Le personnel bien attentionné le service est irréprochable. Les chambres sont correctes mais vu le prix payé je m'attendais à un mobilier dans l'air du temps et pas ç des vieux placards en bois non encastré avec une couleur marron foncée et aussi une télévision et un séchoir bien obsolète ..à améliorer

Beautiful hotel! The staff are very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The rooms are a decent size and I love the sofa in the room by the window for some downtime. The value for money is spot on. We just enjoyed a small gathering with some foods and drinks in their beach side restaurant. Nice ambience and beautiful sunset view towards the ocean.

We’ve just returned from our trip to Agadir, and I have to say this hotel was absolutely beautiful. The staff were incredibly friendly, the grounds were spotless, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The amenities provided were excellent, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and relaxing. There was evening entertainment most nights, including live singing in the riad area, which created a lovely, laid-back ambiance. Room service and the pool attendants worked extremely hard to ensure guests were happy. There were only two main attendants working, along with a few runners, but they did their best to take orders quickly and provide excellent service. Everyone at this hotel was attentive, polite, and genuinely eager to help. The hotel itself is located about a 45-minute walk from the marina, which may be a bit far for some, but the walk along the promenade is scenic and enjoyable. The beach near the hotel is beautiful, though due to strong waves it’s not ideal for swimming. Because we visited in November, the pool was cold, that’s probably the only downside. I did get in a few times, but it was too chilly to swim comfortably. I also booked a hammam and massage treatment for 1,200 MAD. While the hammam experience was fantastic, the massage was just okay, I felt the masseuse could have used a bit more technique. The session was advertised as an hour and a half (30 minutes for the hammam and one hour for the massage), but it ended up lasting less than that. My appointment was at 7:30 p.m. and ended at 8:45 p.m., just before closing at 9:00, so it did feel a little rushed, which was disappointing considering the price. Breakfast was very nice, with a wide variety of options. It can get quite busy between 9:30 and 10:00 a.m., so we found it better to go earlier. There’s an omelette and pancake station, a good selection of fruit, vegetables, pastries, Moroccan tea, regular tea, and a juice bar, all of which were lovely. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this hotel, especially if you’re looking for a quieter, more relaxed stay compared to some of the busier nearby resorts. It felt more sophisticated and peaceful, which I really enjoyed. A big thank you to all the staff for making our stay so pleasant and memorable.

I have emailed hotel ahead of trip to inform that my friend is arriving night before my booking and if she could be checked in to room we would stay afterwards but never received response. When, I arrived we offered upgrade but room was worst than one my friend stayed night before. The worst parts was at pool restaurant when I asked to order sandwich from Kharim(not sure if that’s correct spelling of the name) who was standing next to the till/computer at the bar but he send me away to go to the other side of the pool to restaurant to order it without apologising, or explaining why he could not place the order. I have never been treated like that at hotel and certainly not five star one. We place card on the door to make up room at 8am and room was not done until 5 in the afternoon when we came back from the day by the swimming pool and had no towels to shower… Electricity plug fall out of the wall, water was on the floor in access after showering and made floor slippery.

Cons: I had really bad experience with staff. Would not recommend to stay here based on that. Contacted hotel ahead of stay to make arrangements but no response, had three rooms, no housekeeping despite asking to have room made up and finally today was refused order at the pool bar for sandwich and send to another one as person was not bothered to serve client. Hotel does not feel responsible to make up for any of it.

Lovely short stay. Facilities great. Gym a little dated but okay for a basic workout. Poolside amazing, HUGE comfortable daybeds to spread out, snooze and relax on. Waiter service a little slow, but friendly when we did get it. Room was nice as a typical Sofitel has, we had one of the newly refurbished rooms. Shame with room service were I ordered some Moroccan tea to the room, but never came. Breakfast was amazing with great selection (BROWNIES! Amazing!) and the outdoor pancake/waffle station was a constant every morning. Normal bird issue with the outdoor terrace, but wasn't too much of a nuisance. 1 of us had to keep guard of the table whilst the other went to get breakfast or they would pinch your food. Hiring a 3rd party company to introduce a kestrel/hunting bird to scare them away would irradicate this issue. Dinner in buffet was also great, but the Soul restaurant menu was confusing with SO many testing plates, just make it simple with a basic menu. Me and my wife did get upset tummies after eating there the next day which wasn't great. Live dancers/music in lobby/restaurants/shisha bar was very nice touch, although one of the dancers (probably a resident in the hotel staying in rooms) was kind of rude at the pool, speaking very loudly in another language and when me and my wife was having a conversation, getting weird disturbing looks from her like we was intruding in her space, but hay ho. No biggie. Last but not least, a HUGE thank you to Majid and Ibrahim from concierge!!! Very helpful, always going above and beyond with requests we had, giving us great advise and arranging transport for us, pre-empting our requests and very thorough follow ups, even finding us at the pool to give us updates! Would defiantly stop again, great getaway with very little children which we was looking for, if you do have children, they might get a bit fed up there as there are other hotels around Agadir which are more catered for families.

Ils n’expliquent pas où est situé la piscine, le petit déjeuner, la plage rien. Le concierge pour le taxis est sympa sans plus il fait bien son travail avec sourire Il ne faut pas oublier que nous venons pour décompresser et qu’on n’a envie qu'on nous le fasse sentir. J’ai senti autant de pression que sur la ligne 13 le matin pour aller au boulot ! Bref pas top

We spent 8 nights in Sofitel Royal Bay. Great location and lovely pool. The staff have been very kind, and thoughtful - a special thank you to Abdel from Housekeeping, who kept our room so clean and tidy and made such thoughtful creations from the towels and always assisted us with a huge smile on his face! It meant a lot to us, especially as the hotel was quite busy, but he always took the time to ensure we are well taken care of. Ashraf , the Restaurant Manager has been incredible too - while running a busy operations, always checked on us and ensured we are well taken care of.

An old run down hotel. Rooms old smelly and unhygienic smell of dust, mould and drains. Staff apathetic and seemed tired of dealing with unhappy guests. It’s going through a renovation so owner are obviously aware. Please save your money and precious time and do not stay here. I would not stay here for free again!

