Riad Nirvana is a very nice place to stay, and the location is excellent. Saeda and Naema are excellent hosts, very friendly. The place is warm and charming. Breakfast was good. The pool on the roof is cute and a great place for an after sunset evening dip. There is a seating area with a TV that has access to YouTube for a dose of comedy. The en suite bathroom was nicely renovated.

Cons: The room was very small, and beds were way too hard. I have lower back problems, and the beds caused pain. The riad needs an electrical upgrade. The air conditioner was out of service upon arrival, and technicians were called. They fixed the problem that evening, and the techs told me that the AC is fine, but the problem was electrical. The next day the AC was working fine, but when the people in the adjacent room turned on their AC, both units went out, perhaps due to circuit overload. Additionally, the wall switch that controls the ceiling fan sparks slightly when you turn the settings nob. I noticed this in the middle of the night when I turned it down. It was quite visible in the darkness. I didn't see this in the daytime.

The hospitality was great (thank you Saida/Aziz/Naima), the location was safe and fairly central. My room was clean and cool (with the AC).

Cons: Shared spaces and rooftop could be cleaner; didn't like pushed by host to give review.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The pool and rooftop dining is a major plus!! The staff and owners were very friendly.

Cons: We had to pay cash for our attractions booked, not a major problem but if we were given enough notice it wouldn’t have been such a negative.

The staff at this Riad can’t do enough to help you I’ve never stayed at a place with better hospitality in my life. Nainia, Jamila, Aziz, Kalima, Christelle and Vincent should be so proud of the service they deliver! I have a gluten allergy and never felt excluded at breakfast as they catered to me perfectly. The rooms are beautifully decorated we were even lucky enough to receive a free upgrade to a suit, the aircon is perfect, the roof top pool is a treat on a hot day and the beds are really comfortable. The location is quiet and we felt safe walking around to the souks and restaurants nearby. If I ever return to Marrakesh I will be booking here in a heartbeat :)

Cons: That I had to leave!

First of all I have to thank Vincent and Christelle for their exceptional hospitality. My luggage was delayed and they provided me with all necessary items. The next day we went together to the airport what was extremely helpful since I wouldn’t have made it on my own due to language barrier. Second the Riad was marvellous. It was directly inside the Kasbah, close to the Palaces but nevertheless very quiet. It was a place of ‚peace‘. The room was extraordinary and I got an update free of charge. The view from the great terrace was great and the nice pool perfect for a rest after exploring the city. Probably I could ad a lot more but the space here is limited. My warmest thank you to the host and staff taking so good care of me. I travelled a lot but this accommodation was one of the best I booked on booking.com I would recommend this Riad to everyone from the bottom of my heart. Michael

Just finished an unforgettable holiday to Marrakech and the stay at Riad Nirvana couldn't have been any better. From the first welcome through to the little details, all the staff including Karima, Jamila, Naima, Saida and Aziz were always happy to assist at any moment should you need anything. I'm glad to have chosen this riad and had the best experience with them. We even did a cooking class to make msemen with Karima and that was the highlight of my trip. Special thank you to her 😊 I also had the pleasure of meeting both the owners of the riad, Vincent and Christelle, who were just as welcoming and really made you feel at home without any awkward moments whatsoever. Had the chance to watch the World Cup right from their pool, which they had just built not too long ago, which was really special. They've got a lovely rooftop perfect for unwinding in the evening after coming back from the busy city! The location is perfect, ideally situated in the Kasbah district with everything within easy walking distance, yet tucked away enough to feel like a peaceful retreat from the bustling medina. The bedroom itself was lovely too, comfortable, well appointed, and the bed was excellent, giving you a great night's sleep after a day of exploring. Breakfast was amazing and generous too, filling you up for the day ahead! Every morning you're also nicely greeted by the resident birds Anna and Jean Pierre, which is a lovely little touch to start the day. Thanks again, had a great time and I'll definitely be back. Would recommend to anyone thinking of visiting Marrakech!

