AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS – RUDE STAFF & ZERO HOSPITALITY I’ve been in the travel industry for years and own a travel agency, but this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had in Morocco. Upon arrival, the old man at reception was extremely rude and disrespectful to my wife and my 81-year-old sick mother. He demanded our marriage certificate in the most humiliating and arrogant way, speaking with no manners at all. We had booked through an agency for two people, but he refused to add an extra bed, even though the booking clearly stated that an extra bed costs 250. Dirhams. When we explained politely, he just kept arguing like someone completely untrained for hospitality. We came to this hotel as potential business partners — planning to recommend it to our clients — but after this experience, I would never send anyone here. The hotel manager himself admitted that “there’s nothing he can do” and even said he “can’t wait for the old Receptionist to retire.” That says everything about the kind of management behind this place. When we finally got into the room, it was a complete disaster: • Unmade bed and dirty floor • No electricity • Blocked bathroom sink • A team of maintenance people walking in and out for hours What a disgrace to Moroccan hospitality. The management should be ashamed for hiring such rude and careless people at the front desk. They are destroying tourism and the reputation of this beautiful country. I strongly recommend reporting this hotel to the Ministry of Tourism — it’s a shameful example of how not to treat guests. Keep away.

Read the reviews and believe them cause it's just as terrible as previous guests describe it. My partner and I went on a four nights stay at this hotel for our anniversary and my birthday, we made a mistake in booking this hotel. The first room we were given was absolutely disgusting from the ripped sheets to the urine smelling bathroom, the receptionist was kind to change our room free of charge which was appreciated. The second room has better standards, as it appeared to be an executive room, however do not expect any coffee, tea, water or anything like that in the room (nor for any special occasions to be celebrated which is common for other all inclusive hotels we stayed in before). I did however find bugs crawling in the closet. The all inclusive is NOT WORTH IT, breakfast is ok. Lunch and dinner were for the lack of a better word APPALLING, no more than 4 choices of food and forget about your allergies meaning anything cause the food has no allergen information or name on any of the foods you are eating. We ended up eating out every lunch and dinner for the entire duration of our stay, no snacks available at any time. There was only one bar available to grab drinks which most times was left unmanned, pool bar is there but closed. I can confidently state that I would NEVER return to this hotel and hope that this review helps others in making the right decision to stay away from booking.

Hotel is not 4* it is dated. They are building 4 new restaurants on the main road. All the money is going there. So the hotel seems neglected. We are half board. Wish we had gone B&B, as the standard of food is hit and miss. Sometimes, it is ok, other times cold and the same thing. The staff in the evening are unfriendly and not very attentive. They won’t take our plates away, until we go. They seem to be very attentive to the local people. Morning breakfast is good with limitation. Staff are friendly and helpful. We eat a big breakfast, as you never know what you are going to get in the evening! The hotel is close to amenities. It is a good location. I will write another review at the end of our stay. Re other aspects of the hotel and excursions we have done.

I had a fantastic stay at the Hotel Royal Mirage! One of the highlights of the trip was definitely the animation team — they were super friendly, energetic, and always made sure everyone was having a good time. From morning activities to evening shows, they kept the atmosphere lively and fun for all ages. The food was also really good — a great variety every day, with tasty options for every palate. Whether at breakfast, lunch, or dinner, there was always something fresh and well-prepared. Overall, a great experience. Big thanks to the animation team for making the stay so enjoyable

Our stay at Royal Mirage Agadir was unforgettable! The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, with beautiful views of the ocean and pool. The food was delicious and varied, with something for everyone at every meal. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, always ready to help with a smile. The hotel is perfectly located near the beach and offers a range of fun activities and shows. A special mention to animateur Abdellah, who brought so much energy and joy — truly the heart of the entertainment team! Highly recommended for anyone visiting Agadir

