Nice room, not big, but efficient, considering I was alone. Near busy train station, but with the balcony doors closed felt quiet. .Bed was fine. Water pressure sufficient. Breakfast buffet adequate. There's a nice bar/lounge .

Cons: À l’arrivée le réceptionniste nous dit que la chambre est petite et que gratuitement il nous sur classe et nous donne une chambre plus grande sans frais supplémentaires et nous offre e 2 verres à prendre au bar. Pour le remercier on lui donne un très bon pourboire. Arrivée à la chambre et bien c’était notre chambre aucun sur classement et les verres au bar étaient offert à tous « le verre de bienvenue ». Donc petite combine de Ce réceptionniste pour se faire des pourboires à la pelle ! Pas cool ! !

Exceptional stay and staff, though one small disappointment Review: We had a generally wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is absolutely perfect, making it so easy to explore the city. The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch, and the service provided by the staff was excellent. I also want to highlight how helpful and communicative the team was when I realized I had left some clothes behind after check-out. They were very quick to assist me with most of the items. However, I am a bit saddened that my jacket, which was left in the same spot as the other clothes, was not found. This was a bit disappointing as it was an important item for me. Despite this issue, we are very happy with the overall hospitality and the kind approach of the personnel. It is a fantastic hotel, and we truly enjoyed our time here. Highly recommended!

Su ubicación es excelente. Justo delante del hotel para el tram que llega del aeropuerto, así como la estación de tren y autobús. Muy cerca del centro histórico, sin estar en todo el meollo. El tamaño de la habitación era correcto y el desayuno bastante completo.
Cons: Al ser inicios de Abril todavía no tenían la posibilidad de usar el aire acondicionado. Para nosotros fue un problema porqué realmente ha hecho calor estos días. Al preguntar nos informaron que todavía no habían hecho el cambio de la climatización. Es cierto que cuando realmente subía la temperatura era durante el día, por la noche bajaba pero a nuestra habitación le daba el sol toda la tarde.

La ubicación es justo enfrente de la estación de trenes.. nunca hubiera parado frente a una estación de trenes, pero fue por una sugerencia de la IA que nos pareció muy buena, tener el tren a mano para movernos a otras ciudades cercanas..y estuvo muy bien!! el hotel es gigante y tiene muchos pasajeros que entran y salen todo el tiempo, lo que hace que la zona siempre esté en movimiento y sea segura. Seguramente en otra estadía volvería a este hotel!!

Wir hatten keine Klimaanlage, und es war sehr heiß im Zimmer. Daraufhin habe ich an der Rezeption reklamiert. Dort wurde mir gesagt, dass die Klimaanlage derzeit außer Betrieb sind und nicht eingeschaltet dürfen. Für mich ist das ein Witz. Hätte ich im Voraus gewusst, dass die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert, hätte ich dieses Hotel nicht gebucht. Meiner Meinung nach hätte man im Vorfeld darauf hinweisen müssen, dass die Klimaanlage in diesem Zeitraum außer Betrieb ist. Es kann doch nicht sein, dass ich für Komfort bezahle – 500 € für zwei Nächte – und diesen dann nicht erhalte. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht. Nicht nur ich, sondern auch andere Gäste haben sich darüber beschwert. Ich hoffe daher, dass wir eine angemessene Rückerstattung erhalten.

Our stay at this hotel was truly one of the best choices we made for our trip. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The room was wonderful, very clean, and offered a beautiful view. We were greeted with a welcome card and a welcome drink, which made us feel immediately at home. Upon our departure, they even gave us a lovely gift — a gesture we deeply appreciated. The hotel is ideally located, very close to all means of transportation, making it easy to explore the city. Overall, it was the perfect choice for our trip, and we would gladly stay here again.

La posizione è super comoda per raggiungere qualsiasi punto di firenze e poi è attaccato alla stazione e ci sono anche dei buoni ristoranti nei dintorni. Poi ci è stato offerto un aperitivo di benvenuto e la colazione era super. 12€ ma una vasta scelta di bevande e cibi tutto di ottima qualità. Lo staff è stato sempre disponibile. Menzione speciale ad Angelica, la ragazza che ci ha servito i cappuccini e i caffè a colazione.

The stay was amazing! The hotel is gorgeous absolutely no flaws. The train station is right across the street. The staff is incredible! Our receptionist Giulia was very helpful and friendly always with a bright smile, very pleasant and always smiling! The bartender Viktoryja also went above and beyond with the 100% excellent service, she was so nice and welcoming. You get welcome drinks to use at the bar and there was also a nice buffet included free of charge. Also the breakfast manager we had on the morning of 25th I didn’t catch his name but he was so lovely, he noticed i had a painful knee and offered for me to use the lift going back up to the reception, it is only a small flight of stairs but the lift is only for staff, that was very thoughtful of him! Amazing bunch of staff, great hospitality nothing bad to say only positive! My first stay where everything honestly went so smoothly definitely coming back. The rooms are very nice, light and spacious. Very nice design and also a balcony! Very close to town and all the main landmarks.