Breakfast every morning was wonderful and the dinner we had for two was special on our night of arrival. Staff treated us like family from the moment we got there. Anything we needed was no problem, laundry, drinks, requests. Arranged all our trips/excursions through the Riad and our private driver Mahmood was a lovely person. When we come back to Morocco to travel a little further outside Marakesh we will definitely be back :)

As a solo traveler, I loved the immersive experience of being right in the middle of everything. The staff from Salah to the chefs and cleaners were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and I felt very clean and safe throughout my stay. The breakfasts and dinners were hearty and delicious, and the Hammam massage they organized for me was a fantastic highlight.

Cons: The single room is a bit compact, though perfectly fine for a solo stay. It is also worth noting that the Medina is a very traditional, raw environment but it creates for a rich authentic experience

It is a beautiful Riad with lovely decor and friendly staff. The owner greeted us at our transport as the building is not accessible by car and guided us to the accomodations. They had offered us lunch upon arrival which was delicious. We used Google translate to communicate as our first language is English and the owners were French. This worked well enough. The beds were comfortable and they arranged transport for us to the airport the next morning as we had an early flight.

Cons: Our check out process was very disorganized. We knew we needed to pay still so I asked the night staff about it. It ended up being a 20 minute ordeal where we tried to Google translate everything while he was on the phone with the owner trying to get the bill. We thought we had enough Dirham but they had charged us 50 euros for lunch which was our most expensive meal of 2.5 weeks in Morocco. Since I hadn't asked about price, I was happy to pay for it but needed to use card which added another 10 minutes. We were getting nervous at this point about being late to the airport. Overall, a good stay, it just seems like they are working out some kinks of possible new ownership. I'd recommend accepting payment on the booking forums as this would streamline the whole process.

Beautiful riad, generous sized bedroom and bathroom with double sink basins and large walk-in shower. Exceptional breakfast in a lovely courtyard, superb level of service. The owners Christelle and Vincent go out of their way to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable. Located in the slightly quieter Kasbah area of central Marrakech (compared to the hectic medina/souks). It’s still only 5-10 minutes walk to the full on ‘hustle and bustle’ but it’s also a nice quiet retreat when you’re tired of all the crowds!

Cons: Nothing really, I wish I’d had more than 1 night stay!

Amazing team all round, super warm and friendly. Very well thought out touches throughout the Riad, would highly recommend it- if you’re ok with being away from the hustle & bustle, happy to experience a more communal environment and can appreciate the extra human touch. It’s a pity in my 3 nights there I was only able to spend ~12 hours in the Riad with most of that time in slumber. The hosts are also very helpful with recommendations and arrangements for you with good tips.

Cons: Booked about 5 hours prior to my arrival and got a confirmation of my booking but host weren’t aware of my arrival and therefore had a slightly rocky start to my stay. More a system error than anything to do with the hosts but unfortunately the main phone line also did not connect me to the supposed 24/7 concierge/ security so would advise others to book earlier to avoid issues. Riad arranged a car to the airport for €15 but it was a rather run down and dirty taxi and didn’t appreciate that. Otherwise an impeccable stay. Would caution that the hosts are French speaking so some things can get lost in translation but be assured that they go all out for the comfort of their guests, maybe except for the short ride to the airport.

The Riad is in a great location at the edge of the Medina. This makes it easy to get to and gives great access to all the central Marrakech sites. Moreover, the owners are amazing hosts and are there to answer any and all questions. You really do feel like you’re staying at a friend’s place because of how welcoming they are. They even walked me to my taxi at 3am to ensure I got a good rate when I had to leave for the airport! I could not recommend this stay more.

Cons: All was great.

We felt quite safe with doors locked at night and a night watchman.

