Brilliant hotel located in Gràcia neighbourhood. I loved the design of the hotel and the pool with the Sagrada familia view was amazing. Very descent breakfast, all great.

Vanessa the check in lady at reception was incredibly helpful. The restaurant in the courtyard was absolutely beautiful and the food was delicious. The rooms were comfortable, the bed sheets super soft. Lovely roof top pool - exactly like the photos!
Cons: It’s probably a bit further out of the main town than I have been lucky enough to appreciate in other Barcelona hotels.

The hotel is quite good. The rooms are well-equipped and very quiet; you can’t hear a thing. The lobby and lounge are also very nice.
Cons: The room had an unpleasant smell of sewage, which shouldn’t be the case at that price. Another thing that bothered me was that you couldn’t open the windows; that’s a reason for me not to book this hotel again. You can only use the spa if you’ve booked in advance, and even then only for half an hour – a no-go. The gym is very small. Overall, the staff weren’t very friendly. A 9-star rating on Booking.com is too high in my opinion; I’ve stayed in many hotels rated 9 stars before, and the service was a different story! The water pressure from the washbasins in the bathroom was very weak.

L’emplacement proche de tout ce qu’il y a à voir, quartier vivant avec nombreux restaurants où vont les habitants de Barcelone donc pas forcément très touristique !
Cons: Le toit terrasse ferme à 21h ce qui est très tôt en plein mois d’août car après une journée de visite, on rentre se doucher et on irait bien se jeter dans la piscine avant d’aller dîner mais pas de bol, c’est fini ! Amis que le soleil brille encore… Check out à 11h alors que souvent c’est midi pour ce même niveau de calmé d’hôtel, mais personnel très sympa qui nous a laissé accéder à la piscine jusqu’à ce que l’on parte soit 2h à en profiter, encore merci à tous et au très sympathique monsieur de l’accueil ! :-))

Had an incredible stay that I kept extending. I was there with some friends and they even got an upgrade to the best room in the hotel. It felt like a 5 star hotel - I was blown away with the lobby and how comfortable it was to work with so many cosy and great spots if you are an entrepreneur. I also loved the free champagne in the lobby and my room was incredible, big and clean. I highly recommend this hotel, and Paula was extremely kind and helpful. She made us really feel at home. Breakfast was great too. Thank you!
Cons: I wish the gym was bigger, but it was very easy to find a gym 2 minutes walk away for only 10 euros per visit so it was fine!

La sympathie du personnel, les conseils et la disponibilité de Vanessa (à la réception) et de Pablo (au restaurant), l’emplacement de l’hôtel avec les bars à tapas à proximité et accès facile au métro. Les 30min de spa offert était le petit plus qui a permis de faire de nos fins de journées un instant détente après avoir visité la ville.

The people at the bar are extremely genuine and generous while welcoming all guests with open arms. In specific, Alberto made sure we were extremely comfortable, chatting to us about football and life itself. Coming from Abu Dhabi, I’m used to having great experiences at hotels and this was one of the best.

We enjoyed all, including roof top pool, spa & gym and the bar was the best with Alberto & Carlos making our evenings more special with great conversations and making cocktails that wasn’t even on the menu - Lynchburg lemonade 👍 see you in a few months!! - FYI - great location to everything in Barca accept for the beach but a short taxi ride 😎

Excellent location! Walking distance to plenty of great restaurants and about 20 minute walk to the Sagrada Família! Our room A/C wasn’t working well and we were moved to another room promptly. Front desk staff were so helpful! Be sure to ask for restaurant recommendations! Room was very clean, comfortable bed, and well arranged. There was a hair dryer and a hair straightener! Great shower! We were facing the street and never knew it -very quiet! There were light blocking shades!! We did have fun trying to figure out all the light switches. Lobby and bar were a fun atmosphere with live music! We had an “Seventy Room”-it was a bit pricey, but location was great and worth every dollar! Our first trip to Spain and Seventy made it very enjoyable!!

