The bed was the hardest bed I have tried to sleep in. The receptionist was up to her eyes and desperately trying to get hold of people who were not answering her phone calls. Put a mattress topper in the beds so people with joint problems can actually fall asleep.

Room is small. As well as the bathroom. I had a hard time opening my suitcase without hitting the side of the bed. If you have several luggages, you can only leave them upright. The bathroom is the same as well. Really tiny. Breakfast could use more options. I will look elsewhere.

Very competitive pricing as far as hotels in Casablanca goes. The Ibis Casablanca Voyageurs has the same quality standards that you get from Ibis anywhere in the world, a very nice breakfast and it’s ideally located 1 minute walk away from Casablanca Voyageur Train Station that is perfect for taking the outstanding ONCF high speed trains to Morocco’s major cities. Good value for money and I would recommend this hotel for its strategic location.

The Ibis is fine for the price. It is right next to the train station so if youre coming at night it has a perfect location. Breakfast was ok. The rooms were ok. A little bit run down but acceptable.

I was extremely disappointed in the hotel. It was listed as soundproof, it’s not you can hear every noise. The breakfast was in Expedia as 65dh and I was charged 72dh. I asked at the bar for a small water and the bartender wanted to charge me 150dh. I asked again the price and he said 150. I walked across the street and paid 8dh.

Fairly standard Ibis room. You know what you're getting. Clean, compact and comfortable. Everything worked as expected. Staff were efficient, bar was open, and can't fault the location right opposite the station.

Ibis Casa Voyagers was a very convenient place to stay over night between trains. It's a 3 minute walk from the train station to the hotel, but the walls of our room were covered in smudges and stains and the room reeked of smoke. I'd probably not stay again unless I had another night between trains.

We had a 2 night stay at this hotel. Front Desk staff Abdurrahman was extremely professional and helpful. very clean and convenient hotel located right in front of the Casa Voyageurs train station. The rooms are small, but all needs for a brief stay are met. excellent breakfast. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return.

It was great to have a place to stay so close to the train station. However, it's a very noisy location, and since the air conditioning didn't work, I had to keep my window open in order for the room to be cool enough to sleep in. If I hadn't had earplugs, it would have been very difficult to get any sleep. Also, the towels in my room were quite tattered, the worst I have ever seen in a hotel, anywhere in the world. I have been a hotel maid, and I would never have kept those towels in use.

The room is great but the aircon was a joke. It makes all the right noises and the controls work but just like the rest of Morocco, the locals hate air conditioning so somehow the main system refuses to allow big blasts of air con in our individual rooms. We had 2 connecting rooms and both had mild or I would say minimum air release and hardly cold at all. As a traveller,it was painful but I know it is the same throughout Morocco. The towels were not fluffy white, no floor mat strangely. No basic bottles of water provided. Beds are super comfy! Rooms are clean. Location is perfect. I hope they work on the aircon and the small things like floor mat and bottled water. Just a few little things and it would be perfect!

Ibis-Casa Voyageus is a hotel that gets the job done if proximity to Voyageurs train station is your priority. It's right outside the front door. Check in was easy and friendly, as was check-out. The room was clean and comfortable. Room provided soap and shampoo. More or less no-frills but safe, clean, and convenient. During our time there, nearby restaurant options were limited due to Ramadan.

Hotel OK, in convenient location close to railway station. Not so quiet because of traffic outside but this is expected due to location in central area of Casablanca. Friendly staff too. Only problem is restaurant which is much worse in comparison with pre-pandemic time. Food is nice but service terrible.(restaurant understaffed) During breakfast one day no plates for a long time, next day no mugs and so on. Seems like one person only is employed there for all the service. The same for dinner. I had to wait 30 minutes just to ask for bill because no waiter there to speak to.

Just steps away from the train station. Clean, nice room with great shower. We were supposed to get in around midnight but due to delays showed up around 2am and they were still happily waiting to check us in! So smooth! Would stay again!

If you're staying here, it's for the easy train connections to the airport, or other destinations in Morocco. You're not going to find a jumping dining scene. 10 minute walk to a small Carrefour market for groceries, and maybe 20 to a larger mall featuring a few more stores and a Wal-Mart equivalent. The area nearby features the train station and a public park, with a few cafes and takeout food shops. Not a striking, gorgeous neighborhood where you're keen on lingering and soaking up the vibe.

The room clearly smelled of cigarettes. The previous guests must have smoked in the room. I looked around for a sign of no smoking, but there were none. This is the first hotel I have ever been to where indoor smoking is tolerated. This was my first and LAST visit for sure.

I stayed here on three separate nights over a10day period. The staff were very friendly and the room comfortable. The only problem was the restaurant which did not have the same menu each night. My friends had recommended dish they had which I would have liked to try. On the last night there the dish was on the menu but was not good at all. All bone and grisle. I had diareah the next day which lasted many days until I got home.

Great location and friendly staff if u r spending a nite before continuing your journey by train. Take the left turn when coming up from the train station, and the hotel is right there. A sign in the train station would be nice.

This hotel has gone through a fantastic upgrade. I stayed in 2013 and then in October 2019 and wow what a change. The rooms are clean, modern, trendy and have everything you need. the Location is unbeatable, literally outside the train station. the rooms have great soundproofing and english, french, arabic channels. 24 hr food/room service available. Fast and easy check in, great staff.

Overall the stayed was OK, the first bad impression was on our check in the young man there was not welcome us at all, no smile or any sign of feel wel ome to the hotel, room is modern but it is not too clean. I choose the room with breakfast for two and when I went to have breakfast it was not paid.... So was not a pleasant stayed in this hotel. For be a new hotel the clearness and the quality of services is awful

Despite a confirmed pre-paid reservation, they said they had no reservation. Showing the hotels.com confirmation did not change this and they still refused to allow check in and said no rooms available. This was for a middle of night arrival from traveling. Had to chase hotels.com for a refund. Had to find another place to stay in the middle of the night

Ibis Casa Voyageur is the ideal hotel for those arriving or departing by train in Casablanca since it is just a short walk across the plaza from the Casablanca main railway station. It is clean and very functional but if you are looking for Moroccan charm or character, you need to go elsewhere. Eating choices in the hotel are modest.

The location is really great, just 2 minutes away from the train station. The staff weren’t friendly and is not consistent. We were asked to provide confirmation number of booking. But the next guest that came in was only asked for his last name used in the booking. When we asked why, they just shrugged their shoulder. When asked about information to travel to the city centre, they were also unwilling to help. Just told us that we can take a tram or a bus. Don’t bother taking a tram or bus because it goes no where near sites of attractions. Just take a petite taxi.

Next to the Casa Voyageurs Train Station an easy walk of a few feet. The attendants at the desk were limited. One I asked for a map of the area and said there was none and he offered no help in for getting around the City. A woman was friendly and nice when we stored our luggage, but all in all the Desk help was limited. I can see that this Hotel was done on a budget with only a year old and the bathroom shower is showing cracks in the side floor grout with water going into the edges as they did not use silicone. The plastic edging to the shower door is cracking and getting moldy and there is black mold along the sink corners. The basic needs were met, good bed, TV, shower working properly, simple and modern, with access to food and drinks.

Hotel was very nice. Excellent for catching the train in the morning to airport. Restaurant food was really bad. Returned our order twice to have it cooked right, then decided to just return it all and go somewhere else. Overall , nice place to spend the night and get the train or tram to next destination.