I had a wonderful stay at Riad Nirvana for 3 nights and 4 days. The riad itself is absolutely beautiful—refreshing, peaceful, and incredibly relaxing. It strikes the perfect balance in location: just a short walk to the Medina so you can easily immerse yourself in the energy of Marrakech, while still being tucked away enough to maintain a peaceful, quiet atmosphere. What truly made the experience exceptional was the hospitality. The owners were incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive, and the entire staff went above and beyond to help with anything I needed. From arranging transport to offering thoughtful advice, they made everything seamless. At one point, I needed an extra suitcase last minute before my flight, and they even helped me find one. The food was another highlight. Dinner at the riad was absolutely delicious, and I really enjoyed the opportunity to connect with other guests over both dinner and breakfast—it added such a personal and communal touch to the stay. The rooftop is also a standout feature, offering a perfect place to unwind and take in beautiful views of the city. I truly can’t wait to return—this place is something special.

Riad Nirvana was a charming place located inside the historic kasbah but close to modern conveniences like restaurants, shuttle pick-ups and money exchange. Easy walk to most key sites. It has a great classic atmosphere that put us instantly in the mood to appreciate our Marrakesh adventure. The staff was outstanding! Friendly, flexible, willing to do everything possible to make our visit enjoyable. We loved everybody but would like to give a special shout out to the manager, Salah, who served as a concierge. He arranged taxi from the airport and met us at the drop-off. Also, made arangements for all four of our excursions and gave insider advice on dining, places to see . . . etc. He got the excursions at very favorable prices and we enjoyed them all.

Cons: The riad was beautifully elegant and real pleasure to spend time in but the rooms themselves were a little small and sort of dark. It didn't dampen our enthusiasm but might not please everyone.

We had an amazing stay! Our hosts, Christelle and Vincent were so kind and helpful throughout - and not just in terms of advice. Nothing was too much trouble - including Vincent driving us to La Mamounia to an Art Exhibition. And Mohammed, their right hand man, is an absolute star with great local knowledge. Riad Nirvana, a really beautiful building, is a haven of peace and calm in the crazy world of Marrakesh. Breakfast was excellent and the lunch they had prepared for us on our arrival was the best meal we had in Marrakesh. We will most definitely return.

Breakfast was a nice touch. Fresh and tasteful, done with care and hospitality. Place was safe and kept beautifully clean. Aziz who ran the place was respectful and friendly. I would definitely stay there if I’m back in Marrakech. Bed was clean and comfortable. Bathroom and shower were clean with hot water. Beautiful room, peaceful and calm ambiance with birds chirping. There were no tv or cable in rooms which made it a blessing as no media noice pollution in Riad.

Riad Nirvana is a little oasis of tranquility and welcome amidst the bustle of activity of Marrakech's old city. The staff is amazing, the beds are excellent, and the breakfast transcendent. I genuinely think the breakfast here was one of the best meals I had in Marrakech, and I got to keep having it every day.

Cons: There was a small issue with the plumbing, but the staff were extremely helpful once I shared the information with them. The beds in the single rooms are small, but you get good value for the money, so this isn't really even bad.

The owners were the sweetest people! We had to make changes to our reservation dates as our travel was affected by the weather conditions and they were extremely understanding of that and made necessary adjustments with the rooms. The breakfast at the riad was really good. The owners even helped me recover from my sore throat with home remedies. The Riad is at a very convenient spot of the city. It’s only a 12 min walk to the main square and very convenient for pickups if you book any day tours. Would highly recommend!

The room was clean, spacious and with a desk.

Cons: The hosts weren't friendly/welcome me (most was the wife) with cold faces from the pickup already, I needed to chase her with my luggage to follow her to the riad. My room at ground floor, more sounds is understandable. But the avoidable noises from the hosts' chatting, radio listening and putting stuffs mindlessly right in front of my room I would feel that it was inconsiderate. (Especially I acknowledged the host that I didn't need breakfast as I need to rest instead at the first place.) The cold attitude/unkind is the key issue I didn't like.

Enjoyed very much the yogurt with cereal. Juice was good, and fresh coffee. A good assortment of jams, and some cheese with some of the more 'wholemeal' type of bread, and the Moroccan style pancake, while eating with other guests was nice. The surroundings of the patio where we ate, and the decor was lovely. The room was comfortable, and had a strong shower with hot and cold water. The workers came in daily to clean and make the bed. The Riad was very central, and within walking distance to Place Jemma el Fna. My hosts, Jean -Pierre and Anna, were very informative regarding places to visit, and helping me to reach them if required. They are a very interesting couple with whom I enjoyed having conversations.

