went there for breakfast, walked into the lobby and the first thing i got were "suspicious eyes" from a tall Herman Munster looking guy. i said that i was here for breakfast, and he or another worker pointed me to the dining room. so my wife and i walk over to the hostess and i say two for breakfast, and then comes the dumbest question in the history of hospitality "what is your room number" she says. and i state that we are not staying at the hotel, and she comes back with the BS statement that they are fully committed for breakfast. now mind you the ding room is 50 percent empty and its 10AM so breakfast is one more hour. so she lied to us. hey General Manager im confused. how many people like myself do you turn away a day trying to be "EXCLUSIVE"? i did some quick math, somewhere around ten a day i figure at 200 euros a pop over 365 days is somewhere around 750000 euros of lost revenue. and its not like this place is a five star hotel, its a "Hyatt" so say 3 star is more like it. oh and while im at it, have a little more respect when an American walks into your Hotel, and you know where im going with this. pretentious wanna be hotel. AVOID!

Please avoid this hotel if you expect the level of service and hospitality that a luxury hotel should provide. Our flight from Berlin was cancelled due to severe weather, and there were no alternative flights available that day. We provided official proof and explained that the situation was completely beyond our control. Despite this, Hotel Martinez charged us for both nights. We were not asking for a refund. We accepted paying for the first night and even offered to extend our stay by one additional night instead of paying for a night we were physically unable to use. The hotel refused every possible compromise and simply hid behind its “hotel policy.” This is not luxury hospitality. Luxury is about taking care of guests when unexpected situations happen. Here, there was absolutely no flexibility, no understanding, and no willingness to help. The disappointments didn’t end there. The hotel promotes its private beach, but it is not included in the room rate. On top of that, when we arrived, every sunbed was already fully booked, making the beach unavailable despite the additional cost. At reception, there wasn’t even complimentary bottled water for guests, which is a basic courtesy at many luxury hotels. Breakfast was also disappointing. Even something as simple as avocado came with an extra charge, despite the very high room rates. The hotel itself is beautiful, but beautiful buildings alone do not create a five-star experience. Service does. For the price they charge, we expected empathy, flexibility, and genuine hospitality. Instead, we experienced rigid policies and a complete lack of customer care. Unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing luxury hotel experiences we have ever had. We will not return, and based on our experience, we cannot recommend Hotel Martinez to other travelers.

Cons: I was very disappointed with my experience. I booked an expensive premium room, but the room I was assigned faced the train tracks and was not what I expected. I arrived at 18:00 yet I was told to wait because my room was still not ready. The room I had booked was of poor quality, so I had no choice but to pay an additional €1,600 to upgrade to a better room. Considering that I spent over €12,000 on my stay, I expected much better service and accommodation. This experience did not meet the standards I would expect from a hotel at this level.

Breakfast is really nice. Received an upgrade as globalist status as well. AC is good, towels and robes are nice, nothing is in need of repair or updating. concierge and valet are helpful. Front desk staff are efficient and warm.

We had a fantastic stay at Hôtel Martínez from 19–24 June. This iconic Art Deco hotel combines timeless elegance with exceptional hospitality, and its location on the Croisette is simply perfect. Our room was beautiful, impeccably clean, and offered stunning sea views. The service throughout our stay was outstanding. We did have a small issue connecting the TV to Netflix, and it took a few follow-ups and still the issue could not be resolved, but the staff were extremely apologetic and genuinely tried their best to help. Breakfast was excellent, and despite the hotel being very busy during Cannes Lions, the team took wonderful care of every guest. A truly memorable stay. We felt pampered throughout and will definitely be back. Thank you to the entire team!

The hotel, room and facilities are beautiful, and the staff was attentive. The cost of the room was approximately $4500 yet breakfast and sun beds at the beach were extra charges. Once you leave the dining room they won’t let you back in for a coffee. I told the hotel about my dietary restrictions but they delivered a welcome gift to my room that I could not consume. Still, we thoroughly enjoyed.

