Excellent stay with plenty of space! I really enjoyed the stay here. The room size was impressive—much bigger than expected. The location is also perfect for sightseeing.

Tutto,dalla posizione alla pulizia della camera, dalla colazione alla gentilezza dello staff, in particolare di Maurizio. Ho gradito tanto il messaggio di benvenuto con i cioccolatini(trovati sul letto al mio arrivo)e le chiamate in camera per sapere se andasse tutto bene. Sono quei particolari che fanno la differenza, in positivo,ovviamente.

The staff was very friendly and the hotel is in a good location, very close to the train station and within walking distance of the old town. Also an enjoyable breakfast.

Cons: The room walls were very thin, and when someone used the bathroom in the next room at night, it felt like water was being poured on my head. There were also issues with the electrical outlets, and the room was a bit cold. There were many signs of wear and tear, and the place could really use some renovation.

Отель соответствует описанию.Персонал очень приветливый.Неплохой лоунж-бар,отдельное спасибо Виктории,за приветливое обслуживание.Завтрак стандартный для европейских отелей.Рядом находится тратория где советуем отведать флорентийский стейк.Но бронируйте столик заранее. В остальном Флоренция прекрасна,но не забывайте о комфортном отдыхе после прогулок.Поэтому вполне можно посоветовать этот отель.

Cons: Не столько в минус ,просто для информации. Очень скользский пол в ванной комнате если он мокрый и вы пользуетесь тапочками предложенными отелем.Будьте аккуратнее. Немного было жарковато ночью при закрытом балконе ,кондиционер не хотел охлаждать комнату ,только грел.

Hotel elegante e in una posizione favolosa, appena si esce dalla stazione. Lo Staff super gentile, io personalmente sono stata accolta da Lorenzo molto cordiale e disponibile, riservandomi un trattamento di benvenuto meraviglioso con un cambio di camera con vista su tutta Firenze e aperitivo di benvenuto. Pasamos 3 días maravillosos en Florencia. Queremos destacar especialmente a Igor, por su enorme amabilidad, atención al detalle y profesionalidad. Es una persona muy cuidadosa y atenta, siempre pendiente de que todo estuviera perfecto. Gracias a él nos sentimos muy protegidos y especialmente bien atendidos durante toda la estancia. También queremos agradecer a Angélica, de la cafetería, por su trato tan cariñoso y cercano, y por preparar unos capuchinos deliciosos cada mañana. El hotel estaba impecablemente limpio y todo el personal fue extremadamente amable. Mención especial también para Mauricio, quien resolvió un inconveniente con gran rapidez y eficacia. The location is superb. It is located directly opposite the main train station in Florence, and immediately opposite a trans-stop that goes straight to the airport. The hotel is a clean modern business hotel with multilingual staff who speak perfect English and are extremely helpful. There is a 24-hour reception , excellent Wi-Fi , a printer at reception, allowing by downstairs, the rims are large modern and have a mini bar and fridge in the room as well as T and coffee making facilities some rooms also have very large bathrooms with complementary toilet trees the rooms have very warm heating as well full stop the location is extremely central and safe, and only 15 minutes taxi to the airport full stop it is also just 10 minutes walk to the duomo and many tourist sites . The rooms were also very modern and clean. The bathrooms had bathtub shower toilet and b-day . I also stayed there for both Christmas and New Years day and on both occasions a whole pan Toni was left in my room with the tea and coffee facilities which was a wonderful touch as well as a Happy New Year card . the second time I stayed there they also gave me about your for a free drink in the bar and on New Year's Day there was also free celebrations in the bar at lunchtime. It is a very good hotel. They also helped me to send a Wi-Fi unit back to a tourist centre in the post. They were absolutely brilliant. my photos show a "smart" room.

Cons: There was nothing that I didn't like. I have stayed there many times now and I will continue to stay there and I highly recommend the hotel

Cons: All’afferrare l’asciugamano dopo la doccia ho scoperto con mio stupore che era macchiato di nero e sporco in generale. Ne ho usato un altro che all’apparenza era pulito ma mi è rimasto il dubbio di essermi asciugato con gli asciugamani dei precedenti ospiti. Grave episodio per un hotel 4 stelle. Ho fatto presente ciò al check out e la receptionist, scusandosi, mi ha dato una mail alla quale scrivere, ma la mia e-mail (ormai sono passati 4 giorni) è rimasta inascoltata e non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta. Delusione totale che mi spinge a non tornare più in questo hotel.