After cutting short a stay that we had at another property the Sofitel was our salvation. Our break went from stressful and disappointing to amazing as soon as we checked in. We had an Ocean view room, no balcony but a truly fantastic view. The room was a great size and very well equipped and spotlessly clean as was the bathroom. Toiletries were plentiful and smelled lovely and lots of fruit and bits in the room on our arrival which was nice. Housekeeping and turndown service were top class. We had breakfast and dinner as part of our package and the food was excellent - really tasty especially the deserts which were to die for! I’m hungry now just thinking about them, so, so good. We also ate a traditional Arabic/ Mediterranean meal in the specialty restaurant Soul that was very very good. Lovely wine list too. Lunch at the pool/ beach restaurant was tasty and loved the cocktails at night time. Had a great massage in the spa, so, so relaxing. Loved the gardens and all the sculptures and the nightly candle lighting ceremony. Overall a great stay in a nice, well run Hotel with lovely attentive staff. Well done all ! 👏👏👏

It was i really good experience at sofitel royale bay Started from the day of the arrival it was a wonderful welcoming even we arrived early we had a fast check in and then we got the keys . The room was amazing and we really felt we are in Morocco with the traditional touch , the food was very tasty in every spot . I would like to thank the staff specially the pretty girls at the reception they were very helpful, and i have already booked my next stay and now i can’t wait to come back 😊 I highly recommend 🌟

Cons: Die Kaffemaschinen beim Frühstück entsprechen wirklich keinen 5 oder 4 Stern Standard! Stehen auf alten abgenützten Kaffewägen und auch das Besteck und Tassen sind teilweise nicht 100% sauber. Für dass das einige Service Manager herumlaufen könnte man das deutlich verbessern. Das restliche Personal ist jedoch sehr bemüht und sehr freundlich. Bei der Bar/allgemeinenr Hotelbereixh - Getränkepreise sind viel zu teuer und auch die Speisen im Poolbereich preislich zu hoch. Zimmer auch etwas in die Jahre gekommen

Echt een tophotel! Groot, schoon, ruim, geen gevecht om bedjes bij het zwembad. Eten bij het buffet was heerlijk. Maar wat ons het meeste beviel was de vriendelijke, goede service vanaf het moment dat je binnenkomt. Iedereen, elk personeelslid, was zo vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Elke dag een lach, een vriendelijke groet en als je iets vraagt is niets hen teveel. Ik kan helaas geen namen noemen, want dat zouden teveel namen zijn. Bij binnenkomst in de kamer stond fruit, koekjes en 2 grote flessen water klaar. Das altijd wel fijn om te zien. Verder werden er elke dag nieuwe 1,5l waterflessen in de kamer gezet. Fijn!
Cons: Niets viel me tegen! Als ik een tip mag geven is dat de crepes/wafels aan het zwembad eerder verkocht worden. Soms hadden we rond 14.00uur echt wel zin een crepe en niet per se in een grote lunch, maar helaas werden deze pas vanaf 16.30uur gemaakt. Dat was voor ons vaak te laat.

Large choix avec des serveurs au petits soins 10/10 pour la chambre et la propreté 8/10 pour l’animation du soir Bref, excellent séjour à refaire avec grand plaisir
Cons: Quelques remarques mais rien pour gâcher le séjour : - Managers trop présents au restaurant et ne participent pas forcément à la fluidité du service. - pour le restaurant le soul. Nourriture très moyenne et en petite quantité ( on a pas servi notre enfant pourtant intégré dans la resa) - les demandes de draps ou d’accessoires ne sont pas systématiquement satisfaites, il faut insister

Cons: Mauvais fonctionnement de la clim dans la chambre. Le sur matelas n’était pas aux dimensions du matelas King size,, environ 10 cm en moins de chaque côté. Signalé mais pas remplacé. La piscine était formidable, mais elle partait en lambeaux. Des milliers de carreaux de carrelage s’en allaient. Elle est bonne à refaire.

Cons: The only disappointing part was the prices of drinks soft and alcohol as they don’t do all inclusive and £4.50 for a can of coke or any soft drink is ridiculously expensive for Morocco and they don’t give you any water or soft drinks with dinner either!! That explains why the restaurant was only 20% every night as cheaper to eat out and drink - management need to seriously look into this as they could make more money if they offered all inclusive or included soft drinks, wine and beer at dinner!

From the moment we walked through the door we were treated like royalty. Every member of staff were exceptionally polite and happy to help. The breakfast buffet was out of this world and caters for the highest of standards. Our room was spotless and extremely comfortable with everything in working order. The pool area was again immaculate with a lovely relaxed atmosphere We travelled with our 5 year old son who had such a great time, helped by the staff who made him feel very special.

Que ce soit au petit déjeuner, la carte du déjeuner au niveau de restaurant de la piscine ou bien au lounge le soir ...J'ai commandé des tagliatelles au saumon cuit et basilic, je reçois des pâtes à peine cuite avec je ne sais quelle sauce industrielle et sans pesto avec deux feuilles de roquettes et des lamelles de saumon fumé dégueulasse.... le petit déjeuner n'offre pas de choix healthy, ni végétarien, les œufs au plat sont mal faits , rien n'est bon, que des trucs super gras ou salés sans goût....lLes équipements sont vetustes, le téléphone de chambre ne marchait pas à notre arrivée et les cartes se désactivaient deux fois par jour. L'hygiène nest pas au rdv, il y a des toiles d'araignée partout et les toilettes du rez de chaussée sont immondes.. En plus on a fouillé et endommagé dans mon maquillage lors du passage de la femme de chambre.

Cons: Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with one of the staff members. During breakfast, a staff member named Ashraf treated me and my guest very rudely. He spoke to us in an inappropriate and disrespectful manner, claiming I was not allowed to have breakfast—despite my stay including it. He embarrassed me in front of my guest, and it was the first time I’ve ever been treated like this in a hotel. It seriously affected my overall impression of the hotel.

Some of the staff were very friendly and helpful, namely chef Hassan and the conciërge. They understand the importance and know how to be hospitable. Especially Hassan showed great pride and energy in his function, which was definitely contagious. A real gem to have in your business. Dining facilities are attractive and tasteful. As mentioned, enhanced by some very capable staff. Pool facilities are attractive and spacious, (seemingly) clean (enough) and there's no run to the beds in the morning, meaning everyone can find a comfortable spot to enjoy the pool.
Cons: First off, cleanliness is abysmal, especially this is a 5 star hotel. Dust is everywhere. The room was covered in it and after allocation of the room, had to be re-checked and "cleaned" by the staff. Trash is put and recovered from bins without bags, while the bin itself isn't cleaned either after emptying. Towels and bathing robes are constantly being provided with very apparent (yellow) stains. Excrement under the toilet seat. Cups, plates and cutlery still have food residue. The official Sofitel website, Google maps page and Booking.com mentions a private beach, which is completely false. There's only a public beach. They used to have it, but removed it and failed to communicate this to (potential) clients. I had to provide a proof of marriage if I wanted to check in, which none of the parties mentioned beforehand and was a hard demand from Sofitel. This is highly unusual and is downright ridiculous. Some staff at dining facilities have completely improper interaction with clients. For instance blocking them from fetching things that are missing from the table in order to be able to bring it themselves. This shows lack of hospitality and communication training. Same goes for bringing the check to the table in the middle of dining. This is highly unprofessional and again shows little understanding of hospitality. Lastly the hotel itself shows a complete lack of maintenance: -Rust stains in the floor near door hinges; -Overspray of (redone) paint and caulk; -Doors not fitting properly in their frames and sometimes (improperly) recut to be able to function normally; -Improperly fastened accessoires like towel racks (mine collapsed halfway during my stay and could have caused injury to me, my wife or my young child; -Cracked and chipped floor tiles throughout the building; -Hazardous electrical connections, my water boiler was defective and the plug was falling apart, causing sparks and flashes during removal.