Travelled with my teenage daughter and our stay at the hotel couldn’t have been better. All staff in all areas of the hotel were very friendly and helpful from the front desk , restaurant bar , cleaners , spa, lobby , absolutely everyone. Great location, very good restaurant, fantastic pool area. All round wonderful. We will definitely be staying here again .

This hotel was amazing! We travel a lot and this was one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at. The customer service is incredible and the rooms are huge and clean! Best part: the bartender! We went for a night cap and we ended up staying for 3 rounds! Alberto, the bartender made us an old fashioned that was one of the best old fashioned I had!! And his service and company was fantastic! Thank you Alberto! We will keep in touch for when we come back!

Struggling to come back to reality after the most incredible trip to Barcelona and our time staying at Seventy. The hotel is incredible. The rooms are so cozy and become a cave. If you close all the blinds and shutters the food was amazing but the highlight of it all was the experience we had at the bar with the staff, especially with Alberto, the bar manager. My first part of my trip I went to celebrate my birthday with some girlfriends and Alberto made the bar at the Seventy or go to spot each night. So many amazing drinks ( the porn star was a group favorite ) but I enjoyed the experience so much that I decided to return back on a girls trip with my five-year-old daughter a week later. Turns out Alberto’s energy and charm won her over even more !! This guy can charm all of the ages !! We will absolutely return to Seventy ! If you’re reading this visit Alberto and Carlos at the bar and order a porn star! You won’t regret it ❤️

A very special thank you goes to Vanessa, who took care of everything I needed throughout my stay. Together with her colleagues Daniel, Frank, and the entire reception team, she made me feel genuinely welcome from the very beginning. The food was excellent. Both the breakfast and dinner, which were included in my stay, exceeded my expectations. The drinks were also fantastic, especially the Cuba Libre, sangria, and soft drinks. Every member of the restaurant team, from those taking the orders to the chefs preparing the meals, was exceptional. Everyone was always friendly, professional, and in such a good mood that every meal became a pleasure. I also understand that Fanny and Christian are the managers. If that's the case, they are doing an outstanding job leading such a fantastic team. With Vanessa's exceptional care, along with the kindness and professionalism of everyone else, my vacation in Barcelona became even more enjoyable. Thank you all so much for making my stay such a memorable experience. I would be delighted to return!

De locatie is ideaal, midden in Eixample, waardoor je deze wijk gemakkelijk te voet kunt verkennen en leuke restaurantjes en barretjes om de hoek hebt. De rooftop is een absoluut pluspunt om te genieten in alle rust van een lunch of een borrel. De pool is perfect om even af te koelen en ook de wellness, die je kunt reserveren, is erg comfortabel omdat het niet druk is dan.

Luxurious hotel in the heart of Eixample. The rooms were exceptionally clean and well equipped (even had hair straighteners available!), beds were very comfortable and the cleaning staff were excellent. The breakfast was amazing great selection including fresh fruit and vegetables, cold meats, pastries, breads and a fantastic egg station for omelettes or fried eggs! The coffee at breakfast is espresso with a choice of pods. The location was excellent, 20 minute walk to Sagrada Família (there is a view of it from the roof top pool!), 40 minute walk to las ramblas. Easy to get the metro or catch a cab to get to most places. The hotel has great sound proofing so you cannot hear the busy street. Lots of fantastic restaurants within walking distance. There is secure underground parking with Ev charging and direct hotel access (via a lift in the centre of the car park). Above all the best part of this hotel was the amazing staff, when we checked in Vanessa was fantastic and friendly, she helped settle us in and advised us on sights to see, all the staff throughout the trip were wonderful special mention to the door staff who help you secure taxis and tell them the location- overall an amazing stay!

Absolutely GORGEOUS hotel. STUNNING decor! INCREDIBLY friendly, helpful staff. Meals were excellent, so much so that we had all our meals at the hotel, which is not our norm. Lovely rooftop pool with partial view of Sagrada Familia. Beautiful leafy courtyard for meals. Staff arranged a late check-out and access to the Spa to shower before our flight, which was exceptionally kind.