First night in a room facing the medina but it was terrifically noisy with traffic until 3am then the drilling renovations started in the morning. I requested to change rooms which was sorted after breakfast (management were very accommodating) but despite reporting the AC not working in the new room to the housekeeper, nothing was done. Also, long black hairs on the floor and in the fridge (not mine). The floors were not cleaned daily so all the dust from the balcony drags in. Beds are very firm if you like that. The water pressure comes and goes, sometimes the bathroom sink splutters out and the shower runs hot and cold and back again. The toilet flush tank leaks so you need to fiddle with the tap at the side to get it to fill. The housekeeper left me without floor towels on two of the days which made stepping out of the shower treacherous, but I did get a towel swan on day 3! The breakfast is great if you like pastries and omelette but everything in the bain maries was cold. The fresh cheese and jugs of carrot and beetroot juice were welcome and delicious. On my first day there were some incredible olives but they disappeared the following day, never to return :-( The spa and gym were not available but I wasn't offered alternatives elsewhere. Work on the hotel meant frequent noise from a circular saw. This, along with works on three sides of the pool area in adjacent plots did not give the it a restful feel. Huge shout out to the pool staff and Animation team, as, due to their lack of children (there were children, but also mothers with them) they entertained me. I understand that Agadir is undergoing huge transformation in preparation for the African Football thing but I'm relieved I wasn't staying a week or more. Location was decent, with a short walk to the beach.

I stayed in this hotel for 6 nights and was skeptical beforehand (this was due to reading reviews about how the ongoing construction had affected the stay of other guests, in which they advised to not visit this hotel) however the experience I received couldn’t have been better, every single member of staff was welcoming, kind , and happy to help whether it was the front desk staff, room staff, cleaners, room porters and the breakfast staff working. I do not know any of their names but everyone working there is a credit to the Royal Mirage and made me feel very welcome at the hotel no matter what hour of the day. On the 4th day of my stay I was faced with a slight inconvenience in which the electricity stopped working in my room, as a result I had to relocate rooms however the staff turned this around immediately and were very apologetic and transferred me into a new room swiftly. Finally, the rooms are well presented , bathrooms immaculate and the staff there make you feel like royalty , the hotel is in a great location too which makes it appealing to anyone who would want to visit agadir

We were looking forward to breakfast as we saw some good reviews about choice etc - however what we found was it was appalling - in all my years of travel I’ve never experienced anything as unpalatable as breakfast here!! Greasy omelettes, cold food that was in hot plates, very little choice, salad and fruit were ‘arranged’ on plates (looked like it had been thrown on) bread and rolls choice were okay as was the coffee and cold drink selection, the pastries were probably the best thing about breakfast. Renovations were underway - no spa Room was tired, it lacked the facilities one would expect in a 4* if mobility issues this hotel is not for you! The two positives - the staff were polite and helpful and the biggest positive was we got to spend some precious mum and daughter time together 🤎

My partner and I didn’t stay here but we popped in several times for drinks to watch the sunset. Understandably, they don’t serve alcohol until early evening during Ramadan but are happy for you to use the pool out of season. Drinks are reasonably priced and come with popcorn, olives or mini tapas. Friendly bar staff and a clean bar, lounge and pool!

Arrived for 8:15pm and our rooms were not ready- apparently there was a problem with the electrics in our rooms, but the reality was the rooms were being renovated, so there was no electrical issue- the rooms were basic and had recently had a new bathroom fitted, as the grout on the tiles had not been cleaned off. Electrical wires hanging out , no fridge in the room, no bin or toiletries. My friends shower and toilet didn’t work, it did get fixed. These rooms were not yet fully renovated so why did they use them??? The door to the bathroom was not frosted and as soon as you open your room door you can see the shower and anyone in it ! Maintenance work ongoing - so drilling starts from 10am. WiFi- works in the lobby, worked for 1 day in my room on the 2nd floor but then stopped for the rest of the stay. Breakfast had a omlette stations, a fresh local bread station and usual cold and warm dishes. Other meals there was usually 1 each of meat, chicken and fish dishes. The desserts were the same pastry’s every day. I think most people choose B&B option as for the other meals the restaurant was virtually empty- hence why there isn’t a great selection. If you are used to Turkish buffets then you will be disappointed for the lunch and dinner. The food for dinner is freshly cooked and filling. the staff were great and chef would come out and make sure the dishes were well presented. Lobby area is nice and has comfortable seating. Location is of a main road and 5 mins walk, down 6 flights of stairs to the beach. The main attraction here has to be the staff, they are wonderful and go above and beyond. It goes some way in writing the wrongs of the hotel during the renovation. Ali - porter, the 2 ladies cooking omlette and fresh bread went above and beyond and are a real credit to the place. Pool was not heated but well maintained, smaller children’s pool and area to sit and relax-no issues with sunbed availability., Gym and sauna were out of order due to the renovations. Once the work is don’t it has the potential to be a nice hotel but we were disappointed.

