The hotel looks new. Has a spacious room - we stayed at 2-bedreem apartment. It equipped with all one needs when in travel. Very clean. Comfortable bed. The area is very nice for long walking, good restaurants in walking distance. Very nice breakfast, great coffee and has a good choice, including natural juices. Many thanks for great stay.

Cons: Die hoteleigene Rooftop-Bar veranstaltet Partys die bis tief in die Nacht andauern. In Kombination mit einer schlechten Schalldämmung war an Schlaf kaum zu denken. Obwohl die Feier im 9. Stock stattfand und mein Zimmer im 2. war, war die Lärmbelastung dennoch extrem. Als ich das Personal darauf ansprach, zeigte man sich leider nicht bereit, die Lautstärke zu reduzieren. Stattdessen erhielt ich den Hinweis, dass die Party „nur noch 45 Minuten“ dauere, zu diesem Zeitpunkt war es bereits nach Mitternacht. Ein Hotel ist für mich zum schlafen da und nicht zum Feiern

I really need to question the business judgement of the Kaan Hotel’s management. The night of our stay, they rented out their rooftop facility to a private event, which was loud to say the least. When we got off the elevator at our 7th floor room, we could almost feel the percussion from the beat of the music, it was so loud. The Kaan seemed to anticipate this issue and the annoyance it would create, as they’d left us a notice in our room forewarning us about the event (6:00 to 1:00 am). It suggested to me that these private events aren’t just one-offs. I asked for a room change, but was summarily rebuffed - I’m sorry we’re full tonight. Oddly, when I asked for a refund so I could move hotels, they somehow found a room on the 3rd floor. We could still hear the beat, but it was attenuated. The Kaan is a nice hotel, but there are plenty of other nice hotels in their price range in downtown Casablanca. I’d check into one of these, where you’ll have more assurance of a calm night’s sleep. I hope they earned a lot from that private event, as they certainly lost a lot of patronage from me and anyone else I met on the 7th floor.

El hotel es súper moderno, muy bien ubicado, muy acogedor. Súper limpio y un baño muy bonito. Tienen un rooftop súper cool donde cenar.

Cons: La cama es pequeña y el colchón duro para nuestro gusto lo que nos hizo no dormir bien. El sábado había una discoteca en la azotea, que para ir a disfrutarla muy bien, pero duró hasta las 2am y el musicote se escucha desde las habitaciones, incluso 4 plantas más abajo, y a un hotel se va a descansar, no a escuchar música a todo trapo. El chico de recepción tampoco fue el más amable del lugar.

Cons: Non réponse à un mail de demande d’informations avant ma réservation, ménage correct mais pas jusque dans le détail, l’un des personnels d’accueil ne s’étant pas toujours montré de bon conseil… Les chambres pourraient nécessiter un rafraîchissement des peintures.

The location is great, very close to Arab League Park and Mohammed V Square. It's also short drive to Hassan II Mosque or you can also walk all the way there if you enjoy walking. The staff are very helpful. They helped me get a local sim card and top up the internet. The room is quiet and bed is comfortable.

I was pleasantly surprised by the ambiance and general layout. It was very modern, comfortable, funky, and functional at the same time. The rooms were quite spacious and very clean. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. I liked the vibe on the Rooftop and the music was great.

Cons: The check-in process could definitely use some improvement. I stayed at Kaan at the beginning of my trip and again at the end. My check-in was delayed both times. Also, I had requested an airport shuttle on arrival and the driver never showed up!

Wir waren positiv überrascht. sensationelle Rooftop Dachterrasse mit Restaurant und DJ Schöner Blick über die Stadt. Zimmer ausreichend groß mit sehr guten Betten. Alles bis in kleine Details durchdacht. Frühstück sehr gut aber nicht auf dem Niveau größerer Ketten. Trotzdem ausreichend Auswahl auch an frischen Produkten und Obst. Auto wurde bei Ankunft direkt durch Mitarbeiter in Empfang genommen und sicher und kostenfrei geparkt.