オンラインチェクイン済みだっためか、たまたまか、昼頃に着いたのに部屋がすでに使えました。 また誕生日に滞在したら、朝食にサプライズにケーキとカヴァを準備してくれ、祝ってもらいました。その後も、部屋にメッセージカード共に準備してくださってて本当にビックリしましたし、嬉しかったです。 朝食会場のスタッフはとてもフレンドリーで良かったです。 部屋もとても綺麗で、地下鉄の駅までも比較的近く、また複数の観光地も徒歩圏内でとてもアクセス便利でした。
Cons: 初め予約がないと言われて、オンラインチェクインも出来てたのでそんなはずはないと思い、オンラインチェクインの画面を見せたら、予約はありました。 イタリア語が分かったので、似ているスペイン語なので少しだけスタッフが会話してるのを聞くと、ホテル側なのか、booking.comの仕様なのか不明ですが、表示がちゃんとされないみたいでした。そのためオンラインチェクインの案内がきたらしておき番号をひかえておくことをお勧めします。 またガウンやパジャマ等はないので、日本の方は持ち込んだ 方がいいと思います。

Gorgeous hotel - the staff were amazing, our room was beautiful and the roof terrace with pool was a real highlight. We ate dinner at the hotel one evening on the ground floor terrace which was a really lovely spot in the evenings and the food was both tasty and affordable. Breakfast was excellent with lots of options. Would really recommend this hotel to anyone considering it and my husband and I have said we'd definitely stay again!
Cons: The only thing that stopped me from putting this as a 10 is that there were quite a few days where the bar on the roof terrace wasn't open or manned which meant we couldn't get food and drinks easily without going back down 7 floor which wasn't very convenient.

One of my best stays in Barcelona. I went with my girlfriend, it was her 40th, there was champagne waiting for us in the room and chocolate ( you know a way to a ladies heart ) the breakfast we wanted for nothing had everything and a great vibe. Little bonus, the hotel had a huge room where guests could watch World Cup games. A little bit of a walk to the beach but was great as we saw so much and its an easy walk, or just take a taxi and be there in 20, but you miss so much if you don't walk. The hotel is in a fantastic location, basically on the top of Bond street if i were comparing it to London. Staff were great and let us shower after we checked out. I have stayed at many hotels in Barcelona and this by far was my favourite. The touch of class was at breakfast we saw a Japanese women having breakfast alone and a staff member came out with a slice of cake and a candle , it wasn't even 8:00am, this sentiment i find is lacking today and the pure happiness i saw on the the ladies face i still remember now. i booked this hotel because it has 2 pools, one on the roof and spa you can use for 30 minutes a day. But the terrace room i booked my girlfriend loved the most. Just to open the doors and have coffee outside in the morning won her Scandinavian heart. Big thank you to Mina, Paola, Francesco, Cristina, Alessandra and my buddy the waiter Pablo. And to leave this with my girlfriend liked it so much she tried to book for next year on our day 2.
Cons: Nothing ! it was perfect, we wanted for nothing. They went above in letting us still us the facilities when we were going home so i didn't have to be sticky on the plane. People can abuse such a sentiment and just take take take today. Not a fan of entitlement.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. We have visited Barcelona numerous times and this was by far the best hotel we've stayed in. Usually we do a couple of days but having been to this hotel, we have decided we will do 5-7 days next time. There is a great pool, beach nearby and Barcelona has a lot to offer. The hotel bar was great and they had a band on Saturday evening. Highly recommend! Lovely rooms and bathroom.

Overall, the hotel has great facilities and a lot of potential.
Cons: Unfortunately, the hotel did not meet the standards I expected from a property in this category. The first room I was given was not properly cleaned – there were hairs in the bathtub, dust, water stains on the mirrors, and the overall cleanliness was below hotel standards. After I asked to change the room, I was moved to another one, which was cleaner but less comfortable, as it had a shower instead of the bathtub from my original booking. The shower also had noticeable limescale buildup. I was also disappointed with the service. The reception staff were not particularly welcoming or helpful, both during check-in and when I requested a room change. In the restaurant, the staff’s English was quite limited, and although I had reserved a specific table that I had been invited to choose in advance, it was changed without any prior notice or explanation.

