Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Vooral Yassine, Hicham en Abdelaziz. Er is een parkeerplaats tegenover het hotel. De kamer is zeer ruim en hygiënisch en het bed is lekker groot. Gelegen vlakbij de souk (markt) en ongeveer 30 minuten van het vliegveld.
Cons: Doordat het hotel aan een drukke straat ligt zou je wat geluidsoverlast kunnen ervaren. Hier hebben wij geen last van gehad. Men had wat meer de ontbijtzaal kunnen opruimen.

No signage to breakfast floor or restaurant nothing in lift to show which floor either . Check in was lengthy as staff unsure how to process . Breakfast poor , items not refilled when run out despite being at breakfast at least 1 hr before finishing time . Not one table cleaned or free to sit at without pushing over dirty plates .

Excellent location! Walking distance from the Medina (market - about 10mins), and the Hassan II mosque (about 20mins). The hotel is clean and well kept. Staff are very kind and helpful. Breakfast (included with some room rate) is served from 7:00-10:00am and includes a generous selection of pastries, juices, eggs, meat, vegetables, salads, yogurt, cereal, etc.

Ăbrigens als Tipp fĂŒr andere mit Auto oder Motorrad Reisende, entweder vor 08.00 oder nach 21.00 Uhr an oder abreisen. Wir kamen gegen 17.00 Uhr an, das möchte man nicht noch einmal, echt krass. Morgens waren wir um 08.00 aus der Stadt Richtung Marrakech verschwunden.

Location is 5-10 mins walk from United Nations square and medina. Bus stop 139 nearby to mosque. Patisserie on the corner in the same street as Bim supermarket

Good location about 5-10 mins walk from United Nations Square. Hyatt Regency on the side of the square. good room size with walk in shower. Kettle with tea bag and coffee sachets. Balcony looked towards the mosque and medina. We were on the 7th floor. Reception staff were efficient, maid was also. Breakfast room on the 1st floor. Moroccan food, hot dishes, breads, pastries, cold meat, salads. A good selection. Patisserie on the nearest corner, BIM supermarket in the same street further down.

The staff was excellent, the lobby is nice. I wasnât so happy with the room though: 1) the kettle was broken (the staff changed it quickly, so that speaks pretty highly of the good service) 2) the balcony door was broken and couldnât lock (safety threat when sleeping). 3) wifi extremely weak 4) cups not super clean, one in a small storage next to the fridge wasnât cleaned.

Die Unterkunft war groĂ hell und gepflegt. Alle Mitarbeitenden waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich Bouchra sie hat sich darum gekĂŒmmert dass mein Zimmer sauber war und immer genug Kaffee, Tee und Wasser bereitstand. Hilham und Ayoub waren an der Rezeption und am Empfang tĂ€tig und haben wir mehrfach mit meinem GepĂ€ck geholfen und mir schnell und unkompliziert Taxen gerufen wenn ich eins brauchte.

- Service from all staff - Housekeeper, Sadiya, was lovely - really prompt cleaning and did a great job. - Location was great in terms of walking distance and cheap taxis available for the other distances
Cons: - Poor breakfast selection which also had no labels to confirm what the food was (we didnât go back after the first day) - Bathroom drain had a horrid smell (moved rooms once, 2nd we just purchased air freshener) - Did not have any extra amenities so make sure to pack them such as shower cap etc

Un grand merci à toute l'équipe du Kenzi Basma pour cet accueil chaleureux et rempli de bienveillance tout au long de mon séjour. L'emplacement de l'hÎtel est trÚs bien situé, j'ai pu visiter beaucoup de choses à pieds. Les chambres vues sur la ville sont justes incroyables, trÚs spacieuses et trÚs propres. J'avais la chance d'apercevoir au loin la Mosquée Hassan II qui est vraiment à voir ! Le service du petit déjeuner est impeccable, on se sent presque chez soi et on regrette vite que le séjour touche à sa fin... Merci à Bouchra pour sa patience et son professionnalisme, et merci à Hicham et Adil pour votre gentillesse et votre dévouement tout au long de la semaine. We stayed 1 night. Convenient location. Spacious one bedroom studio with lounge area but no safe & no bottled water provided in room. BIM (supermarket) & a bottle shop, a 2 minute walk away. Souk and retail shops close by. There were insects flying around in the dining area where breakfast was served which was off-putting.

Nice location: close to the Mohammed V square where a lots go on for the locals, and close to very authentic street markets (not soul) in the old medina. Comfortable bed and the little balcony is definitely a plus where you can breeze in the city. We also enjoyed the breakfast a lot. They have a large choice of local and continental food, both savoury and sweet. We also enjoyed a beer in the lounge bar one night - and not overly priced for a hotel. The staffs are super nice and helpful, like most people in this city!
Cons: The bathroom of our room starts to show some signs of wear and tear. We do have a good view to the Hassen II mosque, but there is also an old building just in front which blocks a big part of the view.