Cons: Les points négatifs: - le lobby a éviter en famille à partir de 19h, car présence d'une clientèle extérieure particulière. - un management omniprésent, avec trop de managers visibles au petit-déjeuner et avec un balai incessant au bord de la piscine (nous avons séjourné dans beaucoup de d'établissements de cette catégorie, où l'encadrement était là mais pas forcément aussi visible).

Cons: Glede na ceno, ki jo plačaš za hotel, bi pričakoval, da bo vse v brezhibnem stanju, vendar temu ni tako. Osebje ob bazenu zelo nesramno, te ignorirajo (seveda, če si mlad par - do 25 let, čeprav sva zapravila 500€+ v 4 dneh ob bazenu, sva bila vedno ignorirana, da sva si morala sama po pijačo hodit). Bazen razpada, ploščice v bazenu odstopajo, bazen nima gretja, torej če boste imeli slabšo vreme tisti teden ko bivate pozabite na kopanje. Privatna plaža zelo lepo usmerjena proti morju, da lahko vidiš sončni zahod, vendar se vsi bari, stojnice, vse ponudbe zaprejo ob 18. uri, tako da pozabite na prijeten koktejl ob pogledu na sončni zahod.

First time in Agadir and first time in Morocco. Had an absolutely wonderful time at the Sofitel. All the staff were very polite and helpful. The pool area is beautiful, and the hotel has its own beach area looking out onto the promenade with a sea view. The nearest shops and other restaurants are a bit or a walk but you don’t really need to leave the hotel. Souk El Had was a 50MAD taxi ride away. There was lots of options at the breakfast buffet- I’m missing the fresh bread! Would definitely stay again for a relaxing holiday.

Terrible Experience – Definitely Not 5-Star Quality We arrived at the hotel expecting a smooth check-in at 3:00 PM, as clearly stated in the booking confirmation. However, the room wasn’t ready until 5:30 PM – over 2.5 hours of waiting with no proper explanation or apology. The staff were rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful, showing no urgency or concern for guest comfort. The hotel does not reflect 5-star standards in any way – in fact, it doesn’t even meet the expectations of a 3-star. The rooms were outdated, worn down, and frankly, dirty. Carpets stained, bathroom not properly cleaned, and a general lack of maintenance throughout. The pool area was just as disappointing – most of the sunbeds were broken or heavily worn, and there was an overall feeling of neglect. This place has clearly not been updated or properly managed in years. For the price and brand name, this was a huge letdown. Would not recommend and will not be returning. There are far better hotels in the same area that actually value their guests and maintain basic standards of hospitality.

Idem au bar, le superviseur français était d'un arrogance inouïe !! Quant au séjour, on avait omis de placer le plateau de bienvenue et ils avaient du le réclamer pour le recevoir, la literie était molle et pas confortable du tout, sachant que mon mari était passé au Sofitel une semaine avant et là la chambre et literie étaient agréables. Je suis vraiement trés décue du Sofitel et pour l'avoir réservé pour mon mari et mon fils!! le rapport qualité/prix est juste pas à la hauteur de la prestation et du personnel. Un travail de fond doit etre fait, on va finir par boycotter le tourisme local si ca continue comme ça!

This property was excellent and we loved our time here. The breakfast was brilliant and had a good range and staff were very helpful! The hotel smelt amazing and was very clean and the pool and spaces to relax are awesome. Only downside is the bathrooms do not have a douche and the showers were problematic where it would be hot water then suddenly change to cold and then back to boiling hot. Also this hotel is slightly away from the main strip with restaurants (walking distance approx 1 hr) however, you can easily take a cab there for approx £4 pounds. Overall we loved our stay here and it was excellent!

Cons: I may start with the room, the bedsheets were not clean, as we arrived around 11PM we prefer not to complain as our baby was already asleep; the room carpet was unclean and not vacuumed, there was hair all over the place; the bathroom was full time smelling and that requires engineering interference! The food - meaning the in room dining was terrible, we asked for pizza such was supper salty and spaghetti was overcooked and watery! While the breakfast in the restaurant was average, and the given the great season, it was expected to see some vérité or food, fruits and vegetables!

J'ai séjourné plusieurs fois dans cet hôtel, récemment rénové avec goût. Le personnel est toujours accueillant et présent en nombre, ce qui rend le service très agréable. Les chambres sont confortables, la restauration de qualité et la décoration de l’ensemble de l’établissement est soignée. Petit clin d'œil pour la conciergerie qui est très sympathique. Un vrai plaisir d’y revenir à chaque fois !
Cons: La piscine pour enfants, qui était autrefois chauffée, ne l’est malheureusement plus. Le service en restauration, bien que le personnel soit en nombre, reste un peu lent. Le buffet du soir a été remplacé par un dîner à la carte, faute de fréquentation suffisante, ce qui se comprend.

Toutes les equipes avec lesquelles j'ai eu à faire ont été parfaites: reception, les concierges, ( mention spéciale à Ibrahim!), les staffs des restaurants Zaytouna, La Voile Blanche et Soul, le staff de la piscine, bref, tout le monde a été serviable et pro. Excellent buffet de petit déjeuner! La chambre est spacieuse, propre et bien équipée. Excellent séjour! Merci! P.S. J'ai oublié un point très important: je suis arrivé à l'hotel à 8h30 du matin, et je sais très bien que les check-ins se font en principe à 14h-15h. J'ai cependant demandé s'il était possible que j'aie ma chambre plus tôt Le staff de la reception s'est démené et a finalement pu me fournir une chambre après seulement une demi-heure d'attente! Un grand merci pour eux!

