Unser Aufenthalt im lebua at State Tower war auch dieses Mal wieder einfach fantastisch ā und das bereits zum vierten Mal. FĆ¼r uns gehƶrt das lebua inzwischen fest zu jeder Thailand-Reise dazu und ist immer der perfekte Abschluss. Ein herzliches Dankeschƶn an Ham fĆ¼r den super lieben Empfang und die tolle Betreuung. Ebenso an Woody, den besten Concierge Ć¼berhaupt, der unseren kleinen Sohn Max immer wieder wunderbar unterhalten hat ā das war wirklich etwas ganz Besonderes. Der Roomservice war unglaublich aufmerksam und zuvorkommend, mit vielen kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten, die unseren Aufenthalt noch schƶner gemacht haben. Das FrĆ¼hstĆ¼ck war wie immer mega ā mit einer tollen Auswahl und sehr hoher QualitƤt. Auch die Lounge im 52. Stock hat uns wieder begeistert, vor allem mit dem leckeren Lunch und Tea. Lebua ist fĆ¼r uns einfach immer wieder toll ā besonders als krƶnender Abschluss einer Thailand-Reise. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Stayed on the 52nd floor in a very comfy river view room. The room was spacious and clean with a separate lounge area. Full size fridge and microwave which was terrific. Turn down service delivered chocolates every night ā„ļøā„ļø The location was great, easy walk to restaurants, bars, Buddhist temple, markets and a mall. Also great for boat ferry and MRT. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Cons: Check in was long and uncomfortable. Felt judged because we were in casual clothes for travelling. Lighting in the whole property was very dim and made it hard to see.

Amazing breakfast with all sorts of choices. Big bedbedroom, bathroom and beds. Good balcony view. Great with daily refill of water. Polite staff. Easy and quick to check in an out. Nice buffet at tower club. Easy to contact before arrival about practical matters. Only 10 minutes walk to the BTS Sky Train and Sathorn pier.
Cons: The rooftop bar is expensive and there should have been some benefits there to staying at the hotel. The air conditioning fans on the balcony are noisy, lowering the impression of it. There is no furniture on the balcony, and there is only an office chair that is easy to lift out there.

My wife and I stayed in a tower suite with river view for 3 nights prior to returning home. The hotel is iconic and offers excellent service for it's guests. The food and beverage offerings are first class and the Tower Club upgrade is well worth the money as it offers food and beverage throughout the day. The breakfast is by far the most impressive we've experienced and we even complimented the staff during our breakfast as the food and service is exceptional. The pool and sun terrace are great and ideal to cool down on the hot temperatures in Bangkok. We did, however, feel the suite was a little dated and in need of some renovation.

We stayed on the 54th floor of this stylish hotel with an incredibly beautiful view of Bangkok. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffets are stunning and vary slightly each morning. The air conditioning in our suite was perfectly refreshing. The location is also excellent: right nearby is the pier for the public boat to the main sights, as well as numerous authentic small restaurants (e.g. Jack's Bar 2 by the river) and a shopping center. But you could also easily spend days simply enjoying the beautiful hotel with its pool and proper gym facilities.
Cons: We found it a pity that no Thai wine was available. The music selection in the suites was also not to our taste. The lounge, jazz and club music available at breakfast and in the Breeze Bar could also be made accessible in the suites.

Das Hotel ist eine alte Dame der man die Jahre hier und da ansieht, aber mit Charme des Personals und den Bars wieder gut macht. Der Ausblick und die Lage sind natĆ¼rlich kaum zu toppen. Das FrĆ¼hstĆ¼ck war klasse und fand direkt am Pool statt. Wir hatten eine Suite die war groĆ und sauber.
Cons: Die doch etwas in die Jahre gekommene Zimmerausstattung. Da kƶnnte man doch mal zum Beispielnden Teppich unter dem Bett austauschen.

the location is the best thing, very close to many small restaurants, shopping and transportation. Nice the tower lounge access where a more intimate experience can be had by guests.
Cons: the building where the hotel is housed is far too big, one of the entrances is this huge empty hall not welcoming at all. The elevators in the evening are full of people visiting the sky bar and this is not very nice for hotel guests.