Cons: I found that the table top surfaces in my room had not been dusted. I did not wish to complain as otherwise everything else met my expectations. It took me only a few moments to clean the few surfaces myself, which was no great inconvenience. Jean - Pierre and Anna have reason to be proud of their Riad, it has been so beautifully decorated!

My Partner and I spend two fantastic nights in Riad Nirvana. From pre-arrival communication until seeing us off in a taxi on departure. Jean-Pierre organised the taxi from the airport which picked us up at arrivals. Jean-Pierre was waiting for us once the taxi stopped near the Medina. He walked us to the Riad ( I stayed in other Riads on visits to Marrakech and it notoriously difficult to find the Riads) We were welcomed by Anna at the door with a beautiful smile. Jean-Pierre checked us in and give us great insight in Marrakech. He booked us into a wonderful restaurant five minutes away from the Riad. On day of departure he organised us a taxi and took us back to the meeting point of the taxi and waited until we were in the taxi. Overall a fantastic stay with Anna and Jean-Pierre at Riad Nirvana. Definitely a place I would recommend to friends and family.

Staying at Riad Nirvana was one of the highlights of our trip to Marrakech. From the moment we arrived, it felt less like a hotel and more like being welcomed into someone’s beautiful, thoughtfully kept home. 😊 The breakfasts were a daily delight – freshly cut fruits, eggs made to order, and a flexibility in timing that’s rare to find. No rush, no pressure – just a peaceful start to the day, often accompanied by a warm chat with the friendly owners who genuinely enjoy connecting with their guests. The hospitality here is next-level. Room service was quietly exceptional: clothes were neatly folded, wet laundry dried without asking, and fresh flowers added a sweet personal touch to the room. Complimentary bottled water was always available, and the team went out of their way to make us feel cared for. When we lost our luggage from our connection flight, the owners not only offered support but actually helped track it down – a kindness I won’t forget. The location is ideal – central but peaceful, with a beautiful rooftop terrace that offers a quiet escape from the buzz of the souks. The overall environment is serene and elegant, with a lovely courtyard fountain and impeccable cleanliness throughout. In every way, Riad Nirvana feels like a home away from home – warm, welcoming, and truly unforgettable. we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting Marrakech. Thank you, Riad Nirvana!

We had a great stay at Riad Nirvana. Our room was on 1st floor and it was spacious and comfortable. Riad is conveniently located in a quiet area, close to some of the main places to visit in Marrakech. We were welcomed by Aziz who is a great host. He provided us with all the info we needed to go around and, on the last day, he prepared the breakfast for us 1hour earlier as we had to leave. The Riad manager Aziz is very friendly and helpful. He organized the taxi from the airport, picked us up from where the taxi dropped us off. He then helped us with re-charging our Orange SIM cards (which would have been very expensive at the airport). He also organized a taxi to take us to the railway station after checking out. Aziz also provided lot of information regarding all aspects of our stay in Marrakesh. Our room on the ground floor was well equipped and had everything we needed. The breakfast was good as well. The neighborhood is central and relatively quiet (except for the prayer calls from the nearby mosque). Riad Nirvana is an excellent choice for a first time visitor to Marrakesh that also want to try staying in a Riad instead of a normal hotel.

Cons: The groundfloor rooms are exposed to the normal Riad activity (reception, guests coming and going, breakfast). Had we known this, we would have chosen a room on the first floor. Also, our room would have needed a bit of maintenance as in some places the paint and render was coming off the wall.

We had a really lovely stay. The location is excellent, in a quiet area of the medina, but close to many of the city's highlights and some good restaurants. Our room was lovely, breakfast was great and the manager was very helpful and full of good advice. The roof terrace is spacious with several different seating areas. We would definitely return if we were in Marrakech again.

