L’emplacement est excellent : tout est accessible à pied – le Louvre, Notre-Dame, la Seine. De nombreux restaurants se trouvent à proximité, dont un restaurant chinois juste à côté, et la nourriture y est vraiment délicieuse. Pour des raisons de sécurité, l’ascenseur fonctionne avec un badge d’accès, ce qui est rassurant. Il y a un coffre-fort dans la chambre. Le petit-déjeuner est bon, les produits sont de qualité, mais un peu cher (25 € par personne, les enfants sont gratuits). Le personnel est aimable et poli. Le bar propose un large choix de boissons, mais malheureusement rien n’est gratuit : la liste des prix se trouve dans le bar. Dans l’ensemble, un très bon séjour à Paris.

Cons: Only odd thing about our King suite was the location of toilet. It was in its own room right at the entrance of the suite, while the sink and shower/tub were at the back of suite in a separate bathroom. Therefore after using toilet you had to walk back to the bathroom to wash hands.

Cons: Shower room floor slippery and don't like the button for transparent view- there should be total privacy on shower room. Light control needs to separate some. Don't like the cooler or storage for drinks, we didn't use it and somebody took one of the bottle, its missing. There's no refrigerator to store water or drinks. Bathroom mirror too high.

La posizione è ottima : metro di fronte ed in pieno centro. Tutto raggiungibile a piedi . Lo staff veramente gentile e disponibile al ricevimento . Si intuisce che fanno tanto anche a compensazione di possibili disagi .

Cons: Non considero i lavori di ristrutturazione , che comunque condizionano nella vista e nell’operatività , la camera tripla piccola (troppo), le finestre bloccate , il letto con coperte troppo pesanti per la stagione, la moquette ovunque , le porte del bagno non chiudibili in quanto montate successivamente alla moquette e quindi bloccate.

Les Halles is a busy, bustling location and the Novotel is right in the middle of this spot. From the hotel we were able to comfortably walk to Notre Dame, the Louvre, and other central spots. The hotel is definitely business centered, but there were plenty of other families. A lovely little boulangerie is located within steps. The rooms were very comfortable, we booked two for our family of five. It was a very clean hotel and despite the bustling location, we all slept very well.

The hotel itself although undergoing renovation was impeccable as was the location for sightseeing and staff, however, we found it tricky to locate to begin with not helped after being told an hour or so before arrival that their parking facilities were no longer available, due to this we had to find alternative parking arrangements which was not easy in Paris on New Year’s Eve, another disappointment was the room service order we placed which took over an hour to be accepted, but after we called reception help desk this was quickly resolved and the food was lovely, they compensated us with 4 free drinks from the mini bar too which was a great good will gesture. All in all some great memories were made and although pricey and the hassle with the above it was a great place to stay and we would certainly visit again

Great location, very close to the metro and easy to get around the city. It’s also within easy walking distance of the Louvre and Notre Dame, which was a real bonus. The hotel was nicely decorated for Christmas, creating a warm and festive atmosphere. Although the hotel was undergoing renovations during our stay, it didn’t affect us at all. The staff were very helpful, especially with transport queries and local advice. The buffet had a good selection and was a nice way to start the day. Westfield shopping centre is right across the road, and there are plenty of nice shops and restaurants in the local area. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay.

