De locatie, het ontbijt en het dakterras met zwembad en bar!

Cons: De kamers zijn erg gehorig. Je hoort de douches van de omliggende kamers en het geluid op de gang erg goed. Daarnaast blijft de lamp in de gang ‘s-nachts aan, waardoor er een lichtstrook in de kamer schijnt.

Cons: Prístelka o niečo kratšia ako štandardná posteľ, čo pre vysokú osobu bolo trochu nepohodlné. Na izbe by mohol byť box s papierovými obrúskami. Raňajky by mohli obsahovať aj čerstvú zeleninu. Avšak sú to len drobnosti, nič čo by nás odradilo.

Cons: Pas de rangement dans la salle de bains. Pas de chauffe serviette chauffage donc assez frais en cette saison ! Pas de distributeur de mouchoir en papier.

Location is right where you want to be to visit the major historical and cultural sites in Sevilla. Every member of the staff is welcoming and friendly. They keep the place spotless. We loved the large lounge where we could relax and have a drink with the other couple traveling with us. They have a beautiful rooftop terrace with a pool and bar, but due to a major storm during our stay, it had to be closed.

اعجبني الموقع كثيرا وكان حجزي شقه من غرفتين وصاله وحمامين ومطبخ وكانت الشقه آمنه جدا ونظيفه وهذا مهم ويوجد فيها بلكونه كبيره ولكن لم استخدمها لانه الجو كان بارد ويوجد فيها كل شيء غساله ومكرويف ولوازم المطبخ ومكينه قهوه

Cons: لم يعجبني الغرفه العلويه التي بها بلكونه كانت بارده جدا لا يوجد بها عازل ولكن موظف الفندق احظر لنا مدفئه ولم يعجبني ان الشقه لم تكن في الفندق نفسه فهي في مبنى آخر تماما عباره عن عماره واذا اردت الفطور او النادي يجب الذهاب الى الفندق وانا احب الجلوس في الفندق نفسه وغير مطله بين المباني

Muy buena predisposición en recepción a la hora de recomendarnos salidas y excelente el servicio del desayuno buffet, muy variado, muy rico y los funcionarios muy atentos. La habitación excelente, las camas muy comodas, amplias y con muy buenos colchones que aseguran un buen descanso. La ubicación es genial, caminando a todos lados sin problemas. Nos resultó muy grato llegar de los paseos diarios y encontrar que habían repuesto el agua, el té y el café (Nespresso) en la habitación, se agradecen esos detalles que dan ganas de volver.

This hotel was wonderful. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. Staff were very helpful, cleaners very friendly. They even gave us a bottle of champagne brought to the room. Couldn’t fault it. Rooms comfortable and we were given interconnecting rooms which we requested.

Zuvorkommendes Personal, hervorragende Lage in der Altstadt, Ausstattung des Zimmers modern, grosse Räume, Poolbereich wie zu erwarten bescheiden in der Grösse, jedoch angenehme Rooftop-Bar. Grossartiges Frühstücksbuffet.

Cons: Unser geräumiges Zimmer war trotz zentralster Lage sehr ruhig betreffend Lärm aus der Stadt. Leider jedoch auffallende Hellhörigkeit gegenüber dem Gang, so dass Schritte und Gespräch sehr deutlich zu hören waren. Das Zimmer befand sich im dritten Stock leider direkt unter der Bar auf der Dachterasse (4.Stock) und damit gut hörbares Rücken der Stühle bis Mitternacht (dann schliesst die Bar).

Lovely hotel, great location with friendly and helpful staff. Our room was great, the rooftop bar and pool area were a bonus (though we didn't swim as it was January!) There is a huge lounge near reception and the bar and food were good. We didn't include breakfast in our booking, but other guests we spoke to said it was good. This is a fantastic hotel, in a great location, easily walkable to Sevilla's sights. Loved our stay.