Le cadre est magnifique, avec un accès direct à la plage, une très belle piscine et des espaces extérieurs très bien entretenus. L’intérieur de l’hôtel est splendide, décoré avec goût et d’une propreté irréprochable. Un grand merci à l’ensemble du personnel, toujours souriant, attentionné et professionnel. Beautiful hotel with very attentive staff. Amazing food in the buffet restaurant, both breakfast and dinner. Pools beautiful but not heated. In mid April, they were chilly and the water on the beach warmer (there is no private beach and the beach is fairly dirty, but nevertheless enjoyable). The kids enjoyed the kids club for a day, especially the video games! Even our 11 year old had fun. Overall, highly recommended!

J’ai aimé l’emplacement et la propreté, rien à redire de ce côté-là. En revanche, l’hôtel semble ne pas avoir subi de rénovations ou de mise à jour depuis un bon moment — cela se voit, il paraît vieux. De plus, le choix au niveau de la nourriture est assez limité. Pour un hôtel de la série Sofitel et au vu du prix que nous avons payé, nous nous attendions à beaucoup mieux. Le rapport qualité/prix est clairement décevant.

It's been slightly over a month since my husband and I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Sofitel Royal Bay in Agadir, Morocco. After much reflection, I can confirm that in all my years of travel to over 35 countries and staying in several hotels, the service at Sofitel Royal Bay is among my top three rated experiences. They do it so well that it should be a benchmark for hotels globally. The exceptional treatment and service cuts across all areas, from the reception, the restaurant, the spa, and even the cleaning and laundry staff. Every single day of our stay was just an elevation of the previous one. There was so much attention to detail at the restaurant with regards to our preferences and every need. I have to highlight our exceptional server named Ayoub in Zeytoun restaurant. He was just exceptional! He was fast, had keen attention to detail, and was always smiling.Big thanks to Mehdi, the front office manager, who made our comfort and relaxation a priority. The ladies who cleaned our room, Fatma and Sana, made us feel special with a special setup for our special celebration. Another highlight was the spa treatment, which was really nice. It was also great to engage with the spa manager Ghizlane to understand the vision the hotel has taken on wellness. Such a treat!!! We will definitely be back.

Soul restaurant at the Sofitel really is excellent. The quantities of food were a bit beyond us but the quality was outstanding. Hajar the maitre di was the most helpful member of staff we dealt with. Only person who really explained the options and choices, well done!

The property itself is nice and clean but the room walls are very thin and AC units work at its own mind. The concierge is rarely at his desk, the bellboys are very nice and helpful. The reception staff are unnecessarily moody and not very helpful. Pool catering staff are good but only 1 to manage everyone, so very delayed in getting served or anything. Whereas the reception would have 5-6 people to manage 2 thing. Check in process is very slow, we had to wait 45 minutes. I would recommend the property but they need to change their staff in reception and organization of where to allocate the staff. Otherwise not much near by but a nice place to sit and relax.

Great breakfast and evening meals, fabulous buffets - would definitely recommend the half board, as there aren't any restaurants within easy walking distance. Location was perfect, the garden/pool area opens directly onto a wide promenade by the long, beautiful beach, where you can walk along by the sea into town, a very pleasant 20-30 minute walk. The hotel staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly and it's generally maintained to a very high standard.
Cons: The ventilation system in the room didn't work at all. We didn't want heating or cooling we just wanted some ventilation. 3 requests for assistance didn't get it resolved during our stay. It meant that there was zero fresh air supply to the room while sleeping, so it became stuffy, windows steamed up etc. with the only option being to leave the windows open - noisy at night due to the constant roar of the ocean breakers. This led to somewhat uncomfortable nights. They also told us on checkin that we had ordered B&B (instead of half board), which was incorrect, which they eventually acknowledged. On departure they tried to charge us 375 Euro for an airport transfer we never had and hadn't ordered (we had arrived by coach from Marrakech), which they agreed to withdraw - check your carefully!

Fabulous evening with my husband ! We try a very nice meal with lots of Morocco’s specialities . The restaurant made a surprise for his birthday (big cake as a gift !) and the singer with the guitarist were amazing. The decoration is sophisticated with fresh flowers and candles. Many thanks for your kindness and the great meal we had ! It was a very special moment for us. Many thanks to Hajar and habederraim ( I hope I write it correctly;-)) You can go to the soul restaurant to live a great experience!

I had a wonderful stay and the staff were fantastic. The only disappointment was on check out I was promised that my bill would be sent to me. This did not happen. Cons: Da lentidão do serviço em todos os serviços de restauração, inaceitável num hotel de cinco estrelas. Mais de uma hora para servir dois hamburgueres. A comida no buffet demasiado marroquina para um hotel internacional. Infelizmente no quarto 1216 e circundantes, a partir das oito da manhã ouve-se um ruído bastante desagradável e permanente durante muitas horas, que parece uma rotativa de uma tipografia. Por outro lado todas as queixas repetidamente apresentadas, na recepção e para o serviço de quartos não foram atendidas. Nomeadamente quanto ao barulho atrás referido, avaria da cafeteira eléctrica, avaria da balança e a luz da zona da retrete. Parece de facto inacreditável que num hotel de 5 estrelas, não se dê atenção às queixas repetidas de clientes e não as tente sequer resolver. Se ficar neste hotel fique atento número do quarto 1216 e circundantes são de recusar. Pena estes defeitos num hotel tão prometedor, não penso voltar.

I booked a specific category of room and when I arrived late at night they had already checked in a big group so they didn’t have my room category but yet didn’t try to make anything to make it up to me. I booked a double room with a pool view and ended up with a room with no balcony over looking a construction site! I informed Expedia and they tried calling the hotel but no one answered them! I woke up in the morning and left but came back at 4pm to the hotel and I’m at my big surprise the room wasn’t done. I saw a housekeeper and asked why my room wasn’t done yet and she said sorry we have a big group coming we had to prioritize the arrivals. I again informed Expedia but no one answered them! The hotel is outdated everything is old, the tv’s are at least 15 years old and they didn’t even have an espresso machine in the room Definitely overpriced for the extremely poor experience that we had with no manager whatsoever who tried to apologize or try to make our stay better

Inconsistency of service in Restaurant at breakfast and a failure rate of 90% in getting the order correct. Concierge service that is poor and totally uncoordinated. There is no sharing of information between the members of the concierge service. Restaurant so cold, coats were needed at breakfast, unlikely to be a problem in warmer months. I am very surprised that a brand such as Sofitel would allow one of their 5 star brands be run so poorly. I would not recommend or return to this hotel.