We recently stayed at Novotel Les Halles and found it to be a great choice, especially for its central location. The hotel is right by a major metro station, with another just a short walk away, making it incredibly easy to get around Paris. There are plenty of boulangeries and restaurants immediately outside the hotel, and if you walk to the right, you’ll find a lively street full of bars and eateries. For shopping, there’s a giant Westfield mall directly underground at the metro station in front of the hotel, which is very convenient. We arrived late in the evening and were greeted warmly. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, which we hadn’t been warned about at booking. The entire front façade is under scaffolding, leaving just a small entrance which was adorned with festive Christmas trees. Despite this, the lobby felt welcoming, even though parts are partitioned off due to the work. During our stay, the hotel offered hot wine and hot chocolate in the afternoons in the lobby area, which was a nice touch. The restaurant was cosy and quiet in the evenings, with a good selection of continental breakfast items. The food for dinner on both nights was very good. While we were out much of the time, the renovation noise during the day - up until 5 pm - was noticeable, so it might be a concern for those needing to rest during the day. The staff were responsive and helpful whenever we had questions or needed directions. It would have been preferable to be informed about the renovation beforehand, but it didn’t significantly affect our stay. Our room had a queen bed and a fold-out sofa bed, perfect for our needs. The bathroom had a slight damp smell and some mould in places, but housekeeping was efficient, providing fresh towels daily, and the supplied toiletries were nice. The view was unfortunately blocked by scaffolding and a large decal on the window. We were travelling with others who had a very similar room, and their room didn’t have the decal, so it let in much more light. Overall, the pros - fantastic location, spacious room with sofa bed, good restaurant, and helpful staff— outweighed the cons. We would definitely stay at Novotel Les Halles again and hope the renovations will be completed by our next visit.

Mieliśmy pokój Executive z pakietem śniadanie+kolacja. 4 noce -Lokalizacja w samym centrum oraz główny węzeł komunikacyjny (metro oraz pociąg podmiejski) tuż przy wejściu do hotelu -Wygodne duże łóżko King size -Kolacja w pakiecie była z normalnej karty restauracji (przystawka+danie główne+deser) - dania znakomite. Napoje nie były w pakiecie ale to akurat nie problem -Powitalna butelka szampana (375ml) z dodatkowymi napojami oraz czekoladkami -Ogólnie ładny , schludny pokój -Pochwała dla Pana z obsługi restauracji (Pan Raphael) za znakomitą obsługę podczas kolacji

Cons: -Jak na tą klasę hotelu jedynie podstawowe śniadania (nawet mniej niż śniadanie angielskie) , mało różnorodne oraz powtarzalne. Ale plusik za kucharza u którego można zamówić świeży omlet -Słabe wyciszenie pokoju ,niestety wszystko słychać z ulicy. -Słaba klimatyzacja pokoju , działało jedynie ogrzewanie , a okna nie dało się otworzyć. (Ale było nieszczelne) -Duży minus za room service. W ciągu 3 dni pobytu przez 2 musiałem parokrotnie zgłosić sprzątanie pokoju , wyniesienie śmieci/uzupełnienia papieru oraz wymianę szklanek/kieliszków na nowe. Sama wywieszka na klamce nie wystarczyła. I zgłoszenie trzeba było powtórzyć żeby ktoś w końcu przyszedł. -Nie było uzupełnień wody butelkowanej. Były 2 butelki + powitalny bonus pierwszego dnia , potem nic. Moim zdaniem niedopuszczalne jak na hotel tej klasy. OK jest woda z minibaru ale cena zachęca do zrobienia zakupów w sklepie. Akceptowalne dla taniego hotelu ale nie za 500EUR/noc.

During the onsite sessions, they were very helpful to ensure that the experience was comfortable and to our needs. Once the renovation is complete, it will be even better. Location is also very convenient, which is next to the Metro.

Cons: The hallway on our floor (4th) was smelly and dirty everyday, really could use some cleaning and also the paint on the walls was falling off. The staff wasn’t terrible but not nice, not really helpful. Our mini bar wouldn’t open, went to ask why and told me there was an issue with them and that’s it, no other solution. The room was small and just two outlets for charging phone or any other device, really stupid and inconvenient. The bathroom was also small and the glass walls on the shower that can be see through to the bedroom not of my liking.

The hotel is under major construction. Unsafe - table saw, carpet tiles being laid, wet paint in hallway, construction 7am-7pm. Disgusting stained carpet in the hotel room. Staff and hotel staff are misleading. Avoid this hotel.

Hotel is in an excellent location to walk to all the main sights and there is also a metro entrance very close by. The room and main lobby were stunning. Lots of restaurants around and a big shopping centre behind. Later checkout of 12 was great as it gave us plenty of time on our last day. We even managed to check in early on the first day. Very comfy bed and great shower.