Despite being aware of the low rating, we proceeded with this booking due to a last-minute need for an overnight stay following a late-night arrival. Even with modest expectations, the experience was disappointing. The room felt unclean, especially the bed linen, which gave an unhygienic impression. There were no basic amenities providedânot even bottled water. When we requested an electric kettle for coffee, the one delivered posed a safety concern. The handle became extremely hot, and the kettle emitted a foul odor. Though it was replaced upon request, the initial experience was unsettling. Breakfast was very basic, offering minimal variety or quality. Overall, even for a short stay, this hotel fell below acceptable standards.

When you first entire the hotel the smell of orange flowers hits you and pulls you in, letting you know that Fatiha and her team of excellent housekeeping staffers have prepared an lovely environment for you. Chaimaa and Yassin welcomed us at the front desk with kindness and warmth. We've booked rooms last minute on the same day and arrive late at night. The staff welcomed us and was absolutely lovely. We didn't try the breakfast so we have no opinion on that. The rooms were clean and beds were comfy. There was A/C as well as heating. There was no problem with leaving our car at the private parking after check out. I would say it's a safe choice compared to what other places offer and how unprofessional other places can be. Special thanks to Fatiha, Hicham, and the gentleman on the front desk :)
Cons: Towels were clean but you could see that they were small stains from before. Still I wouldn't say it's a problem as they were clean :) Overall nothing to really complain about.

La posizione strategica vicina al Bazar, alla fermata del Tram, alla stazione treni di Casa Port e ai Taxy, lĂ Moschea Hassan II. Penso sia il posto ideale per chi vuole raggiungere ogni quartiere tipico di Casablanca oppure rimanere in zona tra i ristoranti tipici della Medina e la fruibilitĂ di tutti i servizi (banche, supermercati, negozi di abbigliamento e prodotti tipici). Lo staff Ăš straordinario, ci ho soggiornato durante il Ramadan e la proposta del buffet era tipica della tradizione marocchina ma anche europea! Personale gentilissimo, dai camerieri, ai responsabili di sala e non ultimi per importanza la Reception, Chaimaa e Yassine gentilissimi!!! SarĂ la mia base per ogni viaggio a Casablanca!

L'hotel si trova a circa 500 metri dall'Eglise du Sacré-Coeur; non Ú una struttura nuovissima ma Ú molto confortevole e offre tutti i servizi tipici dei grandi hotel: camere molto spaziose e confortevoli, ottima cena e ottima colazione a buffet. Parcheggio auto gratuito proprio davanti alla porta di ingresso. Personale molto gentile. Soggiorno perfetto.

The room was modern and comfortable with wonderful view to the Grand Mosque of Casablanca. The bed was very comfy. At Restaurant Abid was very helpful and did very good Service. At reception I was serviced very well by Chaimaa. Also kind service at the Bar during the later evening. The Bar has exceptionnel beautiful Videos of places on earth in combination with very beautiful relax music. A very nice place, also to have some Entertainment.
Cons: There was actually nothing I want to mention here. Everything was fine. :-)

It was the first day we arrived in Casablanca. We got a room and then I found that there was a broken mirror on the clothset so I notified the staff and requested for a new room. Apparently, we have to wait for an hour for a new room and we are very tired from the traveling from the airport and needed to use the bathroom.

The view from our room was great. It was easy to spend a night in Casa and go see the gorgeous mosque and the central market from this location.
Cons: I booked a room with two single beds and specified that but was given a king room- so the they brought a rollaway bed that barely fit in the room. Room was visibly dirty with hair in all the corners, big stain on the duvet, and grit you could feel on the floor. The entire hotel feels like it was awesome in days gone by but is now very dingy.

The pictures donât match the actual ones but still a decent place to stay for a few nights.. Close to all the main touristy highlights such as the ancient Medina, Ricks cafe, the shopping mall and the Hassan II mosque..also has a few restaurants and cafes around.. The breakfast was decent too..

This has to be one of the worst experiences Iâve had to date. From my bookings not being updated as requested to phone calls from staff after 1am to request proof of marriage (a practice that has since been abolished and either way was not acceptable to contact and wake clients at this time for anything other than an emergency). I am disgusted by how we have been treated, the lack of professionalism and management has been abhorrent. We will be formally complaining to the British consulate, and Kenzi Group, as well as sharing this experience online.

