We organized a small team meeting at the Novotel. The central location is perfect for bringing together the various participants.. The meeting room provided was spacious, bright, and very comfortable. A self-service buffet allowed us to enjoy drinks and pastries throughout the day. Special mention also goes to the friendliness of the staff.

Место положение отличное, сейчас там небольшой ремонт, но это не особо мешает, все в рамках дозволенного время.

Cons: Отсутствует лобби зона ожидания, когда ты после самолета и нет сил идти гулять и не пришло время заселения, нет комфортного зала ожидания. Дверь в ванную очень тяжело закрывается, мешает ковровое покрытие. Конечно все эти замечания не критичны, если вы отдыхаете с близким человеком.

Cons: The room has very poor sound proof. We happened to stay there during music festival and the music was sooo loud from 6pm till 2am.. we couldn’t sleep and the streets were so dirty and smelly after the festival. But I know it’s not just that area, it happens to other area as well. But we will appreciate it if the hotel can inform us of this event prior to booking so we can take this into consideration when booking. With young kids, I would not have booked the room if I was aware of the event.

La posizione è ottima : metro di fronte ed in pieno centro. Tutto raggiungibile a piedi . Lo staff veramente gentile e disponibile al ricevimento . Si intuisce che fanno tanto anche a compensazione di possibili disagi .

Cons: Non considero i lavori di ristrutturazione , che comunque condizionano nella vista e nell’operatività , la camera tripla piccola (troppo), le finestre bloccate , il letto con coperte troppo pesanti per la stagione, la moquette ovunque , le porte del bagno non chiudibili in quanto montate successivamente alla moquette e quindi bloccate.

Les Halles is a busy, bustling location and the Novotel is right in the middle of this spot. From the hotel we were able to comfortably walk to Notre Dame, the Louvre, and other central spots. The hotel is definitely business centered, but there were plenty of other families. A lovely little boulangerie is located within steps. The rooms were very comfortable, we booked two for our family of five. It was a very clean hotel and despite the bustling location, we all slept very well.

The staff were excellent. Tireless and welcoming. From the reception to the breakfast crew, I haven't seen a team work harder.

Cons: The hotel was under reconstruction and so was too packed and too busy. The queues were so full at breakfast, people were waiting an abnormal amount of time. It certainly didn't feel like I'd booked a special hotel stay because of the crampness, and lack of amenities. Great location, very close to the metro and easy to get around the city. It’s also within easy walking distance of the Louvre and Notre Dame, which was a real bonus. The hotel was nicely decorated for Christmas, creating a warm and festive atmosphere. Although the hotel was undergoing renovations during our stay, it didn’t affect us at all. The staff were very helpful, especially with transport queries and local advice. The buffet had a good selection and was a nice way to start the day. Westfield shopping centre is right across the road, and there are plenty of nice shops and restaurants in the local area. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay.

We recently stayed at Novotel Les Halles and found it to be a great choice, especially for its central location. The hotel is right by a major metro station, with another just a short walk away, making it incredibly easy to get around Paris. There are plenty of boulangeries and restaurants immediately outside the hotel, and if you walk to the right, you’ll find a lively street full of bars and eateries. For shopping, there’s a giant Westfield mall directly underground at the metro station in front of the hotel, which is very convenient. We arrived late in the evening and were greeted warmly. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, which we hadn’t been warned about at booking. The entire front façade is under scaffolding, leaving just a small entrance which was adorned with festive Christmas trees. Despite this, the lobby felt welcoming, even though parts are partitioned off due to the work. During our stay, the hotel offered hot wine and hot chocolate in the afternoons in the lobby area, which was a nice touch. The restaurant was cosy and quiet in the evenings, with a good selection of continental breakfast items. The food for dinner on both nights was very good. While we were out much of the time, the renovation noise during the day - up until 5 pm - was noticeable, so it might be a concern for those needing to rest during the day. The staff were responsive and helpful whenever we had questions or needed directions. It would have been preferable to be informed about the renovation beforehand, but it didn’t significantly affect our stay. Our room had a queen bed and a fold-out sofa bed, perfect for our needs. The bathroom had a slight damp smell and some mould in places, but housekeeping was efficient, providing fresh towels daily, and the supplied toiletries were nice. The view was unfortunately blocked by scaffolding and a large decal on the window. We were travelling with others who had a very similar room, and their room didn’t have the decal, so it let in much more light. Overall, the pros - fantastic location, spacious room with sofa bed, good restaurant, and helpful staff— outweighed the cons. We would definitely stay at Novotel Les Halles again and hope the renovations will be completed by our next visit.