Die Lage des Hotels ist etwa 50 Minuten Fussweg zum Zentrum. Es ist eine schöne Anlage.
Cons: Links und Rechts von der Hotelanlage wird gebaut. Auch am 01.01.2025 begannen die Bauarbeiten um 06.30 Uhr. Wenn man das Zimmer auf der Aussenseite hat, ist man frühmorgens gestört vom Lärm. Das Hotel entspricht nicht der 5 Sterne Kategorie: Sauberkeit beim Frühstücken - die Tische werden kaum gereinigt, man bekommt schmutzige Tischsets. Es gab keine Teller mehr sowie Wasser - man musste warten bis das Geschirr aufgefüllt wurde. Zudem ist der Service sehr langsam, man braucht Geduld bis man den Kaffee bekommt und muss sicherlich 3x nachfragen. Das Zimmer ist ok - aber entspricht nicht einem 5 Sterne Resort. Es hatte im Badezimmer Schimmel. Man muss beim Check-in sehr lange warten. Das Schönste an der Anlage ist der Hotelbereich innen sowie aussen.

Le séjour a été parfait. L'hôtel est magnifique : un vaste domaine sur la plage, avec beaucoup d'espaces différents et harmonieux, une architecture moderne/marocaine, et une jolie décoration. La restauration est très bien : très bon petit déjeuner, buffet du soir au Zaitoune divers et de belle qualité. Le restaurant gastronomique Soul est un must également, et le brunch du 1er janvier en plein air était exceptionnel. Mais plus que tout, sans doute, le personnel, d'une amabilité et d'une efficacité rares, a fait de ce séjour un ravissement ; citons Lahcen, au restaurant, et Hajaj, au Soul, qui sont aux petits soins et font régner, avec leurs équipes une ambiance chaleureuse et attentive. Mais en fait tout le staff est au top ; on sent des gens aimant leur métier et une direction qui a tout compris et parvient à tout contrôler dans la douceur et la fluidité? Bavo et merci à toutes et à tous.

The hotel is OK looking quite dated once you leave the lobby area. The lifts are small and old. The rooms are not soundproof or carpeted so you hear every bang and scape, why hotels don't put those cork bottoms on furniture amazes me. The beds are old and really soft. The breakfast is good as is the pool area but it is not heated.

Le service de conciergerie est très sérieux et vraiment serviable ( organisation d'excursions, livraison de médicaments, taxi) Tellement dommage qu'aucune piscine ne soit chauffée !
Cons: J'aurais apprécié que l'hôtel nous avertisse que le bassin chauffé était en réparation car en décembre les autres bassins étaient vraiment trop froids. Le spa n'a ni sauna, ni hammam, ni jacuzzi. Pas de piscine intérieure. Dommage pour un hôtel de ce standing ! En revanche les soins proposés étaient très bien.

Une mention spéciale pour Ayoub à la conciergerie qui nous a renseigné et extrêmement bien accompagné durant tout notre séjour. The public “shell” of the hotel, particularly the main lobby and the swimming pool area, are beautiful and make a real “wow” impact on photos and a very positive first impression. There were also some very good staff, particularly the concierge, Majid.
Cons: There were a lot of problems with the hotel. 1. We chose this hotel because there was a heated pool and we were travelling with friends; between us, we have four children. We received written confirmation that the pool would be heated. The pool was not heated. 2. We booked four rooms (two per family) and specifically requested (a) two sets of inter-connecting rooms; (b) all rooms close together. On arrival we found that the hotel does not even have inter-connecting rooms; our second room was down the corridor, not even next door; our friends were two floors away. 3. The website claims that rooms are soundproofed and air conditioned. When the phone rang in the room next door, we thought it was ours; when the room above ran their bath or shower, we thought we had a flood. As for the air conditioning, there was a unit in each room but they didn’t work and we couldn’t open our windows as we were on the ground floor. It was horribly uncomfortable. 4. The website claims that a feature of the rooms we booked was a fireplace. We liked this idea as it was Christmas. None of the four rooms had a fireplace. What they did have was a huge, active building site outside of our bedroom windows. Overall, the rooms are extremely tired - I assume they were part of the hotel before Sofitel took it over but they were very disappointing. 5. I have never seen so many service staff in any hotel I have ever visited (and I visit over 20 a year). I have also never received such slow service. From sitting down at a table, it would take a minimum of half an hour to receive an acknowledgment; then at least another half an hour to receive any drinks or food. Even check-in took 75 minutes, despite the fact we were the only guests in reception.

It was very unorganized, prices varied, not many options on accommodations of food options to dietary requirements. Serve in some locations and other options were just room service. Want to sell package for some items and timing not convenient or open late. Tour prices or taxi prices 20 folds then average. Prices for same items from hotel were 8x more expensive from market or other restaurants, no fresh pure fruit juice options but sweetened and water downed, no water dispenser. Serve coffee in some hotel restaurants like coffee. No milk in room for tea coffee, no tea coffee packets in room. App screening options on tv but was not available. Couldn’t arrange for boxing match to screen on any terrace tvs or worked in room. Too much arguments between staff/ and overall differences

Had a great, relaxing time. The interior courtyard is fantastic and the pool area was tranquil. We did stay towards the end of November and beleive it was quieter than the usual season, which certainly helped with the peacefulness. The concierge team were incredibly helpful, Ayoub provided some fantastic assitance and the front office team were also incredibly helpful and pleasant. I didn't quite catch her name but it may have been Soumia? We did find that there were very limited vegan options so had to eat away from the hotel for most meals

Checkin took ages. We were there at about 1pm and didnt get our rooms till after 4pm! The hotel itself was very good with lovely views of the sea and the breakfast was amazing! Check-out again took ages and our credit card deposit wasnt returned either, due to some fault in their system.

It is a fantastic hotel with great facilities and a great location. The staff were attentive and helpful. The breakfast buffet had everything you could want and was very high quality. The only negatives was that the air-conditioning in the hotel wasn't working properly, so sleeping was very hot, and breakfast wasn't included on the day we checked out. It was a shame to finish on a negative note but overall very happy with this hotel.

The staff at this hotel exceeded our expectations in every aspect. Everyone is so smiley and polite, and you feel that they are genuinely happy to help. The hotel itself is beautiful and felt like the perfect representation of Moroccan tradition. It is clear details matter! We want to say a big thankyou to safa who went the extra mile to make us comfortable during our stay. She handled all our requests with ease and efficiency. It was clear that she’s a natural problem-solver and truly dedicated to her role which makes a huge difference for guests. A big thankyou to majid who also had been extremely helpful! I wish I could remember the names of more staff.
Cons: I was charged after I left over £1000 in excess of what I already paid (£2400 for my stay). I thought about what this could’ve been down to and couldn’t think of anything! Room service only amounted to £50 and was paid at the door. I had to take this up with my bank, and the hotel offered no explanation. They took the extra money days after I left which was quite sneaky.

