los detalles en las habitaciones son lindos y en general es muy moderno. El desayuno está bien. La ubicación excelente. El personal amable. Hay cápsulas nespresso para consumir en las habitaciones. Te dejan agua.
Cons: El hotel es muy lindo pero no pude dormir ni una noche, la segunda encontré dos hormigas en la cama. Todo se ve muy limpio, no entiendo como les sucede algo así, quizás yo tuve mala suerte. Hay una obra en construcción al lado que comienza su trabajo muy temprano, sé que no es culpa del hotel pero no deberían asignar habitaciones pegadas a la obra sin antes advertir al huésped que pago carísimo por su alojamiento para estar tranquilo y cómodo. Ascensor de la parte trasera lento, debería haber uno más. La tarjeta para entrar a la habitación de desactiva muy seguido.

Cons: Room was on 4th floor. Elevators were not working. And the staircase was small and round.that its impossible to carry a normal suitcase till 4th floor. So I told the property owner I cant live here so I did not stay at storehouse studios , Amsterdam and left for another hotel to stay. Have asked for full refund.of booking amount as I fully eligible because important information regarding elevators not working was not shared on booking.com portal at the time of booking.

This place exceeded my expectations, and for the price and location is was a great option. Service was impeccable by everyone, from the reception to the bar, and housekeeping. The room is not large but there is good closet space and I was there to sleep. The bathroom, though, was spacious and gorgeous.
Cons: If I must criticize something, it would be the AI sounding music at the breakfast, where a lot of good music and songs were ruined by a completely flat and uninteresting female (?) voice doing the covers. But that's just me nitpicking...

Excellent location, wonderful staff. Our room was for two and had everything: a mini kitchen, a mini closet, comfortable beds, immaculate condition, an outdoor sitting area/balcony, and a fantastic breakfast with lots of options. The location is very safe, great, and close to shopping and great restaurants. They also provided a takeaway breakfast picnic for our early flight and arranged our taxi. This was a mother-daughter trip, and our 4-night stay at Hotel Regina in Madrid made it even more special.

Everyone was really helpful and with a smile on all the time. My room was spacious but I chose a big one to start with, so it was what I was expecting. The breakfast was really nice. Everyone spoke English which is not a given at all in Madrid. My bed was really comfortable. I would go back !
Cons: The sofa bed was not so comfortable and they could install an additional soundproof door after the entry door as we could hear people outside opening their door but as there was not a lot of people passing in front of our door, it was not a real problem for us personally. Real problem with their keycards for the door. Mine was never working and had to have a new one done every time I was coming back. Apparently I was not the only one. They told me they were already planning on fixing it.

A very special thank you to Gloria and Sofia for their warm welcome, excellent service, and for upgrading our room. They made us feel truly welcomed and taken care of from the moment we arrived. All of the hotel employees were extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. The hotel itself is very clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The location is one of the best—very convenient and perfect for exploring Madrid. Everything about our experience was excellent: the room, cleanliness, location, service, and especially the wonderful staff. Thank you, Gloria, Sofia, and the entire Hotel Regina team for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Cons: A staff do café da manhã, nos dois dias que ficamos no hotel, tinha um comportamento “obsessivo” de manter tudo limpo, a todo tempo, e isso incomodava os hóspedes. Por exemplo: os funcionários limpavam as mesas e sofás que já estavam limpas, ao nosso lado, a todo o tempo, passando a sensação de que já tinha acabado o horário do café da manhã e já estavam limpando para o próximo turno (o que não era o caso). Ressalto que isso me parece uma orientação da gerência do hotel, e não culpa dos funcionários.

Colazione favolosa in assoluto, frutta e verdura fresca, pesce , carne, lattici,uova , dolci buonissimi , cioccolato , caffè nesspresso, miele fresca , assolutamente tutto- abbiamo goduto tutte le mattine con grande piacere ! Pulizia nelle camere costante e fatta bene , staff gentilissimo, rapido nelle richieste ,rispettoso e preparato. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura che fa onore alla città vibrante di Madrid !