Cons: There were a few areas where a little attention to detail (of the facilities) would be of benefit. E.g. our shower head was heavily scaled (which I removed with my fingertips), a towel holder was loose, two of our pillows did not have pillowcases on, and several loungers on the roof had broken elements. But these were minor points and did not detract from an excellent stay overall

I can join the comments above, this is great place! I really enjoyed my time in this riad :) The owners JP and Anna were super kind, welcomed me warmly and helped with everything, I am glad to have met them :) The riad itself is beautiful, clean, during the day its courtyard is filled with birds singing. Located in the Medina, a little away from the noisy streets, but at the same time within walking distance from them. It is easy to find and it is close to the road on which transport goes. Breakfast is wonderful with fresh bread, lots of homemade jams and cheeses. Delicious strong coffee and fresh juice. I can definitely recommend this place in Marrakech!

Don’t hesitate to book this place! Cleanliness, well appointed, great hospitality, and delicious meals made this the best Riyadh we stayed at during our multi city trip. The property was renovated when the owners bought it and is tastefully decorated and clean. Unlike other places in Morocco we stayed at, there was daily housekeeping and the place was spotless. JP and Anna were warm and welcoming hosts which were the highlight of the stay. The breakfast was a blend of Moroccan and European dishes—the omelettes and crepes were scrumptious. If you get a chance, please eat dinner there by requesting it a day in advance. The dinners at the Riyadh were better than the meals we had in the area. The Riyadh was so peaceful to come back and relax after a busy day of exploring the souks and sights.

Cannot say enough good things about the hosts, JP and Anna. The kindest people, JP got up at 7am to come get us, and Anna got us Harissa on the house when I wasn't feeling well. <333 The Riad itself has a very natural vibe, with plants, and small song birds.

Cons: The washroom had some minor issues, ventilation wasn't there, so it eventually got a bit smelly, and the shower head was not properly fixed to the wall, the bar it was attached to was in need of repair.

The Riad Nirvana is beautifully decorated in keeping with the location and has lovely plants and singing canaries. The breakfast was excellent. There is a lot of choice and everything in made on site. The room was spacious and comfortable. We ordered a meal for our first night and the salad and chicken tagine was the best we had during our stay in Morocco. It was in a great location. Quiet but you could easily walk to the major sights. The owners are very welcoming and made us feel completely at home.

Cons: The wake up call from the mosque but a good reminder to use earplugs!

We had a lovely time in this Riad. It’s a very clean and beautifully furnished place in the old town, just a short walk from the Jema el Fna and the bazar Busses are also close that take you to other parts of Marrakesh. The owners and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful in all regards. The breakfast was delicious and waking up to the shirping birds was beautiful. To the other comment stating they are caged, we saw them flying around the house freely on a regular basis. Thank you again! :)

The hosts are warm and invested in their guests - go the extra mile. So many things well beyond what one would expect of a hospitality business. Jean-Pierre walked me to the local barber and translated for me. Finding out that we had to stay an extra night in town because of a change in flight schedule, he talker to the owner of another nice Elrond nearby to accommodate us for one night when there’s a two-night minimum. Both Jean-Pierre and Anna sat with us over a map and described various attractions around town, including places to eat. Anna treated us to tea and freshly-baked pastries repeatedly (a professional pastry chef visits regularly.) The riad itself is beautiful, fountain burbling in the courtyard and songbirds chirping throughout the day, surrounded by beautiful plants. The rooftop has several comfortable sitting areas, all offering views of the city and its minarets. Peaceful, serene and quiet, a true respite from the raucous nightlife of the old city just a short walk away. Very quiet neighborhood, one can walk about day and night without feeling any apprehension about safety. The shopkeepers in the street greet visitors entering and leaving the Riad, not a trace of pressure to buy anything as a good bit of the business in the rest of the city seems to convey. The beds are comfortable, the pillows soft - having come to the road from an international chain hotel costing thrice as much, we took note that we slept much better at this road. Water pressure in the shower was great, plenty of hot water. We took note of the large tanks visible from the rooftop terrace. The road is elegant and tasteful, almost stunning in its beauty. But it feels entirely comfortable, like a home. Jean-Pierre and Anna take full responsibility for the welfare of their guests arranging pickup and even help with the luggage all the way to the room. They arrange transfer to the airport or another part of town also, overseeing all aspects to ensure safety and comfort.

