A nice hotel, spacious room, comfy sofa in the room near window looking out to the nice view of the pool. Had a lovely massage at the spa. Breakfast was available until 10am so didn't have to get up too early for it. Check out was at 12pm also a good time so no rushing in the morning. Reasonable cost for 5 nights at a 5 star hotel.

Cons: We arrived when it was dark, it wasn't clear where our room was as didn't know there are other buildings, our room was on the other side, pass the pool, 5th floor, out of the lift, up the ramp and right at the end of the corridor so quite a trek from reception. We were stuck in the lift one day, everything stopped working even the alarm in it, no speaker to speak to anyone for help, heard people outside and shouted out, my husband managed to pull the lift door open with the help of a lady on the outside, tried calling the reception back in the room but nothing there telling me what number to press on the phone, on the way out told someone at reception about it, don't think we got an apology, at first when asked to speak with the manager we were told they weren't there that day so we asked if they could contact us the next day, felt this was important that it didn't happen again and to anyone else, it was quite a frightening situation, not something we expect from a 5 star hotel, they agreed that they will ask the manger to contact us but no one got back to us, didn't feel the seriousness of the situation was acknowledged and felt like they didn't care.

Petit déjeuner très varié et très bon mais cette salle est très brouillante. Nous avons privilégié les repas à la pizzeria et au restaurant marocain avec un personnel très sympathique.

Cons: Peut être faudrait il améliorer la communication sous forme d affichage ou de plaquettes dans les chambres, sur votre site, un peu succinct. Ca n a pas gâché notre séjour dans tous les cas 😀

Everything. Great location, only 20 minutes walk into the Medina or to the new town. Super comfortable beds, great shower pressure and large spacious rooms. Listening to the blessing upon waking and feeding the birds on the window ledge was a joy. Good choice of restaurants on site too.

L'établissement est situé à vingt minutes de marche de la médina. Nous estimons que cela ne correspond pas aux standards d'un hôtel cinq étoiles, tels que présentés sur Booking.

Cons: Le responsable des réservations a manifesté un manque de considération. Nous avons dû écourter notre séjour en France en raison d'un cas de force majeure. Il nous avait assuré que Booking transmettrait la demande et qu'il y répondrait favorablement. À ce jour, nous n'avons reçu aucune réponse, ni de nouvelles de Booking, qui nous avait pourtant garanti une réponse sous 24 heures.

Pour une premier séjour dans cet établissement et j'ai été très agréablement surpris pour sa qualité. Check-in rapide et efficace en 2 minutes. Belle et grande chambre et très belle salle de bain. Petit balcon donnant sur le jardin très agréable et déco parfaite sans luxe ostentatoire en toute sobriété. Le lobby, la piscine et l'ensemble de l'hôtel sont également très agréables. Et rapport qualité prix excellent à cette époque de l'année (100 € la nuit avec le petit déjeuner). A recommander sans hésitation

Cons: It is a bit of a walk from the Medina, maybe 20/30 minutes. This wasn’t an issue for us as we were happy to walk and thought it was worth it for the pool/ relaxing hotel. Also easily solved by getting a taxi for a few euro if needed

Room HVAC was noisy/ out balanced, bearings or fan is outdated. Imo that is not ok, a hotel of this level, cause everything else is so top notch.

This hotel was a great find. - Area: It was in a very safe & quiet area. Ideal for those who would like a break from the hustle & bustle of the town centre. It was approx 30 minute walk to the Media. - Room: We were impressed with the room. It was a huge twin room and we had double beds which was a lovely surprise. The room was well equipped with fridge, an easy to use safe, great shower, and robes & slippers. - Cleanliness: The room, the pool, the restaurant & throughout the hotel were all very clean. The rooms was serviced daily which we didn't expect. The cleaning staff were lovely. - Staff: We came across great service across most parts of the hotel. They were very warm & accommodating - from the lady who served mint tea at reception, to the restaurant staff & the cleaning staff. They couldn't do enough for us. - Food: Dinner & Breakfast was decent and had a good choice. I am gluten intolerant & on asking they brought me gluten free bread (which was much appreciated). On the last day we had to leave at 5.40am & they kindly suggested we come down at 5.30am (well before breakfast started) - which was very accommodating & kind. - There were two adult pools (one warmer & one cooler) & a kids pool outdoor. The pool area was well appointed, and was a lovely environment to chill out. - Value: We got a discount on this hotel via Booking.com, and felt that it was well worth what we paid. - Rating: The hotel is more like a 4.5 star than a 5 star. But we had read that in the reviews ahead of time and were happy to try it out. it was great value for what we received. Would highly recommend it. We will definitely return.