Cons: Alles völlig OK. Kleine Details wie fehlende Yoga Matten im Fitness Center und keine Auswahl an Marmeladen sowie fehlender Essig beim Salat Buffet sind nicht entscheidend. Leider ist das gastronomische Angebot im Vergleich zu Restaurants und Cafes außerhalb des Hotels extrem teuer und über dem Preisniveau in Deutschland..... das muss nicht sein und trübt das sehr positive Gesamtbild etwas.

It is the best choice to stay in Kaan. At the arrival to the left we were warmly greeted by all the staffs. Everyone has a smile face to the guests and willing to help us. The hotel even has valet parking service. We booked a one bedroom apartment and it is very spacious. All the hotel and inside the room are very well designed and made people feel very comfortable. The Japanese style meal in the rooftop bar are very tasty. It is also very central located for easy exploring the main attraction spots on foot. Kaan left us a very good impression.

We also got our car back within a few minutes in the morning of check-out. First time in Morocco that we had a breakfasts buffet but is was very nice and had still had a moroccan touch.

Cons: We arrived in the evening with no notification that they were sold out and did not have our reserved room for us. They claimed there was a problem with the hotel but in fact they were just walking us to another hotel. After we requested help in moving to the other hotel, one of the employees helped us with his own personal vehicle. They did put us up at the Marriott in Casablanca which was a lovely hotel but it left a bad taste in our mouth for KAAN. As a hotel school graduate, I know that walking people is a way of maximizing a sellout but it is not a good business practice.

Emplacement top en plein centre ville et à la fois assez calme. Personnel top. Le petit déjeuner est sous forme de buffet avec un très large de choix salé/sucré qui plaira à tout le monde. Les chambres semblent insonorisés.

Cons: Le salon et la chambre ne sont pas séparés et il n'y avait pas de canapé lit malgré que c'est mentionné dans la description de la suite que j'ai pris. Heureusement que le personnel aimable nous a dépanné en nous rajoutant un petit lit et on a bricolé un peu pour pouvoir le faire rentrer. Quelque soucis avec l'éclairage, quelques interrupteurs fonctionnent pas très bien. La "Kaantine" le restaurant ne vaut pas le coup

The hotel was very modern. The room was spacious and comfortable with plenty of shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. The breakfast was very varied with juices, cereals, fruit, yogurt, bread and coffee. We did not have any of the hot dishes. There was a lovely restaurant and bar on the rooftop. Would recommend this hotel.

Cons: The staff were awful. They couldn’t do anything right. They wouldn’t help me reserve a taxi to the airport. Despite advertising a 1 pm check-in. When we arrived at 2:30 pm we had to wait over an hour to get our room. Later I messaged them asking for the wifi password and they gave me the wrong one. Finally I got food poisoning from their breakfast what a disaster!

From the moment we arrived until our departure, the staff at Kaan Casablanca were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They offered great tips for tourist activities and assisted us with arranging taxis, which made navigating the city much easier. The hotel is centrally located, making it a convenient base for exploring Casablanca. We especially enjoyed the rooftop area, which features a lovely restaurant with great views. Our room was spotlessly clean and comfortably sized, providing everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Both the Wifi and air conditioning worked flawlessly, which we really appreciated after long days out. There is also a supermarket just a block or so away and an ATM across the road, adding to the convenience. I would highly recommend Kaan to both seasoned Moroccan travellers and first-timers like us.

Het appartement was schoon en netjes. Ook de gehele staat van het hotel was heel netjes. Vriendelijk personeel (met name de heren bij de parking service). De kamer werd iedere dag goed schoongemaakt. Wat ook prettig is, is dat het hotel dicht bij de zee is, dichtbij de grote moskee en ook allerlei voorzieningen op loopafstand zijn.

Cons: De gootsteen in de keuken en douchemeubel liep snel vol waarna je moet wachten tot het water helemaal weg is (denk dat dit eenvoudig op te lossen is).