Cons: The hotel is currently undergoing renovation. A couple of days we had to awkwardly walk around workers replacing the floors or painting walls however the parts that weren't being worked on were stunning.

Cons: The whole hotel is a building site shrouded in scaffolding including over the windows. No outside areas as pictured in the photos, temporary lobby. No light coming from outside. The extent of the work is not described in advance and the website photos do not even slightly match the reality of what you experience. Absolutely shocking mis-sell, and very expensive given it was not what we thought we were booking from the photos and description on the site.

Cons: Das Gebäude ist in Renovation, dies stand nirgends. Wir haben ein Zimmer für 3 gebucht. Nur zwei Betten waren bezogen. Im Bad gibt es nur eine Falltür, eignet sich nicht für Paare. Im Bad hat es gestunken. Beleuchtung Katastrophe, weil Glaswand zum Badezimmer. Taxen von CHF 50.- mussten wir am Ende noch bezahlen. Allgemein zu teuer.

The hotel is centrally located. It is walking distance from two different metro stops and there is a shopping mall right across from the hotel. Plenty of restaurants to choose from that offer different cuisine. We opted for the Executive Queen Room with a single sofa bed and were pleasantly surprised by the size of the room, however, as soon as you walked into the room there was a toilet but without a sink to wash your hands. If you needed to wash your hands or take a shower you had to walk to the other end of the room which did not include a toilet. The bathroom/shower situation was most definitely weird and throw us off a little.

The location is perfect - within walking distance of many of Paris’s main attractions, and with easy access to both the metro and RER (1 min), making it very convenient to get around the city.

We recently stayed at this hotel during a family trip and chose it mainly for its central, walkable location. It’s currently undergoing renovations, so it’s easy to miss. The staff here are truly exceptional and were the highlight of our stay. Our room wasn’t one of the newly renovated ones, so it felt a bit dated, but it was clean and the beds were very comfortable. A fun surprise was the complimentary ice cream served in the afternoons — a perfect treat after exploring the city on foot. The location is excellent if you want to be in the heart of everything, though it can get extremely busy. Even traveling during the shoulder season, we found the crowds much heavier than expected. We didn’t dine at the hotel, but for breakfast, La Parisienne across the street is a must-visit — their cappuccino and pastries were some of the best we had in France. Overall its a good choice travelers who value friendly service and convenience.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons: Die Umbauarbeiten beziehen sich auf das gesamte Hotel sowohl außen als auch innen. Die Bauarbeiten sind nicht in einem Trakt sondern neben den bewohnbaren Zimmern und der Flur ist kaputt. Überall laufen Bauarbeiter herum im Flur und vor den Fenstern. Es ist sehr laut und dreckig. Dafür leider viel zu teuer!!!

Het was een prettig verblijf ondanks de renovatie werkzaamheden buiten en binnen het hotel. Wij hebben tijdens ons verblijf helemaal geen last gehad van de werkzaamheden. Het hotel doet er alles aan om ervoor te zorgen dat hotelgasten zo min mogelijk hinder hiervan hebben. Voor ons was het geen punt dat wij op onze kamer door de raam de steiger zagen staan , want het hotel staat namelijk een deel in de steigers. Wij waren niet in Parijs om in onze hotel kamer te zitten, dus voor ons geen probleem. Een hotel moet nu eenmaal eens gerenoveerd worden. Het ontbijt was meer dan prima, goede kwaliteit en meer dan genoeg keuze. De kamer zag er netjes uit. Het bed en zelfs de slaapbank lag lekker. De ligging van het hotel was top, gezellige winkelstraat met leuke winkels en lekkere restaurants en de metro ligt op steenworp afstand. Wij komen zeker nog eens terug.

Great location. Short walk from train station. Lots of cafes etc nearby. Staff very welcoming. Nice touch the free ice cream and origami kits for kids. Room very spacious and clean.