Cons: - Room Cards: The room access cards never worked in the evening time after we came back from our day outings. Reception said it was because we stored the cards side by side in our handbags - but it happened regardless of where we placed them. - Reception staff: Although almost all staff across the hotel gave exceptional service, some of the Reception staff could have been friendlier / more helpful at times. To my last point, we were expected to queue every evening to re-activate the room card (as if that was normal) despite the fact they were always engaged with other guests / it was time consuming. Another said they couldn't give me a brochure or pricelist for the spa - which seemed like a very basic request. - Breakfast was very busy in the mornings and queues would build for the omelette & pancake station. Might be worth having more staff on during peak times, if possible.

Eine rundum gelungene Unterkunft, kaum sind wir aus unserem Taxi ausgestiegen kam bereits der Concierge und nahm uns die Koffer ab, diese wurden uns auch aufs Zimmer gebracht. Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich perfekt, die bestellten Uber/Abholdienste fahren bis vor die Tür, was sehr angenehm ist. Des Weiteren kann man fußläufig den Menara Garden und Menara Mall erreichen, falls man Wasser oä. einkaufen möchte. Frühstück und Abendessen waren auch immer mehr als ausreichend und sehr lecker, aus diesem Grund kann ich die negativen Bewertungen hier nicht verstehen aber man kann ja in jeder Suppe ein Haar finden, wenn man möchte.... anmerken möchte ich noch, dass es eine sehr ruhige Gegend ist, hier kann man wirklich entspannen!

Cons: La struttura in Italia avrebbe 3 stesse, pulizia davvero insufficiente, arredi vecchi e logori, non rispecchia un hotel a 5 stelle. Appena arrivati in camera, abbiamo riscontrato la scarsa qualità delle pulizie effettuate,: negli angoli vi erano polvere e “bricioline”nel bagno il sanitario era leggermente sporco e presentava capelli a terra. Zona buffet colazione poco pulita, piatti macchiati, erogatori di succo sempre sporchi (una volta una tazza risultava perfino sporca di colla esternamente). Gli stessi servizi dell’hotel sono scadenti. Personale alla reception non accogliente. La struttura è organizzata a villaggio, la hall (unica parte curata della struttura) risulta moderna ma staccata dagli edifici con le camere che invece si trovano in strutture adiacenti all’edificio principale, ogniqualvolta bisognava percorrere l’intero giardino+ zona con piscine per tornare all’edificio con la camera (e con bambino piccolo e’ veramente scomodo).

Very disappointed with my stay here. Reception - always very busy, so hard to get information. Hotel facilities not described at registration. A map was available at porters desk. Room - grubby, no plug in the basin, squeeky bathroom door, patio door only opened 24", dirty patio furniture with black soot. Our 'garden view' room actually had a view of the car park and was near the entrance. Every day in the very early morning and late at night many coaches & taxis arrived and left and with the associated wheeled luggage, doors slamming etc was disturbing. Pool area - fantastic, well laid out and clean, but marred by loud thumping music from 9am - 5pm, with no areas to escape. There were not enough sun beds or towels when it was busy but staff tried to help. Breakfast - chaotic! To sit outside you had to be lucky to find a table and cutlery. The food provided generally good, fresh and varied but some things ran out (scrambled eggs, nuts). Also, surprisingly, no separate area for smokers, not pleasant! Pool bar - provided drinks and snacks throughout the day and was very good. Dinner - choice was either an expensive but great pizza Italian, a Moroccan with lovely food + service or, bizarrely, an eat-as-much-as-you-can cafeteria! Pool and restaurant staff - they were excellent and worked very, very hard, thank you to them all! Because they were so busy it felt chaotic at times and they looked quite stressed. I would say the ratio of staff to people was too low. I wanted a relaxing break by the pool with a book but spent a lot of time in the bedroom to escape the music. Reception staff were uninterested in my comments about incessant loud music. There was a 'suggestions' box in Reception but I saw no pen & paper. Location of the hotel - about 10-20minutes from the airport, a short taxi ride to town (or 20 minute walk) and in a pleasant area, with some restaurants nearby.