This hotel is a 2* at best. And, this is reflected in the price. Staff try their best under the circumstances. Breakfast is the same everyday and the hot food was served cold. Lots of bread, cakes and pastries on offer. There is an omelette station for hot eggs of choice. Ended up just having the coffee and tea. There was so much noise in the early hours from the night club next door! Revellers made so much noise with motorcycles revving at that time making it impossible to get a full night’s sleep. I slept for 10 solid hours the first night out of that hotel - that goes to show how sleep deprived I was! There is no Wi-Fi in the rooms - not in the room that I in. Reception staff promised to move me to a room with better reception but this did not happen for the week I was there. There are renovation works going on at the hotel on some of the floors. This was not intrusive though the works carried on until 9pm on some days. The rooms are a good size. But the shower was a weapon in its own right!!! The water pressure was too much and some of the nozzles were blocked. Just needed descaling but the technician thought it was ok… This could have been because of the language barrier. Majority of the staff do not speak English. The hotel’s location is very ideal. Close to the beach and the bus terminus is across the road. The staff are amazing: Mr Saad, the manager, Mr Ibrahim, Mr Ali, Mr Hassan, Mrs Aziza who cleaned my room, all made the stay worthwhile.

Absolutely filthy hotel. We went for 7 nights of horror. Dirty beds, towels and bathrooms. Towels had holes. Only 1 socket in the room worked. Staff did not seem to care. The hotel is a complete misrepresentation online. Definitely not 4 star. Avoid at all costs!!

After reading the reviews about this hotel, I wasn’t expecting much - what a pleasant surprise I had. Good -The staff make this hotel special nothing is too much trouble, they proactively ask if everything is okay. Obviously love their jobs as they are so jolly and happy. They were kind to my Mum and myself and made us feel welcome. The young lad at breakfast and lunch was really helpful. - The public areas are clean and well maintained. Pool is large and safe. Lots of sun beds and parasols. -Rooms are spacious and clean, open shower powerful and hot, wet room type bathroom. -Balcony large with seating area. -we stayed on the sixth floor so good view of pool and beach. -Air con spot on. -Location, few minutes from the sea and restaurants. Be mindful that this is accessible by stairs but I’m sure there other ways. - we had lunch by the pool which was reasonable prices (photos below) Breakfast - egg station, fruit, pastries, hot food, cheeses, juice etc - the spa is being renovated but there was no building noise. Suggestions -could do with more room facilities such as kettle, fridge, hairdryer, iron. These may have available at reception but we didn’t ask. - the hotel is old but by no means derelict. Thank you for a wonderful stay. I would definitely stay again and recommend you

I stayed in the hotel for one night( thanks it was just 1 night other wise I would not stay There another night) I booked it at the last minute as I needed somewhere to stay over night when I arrived I was not impressed at all, i was about to leave if it wasn’t late. The smell at reception and the floors is bad. The hotel looks uncleaned, chipped doors and walls , rust in bathroom. The pillows and the bed looks like they were not changed, I found a hair on the bed sheet. I had to cover the pillow with the towel so I could sleep. Moreover I could not sleep at night due to the noise from the traffic outside the hotel. Went to restaurant for breakfast. The buffet was very basic, doesn’t look cleaned, behind the buffet is dirty, console and furniture dirty and looks old too. I could smell a bad smell as well. I went to get coffee from the machine but the the milk doesn’t work and they just put hot milk in a flask. I couldn’t drink coffee, then I went to get Moroccan tea, but looks very red strange colour, I couldn’t drink it. Also there is one of the lights broken and hanging down from the ceiling, they might fell and hit someone. My son wanted to go for swimming, there’s 2 swimming pool( for kids) very dirty you. And the other one was ok but it’s too deep for kids, so we couldn’t use it. And I just left the hotel and I wouldn’t go back near that place. I had a chat with one of the chef cooking the omelette, he said the owners and the management don’t care about the hotel.

