Wir haben eine Nacht auf der Durchreise während unseres Marokkourlaubs in diesem Hotel verbracht. Insgesamt war es eine gute Erfahrung, aber man merkt schon, dass das Hotel schon einige Jahre auf dem Buckel hat. Das Zimmer war geräumig und ruhig, bezüglich Sauberkeit könnte aber noch etwas mehr gemacht werden. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausreichend, es stand alles zur Verfügung, was wir benötigten. Das Highlight unseres Aufenthaltes waren die leckeren Tapas im Pachamama Tapas y Alegria. Das Personal war sehr herzlich und die Speisen schmeckten ausgezeichnet und waren sehr ansprechend angerichtet. Diesen Aufenthalt haben wir bei einem herrlichen Sonneuntergang sehr genossen.

Je ne recommande pas du tout cet hôtel qui est loin d'être un 5 étoiles ! On nous demande de payer 90€ de taxe alors que le montant annoncé sur le site est de 15€. Une odeur d'humidité dans la chambre... Tout est vétuste dans la chambre. Un lit superposé pour les enfants qui n'est pas du tout sécurisé. On nous annonce une chambre avec terrasse, certes mais elle donne sur la rue. La porte fenêtre qui donne également sur la rue ne ferme pas à clé. Niveau sécurité 0. Le restaurant citron brulé........à éviter, 45 minutes pour avoir un burger cuit que nous avons renvoyé 2 fois en cuisine.. le serveur nous indique "c'est pas notre problème c'est la cuisine" Pas suffisamment de place au bord de la piscine. Il faut attendre pour daigner avoir des serviettes. Nous voulions tester le restaurant Pachamama mais au vu de l'amabilité des serveurs nous avons fait demi tour. Le seul point positif est la plage privée, qui est quand même à quelques minutes à pied de l'hôtel.

Etablissement très bien tenu, bien situé avec un personnel de restauration, d'entretien très serviable. Une plage magnifique privée surveillée. Période de faible affluence très agréable. Le seul bémol les options pour le dîner car pas de buffet et une offre de carte restreinte. Un restaurant à proximité qui fonctionne avec l'hôtel mais est axé avant tout sur la recherche du bénéfice et non le service au client de l'hôtel. Dans l'ensemble c'était super.

This was just a stopover on our way from Essaouira to Casablanca. Nice courtyard/pool, gym and access to the ocean. The service was generally good, though they messed up our car reservation.

Too many bees at the restaurant!!! If you are allergic make sure to have an Epipen handy (not kidding) i suggested to have the honey and jam centerpieces they have on the tables!! The manager claims it’s not the cause!!! Believe me the bees were having a fiesta!

Excellent séjour au Pullman en famille. Cadre magnifique forêt eucalyptus, la plage sauvage est très belle. Nous avons eu un surclassement avec suite duplex, avec 3 terrasses dont une la vue à couper le souffle au dernier étage vue mer splendide et piscine. Quelques activités au Kids club que les enfants ont adoré et qui permettent aux parents de lézarder tranquillement autour de la piscine. Il est vrai que l hôtel mériterait un rafraîchissement pour s aligner sur un standard Pullman mais le prix serait bien plus élevé aussi dans ce cas. Le personnel était adorable. Un peu lent le service déjeuner autour de la piscine mais nous sommes en vacances et nous avons le temps ! Franchement excellent rapport qualité prix compte tenu de l emplacement, de la chambre et des services. Idéal pour se reposer, se ressourcer. Je recommande à 9/10.

Étant professionnelle du tourisme je peux déjà dire que ce n’est absolument pas un 5*,hôtel vétuste pas entretenu, je pense que cet hôtel fait du tort au groupe Accor, ménage bâclé car trop peu d’effectif le personnel ménage est débordé. Le petit déjeuner une organisation inexistante pas de couverts pas d’assiette encore une fois pas de personnel suffisant ! Les ascenseurs une catastrophe sale vétuste les moquettes pareilles, les lits sont confortables mais des odeurs dans les chambres venant des cuisines insupportables bref je déconseille complètement cet hôtel

Pour un hôtel PULLMAN c’est inacceptable. Une chambre sur 2 a été disponible à partir de 16h l’autre pas avant 18h !!!! Puis malgré un surclassement problème d’eau dans la douche, pas de sèche cheveux et j’en passe !!! Le Repas au club house mis à part la vue cela ne vaut pas le coup (repas limite et service catastrophique !) Personnellement je ne recommande pas cet hôtel !

