The breakfast was fantastic and a huge spread. The room was lovely and quiet. The location is perfect - right at the tram stop from the airport and at the major train station. The staff was exceptional, especially Maurizio and Amalia. Maurizio helped me book another room at the end of my trip! He got me a great room at a great price.

Cons: Demora com os elevadores e capacidade dos elevadores é reduzida, o que pode dificultar pessoas com dificuldade de mobilidade. Em virtude da alta movimentação do local, ainda se ouvem barulhos externos (veículos, pessoas, buzinas). A entrada do estacionamento ao lado do hotel constantemente fica interditada, pois as pessoas estacionam ao lado do hotel (em cima da calçada) para pegar as pessoas que chegam na estação, trancando o acesso ao estacionamento (entrada e saída). Deveria haver mais fiscalização neste sentido.

Floransa'da müzeler ve Piazzale Michelangelo dahil her yeri yürüyerek gezebileceğiniz bir merkezde... Kahvaltı, bir otel kahvaltısının ötesinde... Kendi fırınlarında hazırladıkları birçok ürünü güleryüzle servis ediyorlar. Bu otelde eşimle 3 gün kalıp, 1 gün Monterossoya geçip son gün yeniden geldik. Çok memnun kaldık. Seyahatimizi özel kılan misafirperver çalışanlara, özellikle Giovanni and Ilenia'ya çok teşekkür ediyoruz. Tereddütsüz tavsiye ederiz.

La habitación estaba limpia, la cama era muy cómoda y el personal muy amable. Nos ha atendido un chico llamado Christian, que ha sido muy profesional y la atención recibida por su parte ha sido excelente, incluso recibimos una bebida gratuita de bienvenida en el bar del hotel. El servicio incluye también la posibilidad de depositar tu maleta en el almacén y recogerla después, por si necesitas dejarlas para pasear durante el día, aunque ya hayas realizado el check-out.

Habitación cómoda, teníamos un balcón con buenas vistas para disfrutar del atardecer. La cama súper cómoda. El personal muy amable y servicial. Recibimos como atención una copa de bienvenida en el bar y un paquete de pasta italiana como regalo.
Cons: La bañera! Peligrosa por lo angosta. Muy incómodo bañarse. La ubicación es central pero el estar enfrente de la estación de tren genera un movimiento continuo en la zona.

La posizione è ottima e strategica, particolarmente comoda per chi arriva in treno, ma ideale anche come punto di partenza per visitare la città. Lo staff è gentile e disponibile ed il rapporto qualità-prezzo è complessivamente molto buono.
Cons: Suggerirei di estendere l’orario di apertura della palestra, anticipandolo magari alle 7:00 nei giorni feriali, e di aggiungere qualche tappetino in più, considerando che al momento ne è disponibile soltanto uno per l’intera palestra.

L'hotel è una posizione fantastica di fronte alla stazione e di fronte alla fermata del tram. Ovviamente vicinissimo al centro storico e praticamente in 15-20 minuti ti permette di girare le principali aree turistiche musicali di Firenze. È un hotel estremamente accogliente con un cocktail di benvenuto, uno staff della gentilezza unica, sia al desk che hai piani. La colazione davvero ottima e assortita.
Cons: Direi nulla, forse c'è solo da notare il fatto che qualche camera comincia a mostrare i segni del tempo nell'aspetto delle pareti, ma è davvero un dettaglio minimale.

The staff were so welcoming and helpful. The hotel is right outside the train station which was perfect and meant we didn’t have to haul our luggage around. We got a complementary drink on arrival and all of the staff were so friendly and helpful. We felt like royalty!

The location was great. Right across from the train station. It was a little noisy but white noise helped us sleep. All the staff were friendly, but a shout out to Angelina in the breakfast room. She seemed to really enjoy being there. Her smile and friendliness made us feel welcomed every morning. She also made the best cappuccino! The breakfast was great with lots of choices and we even ordered a breakfast box when we had to leave for an outing before the breakfast room opened. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone.