This is a hostel. AS get provided better hotel accommodation. Absolutely horrid hotel with hazards in the rooms. Throughout my stay I had no wifi in the room, had a cut from the rusted whb tap and other issues. I am escalating the matter as this hotel is misrepresented by the description provided on Expedia’s website. There is nothing Royal - it should not be listed. Better options - avoid, avoid, avoid for your sanity.

I was aware of some negative reviews before and after booking but kept my reservation - i am glad I did. The hotel is really good; the staff are friendly, helpful and always have a smile. The facilities are good. The location is excellent for the main beach and shops, cafes, etc. There are some great views of the sea and cliff to be had also from the hotel. Value for money.

Je ne conseil a personne cet hôtel, très vieux tout ce cassé tout est rouiller les fenêtre ne ce ferme pas donc les bruit d’extérieur insupportable boîte de nuit juste en face impossible de dormir les porte sont fine comme une feuille on entend tout les voisins 4 étoiles du bled ça ne les mérite pas du tout. Pas d’eau chaude et le jet très lent. Petit déjeuner très pauvre juste une omelette et croissants mais pour bon pour le prix pas mal. Les sous draps ne sont pas changé nous avons vu du pipi séché. Superbe piscine mais pas chauffer donc nous n’avons pas pu nous baigner avec nos 2 bébés. Le personel très gentil et serviable là au moindre soucis. Et l’emplacement est idéal en face de la plage et des restaurants

Неприятности у нас начались сразу по приезду в отель: 1. С нас взяли значительно больше денег чем указано в подтверждении брони. С учетом туристического сбора который не включен в стоимость бронирования цена была выше. Не смотря на предявление распечатанного подтверждения с сайта Hotel. com. Цена обыекта размещения была указана в евро нам сделали пересчет на местные деньги. 2. Номер к 19.00 был не готов. Его только начали убирать прямо при нас. Хотя он должен был готов к 14.00. 3. Мебель и сантехника в номере вся очень старая за исключением матраса на кровати. 4. Сейф в номере ремонтировали целый вечер. 5. Холодильк течет и почти не работает. 6. Очень плохая шумоизоляция в номере. 7. Полотенце в номере все серые и рваные. 8. В номере отсутствует кондиционер, вентилятор. Духотень ужастная. 9. Нет чайных принадлежностей. 10. Персонал на рецепшене очень не внимательный и безолаберно относится к гостям отеля. Из положительных моментов могу отметить хорошее расположение отеля, анимация и чистота бассеина. Приятно удивил ночьной администратор при выезде из отеля. Он был очень вежлив и бысто нас выселил. Так же любезно предложил ранний завтрак . В заключении отмечу, что отелю напливать на цену указанную на сайте Hotel.com. Я не могу рекомендовать этот отель для посещения.

Loistava sijainti ja upea animaatiotiimi.Huoneet ja kylppärit ihan perustasoa.Palvelu surkea.Perivät matkailuveron jo check-in vaiheessa ja antoivat meille avaimen huoneeseen joka oli jo varattu.Ainoastaan yksi ravintola ja sekin buffet.Altaita ei voinut käyttää koska vesi jääkylmää.Kuntosali ihan perus ja hammam huone tosi pieni.Ei kannata luottaa sivuston kuviin ja upeisiin teksteihin.Wifi toimi vain aulassa ja sekin jäätävän kylmä aamuin illoin.Aamiainen ihan perus ja sama valikoima päivästä toiseen.En mene toiste!!