Mieliśmy pokój Executive z pakietem śniadanie+kolacja. 4 noce -Lokalizacja w samym centrum oraz główny węzeł komunikacyjny (metro oraz pociąg podmiejski) tuż przy wejściu do hotelu -Wygodne duże łóżko King size -Kolacja w pakiecie była z normalnej karty restauracji (przystawka+danie główne+deser) - dania znakomite. Napoje nie były w pakiecie ale to akurat nie problem -Powitalna butelka szampana (375ml) z dodatkowymi napojami oraz czekoladkami -Ogólnie ładny , schludny pokój -Pochwała dla Pana z obsługi restauracji (Pan Raphael) za znakomitą obsługę podczas kolacji

Cons: -Jak na tą klasę hotelu jedynie podstawowe śniadania (nawet mniej niż śniadanie angielskie) , mało różnorodne oraz powtarzalne. Ale plusik za kucharza u którego można zamówić świeży omlet -Słabe wyciszenie pokoju ,niestety wszystko słychać z ulicy. -Słaba klimatyzacja pokoju , działało jedynie ogrzewanie , a okna nie dało się otworzyć. (Ale było nieszczelne) -Duży minus za room service. W ciągu 3 dni pobytu przez 2 musiałem parokrotnie zgłosić sprzątanie pokoju , wyniesienie śmieci/uzupełnienia papieru oraz wymianę szklanek/kieliszków na nowe. Sama wywieszka na klamce nie wystarczyła. I zgłoszenie trzeba było powtórzyć żeby ktoś w końcu przyszedł. -Nie było uzupełnień wody butelkowanej. Były 2 butelki + powitalny bonus pierwszego dnia , potem nic. Moim zdaniem niedopuszczalne jak na hotel tej klasy. OK jest woda z minibaru ale cena zachęca do zrobienia zakupów w sklepie. Akceptowalne dla taniego hotelu ale nie za 500EUR/noc.

The location and staff of this hotel are outstanding for anyone visiting Paris. It's conveniently situated near all the major attractions and right next to the metro. The staff truly went above and beyond during our stay. Since we were celebrating our wedding anniversary, they surprised us with a bottle of champagne in our room for the night. Special thanks to Benjamin for making our stay so memorable.

Cons: We visited in November when the weather was cooler. However, our room was warmer at night than we would have liked. We didn't have time to report this issue to the hotel, so as a workaround, we left our window open overnight.

Cons: During our stay there were major renovations. No facade or any facilities available. During our stay drilling occurred all afternoon into the wall and around our window. Cons: The hallway on our floor (4th) was smelly and dirty everyday, really could use some cleaning and also the paint on the walls was falling off. The staff wasn’t terrible but not nice, not really helpful. Our mini bar wouldn’t open, went to ask why and told me there was an issue with them and that’s it, no other solution. The room was small and just two outlets for charging phone or any other device, really stupid and inconvenient. The bathroom was also small and the glass walls on the shower that can be see through to the bedroom not of my liking.

Hotel is in an excellent location to walk to all the main sights and there is also a metro entrance very close by. The room and main lobby were stunning. Lots of restaurants around and a big shopping centre behind. Later checkout of 12 was great as it gave us plenty of time on our last day. We even managed to check in early on the first day. Very comfy bed and great shower.

Cons: The hotel is currently undergoing renovation. A couple of days we had to awkwardly walk around workers replacing the floors or painting walls however the parts that weren't being worked on were stunning.

