Fantastic holiday, 7 night went far to quick. Stayed in room 2108, pretty central to the whole resort. Very clean and comfortable. Plenty hot water. Staff inthe resort are all fantastic and work so hard to maintain this excellent hotel. The food selection was great and always piping hot. Loved the bottle of water with your meals, great touch. A variety of nationalities which made for a few interesting conversations and great not to be hearing all British voices, made a lovely change. Beautiful, well maintained grounds and great beach. We frlt very safe when we were out and about and enjoyed a daily walk along the beach. Will definitely return. Thank you all so much xx

Just returned home after 11 nights at the Allegro Agadir. Apologies if this review is a little long, but want to ensure its a measured honest overview of our stay, remember it is our opinion! The staff are friendly from reception to ground keeping staff, always polite and happy to help. Room - we were in room 2008, which was on the ground floor overlooking the gardens. The room was small but adequate, it needed some TLC as there were definite wear and tear. The smell in that room was awful, sour drain smell coming from the bathroom. We considered asking to move, however we were aware from previous reviews that there was a risk of being moved to the front of the hotel which was very noisy or near the bar again really noisy. So we chose to sit it out and realised when we had used the shower the smell did subside slightly, but Allegro you need to sort this out as there are many reviews telling you about the awful smell. The cleaners came in daily and changed the towels, but the floor remained constantly dirty. The soles of our feet after a shower were black from walking around the room! Food - we always got to the restaurant for opening time at dinner, but at best the food was warm. We will eat almost anything but the standard of food here was probably the worst we have experienced in an all inclusive. The themed nights are a good idea but the quality of taste was poor.the Moroccan nights were the best taste wise and the breakfasts were the best meal of the day. The girls doing the omelettes were very good, organised and did not allow pushing in! Well done girls. Pool - we new before arriving the entertainment element wouldnt be for us, it was like Benidorm in Morocco!! When you see Bristish people putting football flags up on the wall behind their sun bed its a no from us! The music is loud and people are drinking from 10am, we took ourselves to the beach every day which was perfect! Peaceful and the guy looking after the beds was spot on! We cant comment on the entertainment team like all the other reviews do, but on observation they seemed to work hard and the Brits seems to having a nice time when we walked back to our room. The hotel was clean and well tended by the ground staff. A couple of things I just couldn't get my head round! No butter available at dinner, the only time you could get ice cream was once and then it was like ice cream gate and you couldn't serve yourself and no bottled water at breakfast?? All of which I just thought was odd. We made the most of our time here, Morocco has a lot to offer. We enjoyed the quad bikes, dont bother with paradise vally, that was awful and very disappointing, the marina is lovely with some lovely restaurants and we felt very safe with lots of armed police around. Don't go near the dogs! One lady got bit on the beach and they carry rabies!!! We wouldn't recommend this hotel unless you wanted a Benidorm feel in Morocco so we wont be back to the Allegro it just wasn't for us!

Amazing stay highly recommend. All staff very friendly and helpful. Food was lovely, beers and cocktails were great. hotel spotlessly clean and room cleaned each day. Restaurant staff were brilliant especially Nour who looked after us so well. Lifeguard was hilarious and entertainment staff were amazing. Great location by the beach. Sea was chilly in November but still able to get in. Beach has own flagged area for Hotel and sellers are not allowed in that area. Cable car to the Casbah. Lots of excursions around. Quad Bikes, Camel Rides etc. Hotel pick up and drop off. Get booking you won’t be disappointed.

We had a fantastic time, food was excellent, staff extremely helpful especially Doha and Nour. If had the be picky then most of the lights on the path to Block 2 did not work and it made walking difficult after dark. We did notice a sign which said sun bed could not be reserved but we notice this was totally ignored especially by one group of 7 who booked 7 beds at 8.30 in the morning but then did not use them until about 3pm. We were also interested to see the Falcon to sort out the sea gulls. Peter and Pat Fox

Our first room was rather noisy, it was changed without fuss on our second day. The food was good but not much in the way of vegan protein. They cooked the eggs and meat on the same griddle, no separate utensils, no cleaning the space. Also if you were late to meals there was a grace period and the waiting staff were relaxed and very helpful. It's in a good location, you have to cross a road to the beach with an area set aside for hotel residents. You can walk easily to many of the big attractions such as the cable car, the mosques and the Souk El Had. We mainly chose the hotel due to the 2 clay tennis courts, which were not much used, shame you could only book for an hour and then were chased off by the 'coach' who stood around trying to give (mostly bad) advice. All in all it's a nice place to get some winter sun! Overall it's 12 stars on the M&M rating (12 hangers for clothes).

Excellent property. Everywhere was clean and tidy. Comfortable bed and functional rooms. Great service.Tasty fresh food in the buffet restaurant at all meal times. The restaurant and entertainment staff work very hard ensuring the guests are happy. We felt very welcome and well looked after. If its not your cup of tea, we've enjoyed a good few card games with Oussama keeping us entertained on the rainy day as well as the sunny days!

The best thing about this hotel is def the staff. Friendly and professional at all times. Restaurant was exceptionally clean, food good and tagines were fantastic. Rooms a little tired and could do with a refresh. Avoid room 1225 if you like an early night. This room is under the lobby bar and you can constantly hear chairs being dragged across the tiles. It gets worse when the bar closes at 1100pm and staff are clearing up. I’d def return, great location, plenty sunbeds.

Cons: Je viens à Allegro depuis quelques années et j’ai vraiment vu une dégradation de l’hôtel. Il aurait besoin d’une petite rénovation. Le linge de lit n’est pas à la bonne taille, le linge de toilette est en fin de vie. Le personnel à la réception est désagréable et ne veut pas vous aider. J’ai voulu réserver une nuit en plus et la personne à l’accueil m’a dit que l’hôtel était complet alors que c’était faux.

Location, clean room, clean around the hotel
Cons: After our stay in Allegro Agadir we have mixed feelings because overall hotel was nice - it's showing it's age a little bit, but it was renovated, our room looked modern and if you don't mind the smell from the bathroom it was very good with a nice view (seaview room), welcoming fruits, TV etc. The hotel has a pretty decent swimming pool, not heated, breakfasts were the same every day but decent, located close to the beach with its own part of the beach with sunbeds. There was even some entertainment for the hotel guests, ping pong table. BUT what we didn't like was the interaction with the reception lady in the dark blue shirt (I don't remember the name) and the way she treated us. 1 situation was when we arrived - it turned out hotel "doesn't see" our payment because we paid online on Barcelo website (Allegro is part of Barcelo chain of hotels). Nothing helped - showing the transaction confirmation, showing the request from the hotel itself to pay online on their website (despite we booked it on Booking.com) or loose our reservation, confirmation from the Barcelo didn't help either. The reception lady offered us a temporary room and asked us to wait for 1h in our room for the call from the reception. After the wait she informed us that she can't reach the department to confirm the payment and asked us to come there next day around 10:00. she didn't tell us where the cafeteria was, what time breakfast was served, where we could tie our towels, etc. We wrote messages to Booking.com support and Barcelo.com Booking.com support confirmed that everything is settled and even called the reception of the hotel so it was nice from their side. We stayed at the same room the whole stay so thanks God we didn't have to move to another room like receptionist told us. So overall it was stressful at the beginning but then thankfully it was OK.

Ровным счетом ничего. Отель Alegro Agadir (ранее известный как Les Almohades Beach Resort Agadir) был построен в 1971 году. Он входит в сеть Barceló Hotel Group. Собственно этим все сказано. Древняя помойка рассчитанная на группы европейских пенсионеров.
Cons: Если коротко - безумная очередь на заселение, ветхий фонд (отелю 50+ лет) и канализация которая моментально затопила целый корпус отеля! Ровно через пять минут после заселения из под входной двери в номер пошли сточные воды. Через 10 минут номер был полностью залит. Через 20 минут мы потребовали возврата всей суммы за размещение и счастливые уехали в другой отель.

De plus, nous avons un enfant de cinq ans et il a fallu qu’on attende 20h30 pour qu’ils installent le lit après plusieurs relances. La propreté à l’intérieur des chambres laisse à désirer.

We travelled in Feb 2025 on a very good deal from Jet 2 on our 1st visit to Agadir. The airport was quick and efficient and there was transfer of about 30 mins to the hotel. Whilst travelling to the hotel, I spotted people squatting and using waste land as a toilet, which wasn’t a great impression of the area. The hotel offered a fast check in and the rooms were clean but very small for 3 of us. The pool area wasn’t great with lots of raised, broken tiles and the poolside food often cold. The main pool isn’t heated and you cannot jump in, have floaties etc… The food in the main restaurant was good quality but not many options and in 7 days we saw the same main dish x3 times. The only place for a drink in the evenings was to sit in the hotel reception, as the sports bar doesn’t open till 11pm. The hotel is in a great location and has a private section on the beach. The hotel decor is very tired, only the rooms and reception have been painted. The corridors have uneven floors, plaster falling off the walls and mismatched paint job. Staff at the hotel work really hard and are pleasant. We did enjoy our stay, as the weather was good and we enjoyed the area but I wouldn’t say it’s a 4 star hotel or would return.

Hotel was very good for the price. The food exceeded my expectations and was probably the best part of the stay. Beds were very comfortable and we had a nice room overlooking the pool. Staff were generally very friendly and helpful and the Bravo team were very good. I also liked the pool and private beach area had lifeguards. The gardens were immaculate and very beautiful.
Cons: I don’t have much to say however I feel the sun beds around the pool could do with a proper scrub. They were sprayed down in the mornings but there is a build of up suncream on them. Also the majority of staff were very friendly but I would say the reception staff could be a bit happier/friendly.

Location was brilliant, atmosphere around hotel was excellent mostly all of the staff were friendly and helpful just 2 of the higher ppl were slightly unhelpful when I had issues with 1 of our party unwell, room was good but bit on small side for a family, it was a room with 2 beds and a travel bed not a lot of place to store things or have a relaxing seat seat had to sit on beds. Room would have perfect if on 2 ppl sharing. Value for the price we paid was excellent, 1 receptionist was excellent so helpful when we had to get doctor and he even organized for someone to collect prescription and deliver to hotel after his shift was finished. Entertainment was excellent. Lots to see and do outside of hotel, nothing was to far all within walking or a quick taxi ride.

