Amazing experience with very welcoming and helpful people in a beatiful old Maroccan style immeculate clean hotel. I felt loved and cared for everywhere in the hotel. Great staff, wonderful pool and beach, very clean spacious room with a small balcony facing to the main street. There are better rooms but I used the room for sleeping only as I spent most of my time on the beach/pool or exploring the area.

I want to be honest, this property is not a 4star hotel and the all inclusive package is not genuine! We paid for all inclusive, we phoned the hotel to confirm what our all inclusive package included and they said local alcohol list plus wine and beer. when we arrived they tried to charge us for the wine. Then we went to reception to ask what this mistake was and they said we are not all inclusive! I had terrible experience Agadir hotel the staff in the restaurant were extremely rude,this was my main issue as I have always experienced lovely people on holiday of nothing else. one morning I went for breakfast I was feeling quite poorly. I called to ask what time breakfast was going to finish and they said 10.30 so I went down for 10am and they said I was too late for eggs.I said okay and got myself other things.I went to sit down on a table and one waiter said I have to sit outside as they are clearing all the tables now (it's a massive restaurant with tables everywhere) I said I cannot eat outside as it's freezing and I'm not feeling well. He was arguing with me over it and then I went and sat on a small table in a corner. I saw other locals come in get there breakfast and sit in the middle tables and noone said anything to them . Another morning we went for breakfast they said it was to early for eggs.They were continuously rude and did not want to accommodate any kind customer service or good general holiday experience. The shower did not work properly!

The beach was excellent but could have done with toilets nearby and a bar for drinks. Pool was nice but needed to be heated as ice cold when swimming. Some staff nice in the restaurant near the pool but often closed early so no access to drinks after 5pm. There is a tip culture present at the hotel. Your level of service from staff is directly proportional to the amount you tip. No tip, very poor service with an accompanying scowl. Main restaurant okay for food but often the staff where quite ignorant and walked in front of guests to pick up food orders for tippers and left you standing there. Also closed the breakfast and removed food at 10.05 when it finished st 10.30am. Smoking is permitted everywhere in the hotel, especially the cocktail bar. For non-smokers, there is a disgusting permenant cigarette stench in the hallways of the hotel. Entertainment is limited in the evening. Singers in the cocktail bar. There is nothing for children to do, except breathe in second hand smoke. Plenty of things to do in Agadir. Beware though, conmen are everywhere and try to lead you astray or have a money making acheme.

The Hotel is of a good standard 3-4 star rating. However the Dining was less than expected, we went half board so breakfast and dinner were included but for dinner drinks were not part of the meal. Also the WiFi unless sitting in reception is virtually nonexistent. Apart from that a good Hotel

I recently stayed at Agadir Beach Club Hotel and had one of the worst experiences imaginable. From the moment I walked in, the staff was rude and unhelpful. After a long wait, I was finally given a room, but it was downhill from there. The room itself was too old. The furniture in the room appeared quite old and worn, specifically the refrigerator. The bed linens were clearly not washed, there was dust on the closet and surfaces, and the bathroom appeared to have been only superficially cleaned. When I called the front desk to complain, they dismissed my concerns and told me there was nothing they could do. Overall, this hotel was a complete disaster. I would never stay here again and strongly recommend that others avoid it as well.

Worst stay..only stopped for one night and had to leave and look for another hotel, even that one night was horrible. Dirty, had to pay for water to drink aswell even though to was half board. Could bring my own water from outside and the bottle of water to buy at the hotel was £2.50 a bottle!! Absolutely ridiculous. Staff were terrible and unfriendly, and the air conditioning in the rooms weren't even working. Wouldn't recommend at all

A huge hotel with a great big pool that never felt crowded lovely beach out front with a private area for residents. Rooms were good size with a small balcony and a fridge could probably do with an update. Food was of a good standard there was the usual buffet, a Moroccan restaurant, an Italian and a seafood restaurant which we tried and was quite good. Unfortunately not many other people used them so they were lacking in atmosphere.Most important is the quality of the staff so friendly but also very professional with high standards of service and plenty of them so you never wait for anything. The hotel is in a good spot on the beach promenade with a few independent restaurants and little shops in the vacinity All in all a nice stay

The hotel is old ( approximately 30 years plus), room condition is very limited, tired air condition, bathroom needs improvement, there are no spare Electric socket in the room one bed side lamp control’s the sockets and lights, if you switch the lamp off the complete electric system will be switched off, you can’t change your mobile device at night,we had to unplug the main bed lamp and leave one light on so we could change our mobile phone. Balcony needs improvements. There is limited entertainment in the evening. The hotel management needs to improve food choices, if you are going out early morning before 8:00, there is limited choices for breakfast. I paid £150.00 to upgrade my room (sea view) which was waste of money. The only thing which was good was the staff were very friendly.

Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was exceptional with something for everyone. Beach was a stone throw away and there were multiple restaurants in the locality. I would recommed this hotel. However the only downside to my stay was that my room faces a road for pedestrians and everynight without fail we were woken up. Did not feel fully rested the following morning.

Had a great time here. The room was clean and spacious with all amenities including a fridge/freezer. It had a good-sized balcony with a small table and two chairs. The staff were very helpful and organized two excursions for us. The hotel is on the seafront and has a lovely promenade for walks.

Hello all, The WIFI in the room was not working at all i talked with the front desk and seems that the agent does not even care about my issue I requested and I paid for a pool view but I get the view mentioned in the picture The toilet was running all my stay which disturb my sleep I could not sleep because of that The housekeeper in the morning entered the unit without even knocking the door I do not know who run this hotel but it is terrible and they do not care about their costumer and needs One more thing is the unit has no plugs if you wanna plug your phone you have to give up on of your light when I asked the front desk agent if they can offer a multi-plug he said I can use the plug In the bathroom to charge my phone what a good answer to give to a costumer. Looks like that I am stupid . I am excepting a refund because of that

Looks great in pics but very run down rooms requires a refurb, location is great on the beach but doors are locked at certain times so unnecessary 5 minute walk around. In all my years of travelling the world and staying at Hundreds of hotels globally.... This is the first time in my life I was stopped bringing a few water bottles ... advised no water from outside and must purchase from the hotel at 6x the normal price... This is Water! I felt this was appalling and frankly embarrassing for the Hotel, clearly living in a very dark age... which reflects the attitude of the staff and policies. There are much better stays for similar prices in Agadir... would not likely stay here again. I am a very good tipper (on average 10-15% of my spend! but hate it when you don't tip for bad service and get bad attitude... this Hotel has this attitude!

My wife and two young kids just returned from a 5 day stay at the Agadir Beach Club and we loved the experience! The staff are incredibly friendly and seem genuinely happy you are there. The room was clean and looked like it had been recently painted. Beds were comfortable. The pool is very nice - large space that is just deep enough to be refreshing but shallow enough to relax in. The towels on site are heavy and nice. Great beer and great food as well. The location next to the beach is ideal, we enjoyed family walks every morning before hitting the pool. This was our first trip to Agadir and we will definitely be coming back and will definitely be staying at the Agadir Beach Club. The only downside to the whole experience is the amount of construction going on with the streets, completely outside the control of the resort. It prevents you from walking to some of the stores and restaurants on the inland side. It wouldn’t stop us from going again and I’m sure it’ll be nice when it’s done.

Like a cruise ship, everything is here, no need to go anywhere else. It is clearly older, but well-kept and well experienced at satisfying the resort guests -- however, there are domestic tourists as well, so it is not just a German tour group hotel. It is so big that the outside world is just a memory; the inner plaza is nicely landscaped with varied interesting plantings and walkways and a beautifully-kept swimming pool. The rooms are clearly older, with real door keys, and few electrical outlets, and very weak internet -- but great value for money.

I slept really well, the bed was very comfortable. The pool was lovely and the music around the pool was just right (not too loud.) I was slightly disappointed with the hot food at breakfast, although the omelettes were good. I did the stretch class every morning which I really enjoyed. I found the food in the Italian restaurant good and reasonable (I stayed bed and breakfast).

Many of the staff were unhelpful or unfriendly, the toilet didn't work properly we called to get it fixed , instead of fixing it they argued about it, so we stayed two nights without a working toilet, there was no available parking spots , not enough seats for breakfast, the shower's water temperature wasn't consistent, and last but not least we had to fight to get towels and blankets for my son, overall it was not a good experience, I wouldn't recommend this hotel

The hotel was big and had a good sized pool. The food was tasty with an array of choices. The actual staff who waited on you were kind. The location was beautiful if you paid extra tp face the beach. However, the hotel was dated with bedrooms not in good condition. Towel were old, bath tub with stains and shower head not working well. They say its sound proof...its not i could hear an argument in detail next door. Everything is at a price. Even asking for some water after a work out. The fitness centre is minimal with only one treadmill working properly. There are no towels or water for you so you have to buy water from them. You CANT bring food or drinks in from outside. Unless you sneak it in like some managed to do. More importantly! If you want the scenic view not only do you have to pay extra but you DONT get wifi from that part of the hotel!!! Will not stay there again.

