The photos make it look like it’s right on the beach, while it is, there’s an old abandoned water park right in front of the balcony. The front staff was nice. The bartender was very rude and did not serve me and only my husband. The bartender served me already served olives where an eaten olive pit was hidden in my dish. Very gross and intentional. We went to another restaurant to eat because my beverage and salad never was ordered by the bartender. Out of all the places we have traveled, never have I been disappointed and ignored as a person and especially as a woman. Funny thing is that there was a single woman to my right drinking and being served while 3 other woman at one table were enjoying there’s. Very disappointing.

I wasn’t quite sure what to expect because there were some pretty critical reviews, but decided to go for it anyway and I’m so glad I did. We had such warm tea in our entire time there from the reception to the restaurant to the pool. The room was lovely and I’m so glad we opted for a room with the full ocean view. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Casablanca and I hope to have another getaway there myself soon.

I absolutely adored my stay at Club Val D'Anfa ! The proximity to the beach, the pool, the food, everything was great. I went out everynight and felt safe. They're a DJ playing very trenty music by the pool and restaurant. I will come back for sure :)

The Valentines dinner was amazing. The ambiance that was created was above par. The staff at the front desk was helpful and polite. The facilities were nice. Loved the ability to walk to the beach from the hotel within a minute. I missed the notification that the Spa was under construction but the front desk did provide advice for alternative spas and discounts for services at the new place.

At front desk some staff were super friendly others were not. Room cleaning staff was incredible. It was too cold to enjoy the pool but I hate how everyone walks by the pool to access their rooms, there’s nothing private about that hotel as you have to walk by a crowd every time.

Room was good size. Old building, very noisy area and thing walls. You can hear the neighbors showering, talking and coming and going. Street traffic is endless through the day and night these drivers love to honk! One of our keys did not work, next morning we ask for this to be fixed and the lady reprogram it. At our return the key still didn't work. Went back in the afternoon and the lady at the front desk very rude, gave us some attitude because we asked her to replace the useless key. She wanted to use same card and sent the bellboy with us to verify that will work, bellboy was busy with other guests and we were on our way out so we complained and finally she was forced to provide the new one. I had a second reservation at the same place for another couple of days before flying out back home. I cancelled it. Did not want poor service and a very noisy stay again. Also, the washroom can use a better cleaning practice.

I really enjoyed this hotel. The staff and team were incredibly accommodating. The property sits right above the beach and is accessible to walking the beach in both directions. There are many restaurants to visit. I recommend getting the breakfast buffet and having them to fix you an omelet if you are an omelet person.

We stayed here as a family of 4 in a junior suite. The service and friendliness was outstanding. Admittedly French is my first language, and my knowledge of Arabic is basic so I was able to communicate easily and understand the culture well. Nothing was too much effort for any of the staff, everyone was friendly. It can be a little noisy with the traffic and beeping but in all honesty it's a minor issue. The beds were comfortable, the kids slept well on their beds too. The balcony/terrace was lovely to enjoy a coffee in the morning. The pool was a little cool but it was October but the sea which is a 5 min walk away was an enjoyable and invigorating experience. The food at the hotel was marvellous nice broad range of choice and good quality. My favourite was the omelette station for breakfast in the morning. The staff were attentive and lovely and accommodating, helps if you speak the language and have knowledge of the culture. The hotel is well placed to access the tram which we used to go into town, walk along the sea towards the malls, and many eateries. The rooms were made every day by lovely staff always felt nice to come back to. Not much negative to say really but we have very simple needs and expectations. I would definitely stay here again. The cost for what you get is a bargain.

The hotel has a nice restaurant area with view towards the pool. We had a city view room which was one of the older tired decor rooms. Quite noisy as facing the roundabout. It’s possible the pool newly decorated rooms are better. Staff were ok but not as helpful as in other places.

This was a good hotel in a good location close to the sea - about a mile or so from the city centre. Our room and public areas were all very comfortable and well maintained. Our only complaint was the service in the restaurant, which was fairly unfriendly at evening meal times. At breakfast the buffet was chaotic with staff slow to replenish some dishes of food - along with cutlery, glassware and crockery. Plus one of the coffee machines was broken which meant long queues to get a hot drink.

This is a beautiful property that is comfortable but pretty busy. Front desk staff were excellent at managing our check in. Had a bit of a challenge at check out but managed to get past the language barrier. All staff are multi lingual so it was easy to communicate. The breakfast selection is great but it was always so chaotic! Not enough coffee cups, glasses etc. The morning staff seemed a bit stressed. Small issue for an otherwise wonderful staff. FYI, the adjacent beach is huge and beautiful but isn’t for sunbathing on. Mostly locals playing football!

A truly Moroccan experience from how welcoming and beautiful it is. The staff at this hotel were so wonderful and accommodating to me. They welcomed me and made sure I was comfortable from the moment I arrived. I got to enjoy both breakfast and a late night snack overlooking the pool and ocean. The bar staff were very knowledgeable about their wine menu. The room was clean with the exception of a musky smell in the bathroom. I suspect that's due to humidity from being right at the beach. My room had a little balcony with cafe table and chairs to enjoy the ocean and surrounded neighborhood. Mrs. Alami went above and beyond to help book transportation to and from the airport for me, and even answered questions about local gratuity expectations for me all before I arrived. I hope I get to come back to Casablanca and stay here again.