Cons: This was the worst stay we have had in our many months and many hotels & Riads over the last couple of years in Morocco. On arrival we were greeted by a desk manager with âyou are early, check in is after 2pm. On the Booking web site it says 00:00 - 00:00. We prepaid for our booking but had to pay according to my booking on Booking.com 118.80 city taxes. On check in I was told it was 120 MAD. - it is not the extra amount but the rounding up and contempt when it was queried and the receipt requested. No receipt was given and when I queried it was told "that is the cost". When we parked our car I was told it could stay there for our 3 day duration. But the next day had to move it so you could allow large Mercedes cars to park outside. The WiFi was almost non existent in our room (6th floor). I pointed this out to 3 members of staff (management) at the front desk who said they would look into it - they never did or even get back to me. I needed good WIFI to upload some footage - not possible with your facilities. Your website says âhigh speed WiFi connection â this is not the case or the customer service". We also asked and questioned the room differences in our booked room (Deluxe) and the upgrade (as we are Genius 3 level) we were told we had (Superior) but was told it was not possible apart from being given the key for a room directly above our room to see if the room/view was better - it was the same AND if we wanted it (which) we did not, we had to move our bags ourselves with no help or even an offer - once again not a 4* hotel standard. After the 1st nights stay all our towels (shower, 2 x hand, 2 bath) were taken to be replaced. After 3 hours I went looking for a member of staff to request some towels. Two members were on my floor, a man & a woman. The man had a clipboard and asked the female to get some towels. She could only find 1 bath towel but he said the others would be put in our room soon - this NEVER happened.

Good location. Transfer from airport worked well and staff on arrival were pleasant. We were given great information about getting around Casablanca from Abid from the restaurant at breakfast. Bed very comfortable.
Cons: Room was basic. Terrible leak from shower left bathroom floor soaked each time we used it. Housekeeping was problematic with basic things - no towels being provided each day after cleaning and soap/shampoo bottles not refilled.

Séjour agréable en famille au Kenzi Basma. L'emplacement de l'hÎtel est excellent, en plein centre de Casablanca, proche des principales attractions. Le personnel est accueillant et serviable , merci à Sadya , Mohamed et Yassine. Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien entretenues, avec une bonne literie. Le petit déjeuner inclus est varié et de qualité.

Cons: De kamer stonk enorm naar muffigheid en schimmels. Er zou een babybedje zijn maar die was er bij aankomst niet. Nadat we door de stank en het gebrek aan babybedje voor mijn dochter de hele nacht niet konden slapen begonnen om 7 uur snachts graafmachines en drilboren naast het hotel lawaai te maken. De ramen waren enkel dus geen enkele isolatie en we waren dus als heel gezin na een korte nacht klaarwakker. Vanuit het hotel kwam er geen compensatie, terwijl ze wisten van de geluidsoverlast. Ze wilden ons een ontbijt na aandringen van mij op een compensatie aanbieden maar wij wilden de lawaai en stank zo snel mogelijk verlaten. Nooit meer.

Cons: Everything was bad; Arrival, the staff wasnt that welcoming, the luggage carrier after grabbing our luggages and droping them in our room held his hand up and said you gotta pay me, the towels were getting changed every 2 days, room is badly insulated; theres construction outside and they are breaking ground, you can hear the noise the whole day in your room. BADLY INSULATED FOR NOISE. food and left overs from room services of other guest laying day and overnight in the hallway, shower not draining well, breakfast that I paid for for my stay was cold; Moroccan tea should be served hot, not cold. Freshness of food negligible, staff of the hotel eating breakfast with you. One thing i hated, there was no one to open the gate of the parking lot whether im on my way in or out. I had to come out of my car and do it myself. In other words, im working there too. Long story short, i reserved another nite at this hotel and i just canceled it.

Good area, near and walking distance to a lot of things- central market, the port, markets, Hassan moske. Nice with balcony. The staff was very friendly, great bartenders. Special thanks to the great porters Hicham and Mohammed they were very helpful, serviceminded and always with a smile! We had a great stay and would love to come back!

The Hotel and rooms looked great, were clean and generally very spacious. The kitchen staff, the porter and especially the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is great as it is only a few minutes walk to the tram station and an endless amount of varied shops and restaurants.