We were offered an upgrade for $20 a night for a room that was twice the size of our reservation and had a balcony. Their breakfast is amazing and have two areas with never ending choices.

Lokacija OK, Doručak je zadovoljavajući, ali čistoća restorana nije bez obzira što smo došli 15 minuta nakon početka doručka. Soba je OK iako je krevet neudoban zbog mekanih madraca, prednost balkon. Čistoća hotela (osim restorana) je OK. Osoblje nije pristupačno i hladno (u usporedbi sa ostalim hotelima u Italiji gdje smo boravili). Lokacija OK, ali s obzirom na blizinu željezničkog kolodvora nije "sound-proof" kako se navodi.

Got the economy room with city views and it did not disappoint. The view was exactly as in the picture, and we enjoyed it from the balcony thoroughly. Clean room, breakfast has good variety, location right next to the train station. Perfect for a short stay in Florence to enjoy walking around the old town and exploring. Beds were comfy and the A/C and wifi worked flawlessly. Room was bigger and cozier than we expected for this price. Staff was very attentive and exceptionally polite. There were also plenty of shops and restaurants around which we haven't been to but it was good to know they're readily available.
Cons: The hotel entrance is across the street from the main travelling hub (Santa Maria Novella train station), therefore the street itself can attract weird crowds at times. Having said this, keep in mind Florence is a big tourism destination so it's not something unseen before in a major European city. But there is also a Carabinieri (italian police) post nearby so we felt safe overall. Nothing bad to note about the hotel itself.

Lo que más nos gustó fue la ubicación. El hotel está justo enfrente de la estación de Santa Maria Novella y de la parada del tranvía, por lo que resulta muy cómodo tanto para moverse por Florencia como para llegar o salir de la ciudad. El personal fue muy amable en todo momento y las habitaciones son bastante amplias.
Cons: Se escuchaba el tranvía desde la habitación. En el desayuno, había tanta gente que la fruta estaba prácticamente agotada y no se reponía con suficiente rapidez.

The hotel’s location, close to both the train station and the city center, was very convenient. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The breakfast offered a good variety of options. The beds were comfortable, and the ventilation system worked well. I especially appreciated the thoughtful gifts they left in the room for us on both the day of arrival and the day of departure. It was a very nice and welcoming touch.

Excellent location, 10 mins walk from centre and great base for getting around Florence. Super comfortable bed and pillows big thumbs up there. Breakfast was fine and decent quality. Looking a bit worn, carpets need replacing and the furniture is a bit battered. The showers definitely need replacing and were a bit dirty. Overall though good value for money and if they sorted the carpets and showers and a lick of paint, the place would be superb.

Great breakfast, topped up frequently for the mid-late comers. Bathroom spacious - could swing a cat! We had an opening window and a balcony, which is quite rare in the city (however this balcony was directly overlooked by our neighbour, so no use). Hotel right by the train station and easy to find. Sound proofed well. We also received a welcome note, and a parting pack of pasta gift.
Cons: Shower cubicle was tiny, forget bending down to wash your toes. 0 place to store open suitcases. Airco was not fully aircowing, the room is very dusty, woke up in the middle of the night shocking on dust.