As I sit listening to pounding music in my small room a final straw after clearing two bugs (really small cockroaches) from the shower room. I recommend you don’t use this hotel for your holiday - we have booked with jet 2 we have had a smelly small dirty room with tatty worn decor. I complained and we were offered another dirty room, so dirty I wiped the floor with a damp clean tissue and it was black with hairs stuck to it. In desperation we asked to upgrade but were told there wasn’t any other. In the end we cleaned our room ourselves especially the floor. The promendade outside is covered in spots of dry dog poo from the wild dogs which are around the beach area. The first night we had pounding music after travelling this was too much. The food is mediocre, repeatative the cleanliness everywhere questionable. The all inclusive drinks are made with on tap water, or generic cheap alcohol. In the middle of the night we heard others being sick.

overall we’ve loved this hotel and have had a great week. Our room was in a great position on the ground floor so we got to avoid the steps and corridors. It was given a quick clean each day which was fine for us. I brought my kettle, milk teabags and coffee as I like one first thing, but thought the tea in the restaurant was nice. Easy to get a sunbed, plenty around til mid morning. Entertainment staff were all lovely and if we’d wanted to join in more there was plenty going on. We enjoyed the music around the pool all day (break 12:30-3). I had a daily walk along the prom to feed the cats and dogs 😆 and then walked back along the beach. Lovely beach. The food was our main (slight) disappointment. Although it was fresh and always something you fancied, we missed fresh fruit like melon and pineapple and ice-cream at mealtimes. Evening Entertainment is mixed and quite confusing we thought. Sometimes in the theatre, sometimes in the sports bar, random nights with dress codes like jeans and shirt night 🤷♀️, occasional keyboard player or quiz in lobby bar. The hotel grounds are beautiful, green and really well kept and the pool area has levels so not all squashed around the pool. We ate out twice at Jades, just outside the hotel back entrance and really enjoyed it (£32 for a shared starter, 2 beers and a main meal each). Don’t really get all the negative reviews on this hotel I’ve seen but each to their own.

We stayed in this hotel for a week as a couple. It was a stones throw to the beach, of which the hotel had its own private section which was nice and clean. The room was a bit dated, but we didn’t come to just sit in the room. The buffet was to be as expected, but was nice enough. We ate here most of our holiday. The hotel is central to everything, the strip and other activities. It’s walking distance to the cable car and the harbour etc. There was a shop on site, however it just sold souvenirs, no essentials. We didn’t really use the pool as it was always so busy, so we used the beach when we wanted to relax / sunbathe. If I had young children I don’t think I would use the hotel however as feel they may get a bit bored. Just to add there is no bar at the beach so be prepared to take your own drinks, or the hotel is close enough should you want to go back and refresh. It can get a bit sun-bed wars at the beach, we saw a couple of heated arguments break out. There are always dogs around, particularly of an evening, and in the day they are trying to seek shade under the sun beds. They are all very friendly and more scared of humans than you are of them! Would I could back, 100% but mainly as I am a massive animal lover. We fed, watered and played with the dogs daily, and cried when we left. I have visited both Marrakech and agadir and would never return to Marrakech but would go back to agadir in a heart beat. I felt safe the entire time and everyone was so welcoming

The hotel was amazing, the staff at reception were superb and very helpful with sorting our rooms out and showing us around and making us feel really welcome. Bravo entertainment were amazing always had a smile on their faces, thank you so much to Imane, Karam, Simou, Sami, Ikaram, Yasmine, Mendi and Khalid they were all so friendly and made sure to always bring an amazing atmosphere would definitely recommend to visit this place, this was my first time in Agadir and it did not disappoint at all I will be coming back again!!

So it's a budget hotel and you get what you pay for....but it's brilliant. All the staff no matter what department are lovely and friendly. In fact every person we came across in our two weeks even outside the hotel we so friendly. The rooms are just fine, and cleaned daily. The staff work very hard at keeping everywhere clean and tidy. The restaurant is ok as is the food. Could do with being a little warmer. If you stayed in the hotel for two weeks you wouldn't starve but yea it does get a bit monotonous. There are lots and lots of places just outside to eat and at a very reasonable price too. So go explore. The beach is just over the road and has its own private section which is well looked after. The entertainer team work non stop and not like ithe hotels they are not in your face constantly. It was our first time to Agadir and definitely won't be the last! Would we go back to the Allegro? Yes we would. Thank you to all the staff that made our holiday great.

Cons: Despite being advertised as English speaking, I really struggled with communication as most people spoke solely French and Arabic, understandable for the area, but advertising should be honest. The furniture throughout felt a little dirty. My floors were also not very clean Additionally, make sure you know your meal plan… I did not know I had only paid for breakfast, and asked a staff member if dinner was included (they nodded yes, so I assumed I was good to go). After I sat down and ate a server approached me with a ticket, apologizing and said I needed to pay, which was frustrating because I would have eaten a smaller meal elsewhere. I did not feel comfortable questioning it because the language gap, so obliged paying 175MAD for my very small plate.

First time in Agidir absolutely loved it. The hotel is spotlessly clean always someone cleaning around the hotel, gardens are well kept. Ideal location for the beach (3 min walk) this also has a private area of sunbeds belonging to the hotel. Our room was 1322 looking out the front of the hotel could be a little noisy at night but take some earplugs. The room was spacious and cleaned every day with fresh towels. The food was lovely from breakfast, lunch and dinner plenty of choice for everyone. Drinks were nice we only had beer and white wine. Pool area is lovely with 3 different pools to suit everyone. We would definitely return to this hotel. All staff very friendly and helpful if you required anything. Day of departure there is a shower room and towels provided. My shout out goes to two lovely waitresses who were very attentive and yes hard working as is all the staff throughout the hotel. I hope the hotel does a recognition scheme for the staff and these two ladies could be put forward, Douha and Nourel. Many thanks to ALL the staff your doing great.

Just returned home after our 3 week stay, myself & husband, on arrival the hotel looked dated from outside, check in was quick & easy and a porter helped us to our room which was 2002, the room itself was dated, needed a good overall, it was a decent size for the 2 of us, the bed was the best part of the room it was massive & the comfiest bed ive slept in for a while, we had a garden view on the ground floor, the lock.on the patio door wasnt great didnt always lock my husband had to mess about with it quiet alot, the cleaners weren't the best I never once seen them with a mop our floor in room was disgusting, we had clean towels everyday & if you wanted the bed sheets changing you had to put a card on the bed, there was not enough storage for all our clothes so I had to live out of my suitcase for 3 weeks, the pool area was OK, the entertainment team were good always trying to get you involved although after few days they left us alone think they got the message we weren't interested, we always managed to get sunbeds, the drinks were the worst ive ever had, cheap spirits very watered down & not the same in plastic cups, the drinks did taste better from the lobby bar as we're in glasses very small i have to say, the food wasnt always to my taste but there was always something to eat, we were sick of the all inclusive to be honest after 3 weeks of being there, we found a few nice restaurants outside the hotel which we used a fare bit, the staff seemed friendly some more than others, if we went back to agadir we wouldnt stay here again, there's many more nicer hotels along the beach front.

Good and not so good but wouldn't go back. The staff- the bar staff are not very engaging or friendly, bar staff in the sports bar are rude and full of themselves. The entertainment team- brilliant, lively and very hard working especially Kamal. The hotel, it's nice, it's not 4 star or anywhere near it. A few years ago I believe it went through a renovation which in the rooms consist of fablon on everything. Our first room smelt of sewers and was unbearable so we moved, the second still smelt at times but putting a towel on the shower waste seemed to do the trick, the beds are lovely though. The public areas are as you would expect nice, clean and well presented. But to get to your rooms you have to navigate what I can only describe as a 1970's tower block, up and down stairs and through dark and flakey painted walled corridors. The evening entertainment was mixed, some good but other nights especially the indoor theatre was dreadful. There is good wifi throughout and the aircon in the room was good. The food, was not bad at all, a little repetitive as is the normal for all inclusive but there was generally something for everyone and focused on traditional Morrocan style dishes which is nice. Daytime food in the main restaurant was again reasonable. The pool bar food in the day was pizza and chips and some chicken nuggets, every day and very bland. The all inclusive drinks are okay, not very big measures but if people are having them all day then id rather not be surrounded by drunks. The pool is also freezing its not heated and even when it's 30 degrees you shiver at the thought of going in. The area that the hotel is in is I think one of the better places as its close to the beach, a short walk to the restaurants and night life. We felt very safe in the area and it is ideal for families, couples and all. Overall, if you dont expect too much and you'll enjoy it.

Cons: The room was right below a bar and the chair scrapping noise was excruciating until late in the night. The bathroom & bedroom were not very clean although okay but the towels kept disappearing. The food including breakfast was more for the French, repeated daily and not to a great standard. The entertainment team was jaded and could be quite aggressive which was typical of a number of staff. They liked to bang out rap type music for long periods so had to stay away from the pool.

very poor, too many things to discuss, check in was a mess, too busy, we were not given clear instructions on where our room was, the hotel is a bit like a maze, hard to navigate if you are in block b, took too long for someone to get luggage, arrived at 3:30pm to a dirty room, management said it's normal (check in is 3pm) didn't advise me that it was dirty and hadn't been cleaned before sending me there. Only very cheap alcohol, so don't do all inclusive and very watered down. Incredibly bland and cold / luke warm food, doesn;t change, lacks variety and flavour.

The hotel is in a good location, just over the road from the beach and a 15 - 20 minute walk from the main stretch of restaurants and clubs on the front going towards the harbour. It has a few restaurants and a "Brirish" bar on the road outside reception and turn left. This is OK for a decent beer and sporting events. Don't count on the on site sports bar as the sport is turned off when they have Karaoke or events. They turned the Ryder cup off on the third day when it was all to play for !!! Check in was a very poor experience as we got there about 11.15 AM. We queued at reception and when we got to the front, we were given a card to fill in and sent away. We filled this in and queued again when we got to the front we were told we were too early and needed to come back for our all inclusive bands after 12, it was 20 minutes to 12 for crying out loud???. So at 12 we queued again and got our bands but our rooms were not ready so we had to go away and queue again after 3PM for our rooms. This was all very frustrating after a long day travelling and needs looking at by the managemant. Please just give us all the information at our first visit to the reception or before queueing !!! The hotel is clean and tidy and the food is of a decent standard for a mainly non european menu. The surroundings are well presented but hide lots of failings with broken stone flooring all around the pool and throughout the grounds. This is all exactly as you would expect from a 3* hotel, which is what the hotel is in my opinion. It may have been 4* when it was built but is sure isnt now !! As everyone mentions the Animation team do a great job of keeping everone entertained and involve as many as they can without being pushy. All in all this was a nice relaxing 14 night holiday (after the check in) and I would not put anybody off coming here as it is OK so long as you are aware it is a 3* experience. Enjoy.

From the moment of arrival every member of staff has gone out of their way to offer the best service possible. The reception team welcomed us as family, the bar staff were warm and courteous ensuring all 4 of us were catered to throughout the trip. The hotel was kept spotless by a team of housekeeping staff, gardeners and public area cleaning crew who were thorough and worked tirelessly to ensure the highest standards are kept. The restaurant service staff were exemplary offering over and above levels of service throughout. The catering team even ensured that our dairy allergy child had hand made desserts as almost all the standard desserts had dairy. Imagine 8 days of buffet eating and no allergic reaction!! I wish they all wore name badges so I could name them personally here. The food was of a good standard, fresh and a wide variety every day. Breakfasts were amazing and the pizza at lunch exceptional! It would not be possible to complete a thorough review without mentioning the animation team. They were all attentive, and entertaining offering a variety of games and activities for all ages throughout our stay. They ensured lone travellers were included, played with children and chatted with quieter guests. They really make the eexperience. There is also a hotel photographer Yassine who takes candid shots throughout the day/night but can also be booked for mini shoots, his work is amazing and he adds to the daily atmosphere. A special thank you to Khalid, Karam, Ikram, Imane, yasmine, tijuan, simou, for making this a special family memory.