Cons: The fact that space limitations in this review did not allow me to explain more of why this is a truly special place - the owners and their staff are among the nicest people one could ever meet.

Our stay at Riad Nirvana was nothing short of amazing. The staff was super friendly and really cared for our wellbeing. They helped us out with booking taxis, buying groceries, showing us good restaurants and helping us book a day trip last minute. They even woke up in the middle of the night to make sure our taxi back to the airport was arriving on time. The courtyard and the rooms are charming and were always clean. The breakfast was great as well. The location of the Riad is great as well. There are some nice restaurants and shops right around the corner and you can easily walk through the Souks to reach Jemaa El-Fnaa in 20 minutes. A street (for taxi pickup) is also right around the corner.

Riad Nirvana was easily one of the highlights of our trip to Marrakesh. It’s in the heart of the Kasbah, just a five-minute walk from a palace and the Medina by the Kasbah Mosque, so it's perfect if you want to experience staying in that historic part of the city. What really stood out were the hosts, Jean-Pierre and Anna. They were genuinely lovely and seemed to take the time to understand what you wanted from your stay. They were attentive without being overbearing, and you really do feel like part of the family, which is surprising considering we were only there for seven days. This was our first time staying in a riad, and their warmth made the experience even better. The riad itself is beautiful. It’s designed in a way that works for all kinds of guests. When we stayed, there were couples, families, and just me and my sister, and it felt like everyone had their space. The courtyard is stunning, with tiles, plants, canaries, and a fountain – just a lovely spot to relax. The terrace upstairs has plenty of places to lounge too. Our room was great—really comfortable, with everything we needed, and more than we expected. But honestly, the breakfasts were my favourite part. There were different types of homemade pancakes, breads, jams, fruit, bread and hands down the best coffee I've ever had. It was such a good spread every morning. They’re well-connected with local travel agencies, so booking excursions was easy. And if you’re up for it, I highly recommend the onsite massage—it was incredible and on par with the hammam experience we had. They also helped with taxis to and from the riad, which made things really convenient. All in all, it was a fantastic experience. Definitely one of the best places I’ve stayed, and I can see why it’s so highly rated. I’d absolutely recommend it—it was one of the best parts of our time in Marrakesh.

He and Anna made sure I felt welcome and comfortable during my stay, and were so kind. The rooftop was very relaxing, with options to be in the sun or shade.

Cons: It is a bit of a walk to the most crowded part of the medina/shops, and google maps got me a little lost finding my way back at night- but sure that would have happened at any Riad stay in the area (I still felt safe and don't count this against them).

Our time at the Riad was nothing short of enchanting. From the moment we stepped through the ornate doors, we were enveloped in an oasis of tranquillity. From the moment of booking Aziz was incredibly helpful and accommodating of my requests. The riad is conveniently located near the Saadian Tombs and on arrival, Aziz was there to greet and take me to the riad. I requested a dinner on my first night and it was superb! I felt guilty because I couldn't finish it all but that doesn't show how good it was. He then spent time talking through the must-sees. On another occasion I asked for a later dinner but couldn't eat it as I was full from earlier in the day and they were incredibly gracious and I had it for lunch the following day instead. The breakfast is great although I feel like this could be offered earlier in the morning, however I'm sure they would've had I asked. The room was beautiful, clean and spacious - at times hot & cold but that's probably due to my own temperature fluctuations more than anything! It's a small riad with only 6 rooms but the service is impeccable. No complaints and a really lovely stay for my first time in Marrakech. And my first ever 'hotel' review!

Well located. Walking distance from the central square and far enough from the noise. Breakfast was very good, with real fresh orange juice. Filter coffee. But no other gluten free options than eggs. Lovely and helpful staff.

Cons: The owner forgot to tell the receptionist about our booking and they didn't have the room we paid available until the next day. So we spent one night in a small room, so small we struggle to walk around the opened suitcase. They charged us the same, and didn't offer any discount. The last day we departed 30 mins before the breakfast starts, and they haven't offered any takeaway breakfast as most hotels do.