We got a very good deal with half board. Friendly staff everywhere, the room was large ( king size bed), and nice. Bathroom was a good size too but no bathtub only a quite large shower. The buffet was fine both for breakfast (very busy) and dinner. One of the pools were heated which was good as the second pool was too cold for us. The staff removed towels from sunbeds that were not used as no “reservation allowed “ which was appreciated as there would not have been enough space for all if not done. We did a massage at the spa which was great, but close to European prices. Good location near the Menara mall and good area, no issue to walk around. All in all very happy with our stay, not a bling bling 5 star hotel but a good choice for us.

Cons: We had a room that stated “garden view” but there is no such thing. We overlooked the front of the hotel, ie car park and road. It was ok but not what we expected. Also it is quite a walk into the main area which is ok during the day but not at night. You would need to get a taxi. There are not many places to eat nearby if you don’t want to eat at the hotel.

Vybavení pokoje již starší, ale postele pohodlné. Snídaně je výborná- ovoce, džusy, slané, sladké pečivo, vajíčka, klobásky, sýry, místní jídlo, káva z automatu.

Ni s-a dat una dintre camere la parter, fără vedere la piscină, cu un miros ciudat, iar în baie am gasit furnici. În plus, niciuna dintre camere nu avea pat dublu, conform rezervării. Nu am primit ceea ce am plătit. Experiență dezamăgitoare și lipsă totală de respect față de client. Seara era foarte rece in camera, desi am vrut sa urcam temperatura de la termostat, nu mergea mai mult de 21 de grade, ceea ce a fost foarte inconfortabil. Mobilier invechit, nu prea pare a hotel de 5 stele.

Very nice hotel which was reasonably quiet for the time of the year. Friendly staff, good facilities and the food provided in the half-board option was plentiful and tasty. The hotel is about a 20 minute walk from the Medina - there are plenty of taxi options if you prefer not to walk.

Der pool, die sauberkeit, die putzfrauen haben sehr gute arbeit geleistet, die lage war zwar 2-3 km weg von Attraktionen oder lebendiger Plätze, aber war auch okay. Wir waren im grossen und ganzen sehr zu frieden!

Cons: Um 16 uhr war jeden tag kein handtuch mehr am pool, musste paar mal betteln, bis ich ein handtuch bekommen habe. Und einmal 1,5 stunden gewartet dafür… Und beim frühstück war es so, wenn man um 9:30 uhr frühstücken wollte, (um 10 uhr war ende), dann war meistens nicht viel auswahl da und das personal fing an aufzuräumen anstatt nachzufüllen. Auch kaffeeautomaten waren die meisten ausgeschalten bis auf zwei! Ich will dieses hotel nicht verschlechtern, damit würde ich denen unrecht tuen, da dieses hotel auch sehr viele gute seiten hatte! Ich wollte nur ein kritik ausüben, denn wenn diese sachen beachtet werden, wirds aus sehr gutem aufenthalt ein sehr perfektes aufenthalt! Trotz meiner kritik würde ich nochmal dieses Hotel buch! Weil echt sehr vieles perfekt war!

L’hôtel est magnifique, idéalement situé dans le quartier de l’Hivernage, à seulement 20 minutes à pied de la place Jemaa el-Fna. La piscine chauffée est très agréable et des activités sportives sont proposées le matin, comme le yoga et l’aquagym, ainsi qu’un moment dédié aux adolescents. L’établissement dispose également d’un terrain multisport. Le petit-déjeuner est fabuleux et le soir, le buffet est de qualité. Un grand merci au pizzaiolo pour ses délicieuses pizzas qui ont fait le bonheur de nos ados! Les chambres sont spacieuses avec un petit coin salon et les lits confortables. Un excellent compromis entre détente, activités et la proximité du centre-ville pour faciliter les visites. Cons: This is a hotel with a huge pool complex, yet they only seem to have about 100 towels for all guests to share. We discovered by the second day that unless you got a pool towel by noon, you'd have to air dry. There would simply be no further towels available until the following morning. We were forced to bring robes from our rooms down to dry off with, or grab a used towel before the pool staff could carry them off. The staff were apologetic, but also seemed to have no answers for the lack of towels. Reception was similarly unhelpful, referring us to the pool. For a hotel of this quality, the scarcity of pool towels is absolutely maddening.