Our family stayed at the Hôtel Martinez from June 28 through July 3, booking three rooms for ourselves, my parents-in-law, and our 6-month-old baby. Unfortunately, our experience fell far short of what one would expect from a hotel that markets itself as a five-star luxury property. To begin with, the hotel did not have the Junior Suite we had reserved available upon arrival. Instead, we were told we were receiving an “upgrade,” but the replacement room on the ground (Level 0) floor was anything but an upgrade. The hallway leading to the room had an overwhelming odor of rotting fish mixed with what later seemed to be a strong chemical deodorizer. Even after notifying management, the smell lingered and eventually seeped into our room, making the stay particularly unpleasant—especially with an infant. The room itself had numerous maintenance issues. The lights would randomly flicker during the night, which was both disruptive and concerning. The window coverings were inadequate, allowing bright morning sunlight to shine directly into the room and wake us far earlier than expected. For a family traveling with a young baby, this was especially frustrating. The bathroom was equally disappointing. The shower plumbing was clearly defective, with the water temperature constantly fluctuating between hot and cold without any adjustment. This is simply unacceptable for a hotel in this price range. More broadly, the overall service and quality of the recent “renovation” do not live up to the standards of other luxury hotels on the Croisette. The property feels tired in many respects, and the level of attention to detail and guest service falls well below what one should expect from a five-star Hyatt property. Having stayed at other luxury hotels in Cannes, I can confidently say that the Carlton is a far superior experience. While it may cost more, the difference in quality, accommodations, and service more than justifies the additional expense. I rarely leave negative reviews, but prospective guests should know what to expect. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend the Hôtel Martinez and would strongly encourage travelers looking for a true luxury stay in Cannes to book the Carlton instead.

I highly recommend the Hotel Martinez if you want to treat yourself. Indulge in the finest of food and drink. Sleep soundly in the most luxurious beds, beautiful room. The staff were very attentive and friendly. While on the expensive side, the Beach club was amazing and very relaxing. I’m sure that you’re paying for the exclusivity and a lift for wheelchair users down to the beach was a welcome addition too. I didn’t want to leave!

This hotel is outstanding and in my opinion delivers a guest experience unrivalled not only in Europe but most of the rest of the world. I am a professional corporate event organiser so we deal with many hotels of this type and the Martinez excels - managing to treat every guest with the same level of helpful professionalism, regardless of social status, and a smile. They create a wonderfully welcoming environment and experience at every level, great food and beverage options, accommodation, leisure and activities. The whole ambience is relaxed luxury, great service all delivered without being pretentious. It's a brilliant trick that so many other hotels could learn from. We will be back again as soon as possible.

I was overall very disappointed with the level of customer service I received throughout my stay. At check-in, Emma informed us that we would not be receiving the suite we had booked, stating that we "would not like the view." We were never given the opportunity to see the suite ourselves or make that determination. Instead, she insisted that a first-floor room offered a far superior view. Later, when I requested a late checkout, Joanna informed me that even a 12:30 p.m. checkout would not be possible, despite Emma previously indicating that a late checkout would not be an issue. I ultimately had to escalate the matter, which was particularly frustrating given that we had already been downgraded from our confirmed suite. As a Globalist member, I found this experience unacceptable. We paid for a suite and also redeemed a Suite Night Award for the second night of our stay, yet we were not provided the accommodations we had reserved. In addition, housekeeping service fell short of expectations. We did not receive evening turndown service, nor were water bottles replenished at night. Overall, the stay did not reflect the level of service, recognition, or consistency that I expect from a property of this caliber, especially as a loyal Hyatt Globalist member.