Il personale è sempre stato gentile, sorridente e disponibile ad aiutare, contribuendo a rendere il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Molto comodo anche il servizio di deposito bagagli. Ottima la colazione, davvero abbondante e ben organizzata, capace di soddisfare tutti i gusti, sia dolci. Molto apprezzata la presenza in camera della macchina per il caffè e del bollitore, così come il gesto graditissimo di trovare ogni giorno due bottigliette di acqua gratuite in camera. Tra i punti di forza dell’hotel merita una menzione speciale anche il rooftop molto ampio, con una splendida vista sulla città, ideale per rilassarsi dopo una giornata di visite. La piscina è un valore aggiunto davvero apprezzato, soprattutto nelle giornate più calde, e contribuisce a rendere il soggiorno ancora più piacevole e completo. In conclusione, un soggiorno davvero piacevole: hotel consigliatissimo per posizione, comfort e qualità del servizio. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Cons: Vorrei aggiungere solo alcuni piccoli suggerimenti, che non vogliono assolutamente essere critiche, perché l’hotel è davvero di ottimo livello: • sarebbe utile avere un appendiabiti in camera per giacche e cappotti; • una mensola in bagno su cui appoggiare i propri prodotti personali; • la scatola dei fazzoletti, ormai presente nella maggior parte degli hotel; • considerando anche l’attenzione al risparmio e alla sostenibilità, sarebbe preferibile l’utilizzo di dispenser per shampoo, sapone, bagnodoccia e conditioner anziché i flaconcini monouso.

The location is the best. a 5 minutes walk you will be at the Seville Cathedral. The breakfast were good, with many choices, big breakfast room and efficient services. We were there for 5 nights, the hotel even sent us a bottle of champagne on the night before we check out.

Cons: The service was good, but I found the air circulation was a bit harder to control, especially when we returned back to the room. We opened the balcony and slowly got the temperature & air circulation back to our preferences.

Also had a Christmas dinner there and was definitely made to feel like a hindrance for asking about the menu and for things like salt. The parking is a weird situation that can leave you stuck for a while. It suits needs, but the rooftop was closed all but a few hours of one day I was there out of 5. Was rather disappointing on that front.

Cons: Ich war in allen drei IMG Hotels in Sevilla. Fernando, Alfonso und posada del Lucero. Das Fernando hatte, vielleicht auch aufgrund er Größe, das schlechteste Frühstück. Das Frühstück war immer noch gut aber eben sehr nüchtern. Generell ist dieses Hotel nüchterner als die anderen beiden. Es fehlt so ein bisschen an den kleinen Details, die man in den anderen beiden hotels findet. Zudem, eine Sache, die mich wirklich gestört hat, zwei Personen des personals waren wirklich überhaupt nicht freundlich. Und das haben wir alle vier Gäste über mehrere Tage so empfunden. Ich nenne meine Namen, aber das ist sehr schade, weil es den Gesamteindruck von einer 9/10 auf eine 6-7 runtergezogen hat.

Fernando III is a very good hotel in Santa Cruz, Seville. It is easy walking distance to most of the main sites of the city and many restaurants. The rooms we had were spacious, with plenty of storage space and a small balcony. They were clean and brightly lit. Free bottled water was provided. What was disappointing about the rooms was the very hard beds, lack of tissues, air conditioning that seemed to have little effect on the temperature in the room, and tiny bars of soap. Breakfast in the restaurant was excellent, with a wide choice of cereals, fresh hot and cold food and drinks. Staff at reception were friendly, with one receptionist being particularly helpful in suggesting where to visit, although another receptionist was less helpful and just gave us a list of tours. There is a large lounge area downstairs and a surprisingly large roof top terrace with plenty of seating, a pool and a bar.

Die Lage ist super! Alles fussläufig zu erreichen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sensationell. Alles was das Herz begehrt, ist zu haben! Frische Säfte, viele Früchte. Sehr gutes Brot! Alles in allem ein empfehlenswertes Hotel mitten in Sevilla.

Perfect walkable location to most of the sights and restaurants. Excellent reception & housekeeping service. We got upgraded to the suite; the room came with a coffee machine and the bed was amazing! We had the best sleep. Breakfast spread was also excellent; the fruits, meats & cheese selection were very comprehensive. The hotel also gave us complimentary champagne which was a very nice touch. The upstairs terrace is also available for guests to chill while enjoying the view of Seville Definitely will come back again to this hotel. My only wish was the hotel gym could open earlier at 6am instead of 8am so one can squeeze in a workout before breakfast.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of the old Town Seville. A wonderful welcome from all the staff and able to check in earlier than expected. Fantastic location as we were able to walk to all the sights and felt very safe walking around at night. There is a pool and rooftop with views of the cathedral etc and the breakfast in the morning was exceptional. Plenty of hot and cold options and very fresh. I absolutely loved this hotel and would definitely want to return. Every single member of staff were exceptional