Esperienza estremamente positiva all'Hotel Regina. Posizione fantastica per girare la città a piedi. Vicinanza a punti di interesse e fermate metro. Pulizia ottima, letto veramente confortevole. Colazione di ampio assortimento, qualità e con servizio efficiente. Da sottolineare, nella stanza la dotazione (oltre a pack di acqua ed occorrente per the) di una macchina per il caffè Nespresso con fornitura quotidiana di 2 capsule normali + 2 di decaffeinato, su richiesta ulteriormente integrabili senza problemi: un plus di massimo apprezzamento e mai, con tale generosità, riscontrato altrove!! Doccia superlativa. Personale sempre gentile e disponibile in caso di necessità. Consigliatissimo. Sicuramente da ripetere se tornassimo a Madrid.
Cons: Piccoli nei: un unico ascensore per accedere ai piani in cui ubicata la nostra stanza, a volte quindi con tempi di attesa. Nel bagno dellanostra stanza, il water era posizionato dietro la porta, a rischio di spiacevole ed intuibile inconveniente. Anche l’illuminazione della camera era bellissima, con dettagli di design davvero originali e moderni. Il bagno era fantastico, con una doccia enorme e prodotti di ottima qualità: shampoo, balsamo e crema. Abbiamo trovato anche accappatoi, acqua gratuita ogni giorno e un frigobar sempre ben fornito. E poi un dettaglio che ho trovato davvero speciale: uno spray per i cuscini, con una delicata profumazione studiata per favorire il relax e un sonno migliore. Una piccola attenzione che fa davvero la differenza. La colazione era semplicemente meravigliosa, ricchissima e con tutto ciò che si può desiderare, sia dolce che salato. Anche il personale è stato impeccabile: sempre gentile, disponibile e professionale. Un albergo davvero speciale, dove si percepisce l’attenzione per ogni piccolo dettaglio. A ver, no en vano tiene 9,4 puntos en BOOKING (más que merecido). Es más: ¡merecería más! ¿Qué es bueno del hotel? Todo. Comenzando por lo que a mí más me importa: LOCATION. Está al lado de PUERTA DEL SOL sin estar "EN" Puerta del Sol. Frente al HOTEL FOUR SEASONS. Yo diría que es de las mejores ubicaciones de Madrid (si es que no es la mejor). Las instalaciones son excepcionales. Tanto como el personal. Todos amabilísimos, simpatiquísimos y siempre bien dispuestos a ayudarte en absolutamente todo lo que necesites (reserva de restaurantes, transporte, consejos sobre la ciudad, y un larguísimo etcétera). Verdaderamente que es todo perfecto. Es un hotel excepcional.
Cons: Absolutamente nada no me gusta de este hotel. Todo es increíble. Me cuesta encontrar algo para cuestionar. Tiene la hermosa, fascinante posibilidad de que por € 10 por hora, te podés quedar a partir de la hora del check out y hasta las 17:00 (cosa que se valora muy mucho si tu vuelo sale tarde en la noche). Eso puede ser en la misma habitación (si es que no está reservada para ese día) o en otra. En la última oportunidad en que nos quedamos nos tocó cambiarnos. Pensé: "bueno, ahora nos van a dar la peor habitación que tengan, porque total, es por unas horas nada más". Pero nada que ver: ERA ESPECTACULAR (es que no han de tener malas, ¡eh!).

As soon as we got in we were able to pay 50 euros for an early check in and were escorted up to a beautiful breakfast bar. There was fresh orange juice, Spanish tortilla, honey dripping from the comb- one of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had at a hotel :). The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was kept very cool with the AC. I would recommend to any American because it is very walkable to Sol and to el Prado.

Cons: We were asked if we would like to upgrade. We did and paid extra for it. We were put in a room where they were busy with construction to the buildings next to us. When we took our afternoon naps they were drilling and we could not rest. We were not told about the construction when asked if we would like the upgrade. The toilet is also part of the bathroom and not separate. Rooms are dark and not a lot of light penetrates through them resulting to switching the lights on during daytime. We could not connect the tv to Netflix or any other movie screening apps.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect, right in the city center and close to all the main attractions. The room was incredibly spacious, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were thoughtful and welcoming. I even loved that the bathroom had a Dyson hair dryer, which was a great touch. The hotel pays attention to every detail with small gifts and excellent hospitality. It honestly feels like a five-star hotel, and the gym is fully equipped!!
Cons: My only concern was the bathroom window… As I was staying with children on the 5th floor, I was worried they might open it, especially since it’s easily accessible from the bidet. A child safety lock would be a great addition.

I was disappointed by how my stay ended at Hotel Regina Madrid. The Hotel is clean, the breakfast is good, and the staff are generally very friendly. However, on the day of departure, I asked if it would be possible to check out 2-3 hours later because my flight was in late afternoon. The receptionist confirmed that another room was available and that we could move there until 3 p.m. We immediately started packing our belongings, only to receive another call few minutes later saying she has forgotten to mention there would be a 30€ late check-out charge. To be clear, this was never about the 30€. It was about the lack of consideration and the way the situation was handled. After staying in one of the most expensive rooms, I expected a more customer-oriented approach, especially considering we had also woken up early by renovation noise. Small gesture make a big difference in hospitality. Unfortunately, this experience left me disappointed, and I will not be returning.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and extremely comfortable. The location was excellent, just a couple of minutes' walk from Puerta del Sol, making it perfect for exploring the city. The reception team were super friendly, especially Maria, who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was fantastic, with a great selection of choices, and the breakfast team were welcoming and attentive. We would happily stay here again.

Fui muito bem recebida por todos os funcionários, todos muito bem treinados e educadíssimos, desde a camareira até a equipe da recepção. Em especial o funcionário que me recepcionou tarde da noite quando cheguei do aeroporto (não lembro o nome), mas gostaria de deixar um agradecimento em especial a ele por toda a gentileza e educação. O meu quarto era super novo e moderno, limpíssimo, cheiroso, banheiro grande e pasmem: Eles tem secador Dyson no banheiro :) Para as mulheres isso é um Plus de alto nível. Café da manhã gostoso. Hotel muito bem localizado, fiz a maioria das coisas a pé. Nota 10! Obrigada pela excelente experiência que me proporcionaram!

Very nice refreshed hotel in the city center. Breakfast was perfect. Hotel has good bar and restaurant. Helpful and nice hotel staff. Room was very calm as it was not facing the street, however I didn't feel that street was busy and loud, so next time will try to get room with a street view (there are charming nbuildings nearby).

Fresh towels and room service daily. Refrigerator with snacks and drinks. Amazingly good breakfast buffet. Directly across the street from the four seasons hotel. Close to walk to many restaurants and sights around Madrid. Metro and bus station a few steps outside.
Cons: Not much natural light and no views from my room, though there are beautiful rooms in the hotel for an up charge. I was able to enjoy the rooftop area, however it would be ideal to have more shade umbrellas during after sun.

Loved the location. Right beside the metro and close to good restaurants, museums, nice neighborhoods, etc. The room is well appointed and very clean. Staff, especially housekeeping and in the breakfast room, were great. The breakfast selection was good.
Cons: The bathroom is separated by a glass wall, so not much privacy if you are sharing the room with someone else. Maybe this is just in smaller rooms and not in others.