Cons: L’accueil (checking/checkout) est catastrophique et certains membres du personnel ne sont pas avenants ou désagréables. La nourriture proposée sous forme de buffet est à revoir ( récurrence, plats non assaisonnés et sans goût). Les boissons proposées sont hors de prix (4,5€ pour un soda et environs 7 à 12€ pour un verre d’alcool).

The pools felt crowded and are too small for the amount of guests that can stay at the hotel. Wir haben ein Upgrade auf die Junior Suite bekommen. Unglaublich viel Platz. Wirklich toll...schätze 50 Quadratmeter zwei Fernseher, alles da was man braucht, sogar verpackte Zahnbürsten... sieht man selten. Riesen Frühstücksbuffet, echt sehr gut. Pool super sauber und beheizt... selbst im Februar sehr angenehme Wassertemperatur, sicher mehr als 25°C

Frühstück gab es eigentlich bis 10 aber bereits um kurz nach 9 wurde angefangen die Kaffeemaschinen teilweise ausser Betrieb zu nehmen, so das an 5 verbliebenen ein Stau entstand. Völlig unnötig nur weil sie früher aufgeräumt haben wollen. Trotzdem alles in allem 10 von 10 für dieses Hotel ... ok eigentlich 9,9 von 10...ich brauch meinen Kaffee und hab bei 5 Sternen kein Bock auf Schlangestehen 😉

Cons: L'insonorisation, porte-fenêtre non verrouillable, le manque d'explication, le room service (intoxication), la disposition mal pensée de la bouilloire, l'absence de télécommande pour la télé, puis la télécommande de remplacement qui ne fonctionne pas, le manque de communication/de compréhension d'une partie du personnel de réception. Je n'y ai pas trouvé mon compte.manque de chance !

We had an overall very relaxing and pleasurable stay at this hotel. It is a wonderful place to unwind and truly enjoy your holiday. The garden is absolutely beautiful and creates a calm, peaceful atmosphere. There are many birds singing throughout the day, which makes the environment feel even more special. Although the hotel is close to the city centre, it is surprisingly quiet and tranquil. The heated pool was a big plus, and we also used the spa facilities. We tried both the hammam and a massage, and we were very satisfied with the services. The breakfast was excellent — delicious, fresh, and with many options to choose from. The hotel has three restaurants offering high-quality food. We tried the Italian restaurant Terrazze and Jana (traditional Moroccan cuisine), and both served very tasty, high-quality dishes. There were plenty of sunbeds available, and it was convenient to order food and drinks to enjoy by the pool. Towels can easily be borrowed by the pool, and we appreciated the possibility to borrow balls, table tennis equipment, and board games from the animation box. A lovely touch was the fresh Moroccan mint tea served daily in the lobby by a kind lady. Most of the staff were friendly and hardworking.

Cons: There were a few areas that could be improved: - At check-in, we did not receive any information about the hotel facilities (for example the kids club, heated pool, or how to borrow towels), which would have been helpful. - At breakfast, it was sometimes difficult to find spoons. A simple solution would be to place spoons directly at the soup and yogurt stations. - Regarding the senior staff member at the pool bar (Mr. H): His visible frustration — shaking his head, sighing, holding his head in his hands, and speaking angrily to other staff in arabic — made us feel as though placing an order was a burden. On a few occasions, he asked guests to come back later instead of simply taking the order. After a few uncomfortable interactions, we actually hesitated to order food and drinks from the pool bar. On one occasion, we chose to wait for the Jana restaurant to open instead of ordering from him. Overall, however, we had a very enjoyable stay and would recommend the hotel for its beautiful setting, relaxing atmosphere, excellent food, and spa facilities.

Here for a week Friday till Friday!! First two days was cold a bit wet. But not worth talking about! When we arrived check in time is 15:00. But the girls in check in helped us out and we were able to check in early at no extra cost! All the staff here in this hotel are so so friendly! Breakfast is ok as it’s all inclusive! We just had pizza and wine at pool side as sunbathing brought to us by one of the staff! Evening meals are all ok also! Would definitely recommend here for a get away break! If you’re lucky enough to get a room with a view of the Atlas Mountains which it’s wired as you can see the snow on top.

