Mas o melhor de tudo é a localização que é perfeita... apesar de estar muito próximo da Puerta del Sol e arredores, onde o fluxo de turista é muito intenso, na frente do Hotel é muito tranquilo... fui a pé também ao Museu do Prado e ao Palacio Real. O quarto conta com amenities de primeira linha e a cama e os travesseiros são super confortáveis. Os funcionários são atenciosos e prestativos. Enfim, foi uma estadia perfeita.

Albergo meraviglioso, dove ogni dettaglio è stato curato alla perfezione. Il letto comodissimo, i cuscini fantastici e tutto impeccabilmente pulito. Per la prima volta ho trovato un’aria condizionata studiata in modo intelligente, con una protezione che impediva all’aria di arrivare direttamente addosso. Anche l’illuminazione della camera era bellissima, con dettagli di design davvero originali e moderni. Il bagno era fantastico, con una doccia enorme e prodotti di ottima qualità: shampoo, balsamo e crema. Abbiamo trovato anche accappatoi, acqua gratuita ogni giorno e un frigobar sempre ben fornito. E poi un dettaglio che ho trovato davvero speciale: uno spray per i cuscini, con una delicata profumazione studiata per favorire il relax e un sonno migliore. Una piccola attenzione che fa davvero la differenza. La colazione era semplicemente meravigliosa, ricchissima e con tutto ciò che si può desiderare, sia dolce che salato. Anche il personale è stato impeccabile: sempre gentile, disponibile e professionale. Un albergo davvero speciale, dove si percepisce l’attenzione per ogni piccolo dettaglio. A mio parere, meriterebbe sicuramente una stella in più. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A ver, no en vano tiene 9,4 puntos en BOOKING (más que merecido). Es más: ¡merecería más! ¿Qué es bueno del hotel? Todo. Comenzando por lo que a mí más me importa: LOCATION. Está al lado de PUERTA DEL SOL sin estar "EN" Puerta del Sol. Frente al HOTEL FOUR SEASONS. Yo diría que es de las mejores ubicaciones de Madrid (si es que no es la mejor). Las instalaciones son excepcionales. Tanto como el personal. Todos amabilísimos, simpatiquísimos y siempre bien dispuestos a ayudarte en absolutamente todo lo que necesites (reserva de restaurantes, transporte, consejos sobre la ciudad, y un larguísimo etcétera). Verdaderamente que es todo perfecto. Es un hotel excepcional.
Cons: Absolutamente nada no me gusta de este hotel. Todo es increíble. Me cuesta encontrar algo para cuestionar. Tiene la hermosa, fascinante posibilidad de que por € 10 por hora, te podés quedar a partir de la hora del check out y hasta las 17:00 (cosa que se valora muy mucho si tu vuelo sale tarde en la noche). Eso puede ser en la misma habitación (si es que no está reservada para ese día) o en otra. En la última oportunidad en que nos quedamos nos tocó cambiarnos. Pensé: "bueno, ahora nos van a dar la peor habitación que tengan, porque total, es por unas horas nada más". Pero nada que ver: ERA ESPECTACULAR (es que no han de tener malas, ¡eh!).

You have to notify your roommates; 2) Food is not delicious, both in the hotel and the adjacent restaurant; 3) Adjacent restaurant is very slow to bring food, needed to be reminded all the time; 4) Slippers are the cheapest ones, both for the left leg; 5) No call menu. They just say dial 7; 6) Staff is not pleasant to deal with.

As soon as we got in we were able to pay 50 euros for an early check in and were escorted up to a beautiful breakfast bar. There was fresh orange juice, Spanish tortilla, honey dripping from the comb- one of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had at a hotel :). The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was kept very cool with the AC. I would recommend to any American because it is very walkable to Sol and to el Prado.