Cons: Das Gebäude ist in Renovation, dies stand nirgends. Wir haben ein Zimmer für 3 gebucht. Nur zwei Betten waren bezogen. Im Bad gibt es nur eine Falltür, eignet sich nicht für Paare. Im Bad hat es gestunken. Beleuchtung Katastrophe, weil Glaswand zum Badezimmer. Taxen von CHF 50.- mussten wir am Ende noch bezahlen. Allgemein zu teuer.

The hotel is centrally located. It is walking distance from two different metro stops and there is a shopping mall right across from the hotel. Plenty of restaurants to choose from that offer different cuisine. We opted for the Executive Queen Room with a single sofa bed and were pleasantly surprised by the size of the room, however, as soon as you walked into the room there was a toilet but without a sink to wash your hands. If you needed to wash your hands or take a shower you had to walk to the other end of the room which did not include a toilet. The bathroom/shower situation was most definitely weird and throw us off a little.

We visited for a 3-night family stay at the end of October and booked an “Executive” room. We knew there was construction and expected the exterior to look rough, but we didn’t realize the rooms would be in such poor shape. Ours seemed to be from an older, unrenovated stock: the carpet was old, dingy, and frayed; furniture was worn with noticeable stains; and the lighting was dim, leaving the space dark and depressing. Paint was chipped on walls, baseboards, and doors. We had a connecting room, and once it was unlocked, the connecting doors were visibly stained (I carry disinfecting wipes and felt compelled to clean them myself). On the plus side, the linens and towels were clean, the staff were friendly and seemed to do their best with the resources available, and the evening popcorn was a thoughtful treat for the kids. Do note there is noticeable construction noise during the day, which may impact naps or mid-day downtime. Breakfast was lackluster for the price—edible but uninspired. In my view, the hotel should either close during renovations or clearly differentiate renovated vs. older rooms at booking so guests can choose. Had that been clear, I would have passed. I sincerely hope all rooms receive a full refresh during the renovation. Bottom line: Fantastic location for families and sightseeing, but until renovations are complete (and you can be sure you’ll get a refreshed room), the value isn’t there.

I was extremely satisfied with my stay at the Novotel Les Halles. The cleanliness was at great level, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent. The location is perfect - within walking distance of many of Paris’s main attractions, and with easy access to both the metro and RER (1 min), making it very convenient to get around the city.

Cons: The smell of dampness in the room. The window did not open, it was locked. We lived two adults with two children, there was only one pair of slippers and one bathrobe in the room. I understand that children may not need bathrobes, but adults... The staff lacked a warm smile. The location is really very good, but the price does not match the quality and services offered.

I only have good things to say about this place. I know if was under renovation and we didn’t get the full experience but the staff was so helpful and kind. The area was perfect. What I loved most about this hotel is the convenience — the metro is literally a 1-minute walk, and there are tons of restaurants around. The only downside was that it was under construction, so no lobby or bathroom access. But overall, I’d still recommend it!

I checked in after a long flight from Canada around 10:30pm. I was given a filthy room overlooking a dumpster. I wouldn’t have paid $420 for it had I seen the real condition of the hotel and room. This was false advertising.

My husband and I booked a superior room for a 3-night stay to celebrate our anniversary. We were told that we were receiving an upgraded room, which was quite the opposite to an upgrade. The room was on the highest floor, which is similar to an attic, with a sloped ceiling through half the room, and a small dormer window that allowed some light to enter. So if you are taller than 5’ you have to band over to get in to the bed. The carpet in the room was matted and felt dirty. The bathroom was renovated and quite nice though, with a spacious shower.

O hotel têm uma ótima localização, na frente de uma estação de metrô, rodeado por ótimos restaurantes, bancas de frutas, etc. Fizemos a maior parte dos passeios a pé, saindo do hotel. Tem um jardim interno excelente para refeições em família. O café da manhã é maravilhoso, com frutas frescas, iogurtes e uma pessoa preparando ovos, omeletes, crepes. São muito amigáveis com crianças, oferecem inclusive sorvete, maçãs e doces no meio da tarde.