Cons: We arrived in the hotel and was only given 1 towel for 3 of us. We were asking for towels every day but kept being told that they will send some over. We were finally given 3 towels on the last day but they took them after a few hours again. Didn’t make our room until hour after we requested. Food was super basic. Nothing like pictures posted. We also had a massive cockroach in the room in the night.

Hotel is old but has been previously refurbished they are undertaking small renovations and repairs like flooring and painting etc. Food is good not loads of choice but we found something most nights. Pizza is really well made. Pool area is clean and they are doing deep cleaning tasks every morning. Two drinks per person but there aren’t long waits due to this at the bar so wasn’t an issue for us. Some improvements that would be welcome and would make it a much nicer Lighting near to the sports bar needs to be improved it’s so dark at night and uninviting. Also lighting inside the sports bar as it’s so dark and nobody goes in as it’s hard to see. BEST THING ABOUT THE HOTEL ARE THE STAFF ESPECIALLY THE ANIMATION TEAM. They don’t stop and they are all very friendly.

Cons: There customer service was bad there attitudes were poor there was 2 guys on the animation time which was nice ,I spoke to many other guests with the same opinions an some even worst . Just skmle things like an iron they showed me a room to do a couple items and it was dangerous 😳 the socket was hanging off the plate was broken n almost ripped my clothes the power wouldn't even stay on you had to put it on max it would cut off straight away and was leaking water I was going to book the rest of my stay in Morocco here. But after my experience I definitely will not and won't recommend it to any 1 with taste and eyesight. All inclusive was the worst I have ever seen in my like as was the reception 😐 food was bad the beach had dogs all running around pooing it was terrible. I could write a book after just 2 days but I haven't got the time I'm checking out to try and enjoy my experience for the rest of my holiday

This has been the best holiday ever. The animation team are the best, so welcoming and funny definitely make the holiday 100 times better, they made our holiday even better. So many things to do and activities happen throughout the day. Rooms are so clean. Couldn’t find a fault with the place or the people. Would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone. The location of the hotel is very close to shops and a 2 minute walk to the beach. The atmosphere is the best through the day and even better at night with nightly entertainment and sometimes shows in the theatre. Definitely value for money.

The girls at breakfast/lunch are a treasure, such a pleasure. Food was lovely, varied range available, love Moroccan night. Room kept clean, this was always done efficiently. Gardens maintained to a high standard. We enjoy our time here hence returning several times. Staff make this hotel.

Me & my husband arrived on 20/09/25 (We are 51 & 69). This is our 3rd visit to the hotel & unfortunately our last. We were so looking forward to being back here as our previous experiences had been great, really memorable & fun. The ambience of the hotel has completely nosedived. No more fun evening entertainment at the pool bar, when I asked why it had stopped, I was told it was because the french clientele are getting older and say "it's too cold to sit outside" so it's moved to the theatre..... Great if you don't smoke or drink, we do! No more little artisan stalls by the restaurant, no more camels on the grounds, it's just so very lacklustre. The food quality has taken a real turn for the worse and is far more repetitive than before, however there is always something you can put together to make a sandwich (you won't starve). On that note, each visit to the restaurant involved us actively having to gain the attention of & ask staff for a drink, while other nationalities were given preferential treatment. That made me feel really sad & unimportant as a guest. On a positive note, the rooms are spacious, the beds comfy and cleaned regularly. You couldn't fault the room. It's worth mentioning that there is not a great deal to do outside of the hotel. I hope this review helps someone along the way in making a decision.

I can recommend the Allegro Hotel. The hotel met my expectations. The rooms were clean. The food was delicious. The animators are very positive people, providing entertainment and sports for hotel guests all day long. A Moroccan musician playing live local music adds to the Moroccan dinner. The beach is clean and wide. The ocean is also pleasant.

on arrival here we had a 3 hours wait for our room , once inn the room all we wanted to do was have a shower and relax after being up for over 36 hours Jet 2 were a nightmare on the way here as we requested assistance for my wife who has a moblity scooter , i was not allowed to go on the ambilift with her and was told that at the last minute so i had to run to gate 10 ( miles away from where i was ) on the aircraft i had to wait for my wife who was made to collaps the scooter her self and carry the 2 batterys onto the plane , and it was the same when we got off in Morroco i will say the transfer driver was brilliand and very helpfull. The first day the plug sockets did not work so i reported it and the leccy man came and all it was ,was the fuse had triped it was the same on the second day and the third and the fourth so by this time being a bit hacked off i said i wanted it sorted so the electrcian had a good look and found the kettle in the room was the cause of it so we had the kettle changed and it was fine after that . Now onto the food , where do i start COLD COLD COLD and repitition come to mind we had to co the a restaurant aoultside the compleax just for a decent meal and sme meat , i must say i enjoyed it well worth the money . The trips are on the expensive side with Jet2 well and travel company your better off going outside to get the half the price . The staff at the hotel were fantastic so polite and helpful and will bend over backwards t do any thing for you . Out of 10 , 4 and best

We liked the fact that the beach is 3 minutes walk way and the sandy beach is absolutely great . Now only one huge problem and only downfall on this hotel . I got injured falling on the slippery stairs which are made of tiles . Asked the receptionist for ice due my leg proper swelling up to be told to wait for 2 hours till the bar open , then been told no first aiders onsite then been given a piece of paper with some doggy hospital on it to be told figure out your selfs how to get there . Honestly the worst attitude and worst folk at the reception, stinking attitude, not even asked if I was ok nothing. Hospital charges double price for a xray so be very very careful if u going to this hotel if use are concerned and worried about falling on slippery tiles ar needing help by a doctor or things like that . Apart from that is beautiful

The hotel is a little out dated for what you get. The most import to know is that the "all inclusive concept" stops at 11PM every day. The bar is still open until 1PM but you need to pay for any drinks. Also the guests are mostly French and 65+, which does influence the atmosphere.The entertainment team is great fun.

Just back from our 3rd stay at Allegro. We love it here, we're always made to feel very welcome. The hotel and rooms are always clean, the gardens are beautifully maintained. All the staff work really hard to make sure the guests have a great time. Any problems were dealt with quickly and efficiently by the reception staff. The entertainment team have so much energy and try to get everyone involved in activities. I did notice how busy the bar gets. My main concern is that the bar staff look very tired and overworked, when I asked about this I found out that they don't get to take a day off!! Overall it was another great holiday and we will definitely return.

Pool but small for hotel clean & easy walk to the beach which was lovely & a warm sea you walked straight into. Had a fantastic meal in Playa restaurant on the beach front very cheap but Michelin starred worthy ‘ again excellent staff. Would happily come back & look forward to coming back. Front of house porter Said a very genuine happy friendly man & excellent customer service from him & the staff. Fantastic fishing & swim boat trip organised by the hotel. Please try it & make your own option don’t be swayed but others

The Allegro Agadir is a 3 star hotel and has it's issues like any other hotel. It's an honest review of what we have experienced. A family of 3 stayed for 10 nights all inclusive in late August. The staff were great, very welcoming and friendly who worked hard to give you a comfortable stay. The housekeeping we had was amazing and she couldn't do enough for you and the room. The waiters and waitresses were brilliant in the restaurant. Always smiling, always cleaning the tables away and always offering more drinks before we asked. The food in the hotel was nice and some very delicious dishes, not too many choices but we could always find something at each meal time. We found the dishes repetitive as the holiday went on and not always warm to serve, never mind hot. Freshly made pizzas were a big hit with us and other guests. The restaurant is on the smaller size with the amount of guests and gets very busy. The snack bar and bar by the pool isn't great, very basic and the hot food in the closed baymaries was cold so we didn't opt to eat there after our first try. You're only allowed two drinks at a time which was a nightmare when you wanted three, same at the lobby bar. We had to change our room straight away as it wasn't very clean, smelt and felt damp (ground floor block 2) we were moved to floor 3 in the same block room 2305 on the side of the hotel. The mini fridge didn't work after many attempts to get it cold and so we unplugged it and used it as a cupboard. The bathroom extractor fan constantly ran with noise and bad smells throughout the hotel. The pool area is tired and can get very slippy but always a cleaner there to clear up the water away. Life guards were always around and making sure people understood the rules for their safety. The gardens are beautiful and well kept, shame no sun loungers aren't available on the lawns as many don't want to be around the action around the pool but still want to stay in the hotel, as the pool area got full very quick as you had to reserve the lounges. If you don't want to pay a 200 dirham deposit for each Allergo towel take your own. The location of the hotel is brilliant just across the road to the promenade and beach with many bars and restaurants around. It's very central and everything can be within walking distance if you like to walk. Agadir is a beautiful place to walk around and we even walked further back away from the tourist side to see the really Agadir as far back to Souk El Had (Market). With all that been said the hotel has potential to be a 4 star ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ and we found it very value for money and would stay again at the Allegro Agadir at the right price in the future.

Let’s give credit where it’s due: the staff were genuinely lovely—always checking in, always smiling. Rooms? Decent. Grounds? Pleasant enough. That’s where the compliments end. Now for the horror show. The food. My god, the food. I am not a picky eater—I’ve survived dodgy kebabs at 3 a.m. and eaten plane meals with a smile—but here? Nothing was edible. Guests were scooping food up with their bare hands like it was some kind of medieval banquet, utensils apparently just for decoration. Kids literally used them as spoons, licked them, and put them back. Appetite ruined. The whole thing seemed catered towards the French guests, who were hands down the rudest group of people I’ve ever encountered. Staring, laughing, mocking solo travellers in broad daylight as if it was part of the entertainment package. At one point, I half expected them to form a panel of judges and start holding up scorecards while laughing. The drinks policy? Two at a time, like we were at a school disco. God forbid you want to sit down with a round and actually enjoy yourself. And just when I thought it couldn’t get any worse—the English arrived. A group turned up on my last day, and chav is too kind a word. One man thought it was appropriate to flash his private parts. Loud, aggressive, throwing around language you wouldn’t want kids to hear. Absolute circus. This place might be cheap, but it’s cheap in every sense of the word. I’d rather holiday in Butlins. Hell, I’d rather spend a week in Blackpool in the rain than set foot here again. I travel several times a year, and I can safely say this is the bottom of the barrel.

Cons: The hotel is a bit old, while some parts have been renovated, more efforts need to be put to modernise common areas, especially corridors... Rooms could be cleaner. We could not sleep well one night because of a very strong noise from elecrticity switches in the corridor.

Awful hotel definitely not 4 star. The rooms are basic no tea making facilities and stained furniture. The staff except Yasmine were rude and practically ignored us. If you have a young daughter they are all over you. This is how they get good reviews as the Bravo staff take the youngsters phones and write their own reviews so it looks like the customer. I saw it happening so definitely true. The pool is overcrowded no chance to swim. Adults throwing balls around so be careful . Black scum around pool edge and scum under foot as slippery when trying to get in. Kids running around unsupervised. Food always cold and repetitive even for 7 days day. No hygiene rules adhered to staff touch the food no gloves. Ham omelette made next to vegetarian one. Kids help themselves unsupervised and no manners just barge past you when you have awaited your turn. So did one of the bravo team resulting in him getting the last of food on offer leaving me with nothing. So noisy from 0800 until around 0200. Kids again along with staff shouting and screaming in corridors.There were as least 5 of people we met who had been ill like us. Be warned this is not a hotel for couples. All inclusive drinks were awful. If you want tea during the day you have to walk to other side of hotel. Beach would be lovely but no bar so you have to leave cross the road and walk to pool bar. Hassle at the beach with looky looky men that got agreesive when you say no thanks. TBH one of the worst holidays we have ever been on .Avoid if you can.