I had an issue during check-in as the room I was initially given had an unpleasant smell. I went to the front desk and was assisted by Ms. Giulia, who handled the situation exceptionally well. She was quick to respond, offered me a new room immediately, and personally walked with me from reception to ensure everything was up to standard. She made sure I was satisfied with the new room, which was excellent clean, fresh, and very comfortable. La reception è stata molto gentile, attenta e professionale, pronta a soddisfare ogni richiesta con grande disponibilità. We liked the hotel’s location and its breakfast. The staff at breakfast were very friendly and hospitable. Its location was excellent—very close to the train station and public transportation—and it was a place where you could truly feel the atmosphere of Florence.
Cons: The staff in London insisted on not letting us into the room until exactly 3:00 pm, which was an unpleasant experience we encountered for the first time. The reception did not answer the phone when we called. The elevator was very small. There was a cigarette butt in the bathroom. The hairdryer was not working; when we asked for a new one, they said there was nothing they could do. They did not make any effort to resolve the situation. Although we liked the breakfast area, these issues overall left us with a negative impression of the hotel, and we would not stay there again.

Abbiamo soggiornato al C-Hotel Ambasciatori di Firenze ed è stata davvero un’esperienza meravigliosa. La posizione dell’hotel è perfetta, a pochi passi dalla stazione e comodissima per raggiungere a piedi tutte le principali attrazioni della città. La struttura è elegante, curata e molto accogliente, ma ciò che ha reso il nostro soggiorno davvero speciale è stato il personale: estremamente gentile, professionale e sempre disponibile. Fin dal nostro arrivo ci siamo sentiti accolti con grande calore e durante tutta la permanenza abbiamo avuto la sensazione di essere davvero coccolati. Ogni richiesta è stata soddisfatta con il sorriso e con un’attenzione rara ai dettagli. La camera era pulitissima, confortevole e silenziosa, perfetta per rilassarsi dopo una giornata trascorsa a visitare Firenze. Anche gli spazi comuni sono molto curati e contribuiscono a creare un’atmosfera piacevole e rilassante. Un sincero grazie a tutto lo staff per aver reso il nostro soggiorno così piacevole. Se torneremo a Firenze, senza dubbio sceglieremo di nuovo questo hotel. Consigliatissimo!

Locatie buna, hotelul este chiar peste drum de gara. Am avut o camera spatioasa, cu geamuri mari, situata la etaj 5, cu o terasa generoasa si cu deschidere catre curtea interioara, cu izolare fonica foarte buna. Asternutul de pat si prosoapele au fost schimbate zilnic, mic dejun foarte bun, bogat. Amabilitatea personalului, curățenia exemplară, micile atentii oferite doar ca sejurul sa fie cat mai placut merita nota maxima. Am avut și un card cu 2 băuturi gratuite la barul hotelului, si o sticla cu apa primita din partea hotelului. Un hotel de nota 10 ! Vom reveni !

The location is superb. It is located directly opposite the main train station in Florence, and immediately opposite a trans-stop that goes straight to the airport. The hotel is a clean modern business hotel with multilingual staff who speak perfect English and are extremely helpful. There is a 24-hour reception , excellent Wi-Fi , a printer at reception, allowing by downstairs, the rims are large modern and have a mini bar and fridge in the room as well as T and coffee making facilities some rooms also have very large bathrooms with complementary toilet trees the rooms have very warm heating as well full stop the location is extremely central and safe, and only 15 minutes taxi to the airport full stop it is also just 10 minutes walk to the duomo and many tourist sites . The rooms were also very modern and clean. The bathrooms had bathtub shower toilet and b-day . I also stayed there for both Christmas and New Years day and on both occasions a whole pan Toni was left in my room with the tea and coffee facilities which was a wonderful touch as well as a Happy New Year card . the second time I stayed there they also gave me about your for a free drink in the bar and on New Year's Day there was also free celebrations in the bar at lunchtime. It is a very good hotel. They also helped me to send a Wi-Fi unit back to a tourist centre in the post. They were absolutely brilliant. my photos show a "smart" room.

Cons: All’afferrare l’asciugamano dopo la doccia ho scoperto con mio stupore che era macchiato di nero e sporco in generale. Ne ho usato un altro che all’apparenza era pulito ma mi è rimasto il dubbio di essermi asciugato con gli asciugamani dei precedenti ospiti. Grave episodio per un hotel 4 stelle. Ho fatto presente ciò al check out e la receptionist, scusandosi, mi ha dato una mail alla quale scrivere, ma la mia e-mail (ormai sono passati 4 giorni) è rimasta inascoltata e non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta. Delusione totale che mi spinge a non tornare più in questo hotel.

Conveniently situated next to train terminal, walking distance to most attractions. Rooms were comfortable and breakfast was good.
Cons: Didn’t like the wait for my room after a long day traveling, had to ask for the manager to assist because it was gone over half an hour and room wasn’t ready. He did sort the issue but it made our check in uneasy.

È praticamente attaccata al centro. Parcheggio convenzionato. Staff gentile, professionale e gradevole. Accoglienza con una lettera e un cioccolatino sul letto: una piccola coccola. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, se rapportato ai prezzi di Firenze centro (che non sono bassi)

Fue todo fenomenal. Encima nos pudieron atender en español y no hubo ningún problema. Pedí si podrían ser dos camas en vez de una y nos la dieron sin problema. Encima nos mejoraron la habitación gratis con unas vistas al Duomo increíbles. Está a menos de 10 minuto andando de la Catedral, y justo enfrente del tranvía que te lleva al aeropuerto. Las camas cómodas, habitaciones súper calentita, tés/cafés de cortesía, la bañera muy amplia… instalaciones super limpias. Desde luego lo he recomendado muchísimo y cuado vuelva a Florencia volveré a este hotel!!

Very comfortable modern room
Cons: Revolving doors at entrance makes it a hustle to walk in with suitcases. 2 slow tiny elevators serving a very big hotel which makes impossible traffic. Low water pressure in the shower.