My first time visiting Barcelona, and I had the pleasure of staying at the iconic Seventy Barcelona. From the moment I walked in, I was immediately welcomed by the warm front office team—from the bellmen to the reception staff, they truly made me feel right at home. I was also greeted with a glass of their finest Cava, which was a fantastic complimentary touch. The hotel itself was amazing; the rooms were exceptionally clean and gave off a perfect boutique luxury feel. The service from every single staff member I came in contact with was incredible, but what I appreciated most was how personable they were. From the breakfast hosts remembering my room number, to walking into my room on my final night to find a bottle of Cava waiting for me, it was such a memorable experience. I want to give a special personal shoutout to Margaux, Vanessa, David, Fanny, and Ahmed—you guys are the absolute best and truly made my stay one to remember!

This was my third stay at Seventy. The hotel is in great location, fantastic amenities and friendly personnel. Vanessa and Mina at reception gave us free catamaran cruise as a gift for staying there several times. They were very nice and super supportive. Room was clean, spacious and cleverly designed to be practical for 2 guests. Hotel amenities were exceptional including the rooftop pool, as well as reception lobby seating/chill areas adjacent to a 360 bar overlooking the main restaurant and courtyard - reception and restaurant staff service was pleasant and helpful. We were celebrating our daughter Imani's 28th birthday and the hotel went above and beyond in ways we never anticipated. Front of House Manager Fanny Le Brusq was incredibly accommodating — she helped us plate and present a birthday cake, found us the perfect outdoor space in their beautiful garden patio, and arranged Cava for the celebration. It was spontaneous, warm, and genuinely heartfelt. That birthday moment is something our family will never forget. Beyond the birthday magic, the hotel itself is exceptional — clean, elegant, and private yet perfectly positioned in the heart of Eixample. We had incredible tapas literally across the street and wonderful coffee and croissants from the café on the corner every morning. The location is unbeatable for experiencing authentic Barcelona. To top it all off, when we accidentally left belongings behind at checkout, the front desk team — specifically Eugenia — proactively reached out and coordinated the return of our items with remarkable professionalism and care. The Seventy is not just a hotel. It is an experience. Five stars without hesitation.

They even had an iron for your clothes, a nice package with a toothbrush, toothpaste and body lotion and a hair straightener which my wife of course loved. Everyone that worked at the hotel was very friendly and we felt very welcomed. The food was also amazing and with great prizes. We definitely recommend this place and hope to come back soon!

Het Seventy hotel is echt een heel mooi, modern, relatief nieuw en sfeervol hotel op een prima locatie. Midden in het oude centrum. Een gebied met veel winkeltjes, restaurants, barretjes en terrassen. Heel sfeervol en authentiek. Het hotel heeft uitstekende en mooie faciliteiten, zoals de patio, de wellness en het zwembad op het dak. Begane grond met lobby, restaurant en bar prachtig en comfortabel ingericht. Ontbijt was uitstekend in een mooie binnenruimte en op de patio. Parkeren in eigen parkeergarage onder het hotel.
Cons: Helaas moet je wel even studeren op alle techsnufjes in de kamer met alle info via de TV voordat je het één en ander kan bedienen. De leesbaarheid van de airco instelling is alleen maar goed lees- en bedienbaar als je er een lamp op zet. Minpunt voor zo’n high-end hotel is de roomservice met z’n beperkte menu, terwijl de restaurants in het hotel veel meer bieden. Op de eerste verdieping zijn ‘boven de patio’ een aantal kamers met een ruim terras, is ons zeer bevallen. Wij hadden er twee naast elkaar met een connecting deur op het terras. Helaas konden ze de sleutel niet vinden. Ook het kinderbedje was ondanks reservering en bevestiging bij het inchecken niet aanwezig. En tot slot waren op een regenachtige dag de hotelparaplu’s of niet voorradig of kapot. Allemaal niet heel erg, maar wel onbegrijpelijk en onnodig slordig voor zo’n soort hotel.

