Cons: Staff didn't turn up to clean room until 3.30pm one day. They had knocked at 8.45 and we told them to give us 10 minutes. They didn't come back until late afternoon. Also do not book a tour with this hotel. We were charged €50 per head for a tour to the Atlas mountains. Other people on the tour paid $12.50 per head. The minibus arrived it was old in bad repair and the driver needed the window down to clear the windscreen. We were driven into a snowstorm in the Atlas Mountains. Book tours elsewhere.

L'emplacement proche de la ville avec un peu de marche, la possibilité de stationner. L'alimentation était très bonne avec les saveurs marocaines au top. La propreté en général de l'établissement.

Cons: Les huisseries sont usagées et le bruit passe facilement. Malgré une demande pour être dans une chambre calme, dans les étages supérieurs et loin de l'ascenseur, il nous a été affecté une chambre presque en face de l'ascenseur, mais compte tenu de la période cela ne nous a pas particulièrement dérangé.

Cons: We arrived at the property and were shown to our room. My partner was showering when she noticed there were faeces on the shower head. Instantly, she was sick and felt extremely uncomfortable. I contacted the reception and asked for urgent assistance. After 10 minutes, I had to go down to reception and requested a manager come! Upon inspection, he agreed it was human excrement and moved us to a new room. The new room was inferior (not an issue) but cleaner! We were very close to leaving but had been assured by the manager, Zohair, this was an error and wanted to investigate why this had happened before offering any compensation. We appreciate that the hotel can’t legislate what previous guests do, but they can ensure it is clean for new guests. We had been told this room was unoccupied the day/night before we arrived, making this an even greater concern. I asked guest relations, Fatima, and the manager to be kept up to date with any progress. I brought it to their attention on Monday 26th May, and despite providing my email address, and asking them several times during our stay, have yet to have any contact from the hotel! This is unacceptable. In addition, a fake finger nail was found on our bed in the evening of the 27th.

(Côté rue, ou bien vers la salle du pdj) Attitude maladroite de la part de la sécurité de l’hôtel qui m’a couru après de l’entrée du parking de l’hôtel jusqu’à la porte de ma chambre pensant que j’étais une voleuse ou bien d’autres choses … ce qui m’a value une frayeur monstre et je n’en ai pas dormi de la nuit (disons que la sécurité est présente et que ce fut une mauvaise aventure pour moi)

Excellent séjour au Kenzi Rose Garden. Piscine chauffée très agréable, parfaite même en hiver, et kids club bien organisé, idéal pour les familles. Hôtel propre, jardins magnifiques, personnel attentionné et disponible. Très bon confort et ambiance calme. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Cons: Le personnel n’a pas toujours été très réactif. Nous avons demandé une couverture pour notre enfant dans le lit bébé et, malgré trois relances, on nous a indiqué à chaque fois qu’elle arriverait « dans 10 minutes ». La couverture a finalement été livrée après environ 1h30, tard dans la nuit. Dommage pour un hôtel de ce standing

Upon arrival nothing, told staff and also showed pic of acknowledgement saying they will do something for him. They said we will for tomorrow, tomorrow came and nothing following day nothing so I told them again. I was told rest assured when your out infrom us and we'll do something for when you arrive back, which I did.... Nothing at all was done and all I got was an apology before leaving. Disgusted

Swimming pools - one warm to be used in December, that was nice for me and the children. View from the room to the inner courtyard. Great dinner buffet available (quite pricy though) and great breakfast selection. Not far from the train station. Polite staff, mint tea on arrival.

Cons: Only been given 3 beds for a family of 4 - the children had to squeeze into one. A bit difficult to navigate the massive hotel, hallways and lifts, not all leading to where one would expect - maybe better signposting could be added. Staff not responding efficiently to a call from our room, had to wait for over half an hour for someone to attend to what we asked about. Pricy for one night - not sure we would choose this hotel for a week's stay. A bit far from the city centre.

Wonderful stay with exceptional staff I had a truly lovely stay at this hotel. The property itself is beautiful and very well maintained — it immediately feels welcoming and calm. From the moment you arrive, you feel comfortable and at home. What really makes this place special is the staff. Everyone is incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful. You can tell that they care about their guests, and that makes a huge difference. I would especially like to highlight Rachid, who practiced yoga with me every day. He is an exceptional person — warm, professional, and deeply attentive to individual needs. He takes the time to adapt the sessions and creates a very personal, supportive atmosphere. Practicing yoga with him was one of the absolute highlights of my stay. Overall, a wonderful experience thanks to the beautiful setting and truly outstanding people. I would happily return.