My husband and our 20 months old little girl and i, loved our experience in the resort, we were going to stay in a different hotel but we were very happy that we didnt, the place is beautifull and clean, the staff are very warm and nice like family, the hotel is at the beach not like other hotels, honestly, we were very sad to leave and next time we r going to agadir its gonna be at the same place. We need to pay alot more money to get that service and that quality of stay in florida. Very very happy

To begin with, the check in experience is not the best, they charge for everything (sauna, beach towels, safe box, etc). The rest of the staff is very friendly and helpful, unfortunately the rooms are old and our AC didn't work. Great location by the sea close to all the action but slow check in. Also bureaucratic as had already paid online but then had to go to cashier desk to pay local taxes and as it was only a few Dirhams, they wouldn't take a credit card so had to break into a high value note and carry change around. Wifi is awful in the rooms, a bit better (but very patchy) in the public spaces in the hotel. Food is so-so, service similar. Ended up booking the room for the further 8 hours after checkout as my flight was delayed. Overcharged but the cashier decided I shouldn't be paying that much (560 MAD) and charged me 400 MAD.

We can see what the charm of this place was back in the 80s, but the decor is very dated now and this hotel needs a serious makeover even if small changes happen in rooms and around the hotel. Definitely not a 4*, I would rank it 3*. Here are the good and bad points: Good points: •lovely staff in the restaurant and pool •clean room and balcony Bad points: •Noisy, especially in the corridors. Acoustics are poor and therefore every conversation is audible. Hotel staff were very loud in the corridors as if they were in their homes or family gathering •Bathroom toiletries were non-existent. All we got was soap and shower gel in a sachet similar to free samples you get from shops. We went and bought our own shampoo and shower gel • had to call reception 4 times to put our single beds together but only after we bumped into a caretaker in the corridor did anything get done and this is because we paid him • room safe is not free. 20 dirhams per day to use it. This is free in every other hotel we’ve ever stayed in •beach towels are only available if you leave a deposit (100 dirhams per towel) upon which you get a receipt. If this flimsy piece of paper goes missing then then deposit is lost •spa shut on Sunday (this is a hotel not department store) Agadir Beach Club is a grand hotel which certainly has the potential to be 5*, but as avid travellers of the world, we’ve noticed that this hotel really needs renovating and updating of its facilities.

We’ve just spent a wonderful week at the Lti beach club Agadir. Yes, some of the rooms could be updated and yes the WiFi can be a little intermittent BUT the hotel is beautiful, the staff are so hardworking, friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them. They are helpful and want to do what they can to ensure you have a wonderful stay. I will definitely return.

Stayed for 3 nights and 4 days. Decore: Beautiful main lobby, but beware, the rest of the hotel is definitely on the verge to begin to run down. Decor looks like from the 70ties. The rooms have two flat pillows and the bed is hard. The bidet and bathtub in one room and the toilet alone in another? Yes there is a small patio, old unmatched plastic chairs and no table. Don't waste your money and pay for upgrade. No microwave no kettle and no outside food allowed. Just another money grab to make you buy their food or into their packages. Food: Greasy and the same thing each day do not pay for inclusive. Other clients complained. I only had breakfast but the server at the omelet station would not even beat the egg properly the yellow and white still seperated. When ask to beat little more and add vegetables she said against policy and other clients in line. Food is way overpriced and not that good. Surrounding areas also very expensive better to drive a little way into the city to get better deals or take taxi. Service: First day no towels in both rooms. We has adjoining rooms. Towels old and grey. You're calling 6 times finally got the towels. Next day complained again no towels when to management said they have too many clients to give sufficient amount of towels so for 6 people gave us 3 Towels. My mom wanted to tip and get change front desk wouldn't give change sent us to 3 different places to get change for the tip. Called for somebody to get our bags couldn't wait 1

A hotel past its "glory days" but still good value and well positioned. Nice grounds and a wide range of facilities but pool area gets very crowded. Wifi is patchy.

So many positives to support the location. Good nightly entertainment and dancing encouraged; choreographed dancers and an astonishing contemporary Irish step dance display. Fine pool and gardens are discreetly tended. Beautiful reception rooms, several, as with restaurants. Breakfast indoors or out to 10.30am and soundproofing good in rooms. Wifi needs a booster or two. In house bank and multiple services. Staff are friendly, civil and on point.

This hotel is well managed, well staffed and very clean. Staff were attentive and pleasant at all times. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a bit samey but perfectly fine.
