The location was fabulous! The breakfast buffet fulfilled every culinary desire. WiFi signal was strong and reliable. Although the the hotel was centrally located the rooms were quiet. The amenities provided were 5 star quality. The shower was spacious and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.

De vriendelijkheid en de service die door het personeel geleverd werd, was boven alle verwachting! En alles in het hotel werd door het personeel met een glimlach van oor tot oor gedaan. De dame in de ontbijtzaal onthoudt al na 1x waar je het liefste zit, erg knap met zoveel gasten. En het ontbijtbuffet is van een andere orde, hemels is de juiste omschrijving. Verder ligt het hotel op een super goede locatie midden in de stad en is er een Parking op val afstand van het hotel waar je ook nog eens korting op krijgt(Sevilla Parking). Alles in de stad is ook echt op loopafstand. De kamers zijn erg volledig ingericht, aan alles is gedacht, van de standaard zaken tot aan bijvoorbeeld een stijltang en een Dyson föhn in de badkamer en een dream spray voor je kussen. Rolluiken om de kamer heerlijk donker te maken. En zo ongelofelijk schoon overal!! Echt een pluim voor de dames en heren van de schoonmaak. Wij komen zeker terug!

I travel frequently to Madrid, Regina hotel is so far one the best hotels I have stayed. Very central and easy access to anywhere you may need either Grand via and sole or Serrano and other side of the city. Very clean and comfortable. The staff are super nice and welcoming. Un hotel maravilloso en el centro de la ciudad. ¡Excelente servicio, limpieza impecable y un desayuno increíble! Teníamos una habitación que daba al patio, muy tranquila. Siempre necesitamos una habitación fresca, y el aire acondicionado funcionaba perfectamente, a pesar de ser enero. La habitación tenía dos camas enormes con colchones decentes. Teníamos batas y zapatillas, una gran selección en el minibar y té y café de cortesía.
Cons: No hay estacionamiento para un coche. Nos gustaría ampliar la selección de almohadas, preferimos las pequeñas, solo había dos almohadas enormes.

Cons: The bathroom didn’t appear to be cleaned properly when I first arrived (small stain and hair). But they sent someone up to clean it once more the second I asked them to. Also the walls are paper thin so unfortunately I could hear everything happening outside my room from construction to people loading and unloading suitcases, it woke me up a couple of times. Plus the hotel is quite pricey for a 4 star hotel. Truly though these are minor things, I still think the hotel was absolutely lovely and I loved staying in it.

チェックインまで時間があったのですが、その間荷物を預かってくれました。スーツケースを持ち運んで街を回るのは大変になると思っていたので、すごく助かりました。チェックイン時間に戻って手続きを進めたら、フロントの方が、丁寧に宿泊の説明をしてくれてエレベーターまで案内してくれました。そして、予約した部屋よりも大きな部屋にアップグレードしてくださいました。 とても快適に二日間の滞在を楽しめました。 iPhoneでもテレビにつなぐことができて、音楽のみ流すことができました。サムスンの携帯をお持ちの方は、携帯の画面をテレビに映すことができたと思います。 また、朝食が本当にすばらしかったです！！！すごく美味しかったですし、種類が豊富でたくさん食べました。 それから、green teaの石鹸がとてもいい匂いで個人的にすごく気に入りました。
Cons: WIFIの繋げ方がすごく難しくて、私はうまく接続できず、使用できませんでした。 また、チェックインして直後にお風呂場を見たら、髪の毛が落ちていました。そして、小さな水たまりがあったので、きちんと清掃されていないのかと疑ってしまいました。 無料でアップグレードしてくれたので、文句は言いませんでしたが、口コミには事実として残させていただきます。 その他はすごく良い宿泊体験だったので、この2点だけが本当に残念です。

Tussen de 15 en 20 hotels al gehad in Madrid op vele jaren, dit is duidelijk één van de allerbeste. Een 4* hotel met zeer zeker 5* allures. Een erg mooie ligging vlak in het centrum, heel mooi ingerichte kamers, heel vriendelijke medewerkers (van het onthaal tot in de ontbijtruimte), een zeer riant ontbijtbuffet. Erg mooi. Ik neem aan/hoop dat de kamers aan de straatkant, op zich dus diegene met het mooie zicht, voldoende (geluids)geïsoleerd zijn.
Cons: De kamers op zich waren stil, maar ik werd om 4u15 wakker gemaakt door luidruchtige 'medegasten' die terugkwamen. Het hangt dus van het beschavingsniveau van hen af of je nachtrust totaal ongestoord verloopt...

The staff was wonderful and the location was perfect. I really loved staying here and the free upgrade was a nice surprise and very much appreciated. The ability to make your room completely dark with the electric blinds and smart console next to my bed at the push of a button was one of the coolest features I've seen at a hotel. This was especially great for dealing with the next days jet lag. And finally the buffet was just as great as everyone is saying. It made my trip so much easier being able to start my day without having to find someplace to eat each morning.
Cons: The only caveat I had was the bed which was very firm. It would probably be best for a back sleeper but it was really hard to get comfortable for a side sleeper like myself.