We stayed 7 nights... nice old golf course was fun to play. The hotel staff were friendly... the food service people were great... pool and beach access good... shuttle back to Casa was excellent. The whole complex is starting to show its age but is good value for the price

What I loved about the hotel? 1) Friendly staff specially Othman in the kids village 2) Loads to do for kids of all ages 3) Location is awesome 4) Beach access is easy & beach is clean What I didn't like about the hotel? 1) Rooms are a bit dated specially the toilets 2) Bidet was not working properly. Complained however they didnt fix it 3) Shower wasnt very clean & shower faucet was also broken In summary I have scored them higher because of staff

최악의 서비스를 제공받음 객실의 샤워 부스는 낡고 더러워 샤워 하기가 소름돋고... 아침 일찍 수거해간 세탁물은 저녁 6시부터 독촉을 해도 10분 후...30분 후... 심지어는 다림질 하는 가게가 문을 닫아서.. 그리고 또 잠 10시까지... 반복되는 변명과 거짓말에 짜증과 이곳 호텔의 서비스 수준을 알게 하기에 너무 충분하고 바보같은 호텔임.

체크인2시에 해서 숙소에 들어갔는데, 옷갈아입던 중 갑자기 청소부가 노크도 없이 들어와서 베개커버 갈꺼라고 들어왔습니다. 정말 불쾌했습니다. 데스크에 말하자 여직원이 문을 안잠궈놔서 들어간거라고 하더군요. 그 옆에 있던 다른직원이 다시 죄송하다고는 했지만 좀 그랬습니다. 또, 헤어드라이기가 없어서 3번 요청하니까 주더라구요. 기분좋은 휴일에 기분나쁜 서비스 였습니다.

Vi hadde et 9-dagers opphold på Pullman Mazagan i mai/juni. Mye var bra, god størrelse på rom og terrasse, bra bassengområde osv. Forventet litt mer ang renhold, feks var det spindelvev i det ene hjørnet på badet. Vi var ikke helt forberedt på at det skulle være så dyrt og vanskelig å komme seg fra a til b, bare en tur til El jadida sentrum koster ca 150 NOK en vei. Det ligger ingen butikker i nærheten heller, så hvis du ikke er gira på å betale omtrent norske restaurantpriser for alt du spiser, så må du nesten dra inn til byen.

Great view of the Atlantic Ocean and golf course with nice breeze and sound of the waves. However the hotel facilities are very poor. Needs new paint,cleaning of carpet in corridors. Fitness center need to be improved. Breakfast is good however espresso coffee is extra. Restaurant staff attire need to be formal.

Expedia had a deal for 1€ breakfast buffet with this hotel and that is why we chose this over Mazagan however when we got here they denied such and offer existed. We showed them our itinerary printout which clearly stated the deal however the staff were confused and not accepting it at all. They kept us standing there while discussing how to tell us it's a mistake! After their long discussion they called the manager. He stormed to reception and ignored us standing there, he was very rude and unprofessional and after telling his staff off turned to us and said there's no such thing and that they would never offer the breakfast for 1€. He was very harsh and kept going on about it although I said we'll just pay for it. He just kept going and at the end we just had to walk away! Other then the management the hotel and the facilities are very nice. Nice access to the beach is good and the rooms are clean and well designed. The food was expensive but tasty.

We had a dismal stay. The staff were rude, and unhelpful. On our second day they had a full blown argument, with yelling, in front of guests at the breakfast. The food was poor, period. Limited menu choice, unless you went for a shoddy but expensive buffet, and what they did have wasn't very nice. The wifi is shocking, the AC didn't work, the hotel overcharges for local taxis, the maids kept giving us one towel for two room occupants... We weren't impressed, and won't be coming back.

Excellent site for playing golf. It's worthwhile to travel by golf car the whole greens and forest of Araucaria and Eucalyptus at the waterfront of the Atlantic. For beginners of equestrians, it's also good. Take an hour riding on horse crossing the forest, fields with sheeps and cows, and local village. Take a breathe of fresh air and you forget your daily routines and trouble. But the hotel is far away from Casablanca and there's no shuttle bus to and from the nearest town El Jadida. Limousine, which they call it "navette", is the only way of transportation, and it's expensive to book. Thus your meals could only be in the hotel if you don't hire a car for self-drive, for it is impossible to hire an Uber there. wifi connection is slow inside my room, slower than the riad I rented later in Marrakech. They seem to position the hotel as a business hotel as they are building a business center beside the hotel. Wifi connection is something they need to work on. Staff are no nonsense business like, though there are some friendly ones.