Coup de coeur pour le Riad à l’entrée, qui nous plonge directement dans l’ambiance. La chambre (deluxe vue océan) est spacieuse et la vue très agréable. Les petits cadeaux à l’arrivée ont été très appréciés. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est copieux, varié et surtout délicieux. Un grand plus dans le séjour. Un des meilleurs hôtels où j’ai pu séjourner ! J’y retournerai sans hésitation !! Merci aux personnels pour nous avoir fait passer un séjour inoubliable !
Cons: Le seul bémol, pour être pointilleux, est la piscine non chauffée qui est glaciale malgré la température extérieure (28e degré en novembre).

Edit 10/11: 1) they even failed to have the breakfast packed away as they promised. We confirm to the reception the hour it would be needed more than 24h in advance and still, they say at front desk that room service perhaps didn’t receive information. I seriously didn’t know what to answer to that. Should it be my responsibility to cross check that room service understood the request knowing that front desk says “Don’t worry Madame” and specifically confirms the day before that it will be ready. What a mess!! 2) their cleaning staff allows other customers to enter rooms without proof it’s theirs. LUCKILY i was watching TV in the bedroom when I got confronted with the a real life episode of this is not your bedroom. Cleaning lady opens suddenly the door and allows another person with big luggage to get in the room. To what I ask what’s happening and they both tell me it’s his bedroom. When told to front desk manager, he ensures this is unusual and they are very safe, full with cameras. Well, their cameras don’t operate inside bedrooms so I’m not sure how they ensure safety of your belongings with such modus operandi. ⭐ 2/5 - lower your normal expectations of 5star or save your money and get disappointed in another hotel. My husband and I recently spent a week at Sofitel Agadir Royal Bay, expecting the usual 5-star experience. While the staff is friendly and breakfast variety is great, several issues made our stay frustrating and far below luxury standards. Positives: • Friendly Staff: The team is welcoming and tries to help. However, their efforts are often undermined by poor management and systemic issues. • Breakfast Variety: Breakfast options are good, with fresh ingredients and an impressive spread. But oddly, shakshuka – a popular local dish – was missing, which we found available at nearby cafes. Negatives: • Inconsistent Service: Room service and poolside service were consistently unreliable.

However, the receptionist and her manger worked as quickly as they could when they realised my children were very young and that it was necessary. La ubicación es muy buena para ir caminando a todos lados y el Riad está muy limpio y muy acogedor, cuidan cada detalle, además el desayuno está muy rico. Pero sin duda lo mejor de todo es el personal, Yassin y Lahssen y todo el personal nos cuidaron como si estuviésemos en casa y nos ayudaron con todo. Mi novia se quedó sola un día y fueron de gran ayuda para explicarle la ciudad, incluso la acompañaron a por un taxi por la noche para que no fuese sola. Una experiencia 10, recomiendo mucho este sitio cuando vaya a Marrakech.

Cons: Manque général de signalétique dans l'hôtel, pas de plaquette d'accueil dans les chambres, plats du buffet non identifiés...Chambre pas très fonctionnelle bien que rénovée (placard à claire-voie, étagère à mi hauteur ne permettant pas de suspendre un vêtement long. Pas d'emplacement pour poser les valises, mini coffre en surchauffe placé au dessus du réfrigérateur. En extérieur, manque de végétation, il n'y a pas de fleurs. La piscine chauffée était en réfection (non signalé lors de la réservation), dommage car il n'y a pas eu beaucoup de soleil. La salle de restaurant mériterait d'être relookée. Ambiance générale à perfectionner, l'ensemble est assez terne.

We went in October as a family of three with a 2 year old staff we’re all so kind and friendly the whole week. Welcomed with Moroccan tea which was delicious. The weather was perfect not too hot but still warm enough to lie out. The sunbeds are so comfortable like big double beds and spaced out so it feels like a more chic resort. Towards the end of our week was half term and it became a little more challenging to get a bed as the hotel was busier but we still found somewhere to sit. Cool is cold but we didn’t mind that especially when it’s so warm. Fresh towels everyday. Mostly French people staying in the hotel it was a very calm and relaxing vibe. Drinks were the same price as a city in the UK as was food. Breakfast and dinner were included for us and both delicious lots of variety, very fresh and no upset tummies. We asked to be moved to a run with a balcony or patio as we booked without by mistake and with a toddler needed somewhere to sit in the evening, the staff got us moved which was really kind. Lovely little biscuits and coffee in your room and water everyday. We didn’t use room service I’m not sure this is even available. Beach was lovely a lot of local schools using it for sports which we liked it was nice watching local children enjoy some football. Local shops have some basic bits but I’d bring everything you need. Robes, slippers, soap all in the room. If you want a “fly and flop” and not too bothered about seeing actual Morocco this is a great option.

The hotel is very beautiful and the design and architecture are very elegant. We requested an early check in and it was not possible, which is always a bit frustrating, especially when you’re already traveling from 3am and not feeling so well. We wanted to change into more comfortable clothes and were offered to do so in the luggage storage room - which is defending not 5 Star, especially when there are cameras installed inside that room. That was a little off, but in general the service and personal was exceptionally professional, polite and attentive. The breakfast is amazing, the location too. Unfortunately there was construction work going on in the neighbouring hotel which made it a little uncomfortable to rest by the pool restaurant. The atmosphere at night is fantastic, including candles and live music.

We liked everything. The pool loungers were amazing and the staff looking after the pool were so helpful. The food was really good lots of choice and again the chef manning the counter was happy to walk through each dish and explain what they were. The room with the pool and sea view was lovely. We could not have asked for more. The bar staff were also really friendly. Overall I felt the Sofitel staff were a happy bunch with smiles on their faces and offered excellent service.
Cons: There was nothing we did not like! But some suggestions might be to label the food if you had a nut allergy for example (which we didn’t) it could be difficult.

Beautiful hotel, the bed was comfortable and the rooms keep noise out. Nice bathroom. ( rooms did vary, some rooms had been modernise, whereas others did not). Staff were very accommodating, our initial room had an ocean view but was next to the next hotel which is having construction done on it. We explained that we had a baby and it was impacting his sleep, they transferred us to a new room as soon as one became available. The new room was more morden. Staff were really friendly and went the extra mile to greet my baby and speak with him. Both breakfast and dinner were really nice. ( good quality, fresh food with plenty of options). At dinner drinks are not included ( soft drinks as well as water ) which was disappointing. Overall really enjoyed our stay, would come back again.

