Ontbijt was ruim voldoende. Personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Vanuit het hotel zijn alle bezienswaardigheden van Nice makkelijk te voet of met openbaar vervoer te bereiken.

Cons: Op dit ogenblik zijn nachtelijke werken aan de gang op de bovenste verdieping van een tegenoverliggend gebouw, wat toch wel voor lawaaioverlast zorgt. Bij voorkeur het bovenste verdiep (5de) vermijden.

Everything about the hotel was exceptional, the staff were amazing, I had constant correspondence from the team especially Enora and Pauline, I’m surprised it is a 3 star hotel as I’ve stayed in higher stars with less than personal experience and experience, I would definitely recommend this hotel, 🙏😘

Cons: The location is exceptional however I am a light sleeper, I’d booked a suite which was lovely but it’s on the front of the hotel and was quite noisy from the bar directly in front of the hotel to the tram which stopped at 1.30 and started again early morning, I’d say this was the downside for me

Cons: I have received the confirmation in Booking that I have the reservation. I was on a ling day trip during which mobile did not had service under tunnels and anyway I do not think to check Booking again, since I have no reason for it. Arrived late at the hotel only for them to tell me because they contacted me, I did not answered my message and they cancelled. I had to book myself another hotel and walk caring my luggage another 15 min to another hotel in the same chain. I said they should have offered to pay for my taxi at least, they pretended it did not understood. This is unacceptable, all my bookings are paid directly from the application and never had issued before. What if it was full season and I could have not find a room?! This can’t remain like this!

What an excellent hotel. I am extremely happy with my stay at this hotel. Firstly I arrived early but the wonderful receptionist I think her name is Lyna was so courteous and polite and told me to take a seat and she will see if I can go in early.15 minutes later I was in my room. My I say my room was lovely.with a kettle and fridge an added bonus. The cleaners do a fantastic job the place is spotless and the lady in.the breakfast room so pleasant and full of smiles. I had an early morning flight and the gentleman on reception even walked me to my taxi.The staff here do a wonderful job and credit should be given to them for their hard work and ethic,please, please thank them for making my stay in Nice so wonderful.

Nous avons eu des petits cadeaux de bienvenue. Mon fils était très content, il a adoré le ballon ainsi que le petit set pour colorier. Nous avons également eu des macarons, ils étaient très bons. A huge thank you to Eroka, Patricia, Lyna, Ana, Aline and Yassoko for their warmth, professionalism, and kindness throughout our stay. Every question we had was answered with care, and the guidance at the reception was always helpful, patient, and genuinely friendly. When we arrived, the staff welcomed us very politely with good manners and answered all our questions. Later they surprised us with a small bottle of Prosecco as a welcome drink, which made us feel even more welcomed. During our stay all the staff members did their best and tried to help is with every question and problem we might have had. This positive attitude is exceptional and unusual ín France, so it came by surprise to experience this kindness. Breakfast is so substantial thst you feel full almost all day long. My favourites were the herbal tea collection, freshly squeezed orange juice and the egg boiler equipment.

The location was good, we were in one of the attic rooms, the room was beautiful, comfortable bed, very clean. Bathroom was amazing. Staff were so friendly and helpful. During the day you could go into the lounge and use the coffee machine. It was nice coffee. Breakfast was good, loved the fresh orange juice.

I am writing to formally lodge a serious complaint regarding my recent stay at your property and to demand appropriate compensation. Although I acknowledge the professionalism and courtesy of the staff at the lobby and during breakfast service, this does not offset the unacceptable conditions under which I was accommodated. I was assigned a room on a floor where construction work was actively ongoing. The entire floor was permeated with a strong chemical silicone odor, rendering the environment uncomfortable and unfit for guest occupancy. Placing a paying guest in such conditions constitutes a clear failure to meet basic hospitality standards and demonstrates gross mismanagement. This situation caused significant discomfort and disappointment and represents a breach of the reasonable expectations associated with paid accommodation. Under these circumstances, the service provided cannot be considered acceptable. Accordingly, I formally request either a full refund or a credit for the two nights affected. I trust that you will review this matter seriously and look forward to your response. thank you

Je suis membre et j’ai fait une réservation via booking. Je voulais comprendre le fonctionnement de mon compte en réservant via booking, elle a su répondre à toute mes interrogations: taxe de sejour pour les domiciliés à Nice, cumulatif des points et autres bénéfices liés au compte, etc.... J’adore le personnel qui sait vous renseigner en détail, qui va dans le détail et elle a été exceptionnelle.