Royal Mirage levde inte upp till våra förväntningar. Utifrån bilderna som vi förevisats i samband med bokningen väntade vi oss ett hotell med bl.a. gym, spa-anläggning och fritt WIFI. Gymmet var bristfälligt. Alla som gick in möttes av en chock (sannolikt pga bilderna), SPA-anläggningen var ett ruckel och WI-Fi kunde man bara få tillgång till i Lobbyn. På hotellrummet fanns inget strykjärn, minibaren var tom, inget vatten eller frukt erbjöds i samband med ankomst.

We checked in 11:00pm. The hotel receptionist asked me what kind of room. I was surprised because they have it on the computer and still he asked me. I can’t check it on my phone but I know I my reservation was sea view. I have 2 rooms reserved but we had no sea view, 1st floor and the tv was not working. I have to call for help desk to complain about the tv not working. I was about to take a shower and found out how filthy the towels were as I took pictures of it. I called and wanted to talk to the manager but they will be there the next day. The following day I went to the reception and told them about the rooms and all my complaint. I was surprised when they said they were fully booked that’s why they did not have the room. The rooms were paid for so it’s not our fault. I travelled to many places but this was the worst ever with sanitation, service and professionalism. This hotel need to be rated 2

After finishing our stay at the mirage we are very disappointed not having spent the extra money on a better hotel. We had to change room after the first night due to too much street noise and since the doors to the balcony were not able to close shut we did not get any sleep. Personel are very helpful and smiling. Room no. 2 seemed better and with pool view, however as the sorrunding discos started their every night playlists and with a door not leaving any noise out the sleep was brought to a minimal. I there's one thing you want on a holiday, it's sleep. This may sound like a grumpy man but I'm only 34 and still I'm was bothered by the noisy surroundings. Food wasn't all bad but the morning buffet had leftovers from the last night's buffet however with a decent omelet stand (yay) and a pancake if you will. All in all the description of the royal mirage are lacking crucial details about the conditions of the hotel and nearby discos. Old showers when showering and maybe you get fresh towels each day otherwise you just call the reception and they will bring you. The hotel needs to be visited and redescriped in the details before booking and set to a only 3.5 or at max 4 star hotel. Not the best stay but agadir has some history and with it's charming settings 6 days were brought to an end but for another visit the royal mirage is not the place I would stay again.

Dirty food, filthy furniture, grumpy staff, old This place is at best 2 star and I'm generous. The beds were clumsy, the rooms loud, everything is filthy, from the lobby to the rooms to the pool area. The doors are like cardboard. It's not 24h all inclusive ... The guests looked miserable, the staff were unfriendly and unhappy too. This place is actually the most miserable place I have ever had to stay in - the hotel does NOT look like the pictures, trust me! I add pictures to prove it. The food was dirty too, the eggs were over cooked and black on the inside. The bread was out of date. The tomatoes still had clay on them! no water. This hotel is just 1 star no more

Hotellet sto ikke i stil til et femstjerners hotell. Servicen og organiseringen var svært dårlig, Marokko tatt i betraktning. Hadde ikke romkategorien som var bestilt, lite serviceinnstilt betjening (resepsjon) følte oss utilpass og i veien. Mye støy fra karaoke i resepsjon/ bar området. Design og interiør på hotellet var svært godt, men dårlig service og kundebehandling ødelegger for et hyggelig opphold.

I will definitely not recommend this hotel. I have been tourism hospitality over 20 years and this is not more 3*. Hotel has not been renovated since it was build I believe. Rooms are terrible and many parts are broken or not working. Service mentality is zero! We needed boiled water for baby and we had to go to a nearest restaurant to get boiled water. Everything was strange. Open buffet is terrible. We ate outside. No higjen. Terrible experience. Never again.