Room very clean, large TV with apps, AC, light features, charging points, mini kitchenette, fridge, safe etc etc.... City and terrace views...

Cons: Modern frosted glass divider to ensuite is cool and industrial modern - just doesn't offer much toilet privacy - with lights on you get a silhouette view of your other half on the loo ! More and more hotels are doing this - full view showers I totally get - but toilets need to be out of sight. Glass facade to loo prevents in night visits without disturbing others. Hotel was flawless though, great place.

The location was excellent. 10 minute walk to the Madina. Zack up in Misti made me feel right at home. The services were amazing. The room stayed clean, the breakfast was filling, and even the gym was sufficient for me to get my daily exercise. I was allowed to smoke my cigars and listen to great music on the 6th floor.

The staff was extremely helpful at this hotel. The front desk clerk even got us a driver to take us to the Medina to shop and look after us and bring us back to the hotel. The hotel was really nice and the breakfast was very good. We enjoyed our stay Here thoroughly

Cons: حجزي كان يومين وقابل للإلغاء المجاني ولم تتطلب بطاقة إئتمانية اصلا ، وصلت وحاسبت المبلغ كاش وحصل لي ظرف وخرجت من الفندق الساعه 3 ليلاً وطلبت من الفندق حساب يوم و استرجاع مبلغ يوم فرفضو التعاون بحجة حجزي ليلتين وانا اصلا لم اكمل حتى 12 ساعه بالفندق عالعموم قلت بمشي واكلم بوكنج ممكن يساعدوني لكن لم يتم الرد علي وانا اتصل دولي بجوالي وقلت معوض ان شاء الله، لكن الاقبح من ذلك لم اجد تاكسي اثناء المغادرة وطلبت منهم المساعده فقال لازم تبلغنا من الليل عشان ننسق لك مع تاكسي نتعامل معاه وقلت له ايش الحل قال اتوجه لنهاية الشارع عند فندق حياة ريجينسي بيكون هناك تكاسي توصل المطار قلت له غير معقول امشي بالشارع رانا بالشنط والشارع والمنطقة اصلاً غير آمنه في الليل وخاصة معي الحقيبه الشخصية وشنط السفر !! ، الحمدلله ربي يسر لي سيارة تاكسي معه زبون مطار اخذني مع زبون كان راكب معاه ، فالتعاون بالفندق غير موحود نهائياً ، بغض النظر عن موقعه بقرب المدينه القديمه

Cons: Ok so I booked 3 nights and I extended it for 2 more days. The original 3 nights I booked breakfast but when I got there I didn’t want anything to eat because it wasn’t what I liked in the morning. I asked front desk if I can just have a coffee instead for the last 2 days because I didn’t eat any breakfast on the days I paid and they said “sure of course.” I thought they meant the coffee during the last 2 days wouldn’t be charged because I paid for breakfast the first 3 and didn’t eat anything. They didn’t say that they’d be charging me but then afterwards they charged me. I thought this was kind of petty! I’m not gonna trip over $6 USD but seriously this leaves a bad taste in my mouth for sure. Petty AF.

The hotel definitely feels like a 4 star hotel with an incredibly modern and aesthetic interior design. The room was spacious, clean and the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious with a good variety. The hotel has a rooftop bar/restaurant with a really nice vibe, and other spaces throughout the property if you want to just chill in your hotel. Unfortunately, as much as I would genuinely LOVE to stay here again, I will choose not to because...