Cons: Das ganze Haus ist doch etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Vielleicht sollten die Türen mal ersetzt werden, das Licht vom Korridor ist zwischen Türrahmen und Tür gut zu sehen - also nicht sehr schalldicht.

Hôtel charmant très bien décoré. Petit déjeuner buffet avec produits frais, délicieux. Personnel très accueillant. Nous avions une très grande chambre pour trois avec notre enfant, appréciable! Hôtel très bien situé au centre de Nice, à 15mn à pied du front de mer et dans un quartier avec beaucoup de magasins et de restaurants.

Cons: Depuis notre chambre au 2ème étage malgré les volets et fenêtres fermés, nous entendions le tramway. Par ailleurs, peu de commodités pour accrocher les serviettes dans la salle de bains.

Our room was freshly renovated and it looked great. Tgey welcomed us with macaroons on the bed and my 12 year old got a skin care mask for kids. The breakfast is just perfect, everything is fresh and delicious. Location is right next to Monoprix an Etoile shoping mall. It is a city center, one part of the hotel is looking at the Av. Jean Medecin so you will hear the trains and people and Church bell but it's not a bad thing, it is realy nice to be a part of that. We had a good sleep because beds are so comfy.

Ce n'est pas normal d'utiliser les plateformes Booking , etc ...avec des promesses non tenues. La réservation stipule qu'aucune carte de crédit n'est nécessaire au moment de la réservation (qu'une fois sur place). Ce qui s'avère être faux. La réservation sautera, sans même que vous soyez prévenu si l'hôtel se remplit. Une réservation doit rester une réservation=une chambre retenue! Et non 'un groupe' potentiel de clients de dernière minute au cas où l'hôtel n'afficherait pas complet. Bref sur un siège éjectable

Cons: Ce cas de figure de réservation avec une réceptionniste qui vous dira, sans vous garantir de chambre qu'à titre 'exceptionnel'' vous êtes sur la liste d'attente!! Incroyable.

Cons: Στο πρωινό οι χειροκίνητες μηχανές για φρέσκο χυμό πορτοκαλιού δεν λειτουργούσαν τόσο καλά και ήταν πρόβλημα να περιμένεις στην σειρά για να κάνεις τον χυμό.Θα ήταν πολύ καλύτερα εάν υπήρχε μηχανή αυτόματη για φρέσκο χυμό πορτοκαλιού.Επισης το ασανσέρ ήταν μικρό και κατειλημμένο τις πιο πολλές φορές.Αλλα αυτά τα μικροπροβλήματα επισκιάζονται από τά θετικά στοιχεία της διαμονής που είναι σαφώς περισσότερα.

E il parcheggio che loro ti consigliano e in un centro commerciale vicino ma a un prezzo non indifferente se stai più gg. В готелі є ліфт, в номері кавовий апарат для капсул і чайник. Дуже привітний персонал на рецепції. Поряд великий продуктовий магазин. Лаунж зона на рецепції з безкоштовною кавою протягом дня.

Cons: Готель розташований між двома вулицями, ми жили на стороні протилежній від входу на четвертому поверсі. Вигляд з вікна на будівлю, що навпроти. З самого ранку до будинку навпроти підїжджають автомобілі на розвантаження і дуже шумно. Вікна зовсім не забезпечують звукоізоляцію, чутно навіть рух трамваю на вулиці неподалік. Сніданок також не є сильною стороною готелю, незважаючи на наявний вибір, особливого задоволення він не приносив.

Some people have no consideration and squeeze a whole jar of orange juice, which makes others wait a long time behind in line.