I stayed in this hotel between 28th Nov and 2nd Dec. The temperature was relatively low but not cold. The main problem I had in this hotel was the state of the facilities. In my first room, I was very close to the street traffic and couldn't have a decent sleep all night. Note that, a lot of people use VERY LOUD motorbikes in Agadir and they keep driving them all night. It was like a constant and continuous VROOOM VROOOOM inside the room. The mechanism of the bath was old and broken and the water failed to come out of the sprayer. The heating was not functional and at night it really became cold. Next day, I asked to be moved to a more quiet room. This time I was placed in a room towards the pool and sea. That was definitely quieter. However, the staff was not happy to move me and said "Ohh you are an economy class visitor, what were you expecting?". Seriously, this was a very very problematic response. I was never told that because I am getting a "DEAL" in expedia, I will receive bad treatment. The idea of a deal is that you are getting the same service for a cheaper price. If I am getting worse service for a cheaper price, well then what is the DEAL? The hotel served me old, almost torn towels, no slippers, no shampoo, no soap bar. All I had in the shower was liquid hand soap. A free safe was included, which I never needed. The breakfast was minimal, way below my Turkish breakfast standards. Overall, I spent 4 nights, bearable, but not pleasing. I will not repeat this.

Destacaría la ubicación ya que está justo enfrente de la planta. El hall y la piscina está bastante bien. El wifi nefasto,apenas hay conexión y se desconecta a cada instante. Necesita reformas, tantos los pasillos,como las habitaciones en general. Sólo cogimos desayuno,en principio el buffet acababa a las 11,pero a las 10:30 estaba prácticamente todo vacío en especial la comida caliente: huevos revueltos, tomate..poca variedad de fruta,no zumo natural,el café malísimo. El personal de recepción no fue especialmente atento,si lo fue el de limpieza.

Wir hatten uns auf Grund der Hotelbeschreibung, seiner guten Ausstattung und der überwiegend positiven Bewertungen für dieses Haus entschieden. Bei der Anreise fiel uns sofort der abgenutzte Zustand der Einrichtung auf. Hochwertige Natursteinböden, Wandmosaike und filigranen Stuckdecken zeugen von der ursprünglich hochwertigen Ausstattung. Doch schon die auf den ersten Blick luxuriösen Sitzgruppen in der Lobby waren verschlissen. Dies setze sich in den Zimmern fort: Echtholzmöbel waren teilweise hässlich überlackiert, Wände und Türen durch dicke Farbschichten unansehnlich, die Laminatböden abgenutzt, Bettwäsche und Handtücher stark verschlissen. Die ersten beiden zugewiesenen Doppelzimmer lehnten wir umgehend ab. Die Bettwäsche war derart abgenutzt, dass die unsauberen Innendecken und Kopfkissen durchschienen. Aus meiner Sicht nur ekelhaft. Nach der Reklamation erhielten wir zwei Doppelzimmer in der 6. Etage, welche sich in einem etwas besseren Zustand befanden. Dennoch hätten wir gern die gebuchten 6 Übernachtungen storniert. Unsere Stornobedingungen ließen dies jedoch nicht zu. Die Sauberkeit der Pools und Sonnenliegen war gut! Der Zustand der am Pool angebotenen Handtücher war wie in den Zimmern: beim Abtrocknen rissen teilweise altersbedingt die Handtücher. Die Stoffe waren bereits brüchig. Gegenüber den Fotos in den Hotelbeschreibungen befinden sich in den Außenanlagen inzwischen mehrheitlich Plastikliegen mit pinkfarbenen Bezügen im Einsatz. Fazit: Nicht zu empfehlen!

A éviter pour les petits dormeur car les chambres ne sont pas du tout insonorisées sur le couloir de l'hôtel (on entend tout ce qui se passe dans le couloir) et sur l'extérieur (avec ou sans fenêtre fermée, je pense que le résultat est le même on dort dans la rue au milieu de la circulation). restauration sans plus. personnel accueillant et souriant. l'hôtel ne mérite pas ces étoiles.