A big thank you to all the teams for their warm welcome. The room was spacious and very well laid out. Big shout-out to Fabrice for the ice service and the accompanying background music. We had a very good dinner at the restaurant with a well-designed menu. We’ll gladly come back!

Pleasant staff in a lovely part of Paris. Shops, bars and restaurants just literally outside the hotel. Equally as near was the metro/train stop so getting into Paris and to/from airport was quick and easy. Also walking to the Seine and the Louvre will just minutes.

I only have good things to say about this place. I know if was under renovation and we didn’t get the full experience but the staff was so helpful and kind. The area was perfect. It was my first time visiting Paris and I could not have asked for a better experience. I will definitely be back! Excellent staff. Excellent location 10/10! ♥️

What I loved most about this hotel is the convenience — the metro is literally a 1-minute walk, and there are tons of restaurants around. The only downside was that it was under construction, so no lobby or bathroom access. But overall, I’d still recommend it!

Cons: Шел ремонт, постоянная дрель, фитнеса как такого нет- гантели, 1-2 тренажера и коврик. Веранда закрыта(говорят дождь- хотя дождя нет, но все равно не накрывают). Фото не соответствует. Номер был старый, ничего общего с фото выбранной категории. Вода из крана - почти без напора, как будто ее ворубт. Вай фай слабый, постоянно виснет. На ресепш негде присесть- 3 стула, которые всегда заняты, холла нет. Очень очень грустно потраченные деньги на остановку тут. Повелись на сеть и 4*. В итоге рядом куча отелей с лучшими показателями, дешевле на 20-30%.

Amazing hotel in a great location with super friendly staff! Close to shops, bars, restaurants, metro/train. Complimentary champagne and chocolates on arrival and great location for sightseeing using the Metro. Walking distance from Louvre and Notre Dame and close by parking at St Eustache if driving. Our room even had a view of the Eiffel Tower and Notre Dame! Would definitely return. Thank you!

We already had a wonderful stay back in Feb, and for our stay this August, Lenora emailed in advance to ask about any special needs. She was also there to welcome us when we arrived. She gave excellent advice, was very accommodating, and made us feel special. The hotel was overall clean, spacious, and the ice cream was a lovely treat. Staying again at the Novotel Les Halles is a must when we find ourselves back in Paris!

The location of the hotel was very convenient.

Cons: Not the most polite staff except for 2 persons at the restaurant of the hotel. Also for for the 2 days of our staying things like sanitary bags or toilet paper were not re-stocked after cleaning and we did have to ask them twice. Also, our room was not ready on check in time and after we received the key 45 minutes after the check-in hotel staff was in the room still trying to open-up the sofa bed. So based on the above our experience mentiona that they have a lack of organisation.

The central location was the best aspect of the property. Given the hotel was full and very busy there were some requests that were not met, for example, the lights that did not work in the corridor outside my room that were not fixed over the 4 nights stay I had. Concierge was also not the best however Front Desk staff made up for that. Given all of that I felt safe in this part of Paris as it was close to the tourist spots but still not in the thick of them. Additionally, the central location was great for access to top notch restaurants in the 1st Arr, walking distance (slightly long) to the great cafes and restaurants in the Latin Qtr and Saint Germain and easy access via the Metro (Chatelet) outside the hotel. Free ice cream in the lobby was also available to all guests in the afternoons and the breakfast buffet was pretty good.

Cons: Not much - a little noisy and cramped in the lobby as part of it was closed for renovations. But when i was there last year it was fine.

My husband and I booked a superior room for a 3-night stay to celebrate our anniversary. We were told that we were receiving an upgraded room, which was quite the opposite to an upgrade. The room was on the highest floor, which is similar to an attic, with a sloped ceiling through half the room, and a small dormer window that allowed some light to enter. So if you are taller than 5’ you have to band over to get in to the bed. The carpet in the room was matted and felt dirty. The bathroom was renovated and quite nice though, with a spacious shower.