La situation géographique, top! La chambre était bien calme et le lit très confortable. Le petit déjeuner est assez bon, bien que pauvre en fruits et avec un jus d'orange pas terrible.

Cons: L'hôtel a fait une "erreur" de facturation par rapport à la réservation de presque mil euros, sans la moindre excuse!! Par ailleurs l'écoulement de la douche était bouché et la climatisation ainsi que la télé impossible à régler sans l'assistance du technicien. La réception ne dispose pas de places d'attente assises en suffisance.

I chose this hotel for its convenient location between Gare du Nord (our arrival station) and Gare de Lyon (our departure station). It couldn’t have been more perfect. A pleasant 15 minute walk to Notre Dame one way or 15 minutes to the Louvre the other way. We enjoyed picking up pastries at the bakery opposite before walking to the Louvre. We had a small Juliette balcony which was nice to watch the nighttime hustle and bustle of the city. Once the doors were closed, though, you couldn’t hear a thing and we had a comfortable night’s sleep. Staff were very friendly and helpful, room was clean and comfortable, beds very cosy. Metro/RER station right outside made exploring the city very easy. I was with my 11 year old daughter and admittedly was anxious at first about safety but honestly we felt very safe even around the station, and even when arriving back after 11pm one night. The shopping centre next door was very busy which I didn’t enjoy (but it didn’t stop my daughter from wanting to explore the many clothes shops!). Overall a fantastic experience and I would absolutely stay here again in the future. You couldn’t ask for a more central location in a reasonably priced and very friendly welcoming hotel. Thanks Novotel.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Novotel Paris Les Halles. The hotel was very clean, and our room was spacious, spotless, and featured a nice, modern layout. Breakfast was excellent, offering a wide selection of fresh and delicious food. The staff were consistently helpful and genuinely friendly throughout our stay. The location couldn’t be better, right in the heart of Paris, next to the large Les Halles shopping mall, surrounded by many restaurants, directly above a major train station, and within walking distance of many of the city’s top attractions. Everything was absolutely perfect during our stay, and I have no regrets at all.

We stayed here during a family trip to Paris for the first time. The staff was multi-lingual and incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel’s location is close to many delicious restaurants, shops and iconic landmarks. 15-20 min walk to Notre Dame, The Lourve, malls and more. Rooms were comfortable & very clean. Lenora, at the front desk, was beyond welcoming - sharing restaurant recommendations and patiently sharing directions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This lovely hotel is in the perfect location, just steps from the Chatelet metro/train station. It is within an easy walk to Notre Dame, Saint Chapelle, and so much more! The rooms were modern and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was incredible and a bargain - free for children and 25€ for adults. The staff was, to a person, friendly, welcoming, and extremely helpful. Free ice cream in the lobby from 4-6 each day was a delightful bonus! We will absolutely choose this hotel when we are lucky enough to return to Paris!

Stayed here for a week and absolutely loved it. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, always happy to help with a smile, whether it was giving directions or offering great local tips. The bed was super comfy, easily one of the best I’ve slept in while travelling. The room was spotless every day, and it really made coming back after a long day of sightseeing feel like a treat. Breakfast was a real highlight: loads of variety, fresh produce, and something to suit every taste. From pastries to hot dishes, everything was top-notch. And the cherry on top? Free ice cream handed out every afternoon, such a fun and thoughtful bonus, especially in the summer heat! Perfectly located for exploring Paris, this hotel definitely delivered a 4-star experience. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Destaque p a coordenadora de Relacionamento Cristina, muito atenciosa. Ficamos num quarto novo, com ar condicionado geladinho (o que fez muita diferença, pois Paris estava bem quente), banheiro com chuveiro excelente. O hotel está em reforma, algo q eles sinalizam tanto no site oficial quanto no Instagram, mas não nos afetou em nada. O café da manhã simplesmente perfeito e farto. Além de ser ao lado de uma das maiores estações de trem e metrô e também com muitos restaurantes e cafés. Ficarei, sem dúvida alguma, nesse mesmo hotel quando retornar p Paris.