En Madrid hace tiempo el Regina es nuestra elección. Cuando llegamos, no sentimos entrar a un hotel sino es como llegar a nuestra casa. Cons: We were asked if we would like to upgrade. We did and paid extra for it. We were put in a room where they were busy with construction to the buildings next to us. When we took our afternoon naps they were drilling and we could not rest. We were not told about the construction when asked if we would like the upgrade. The toilet is also part of the bathroom and not separate. Rooms are dark and not a lot of light penetrates through them resulting to switching the lights on during daytime. We could not connect the tv to Netflix or any other movie screening apps.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect, right in the city center and close to all the main attractions. The room was incredibly spacious, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were thoughtful and welcoming. I even loved that the bathroom had a Dyson hair dryer, which was a great touch. The hotel pays attention to every detail with small gifts and excellent hospitality. It honestly feels like a five-star hotel, and the gym is fully equipped!!
Cons: My only concern was the bathroom window… As I was staying with children on the 5th floor, I was worried they might open it, especially since it’s easily accessible from the bidet. A child safety lock would be a great addition.

The location is amazing, its close to basically everything and there are metro entrances and bus stops close by. Always try to stay here whenever I'm in madrid.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and extremely comfortable. The location was excellent, just a couple of minutes' walk from Puerta del Sol, making it perfect for exploring the city. The reception team were super friendly, especially Maria, who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was fantastic, with a great selection of choices, and the breakfast team were welcoming and attentive. We would happily stay here again.

Fui muito bem recebida por todos os funcionários, todos muito bem treinados e educadíssimos, desde a camareira até a equipe da recepção. Em especial o funcionário que me recepcionou tarde da noite quando cheguei do aeroporto (não lembro o nome), mas gostaria de deixar um agradecimento em especial a ele por toda a gentileza e educação. O meu quarto era super novo e moderno, limpíssimo, cheiroso, banheiro grande e pasmem: Eles tem secador Dyson no banheiro :) Para as mulheres isso é um Plus de alto nível. Café da manhã gostoso. Hotel muito bem localizado, fiz a maioria das coisas a pé. Nota 10! Obrigada pela excelente experiência que me proporcionaram!

Very nice refreshed hotel in the city center. Breakfast was perfect. Hotel has good bar and restaurant. Helpful and nice hotel staff. Room was very calm as it was not facing the street, however I didn't feel that street was busy and loud, so next time will try to get room with a street view (there are charming nbuildings nearby).

Cons: The bathroom is separated by a glass wall, so not much privacy if you are sharing the room with someone else. Maybe this is just in smaller rooms and not in others.

Modernt, rent, bra läge, mycket trevlig personal och en mycket god och välbalanserad frukost. Vi har varit på många hotel de sista åren men detta var absolut det bästa.
Cons: Om man nu tvunget ska klaga så tycker jag att hotellrums dörren förde lite oväsen vid öppning och stängning, men vi stördes inte av det. Hade inga stökiga grannar så det funkade bra ändå.

It’s within walking propinquity to a great many central places of interest, the in-room decor and amenities are brilliant and front desk personnel are beyond helpful - be that for local recommendations or reservations, breakfast selection shall boggle your mind - all thy taste buds are to pop.

This is a wonderful location. It may take a moment to find the entrance as it is in between a couple of buildings. But it is worth it. It is in the "fancy" district which is a 5-10 minute walk to the historic areas. The employees were great and very helpful. We booked a suite and it was ready for us when we arrived at 10 AM. The suite was modern, clean and comfortable. And very quiet. The included breakfast was excellent. We will definitely stay there again.

Cons: Slow elevator to and from my room on the fifth floor. Often, it stopped in between floors but too many people wanted on. They either had to wait or take the stairs...You need another elevator serving the guest rooms.