Cons: ...what absolutely baffled me was the bathroom/toilet situation. The walls are GLASS from the top and bottom with a bare minimum frosting in the middle that hide nothing. Anyone in the room can see you use the toilet/shower. I was with a friend and we had to navigate and plan out our usage because of the severe lack of privacy. It sucks because the overall hotel is genuinely quite good but the bathroom design is just...mind boggling. Another minor thing, the lights in the room were quite annoying to figure out. It felt like a puzzle, figuring out which button to press to turn on/off a combination of lights. The room had a full length mirror near it's entrance but...there was no light in the area so it was pretty much useless.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Hotel nowoczesny, loftowy a zarazem przytulny. Obsługa bardzo pomocna, szczególne podziękowania dla Pana Mouda za cierpliwość i podejście do klienta. Duży plus za zielone tarasy, można było zjeść śniadanie na zewnątrz i wypocząć. Śniadanie bardzo dobre, chociaż wybór niewielki jak na hotel czterogwiazdkowy. Polecam na wyjazdy służbowe i prywatne.

Cons: Klimatyzacja była bardzo mocna, pomimo zmiany ustawień i zwiększenia temperatury mocno wiało.

We were a mother and son (got a twin room) and didn’t like the fact that the bathroom wall was see through.

It was alright - not happy with how the air con was not working.

Cons: We reached the hotel around 3:00 PM & we were taken to our room, while we settled in; we noticed that the air conditioner was NOT working. We then stepped out to quickly grab some food & requested them to please fix it by the time we came back as we wanted to rest on our return. However, when we came back after 1.5 hours - the problem was NOT fixed & we still had to request them THREE times to sort this out for us. After CONSTANT reminders and running after them for additional 1 hour - our room was changed. It was not something we were expecting for the price we were being charged ! When a guest is checking in - the hotel representative should have made sure that all the facilities were working in the room. In my opinion, it was totally mismanaged.

Kaan is a very new and modern hotel and exceptionally clean and neat. The bedrooms were well equipped with comfortable beds and quality linen; and, everything we needed, for example soap in the shower and hairdryer. And the hotel is safe; you need the card for your room to not only unlock your room but also the elevator that takes you from the reception to the other floors in the building. The food was exceptional as all the ingredients used, were garden fresh; and, the dishes served gourmet tasty😋 and the portions large. Last but not least: the staff is extremely friendly and helpful!

Property was modern and clean and had all amenities that I was looking for after travelling for a week around the country.

Cons: I was informed by 3 seperate staff members that the rooftop restaurant was open. I had looked at the menu online and perused the establishments instagram which indicated it might be closed for the holiday. I verified this information with staff that insisted it was open at 6pm. I made a booking online for 1 person at 7:30pm and the restaurant was in fact closed. Also booked an airport transfer a few days prior and confirmed upon check in. Transfer was not organised and I had to deal with this frantically at 4:30am with an international flight booked. Very disorganised unfortunately.

Zimmer war sehr schön, Hotel ist super sauber, Lage passt, Dachterasse angenehm, Preise im Restaurant/der Bar allerdings etwas zu hoch.

Cons: Der angebotene Taxiservice zum Flughafen kostet 450 Dirhams (ca 43€) wenn man mit Karte zahlt, 400 Dirhams bar (ca 38€) wenn man bar bezahlt. Das ist kein guter Preis! Die Taxen kosten regulär zwischen 250 und 300 Dirhams. Als wir kein Interesse am Taxiservice signalisiert haben, wurde uns plötzlich ein günstigerer Shuttle für 300 Dirhams (ca. 28€) angeboten. Das war fair (danke!), hätte man aber auch gerne direkt kommunizieren können. ;) Man muss dazusagen, dass das nicht das erste Mal war, dass uns in Marokko für Taxen erst viel zu hohe Preise geboten wurden. Muss man sich wohl dran gewöhnen. Frühstück für 150 Dirhams meiner Meinung nach viel zu teuer (das sind deutsche Preise), Buffet sah aber gut aus (haben wir aber nicht gebucht). Ansonsten alles gut!

The rooms were okay but nothing remarkable.