The staff were incredibly hospitable, warm and friendly. I was upgraded and my room was cosy and my bed was huge. The hotel was in the perfect location with all the key sights 10-15minutes distance. Breakfast was nice with fresh orange juice, green juice and lovely coffee selection. The gym was a great and I would have used it if I was there longer and had my kit. I, I’m glad I chose this hotel.
Cons: There are a few things I would recommend that could be improved— 1. I had a great big lovely tv in my room but for tourists, it is completely useless as you can only watch Spanish tv. I would have liked to have been able to rest and watch some Netflix or YouTube. 2. The walls are thin so you can hear pretty much everything. Housekeeping would come really early at 7am and because the walls are so thin, it was so so loud. I could also hear my neighbours moving around and closing doors. I didn’t have a good night sleep once. 3. The reception/lounge area is so small so there isn’t anywhere you can sit and relax when you come to the hotel, so you have to go back to your room. The room doesn’t have windows looking out so I felt like I was in a bit of a cave. My final thing is related to my overall stay not the hotel. I unfortunately experienced Racism while in Madrid and want to warn my fellow POC to be safe. In the area of Pasadizo de San Ginés, I was stopped, surrounded, physically restrained, and searched by police officers who incorrectly suspected me of being involved in a group of pickpockets operating nearby. At all times, I was calm and fully cooperative. I immediately presented valid British identification and attempted to explain that I was a solo tourist with no association whatsoever with the other individuals detained. At the time the officers approached me, I was recording a video of the surrounding buildings. I was grabbed without warning and forced to empty my belongings onto the ground. Despite providing valid identification, officers questioned and refused to accept my British nationality, which I found deeply disturbing and discriminatory. In particular, the conduct of one female officer was excessively aggressive and unprofessional. She attempted to pin me against a wall and tried to search my bag and subject me to an invasive personal search. Her behaviour made me feel frightened, humiliated, and powerless.

I had a very good and comfortable stay at this hotel in Madrid. The location was amazing, as everything I needed was within walking distance: Prado museum, Madrid palace, Salamanca district, and etc. The room was comfortable, and it was cleaned very well and daily. The breakfast was delicious, and I noticed they offered a good variety of food. The hotel staff were all friendly, polite, and helpful. The lights in the room were a little confusing to use at first, but it was fine after a moment. One specific note: The bathroom doors (and the toilet area) were transparent. For solo travelers, this is not an issue. However, couples or shared guests who prefer full privacy in the toilet/shower area might want to confirm if the room they book has a non-transparent door. I was happy with my visit and I would be happy to stay here again.

Cons: ממש ממש בשוליים - היתה מעלית אחת לקומה שלנו שיכולים להכנס אליה ארבעה אנשים והיא קצת איטית. דורש לפעמים מעט המתנה. ארוחת הבוקר - כאשר פעמיים ירדנו ממש בשעת הפתיחה - 07:00 - עוד לא הכל היה מאורגן, אבל כן ברמה של 90-95%. כאמור - זה באמת ממש בשוליים ולא העיב על החוויה המצויינת שלנו במלון הזה שנשמח לשוב אליו.

Overall, the cleanliness is great, and the staff was wonderful and helpful. Location is wonderful, right next to Galería Canalejas. Wonderful breakfast! Also, no skimping on water for the guests is a plus. You can order water bottles/boxes anytime you need. Very nice restaurant (Castizo) attached to the hotel. Close to everything in Madrid's center, within walking distance.
Cons: Noticed some issues with the bathroom door coming out of the rail, and a couple of broken fixtures (probably broken by an earlier guest and cleverly hidden). Wish the weather weren't so cold to spend more time in the rooftop. The TV/display casting solution didn't appear to be working.

Hotel is also close to the Puerto del Sol and Plaza Mayor. Many fine restaurants are close by. Our room was large and comfortable. The bathroom was amazing. Breakfast was delicious. The interior looked better than the photos on Booking, which made me feel I chose the right place. The location was perfect and saved me time every day. At Hotel Regina they know how to make you feel valued as a guest. Service worthy of a 5-star hotel. Smiling, welcoming, and very helpful staff, comfortable bed, meticulous cleaning, excellent breakfast buffet with many healthy options, good gym for being in a hotel, very good water pressure in the shower. The location is also very practical.

The hotel is in an incredible location and it is charming and clean and has all the amenities you would want. The standout though, is the staff. From the reception to housekeeping, everyone speaks English, smiles when the greet you and are eager to help you in any way that they can. They are the most considerate, professional, kind, and thoughtful staff that I have ever encountered in a hotel anywhere. And I have traveled quite a bit, let me tell you. That includes 5 star brand hotels that charge 10 times the rate that this hotel does. And when I say they all smile, I’m not talking about a quick obligatory flash. I’m talking full-on toothpaste commercial quality smiles. We absolutely loved this hotel and would stay here again happily

Demasiado bien ubicado. A pocas cuadras de los lugares imperdibles en Madrid. Las habitaciones son super comodas y el desayuno es variado y muy completo. El personal es muy amable y colaborador 10 de 10! Me guardaron las maletas hasta tarde pues mi vuelo era en la noche :)

Cons: The room is small with really no place to unpack, and the wall lighting switches should come with a users manual. Does it make any sense that once you've figured out how to setup the lights as you want them for sleeping, when you wake the next morning everything is plunged into complete darkness and the buttons to turn lights back on are not visible - very user unfriendly.

персонал во всех вопросах стремился помочь, сделали апгрейд номера, что конечно очень приятно. отель находится в оптимальном месте, до всех достопримечательностей можно добраться пешком. В номере есть минибар, капсульная кофеварка и чайник. с удовольствием выпила чашечку кофе с дороги. номер большой, но на мой взгляд не хватает верхнего освещения. великолепные завтраки на любой вкус!
Cons: т.к. заселились поздно, то сделали заказ еды через рум сервис. при заказе сказали в течение часа еду привезут. однако, доставка заняла два часа. при этом, блюда были совершенно невкусные, впервые салат Цезарь получила с киноа и зелеными бобами. в общем, съесть доставленную еду мы не смогли((