Very much enjoying our stay at Fernando III, so much so, we're extending it another week. What an excellent hotel, right in the heart of the Old Town, close to a fabulous array of restaurants and just short walks down wonderfully rustic streets to historic buildings and sights. Ideally situated, particularly for an older couple but would equally suit any age or family group. The combination of modern hotel and proximity to old town could not be better. When you walk in you'll notice the scent of fresh flowers in the spacious foyer, where there are a comfortable array of sofas and a large, quiet living area in which to relax, reflect and just enjoy your time. The rooftop terrace is an absolute delight, providing a calm oasis overlooking the city where you can soak up the sun and wonderful views in peaceful surroundings away from the lively bustle of the old town below. The rooms are comfortable, spotlessly clean with toiletries and refreshments replenished daily. The staff - from helpful receptionists, to bar/waiting and housekeeping are smiling, friendly and hardworking - all contributing to a very comfortable and relaxing stay. Highly recommend it for anyone visiting Seville. You won't be disappointed.

We stayed here for 4 nights and had an incredible experience. Location couldn’t be better: right in the center, yet calm for good sleeping, you can access anything from it. Also a lot of cafes close by, and authentic place with Flamenco. This hotel provides 5 starts hotel service: clean every day, provide water and coffee, all the toiletries. The cherry on top was when they gifted us a bottle of sparkling wine! Highly recommend.

Everything in this property is PERFECT!! The location is close to everywhere. The staff is very professional and they are there to help you. We had an incident with people in the room bellow. I went to the front desk and the staff solved the issue immediately. The night after the incident they sent a room service lady with a bottle of cava, 2 cups and a beautiful apologize letter. The room size is the same as an American hotel size. We spent 3 nights at the rooms facing the front of the hotel. It is extremely clean and smell delicious everywhere. Have a beautiful roof top with pool and bar with a privilege views. I highly recommend this hotel and will comeback very soon. Also, I recommend to eat at El Pasage.

Great modern hotel in the heart of Sevilla. Despite its central location, the room was actually very quiet and had everything we needed. Breakfast was wonderful, and the staff at reception and especially the valet staff was amazing. We had a rental car and as a heads-up for anybody arriving by car: you will have to drive onto a narrow "ramp" right in front of the hotel entrance to your left. The street leading up to the hotel is very narrow, with lots of pedestrians all over. You need to take your time getting onto that ramp and what blew our mind was that the valet staff actually has to then back the car backwards off that ramp onto that narrow street again to park the car for you. Truly impressive and an absolutely amazing perk to offer to hotel guests, so highly recommend this hotel for anybody who arrives with a car.

Cons: As it was raining, we unfortunately could not dine at the rooftop restaurant which is not covered and only open weather permitting, and while the restaurant on the ground floor was great for breakfast, it was too brightly illuminated at dinner time, which did not make for a nice atmosphere so we chose to have dinner in the more cozy lobby bar instead (attached to the dining space), which was nicely decorated and illuminated, and offered good food, even though the menu choices were VERY (too) limited.

Beautiful hotel with an amazing bar. The breackfast is great with a lot of options and overall good quality. The room was perfect, very quiet. The bead was amazing, i think i've never slept so good in a hotel. The hotels in Sevilla are quite expensive but this overall had a great price/quality.

No problems with parking the car—we handed over the key and when we left the hotel, the car was brought right to the entrance. There is a beautiful rooftop with a pool and bar. An unexpected surprise awaited us in the room in the form of a bottle of champagne. The room is beautifully furnished, with a small balcony.

You enter into a lobby smelling of orange blossoms and off to the right is a large room with many areas for relaxed sitting and talking or just playing cards. The staff are incredibly nice and super helpful day and evening. The rooms (and the hotel) are scrupulously clean and made of quality materials, with very comfortable beds, nice linens, windows that fully open to let in the fresh air—and I kept them open all night to enjoy the cool autumn air (in November), and it was perfectly quiet. Shower very modern and great water pressure, so enjoyable. Breakfast was a treat, with many local hams and cold cuts, fresh fruit, usual eggs and sides, fresh fruit drinks, and even some bubbly if you wanted to feel a little guilty with your orange juice. Things were always replaced before they ran out. If this place was next to a Hilton or Marriott (where I often stay) I would choose it over them (and it would be less expensive as well). Great for the price, staff, and location in the city.