I have visited this hotel last year and this year and it did not disappoint. It has a central location, close to the airport, Jmnaa al Fna and the centre of the city. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Walk in shower was great. All staff were polite and friendly. Pool area is great and an outdoor heated pool in February is very welcome. We had lovely treatments in the spa. Staff were so nice. Hope to visit again soon. Breakfast buffet is very good and the freshly made doughnuts which are made outside are devine.

The pool was exceptionally good, nice pool bar and food options. Really good location in an upmarket area of the city, 25 mins walk to main square. Plenty of choice at breakfast. Great spa facilities, can recommend the morroco massage. Good value when you compare to nearby hotels.

Cons: Zimmer wirken sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Alte Möbel und Türen. Sehr hellhörig, wir konnten die Schritte und zum Teil sogar Gespräche hören. Egal, ob im Zimmer oder im Gang draußen. Waren im 3. Stock des Gebäudes 4 und das WLAN war praktisch unbrauchbar. Am letzten Tag hatte ein Gast Blut auf der Wand geschmiert und im Lift auf dem Boden waren große Bluttröpfchen zu erkennen bis draußen.

I visited Kenza Rose in December 2025 due to the African nations cup. The hotel is beautiful big rooms, double bedrooms and their breakfast was Olympic. I enjoyed most and the personnel where they best also and I had the opportunity to meet various supporters of different teams.

Really good location and really nice hotel. The heated pool is great especially for the cold mornings to get the pool to a really good temperature. I would recommend this hotel to anybody coming to Marrakech. Overall the hotel is lovely and the breakfast was nice there were just a couple of things which could have been better for a 5 star. When we initially arrived the receptionist Hamza advised that the booking was in my name not my partners (which was impossible as he booked it as a surprise) and the room we had booked was a twin room, which again wasn’t correct as we showed proof of the Premium King Pool View room as it cost more. Hamza kept looking and going on his phone with no communication as to what was going on. Eventually he said “no more rooms it has to be a twin room or nothing” to which we said again we haven’t booked that. 20 minutes later he called somebody else over who was really helpful and he said what is the problem and we said the room to which he replied “we will swap no problem you will get king room”. I’m unsure as to why Hamza couldn’t do this to begin with and saved us around 30 minutes of our time when arriving. The second incident with the reception staff was when we asked about late check out which “wasn’t possible” so we said okay can we just have a shower somewhere as we don’t fly until around 7pm and the guy said yes fine no problem we will find a room for us to shower in, which i found very odd. Low and behold when we wanted to shower another receptionist said “no not possible”. Bear in mind when travelling late you will need to wash in the disabled toilets as there’s no showers at the pool. The rest of the staff were friendly it just seemed to be the reception staff which let the side down slightly.

Food was good. Location was relatively good about an hour walk to the town centre. Heated outdoor pool was lovely. Pool towels were available.

Cons: The bedroom was bad. They do not have individual AC. Temperature was set to 22c. We were told to turn it off if we were too hot. We opened the window but the sound of the traffic was intense as we were on the 1st floor. Could not sleep at all . Mini fridge did not work. In the bathroom, the cistern leaked water consistently. Couldn't get any channels on TV. We were in that room for 3 nights. Reluctantly, they agreed to move us. Second room was better as it was facing the pool so we kept the window open. This room would have been more expensive had we booked it originally. In my mind, the first room is not fit for purpose. Over all hotel is a bit dated. A European 3 star hotel standard at most.

L'emplacement proche de la ville avec un peu de marche, la possibilité de stationner. L'alimentation était très bonne avec les saveurs marocaines au top. La propreté en général de l'établissement.

Cons: Les huisseries sont usagées et le bruit passe facilement. Malgré une demande pour être dans une chambre calme, dans les étages supérieurs et loin de l'ascenseur, il nous a été affecté une chambre presque en face de l'ascenseur, mais compte tenu de la période cela ne nous a pas particulièrement dérangé.

Cons: Staff didn't turn up to clean room until 3.30pm one day. They had knocked at 8.45 and we told them to give us 10 minutes. They didn't come back until late afternoon. Also do not book a tour with this hotel. We were charged €50 per head for a tour to the Atlas mountains. Other people on the tour paid $12.50 per head. The minibus arrived it was old in bad repair and the driver needed the window down to clear the windscreen. We were driven into a snowstorm in the Atlas Mountains. Book tours elsewhere.