We loved the location, the view and of course the roof top bar. Service was excellent, e.g. we received a shower room after check out to freshen up before our late flight. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I have ever had regarding both quality and variety of the food. The suites are spacious, but older and missing outlets next to the bed. The pool was nice, but the gym could be bigger.

Wir waren zum vierten Mal in diesem Hotel, da es eine tolle Lage hat und wirklich besonderen Kontrast zwischen dem wilden Bangkok auf der StraĆe und ein bisschen Erholung bietet. Die Suiten sind groĆzĆ¼gig und gut aufgeteilt. Das FrĆ¼hstĆ¼ck ist einzigartig und auch der Poolbereich lƤdt nach einem langen Flug zum relaxen ein. Das echte Highlight sind wohl die Dachterrassen. Dort sollte man unbedingt einen sundowner nehmen, obwohl die Preise hierfĆ¼r wirklich grenzwertig sind. Aber der Blick und die AtmosphƤre lassen das schnell vergessen. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Alles funktioniert reibungslos. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
Cons: Wir hatten leider kaltes Wasser in der Dusche, haben aber nicht reklamiert, da es zum Reisezeitpunkt in Bangkok circa 40Ā° hatte und deshalb kein Problem dadurch entstand kalt zu duschen

We were not supposed to go to Bangkok on this trip but it seemed Bangkok wanted to see us! Din did a great job of checking us in and 'upgrading' us to the next level so that we could have access to floor 52. The hotel is OK, needs updating and the balconies you cannot really enjoy due to the air conditioning units on them. That said the views were amazing! Dinner in Breeze was a huge and expensive disappointment I would recommend going outside of the hotel to eat. Lebua is in a great location, easy to walk down to the river and catch the boats.

Cons: Overly priced for what it actually is, seems pretty dated and living off the hangover 2 cameo. TVs in the room extremely old etc. Incredibly overpriced at their rooftop bars, quite pushy staff in that the way they escort you to one of the bars where the cheapest cocktail was 2700 baht (Ā£70+) saying buy a drink here and then you get access to the other bars. Youād kind of expected as a guest of the hotel to at least be able to look around and see which bar you want to sit in a bit more freely to start with. They also took a 10,000 baht deposit which apparently couldnāt be paid by normal bank card, (the only hotel Iāve ever had this issue with in Thailand) meaning I had to withdraw that as cash to pay, pretty annoying considering I was leaving Bangkok after checkout so left with cash I did not need. Again another thing that they seem to add āhangover 2 taxā onto is simple things like airport transfer. Quoted between 2500 and 3700 baht for transfer to airport: used Bolt, and even with the comfort option it was 600.

The most amazing breakfast with chefs preparing food on the spot, cuisine from all around the world, great barista coffee (even with vegan milks), atmosphere and service. The views from the balcony are stunning, location is perfect, close to street food, massages, shopping, walking distance to the river within 15 minutes.
Cons: We stayed in 4 different rooms during our stays in Lebua last month and some rooms are better than others - everything is always spotless clean, but some furniture (e.g. broken bathroom tiles) could enjoy an upgrade. But nothing to worry about, the service is helpful and everything in the hotel is amazing!

Breakfast outstanding, service amazing, so friendly and welcoming Lovely pool area to relax not over busy so was able to get a sunbed anytime. Sky bar a must do for view, but don't feel pressured to buy a drink as expensive cocktails around Ā£30 each Location perfect 30 min walk to all sightss like chinatown, asiatqui and park, also 5 minutes to river boat, train line and bus service Plenty of local amenities fir shopping and eating We would definitely stay again