This was a great holiday break . An outstanding break the staff and hotel was a real surprise . I had always gone to Spain for a quick winter break but now I will change and next time take my own golf clubs . The golf course is really great layout tough front 9 and very pleasant back 9 .Nice range to warm up ,a terrific caddy and a great club house serving great food in a wonderful setting . Golfers give it a try .

The hotel's park and beach are the best perks. The room's design and amenities are excellent, however the food's quality not as much. The breakfast is expensive and so is the transportation from the Pullman to downtown (costs about 16 Euros each way). On the first day we were given a room that smelled bad and was on top of the kitchen (the heavy sound of the equipment was annoying). But we were later changed to a better one. For the deal received on booking, the hotel is ok, but if the price was higher, i guess i would feel that the quality does not match the price. Also, the hotel needs to improve the safety between the reception and the swimming pool area. A old tourist fell on the floor and was hit by the edge of a small step that he couldn't see because of insufficient light. His face was injured. The hotel staff were quick to help him out but signs should post that there are steps on the way. The internet works ok in the rooms but its speed should improve. Hotel staff are gentle and helpful especially Mr. Abdallah.

We had a marvelous stay in pullman mazagan, an excellent place in a great location, wonderful interiors, very good service. Must recommend the hotel's SPA , Shaibia and Safa are the best in massage we enjoy it. Very reasonably priced too for a wonderful hotel. I prefer the breakfast in the club house unfortunately they move it to the principal restaurant. My only qualm is the behavior of one of the front desk staff that i do not appreciated at all especially that she is very dishonest and unpleasant by the way she is a little bit alder than her colleague in the reception. thanks to Fatema housekeeping , Houssein & Zohair the porters ,Majid & Hakima in reception and finally my special thanx to Abd elilah the night manager who was nice and helpful, wish him good luck.

I spent one night at this hotel in early March 2014 with a friend. We arrived and ate in the clubhouse which had excellent food and views across the golf course and ocean. The rooms were clean and comfortable though unfortunately the entire hotel (inside and outside) felt very dated and visibly needed work doing. Another negative was the 'Spa' which really felt like a downbeat leisure centre and if you wanted to use the swimming pool it would cost a further £12 per person. We then ventured down to the beach which was covered in rubbish so generally no a pleasant place to be. Thankfully it got better when we went to the bar which had an excellent selection of beers and wines with good music and a big screen for sport.

This hotel is as friendly and safe of a place as you can choose in El Jadida. It sits right on the Atlantic and the sound of waves crashing a night can be head from most rooms. The hotel was remodeled about a year ago and the rooms are modern with very comfortable beds far nicer than it was before. Refrigerator in the room but a microwave and coffee would be nice too. Internet was trouble free unlike before when it was hit and miss or you had to work from the lobby or bar to get a signal. I travel to El Jadida on business and have for 13 years and always stay here except when they were remodeling the hotel. Its out of the busy city and quite. The food is excellent with the exceptions noted in "what could be improved"

The hotel is located on a gorgeous beach that stretches for miles. The hotel was so serene as it was relatively empty; the food and service were excellent. I am planing to go back next week!!!

I am a US citizen travel to morocco 3 to 4 times a year and this resort is great! Compared to others in morocco it is 5 star but not to be confused with its sister hotel next door the Magazan Beach resort which is the best resort I have ever seen. Excellent service and extremely quiet. Breakfast is great and the golf course is great and has some of the best greens around. This is definitely a western style resort and well worth the money. The only knock is that the air conditioning is centrally controlled, so if the hotel thinks its cool at night you will have no a/c. If they think its warm you have only a/c and no choice for heat. The lack of individual room climate control is the only knock on this otherwise fabulous property. You will not be disappointed and the service is some of the best around. A great place to stay and well worth the money!

Was using this hotel for a business trip that got postponed a week before we expected to stay. We attempted to change the dates and were told that this was not possible. The entire week had to be forfeitted despite intervention from hotels.com. We had every intention of using this hotel for the same amount of time just 2 weeks later and were willing to pay any differences in rates, however they would not comply.