C'est un hotel que je fréquente depuis plus de 30 ans . C'est vous dire si je suis satisfait . Personnel admirable , situation en plein centre ville , parking privé ( meme si souvent chargé , mais le personnel trouve toujours une solution ). Chambre confortable . En tant que client reconnu on m'a attribué une Suite à 2 niveaux au 8 Úme etage , mais cela faisait trop grand pour moi . J'ai remercié la direction pour cela et j'ai demandé une autre chambre hyper confortable de 24 m2 au 5 Úme étage . Tout le confort dans la chambre , plusieurs prises de courant, clim qui fonctionne parfaitement , lit confortable et en plus c'est à souligner : Les principales Chaines de Télévision Françaises ce qui m'a permis de suivre les élections en France. Enfin le meilleur pour la fin : Le Petit déjeuner Buffet trés copieux salé et sucré avec oeufs brouillés , légumes cuits , toutes sortes de fromage, saucisses et des specialités Marocaines. Vraiment un régal du matin

Mi Ăš piaciuta la posizione vicino alla vecchia Medina e alla Piazza Nazioni Unite, a breve distanza dal mare, dalla grande moschea Mohamed V e dalla zona commerciale. Molto gradita la presenza del bidet in bagno, che ormai Ăš cosa rara. Il personale Ăš molto gentile ed efficiente. Accettano Amex, e questo non Ăš facile in Marocco! Facile ed economico prendere un petit-taxi davanti all'hotel.
Cons: Alcuni appunti: - In bagno (stanza 405) mancava la doccia flessibile che era rotta. Non ce l'hanno detto e nemmeno chiesto scusa. - La donna delle pulizie Ăš entrata 2 volte in camera senza bussare e nonostante ci fosse il cartello di non disturbare. - La colazione Ăš un po' troppo marocchina. Mancano i croissant buoni, i succhi buoni, gli yogurt buoni, uova, salumi e formaggi decenti. - Avendo dovuto prolungare il soggiorno fino a sera per un ritardo aereo mi hanno chiesto 35 euro per prolungare fino alle 17:30. A me serviva fino alle 20 e comunque mi sarei aspettato un contributo nominale, visto che a loro non Ăš costato praticamente niente.

Personeel was echt behulpzaam, vriendelijk, klantvriendelijk, beleefd en heel lief. De personen die de bagage verzorgde en de personen die instonden voor de parking waren echt top. De beide personen die mij wel het meeste opvielen waren Chaimaa en Yassine, zeer geëngageerd en zeer professioneel. Ik kon bij Chaimaa en Yassine altijd terecht met al mijn vragen was nooit te veel voor hen. En de locatie was pal in het centrum zalig gewoon. Dikke proficiat voor het hele team! Anissa.

All the staff were exceptional from check-in to check-out. Our stay was short for an overnight pre-flight stay, but we would have been happy to stay longer. Facilities were great and very clean. Comfy beds with nice linens. We booked two rooms, both very spacious with balconies and room for suitcases, plus a sitting area. Very large and well equipped bathrooms. Location is fabulous, close to trams and walking distance to the Medina and other sights of Casablanca. Would definitely recommend.

Unfortunately nothing can be liked in this hotel. It was the most terrible stay I have had.
Cons: the furniture in the room were quite old and dirty. The windows were really dirty so I could not event see the view. The view shown in pictures are not realistic. The view of Hasan the Second was super far. you could only notice the image of the mosque. There were two ugly buildings blocking the city view, which was not mentioned on anywhere. The curtains were so dirty and shabby. There was no toilet paper and slippers.

En plein centre de Casablanca et proches de mes rdv La trĂšs grande gentillesse du personnel.le portier qui m'a accompagnĂ©e pour acheter une carte sim,le monsieur du bar qui a organisĂ© un apĂ©ritif cocktail le matin pour le soir mĂȘme et surtout Bouchra la femme de mĂ©nage du 7eme Ă©tage trĂšs attentionnĂ©e et qui m'a accompagnĂ©e avec gentillesse pour ce sĂ©jour de 4 nuits et notamment quand j'ai changĂ© de chambre le 1er matin car j'avais une chambre juste en face de l'ascenseur.

The hotel reception was very kind and gave us upgrade for suit room, its a duplex, however with no balcony. We booked a room with balcony, so they accommodated us back to normal room. It was clean, spacious and with partial view on the Hassan II mosque. The bellboy/concierge arranged for us taxi to the airport. It was a very pleasant stay.
Cons: Everything was good, but it was a very short stay.

Cons: The room was not properly prepared for guests as towels were not provided in the room, the soap and shampoo dispensers were virtually empty, and there was very little toilet paper. When I pointed this out to the reception staff and requested towels to be provided, their first reaction was laughter which was odd and not very professional.

La grandeurs de la chambre est top ! la vue aussi est génial. le personnel est au petit soin (bouteille d'eau café....) le petit déjeuner est excellent (surtout les croissants et je suis Français donc difficile lol ) l'emplacement est à 6min à pied de la place des nations unies. Merci à Abdelkader pour nos bon cocktails au bar de l'hotel ! nous revendrons avec plaisir !