The super service from all staff, always professional , caring, smiling. After few issues in the beginning hotel solved them in a perfect, efficient way, asking me regularly about my satisfaction and offering help and assistance. Thank you! fantastic breakfast buffet, balcony with views. Fast, efficient elevators. High quality products in bathroom, huge suite with old furniture but completely OK. My suite included big fridge, kitchen with coffee machine etc. Big comfortable bathroom with bathtub and huge shower. Small surprises on the bed, sense of luxury in general. Good location: 8 minutes to BTS sky train station, shopping mall (centre point) street food, restaurants and 7 elevens around the hotel. The check-in process is very nice. I got a complimentary upgrade from Premier Suite river view (51-52th flloors to Tower Suite river view on the 58th floor) what a nice and unexpected surprise!! be prepared to pay a mandatory deposit 10000 THB in cash or credit card
Cons: Tv set old, would not work in the beginning. no smart tv, balcony was closed at the beginning which was very disappointing (I was on the 58th floor) THE RIVER view was the reason I booked this hotel... After complaining I signed a special document at the reception and a service man came and opened the balcony. This regulation for closing balcony should be clearly stated at the check in to order to avoid disappointment

The service from the staff at this hotel was fantastic. The views from my room on level 52 overlooking the river was amazing too. Bed was super comfy and the addition of a bathtub was very welcome to relax in after a day sightseeing.
Cons: I found the prices of the food and drinks excessive and the service charge on top of this was too much. I know it is a luxury hotel but the contrast between these prices and other luxury hotels in Bangkok was quite significant. I think that because this hotel appeared in a movie they could warrant these excessive prices. Although my room was large I felt that it could have benefited from a refresh and refurbishment.

Large room, view of the river was nice. Breakfast was acceptable. Staff very pleasant. I booked the hotel at short notice and got a large discount even with the discount it just felt about the right price. I would have been very disappointed if i had paid the non discounted rate. The Sky Bar is amazing and we had a very memorable meal but you can access this without staying in the hotel, prices are very high up there as well.
Cons: The balcony has 2 AC units on it so you don't want to spend hardly any time out there because of the noise. The cost of Food and Beverages is very high Ā£16 for a small bottle of beer by the pool felt like a rip off. The pool is an odd layout with not many loungers available.

GroĆes bequemes Bett mit guter Matratze. Das FrĆ¼hstĆ¼ck im M-Bereich war hervorragend. Die Ć¼berteuerte Bar am Dach haben wir gar nicht besucht. Im Hotel Ć¼berall auch auf dem Zimmer frische Blumen. Viel Personal und immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Den LoungeClub haben wir gar nicht nutzen kƶnnen. Sie ist von 6-18 h geƶffnet, aber da waren wir unterwegs. Hotel strepitoso, offte tutto quello che si puĆ² desiderare da un soggiorno, all'accoglienza gentile di tutto lo staff, alla location, alla pulizia e bellezza della camera (per noi vista fiume con un tramonto mozzafiato), per non parlare della colazione e dei servizi. Punto in piĆ¹ poter salire allo sky bar dove ĆØ stato girato una notte da leoni. Un po' cari i cocktail ma ne vale davvero la pena, lo skylane lascia senza parole. Colazione ricchissima di fronte alla bella piscina dove lo staff ha perfino preparato una sorpresa al mio compagno per il suo compleanno. Pulizia 2 volte al giorno con tanti piccoli dettagli e accortezze che ti fanno sentire coccolato. Posizione vicinissima a patpong Night Market, al parco Lumpini e altre bellezze di Bangkok. Consigliatissimo!!!!

2nd time back here with a higher room level and the view was breathtaking both in the morning and night. Was lucky enough to witness a crimson moon by our balcony that made it another unforgettable experience. The staff was always friendly, professional and even assisted us to bring our luggage to our car in the car park. Breakfast was extensive and delicious as always and the room is always clean, spacious and comfortable. I've always felt taken care of when I'm here. I will definitely be back again to one of my favourite hotels in Bangkok.