Beliggenheten var veldig bra. Kort avstand til sjøen, gamlebyen, togstasjonen og tramway som tar deg til flyplassen. Alle de som jobber der hjalp oss masse med alle spørsmål. Vi kunne sette fra oss bagasjen ved tidlig ankomst og sen flyavgang. Frokostbuffeten ble gjort ekstra stor på julaften og 1. juledag. Hovedgate med alle mulige shoppingsenter rett utenfor hotellet og restauranter i nærheten. En flott juleopplevelse, Nyoppusset bad. Deilig med liten balkong og mulighet for å åpne balkongdøren.

Cons: Det eneste jeg vil trekke ned på er at det er tepper gulvene på hotellrommene. Vi har alltid med oss tøfler/ slippers så det går fint.

Vi har efterhånden boet på Best Western Hotel Lakmi adskillige gange. Personalet er venligt og hjælpsomt og beliggenheden er god. Man kan nå Vieille Nice og Promenade Anglais til fods, men med aldreren er vi blevet glade for sporvognens stoppested lige ved hotellet. Vi ankom sent om aftenen. Ingen restauranter var åbne, men den venlige mand i receptionen bragte på eget initiativ en kold anretning op på værelset. Det er den slags der gør, at vi vender tilbage.

On a passé quelques jours à Nice pour découvrir la Côte d'Azur et le séjour s'est très bien passé dans cet hôtel idéalement situé pour les visites et les transports. L'hôtel est très propre, le petit déjeuner assez varié, on peut faire un jus d'orange pressé et les crêpes sont délicieuses. Le jour de mon anniversaire le personnel m'a fait une surprise en apportant un gâteau au petit déjeuner et m'a laissé une bouteille de vin pétillant dans la chambre le soir. Un geste qui m'a énormément touché. Je remercie de tout mon cœur le personnel de cet hôtel pour la gentillesse et le très bon accueil.

My husband and I had a delightful stay at the Hotel Lakmi. The location is perfect. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was quite comfortable. Breakfast was terrific! Plenty of choices! We stayed in a newly renovated room on the fifth floor. The size, design, and lighting of the room were wonderful, and if we went back, we would definitely stay there again. Breakfast is very important to me, and it was truly excellent — the kind of breakfast that keeps you full until the evening. The staff were also very polite, and we would like to thank them all again.

Cons: The air conditioner in our room was so noisy that we had to turn it off at night. Slippers were usually provided in rooms at hotels of this standard, but unfortunately they were not available at this hotel. Even though the breakfast was great, I really couldn't understand why there were no olives. We had breakfast three mornings and there were no olives.

Great location. Minutes to food places, shopping malls, tram, Nice-ville station, scenic locations. Great breakfast selection with freshly squeezed orange juice. Kind, polite, welcoming atmosphere, and attentive staff. Clean and tidy rooms with a big enough Washroom. 10/10 would book again.

Cons: Need better soundproofing. Walls are pretty thin. Can hear noise of talking and vehicles outside all night. WiFi has dead zones in some parts of the room. Lose connection randomly.

Cons: La chambre est un peu petite. La porte de la salle d'eau cogne contre les toilettes. Il y a par moment une légère odeur d'humidité. Le prix de la place de parking : 25 € pour la nuit sur une place extérieure, c'est vraiment abuser.

I will start with the good: Great location, directly beside the Monoprix. Now the baaaad: Very small, very dated rooms. Balcony’s are a joke with their nasty faux grass on the floor. Drapes and carpet has so much dust come off them when you walk or pull the drapes. Bed is very lumpy and the springs gauge into you, very uncomfortable. The bathroom in the deluxe room is smaller than a coat closet. Can’t keep your room balcony door open because of all the cigarette smoke that comes in. One elevator only and it is slow and fits two people. The lobby has a water pitcher with fruit that sits there all day with no ice in it, nor refilled. Very cloudy. The coffee machine was down for three days. The manager was in the lobby by the coffee maker on personal phone calls and you feel uncomfortable sitting there with her frowned face and “don’t approach” attitude. The breakfast staff work harder than any of the others and serve with a smile and polite. The front desk girls are polite and say hi and bye to you, but watching them sit there looking at that water jar all day without attempting to clean it up or keep it filled really turned me off. BW need to clean this place up and refurbish. It’s just a dump. You have been warned.

