for 10 nights, here's my experience. Pool / beach towels given out had all blood marks on them. Woke up to Ants all over our bedside table and pillows. Human waste is coming out of the aircon due to the waste pipes being connected to the same pipe as the Air Con. Be very careful if when using this, you will get sick. Nora "hotel manager " (apparently) does not care about the safety of the guest. Promises to fix any concerns but then hides away and pretends she's in meetings. Staff on the front desk are just pointless. They will pick and choose when they wanna talk to you in english or can undestand you. They will stand behind the desk and just laugh and ignore you. Beware of the pool staff ( the males), especially if you are going with teenage girls. We witnessed them kissing at 15 year old girl when she was drunk in the nightclub????. The pool boys also go around call the guest fat and telling them they need to do let eating. The best part of this hotel is the beach part of the hotel and the staff what work on it, I could no fault them once. The restaurant is absolutely horrible cold food, reused food what days before. Raw chicken you name it is happening. This hotel is not a 4 start, its currently a building site. Think again if you wanna book here

SO LOUD! EARPLUGS RECOMMENDED Every afternoon, this hotel plays music so loud, it can be heard up by the Royal Palace half a mile away. Imagine then, being in the hotel next door and having to leave your room to escape the noise. I complained in an email and they didn't respond. I put up a bad review on Google maps and they responded to that in a standard PR manner. They claimed they would do something about it, but if anything , it got louder. Absolutely ruined our holiday and we won't be back because of them. Truly awful.

Where so i start with this hotel!! After reading some the reviews I was worried but honestly everything about hotel was amazing. From arrival they took our bags check in with quick and they showed us to our room. Our room was clean and was cleaned everyday if we wanted with clean sheets and towels. The pool area and the reps were nothing but amazing rey, amir, Katy, Salam, salah, pedro, racha, keeping us busy with games, dances and entertainment around the pool all day right through to the evening you can tell the staff all have a good relationship and they love their job from our first day they introduced themselves and encouraged us to get involved in all the activities from 10 o’clock in the morning till 11-12 at night they had something going on and there is something for everyone. They have a games room with consoles where kids can play games like Fortnite and pool tables and arcade type games open everyday. They have a kids club and water slides. The food was amazing with different types of food and the hotel has a private beach and it has an entrance to the main beach with beautiful sea views.

Where do I begin the first night we arrived about 11 o'clock at night after being delayed by 2 hours to be informed that the bar and restaurant have closed we were informed that we could get room service at a fee 4 of us ordered food which took more than an hour to be delivered to our room to be fair mine was ok but 2 from our party ordered beef burgers which were that cold it was like they had just been taken out of the fridge when we complained to the catering manager he wasn't interested. The rest of our 10 night stay wasn't the best the food was mediocre and Luke warm I suggested to the catering manager to purchase a couple of microwaves. The selection of alcoholic drinks was not the best. The rooms were in need of refurbishment as they were quite dated but we had fresh towels and it was cleaned everyday we had tea and coffee making facilities but no milk we had to go to the restaurant to get milk everyday as the fridge in the room wasn't very cold. On our last day we were leaving at 20:30 we went to the restaurant to try and get something to eat but were refused as they said our inclusive finished at 7 o'clock they wouldn't even let one of our party have a coffee. Some staff were really nice but a lot of them were very rude.

Hotel good food good sleep good we came as a couple I'm 80 my wife is 70 people say the animation team are very good but if you are over 60 I'm afraid that's not the case we were here for 10 days and were not invited to participate in anything in fact only 2 of the team took the time to speak to us other than that the bar staff in the main were good the reception were excellent the room cleaning staff were great the hotel in general was very good it was just the feeling of being ignored and left out we may be 70 & 80 but we can still throw a dart or fire a bow & arrow

We stayed for a week as couple in their thirties. Hotel was very clean, rooms were nice and cleaned daily with fresh linen & bottled water. Pool area was immaculate at all times and food was good, there was something for everyone with a large selection to choose from. The best part of our holiday was the entertainment staff, they go above and beyond and really made our holiday! We will return next year definetly!

Prior to arrival I was confused as to why nearly every review mentioned the animation team. While they are very high energy, friendly and upbeat I don’t think it’s appropriate to go round guests of the hotel at the poolside every day asking them to write their review while they quite literally stand and watch over your shoulder, then ask to take a photo of the review on your phone for a ‘what’s app chat’. I declined to do this and asked what the purpose of the what’s app chat was, to which they couldn’t explain. I think by doing this it makes people unlikely to be honest about their opinion on the hotel and makes sense as to why the animation team are mentioned so often in reviews. The hotel is very much you get what you pay for so be mindful of your expectations. The photos of the hotel do not reflect what it looks like in real life. I would guess that the photos were taken 10-15 years ago. The rooms and hotel overall are very dated and tired and would hugely benefit from refurbishment. The rooms on the whole were pretty clean (aside from some areas of the bathroom). The maids were hard working and friendly. The pool area is clean and could always get a sun lounger. Towels are free and can get your spot from 9am. There is a lot of activity around the pool all day (aside from an hour or so over lunch). If you’re looking to chill and switch off it’s unlikely you’ll be able to do that here. If you’re into constant activities and music then it’ll be right up your street. Evening entertainment is very repetitive. Food was again repetitive. No ice cream which is odd for an all inclusive hotel. Hamad who mans the slides was great with my teenage kids and for us was the stand out member of staff. Well worth walking along the beach to the marina as there’s loads of restaurants. It feels super safe on the promenade with a huge police presence. Overall it’s an average hotel but be careful if you’re booking this based solely on photos and reviews that mention the animation team.