Cons: Le matelas du lit, quand l'autre bouge on ressent tout, désagréable ! le toilette japonais n'avait pas d'instructions claires ou sinon il était cassé.... j'aurais aimé du lait d'amande ou autre lait végétal au buffet petit déjeuner et du jus d'orange préssé fraichement. quand j'ai fait ma reservation en insistant sur un lit king, j'ai eu comme reponse que l'hotel ne pouvait pas assuré que cette demande soit possible à mon arrivée... or c'est justement pour cela que j'avais choisi l'hôtel!!!! mais finalement nous avons bien eu un lit King comme demandé.

Cons: We had problems from the moment we arrived. I had requested a glass of prosecco on arrival for my mum’s birthday as this was meant to be a special trip. Nothing was prepared, and when I asked, I was told these requests are handled later in the day – which completely defeats the purpose of an ‚arrival’ surprise. I declined at that point, yet we later came back at midnight to find a bottle of cava in the room. It was a nice gesture and appreciated that it was on the house, but it missed the point as it was meant to be part of the arrival experience. To be fair, the hotel itself is very nicely designed and overall looked clean and well-kept. Our room (we booked a „privileged” room) was spacious, modern and genuinely lovely. However, the main issue at the arrival was that the electric blinds were completely broken – they wouldn’t go up or down, they looked like someone seriously damaged them cause they were visibly bent and when we tried to close them, they started rolling onto the floor. We were already late for a dinner reservation, but I had to queue at reception to report it immediately, as we had paid a €150 deposit and didn’t want to be blamed. There was no alternative room available, so we had to wait for maintenance to come and fix it. We specifically chose this hotel because of the indoor pool, which turned out to be quite tiny considering the size of the hotel and requires booking a slot in advance. It only opens at 10:30 and closes at 20:30 (last entry at 20:00), which is completely impractical for tourists who want flexibility. Location-wise, it’s also not ideal. It’s not really close to a metro if you need to travel further, so be prepared to rely on taxis in that case. One of the most surprising moments was seeing a cockroach in the hallway on the 6th floor (photo attached). This was especially unexpected because the hotel otherwise appeared very clean. The restaurant experience on our last night was equally poor.

We attended the Sangria Master Cocktail Class at the Seventy Hotel with Alberto, bartender, leading. Alberto shared with our small group the history of sangria and walked us through making our own red sangria and cava sangria. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. We were able to make both cocktails and drink them. Also, we were provided popcorn and croquettes. This entire class and extras were free, since we were guests at the hotel. We truly enjoyed this experience with him and would definitely recommend attending on of the Master Cocktail classes offered at the Seventy Hotel.

Nous avons laissé nos bagages en consigne à l’hôtel de midi à 15h00, heure de notre départ à l’aéroport . Donc le service de changement a largement eu le temps de retrouver nos objets oubliés. Il n’en a rien été! J’ai appelé l’hôtel; j’ai écrit un mail ; devinez la réponse : on n’a rien trouvé ! C’est dommage! Ça nous a laissé un goût amer: Si je fais le compte c’est une valeur de 700€ d’objets oubliés et perdus ! Une autre remarque : le personnel a la réception est un peu froid!

We checked in the 3rd floor room first but there was some noise issues and when we told it to the reception, they took immediate action and moved us to the 6th floor room, which was much more silent, but seemed bit older than the other room at the 3rd floor. The 3rd floor's room was sparkling clean, quite new, shower was amazingly good and housekeepers cleaned our room every day in a very professional way. I can not tell all these things I wrote for the room at the 6th floor. Even though the hotel is located at the very central location in the city, rooms are very quite and the comfort of the beds are top notch. We have used the SPA of the hotel several times and we are quite satisfied. The masseur lady, Nuria, is amazingly professional and she managed to take off whole my back pain with her magical hands. Strongly recommend her. We stayed in this hotel for 8 nights and that worth every penny.
Cons: Our second room at the the 6th floor seemed bit old and not as fresh as the one at the 3rd floor. Bathroom parts were falling off and it was not so clean. I know hotel has been built quite newly and at the same time, and I dont know why one room look older, while the other is totally fresh and new.