Our stay at Hotel Regina was excellent from beginning to end. The location could not be better — right in the heart of Madrid with easy access to shopping, restaurants, attractions, and public transport. Everything was within walking distance, which made exploring the city very easy and enjoyable. The room we received felt very new, modern, clean, and comfortable. One of the details we really loved was the Dyson hair dryer, which added a very luxurious touch to the stay. The hotel atmosphere was stylish, calm, and welcoming. Breakfast was outstanding with a great variety of fresh and delicious options every morning. Definitely one of the best hotel breakfasts we have had during our travels. Overall, a fantastic hotel with an excellent location, beautiful rooms, and high-quality service. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Madrid.

Nos hospedamos aquí porque mi esposo ya se había quedado hace 2 años y lo recomendó como excelente opción...la verdad no nos arrepentimos. Tiene una excelente ubicación, realmente cerca de todo lo que un turista pueda necesitar para conocer Madrid, pasear ir de shopping. Desde la bienvenida y en toda nuestra estadía todo el personal se mostró sumamente amable. Nos hicieron un upgrade gratis de nuestra habitación a una más grande y realmente estaba espectacular, el espacio, la decoración, la comodidad, los detalles... Amé demasiado el secador de cabello y la plancha! El spray aromatizador para las almohadas que te ayudaba a dormir mejor. La ducha muy rica, el espacio con su tetera y cafetera y la vajilla para servirse. Los modos de buenos días y buenas noches de las luces y persianas que te ayudaban a dejar el ambiente perfecto para descansar. El desayuno espectacular y super variado, de los mejores que he probado. De verdad que nos encantó.
Cons: Solo diría que en las mañanas se sentía mucho el ruido de la gente de limpieza en los pasillos y las habitaciones vecinas. Algo que sé que es díficil de evitar en los hoteles pero realmente fue lo único que no me gustó.

I wasnt really sure what to expect as first time to Madrid, but the location of the hotel was fantastic, the hotel itself had a very modern feel to it, the rooms were very comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. Great value for money, and would highly recommend it to others.

Choix du petit déjeuner pourrait proposer des granolas et des choses plus healthy. Le quartier est très pratique. Bien que central sur une avenue très animée la chambre derrière était très calme. Jolie terrasse qui compensait la chambre sombre car sous les toits. Très agréable séjour. Hôtel bien entretenu.

Die Lage war sehr gut. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, alles war sauber und das Frühstück hat uns gefallen.
Cons: Wir hatten uns ein Zimmer in einer höheren Etage gewünscht, haben aber ein Zimmer in der zweiten Etage bekommen. Vielleicht war nichts anderes mehr frei. Wer es ruhig mag, sollte wissen, dass die Innenhofzimmer leider sehr dunkel sind.

We were upgraded but all the rooms were extremely modern and comfortable. The Staff were very helpful. The breakfast was outstanding. Everything from smoked salmon to bacon to Honeycomb. Our bed was enormous and luxurious. The location is very close for everything including good eating places.
Cons: The ultra modern lighting system is too clever for it's own good.

The hotel is very nice and the staff are very friendly. The accomodations are new and comfortable.
Cons: There was a very foul smell in the room, probably related to the sewer systems, don’t know if it’s fixable. They do provide a ambient spray for the room, but it’s not enough. Recommend closing the bathroom door and opening the window during the day.

Śniadania również rewelacyjne - wszystko świeże, produkty wysokiej jakości, bardzo duży wybór opcji wytrawnych i na słodko - świeże owoce, ciasta handmade, kawa z ekspresu, wszystko przygotowywane na bieżąco, nie było braków - od razu wszystko donoszone przez sprawną obsługę. Pokoje bardzo zadbane, z lodówką z minibarem, ekspresem, suszarką Dysona, prostownicą do włosów, żelazkiem, codziennie sprzątane, nawet wieczorem przygotowywane łóżka do spania z pozostawionymi czekoladkami, łazienka bardzo komfortowa z uwagi na wielkość i czystość i wyposażenie. Obsługa bardzo uprzejma i pomocna, na śniadaniach ogromnie sprawna. Hotel godny polecenia, wszystko było na najwyższym poziomie, a ceny bardzo atrakcyjne uwzględniając jakość hotelu.