I read lots of reviews before arrival and was quite nervious regarding the food. I needn't have been. All the food was very good, although it could have bee hotter. The hotel is excellent but the staff really made the time here even better....always up for a laugh and a joke. Rooms were great, some with sea views others with pool or vines over Agadir The shop was a bit expensive but shops were fairly close. Apart from the food not hot enough, the only other observation is the floor of the shower is very slippy, but that was easily over by placing a towel in the shower. All in all...not a bad place to spend a week in.

The animation team above and beyond very entertaining and we have a 2 year old who he adores them all. The mini kids club was amazing the lady in there was brilliant and really cared and taken our son for fun colouring, activities with us. The food was ok quite repetitive but you get what you paid for. Only critic my son is soya and diary and wasn’t much of an option was just chicken nuggets, chips and cucumber for him. Main shout out goes for the two animation team and the woman in the kids club very kid friendly and really gave my son a fantastic experience in Morocco at the hotel

We stayed at Amadil Hotel from September 3rd to September 10th, 2025, as a group of 7 people. The hotel has a fantastic location, and overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. The hotel itself was good – in some places it could use a little cosmetic touch-up, but generally everything was well maintained. Our rooms were cleaned regularly. The food was varied and delicious, with something for every taste. We really appreciated that the buffet included both traditional Moroccan dishes and options that were more familiar for European guests. Around the pool there were always enough sunbeds available, and it was also possible to find a spot by the ocean. The staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is quite spacious, and we especially liked the renovated dining hall. It was very nicely done, and we noticed how quickly the staff cleared the tables after guests, so we never had a problem finding a place to sit. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would gladly recommend Amadil Hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Agadir.

Was disappointed overall as this was our second time in this hotel and we had a great time 6 years ago as a young family. This time, although we were upgraded to an ocean view I soon realised it was because there was a horrible stench from the bathroom. The staff were very friendly, cannot fault. It’s not the best of facilities but then again it wasn’t 5 star accommodation so expected. The food was much of the same every night. Towards the end of the holiday all four suffered from diarrhoea and 2 of us from horrific vomiting reported to the booking agent. The food was not great. I won’t be staying here again.

Honestly we had the best week. OK so the rooms are not perfect but they were clean. The food was good, a great variety but similar stuff most nights. The pool staff and amination team even the waiters in the main restaurant were absolutely brilliant, so polite and friendly. Great value for money. Cons: the management of the hotel should seriously improve. yesterday it took me more than 30 mins to get my boarding pass printed - i asked at the reception for help, they sent me to guest relations office. there was no one there to assist and there was no paper in the printer, eventually an employee brought some paper but provided zero assistance when it came down to the actual printing. i had to work out how to login to my email from their pc, how to establish a connection to the printer, etc. while also explaining to other clients of the hotel who kept coming to that office that i do not work there and i am simply trying to sort my stuff out. the hotel has 2 restaurants - la sardegna and dar fess. you can only eat there if you book in advance. the staff at la sardegna was kind and explained the booking process, sadly, the same does not apply to dar fess. we wanted to book a table there and were sent to reception, who then sent us to guest relations office where we were met with stupid questions and zero assistance. in the end, we just went to another restaurant outside of the hotel. please, allow restaurant staff to be responsible for bookings at their places, that system with guest relations office clearly does not work and makes zero sense. also, if you are not with an all inclusive package, you can not order certain drinks by the pool and they do not have wine by the glass at the hotel bar. if you want wine, you need to order a bottle which is just inconvenient if you are the only wine drinker of the group. some staff members do not understand neither english, nor french, they do not communicate about it either and just do whatever they want regardless of your instructions which is pretty frustrating. ah and although i had put our arrival time for 3 - 4 pm which is not unusual or too early i still had to wait for 40 mins before i could check in, no apology, no coffee as compensation, nothing. sorry, that is just unacceptable for a 4 star hotel!

Un très bon hotel dans lequel je passe mes vacances chaque année. Sa location en face à la belle corniche d’Agadir est agréable pour se promener à pied. Le staff est agréable aussi bien à la reception que dans le reste de l’hotel. Je recommande vivement.

Très bel hotel. Personnel très accueillant et très professionnel. Piscine magnifique. Vue et proximité immédiate de la mer.. très propre . Animation excellente. Excellente cuisine.
