Cet hotel n'a plus rien d'un palace. Vetuste. Des renovations sont absolument necessaires. Le site n"rst pas a jour. Plus de restaurant marocain et aucune activite a la piscine, pas de bar ouvert, rien. Les salles de bains sont delabrees . Il y a de la moisissure et des infiltrations d'eau dans les chambres.Tout cela est bien dommage et le client se base sur un site mensonge

habituĂ© a frĂ©quenter cet hĂŽtel depuis deux ans, beaucoup de soins apportĂ©s en deux ans pour en refaire un trĂšs bel hĂŽtel ,trĂšs bien tenu, de grandes chambres confortables, mĂȘme les plus modestes de l hĂŽtel sont de niveau luxueux, il reste a changer les baignoires, le petit dejeuner est trĂšs varies, de lâomelette faite a la demande, des fruits, gĂąteaux etc⊠si vous partez tres tot pour l'aĂ©roport par exemple, mĂȘme a 5 heure du matin dans le lobby vous pouvez vous restaurer avec une mise en place pour les levĂ©s tĂŽt , viennoiseries a volontĂ©, cafĂ© et thes situĂ© boulevard d Anfa, situĂ© en plein centre ville vraiment un des meilleurs hĂŽtel de la ville

To be clear this property is not 5*. Itâs an average 3 at most. Iâd say itâs ok for a business trip, but actually you can do a lot better for less in Morocco if all you want is a clean room to stay in. The staff were friendly, but the hotel canât get many of the basics right. The air conditioning was ineffective. In late October, we opened a window instead. The decor of the room was run down and the door to the bathroom would not shut. Despite signs in the elevator and elsewhere advertising that the pool bar and restaurants are open to midnight or beyond everything was closed when we arrived at 22:00. We were told room service could provide drinks, but after 30 minutes they came to tell us that they could only provide coke normal. No beer, no Coke Zero. The pool area was consistently locked. In 4 days we only got it open once. The pool bar was never open with the seat cushions piled on it. Despite this the staff would tell us it is open. On the plus side, the local area has some good restaurants and bars. Generally the hotel has friendly staff but everything else has been neglected.

NE MERITE PAS ses 5 Ă©toiles, grosse arnaque ! -Il n'y a aucune vraie piscine tout juste un bassin dont l'eau n'est pas propre, entourĂ© de fauteuils renversĂ©s comme si c'Ă©tait la pĂ©riode de grand nettoyage.. et ce pendant plusieurs jours donc totalement impraticable! - Sur les autres installations : Les lits sont durs, aucune jolie vue, les toilettes de l'accueil ( en bas) n'ont ni papier ni savon , le frigo ne refroidissait pas - il chauffait mĂȘme - donc notre repas du soir au matin a pĂ©rimĂ© .. et je rajoute l'absence d'aĂ©ration dans la salle de bain : une fois la douche prise la vapeur ne se dissipe nulle part. - Que dire de la jeune dame de l'accueil qui Ă©tait aussi morose Ă l'arrivĂ©e qu'au dĂ©part : aucun sourire, aucun accueil, aucune formation sans doute. Elle exigeait de nous de faire l'appoint car elle n'avait pas de monnaie, en levant les bras en l'air au lieu de trouver une solution digne d'un 5 Ă©toiles (!??), par exemple prĂ©voir de la monnaie? Elle a interpellĂ© sa collegue ensuite le bagagiste: ils n'en avaient pas non plus ( dans leurs poches ?? Je n'ai pas compris..). Enfin, le bagagiste m'a ramenĂ© une mauvaise valise ..et a difficilement voulu comprendre que je souhaitais la mienne et pas une autre! Heureusement qu'un responsable a Ă©tĂ© appelĂ© et qu'il a pu, entre autres, trouver de la monnaie! Waw! Vraiment c'est une honte, des Ă©tablissements de 3 Ă©toiles font mieux . Fuyez ! Je recommande l'hĂŽtel Barcelo Ă 100 m pour moitiĂ© prix avec le sourire !

During my first trip to Casablanca, I lost my cellphone on the other side of town after buying flowers for my wife. Do not wear sweatpants with a cellphone located in the pocket facing the taxi door exit because I am sure this how I dropped it. Despite efforts to locate the phone, it was gone. My wife, who is Moroccan, called the phone and spoke to someone who was uncooperative and threatening to sell it. With the help of a hotel worker named Soufian, we managed to track down the phone's location. Soufian arranged for transportation, constantly spoke with the person to coordinate where she was located to help we retrieve my phone successfully. Imagine coming to Morocco and the first day your phone is missing before settling in to experience the location. I must say that I am very grateful. This experience highlighted the kindness of strangers and the importance of assistance in challenging situations but importantly the integrity, leadership, patience, and level of care/concern from the workers that are in this hotel helped me solve my situation. This will be the only place I will stay when in Casablanca. Highly recommend. Also I left out jewelry one time which I never recommend but it was completely untouched during a room service visit when we left town for a day. Appreciate the service . I do not think in the U.S. some of these services would have been giving to me.

I went to celebrate my birthday and we had an amazing stay. We left to Marrakesh for a couple of days and my clothes were moved but the proof found them promptly and they were cleaned for me. They made my birthday special and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Petit-déjeuners trÚs bien Une seule chose ma déplu : en arrivant à l'hÎtel j'ai demandé à l'accueil s'ils avaient une carte de la ville. Une impression d'une carte google de la ville ma ete donnée sans autre explication (ou est situé l'hÎtel, comment aller vers la mosquée Assan II ...) Manque de conseils, travail à l'accueil limité au strict essentiel.

I was very disappointed with the room and service. The view overlooked construction building. There was no coffee machine, bathroom sink and shower clogged, room much tinier than described online. The pillow case had two holes. At 8:30 am the cleaning service crew knocked and came in without waiting whether we said yea or no. It was definitely not a deluxe room that I chose. The staff wasnât the most helpful and didnât offer to change the room. Thank goodness it was for one night. Definitely not coming back. The only thing that was great is the location and they have a good breakfast.

The service is 5-star phenomenal. Property, rooms and conference space are all in great shape. Jewish Sabbath services take place every week on the 1st floor premises so staying here over the weekend if you are Jewish is very convenient.