This is a budget hotel and most definitely not a 4star as advertised on Jet2 . 90% of staff were arrogant and did not even attempt to engage with guests . Food was average at best , cleanliness around food areas was poor , drinks served were mostly warm , beer was awful . Many people with upset stomach’s. Entertainment team clearly worked hard but entertainment was really poor , Sports bar was pitch black and empty and every time we went in there was nobody there to serve. TVs had started to go on standby it had been left for so long . My first time to Morocco and most definitely my last . I can only imagine it’s the drunk guests around the pool that are convinced to write these 5 star reviews .

We stayed at the Allegro Agadir from 10th to 24th August. I'd read so many bad reviews since booking last year, so was a bit apprehensive about what we were coming to, but we had the best holiday. The hotel was fine, room was nice, cleaned every day with fresh towels (even though we hung them back up to use again), food was LOVELY, I'd seen so many bad food posts. You are in a different country, so you're not going to be dished up English food people, try the different foods and enjoy it. I'm not a fussy eater..I enjoy all foods from all countries and couldn't fault the food here at all. We managed to get a sun bed every day. There are plenty there..but you may need to bring your towel down at breakfast, just don't leave it there all day and not come back to your bed..you get those people wherever you go. The entertainment team are all lovely, they didn't harass us at all. We did a camel ride with tea and biscuits through Get my Guide, picked up by a cab there and back..very good value for money. Did the little train too..that was nice. We walked to the Souk El Had, took about 40 mins and bought gifts to take home. The weather wasn't the best, but we still got a tan. The mist was there every day apart from the day we were coming home. It didn't clear until about 5/6pm. Although if it had been 40 degrees every day it would have been overpowering, so we saw past it (🤣😛). There is a private section of beach for the hotel across the road which is good as it felt safe to leave your bag there whilst in the sea, although we never took our phones or money down there. The beach is so lovely too..the waves...so good..but be careful, they can be very rough. Would 100% come again to a beautiful place.

We had an excellent 2 week holiday at the Allegro in Agadir. Food was varied, always found something we liked, great omelettes for breakfast, red and rose wine were very nice. Entertainment team were excellent, both myself and my teenage girls enjoyed the activities. Room was clean, beds comfy and always loads of hot water. No kettles in the room but we took a travel one along with our Tetley!!! All staff were friendly and helpful a couple of minor issues with the rooms which were sorted quickly. Would definitely return.

We went as a family to the Allegro Agadir for 1 week in August 2025 The hotel was fantastic really nice food, cocktails/ drinks were ok, good pools, animation team were great, with just enough attention, room cleaning was good too. We did walk in to Agadir itself, but I’m afraid we wished we hadn’t, next time we will stay at the hotel as Agadir was just not what we expected, the ways there were so different, we found it a challenge.

Just returned from a one week holiday based at the Allegro. TripAdvisor reviews are sometimes unbalanced, as they attract the very best and worst reviews. Despite some very poor reviews from British guests, I thought the hotel was excellent for the price we paid with easyJet holidays. Our arrival experience wasn't great. We were shown room 1428 in the Reception block. The room was clean and fairly spacious, with a large balcony. Despite knowing it was for 3 people, a couple and a 12 year old, we were presented with a large bed for all of us. No way! It took more than a hour to resolve with the addition of a put up bed. However, we were offered the chance to skip check in and catch the end of the dinner service, which I thought was very welcoming. The grounds to the hotel were lovely, although there was no opportunity to sit within the gardens. I thought the restaurant had lots of choices to appeal to all. Pizza and chips if you want it, but also a good array of salads and Moroccan dishes. On the whole, food quality was good, with some dishes better than others. I disagree with comments that you don't get good service if you are English. In all cases, we had tables prepared for us and drinks brought to us rapidly. The restaurant was busy during all hours of service. I didn't like the lack of hand sanitizer. No hygiene measures were imposed or offered to guests. And my fellow guests hygiene standards were seriously lacking. Picking food out with their hands, chewing food as they go around the buffet counters etc. I could not fault the cleaning of our room and the communal areas. The pool area was fairly large, but again, my fellow guests were horrific. Beds all reserved by 8am. On average, you'd see one in five beds in use at any point in time. Many people reserved beds for invisible family members, who hadn't been seen for hours. Access to the private beach was great, as was the promenade walk. We really enjoyed using the hotel as a base for some amazing excursions such as crocoparc, camel trekking, city tour and jeep safari. Would I return? Probably not. The hotel was absolutely fine, but the clientele weren't the type of people I enjoy spending holiday time with.

Second visit to this hotel with my 10 year old son. The staff are absolutely amazing. Reception could be a little friendlier but the waiters and entertainment staff are incredible. I decided not to participate in the games this visit and none of the team pressured me, if I said no thank you they smiled and walked away. The food - amazing. My son is a very fussy eater but I know he always finds something at this hotel. I on the other hand will try anything and I especially liked the Spanish night, the food is fantastic and there is various items to choose from. I didn’t rate breakfast this time unfortunately, scrambled eggs are lovely but the French toast was brick hard every morning. Room - only complaint is the balcony. It’s not the cleanest. Our room was spotless everyday but there’s no way our balcony was mopped prior to our visit or during it. Rooms have been modernised but there’s still massive room for improvement. Entertainment - as I’ve said, I enjoyed the games our first visit but this time to relax. The team took no issue with this and didn’t force me to join in anything. We missed their evening shows, my son was really tired but we seen the same shows on our last visit so I wasn’t bothered. Pool - be quick to get a sunbed in the summer months. I had to wake up before my son and dash down to the pool as some hog beds at 6/7am and don’t return until 2/3pm!! This is the same at a lot of hotels but the hotel could monitor this more. All in all, we enjoyed our stay again. Agadir itself is undergoing major improvements and I will return in the future, I might stay at this hotel in a few years to see what’s changed because it’s not as bad as people make out! On a last note, Allegro is 100% a 3 star and not a 4 but it’s not hell. Try it, you might find you actually like it.

Never needed to write reviews before but... We are currently here now - Where do we begin. Arrived at 10am - We were told we couldn't have a wristband till 12pm. Meaning no drinks and no access to room till 3pm. Fair enough about the room however when not enough sun loungers we were stuck on uncomfortable chairs for 5 hours before could do anything. Food - the quality is amazing, the variety, extremely limited. If you are English, forget having any table service. It's only when you had enough of waiting for a drink and helping yourself that they suddenly notice you. The Room - Is nice but the shower could be better placed in our particular 'superior' room as the waste pipe has been boxed in meaning the shower space is limited. Pool Bar service - We are a family of 4, but hell no if you want to get more than 2 drinks at a time. You have to constantly walk back and forwards to point of being escorted to ensure you are not carrying to many drinks... It's soft we getting drink and all inclusive... Clearly not... It has not been helped by the sun never being out, so kids won't get in the freezing pool but I will forgive the Hotel on not controlling the weather! It is only day 3 of 10 days, fingers crossed it's gets better... An interesting start...

When we arrived it was at the back of 11 at night so the bar and restaurants were closed, we went to the reception and asked if they could help us as everything was closed they sent food and bottled water to our room for us to have. We have been welcomed by all staff they have really tried to communicate with us and involve us in the activities. The hotel is clean and only needs to have little bits done and would make it even better as in ie the bathrooms the sticky back plastic is coming off and the fan doesn’t work and the bathroom gets very hot when in the shower. The floors aren’t always clean as our feet has been dirty after a shower. The food in the restaurant is ok but can be warm but there is a microwave that you can heat up porridge etc in. The theme nights are a bit or miss as when there was a 70,80,90’s this did not happen as this turned into a Moroccan night and I was very disappointed at this as was really looking forward to this night as being an 80’s fan. There is a laundry service through the hotel but t-shirts didn’t come back clean they still had marks on them. We have only had a couple of issues with the hotel there has been poo in the pool twice there has been poo on loungers and around pool on one occasion and then sick in the pool this isn’t dealt with as quick as at home. We also had a little boy who took ill in reception and was sick all over floor myself and husband had to help and shout for staff to help as they just stood there watching other guests were walking through sick and finally this was dealt with and the yellow triangles put out. Over all experience is we wouldn’t come back to this hotel or Morocco as the weather in August isn’t very good at all with mist in morning and occasionally rain and we would prefer to be adult only as lots of kids.

Rooms were lovely, clean, comfy beds, good showers Food good, not repetitive. 3 star because of repressive, annoying security guards and silly rules around how many drinks you could order and where you could drink them. Ridiculous! Only allowed to order 2 drinks at a time. Not allowed to take them from the area you bought them. Impossible to have a nightcap on your nice balcony. Security more interested in policing guests than anything else. Never known an all inclusive like this before. Back to RIU for me!

Definitely not 4* We booked through Jet2. We arrived late evening, driveway walk to the Reception has poor lighting & is very uneven. There is no handrail on steps to the room. We paid extra for a superior room with sea view. View was a concrete wall. The outside area was shared with at least 4 neighbouring rooms, so they had access to clothing & shoes outside. Bird mess was an issue, too. Our safe wasn't even bolted to the wall. Reception staff rude. All inclusive guests were treated very differently at the bar area. Prices always varied when paying for the same drinks ordered. Cash only. The pool was always crammed, sunbeds touching each other. You have to get up early to claim your bed with a towel! Definitely not the 4* experience that we thought we'd paid for. We travelled before the 6 week school summer break. So this situation will only get worse. Even though the event team was full of enthusiasm. This was all the time. Loud banging music. Not chilled at all! So we spent most our days on the beach. Even though this area is a private beach, the sun loungers definitely need a good clean or even replacing. Our advice is don't book. Plenty other 4* hotels nearby that offer a far better experience. On a positive the gardens are keep beautiful. But unfortunately the hotel needs to do a lot more. Agadir & Marrakech - lovely areas. Shame we booked the wrong hotel.

We are currently staying at the allegro. We are enjoying our stay. The staff have all been lovely, friendly and working hard to keep the place clean and tidy. The entertainment stuff are great and making sure people have fun with keep fit and yoga in the pool, games of pool volley ball. There is something for everyone to eat. Spaghetti, pizza chips and chicken nuggets for picky children. Some really lovely local dishes and salads. We've all enjoyed trying something new. The hotel is a little run down in some areas but it is kept clean and tidy. The rooms are clean and we've slept well

Cons: We were given the rooms at 5:45 pm we were obliged to wait for about 3 hours. They give us the first room after about 3hours and the second room after 3hrs and a half. It is really disappointed to be sitting all that period after 6hours driving. The hotel mentioned that it is beach front which is not the case. It was about 400m far from the sea.