Our stay at this historic hotel was absolutely fantastic! The hotel is situated on a narrow cobbled street, but wide enough for taxis to come through. It’s close to the cathedral and Alcázar as well as Old Jewish Quarter. There’s many great choices for lunch, dinner and breakfast on the same street. Service was also excellent and 5 stars. Manuel got us umbrellas, helped with our luggages and informed us when our taxi arrived and the list goes on. He’s a gem and made our stay even better with his excellent service. Thank you Manuel!

Mitarbeiter waren durchwegs freundlich + sehr hilfsbereit. Zuerst bekamen wir nicht ganz das Zimmer wie auf booking beschrieben. Trotzdem sind alle Zimmer top. Wir haben kurz nachgefragt, nach 1 Nacht. Durften grad wechseln & bekamen noch einen kühlen Cava dazu. Roof Top Bar & Aussicht ist einfach genial. Lage super!

C'est notre deuxième fois dans cette hôtel et franchement après une belle découverte en avril 2024, cette fois ci mi novembre c'était toujours aussi bien ! L'emplacement est parfait, la chambre double est très bien et le petit déjeuner très bon.

Très bien situé, avec une vue magnifique depuis la terrasse où se situe la piscine, personnel à l'écoute, hôtel très propre, excellent petit déjeuner. De plus nous avons eu une chambre avec balcon. Je recommande vivement cet établissement et y sejournerai de nouveau si je suis amenée à me rendre de nouveau à Séville.

Cons: Un incident lié sans doute à une mauvaise compréhension du personnel de service de nettoyage dans les chambres. La direction a fait tout son possible pour nous satisfaire, et nous le sommes. Je recommande vivement cet établissement.

Wie ich es auch bewertet hab. Es war alles top. Das Zimmer war auch schön eingerichtet modern mit einem kleinen Balkon. Am erstaunlichsten war wie zuvorkommend, höflich und hilfsbereit das Personal war. Die Lage war auch super wir waren sehr schnell an den bekanntesten Sehenswürdigkeiten und alles war zu Fuß erreichbar für uns. Zusammengefasst kann ich das Hotel nur empfehlen.

Cons: Der Schreibtisch war nicht gut platziert, da er gegenüber vom Bett Ende stand und damit nur einen kleinen, schmalen Gang zum durchgehen geboten hat. Ebenso war der Balkon genau zwischen dem Hotel und dem anliegenden Haus, womit unsere Aussicht auf eine pastellgelbe Wand beschränkt war.

La posizione vicinissima alla Cattedrale, non ho usufruito della piscina. Staff molto gentile, disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta. Camera molto silenziosa, letto comodissimo. Macchina del caffè con capsule è acqua in camera.

Cons: Si dovrebbe pulire le camere al mattino. Dovrebbe esserci più varietà nel menù alla carta del ristorante. Comunque il menù del mese offerto era buono.

Freundliches, kompetentes, hilfsbereites und umsichtiges Personal, moderne und geschmackvolle Einrichtung, das Frühstücksbuffet ließ keine Wünsche offen, die Dachterrasse mit Pool und Bar und Restaurant ein Traum, die Betten sehr bequem, wir haben sehr gut geschlafen, wir bekamen am Abend unseres dritten Tages als Überraschung eine Flasche Sekt im Kühler ins Zimmer, Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt: Direkt vor der Tür beginnt die Altstadt, fußläufig 8 Minuten zur Kathedrale und Alcazar und trotzdem ruhig. Besser hätte es nicht sein können!

Cons: Beim Essen waren Allergene nicht gekennzeichnet, das wäre hilfreich gewesen.

From the front desk staff to everyone at breakfast/on the terrace, I want to extend my deepest gratitude for setting such an exemplary in the hospitality business. Moreover, the amenities offered were sublime, the rooms were very comfortable + impeccably clean; overall, everything was perfect for our 7-night-long stay for my mother’s bday.