Enjoyable stay could be improved. Pros Excellent location, just far enough out from the hustle and bustle of the city. Not noisy at night. Easy walk to Sagrada Familia. You'd want to take a cab to Parc Quell as it is up hill but really enjoyed the walk back down. Metro not far from hotel which is easy to work out. The hotel looks great. Beds comfortable, motorised blackout blind made for a good sleep. We didn't try the restaurant as too many good options out there but the food looked great. Talented musicians on a Thursday evening. Cons Arrived midday and was promised a message when the room was ready. By 16.30 we hadn't received one but returned to the hotel as we were tired. We were brushed off telling us it was ready anyway as if it was our fault. I didn't like the layout of the bathroom, you will see from photos there is no door to the sink area and the wooden slatted partitions do not move. Not sure you'd want to share with a non-family member! Also slow drain on the sink that took 20mins to clear of water. Whilst the bar area looked great the service was very slow even though they didn't seem to have many customers. We didn't find the staff friendly and no cocktail menu was offered. We might have got them on a bad day though. Overview I think 4 stars is fair, the cons certainly wouldn't warrant 3 stars for me, it is a good looking hotel. Just to mention a small restaurant across the road for lunch La Pepita, if you can ignore the influencers with their cameras it is super food and we though reasonable.

Hotel exceptionnel, remarquablement placé, avec un accueil parfait. Nous avons en plus eu la joie d'être surclassés dans une suite qui était tout simplement incroyable. Petit déjeuner également parfait. Le luxe sans ostentation, calme et discret, bref la perfection !

Amazing hotel and experience! Centrally located and beautiful inside. A lot of staff and always helping out. Rooms were clean and perfekt! Although we were there in spring, nice rooftop and pool. As well as the spa downstairs. Extra + being celebrated on my birthday :) Don't forget that you have to pay for the tax when checking out.

Cons: - Limited cupboard space - It would have been great if the spa facilities opened earlier in the day. By 10am (when it opened) we would already be out for the day, so didn't get to use those facilities at all - We would have appreciated more bottled water in the room (we received 1 x 500ml a day).

The Location of this hotel is excellent. The rooms are extremely modern, Clean and have everything you would need for a short break in Barcelona. The Staff were extremely help full and the atmosphere very good with Live music Thursday, Friday and Saturday .Breakfast was superb. This is a must-stay hotel in Barcelona! Detailed oriented to amaze you from the food to the rooms and social spaces!!! Incredible stuff! Amazing, I loved it!!! Its a little far from the main area with all the tapas bars or near the markets, but we loved staying here. Was a short walk to the subway. Across the street is one of the BEST churro places, and also within walking distance are some amazing tapas bars (Cerveceria Catalana was our favorite!). It was actually nicer to be on a quieter street compared to somewhere more central. Our parents LOVED the included dining package - they did both breakfast and dinner which some delicious Spanish classics. Also the room was so comfortable, after a long day of walking and sightseeing was a relief to get back to. Definitely would recommend / stay here again!

Cons: compares to past times a few things we like less and less: - water in the shower already for two times less and less steady, very hot or very cold, difficult to mix -not enough drinking water in the room - this is now standard to have for free in all 4 stars hotel, yet we have only a small bottle -not great vegetarian choice in the menu -very bad that he gym opens at 9 - this is way too late for exercising before work. -also not great having to go and get the robe for the spa down, then come up and then go down again when the appointment is booked. It should be already in the room

The reception is wide and welcoming. The staff are plentiful and helpful (seriously, they have a LOT of staff - you'll never be left waiting). The rooms are large. The beds have loads of cushions, and the mattresses are semi-firm. The location is excellent (mid-way on Diagonal and close to Passeig de Gràcia too). It's got a gym and a spa, but book early since they like to keep numbers low. The coffee shop/restaurant downstairs is excellent, and the co-working desks are a nice addition for the business traveller looking to get some work done after check-out and before travelling to the airport to catch their flight.
Cons: A couple of issues that seemed incongruous with a hotel of this quality. Firstly, the windows wouldn't open, which is very odd for any hotel. This wouldn't have been a huge issue if the air conditioning system were easier to manage (I could set the temperature, but the ventilation was very poor). Lastly, the hallway carpets were constantly covered in debris and fluff from people walking through (I wonder if the colour they chose simply highlights dirt more than usual). But these are all minor quibbles - I had a wonderful stay and will definitely be coming back.