1 week stay, arrived late evening greeted by a gent on reception, who gave us forms to fill in with details which should have been an screen Later we found out that our 15year old had been given an adult wrist band by mistake( thought silver band was for all inclusive basis) All bars were abit disappointing served luke warm water, you as guests have to collect bottled water to take to your rooms, remove the fridge shelves to fit the bottles in. Rooms were clean and tidy, cleaners were amazing, greeted with a smile daily. Poolside was brushed not a full scrubbing with soap? We choose the same beds each day dirt still visable and beds on day 7. Limited umbrellas certainly not enough to go around. Pool attendants very sociable. Gardens well maintained? credit to all groundman. Entertainment team new guy stood out , what a pleasure talking daily to him, not pressured to join in, although he always asked politely and had the bigger crowd for aqua aerobics. (hamza) what an attribute you are to the team? Given the majority of jobs. Senior guy on 2 occasions called him away whilst having a conversation with us- for him to carry chairs, felt this was abit out of order as other staff were standing around. Photographer what a lovely guy so helpful? Smiley face. Need to mention Younger guy in hotel shop zaqikrya? Very kind to the boss man! Joke we had with him. Restaurant food delicious. Travelled to allegro agidir 30/july/25 from Scotland for 1 week , 9 of us in total , my husband my 82 year old mum and the kids 22,21,18,17,16 & 8 , on arrival to the hotel via private transfer we were greeted by a lovely security man , and he then greeted again at reception, reception check in long and very drawn out 9 of us needing to full out check in slip , We has two rooms on ground floor and two on fourth floor , i was a little apprehensive about having a ground floor room after reading reviews about those rooms been over run with cockroaches, there was one in my room on arrival , but I came prepared with bug powder , and once that was down no more bugs ,( hot country so I did expect some) we had the large family superior room very nice and spacious other three rooms the same size a little small when adding the third bed in one of he room , plus son had a permanent visitor in his balcony a PIGEON, he did complain , and was offered to change room ! But choose not too 🤷, there was a plate of bread fruit and water delivered to the room on arrival which is a nice touch , between the nine of us we did find something to eat at each sitting , some nights tastier than others , but no complaints, restaurant staff very nice especially the supervisors Entertainment team also very nice and mingled well with the guests I didn’t find them overpowering at all , again bar and pool life guards also very nice , found the hotel to be very clean in all places , enjoyed the pool , most morning we did manage to get beds together, we are early risers , but yes the usual sun bed hoggers out on force reserving beds and disappearing for the day , every member of staff is an asset to the hotel , from management bar staff chambermaids security, extra shout out to yousra she works at reception and will go out her way to help in any way she can , very helpful and well mannered , also yassmin the hotel photographer, what a lovely young man , and funny , Thankyou to all the staff that showed respect to my mum , nick naming her mama , and kissing her head each time the greeted her ,( did make her blush as she is shy) over all first time in Morocco 🇲🇦 lovely country lovely people and No complaints actually worth mentioning about the hotel ,All 9 of us enjoyed our stay , and some thing I noticed in previous reviews was RUDE tourists from other countries, I didn’t find this the case at all even with language barrier the other guests seemed nice ,

My friend and I came for a much needed break and to soak up some sunshine. Our experience at the Allegro has been fantastic. The food, the room, the cleanliness and the weather was brilliant. The staff are attentive, friendly and have a brilliant timetable of activities that you can participate in, watch or avoid with no pressure. Hamza's aqua aerobics class and friendly nature were a highlight for us and he made us feel very welcome and valued during our stay. The night entertainment was varied and fun throughout the week. A great place to go 😊

We had a fantastic time here for a week. (me, my wife and our 1 year old daughter) There was one or two issues on arrival but the reception team managed to quickly fix them and were fantastic help. The beach and the whole area around the hotel was very nice and welcoming. We will definitely be coming back!

Cons: J’avais informé la réception que mes parents dîneraient sur place et que je réglerais le supplément. Ma seule consigne était claire : « Prévenez vos serveurs afin qu’ils ne soient pas bloqués ou gênés. Ce sont des personnes âgées en situation de handicap. » Malheureusement, une serveuse, avec un ton condescendant, leur a rappelé qu’ils n’avaient pas payé pour accéder au restaurant le soir, leur refusant l’entrée. Stressés, mes parents m’ont appelé au milieu de la salle. J’ai dû intervenir pour rappeler la conduite à tenir et l’importance d’une attitude bienveillante, surtout envers une clientèle âgée.

1 week stay at Allegro Agadir. Good location not on the beach but just across the promenade with section of beach available for hotel guests. Hotel has been refurbished but some things need a little more TLC ie terrace door was open and didn’t really lock, bathroom lino would trap water underneath, safe was not attached to the wardrobe unit and there were 2 cockroaches in my room one night (room was clean so they probably came in from some of the space terrace door). Some suggestions travelling as a mixed groups adults/ teens / newborn: - nephews would have like chips at dinner - ice cream should be available at dinner - the themed evenings were poor ie barbecue night was just sausage, no burgers or meat bbq’d then the usual buffet food/ french night just has a version of dauphinoise potatoes. - best meal was a lunch, that included fish / lamb tagine - check-in was a long confusing process for our group, they told us we only had 2 rooms for 6 people when we clear had 3 rooms. When they had already printed out our packs… Seems the rooms weren’t ready so it was just delay tactics 🤦🏽♀️ we went to lunch then came back for 3pm but further confusion for another hour plus with a newborn wasn’t ideal and I have to go to the office where the reception had disappeared to for 10mins without explanation. Then stating that check-in was ‘FROM’ 3pm! - the pancake lady would rarely put out any of the Moroccan pancakes… you’d have to know about them and ask for them as they are hidden in a covered metal container. Then if you’d want more than one you got told off. These seem to have been aside at the end of breakfast perhaps for the staff! My sister was told she couldn’t have any for the following day as she had 3 . - Bacon is never out was told only after 9am but still wasn’t ready. Was told it would take 30mins to cook. - nuts at the bar are never out. Seems to only be available 1 hour 6pm too early/ 8pm then they’re all finished 🤦🏽♀️ - rule about only 2 plastic cups wasn’t allowed 3 soft drinks for me and nephews So many rules, that seem to be made up on the fly for no reason. These could be sorted to make things more hassle free for tourists.

There are many points that Allegro Agadir needs to improve. Last year, I stayed 12 nights all-inclusive in Türkiye for the same price I paid for 7 nights all-inclusive at Allegro Agadir, and it was absolutely nowhere near as good. I honestly don’t understand how some people rate this hotel highly — have they never stayed in a proper all-inclusive before? From the moment we arrived, we felt disappointed. We had been travelling all night and reached the hotel around noon. We booked a package holiday through Jet2. There were two friendly ladies at reception, but their smiles could not make up for their lack of knowledge and the fact that they wasted our time. First, they asked for our passports — we gave them. Then they wanted to see our flight tickets — we gave them. Then they asked for our voucher — we handed over our printed Jet2 booking confirmation. Even though they had all the details in front of them, they still asked for my name. When I told them, they said they couldn’t find the reservation. It turned out they had put my first name where my surname should be. Even after I gave them every detail of my booking, it felt like it was my job to prove everything. Last year in Türkiye, simply handing over our passports was enough — check-in was immediate. The reception here gets a zero from me. If you have children, be aware that there is very little for them. They said there was a kids’ disco every evening, but last week we sat and waited one night at 8:45pm in the lobby bar and there was no disco that evening. When it does happen, it’s just a short 15-minute session, nothing exciting. In Türkiye, the kids’ disco was 30 minutes long, started exactly on time every night, and my daughter loved it. Here, she even said, “It doesn’t matter if there’s no kids’ disco tonight.” There is no kids’ menu at all. The pool is unbelievably small compared to the number of guests. It feels as crowded as a beach in China or India. There is no space to actually swim. Sunbeds are not enough and crammed so close together that you end up lying right next to strangers. Umbrellas are very limited. The snack bar by the pool is awful. The few buffet items they have run out quickly and are not replenished fast. Options are very limited — fries, unappealing sandwiches, nuggets, and pizza. In Türkiye, there was a salad bar with many options, Turkish flatbreads, churros, ice cream at all hours, kebabs, wraps, grilled chicken, burgers — so many choices. There was even a patisserie with desserts and more ice cream. Allegro has nothing like this. As for the bars — I have never had such terrible cocktails in my life. They use cheap syrup and almost no alcohol. Last year’s cheaper hotel in Türkiye served cocktails far superior to this. Drinks are poured into ugly plastic cups. The beach is another disappointment. Last year, there was a bar right on the beach. Here, there isn’t one. You have to bring your own water or you’ll be extremely thirsty. Entertainment is very poor. The animators seem to be running around doing everything. We went to a “Latino night” and it felt like a school performance. The dancers were uncoordinated, completely lacking in professionalism, and nothing about it resembled Latin dancing. Last year in Türkiye, they brought in professional performers from outside and it was a joy to watch. Now, the food. Desserts were actually good and enjoyable, even if there weren’t many options. But in the mornings, instead of fluffy pancakes, they served thin crepes and called them pancakes. The omelette lady acted as if we had insulted her when ordering. One night, they served something they called lasagne — you can see in my photo, it was literally a meatball from lunch placed under a pasta sheet, with no tomato sauce, no garlic, no cheese, and no layers. Meals were overall very bland and lacked seasoning. Cleanliness was poor. There was no bin in the room, only one in the bathroom — without a bin liner, which was unhygienic. The bathroom bin was not emptied for three days. Despite being three people, we were only given two towels most days, and on the last days only one towel. I got tired of going to reception to ask for more. Cockroaches were everywhere. The room was tiny. Beds were squeezed together, so you could only get in from the foot of the bed. Because our room got no sunlight, our clothes never dried. The only high score I would give is to the restaurant waiters — they worked hard and always smiled.

This was a lovely hotel with great and friendly staff! The food was amazing and something for everyone I would say even the kids if you have fussy ones pizza seemed to be a big hit. The hotel was kept so clean and the gardens just amazing. There could have been a little more in the bar in the evening but that’s just my opinion maybe like a tribute act or something . All the staff are so friendly and work really hard I for one would be going back here again.

We are here as family of four - 2 teenagers. Having read the reviews prior to arriving, I was concerned about what we might find. Some of these concerns have been experienced - Allegro is very tired. It needs a total renovation. After the first night, I requested a room change. We were originally given two rooms in block 2 that looked out onto a building site. The two rooms we are in now have garden views and a nice terrace. That said, the rooms are very basic and really quite shabby. Stained, old furniture, the curtains are appalling, those in our children’s room are covered in dirt. There is a stale damp smell in both rooms, worse in our children’s room. The towels are thread bare - feels like you’re drying yourself with a Weetabix. The cleaning staff are lovely and do a good job. Our children are enjoying the pool area and we haven’t experienced the Bravo team being too pushy or over zealous. The entertainment is very family friendly and nice to see people having fun. I mainly use the beach during the day. It is a gorgeous stretch of sand and lovely to see so many Moroccan families enjoying it. Some of the sunbed covers are filthy. It’s a real shame because basic cleaning would address this. Although I have been very disappointed with just how basic the hotel is, the staff are great. Very helpful and polite. The dining hall is excellent. The food is varied and very tasty. You would have to be very fussy not to find something you liked! The gardens are the stand out of the entire hotel. If the rooms and sunbeds were as clean and pristine as the gardens , the Allegro would be fantastic. Although we are having a good time in Morocco, I couldn’t recommend the hotel. If you don’t look too closely, you can just about get over your disappointment!