Cons: What could be improved There are a few small things that could be improved. Some areas of the property could be better maintained — for example, a few tiles in the pool were loose and some pad tiles were missing. Overall, the facilities don’t feel brand new everywhere. That said, these were minor issues and didn’t significantly affect my stay. It wasn’t anything dramatic, just small signs that a bit more maintenance would make the experience even better.

Cons: Our stay at Kenzi Rose in Marrakech was extremely frustrating, starting with the first room we were given. The heating did not work at all. As we were visiting in December, this was a real problem and not something that could be ignored. It took over a full day for them to even attempt to fix it, and in the meantime we had to sleep fully clothed in layers because the room was so cold. When they finally worked on the heating, they said they changed a filter. The very next day we discovered around 35 small bugs in the sink. We immediately reported this to the manager at reception, who assured us someone would come to clean and inspect the room while we were out. We returned later to find nothing had been done — the bugs were still there and the room hadn’t been cleaned at all. We had to go back down and complain again. Someone finally came up about 30 minutes later, and at that point I asked to be moved to another room. This whole situation was ridiculous, especially as we were there for a hen do and needed to be ready by a certain time. The constant chasing and waiting was eating into our day. We raised the issue again at 4pm and didn’t receive a new room until 6:50pm. To make matters worse, the heating in the new room also did not work. We reported this before heading out for the evening, yet no maintenance arrived until after midnight — and only because we chased again. Even then, very little was done. Once again, we had to sleep in layers due to the cold. On top of our own experience, we overheard another guest asking for an extra pillow, which took four hours to be delivered and actually woke the guest up when it arrived At checkout, we explained we explained to the manager how much we did not enjoy our stay. There was no apology at all — instead, he simply said they could offer us a free stay. There is absolutely no chance we would return. An apology and accountability would have gone a long way, but neither were offered.

Cons: The hotel is definitively not a five star hotel, more of 3,5 stars - need renovation. The corridors smell from smoke + people were smoking in the downstairs lounge area. The breakfast room is big and very noisy, don´t expect a relaxing breakfast. There was no body lotion in the bathroom, I asked for it in the reception but was referred to buy this from the spa.

At arrival we asked for a room close to our relatives, we were told no rooms were available, after we challenged them they told them they found some rooms and now we were going to be together. When we got to the rooms they were on different floors! At check out we asked to have a late check out as our flight was late in the day but again we were told the hotel was fully booked. I checked on booking.com and I could reserve 8 rooms! I challenged them again but they kept saying there’s nothing they can do. Absolutely unhelpful and rude. Apart from this the room we were given was a disabled room, the floor hasn’t been cleaned, full of dust under the bed.

L’hôtel est très agréable et j’y ai passé un bon séjour de 3 nuits. Cependant, Il est essentiel de noter que, d’après des standards « européens », cet hôtel est plutôt de l’ordre de 3,5 étoiles. Et non pas d’un « vrai » 5 étoiles. Je m’explique : 3,5 étoiles car sur certains aspects, l’hôtel tend vers le 4 étoiles : beauté des lieux, piscines, massages au spa d’excellente qualité, propreté générale etc. Et sur d’autres il tient beaucoup plus d’un 3 étoiles : qualité de service, chambres, qualité de la nourriture du buffet, finitions etc. Par exemple : les chambres sont sympathiques, mais les rideaux occultent mal la lumière extérieure, et la porte laisse filtrer la lumière ET les sons du couloirs (je ne vous raconte pas quand des enfants courent et crient le matin : vous n’aurez guère besoin de programmer un réveil). Un exemple sur la qualité de service : le personnel emprunte les mêmes ascenseurs que les clients pour déplacer le matériel ou les stocks. Et quand vous les y croisez, ils vous disent d’attendre le prochain ascenseur. Sinon, le petit déjeuner est varié, mais la nourriture est industrielle etc. Autant de choses non contrariantes dans un 3 étoiles, mais totalement invraisemblables dans un véritable 5 étoiles. Il est d’ailleurs aberrant qu’un hôtel comme celui-ci partage autant d’étoiles que le Sofitel où le Four Seasons de Marrakech. Ces établissements sont à des années-lumières de celui-ci. Je recommande malgré tout l’hôtel car l’on y est confortablement installé et beaucoup de choses y sont agréables, mais il est nécessaire de garder en tête qu’il s’agit d’un 3 étoiles européen (qui tend vers le 4). Son positionnement tarifaire (très abordable) est d’ailleurs cohérent avec le niveau de service proposé. Il faut tout simplement que l’hôtel s’assume en tant que 4 étoiles.