Everything!! Gorgeous hotel Amazing beautiful and huge room! Modern and beautiful design all over. Location is great in the best area in Barcelona id say and walking distance from everything. Breakfast was great too Stuff was very nice and accommodating especially Paola from the reception. Room service was very nice too - i recommend the grilled chicken with mashed potatoes. There was a spa in the hotel too which is amazing addition!
Cons: You cant open the window in your room - but i had nice city view and it wasn’t too bad You can’t watch Netflix or other streaming services. Its not a smart TV so you can’t use any of the common apps - just their own channels which are mainly in Spanish and no English subtitles. For the last night i wanted to chill with Netflix and room service and this part was missing.

The hotel staff paid attention to all notes and made sure our stay was absolutely memorable and above our expectations. We loved our room, breakfast, and spa, and the overall vibe of the hotel. Also, the location is excellent!

Cons: First of all, the staff at the reception were not friendly at all. During check-in we had a few questions, but the responses we received felt dismissive, as if we were supposed to figure everything out ourselves. Another surprise was that we had to make a reservation for the gym. I made a reservation, but when I arrived the gym was already full of people and there seemed to be no control over the number of guests inside. Be prepared for a very small and crowded gym even if you reserve a time slot. The spa is open from 10:00 to 20:00, but guests are only allowed to stay for 30 minutes, which is quite confusing and difficult to understand. In the morning, the girl welcoming guests and checking the room numbers was very rude. We asked for a cup of coffee to take to the room, but the coffee was prepared in a regular cup meant to be consumed at the bar. When I asked for help to take it with me, she said that I would need to pay for room service. However, the mistake was on their side, since they had prepared the coffee in the wrong type of cup instead of a takeaway cup. In the end, the only positives were the room and the location. The hotel itself is beautiful, but unfortunately the staff were not professional.

Cons: - my room was freezing and increasing the temperature did not make any difference. The air con temperature seemed set as i could not make the room any warmer. I should be able to control the temperature in the room. - they take a 150 euro deposit and I was told by a staff member that it will take a few days to get it back. This is ridiculous. - reception staff not friendly or warm. Very transactional. Did not ask how my journey was etc. - I checked out today (6th March) and the person who checked me out did not even ask how my stay was. This lack of curiosity about customer experience speaks volumes. - small room

Cons: El precio es alto, pero lo vale, el único incoveniente es que se depende de la llave de acceso para las luces no pude dejar aparatos cargando cuando salia.

L'accueil. Le personnel très sympathique. La décoration. La taille des chambres. La qualité des produits. Le bar le soir pour un cocktail. Le petit déjeuner varié et suffisant. L'accès au spa. Location de vélo tout proche. Beaucoup de petites places sympas le soir pour aller manger tapas et boire un verre dans l'ambiance. Metro à 2 pas de l'hôtel. Portier. Persiennes électriques et non des rideaux qui laissent passer la lumière. C'était vraiment très bien. Je recommande.
Cons: Salle de gym trop petite, seulement 2 tapis, 1 vélo et quelques haltères. Pas de banc de musculation. Le rooftop et piscine sur le toit fermé, nous l'avons su en arrivant c'est dommage car c'était dans nos critères de choix de l'hôtel. Une fuite d'eau de l'étage supérieur, l'eau coulait abondamment sur nous quand on était au bar en train de boire un verre. L'accès au spa 30 min/jour, c'est bien mais 45 minutes auraient ete mieux car 30 minutes ça passe très vite. Les portes de l'entrée s'ouvrent en grand et quand vous êtes au petit déjeuner vous sentez le froid rentrer, pas de SAS.