Thie Hotel is clean but decor is tired and outdate, Rooms cleaned and towels changed daily but we had problem with wash hand basin reported but never repaired. Internet access was good and bed was comfortable . We were all inclusive food was same every day . All hot dishes were luke warm or cold . Pool is way too small for for a hotel with this amount of guests .

Good points, great location, bar and reception staff so friendly and helpful. The gardens are beautiful with tortoises walking round and a hawk comes every morning to scare seagulls. The food is nice and always plenty of choice. The rooms are disappointing and very basic, The first room was dirty, stained furniture ripped curtain had had a water leak so wallpaper was peeling off and smelled damp. The bathroom door wouldnt close as it was swollen with water damage. Second room was better but the cleaning was minimal our floor was never swept or mopped. Bedding was not changed in 10 days just flipped and rotated even though we requested a change. The bedding doesn’t fit the size of the beds we had 2 single matress protectors laid across which moved were very uncomfortable. Towels are taken early and not returned till late afternoon. The patio door kept coming off the track and had to be repaired. There was a leak outside in the corridor which ran under our door smelled awful. The poor area is dirty and tiles are broken and uneven. Evening entertainment is basic, kareoke, white party, Moroccan night which is repeated so if you saw it week one it’s the same week two. Theres usually only one bar open at a time it’s very difficult to find a seat, bars are over crowded. I was most annoyed when I returned from check out to find animation team standing over my teenagers pressuring them to leave good reviews. He told them what to say and gave examples he wanted to take a photo of their phone when they had done it! Any good reviews about amazing entertainment team are written by staff! Not worth 4 stars in my opinion.

Dumped at the gates not shown where to go. 1 out of 4 people on reception seem to know what they’re doing. No information given about times for meals etc. Room basic with the view of a public path that was constantly noisy 24/7. Food was repeated no variety, poor food hygiene, lady cooking flatbreads was actually scratching her ear and face whilst cooking. Kids allowed to help themselves with their hands and then chuck it back if they don’t want it. I was ill for 4 days and am sure it was food related. Doctor was called for me. Staff really do not seem to want to be there. The towels are collected from your room early and not returned until the afternoon (never stayed in a hotel where they’ve done that before). Hats off to the entertainment team they do try and try and try but please shut up!! Never recommending this hotel to anyone

If you are coming to the Allegro, im sure you will have a nice time! However, £20 deposit per beach towel, if you dont drink alcahol or fizzy drinks, take a kettle! There is no pure juice, only children's squash. Mostly the bottles of water are not chilled (funny, beer is always cold), you will not get a cup of coffee/ tea in the day unless you walk across the gardens into the main building and up 2 flights of stairs, thats how far it was from our room. There is coffee at breakfast in the dining room, but that's the only time. Otherwise, it's across the gardens into the building and up 2 flights of stairs. There is also huge confusion if there are 4 people in the room (family room). 2 adult beds and a pull out sofa with 1 pillow and 1 single quilt! 3 towel, not 4, 3 glasses in the bathroom, not 4, always 3 toilet rolls which you have to be careful, if your not, wash your hands thoroughly and hope that you managed to get 1 of the 3 hand towels! As i write my review from my bed, im hoping someone from the hotel might again bring an extra bath towel as I've just dried my body and hair on a hand towel so now there is only 1 of those left. Surely, it makes sense. we've paid for 4 people. Why do we not have the basic things we need?

Worst holiday we have ever had, it's not relaxing what so ever, the rave music starts at 10am, stops for lunch then stars again until about 5pm, you can not escape it, we tried the private beach to get away, it was ok but sun beds had seen better days and mattress if you could one were dirty as hell, the food was normally cold, very repetitive, no flavour. The entertainment team are relentless in bothering you, when you politely to leave us alone when we are trying to chill out in the evening they say what's rong with us, when we explain again just here to chill out they don't stop, I wasn't as polite again. So why is there so many good reviews, well if you like your tattoos, like going on the P at 10am, like filling your plate more than once then this is the place for you, forgot to mention the entertainment crew try to get hold of your phone to right there own reviews. I would never visit this hotel or tbh Morocco again.

The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay here. They have very nice rooms which are very spacious and a wide variety of food with different types of cuisines each night, I really enjoyed my stay here

The hotel was really nice, beds were huge and comfy. There is constant entertainment for everyone we really enjoyed the water sports and going to the sports bar. The staff are really friendly with everyone and try to get you involved. Food was lovely, lots of variety. The drinks service is kind slow and not that much choice but still nice.

Had a fantastic week here with my 18 year old daughter. The entertainment team were incredible especially Karam, Jaward, Sinou, Tijani who always had a smile on their faces despite working very long days they were always up for a dance and a party and plenty to do throughout the day if you have young children. The Bar staff Abdul and Omar always served with a smile. The lifeguards Mohammed and Amouer are chatty and fun to talk to. The sports bar was always a great atmosphere if you fancy a late drink although you have to pay after 11pm . They had entertainment every evening usually conducted by the entertainment many team although one evening they had an acrobatic acts, snake tamer and singers come in from the outside. Rooms are cleaned every day and with new fresh towels. Food is fantastic although could do with more bacon at breakfast. Would definitely recommend

Rooms not big enough for 2 adults and 1 child. Had to ask for an extra bed. Not enough informations from the front desk on arrival. Have to pay a despot for towels and no one tells you you can get towels. Entertainment staff make the holiday especially imane, she is friendly and really got my teenagers up and involved.

I had the most amazing stay again at this hotel. The staff team here really can not do enough for you. It really is amazing how they make you feel like your holiday matters to them as much as it matters to you. Special shout out to Yassine, Farrah, Imanne, Tijani, Karam, Simo, Mhedi & Yousra - these guys just don't stop and really make the hotel what it is. The evening shows are brilliant. Food at the hotel is lovely and plenty of options even for fussy eaters, my friend will tell you she's not fussy but she is :) Never queue for to long to get a drink, the bar staff have a knack of always remembering what you drink. The room was always cleaned, fresh towels, toilet paper etc, cleaning staff always greet you with a smile. I don't have young children, however, I met a lovely family while away and they couldn't praise the kids club enough. Our bags were taken to the room and check in was hassle free. All in All, brilliant time.

I visited this hotel for a week with my mum. We loved this hotel the lunch and dinner is great but breakfast could do with some more optional all thought the omelettes that are made fresh in front of you are lovely. The drinks have good selection so there is something for everyone and the cocktails are very nice. Lots of sunbeds around the pool so never struggled to get one in the mornings. Beach is a 1 minute walk just out the back of the hotel and lots of restaurants to pick from along the beach and a few shops. The pool snacks are good but can sometimes be a little bit cold. Are favourite thing about this hotel was the staff. All the barstaff and pool staff are lovely and like to make conversation thoughout the day which is nice. The entertainment team is amazing and are constantly busy throughout the day doing different activities like yogo, water polo, archery, darts, volleyball, aqua aerobics and lots more which is all around the pool which is nice. This hotel is amazing for families with kids. There is entertainment every evening some which is better than others but is all good. Sports bar can be very lively and the entertainment staff like to dance in there with the guests. There is a photographer walking around though the day taking photos which are available to purchase which is nice aswell. One thing i would say is the rooms on the photos are lovely and we expected one of them but had a more outdated room so be aware your room might not be like the photos, they are in the middle of refurbishing all the rooms and most of them are new but be aware it might not be as you see in the pictures. But i am sure if you are wanting a newer room you could request and there would be no issues. Toilets around the pool could be a bit more maintained throughout the day as they get very wet and not pleasant to go in but not a massive issue. Overall we loved our stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend.

Stupid rule: Only 2 drinks (soft or alcoholic) from the pool bar at a time. We’re a family of four, my partner was seating the children whilst I ordered the drinks. Had to queue twice. We had voluntarily missed the lunch service as we went to the beech. We banked on utilising the (allegedly) available all afternoon snacks (pizza, chips, nuggets). Nothing was available from about an hour before the end of service. As with other respondents here I found the room to be in a poor state of repair, very tired, towels may be replaced as required by housekeeping but they are clearly not laundered correctly, or are so old they are badly discoloured. To give them their due, some staff are fantastic, but they are polishing a turd at best. Still, on the bright side there’s only a week to go……

Towels and bedding changed on regularly thank you. Food in restaurant 1st class plenty of choice and offered water and wine with meals a bonus. Breakfast best meal set up for day to explore and the beach. Private beach great no problem getting sunbed overseen by nice happy chap. The hard working BRAVO team worked endlessly well done. We found all staff happy and willing to help. Thank you for lady on reception save the day with plaster. Helpful staff on lobby bar tending to our drink requirements. Thank you to all at hotel for a happy holiday Sorry only downside getting a sunbed at the wonderful pool people putting towel down 7am as seen while having early breakfast on departure day . This is a common on most holiday.

CERTAINLY NOT A 4* Rooms were ok cleaning was much to be desired but comfortable beds and shower was good BUT NO COFFEE/TEA MAKING FACILITIES IN THE ROOM I have never known this before so if you like to wake up and have a coffee whilst sitting on the balcony you have to go over to the restaurant or bar to get one but if you are an early riser forget your coffee until the restaurant opens Restaurant staff most of them were miserable but understandably because they were busy really hadn’t got time for the English so if you are French you will be ok at this hotel. Food was ok but needed to be warmer I. Couldn’t understand why there was a microwave in the restaurant well I found out it was to warm your food up!!!! That should never happen. When we asked at reception on our departure if they could exchange our dirham back to English money due to us not being able to take their currency out of the country the response was sorry I can’t we don’t have any English money but was quite readily to take the money off us to exchange into dirhams again I have never EVER known an exchange not to have English money!!! Pool beds were far to close to one another no distancing at all. I am a beach person so didn’t really bother me. Beach was lovey but again no facilities on the beach not even to get a drink had to walk back to the hotel to get a drink unless you wanted to buy drinks from the shops which were expensive. Agadir it self was lovely but I wouldn’t recommend the hotel

The Allego hotel was a fine place to stay as it was our our first time, the Bravo team were a great bunch of people, Farah, Jasmine, Imane, Kenza, Karam, Simou and Tijani are credit to the company. There are activities that they provide during the day which made it go quick and they do a great job keeping everyone entertained. Farah was exceptionally friendly and provided advice when we asked with it being our first time in Morocco.

Cons: (1) La restauration est mauvaise. (2) Le stress que l'on ressent au restaurant à cause du mouvement impétueux des serveurs qui nous mettent dans une atmosphère genre "petit Snack de Shawarma". (3) Les bords des tables de restaurant sont salles. (4) Quant au déjeuner et le diner, Le buffet est très peu diversifié, et si un récipient vient à se vider alors là il faut attendre un bon moment pour qu'on le remplisse. (5) La climatisation des chambres est nulle. (6) La femme de chambre prend les serviettes utilisées sans pour autant les changer immédiatement par des autres propres. (7) En sortant du restaurant, les clients qui ont, bien entendu, payé une prestation "all inclusive", sont scruté par un agent de sécurité qui leur interdit d'amener un fruit ou bien une viennoiserie hors du restaurant, chose qui relève vraiment du "jamais vu".