La posizione è perfetta, la colazione è TOP! Il personale del breakfast è molto gentile! Molto bene che si può portare animali, si può prolungare dalle 11 fino alle 15 permanenza (check out) con un extra di 30 euro. La vista dalla finestra dei piani alti è bella.
Cons: 1) l’asciugacapelli: quello fisso in bagno funzionava male e dopo circa 20 secondi si spegneva. Abbiamo quindi chiamato la reception per chiedere un asciugacapelli portatile. Dopo circa 15 minuti non era ancora arrivato e abbiamo dovuto richiamare. A quel punto ci è stato finalmente portato. 2) la pulizia del bagno - nella vasca sui bordi erano presenti capelli forse lasciati dagli ospiti precedenti 3) Abbiamo chiesto alla reception un vaso per i fiori. Dopo circa 20 minuti non era ancora arrivato e, dopo averlo richiesto nuovamente ci è stato portato. 4) Il problema più assurdo, però, riguarda il late check-out. Il check-out standard era alle 11:00 e abbiamo pagato 30 € in più per poter rimanere in camera fino alle 15:00. Mi è stato chiesto di pagare extra time subito e alle 10:00 sono sceso personalmente alla reception per effettuare il pagamento - poi però alle 11.30 ci chiamano dalla reception per dire che il check out era alle 11, che ti fa capire il coordinamento tra il personale della reception lascia desiderare che non è stato comunicato il fatto che abbiamo prolungato e pagato extra…Quindi dopo aver pagato personalmente alla reception extra time - mi aspettavo che la tessera della camera venisse automaticamente aggiornata fino alle 15:00.Invece, quando siamo rientrati in camera alle 14:45, la tessera non funzionava più. Ho dovuto quindi riscendere dal 3 piano alla reception per farla riattivare. Questo ci ha fatto perdere circa 15 minuti (perché a volte gli ascensori sono occupati), proprio a causa di un problema che sarebbe dovuto essere risolto quando avevo pagato il late check-out. Ho quindi chiesto semplicemente se fosse possibile recuperare quei 15 minuti, considerando che li avevamo persi non per colpa mia. Ci è stato risposto citazione “Sei hai prolungato fino alle 15 la devi lasciare alle 15, perché devono anche avere il tempo per pulire la camera…” Non sono una persona che fa le polemiche, il mio commento solo per migliorare i servizi.

The only clear advantage of the hotel is its location, very close to the railway station and within walking distance of the city centre.
Cons: The hotel was definitely below expectations. It is officially rated as a 4-star hotel, but in my opinion the actual standard is much lower. We had a room on the second floor facing the railway station. The windows are old and poorly sealed, so they provide almost no sound insulation. Even with the windows completely closed, we could hear people talking outside as if the windows were open. The noise at night made it very difficult to sleep. The walls between the rooms are also very thin, and we could clearly hear the guests in neighbouring rooms. The room itself needs renovation. The walls were scratched, dirty and covered with stains. In the bathroom, there was mould on the silicone sealant, and the paint on the ceiling was peeling and coming off. The bed was also not very comfortable. One of the lifts was not working. The other two were technically operating, but they seemed insufficient for the size of the hotel and the waiting times were often very long. Breakfast was typically Italian, so I cannot really complain about that. For a 4-star hotel, I expected a much higher standard. The property really needs renovation, especially the rooms and bathrooms, as well as new, properly sealed and soundproofed windows.

Localização excepcional — a poucos passos do metro e da estação ferroviária, e a apenas 5 minutos a pé do centro histórico de Florença, o que torna tudo incrivelmente prático para explorar a cidade a pé ou de transportes. O staff é simpático e sempre prestável, disponível para ajudar em tudo o que precisámos. O quarto estava impecável, limpo e confortável. O pequeno-almoço é variado e de boa qualidade, uma ótima forma de começar o dia. Para quem viaja de carro, há um parque de estacionamento privado mesmo ao lado do hotel, o que facilita bastante. No geral, uma experiência excelente em todos os aspectos — recomendo vivamente!

The location is hard to beat if you are travelling into the city by train, tram or bus. Expect a warm welcome when you arrive and approach staff. My bags were taken to the room while I walked around the historic centre. The city view is good (but I'm not convinced it is worth the extra 30 euros a night).
Cons: The bathroom: My knees were almost underneath the sink when I sat on the toilet and the shower is tiny. There's limited space for toiletries and nowhere to hang clothes other than the towel rack. The gym: It was disappointing to discover that it closes between 12pm and 6pm. It is one of the reasons I select to stay at a hotel and pay a little extra. The sales pitch at check in: I regret paying the upgrade charge. I really didn't feel the hotel offered good value for money.

В номере был современный свежий ремонт, номер соответствовал фотографиям, свежее постельное белье, очень чисто. В отеле были отличные европейские завтраки и десерты. Удобно было добираться до достопримечательностей пешком. Мы бы с удовольствием выбрали этот отель при следующем посещении города!