Fue todo fenomenal. Encima nos pudieron atender en español y no hubo ningún problema. Pedí si podrían ser dos camas en vez de una y nos la dieron sin problema. Encima nos mejoraron la habitación gratis con unas vistas al Duomo increíbles. Está a menos de 10 minuto andando de la Catedral, y justo enfrente del tranvía que te lleva al aeropuerto. Las camas cómodas, habitaciones súper calentita, tés/cafés de cortesía, la bañera muy amplia… instalaciones super limpias. Desde luego lo he recomendado muchísimo y cuado vuelva a Florencia volveré a este hotel!!

Cons: En teoria teniamos 2 habitaciones iguales (425 y 427), pero no eran para nada iguales la 427 era considerablemente mas grande, en la 425 no servia la secadora, el baño tenía aire frío constantemente por ende estaba helado, las camas eran algo incómodas especialmente las almohadas y el shampoo en la 425 parecía que lo rellenaron con agua.

Cons: El colchon no era muy comodo, muy blando e inestable para mi gusto. Tuvimos mala suerte y desde las 4 de la mañana hubo un camión cisterna que hacia muchissimo ruido y no pudimos dormir bien, pero era algo ajeno al hotel. Tambien el ambientardor de la habitación era muy fuerte, quizas era porque la planta estaba en obras y olia como a barniz, era un poco desagradable.

Perfecte locatie direct naast net station Santa Maria Novella waar de treinen gaan, en waar ook de tram naar de luchthaven direct voor de deur stopt. Ook loop je zo de stad in. Het ontbijt is fantastisch. We kregen ook nog een upgrade naar een kamer met heel mooi uitzicht over de stad en een gratis drankje in de bar.

Cons: Beetje gehorig vanuit de badkamer naast onze kamer (contactgeluiden). Terwijl het geluid van buiten goed geïsoleerd is, was dit een beetje apart (geluid van stromend douchewater, geluid van haardroger) De buren stonden vrij vroeg op dus dat was een beetje pech.

Gut ausgestattetes Zimmer und vor allem sehr sauber. Toller Service, sehr freundliches Personal. Gute Lage, man erreicht alle bekannten Sehenswürdigkeiten in kurzer Zeit. Frühstücksangebot ist absolut ausreichend, für jeden was dabei.

Cons: Die gute Lage ist leider auch ein Nachteil. Man kommt aus dem Bahnhof raus und ist praktisch direkt vor dem Hotel. Also kein weiter Weg mit dem Gepäck. Direkt vor dem Hotel fährt auch die Straßenbahn. Daher ist es recht laut. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon. Die Aussicht war schön, aber auf dem Balkon sitzen ging für uns nicht. Wenn die Balkontür geschlossen war, ist die Geräuschkulisse aber okay.

The location of the property is excellent, it’s bang opposite the train station as well as major sightseeing places. It’s walking distance to great restaurants. We walked to most must see places.

The location was perfect being right across from the train station, and surprisingly quiet given our room was facing the street. Everything was very clean. The staff were truly incredible and I believe were the best part of our stay. From the moment we walked through the door, we were met by genuine kindness and felt very welcome. Everyone was helpful and had a spirit of generosity making us feel like we were right at home and with family. I have nothing but praise!

Hotel muito bem localizado enfrente a estação de Trem de Florença. 10 minutos de caminhada até os principais pontos turísticos e o que para gente foi importante, a 10 minutos de caminhada do ponto que saem os passeios contratados (fizemos 1 dias para Siena e demais cidades e outro dia para Cinque Terre - indicamos muito - levem roupa de banho). Café da manhã muitooo bom, inclusive em um dos dias, que íamos sair cedo para o passeio e não daria tempo de tomar café, providenciaram um BOX (sacola) de café da manhã as 06:30 para levarmos (tem que pedir 1 dia antes, fica a dica). Quarto e amenidades muito bons, banheiro ótimo com banheira (minhas pernas agradeceram após dias andando), muito confortável e silencioso. Ar condicionado bom, tudo bem novinho e conservado. Vale o investimento, com certeza! Obs.: Drink cortesia de boas vindas, chocolates no quarto e no ultimo dia, deixaram um pacote de macarrão com um simpático bilhete (muito legal). Dica, a cidade de Lucca (que da para visitar junto com Pisa) mesmo com poucos turista, vale muito a pena, andar de bicicleta em cima das muralhas é imperdível (Piza e Lucca fizemos por conta própria de trem). A Tratoria da Zazza foi o melhor carbonara (trufado) que comemos em 20 dias na Itália e os morangos frescos com mascarpone são imperdíveis.