Cons: restaurant staff were inattentive and didn't show the hospitality service was severely lacking and the hotel as not even that busy check-in took an hour - reviews are right on this one. they keep stalling and stalling. they also were not organized and I had to ask for my passport a couple of times. no information was given on when or where breakfast was or a walkthrough of the facilities breakfast: put signs to show what omelette options are available. staff who are not comfortable speaking English tended to be rude and lots of staff were just walking around literally doing nothing and not attending to guests. I ordered fish for lunch, and the gills we're still in the fish, which is honestly just rank. the waiter proceeded to defend that as "fresh". on day two, waited about 30 minutes to get service and had to go call the boss. bathroom mat had mould / yeast on it overnight. toilets were outdated money was stolen. I try keeping my things locked because I don't trust hotel staff. i wasn't expecting morning cleaning during breakfast so I left my suitcase open and sure enough money had been stolen

The hotel is beautifully appointed, the lounge area is open and spacious with a sliding roof. The pool area is large and beautifully appointed with lots of space and plenty of chairs and the food was very good. The staff are very helpful and friendly without being overly intrusive.
Cons: I went away to relax and unplug and was very unimpressed that the hotel does not offer any sort of printed menu in any of its restaurants or bars. I really don't want to take my phone to dinner while on holiday but unless you do, you're not going to be able to see what's on offer. I asked for a printed menu at reception and they laughed in my face. I'm sure I'm not the only one in the world who prefers not to have their phone with them where possible while on holiday, particularly when I would say that the majority of the clientele were 40 plus. Next, the music. The pool and outside bar are beautiful but the hotel plays banging music out of massive speakers all day, so if you're looking for peace, quiet, the sound of the birds and the sea, no chance. The hotel is right at one end of the bay, the marina is at the other end, and it takes about an hour to walk there at a reasonable pace, not the 20 minutes that the hotel staff advise, which is fine, but if you want to eat or drink outside of the hotel, there is a reasonable walk or a taxi to get anywhere, nothing really close by. Finally, the hotel is air conditioned, but I don't think they had it turned on. The room thermostat was stuck at 23 degrees all the time, even when the aircon was set to five degrees it didn't get any cooler. I had to resort to opening the windows at night to cool the room down enough to sleep, but I don't expect to have to do this in a hotel of this standard.

Cons: - A l’été 2024, seulement une partie des chambres a été rénovée. Veillez lors de la réservation à être dans l’une des nouvelles chambres car les anciennes sont vraiment vétustes et peu agréables. Pour notre part, nous avons exigé un changement au bout d’une nuit. - L’hôtel jouxte un autre resort qui est en gros travaux (vu l’état d’avancement en septembre 2024, ça devrait durer encore de longs mois) donc on entend le marteau-piqueur à longueur de journée. Pas la faute de Sofitel mais franchement désagréable. - La piscine ouverte seulement de 9h à 18h, vraiment pas pratique. - Lors des repas, les boissons ne sont pas en libre-service. Bien que très gentils, les serveurs semblent assez mal organisés et il n’est pas rare d’attendre 15-20 minutes pour avoir son café ou sa bouteille d’eau. Un point à corriger d’urgence.

CONSTRUCTION: Construction outside of my bedroom, woke up from building noise.. when asked to change rooms they were not helpful and only eventually changed one of the rooms despite multiple room bookings all with the construction view and noisy sound! 2. SMELLY Foul smell across the hotel and worse in bedrooms. There’s no ventilation in bedrooms and bathrooms 3. NO BALCONY This one may not seem like a big deal but how do you dry your wet swimwear! Even the pool view rooms have no balcony’s so expect to climb over the sofas to be able to see the view you paid for! 4. EXTORTIONATE PRICES Daylight robbery, upon arrival they suggested we put a holding deposit down for “our convenience” so the on our stay all drinks / foods can be charged at the end of the stay. My holding was an extra £1000, food across Morocco is a fraction of the price with hotel charging food and drinks are quadruple the price! 5. ZERO HOSPITALITY Never have I received such appalling service, due to there dodgy showers that leak out into the bedroom my friend fell and possibly fractured her arm the hotel said they’d send a nurse and if doctors needed then send a doctor. Neither were seen, no one contacted hotel concierge expect you to chase them all day and wait around in the lobby to be served. Safa in particular is in the wrong line of work!

From the moment we got there the staff were incredibly welcoming and professional! They gave us a personal check-in the beautiful riad setting lounge. Mehdi and Soumaya were superb they offered us drinks whilst checking-in. I would also like to point out that the staff were very professional warm and delightful. The concierge staff were excellent and always ready for a helping hand. Ayoub was such really helpful, funny and good with the kids. The pool staff were also excellent and always warm and smiling around the pool. The food was great and always fresh. The room service was immaculate. Abderrahman was really helpful and always had a lovely smile when coming to the room. Last but not least all the housekeeping was always on point and cleaning the room daily with all the accessories replaced. All in all this hotel was a delightful stay, definitely a 5 star service. Lastly Rachid the the GM was also a very friendly and professional Manager, always willing to listen and help. Would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to going back in the future.

Великолепный отель для пляжного отдыха. Это настоящий курорт в городе, оазис комфорта, релакса и вкусовых наслаждений. Дорого, но это того стоит, поверьте! Отель расположен на самом краю огромного пляжа (5 км длиной) с прекрасным песком. Персонал очень услужливый и приветливый, полотенца меняют в номерах 2 раза в день, у бассейнов всегда в наличии полотенца для лежаков. Радует, что здесь не обычные шезлонги, а настоящие огромные диваны и кровати с массой подушек у бассейна и на пляже отеля. Особое внимание - качеству и разнообразию завтраков и ужинов - за 8 дней мы не смогли перепробовать всё, как ни старались. Описывать ассортимент смысла даже нет. Также интересен дизайн оформления коридоров, галерей и риада (огромного холла с раздвижной крышей) с фонтанчиками, глаза всегда находят что-то красивое и стильное. Рядом с выходом на пляж хорошая школа сёрфинга с грамотными инструкторами и недорогими ценами.
Cons: В обычных номерах пора бы заменить телевизоры - сейчас тут древние маленькие филипсы. И между номерами, где есть смежные двери, слышимость довольно существенная, тут конструктив не изменить, но возможно какую-то памятку гостям приготовить, чтобы не оставляли телевизор на большой громкости на всю ночь.