We stay at Lebua every year for my wifeās birthday, and after seven years living in Bangkok as long-term expats, it remains one of our absolute favourite places to celebrate. The hotel truly lives up to its reputation every single time! From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Lucas checked us in and immediately set the tone for our stay. He was warm, engaging, and a genuinely lovely conversationalist who took a real interest in us and our visit. It felt personal rather than transactional, which is something we really appreciated...it was lovely chatting to him. Lady then escorted us to our room and carefully explained the Lebua facilities. She was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure we were comfortable and well informed. Shortly after, Mr Som brought our bags to the room, opened the balcony doors for us, and chatted away, asking us about our time in Bangkok. Itās these small human touches that make such a difference and make the stay feel special - you can't train a team to do that, you really notice the difference š The team also went the extra mile and secured us a wonderful room upgrade, which was an incredibly kind gesture and made our birthday stay even more memorable. Having lived in Bangkok for seven years, weāve experienced many hotels across the city, but Lebua continues to stand out. The club lounge rooms are simply impossible to beat in terms of value for money. The lounge itself is phenomenal and adds a level of comfort and luxury that keeps bringing us back year after year. The room is big and comfortable and well designed. The space for the living room and bedroom is separated and bathroom is also good. Breakfast is generally good with great diversity. The river view is excellent.
Cons: The location is not great. A little bit far from BTS station. Food provided at the lounge is generally good, but sushi is terrible. Fish and vegetables are OK, but the rice is not tasty at all. They made a terrible mistake for boiling it.

My experience at lebua at State Tower was amazing from start to finish. The service was excellent, and the staff made us feel very welcome during our stay. We stayed there as a family and had a wonderful time enjoying the beautiful views of Bangkok from the hotel. The room was very spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our family. The balcony had an incredible view of the city and the river, which made the stay even more special. Breakfast was amazing with many options to choose from, and everything was very well prepared. The hotel also offers many dining options, all with incredible views, making every meal a great experience. Overall, the quality of the hotel, the service, and the atmosphere made our stay truly memorable. We had a great experience and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Bangkok.

We were group of 9 friends came for holiday and let me tell you this is an amazing Hotel to say and we were parked at 54,53,58th floor(9 pax with 5rooms. The Hotel is managed amazingly by Mr.Rajan Khurana and his amazing team, a special shout of thanks to Kartik(FO) and FO team for making the check in and check out experience amazingly . The lounge team is also very nice and I dnt rember all the names but Ms.kim, Ms.sai and team were always welcoming with a great smile. We really had great experience and would recommend all to come and feel the experience at the Lebua state tower.

Cons: Der Eingangsbereich durch die Halle des State Towers ist so komisch und heruntergekommen. Das ganze Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Man wartet ewig auf die Lifte. Der Pool war dreckig / zudem schaut man auf eine Mauer. Das Personal wirkt angespannt und Ć¼berfordert. Die Balkone sind mit lauten Klimaanlagen bestĆ¼ckt. Weder das FrĆ¼hstĆ¼ck Buffet noch die Club Lounge entsprechen einem gehobenen Niveau. Wenn man auf die Terassen im 60/61 Stock geht, wird man bei der Ankunft richtiggehend abgefangen vom Personal. Dieses setzt einem stark unter Druck zum konsumieren. Die Preise sind extrem Ć¼berteuert. Teilweise doppelt so teuer wie in ZĆ¼rich (als Beispiel ). Das Gesamtpaket ist echt schlecht.

Cons: I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. They placed a 10,000 baht credit card preāauthorization, which was supposed to be released within 10ā14 days. After 30 days had passed with no refund, I sent three emails to the hotelānone of which were ever answered. I eventually had to call them, and only after the call was the deposit finally returned. This level of service is unacceptable for a hotel claiming to be five stars. The rooms were shabby, outdated, and poorly soundproofed, with noise from outside clearly audible. The entire property feels like it is in urgent need of renovation and updates. However, despite these good aspects, the hotel does not meet the standard of a true fiveāstar property due to the condition of the rooms and the poor handling of the deposit issue.

We visited Lebua on the first night of our honeymoon and asked specifically to go to the bar from The Hangover (Sky Bar). When we exited the lift, we were immediately separated from other guests and escorted straight into Distil without being told it was a different venue with a completely different pricing structure. We ordered two cocktails expecting the usual Sky Bar prices (Ā£20āĀ£25), but the bill came to over Ā£150 for two drinks. Had we known, we would never have ordered them. We did visit Skybar after (as that was our reason for going), but of course did not order a drink. The issue isnāt the price ā itās the lack of transparency and the fact we were taken somewhere we didnāt ask to go. This was very upsetting on our honeymoon, and despite raising this with the hotel afterwards, they declined to offer any refund or meaningful resolution. Iām sharing this so other visitors are aware: if you want Sky Bar, make sure you are taken to the correct area and shown a menu before ordering. The view is beautiful, but the experience left us feeling misled.