Menší hotel v centru s parkováním před hotelem, pouze 6 míst kdo dřív přijde parkuje 🙂. Místa nejsou příliš velká. Personal v hotelu velmi milý a ochotný. U recepce káva a čaj k dispozici 24/7. Pokoje hezké a čisté. Snídaně zahrnuje vše například míchaná vajíčka, slanina, párky, ovoce i zelenina, dobrá zrnková káva. Malý výběr čajů a už déle nakrájené pečivo takže trochu oschlé. Jinak výkon cena dobrý.

Cons: Snídaně poměrně dobrá. Maji vše, ale něco ne úplně čerstvé, především pečivo.

I had to book an unplanned one-night stay due to a sudden train cancellation, and since Best Western was not one of the major hotel chains where I normally hold high-tier status, it wasn’t initially on my radar. However, I happened to walk by the hotel and decided to book a night — and it turned out to be by far the best stay I’ve had in Nice, even compared to several global hotel chains. The location is excellent, but what truly stood out was the professionalism, hospitality, and warm-hearted service of every staff member. I had just come from a stay at a major international hotel chain where — despite holding their top-tier elite status — I had an extremely disappointing and upsetting experience that nearly ruined my trip to Nice. Fortunately, this final night at Best Western completely changed my mood. As mentioned earlier, the staff — especially Natasha, Elina, and Alexis at the reception — impressed me deeply with their professionalism, kindness, willingness to help, and sincere warmth. The hotel’s location, the size and condition of the room (a newly renovated top-floor double classic room), the breakfast, and the complimentary drinks and relaxing space at the business center and salon all exceeded my expectations. For me, this stay was significantly better than what I experienced at larger global chains. I was so pleased that I immediately requested a status match and plan to stay here regularly in the future.

For being first time in Nice, location is 10/10. It is close to the train, tram station, promenade, centre. Also, rooms are very clean, equipped with all accessoriae you need. Stuff are very polite and kind, at guests' disposal. The hotel has all our recommendations!

Cons: The shower pressure is very weak, so that's the only complaint.

L'hôtel est en plein cœur de Nice, avec une belle vue sur l'avenue principale et la basilique. Le personnel est très gentil et très très à l'écoute. D'ailleurs je leur adresse mes remerciements les plus sincères. Ils répondent à vos demandes dans la minute. Les lits sont très confortables, les salles de bains au top, rien à dire côté propreté. La vue sur la basilique, sur le balcon, avec un bon café, au milieu de la nuit, lorsque Nice se calme, est juste une merveille. À 15 minutes à pieds de la promenade des anglais et du vieux Nice. Merci pour ces deux nuits, je reviendrai sans hésiter si je repasse par Nice.

Cons: J'ai mis un 9/10 car c'est tout à fait mérité, vraiment. Seulement 3 choses seulement, et j'imagine que c'est un peu compliqué vu la taille de l'hôtel. D'abord, l'ascenseur, un seul, petit, pour tout l'hôtel. Le temps d'attente pour qu'il arrive (au 4eme) est assez long. Ensuite, l'organisation du petit déjeuner. Les deux salles sont très petites pour le nombre de locataires, et il faut basculer entre les deux salles, et faire le labyrinthe entre les tables pour se servir, au milieu de ce beau monde. D'ailleurs, un beau monde qui manque de manières quant à certains comportements vis-à-vis de la nourriture. Enfin, nous sommes en 2025, une télé intelligente serait vraiment très apprécié vu le standing de l'hôtel. Sinon, c'est un hôtel qui mérite pleinement le 9/10.

Excellent breakfast and a good location; everything is in walking distance. Friendly staff.

Cons: It is quite pricey and we even got an upgrade. Lot's of noise from the street from 5 am on, when deliveries come/ garbage is taken. The rooms need a renovation: lots of stains on the carpet.