rez de chaussée de l'hôtel beau et agréable. personnel (du gardien aux femmes de ménages en passant par les serveurs et les animateurs) accueillant, souriant, aimable,... . en passant dans les chambres, c'est une autre histoire: verre SdB sale, clim ne fonctionne pas, odeur d'égouts dans les couloirs, pas de lit double mais lits jumeaux, literie trop dure (planche de bois?), insonorisation vers le couloir et sur l'extérieur de l'hôtel inexistante (on a l'impression de dormir dans le couloir et dans la rue tellement le bruit extérieur est omniprésent dans la chambre). Hôtel à réserver à ceux qui ont l'habitude de dormir avec du bruit sinon à déconseiller car impossible de dormir. Côté restauration (petit déjeuner et diner): large choix de plat mas reste très simple. BILAN: le prix de la chambre ne vaut pas ce qui est annoncé (on paye l'emplacement en bord de plage et non la qualité de l'hôtel). A déconseillé de mon point de vue

La fenetre ferme mal,résultat une partie de la nuit a profiter de la circulation et des musiques alentour. Très déçu de la prestation globale de l'hôtel. Panne de climatisation durant le séjour, l'équipe de l'hôtel n'a pas su trouver de solution et nous a laissé avec notre bébé d'un an dans une chambre sans air conditionné, un véritable scandale. De plus il y avait un vacarme insupportable, un bruit de moteur de bateau, personne n'a su m'expliqué la raison de ce bruit. Malgré nos alertes et nos colères, pas de solution sur les différents problèmes. Nous étions obligés de réclamés des serviettes pour les douches. L'hôtel est vraiment vieillissant. Le prix était vraiment très élevé par rapport à la prestation et nous ne sommes pas exigeant, mais là c'était vraiment très abusé. Je ne le recommande absolument pas.

この立地で何を期待するかという問題はあるが、欧州のリタイア客を狙った格安リゾートホテルで、ビジネスなど短期滞在/通過客には違和感があります。かつてヒルトンだったらしく、施設もそれなりに整備され、メンテもされていますが、目新しさ、高級感はありません。夕食もコミコミでしたが、セットメニューしかなく、選択肢のモロッコ料理のレストランは、予約申し込みが到着時点で既に締め切られていました。ホテル外の食事処で済ませました。立地はいいのですぐのところにビーチに面したレストランが数軒あります。このホテル自体はビーチフロントを有していないので、道路をわたって海水浴になります。ホテル内のプールが高台にあるので、そこで日光浴して海を眺める手はあります。

La première impression est assez curieuse car les entourages de l’hôtel ne sont pas rassurant. Devant l’hôtel : beaucoup de chantiers, dans un quartier de banques et d’administrations. Derrière l’hôtel : c’est un terrain vague où dorment les sans abris qui vous séparent de la plage. Où se trouvent un McDonalds et un Pizza Hut. Les chambres indépendantes, situées à l’arrière, sont à l’abandon. Les portes sont fracturées et les intérieurs sauvagement détruits. Les parties communes sont très vieillissantes et les tentatives de rafraichissement dans l’intégralité de l’hôtel par un simple coup de peinture blanche, donnent un aspect triste et prive le tout de charme. Le simple vitrage vous donne l’impression d’être installé devant les haut-parleurs ce qui vous empêche de séjourner dans la chambre dans la journée à cause des animations. Le bar « La Veranda » dégage une mauvaise odeur et il est d’ailleurs dangereux de s’y approcher car une demi-douzaine d’abeilles, y ont élus résidence. Le bar en sous sol « Le Pacha » est abandonné par le personnel, il n’y a donc aucun client. Le bar au dessus du restaurant « Le Tagine » est aussi fermé. Le service est acceptable mais bancal. Toutes les boissons, à l’exception de l’eau et de la bière locale en bouteille, sont imbuvables.La nourriture est correcte mais n’atteint même pas le niveau d’un « Flunch ». Tout est à base de « copeaux » de poulet.

Even though it was the best view from our hotel window, we didn't appreciate the malfunctioning of the toilet, the filth of the carpets and the smell of tobacco throughout the hotel. The service was slow and disorganised on arrival, and breakfast was very ordinary. In a nutshell... very tired surroundings in need of desperate repairs.