Consultant booked the hotel and fortunately we were in a river view suite, before we arrived my wife had decided she didnāt like the look of the suites and on arrival they were the same. Dint get me wrong they are very nice, large and well appointed with kitchen facilities. However they are dark, poor lighting and a little dated Itās worth Bering in ming the club rooms, on higher floors and with their own lounge and some food and drink included at certain times, these I believe were not a lot more price wise but we were not offered these Breakfast is excellent as is the lunch we had by the pool, beds around the pool are difficult to get but we managed on each occasion The hotel is on an extremely busy street and takes a bit of negotiating - donāt try to cross the road other than the areas designated for crossing and even then you take your life in your own hands! Itās a 10 min walk to the boat ferry pier for the. River and all the attractions, 7/11 just up the road and essential for supplies! Plenty of food markets and street stalls Roof top bar - weāll prepare yourself for the prices but that said 2 glasses of NZ Marlborough at Ā£60 possibly worth it as the views particularly at sunset are stunning and the staff fabulous, donāt forget the pics on the steps impossible unless you go early, we went at 5 pm on the day there was an alcohol ban at 6 pm ! Nice move ! May have spent a fortune otherwise - restaurant here looks fantastic and food looked excellent Would we visit again, possibly not as I think there are better hotels in the area - staff were very good and we did enjoy our stay, one tip be careful at front of hotel, tub tuk drivers, and also you will be approached by guys who say they work in roof top bar or restaurant who will give you advice and directions to their wifeās girlfriends, dad suit shop !

Cons: The place is huge and once you head up away from the staffed areas, it lacks any sense of where you are. Rooms lacked any warmth, being large, immaculate, but nothing like pictures on the wall etc. we stayed for a few nights and it felt like the Hotel in The Shining. Given it's not cheap, and Bangkok is rammed full of hotels, I won't be stopping there next time.

The employees are so kind and full of respect and love. I was helped by āDinā and his co-worker but sadly forgot his name. But they clarified everything for me. The breakfast was excellentšš½ Now the roomā¦ that was just amazing and clean to. I took the room with view over the river and it was to beautiful for words. The bathroom make me feel like in the movie āhome aloneā is was so big. They also have a gym and pool, so there is enough things to workout . Last one is not to forget about the skybar! That is really a must visit experience. Also over there I met a security quard called ā Boonchuā what a helpful man is that. Really kind and welcomes you with a smile and wil answer your question if you have them. Lebua is a must visit experience and for the value worth it.

From check in to out everything was perfect. A fine blend of old world charm, exquisite customer service, and stunning views from the iconic dome and Club tower. Check in was bought to us, with a side of refreshing drink and cool towels. Suite not ready, no problem we waited in the Club lounge of 52 nd floor with fantastic views, endless nibbles and full bar service. Jaws dropped when we entered suite 5101, a 2 bed, 2 bath with lounge, kitchenette, luggage room and a 180 deg wraparound balcony providing fabulous view of the City and river sprawling below. Breakfast poolside was a great range of foods and in addition to the obligatory egg chef, lebua go one further with a breakfast meats chef, and a personal toastmaster. A falconry show was included as the falcon scared off the pesky pigeons. Sunset at the Dome was an incredible sight. If you are planning a trip to Bangkok include a night or two at lebua state Tower, you wont be disappointed. Thankyou team lebua for a memorable anniversary experience.