The hotel is rather dated but average. The pool area has minimal seating for the size of the Hotel. The staff at the front desk were super nice. The staff at pool restaurant were absolutely horrible. The hotel is very centrally located on the Cornishe, but that comes along with a lot of noise.

Full and frank rating of this hotel: Staff: polite and friendly. We had to repeat our food / drink orders to the pool bar staff a few times as they seemed to forget what we’d ordered, but to be fair to them we speak English and they speak Arabic and French, so this may be due to the translation issues. Location: this hotel is located at the top end of the Corneche. It’s about 3 miles to the Hassan II mosque and the Souks. 20 mins or so in a taxi. The hotel is surrounded by restaurants and clubs and is close to a roundabout on the main road. The hotel looks to have had 1/2 of it refurbished recently. The refurbished rooms are the smaller ones apparently and are further away from the street / club noise. On check in we were placed by the main road and moved the day after due to the noise. We were moved further away from the noise of the street and clubs but it still disturbed our sleep. Food: The food was good. Breakfast is worth paying for. Dinners / evening meals were good, marginally more expensive than other restaurants but convenient and of high quality. Facilities: Pool was excellent and even though there were limited sun beds there always seemed to be enough to go around. Special thanks to the very attentive pool guy who was all over moving beds / parasols and supplying / changing the complimentary towels. The hotel is modern in reception, restaurant and pool areas. The suites are a little dated but clean and presentable. 5* for staff effort, noise lets it down.

Average hotel overall. Reception staff welcoming, informative and friendly. Bar/restaurant staff slow and slightly rude. They concentrated on serving the business clientele. Pool area is looked over from the bar, which definitely stopped us using it, nobody by the pool the 3 days we were there.

This was an excellent choice for us. It is a beautiful facility and very well run. We ate in the restaurant, outside on the patio, and in their special authentic moroccan dinner with belly dancing restaurant as well. The foos was all delicious and nicely served.

This hotel is right near the beach and walkable distance to the sea wall. The staff were helpful and friendly. The lobby, pool and bar area are beautiful. However the room was a bit outdated. You can opt to pay more for a nicer room but we had already paid a good amount and would have hoped for a nicer room considering the cost.

The place is conveniently located on the main sea road with plenty of dining options nearby. But it is very old and in dire need of significant renovation. The carpets smell of smoke, and from curtains to windows to faucets, everything seems to need attention or repair. The bar at the entrance brings all the usual looking-for-something guys who seem to smoke away their lives. That smoke seems to permeate the entire property! Breakfast is terrible and not worth the time or effort, even free. They seem incapable of making a single omelet without either leaving eggs uncooked or burned!

This hotel has a beautiful atmosphere and the outside restaurant staff were wonderful! But unfortunately the hotel was having renovations which were happening right outside our room the entire time of our stay! I am not sure why the front hotel staff would put us in a room with renovations happening right outside our door! We did ask a couple times about the noise and were told by the front desk that it would only last a few hours more but this was not true! The hotel as we witnessed was not very busy at all so they could’ve easily put us in a farther away room. The only conclusion my husband thought of was that we booked through Expedia so they gave us a crappy room!

This is one of the best hotels I’ve have ever stayed in. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. They do a great job at keeping everything extremely clean. Security is always on stand by around the area ensuring everyone’s safe. Taxis gather right out front of the hotel ensuring quick pick ups and drop offs. The restaurants in the hotel and around the hotel are some of the best and all with views of the ocean. Shopping was super convenient since it’s a short walk to 2 of the biggest and nicest malls in all of Morocco. If you’re thinking about staying in Casablanca this hotel is it!! don’t even bother looking anywhere else at this price point no one else can compete with them.

Would not stay at this property again. There was a musty smell in the room and when brought it to the attention of the front desk staff they offered to spray “ perfume” in the room. It is very outdated, dark and dingy. The furniture and carpets are very old. The front desk staff were not very helpful.

Front counter staff was rude. There was a lot of noise in the evening when I was trying to sleep, sounds like furniture being dragged around, some thuds and construction type sounds from what seemed like ceiling (not construction outside). Bathrooms was dated and on the dark side. Shower in tub - shower curtain separated hooks in places. Room was booked thru Travelocity and not directly with hotel. But- on-site restaurant was excellent and food was good. Restaurant service was good, hence two stars and not one.

It’s a nice property, the staff was extremely nice and the terrace had a lovely view. The breakfast was delicious and reasonably priced. However, there’s no access to the beach and our room was extremely hot even with the windows open which was on an extremely busy street. We asked about the ac and they never offered a solution just an excuse.

Room was ok but not very spacious. No heat during our stay in November, cold at night and in morning in room and restaurant! When asked about heat, indicated heat was not turned on in whole building. Poor lighting in bath especially in shower. Small closet space with small shelving area for cloths and no draws! Limited selection on breakfast buffet. Some staff very friendly, some staff not friendly.

Staff is very friendly, location is decent (far from some of the tourist attractions but right next to the beach), decently clean although clearly old (carpet floors, no vent in bathroom). This is my second stay at this hotel, it is clean and the service is very good. The restaurant is very good and room service is available until one in the morning. When you book try get the ocean view, the city view can be busy and noisy if the window is open. I had a street view and they upgraded me at no charge. The hotel is on a main street and it can be busy at night especially on the weekend. There are a few restaurants nearby, but the hotel restaurant is very good, prices are average compared to American restaurants. The room is not large, slightly smaller than the average hotel room in America, it is not new but decent.