The Riad Nirvana is a beautiful establishment, our room (the suite) was very nice and the rooftop was fantastic); a real Riad located at the heart of the kasbah in the medina of Marrakesh. It is like a family-managed hotel, with the manager (Aziz) is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast they serve (totally home made) is gorgeous).

Cons: A couple of improvements in our view would be (1) changing the modem so that the wi-fi is more stable; (2) refresh a few areas of the bathroom (especially the shower-head is rather old and the water coming out of it is kind of weak...)

A delightful small Riad that I will be returning to soon! The standard of decoration and facilities, such as bedding, is exceptionally high. The owners go out of their way to ensure you have a comfortable and pleasant stay; the riad is also their home and you soon feel like you are staying with friends. I am coeliac and they went to some inconvenience to source gluten free bakery products for my breakfast. Breakfast is excellent! I also liked the location just behind the Saadian Tombs and the Badi Palace in the Kasbah. It's a relatively quiet area and you can walk to the medina easily. It's just a couple of minutes from the road where taxis drop you and the staff are very helpful when meeting you and showing you how to get places. Highly recommended.

The manager of the Riad , Aziz, is very helpful and reliable. This is what makes the difference. The area is safe and it's near some very good and affordable restaurants.

Cons: The location was a bit out of the way. To the city center we always had to walk 15 min minimum. The rooms don't have very good ventilation. After a day out or a night in, the room smells a bit stuffy.

Breakfast, position, clean room, comfortable bed, big bathroom.

Cons: Guests should pay attention to be quiet during rest time as the rooms face the inner yard of the riad, of course, and any noise is someway echoed.

For many years of traveling around the world we never met a host like Aziz from Riad Nirvana. Proper carer, tourist guide, advisor and protector in one person. Place is exceptional, litle stylish oasis just around the corner from noize and chaos of the town centre close to everything. Over all exceptional place.

The owners are the jewel in the crown of the place. Utterly hospitble, with a great sense of humor and able to offer unique insight into Marrakech life. Breakfasts are sumptous and include high quality produce made by the owner, which foodies like my partner and myself really appreciated. Riad is located in a quite neighbourghood but close to key Medina highlights. I loved the cannaries singing and room outfit which shows of a hand with a taste for quality and aestethic. Very soothing experience after days out in buzzling and overpowering city.

The riad is small but nicely decorated. It is located in the southern edge of the medina, close to almost everything. The breakfast was great, especially the yogurt and pancakes. It was fun to watch the World Cup together with the host and hostess during our first night. They even gave us two flower-shaped crepe modes as presents. Anyway, fantastic experience over there!

What a stunning place to spend a few days in Marrakesh. Jean-Pierre and his wife have done a fantastic job in restoring this beautiful Riyadh and so much attention to detail is evident throughout. It’s really use both of luxurious and culturally rewarding experience in a really quiet part of the old Medina We really enjoyed spending time chatting to these fellow travellers from our golden age, who have shared similar experiences of world travel in the 70s and 80s!

Both Jean - Pierre & Anna were lovely hosts - they provided an authentic and inclusive environment. Everything about the place was perfect. From the luscious aroma which spreads throughout the Riad to the cosy rooftop with a relaxing vibe! I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to stay in Marrakesh.

Usually I review a hotel based on its cleanliness, location and Professionally of the staff But this is not a hotel it’s home now. No word can tell how much I was surprised by Jean Pierre and Anna. They adapt to all your needs as they will do whatever it takes to make you happy. The rooms were clean, food was delicious so you need to try it out as I did and regret it! The location is nearby all the attractions as you can literally walking from there to nearly every where. Those two amazing Hosts took the customer satisfaction to a new level that I have never seen before powered by the owner -Jean Pierre- who has huge experience in leading big hotel chains and -Anna- who has passion I have never seen before to take care of that Riad! Love you both and I wish all the happiness hoping to see you both soon in Egypt.