The hotel feels properly upscale but still comfortable and welcoming. The views from up high are incredible, especially at night with the city and river lit up. Our room is spacious, very clean, and a perfect place to recharge after long days out in Bangkok. The bed is comfortable and everything feels well maintained. Service has really stood out already. The staff are friendly, professional, and quick to help with anything. A special thank you to **Smile** at check-in for being so warm and helpful ā she made arrival smooth and set the tone for our stay. Breakfast has lots of variety, and coming back to the calm of the hotel after the busy streets outside is something weāre really appreciating. The breakfast is amazing, there are also many vegan choices: I had japanese miso soup, thai curry, vegetable dumplings, and a variety of seasonal local fruits. The paestries are delicious too. Cons: Exceptional Stay ā Noo is the Best! Our stay at lebua at State Tower was perfect. The food was excellent, and the entire hotel was incredibly clean with top-tier facilities. Great place. Great staff, always helpful, friendly and smiling to everyone. Good location, easy to get to river ferries and BTS system. Some great facilities and restaurants here as well if you're feeling a bit lazy for your meal plans.
Cons: Don't get taxi during rush hour in this area. Can get crowded and you will be stuck for a while. Not the fault of the hotel obviously.

Very generous rooms, nice view from the balcony and very good breakfast. And of course the location in Bangkok is key!
Cons: The pool and whirlpool was cold, so even when itās warm you donāt want to go inside. Also the hotel has aged a lot and some edges need urgent renovations. The roof top bar could not be visited with a baby in Kinderwagen, which was communicated very unfriendly and rude by staff.

Nice to have a bit of luxury at the end of a 16 day almost backpacking trip round Thailand. Breakfast was AMAZING! Food from all around the world. Room huge and nighttime views stunning.
Cons: Dated. After staying in 4 other places on our trip was expecting pure luxury. But needs attention. Small things like plug sockets all wonky, artwork wonky, no iron, no SMART TV etc. Expected USB charging points etc for the price paid and although comfy not the comfiest we had on our trip. Access to Sky bar seemed impossible with dress code so didn't bother and Ā£500 ,deposit on arrival for 2 rooms seemed a little excessive. Also the area around the hotel is not the best. Glad we stayed but would not return

We were celebrating an anniversary and they upgraded us to a 2 bedroom suite which was amazing. We had city and river views, 3 balconies, 2 bathrooms. The staff were incredible and the lounge was well worth the extra money. What a fabulous place.

Wir haben das Hotel nachtrƤglich auch fĆ¼r meine Eltern gebucht, die eine Nacht dort verbracht haben. Da wir bereits eine bestehende Buchung hatten, bekamen wir vƶllig Ć¼berraschend ein kostenloses Upgrade auf eine Suite mit traumhaftem Ausblick, was wir als sehr groĆzĆ¼gig empfanden. Auch nach der Abreise meiner Eltern durften wir die weiteren zwei NƤchte in der Suite bleiben. Besonders hervorheben mƶchten wir das unglaublich aufmerksame, freundliche Personal sowie die gigantische FrĆ¼hstĆ¼cksauswahl,wirklich beeindruckend. Ein rundum groĆartiger Aufenthalt!
Cons: Weniger gefallen hat uns, dass HotelgƤste die Rooftop-Bar bzw. den Ausblick nur mit mindestens einem GetrƤnk pro Person genieĆen durften, wƤhrend die Preise dafĆ¼r sehr hoch angesetzt sind. Bereits in den unteren Restaurants empfanden wir die Preise als Ć¼bertrieben ā zum Beispiel hƤtte ein 0,33 l Wasser rund 300 Baht gekostet. Das hat uns davon abgehalten, die Rooftop-Bar zu nutzen. In Bangkok gibt es zudem viele andere Orte mit tollem Ausblick, die deutlich gĆ¼nstiger oder sogar kostenlos sind.

Das Highlight war das Abendessen im Sirocco Restaurant. Atemberaubendes Ambiente, das Personal an Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit nicht zu Ć¼berbieten. Auch wenn es preislich im oberen Segment ist, steht man hier nicht hungrig auf. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Great central location, bought this stay as a gift for my parentsā anniversary, they enjoyed it but felt a bit overpriced for the experience. They were upgraded to river view & received lovely chocolates etc on arrival. Apparently the entrance isnāt the prettiest, but the room made up for it!
Cons: Value for money questionable. But then itās about the experience of staying in an iconic hotel isnāt it?!
