Cons: Could have had more choice on TV, satellite channels etc. and a coffee machine in the room would have been good. It was a bit expensive compared to similar hotels in the area. I had very noisy neighbours for one night that I could hear very clearly in my room.

The location was absolutely perfect. The staff was very helpful and polite. They offered me a small bottle of wine for a welcome. It was a very gentle gesture.The breakfast was home made with pure ingredients and fresh orange juice.

The location of the property was perfect. It is a 10 minute walk from the train station and in a safe area. I will stay here again for sure!!! Upon arrival there was a personal note and macrons waiting for me in my room. It was such a nice touch and my room was so charming. Every one of the hotel staff was so kind and helpful. Merkezi konumuyla her yere yürüyerek ulaşabileceğiniz harika bir otel. Gar ve sahile oldukça yakın olması büyük bir avantaj. Biz suit odada konakladık; oda oldukça ferah, havadar ve tertemizdi. Personel son derece güler yüzlü ve her konuda yardımcı olmaya çok istekliydi. Kahvaltısı da oldukça zengin ve lezzetliydi. Genel olarak konaklamamızdan çok memnun kaldık. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Tekrar bu şehre gelirsem hiç düşünmeden yine burada kalırım.
Cons: Caddeye bakan odadaydık. Camınızı açık tutarsanız biraz gürültülü. Bunun dışında bir sorun yok :)

Cons: The hotel feels badly aged and quite depressing, with paint layered over old wallpaper and mismatched colours that make it feel stuck in the 1980s. The “deluxe” rooms were underwhelming: three rooms for six guests each had a third bed squeezed in, and the welcome amenities consisted of one bag of crisps and a Fuze Tea shared between the three rooms. Some corridors on the second floor had an unpleasant sewage-like smell. Strangely there were perfume samples in one room but not in the others. Breakfast quality and hygiene were questionable: the scrambled eggs were grey-green (they replaced them when I mentioned it), the pain au chocolat clearly seemed from the day before, waffles came from a machine, and croissants appeared reheated with cheese stuffed inside. Staff wore gloves but still touched everything — food, surfaces and their faces — which defeats the purpose. Do not be fooled by the pictures online; I personally would not stay again

C'est la deuxième fois que je viens dans cet hotel. Bonne situation dans une rue avec beaucoup de magasins et restaurants ouverts tards et le dimanche et il y a également le tram (sans que l'on soit dérangé par le bruit, cet hotel est rès bien insonorisé) Les chambres sont toujours très propres, les oreillers sont parfaits, le buffet du petit déjeuner est magnifique ! Mais surtout, à chaque fois, l'ensemble du personnel est d'une très grande gentillesse et prévenance.
Cons: Tout était très bien et j'ai même bénéficié d'une des 6 places de parking, je ne peux donc me plaindre du petit nombre disponible. Et Pour Nice un parking privé est déjà rare.

Un grand merci surtout au monsieur qui travaille le soir à la réception, qui accueille les clients avec un sourire sincère et une grande gentillesse. I was on a ling day trip during which mobile did not had service under tunnels and anyway I do not think to check Booking again, since I have no reason for it. Arrived late at the hotel only for them to tell me because they contacted me, I did not answered my message and they cancelled. I had to book myself another hotel and walk caring my luggage another 15 min to another hotel in the same chain. I said they should have offered to pay for my taxi at least, they pretended it did not understood. This is unacceptable, all my bookings are paid directly from the application and never had issued before. What if it was full season and I could have not find a room?! This can’t remain like this!

What an excellent hotel. I am extremely happy with my stay at this hotel. Firstly I arrived early but the wonderful receptionist I think her name is Lyna was so courteous and polite and told me to take a seat and she will see if I can go in early.15 minutes later I was in my room. My I say my room was lovely.with a kettle and fridge an added bonus. The cleaners do a fantastic job the place is spotless and the lady in.the breakfast room so pleasant and full of smiles. I had an early morning flight and the gentleman on reception even walked me to my taxi.The staff here do a wonderful job and credit should be given to them for their hard work and ethic,please, please thank them for making my stay in Nice so wonderful.

When we arrived, the staff welcomed us very politely with good manners and answered all our questions. Later they surprised us with a small bottle of Prosecco as a welcome drink, which made us feel even more welcomed. During our stay all the staff members did their best and tried to help is with every question and problem we might have had. This positive attitude is exceptional and unusual ín France, so it came by surprise to experience this kindness. Breakfast is so substantial thst you feel full almost all day long. My favourites were the herbal tea collection, freshly squeezed orange juice and the egg boiler equipment.