Cons: Le personnel a la réception pas très souriant ni très efficace . La spa devrait proposer un peu de thé ou de café et un peu de musique douce à la piscine aurait été appréciable , plutôt que le bruit de fond de la chaufferie (?)

- Outdoor pools are really big and the heated one is excellent during a cold mornings. - Our room was spacious. - Fresh omelet and pita bread during breakfast.

Cons: - the fireplace is smoking inside quite a lot. - the breakfast is quite good but most of the pastries were not freshly made but rather frozen and heated. - 20 min walk from Koutoubia. - some parts of the hotel a bit outdated.

There was lot of choices in the breakfast. There was lot of staff around to immediately take away used cutlery which was very good. The freshly made omelette and fresh juice was great.

Cons: The pool side service was little slow and by the time food was coming it was cold. In this winter weather it had been great to have hot food.

As condições gerais eram ótimas , a piscina aquecida excelente para a época foi mesmo ótima. A próximidade do centro comercial e dos Souks.

Cons: O Restaurante não correspondeu ao espetável , comida nada variada de modo Intercontinental, pouca variedade de escolha. Bebidas como cerveja muita cara , Pessoal de atendimento muito mal disposto e pouco comunicativo, nada de agradar.

L’emplacement rien à dire!

Cons: Le service en chambre laisse à désirer : le ménage n’est pas fait correctement et il faut le réclamer à chaque fois, les serviettes ne sont pas changées, et même l’eau doit être demandée systématiquement. Pour le montant payé, cela est tout simplement inadmissible pour un établissement de votre standing. Cette expérience me décourage fortement de revenir en janvier comme prévu.

Accueil chaleureux nous avons eu la chance de bénéficier d’un surclassement car je n’ai pas eu l'option balcon en réservation via booking. Merci d'avoir pris en compte cette demande ! Le petit déjeuner est excellent un large choix est proposé les produits sont frais et de qualité ! Le calme à la piscine bercée par le chant des oiseaux, la douce odeur de fleur d'oranger dans l'hôtel très propre c'était très agréable ! Vivement de revenir ! Merci !

Cons: Le ptit moins les oreillers sont trop dur et trop gros à mon goût personnel mais ça a été :) Le matin entendre les portes claquées d'entrée et de service mais nous mettions une calle le soir pour éviter d'être dérangée tôt le matin ça à plutôt été efficace :)

Cons: Krappe douch en verouderd, drukte bij het ontbijt, er wordt door de medewerkers niet gecheckt of alles naar wens is/ weinig betrokkenheid, ontbijt is gevarieerd maar alle dagen hetzelfde en de zoetigheiden die er liggen zijn droog. Pluspunt is de msemmens :) jammer dat de sfenj in vebrande/oude olie wordt gebakken?.. smaakt echt niet lekker..oja de geur in de lobby (denk wierrook) is te sterk, zo sterk dat je het in de kamers nog ruikt, voor mij dus storend.

Cons: The staff. Real culture of chasing tips and charging services otherwise amenities and hospitality become restricted. After I checked out I needed a shower as I had a tennis lesson on the premises. They refused me a shower unless I paid for a hammam or massage. Not what I would expect from somewhere I have stayed weeks for let alone a 5-star hotel.

L’hôtel correspondait exactement à mes attentes. Le petit déjeuner était varié et de bonne qualité. La chambre était conforme aux photos publiées sur Booking.

Cons: Lors du check-in, le personnel à l’accueil m’a d’abord attribué une chambre située au fond de l’hôtel, qui ne correspondait pas du tout à celle que j’avais réservée via Booking. J’ai dû retourner à la réception pour faire corriger cela, et le changement a été présenté comme une « faveur ». Par ailleurs, l’isolation acoustique n’est pas optimale : on entend clairement tout ce qui se passe dans le couloir.

Hôtel très bien situé. Personnel d’une extrême gentillesse. Literie de qualité. Accueil au top. A l’arrivée nous avons été surclassés. Un très joli plateau de fruits a été déposé le 1er soir ainsi que des gâteaux marocains. Très belle attention. Très bel entretien des jardins et des espaces communs. Propreté irréprochable des bassins.

Cons: Si il y avait un reproche à faire ce serait que notre chambre n’était pas très bien insonorisée (mais nos voisins n’ont pas fait de bruit tardivement) et que nous étions dans une période creuse. En pleine saison cela pourrait être dérangeant. Les portes des armoires sont très bruyantes, il suffirait de les lubrifier pour les rendre silencieuse. Détail qui compte lorsque l’on a le souci de la tranquillité de ses voisins.