Cons: Unfortunately, our experience at Kaan Casablanca was very disappointing. We never received a response to any of our messages or requests sent through Booking.com prior to arrival. When we checked in, it felt like our reservation hadn’t even been properly allocated. While we were given a complimentary upgrade to studio rooms, which was a lovely surprise at first, we soon realised we had been placed directly beneath the rooftop bar - the very thing I had requested to avoid in my unanswered messages. The rooftop bar was extremely loud, with music continuing past 12:30am, making it difficult to get any proper rest. This was not ideal, especially after long travel days and when we had very early mornings. The facilities themselves were okay - nothing remarkable. The staff were polite, though often vague or with miscommunication when we asked for assistance, which added to the overall sense of disorganisation. We also tried the Kaanteen restaurant, which we absolutely do not recommend. The service and atmosphere felt chaotic, with constant order mistakes with lousy cocktails and food - honestly it felt more like an episode from “Fawlty Towers”. It was more frustrating than enjoyable. While the hotel has potential, the poor communication, noisy environment, and inconsistent service really let it down. I hope management takes this feedback on board to improve the experience for future guests.

Le design de l'hotel est superbe (hall, chambres, restaurant). La propreté de la chambre irreprochable. Les chambres sont très bien insonorisées. Il y un restaurant dans l'hotel où on peut boire autre chose que de l'eau ou du thé à la menthe. Le personne est accueillant. L'hotel est bien situé, près du centre. Il est possible d'aller à pieds (environ 15 min) jusqu'au la gare de Casa Port où on peut prendre un train vers l'aéroport.

Прекрасная современная четверка в центре Касабланки. Отлично подойдет на пару ночей, которых достаточно для осмотра всех туристических достопримечательностей. Есть парковка, если вы путешествуете на машине. Номера большие, современные, все что нужно есть. На завтрак выбор хороший, персонал приятный. Нет чего-то невероятного если вы ищите ВАУ эффект но если вы просто хотите качественный сервис за разумение деньги это то что нужно.

Cons: Пара мелочей, таких как не уходящая вода в обоих раковинах(решилось выкручиванием пробки за 30 секунд) и металлической сдвижной двери в ванную комнату, которая сдвигалась с таким усилием, которое есть у здорового мужчины. Условно если человек пожилой он бы просто не сдвинул её. Но это действительно мелочи, которые не испортили общее очень приятное впечатление от отеля.

Cons: L' Hotel deve pensare seriamente a dedicare più spazi al servizio di prima colazione e pranzo e più varietà di piatti. Il personale di Sala, bar devono essere più assistiti e meno traumatizzati se fanno errori. Certi rimproveri davanti al cliente non fanno bene! Ultimo suggerimento: le stanze devono essere più protette dai rumori esterni attraverso serramenti idonei.

Very convenient location, very efficient, helpful and friendly staff. Restaurant food was very good. The breakfast, included in the room rate, was very good and elaborate.

The hotel was funky, modern and well maintained and had a great atmosphere. However the greatest thing about it was definitely the staff who were all very friendly, helpful and personable. They made us feel that they really wanted us to have a good experience and that they are very proud of their country and the Kaan. This hotel is great value for money.

The hotel is in a pants neighbourhood and I would not recommend walking around at night. I best part about the hotel was the Cathedral and the Restaurant Porto&Lisbon, which is up the road - this is excellent, but you have to book

Sehr zentrale Lage und sehr schönes und modern eingerichtetes Hotel. Sehr netter Empfang und auch das Auto wurde uns weggefahren. Zimmer sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Frühstücksbüffet war reichlich, mit allem was man sich wünscht. Sehr zu empfehlen.

The hotel was super modern and had all the amenities you could ever need, from valet service for parking to a gym and fantastic rooftop restaurant! The facilities were clean and comfortable, we had the best sleep of our all two-week holiday here. Perfect for a stop before heading to the airport or as your first night in Morocco!

Cons: Ambience wasn’t good and the staff didn’t seem to want to help much. Only one coffee pod and cup per room, and we were told we couldn’t sit on the roof terrace before 6pm (even if we just wanted to sit there and chill/read). Very expensive breakfast