Maurizio was AMAZING!! He did everything to make our day beyond the perfect. We did not expect such a place near to a train station. The staff were great. Our bathroom was huge. It was so spacious, which made us extremely comfortable because we never had to bump into each other uncomfortably.

We didn’t choose a room described with a view and still we had a wonderfull surprise of a roomy balcony with a awesome view. Bathroom was spacious with good shower and equipment. The hotel is a very pleasant place and their restaurant is just awesome (you definetely have to try their “aperitivo” at evening hours). Location is near train station, convenient for travelling with luggage and easy access to transportation. Hotel staff were welcoming, really helpfull and pleasant. We did get a welcome letter and goodbye present, just showing their warm welcome. Would definetly consider booking again this hotel when in Florence.

Localização. O Hotel está localizado em frente a estação ferroviária. Muito útil e cômodo, especialmente para quem chega ou sai de Florença por trem. Além disto também esta muito próximo de atrações turísticas importantes como a Basilica de Santa Maria del Fiore.

Cons: O café da manhã poderia ser melhor. O famoso e delicioso expresso italiano é fornecido em máquinas, mesmo tendo pedido para uma das funcionárias do restaurante. Este é um ponto muito negativo na hospedagem.

Valoramos mucho el trato recibido de parte de Igor quien nos proporcionó mucha información valiosa para nuestra estadía. Su disposición a ayudar y su empatía nos motiva a regresar. El desayuno muy variado y con excelentes productos.

Un servizio ed accoglienza impeccabile. Tutto il staff professionale e disponibile, e sempre con un sorriso. Angelica ci ha sempre dato il benvenuto a colazione e ci ha portato il cappuccino piú volte. Sempre molto gentile e disponibile. Il buffet aveva tutto il possibile ed era tutto buonissimo. Ci e piaciuto il Happy Hour con buffet al bar. Molto conveniente per turisti esausti che non vogliono piú uscire a fine giornata. La camera era molto bello ed il letto comodissimo. Struttura centralissima vicina a tutto, ti sposti facilmente a piedi raggiungendo i posti più belli da visitare in 10/15 minuti, volendo c é anche il tram/stazione dei treni e bus proprio davanti, anche se come ho già detto é tutto raggiungibile a piedi tranquillamente godendo ogni dettaglio del posto. L hotel è situato in posizione ottimale per raggiungere le principali attrazioni artistiche della città. La camera era davvero confortevole molto pulita nonostante si trovasse sopra la fermata della tramvia molto bene insonorizzata. Perfect position: one step to the train station. Extremely friendly staff: Maurizio at the reception kindly gave us an larger room than the booked and two welcome drinks for free, and we found a welcome letter and some chocolate from the service team in the room. You can ask the service team for bottles of mineral water, which helped us a lot. Heating (AC) is powerful, which is important for visitors in winter. The view outside the room was beautiful. The window was carefully cleaned like new! Very delicious and healthy breakfast.

Fantastic hotel, right in front of the train station, super easy to go to the centre and all main attractions. The room was perfect, with two large, comfortable single beds, large bathroom, very clean, with small perks (chocolate, water, tea/coffee, small token when we left, and 2 free welcome drinks). There is a very good breakfast buffet, a good bar for having aperitivo. We loved our stay!

Seconda volta che scendiamo e ci fermiamo in questo hotel. La struttura è in una ottima posizione vicino alla stazione o comunque con un parcheggio vicino… perfetti i ragazzi della reception ( noi siamo stati seguiti da Igor) e le ragazze della colazione… sicuramente torneremo ancora.

Cons: Stanza troppo calda, quando chiedo come abbassare un poco la temperatura mi dicono di aprire semplicemente la finestra perché non era possibile regolare la temperatura, polvere abbastanza visibile in tutta la stanza, asciugacapelli non perfettamente funzionante, quando chiedo per uno nuovo mi dicono che arriverà a breve ma non è mai arrivato. La cosa peggiore è stata il letto, chiedo un letto matrimoniale, alla reception mi dicono che sarà così, una volta giunto in camera mi ritrovo con due materassi di letti singoli attaccati, per di più di dimensioni e comodità diversi, non permettendo una piacevole dormita.