Cons: We arrived at the property and were shown to our room. My partner was showering when she noticed there were faeces on the shower head. Instantly, she was sick and felt extremely uncomfortable. I contacted the reception and asked for urgent assistance. After 10 minutes, I had to go down to reception and requested a manager come! Upon inspection, he agreed it was human excrement and moved us to a new room. The new room was inferior (not an issue) but cleaner! We were very close to leaving but had been assured by the manager, Zohair, this was an error and wanted to investigate why this had happened before offering any compensation. We appreciate that the hotel can’t legislate what previous guests do, but they can ensure it is clean for new guests. We had been told this room was unoccupied the day/night before we arrived, making this an even greater concern. I asked guest relations, Fatima, and the manager to be kept up to date with any progress. I brought it to their attention on Monday 26th May, and despite providing my email address, and asking them several times during our stay, have yet to have any contact from the hotel! This is unacceptable. In addition, a fake finger nail was found on our bed in the evening of the 27th.

Cons: La limpieza de la habitación no ha sido el punto fuerte: el suelo estaba mojado cuando entramos y quizá fueran un poco rápido para tener la habitación lista.

L’hôtel est agréable avec toutes les commodités, le personnel est accueillant et serviable, les chambres sont spacieuses et propres, le buffet petit déjeuner est très variés avec des produits frais. Le room service est un plus. L’expérience spa était top. L’hôtel est bien situé, en plus de cela et des taxis sont disponibles à l’entrée si jamais on souhaite aller plus loin.

Excellent breakfast. A beautiful complex and a lobby at the reception. Nice staff. Good room cleaning. Nice carpet in the corridors.

Cons: Не понравилось · Old creaking cabinets. The creaking bathroom door. Loud and noisy air conditioner. Bad windows, which causes condensation to drip onto the floor and form a puddle. There is also high humidity and you have to dry the room with air conditioning. The mini-bar is empty. There were no slippers (other rooms had them).

Cons: Cleanliness: the cleanliness of the room, shower and toilet left something to be desired. Even the toilets opposite reception were not clean. We were unable to obtain clear information about late check-out, and two hours before check-out, they informed us that we could not check out late. As a result, we had to make a reservation on Booking.com, which they eventually accepted.

Great location - in the heart of Gueliz and 20 mins walk from Jam El Fna. Great breakfast! Had almost everything you want in a breakfast to cater for all backgrounds. Clean and modern facilities - The pool and gym were really good

Cons: Parfois il y a du bruit dans la chambre. Au vue de comment elle est placée dans l’hôtel. (Côté rue, ou bien vers la salle du pdj) Attitude maladroite de la part de la sécurité de l’hôtel qui m’a couru après de l’entrée du parking de l’hôtel jusqu’à la porte de ma chambre pensant que j’étais une voleuse ou bien d’autres choses … ce qui m’a value une frayeur monstre et je n’en ai pas dormi de la nuit (disons que la sécurité est présente et que ce fut une mauvaise aventure pour moi)

By no means five star, but this was an adequate friendly hotel reasonably close to the centre of Marrakesh. Prices were reasonable. Staff were informal and helpful when available. It’s about 30 minutes walk from the city centre and taxis are available outside. There is an outdoor pool which I think is unheated, except by the sun. There’s a small charge for using the pool, as there is for the hamam. There’s were a few rough edges: - bathroom sink not draining properly - room safe locked shut when we arrived - creaking wardrobe doors - both room keys stopped working half way through our three day trip - so had to be replaced But all in all not bad.

Excellent séjour au Kenzi Rose Garden. Piscine chauffée très agréable, parfaite même en hiver, et kids club bien organisé, idéal pour les familles. Hôtel propre, jardins magnifiques, personnel attentionné et disponible. Très bon confort et ambiance calme. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Cons: Le personnel n’a pas toujours été très réactif. Nous avons demandé une couverture pour notre enfant dans le lit bébé et, malgré trois relances, on nous a indiqué à chaque fois qu’elle arriverait « dans 10 minutes ». La couverture a finalement été livrée après environ 1h30, tard dans la nuit. Dommage pour un hôtel de ce standing