Cons: My recent stay at Allegro Hotel was unfortunately far from what I expected. There was a noticeable disparity in how guests were treated, with local visitors receiving less courteous service compared to international tourists. The security staff came across as unwelcoming, and cleanliness was a recurring issue—restaurant tables weren’t cleaned between guests, and the room itself was in poor condition, with mold and doors that didn’t close properly. Despite paying 700 euros, the experience didn’t reflect the value. The food was often served cold, and I felt uncomfortable asking for coffee at the bar without the all-inclusive package. Additionally, staff frequently claimed they had no change when paid with 50 dirham notes. The Wi-Fi in the room was also non-functional. For a hotel rated four stars, the service and hospitality fell well below expectations.

Family of 6, with 4 teenagers/young adults. We had a rocky start at check on but this was resolved as quickly as possible and the staff were great in doing so. Manager came to check on us the next day to ensure we were happy. Entertainment guys work so hard to make everyone have an enjoyable stay at the hotel, very friendly people who want everyone to be happy and have fun, bar staff are lovely and have great attitudes (you just need to also have a good attitude as I did witness a few people who seemed miserable, remember your on holiday guys!) These guys work so many hours and yet still have smiles on their faces and are very welcoming. My 4 children built great relationships with all the staff during our stay mainly the entertainers and the bar staff at the snack bar and sports bar. Bottled beer was a win, the wine at dinner and evening meal was a win also. Food was repetitive as like many All Inc hotels but always had something even for the fussy eaters like myself, the cakes though, they were amazing. Only 2 drinks per person at the bar even with plastic cups, this is a bit of a pain but its their rules and the rules are in place for a reason so you just need to suck it up and get on with it. Overall had a really great holiday with my family at this hotel.

We have just returned from our 2 week stay at the Allegro Agadir, here are our thoughts On arrival the exterior of the hotel is tired and in need of some renovation . The reception, lobby bar, eating area and gardens are immaculate and well kept. Our room was spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable, the AC was good the bathroom was nice however there is a constant damp smell coming from the shower drain which we covered with a towel. The majority of the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming however we did find in the main restaurant that the waiting staff were more attentive to the guests that had tipped them. The food was not great it was lukewarm and repetitive and not the best quality and both of us had upset stomach’s during our stay. One evening we saw a stray kitten had wondered into the food service area Where the chefs were serving we alerted a staff member who didn’t seem to worried about it!! We did eat out a couple of times but having paid for all inclusive we expected to be able to eat the plus side was I lost weight on this holiday. The pool are is not big enough for the hotel and sun beds which are filthy are often reserved by guests early in the morning and not used all day so we couldn’t always get one, the paving area around the pool is in urgent need of repair with broken , missing slabs! The drinks selection is not great either! The bravo team work exceptionally hard to provide entertainment and are mostly very friendly however we did see one particular team member asking guests for their phones to write reviews which is not on! Like many other guests we spoke to cockroaches in the bedrooms are also a huge problem which needs addressing urgently! The hotel is definitely not what you would expect from a 4 star hotel more a 2 star which is a shame as it has potential to be fantastic! Sadly we will not be going back to the hotel

The dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in my life. I only took pictures of the bed but the entire room was dirty, desk was very dusty, floor was so dirty they came in to mop after we got to the room. Bathroom was a complete eyesore. I went to speak to the receptionists downstairs, one particular one, I believe was the senior one, was rude and racist. They also can’t change my room and they can only offer to come clean it again while we wait, bear in mind, our flight was at 6am so we were knackered. The pictures attached is what the bed looked like on day one, after they came to clean it again. My entire stay, they didn’t change the sheets even once. The one star I gave was for the food, I really enjoyed it but the rest of the experience left such a bad taste in my mouth, I wouldn’t even recommend to my enemies. On the last day, I asked if they could please help to call a taxi as they have said that indrive is illegal, they said they can’t, we asked if they was another alternative, they just said no. So hostile and unfriendly, being in a place you are so clearly unwanted. If you’re black especially, you’re better off booking anywhere else

Accoglienza da parte dello staff gentile e premurosa (sia reception che bar ristoranti che guest relation) Animazione internazionale presente, coinvolgente e per fortuna non invadente.
Cons: Numero lettini in piscina insufficiente alla quantità di ospiti, il cambio asciugamani in camera troppo ritardato (ritirano al mattino verso le 9, li riportano non prima delle 15 quindi conviene sempre tenerne uno “in più” per potersi lavare dopo la spiaggia se si scende al mattino)

From the staff to the animation team everyone greets you with a smile. Good buffet with a varied selection and having a different menu everyday of the week.
Cons: Room 1202 had a cockroach issue. It's something you eventually get used to when traveling in Morocco but had to handle one, sometimes two everyday in the bathroom. Not sure if it was due to an opening in the bathroom ceiling or because of the room being too close to the vegetation. Didn't bother me much but may bother others.

Great location and friendly staff. I enjoyed being so close to the beach and having a direct access, as well as the close proximity of many restaurants and the marina. The room was spacious and the balcony had a nice view of the pool area.
Cons: Some of the items felt quite outdated and they could use some renovations, but it wasn’t too big of a deal for the short time I stayed.

Cons: Front desk staff who are clearly under trained in handling simple tasks such as "we need clean towels or AC is blowing hot air please fit" and the manager who was in a world of his own. No apology for the countless screw ups they were happy to admit to is mind blowing. It's the shaking of the shoulders that stupid reply with. The had us waiting in reception from 8pm until 11pm all because their card machine wouldn't work.

Basen ładny, czysty, dużo leżaków, animacje sportowe, przebieralnie, prysznice. Można tu spokojnie przeczekać zarówno przed zameldowaniem jak i po wymeldowaniu. Jedzenie w restauracji dobre, różnorodne i wystarczająco ilościowe. Obsługa na bieżąco sprząta i uzupełnia jedzenie. Parking na terenie hotelu, boisko do koszykówki i piłki, przyjemny ogród. Naprawdę gorąco polecam to miejsce na wypoczynek dłuższy i krótszy. Będziecie zadowoleni.
Cons: Trochę dłużej trzeba było zaczekać na pokój, ale samo zameldowanie odbyło się wcześniej i już mogliśmy korzystać np. z basenu. Hotel nie jest najnowszy więc niektóre elementy sa już trochę zużyte, ale to nie przeszkadza w wypoczynku. Mieliśmy opcję tylko ze śniadaniem (krótki pobyt) więc brakowało w pokoju serwisu kawowego tzn. czajnika i kubków żeby sobie samemu zrobić coś w pokoju.

Cons: Food could be much better, especially the traditional cuisine. All-inclusive is not totally all-inclusive. Not all drinks are all-inclusive - only the chosen drinks are free, including one Moroccan beer, one specific whisky, and one specific vodka. Bars are not open all day, and there is no food available throughout the day. We arrived at 21:30 and there was no restaurant or bar open. They gave us a dish with cold food, but not good enough. We needed to close our eyes in terms of hygiene. Plates at the restaurant were always dirty. The lady who grills chicken uses the same cooking spatula to touch raw chicken and to place cooked chicken on our plates. A 20€ deposit per towel is too much. They could have more animation, didn't see dance classes that much. The water in the bigger pool was cold, whereas in the round pool was warm. Not many things for kids. After 18h, they could leave a playlist of music playing.

Je suis ravie d’avoir choisi l’hôtel Allegro pour mon séjour à Agadir, une très belle découverte ! Les chambres sont propres, et le personnel est accueillant et vraiment sympathique. Un grand merci à Monsieur Abdelatif à la réception, qui a pris le temps de venir à notre rencontre pour s’assurer que tout se passait bien. Il est professionnel et très aimable. Je recommande vivement cet établissement et reviendrai sans hésiter, pour un séjour plus long cette fois !

Nous avons passé 1 semaine formidable avec ma compagne. Le personnel de l’hôtel est super gentil et très accueillant. Une équipe d’animation super qui propose des bonnes activités et de beau spectacle. La nourriture est très varié et bonne. La chambre est parfaite avec un grand lit. Les équipes technique sont très efficaces. Concernant les activités sur place l’hôtel peut faire appelle à un monsieur qui vous propose différente activité super intéressante. La gentillesse de tout le personnel, leurs joie et leurs motivations. Ils vous dit bonjour le matin et la journée, certains vous motive à faire l'animation ou à danser. J'ai beaucoup aimé, c'était reposant, tranquille, avec de l'animation et la musique aussi, y'avait pour tout les goûts. La nourriture assez bonne en général, des traditions du Maroc aussi. J'étais triste de finir mon séjour. C'est jamais prescrit aussi qu'il y a beaucoup de sécurité dans l'hôtel, devant le portail de l'entrée, dans l'hôtel et la NUIT y'a un sécurité qui fait le tour de la piscine et surveille partout, un autre sécurisas dans la cage d'escalier, il faut le notifié. Nous qui avait la chambre rez-de-chaussée, je me sentait 100% en sécurité. Ils ont la toute la nuit pour préserver notre sécurité et la tranquillité, un grand bravo et merci à eux car peut notifier dans les commentaire. La plage est à 5 minutes de l'hôtel. Surclassement de la chambre offert des nôtres arriver, panne d'électricité durant 2 jours nous avons fait avec nos lampes de poche, c'était rigolo et nous avons compris que c'était des pièces qui attendait sur 1-2 pays et cela avait du retard, donc faudrait comprendre les choses avant de critiquer en mal, on était pas en manque de soif, ni de faim car on avait tout. On avait juste l'électricité à la réception, le bar et le restaurant. Mais l'hôtel nous a présenter les excuses et on était avertis de quand le soucis serait résolu. A la fin nous avons eu une prolongation sur le Check OUT de la chambre, offert, pour s'excuser du désagrément de la panne. Donc un énorme merci pour cela. Je reviendrez et je vous conseille cette hôtel à Agadir !

Améliorer la propreté du nettoyage de chambre, le sol de la chambre des nôtres arriver beaucoup de sable, sous le lit en regardant si nous avons rien oublié des poussière énorme, ça jamais été nettoyé. Pas très sérieux le nettoyage, fallait de fois dire à la fille de vider le cendrier. Comme déjà prescrit dans un commentaire vous avez les linges de douches très tard donc le matin pas possible de faire la douche car les linges sont sale de la veille. Dommage que les 2 directeurs vous disent même pas bonjour, ils ont habillé les deux pareil en brun clair, surtout le jeune peut passer 10 fois devant vous et vous dira rien. Le bar a la réception est ouvert jusqu'à 23:00 ensuite si vous avez soif a partir de cette heure si vous devez allez dans le bar sport qui se trouve en face mais à partir de là les boissons sont payantes, avec la formule tout compris je ne savait pas.

Mon séjour à l’hôtel s’est globalement bien déroulé, avec une mention spéciale pour l’équipe de la réception, toujours chaleureuse et souriante.
Cons: En revanche, j’ai été vraiment déçu par une coupure d’électricité survenue durant mes deux derniers jours. Même si je comprends que cela puisse échapper au contrôle direct de l’établissement, je pense qu’un hôtel de ce genre doit être préparé à gérer ce genre d’imprévus pour en limiter l’impact sur ses clients.