Although I acknowledge the professionalism and courtesy of the staff at the lobby and during breakfast service, this does not offset the unacceptable conditions under which I was accommodated. I was assigned a room on a floor where construction work was actively ongoing. The entire floor was permeated with a strong chemical silicone odor, rendering the environment uncomfortable and unfit for guest occupancy. This situation caused significant discomfort and disappointment and represents a breach of the reasonable expectations associated with paid accommodation. Our room was freshly renovated and it looked great. Tgey welcomed us with macaroons on the bed and my 12 year old got a skin care mask for kids. The breakfast is just perfect, everything is fresh and delicious. Location is right next to Monoprix an Etoile shoping mall. It is a city center, one part of the hotel is looking at the Av. Jean Medecin so you will hear the trains and people and Church bell but it's not a bad thing, it is realy nice to be a part of that. We had a good sleep because beds are so comfy.

Ce n'est pas normal d'utiliser les plateformes Booking , etc ...avec des promesses non tenues. La réservation stipule qu'aucune carte de crédit n'est nécessaire au moment de la réservation (qu'une fois sur place). Ce qui s'avère être faux. La réservation sautera, sans même que vous soyez prévenu si l'hôtel se remplit. Une réservation doit rester une réservation=une chambre retenue! Et non 'un groupe' potentiel de clients de dernière minute au cas où l'hôtel n'afficherait pas complet. Bref sur un siège éjectable

Sono state molto gentili anche nel fornirci informazioni aggiuntive, come ad esempio un suggerimento per cenare e le istruzioni per il vicinissimo parcheggio. La colazione è molto varia e abbondante per ogni gusto. In camera abbiamo apprezzato la presenza del bollitore e la possibilità di scegliere il cuscino per dormire!

В готелі є ліфт, в номері кавовий апарат для капсул і чайник. Дуже привітний персонал на рецепції. Поряд великий продуктовий магазин. Лаунж зона на рецепції з безкоштовною кавою протягом дня.
Cons: Готель розташований між двома вулицями, ми жили на стороні протилежній від входу на четвертому поверсі. Вигляд з вікна на будівлю, що навпроти. З самого ранку до будинку навпроти підїжджають автомобілі на розвантаження і дуже шумно. Вікна зовсім не забезпечують звукоізоляцію, чутно навіть рух трамваю на вулиці неподалік. Сніданок також не є сильною стороною готелю, незважаючи на наявний вибір, особливого задоволення він не приносив.

Although fresh orange juice is great, the breakfast arrangements could be improved by having a real orange juice making machine, as opposed to orange grinders as they overheat due to the high demand and the circuit breaker pops. Some people have no consideration and squeeze a whole jar of orange juice, which makes others wait a long time behind in line.

Beliggenheten var veldig bra. Kort avstand til sjøen, gamlebyen, togstasjonen og tramway som tar deg til flyplassen. Alle de som jobber der hjalp oss masse med alle spørsmål. Vi kunne sette fra oss bagasjen ved tidlig ankomst og sen flyavgang. Frokostbuffeten ble gjort ekstra stor på julaften og 1. juledag. Hovedgate med alle mulige shoppingsenter rett utenfor hotellet og restauranter i nærheten. En flott juleopplevelse, Nyoppusset bad. Deilig med liten balkong og mulighet for å åpne balkongdøren.
Cons: Det eneste jeg vil trekke ned på er at det er tepper gulvene på hotellrommene. Vi har alltid med oss tøfler/ slippers så det går fint.

La posizione stupenda nel pieno centro di Nizza, a due passi dalla Promenade de Anglais. Hotel pets friendly.
Cons: La camera era molto piccola e con la moquette. Qualche dettaglio non perfetto.

La posizione in centro e in prossimità ai punti di interesse della città. Ottima accoglienza da parte di un personale giovane, con upgrade della camera e spumante di accoglienza, bella sorpresa. Ottimo il riscaldamento e l'arredamento di camera e bagno. Ottima e assortita colazione. Particolare menzione e ringraziamento per la cordiale accoglienza da parte delle receptionist Ana e Lina.
Cons: L'unica osservazione è una maggiore attenzione durante la pulizia della camera a non lasciare i cuscini del letto per terra, una disattenzione ovviamente migliorabile per una gestione che non ha altre pecche.

Hotel davvero da consigliare, letti fantastici, doppia finestra in camera, dimensioni bagno e camera grandi, colazione buona, posizione ottima. Accoglienza nel giorno di Natale super con biscotto tradizionale,, cioccolatini,, spumante e tanta gentilezza!!!!
Cons: Odore del disinfettante nei corridoio camere.

Cons: Un pochino rumorosa la nostra junior suite su Av. J.Medicine. Ogni tanto qualche cattivo odore dal bagno.

Room we stayed with balcony is very big, confortable ,sielence and quite ( room and building sound isolation are perfect ) which is very importatnt personally for us. Beakfast is very good and has many alternative foods and bevarages . Hotel stuff is very kind and helpfull .
Cons: Bath is really very big but I guggest a seperation for water splashing from the shower Bath door need for maintainance .

Hôtel très bien placé au cœur du centre ville de Nice, nous avons tout fait à pied. Il faut juste réussir à trouver une place avant. Petit déjeuner très bien fourni. Personnel très agréable.