Le diner du soir : peu de choix mais qualitatif et faut payer la bouteille d'eau 5 EUROS à chaque fois! pas d'eau libre service alors que pour le petit déjeuné les mêmes bouteille sont en libre service! aucune logique le systeme. apres 6 jours a payer les bouteilles d'eau j'en ai eu marre et je prenais celles offertes dans la chambre pour déjeuner ou diner avec. Gros point NEGATIF: c'est tres cher les extra: le déjeuner du midi non compris et les prix pire qu'à Paris: J 'en avais chaque midi pour moi et mon fils : 54 EUROS ! pour 2 clubs poulets 1 bouteille d'eau et 1 salade de fruit: ABUSE des sandwitch basique a presque 20 euros! une salade de sardine a 19 euros bref un bracage: Le spa: pareil TROP cher mais bon service.

Das Hotel ist sehr alt und die Zimmer sehr schmutzig und verbraucht. Schimmel im Badezimmer, auch sehr schlecht gereinigt. Kabel von Lampen sind gebrochen. Bettwäsche war voller Haare, Kopfkissen hatte Blutflecken aufgrund dessen haben wie sofort das Hotel gewechselt. Preisleistung stimmt überhaupt nicht. Uns wurden dann zwei weitere Zimmer zur Besichtigung angeboten und alle waren gleich. Zimmer hatten nur kleine Fenster die man kaum öffnen konnte, Balkon nicht vorhanden. Es war eine Grosse Enttäuschung. Leider ist das Sofitel Agadir Royal Bay nicht zu empfehlen!

Cons: Je sais que cet établissement a fermé lors du covid est à réouvert il y a quelques mois mais il y a beaucoup de choses à revoir. La propreté des chambres il fallait se plaindre pour qu’on puisse nous ré nettoyer ! Je pense qu’il n’y a pas assez de personnel pour cela. A notre arrivée dans la chambre nous avons trouvé des Cheveux des bêtes mortes poussière plus plus … ( chambre de luxe vue sur océan avec balcon) Les serveurs était perdus pour certains nos commande lors du petit déjeuné ou même prendre un café le soir on pouvait attendre des 25 à 30 minutes avant qu’on nous serves ( attention il y a des coins stratégique où les serveurs son super réactifs )

1) Sofitel has a great location for getting around Agadir: Petite Taxis are plentiful outside and the town is only a 15 mins ride away, plus Agadir Airport is only 20 mins away. 2) You feel like royalty when you walk into this hotel, it has beautiful set up and gorgeous facilities! Very luxurious and my partner and I had a wonderful time relaxing whilst staying here. The WIFI coverage is good and the swimming pool is to die for! 3) A tasty and comprehensive breakfast, great for getting set up for the day.
Cons: My only recommendation for improvement is that all the menus are in either Arabic or French and as my partner and I speak neither of these languages, so we used Google Translate to make do which is fine, but not ideal. Sofitel should appreciate that not every guest who stays here is an Arabic or French speaker. Therefore, please provide bar and restaurant menus in English too, as this will be an essential improvement.

The hotel has a relaxing feel to it. The lobby and pool area are very spacious. The staff were very helpful. I was always greeted and attended wherever I go. Food was pretty good. Love that were was live music at the lobby and it creates a really nice atmosphere at the open-air lobby.
Cons: The room was little bit smaller than I expected but it was more than enough for one person. I couldn't connect the TV to Netflix or the internet. The hotel seems a bit dated even though it was renovated a few months ago. Expect to dine inside the hotel most of the time because there are not many options within walking distance.

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel en 2018 et avons été très satisfait. Nous voulions donc renouveler l’expérience cette année, mais l’expérience n’a pas été aussi positive : rénovation réalisée mais les chambres ne sont pas du tout moderne. En revanche, un 10/10 pour le personnel très accueillant et à l’écoute. Ainsi que le petit déjeuner qui est au top. Gros point négatif : pas de balcons dans de nombreuses chambres. Impossible de faire sécher le linge humide. En résumé, pas à la hauteur d’un hôtel 5 étoiles.

Naima who worked the main restaurant was always helpful and attentive. Brilliant cleaner for the gym, Rashida who ensured the gym was spotless all the time.
Cons: Main pool was unheated and therefore a shock, especially given that this is a Sofitel. Some repair work needed to the tiles in the pool too. One of the room cleaning staff was very rude, slow and unresponsive to asks for anything.

Man fühlt sich aufgrund des Charms des Hotels in der Zeit zurückversetzt. Das Personal ist größtenteils sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Poollandschaft ist sehr groß und toll. Es gibt viele Sitzgelegenheiten und überall Bedienung. Die Zimmer haben alles was man braucht und die Betten sind sehr comfortabel.
Cons: Der Empfang war fast immer besetzt und es hat meistens länger gedauert bis man bedient wurde. Nach dem Checkin haben wir z.B. 4 Stunden auf ein Babybett gewartet und am Ende habe ich beim Aufbau geholfen um es zu beschleunigen. Die Zimmer sind etwas klein und insgesamt zu laut (man hört viel Lärm von den umliegenden Zimmern). Schade ist auch, dass alle Liegestühle am Pool morgens von den Gästen sofort mit Handtuch reserviert werden. Wir haben aber trotzdem immer ein Plätzchen gefunden und insgesamt einen tollen Aufenthalt gehabt.

Le personnel de la piscine était adorable , le personnel du petit déjeuner aussi
Cons: Nous avons pris une chambre avec vue sur la pisicine , nous nous sommes retrouvé avec une vue sur un immense mur . Certes la chambre était spacieuse , mais très sombre . Nous étions obligé d’allumer la lumière en pleine journée . La chambre avait une odeur d’humidité . Nous avons contacter le manager pour changé de chambre il nous a promis de faire le nécessaire mais on ne la jamais revu plus aucune nouvelle . Pour la douche il faut prévoir une raclette car l’eau arrive presque au niveau de la porte de sortie de la salle de bain . Pas de miroir dans la Chambre . J’ai demander le remboursement mais il n’ont pas voulu . Ils mon proposé une chambre beaucoup plus cher et en plus indisponible .

We loved everything! People, food and stay was amazing. We would like to thank Younes, Mohammed, and the rest of the waiters, all of them were really friendly, funny, respectful and helpful. They made sure we had everything and we felt very comfortable to talk to them. They know lots of languages, very smart people. The food was delicious, the hotel has the best chefs, we really enjoyed the Vegetarian paella, Moroccan salad, fresh orange juices (the best in the entire world) The room was lovely, always clean and we felt always safe and welcomed. Medhi the manager was helpful too from the begging to the end of our stay. We were really sad to leave because we really enjoyed our holidays. We would like to thank Younes so much for being so amazing to us, extra helpful, and make our stay unforgettable! Thank you for preparing my birthday cake I will never forget how special my day was. See you soon! Well done to all the team! You are the best!