So here at the moment on our third night here. First of all, I am surprised on the ratings people having been giving this hotel. This definitely does not deserve 4star plus. The hotel grounds and room is nice. But the food and drinks are absolutely shocking! I have stopped In lots of all inclusive hotels (budget ones too) and this is by far the worst. There is minimal choice and it's tasteless! Drinks are also watered down. the bar staff are miserable, rude and clearly don't like the english. They slam drinks down on the table when served at the bar and don't even acknowledge or smile at you. Last drinks at the lobby bar is 11pm so everyone obviously gets their drinks in before that time. 5 past 11 all the lights get turned off!!! And it's like they are forcing you to drink the drinks and get out. Also the entertainment doesn't start whilst 9:45! Far too late. But it's garbage anyway so not worth staying up late for. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

First visit to Marroco at wife's suggestion. We selected Allegro based on reviews and it did not disappoint. Must echo what others have said "staff are excellent and cheerful" making our stay really enjoyable. Unfortunately we had a couple of days of rain but that's early season for you. All-inclusive food and drink were good. Tend to be a fussy eater but always found somethings to eat. Absolutely amazed by length and width of both beach and promenade. Managed a walk to souck and cable car. All in all a holiday made great by our choice of hotel. We will be back!!

In the lobby bar around 9pm the kids club disco gets going we found this silly as mostly you could not hear conversation. Also not much seating when busy . I would recommend this hotel .

Cons: My room was very hot because the aircon was only pushing out hot air no cool air as they class march as winter, the food was very very bland, so many nice herbs and spices to be found all around agadir but they seem to not use any in their cooking at this hotel. Some staff were really nice and friendly but some were rude and dismissive which did leave a terrible impression. Due to the hotels currency exchange my bill as I arrived was at least £70 more than it should have been after pointing that out to the receptionist he became rude and dismissive, speaking to me like i was stupid. There were several days especially after the rain when you just want to enjoy the sun but the staff to my left had noisy leave blowers out and to my right were doing something that entailed drilling or sanding, not exactly the relaxing time I was expecting. The only night I visited the bar on an evening it was full, 99.9% adults but none of us could chat as there was entertainment for kids, two staff dancing and singing kids songs to the 4 or 5 kids that were in the bar, this was after 9pm so next time i went with friends to the sports bar thinking well its empty so we can chat but no the staff decided to turn the music up so we were having to shout to be heard, ridiculous, not a lot of consideration towards the needs of their guests.

The sink and shower were also unclean, and despite asking daily, we never received basic toiletries like soap, shampoo, or conditioner. The balcony door was a safety concern, as it was jammed and wouldn’t lock properly, which was dangerous for children. The food was limited and questionable. I believe it may have made me unwell, though I can’t be sure, so we stopped eating at the hotel and went elsewhere. The pool rules were frustrating, only allowing kids to play with floats in the smallest, shallowest pool while the larger one stayed empty. Overall, the hotel felt run-down and didn’t match the photos we saw. I expected much more from our stay and hope these issues are addressed for future guests.

L’emplacement est super, à 2 pas de l’océan et les petits magasins. Le centre ville est accessible en bus ou en taxi mais même à pieds (40 mins environ). Le parc de l’hôtel est vraiment joli avec les palmiers et d’autres plantes. La température de la piscine est très agréable (séjour en février). Les plats proposés par le restaurant sont variés et délicieux.
Cons: Les chambres sont petites et s’il y a un lit supplémentaire pour un enfant c’est vraiment très serré. De plus le lit pour enfant (11 ans) n’était pas confortable de tout. La propreté laisse à désirer… Le bâtiment est un peu vieillot. Je trouvais gênante la présence des mouettes qui se baignent dans la piscine , sautent sur les tables du restaurant etc. Je comprends qu’au bord de l’océan il y a toujours des mouettes, mais il y a vraiment énormément même dans le jardin d’hôtel, dans la piscine etc. Je précise ça pour les personnes qui ne les aiment pas, si ça vous gêne vaut mieux de réserver un hôtel plus loin de la plage…

They should also have a better coffee machine as the coffee machine in the restaurant is really bad. Aside from that, it’s a good resort and I really enjoyed my stay. Cons: I was checked in to a different style of room from the one I booked. Wasn't offered an immediate change. (Or rate reduction). My room had a leaking AC that dripped on my laptop and suitcase. Again when I called for attention I was not offered an immediate change and told I'd be moved the next day! I had to insist on a change. The size of the hotel requires much better signposting through the corridors to get to some of the rooms. I was shown the way in a quick way initially. When I couldn't find my way back another member of staff showed me a different way! It took me a day or two of confusion to realise there were two ways to my room. Generally staff around entrances were stiff faced and didn't smile with one exception. Maybe because I looked too local...

Cons: Mon séjour dans cet hôtel a été très décevant. Tout d'abord, le bruit du climatiseur de la chambre voisine était insupportable, rendant la nuit très difficile. Impossible de bien dormir dans ces conditions. Ensuite, la femme de chambre a ouvert ma porte sans autorisation à 8h30 du matin alors que je dormais, puis une deuxième fois à 10h40, sans ma permission. Ce manque de respect de la vie privée est totalement inacceptable. Enfin, le sèche-cheveux ne fonctionnait pas, ce qui montre un vrai manque d’entretien des équipements de l’hôtel. Je suis très insatisfaite de cette expérience. J’espère que la direction prendra des mesures pour améliorer ces points.

Większość personelu uśmiechnięta i przyjazna. Animatorzy nienachalni. Brodzik dla dzieci w miarę spory. Dla naszego 4 latka dostaliśmy pełnowymiarowe łóżko (szkoda że trochę uszkodzone). Jedzenie ogólnie dobre, moim zdaniem większość powinna znaleźć coś dla siebie. Często trzeba doprawić ale jest spory wybór. Lokalizacja fajna, niedaleko plaża. Do autobusów także niedaleko aby wybrać na różne okoliczne atrakcje.
Cons: - choć booking twierdził że płatność będzie w Euro to w hotelu płatność była w dirhamach - personel zadaje pytania ale nie słucha odpowiedzi ( pytają się czy chcesz z lodem napój mówisz że tak a i tak dostajesz bez, sytuacja powtarzała się przynajmniej raz dziennie) - puste stoliki jeszcze z brudnymi naczyniami a ty musisz bronić swojego talerza czy szklanki bo zabierają Ci z przed nosa - w lobby jest często tak głośno że ciężko zamówić tam cokolwiek, trzeba krzyczeć prawie do osób za barem -Brak kosmetyków nawet mydła do rąk. Trochę żelu pod prysznic było ale nic przez 7 dni nie zostało uzupełnione w naszym pokoju - 3 osoby w pokoju a 1 szklanka w łazience i 2 zestawy ręczników - nie da się napić dobrej kawy, do posiłków "kawa" jest tylko do śniadania ( jak chcesz się jej napić do musisz iść do baru przy basenie albo do baru w lobby) - przy posiłkach czasami trzeba poczekać kilka minut aż coś wróci np miska z masłem - taras panoramiczny ciągle zamknięty bez informacji czy to akurat teraz czy z jakiego powodu - informacje o wydarzeniach/animacjach jak dla nas nieczytelne, ciężko było się ogarnąć w tym wszystkim

Tutto ottimo Hotel, situato in un'ottima posizione, molto pulito, tranquillo, si mangia benissimo con cibo vario e abbondante Bella la spiaggia attrezzata con lettini e ombrelloni
Cons: Il check-in, arrivati alle 11 PM di notte alla reception mi hanno contestato la prenotazione in quanto a loro avviso avevo prenotato due camere matrimoniali con un adulto ciascuna nonostante sulla prenotazione era specificato il prezzo per 4 adulti e mi avevano chiesto di pagare il doppio a stanza di quanto era stabilito. Alla fine dopo quasi due ore di discussioni ci hanno consegnato la stanza per dormire in attesa che la mattina successiva si sarebbe affrontata la situazione con il Direttore. Direttore che si è dimostrato una persona squisita, gentilissima che in pochi minuti ha risolto il problema permettendoci di soggiornare al prezzo stabilito nella prenotazione. Non so se l'errore sia stato del personale della reception, del sistema informatico o altro, fatto sta che dopo ore ed ore di viaggio stanchi morti ci siamo trovati con questa difficoltà

Prêt de serviette à la piscine moyennant 200 dhrm de caution. Tv avec chaîne française. Équipe d’animation au top. Très calme la nuit.

Allegro correspond à un hôtel club confortable, le personnel est au top avec les clients, les chambres sont confortables, les buffets à volonté variés, j'ai trouvé exactement ce que je cherchais pour passer qq jours au soleil. La baie et la marina d'Agadir sont très agréables, pour se promener à pied, beaucoup de bars très sympas, toujours un taxi à proximité de l'hôtel pour vous emmener à moins de 5 euros en ville

The hotel was of a good overall standard and in an ideal location. Beds and bedding good quality. My only criticism was that the pool area, over which most of the rooms look, is very noisy, with both loud music and even louder, amplified entertainment staff. Fortunately there was a nice private area on the beach across the road to escape to, but forget going back to your room for a quiet siesta. Food okay but never hot enough. We were on B&B which was ideal as there is a good choice of restaurants close by.

I spent 10 nights at Allegro, and I absolutely loved it. The location is good, just a short stroll to the beach and local shops and restaurants. I had a room on the ground floor with a small garden. The room was nice and in a quiet area as per my preference. The bed was comfortable. WiFi worked well for me. The food was good, and there were a lot of choices. The pool area was very nice and had a bar with drinks and snacks. Loads of fun activities with the animation team during the day and parties at night. All the staff was brilliant. A special thank you to the animation team. They are all amazing and so talented. The animation team is the best part of this hotel. They work very hard and always go above and beyond. I definitely recommend this hotel and will book again.
Cons: Coffee in the restaurant was bad.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Allegro Agadir Hotel and I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a friendly atmosphere. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, always going above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained with clean and comfortable rooms. The amenities were excellent, including a refreshing pool,and a variety of dining options that offered delicious food. I particularly enjoyed the stunning views from my room and the convenient location of the hotel, which allowed me to easily explore the surrounding area.

Seconde fois que nous venons dans cet établissement. Très bien entretenu, chambres très propres meme si elles ne sont pas très insonorisées. Complexe hôtelier de categorie "moyenne" mais très sympathique, au rapport qualité-prix justifié. Personnel aux petits soins. Plage privée accessible à 2 min à pied en sortant par derrière de l'hôtel. Emplacement idéal, sur la baie d'Agadir, à 2 pas de toutes activités. Je recommande, nous reviendrons.
Cons: Qualité (goût et saveurs) du buffet qui n'est pas toujours extra mais très bien achalandé et varié. Il peut y avoir mieux mais pas au même tarif !

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen war abwechslungsreich und lecker, besonders das Frühstücksbuffet hat uns begeistert. Die Poollandschaft ist wunderschön und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Der Strand ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Wir haben uns im Allegro Agadir rundum wohlgefühlt und können es nur weiterempfehlen! 👍"

Cons: Dekoration, design, furnitures in the lobby are quite old and worn-out. The quality of the coffee in the lobby bar and at the breakfast is bad. The whole hotel need some freshing-ups.