This property is one of the few that I know that manages to maintain excellence over decades and even when at full capacity. We had a 5 night stay to celebrate a special occasion. We usually stay at The Carlton but had a ‘Guest of Honour’ reward available for a Hyatt stay so thought we would experience what it’s like to stay at The Martinez and be treated like one of their most loyal and valued customers… Guest of Honour redemptions can receive upgrades up to a standard suite level but even though these were available we were given a premium room with partial sea view. Check in was efficient and friendly and we were walked up to the room. We mentioned our reason for staying and the lady suggested she would arrange something special for us for the following day but nothing materialised. Probably best not to say anything if you’re not going to follow through as it just caused disappointment. There was a bottle of Taittinger was waiting in the room as welcome gift along with a note which is a nice touch. The room was good overall. The air conditioning was excellent which isn’t always the case in other hotels. The bed was very comfortable. The room was spacious and in relatively good condition with usual signs of wear. The shower was disappointing as it was just a shower head in a bath rather than a walk in rain shower. There was a bit of noise from the bars/clubs on the opposite side of the street (we were 4th floor). Turn down service was disappointment compared to other 5 star hotels we’ve stayed at. Breakfast was mostly excellent (and included as a guest of honour benefit) with a generous selection. I would have preferred for egg dishes to be made freshly rather than part of the buffet and maybe they could have been ordered but nobody ever asked if we wanted anything other than coffee. We had drinks on the outdoor terrace which is a lovely spot. When we were there service was slow but friendly and the cocktail (margarita) a bit watery. We didn’t drink there again. It can get busy at the front of the hotel as there are only really 3 parking spaces and a drop off area yet they let other cars park in the drop off area meaning arriving in a taxi can mean a wait. If you show up in your €500k super car you’re probably okay, if you arrive in a taxi you can expect to be dropped off a bit further away and struggle with your own luggage.

Cons: I stayed at Hôtel Martinez Cannes during the Cannes Film Festival and paid approximately €1,900 for less than 10 hours, expecting the privacy, security, professionalism, and impeccable service associated with one of the most prestigious luxury hotels in the world. Instead, my stay was marked by a series of unacceptable failures. A personal item was damaged, a member of staff entered my occupied room, and basic guest requests were handled with significant delays. These incidents alone would have been disappointing, but what followed was even more concerning. Management acknowledged shortcomings and proposed loyalty points as a gesture of goodwill. The amount offered changed during discussions, and despite repeated assurances, the promised points were never credited to my account. More importantly, I was never seeking compensation—I was seeking accountability and a genuine commitment to guest care. In good faith, I gave the hotel a second opportunity to restore my confidence in its hospitality. Unfortunately, the situation deteriorated further. Rather than being treated with professionalism, empathy, and respect, I left feeling dismissed, humiliated, and profoundly disappointed. What should have been a service-recovery effort became an uncomfortable public incident during one of the busiest periods of the Cannes Film Festival, in full view of guests and visitors. The most troubling aspect of this experience was not the original mistakes. Any hotel can make mistakes. True luxury is revealed by how those mistakes are handled. In my experience, Hôtel Martinez repeatedly failed to demonstrate the discretion, accountability, respect, and guest-focused professionalism that its reputation, pricing, and brand standards promise. A luxury hotel is not defined by its room rates, location, or prestige. It is defined by how it treats its guests.

I stayed at Hotel Martinez for a trip that was half work and half personal, and honestly I was hesitant before arriving because it wasn’t the Carlton. I had kind of assumed I’d regret not staying there. After this stay, I was completely wrong. From check-in, the experience was great. Mathieu checked me in and walked me through everything, showed me where the restaurants were, the meeting spaces, spa, pool, and took me up to my room. It felt welcoming instead of transactional, which a lot of luxury hotels can be. The room was really well done and the bed was one of the more comfortable ones I’ve slept in in a while. Also, after almost a month travelling around Europe, this was genuinely the first hotel where the air conditioning actually worked properly. That sounds ridiculous to point out, but if you’ve stayed in multiple European hotels recently, you’ll understand. If you set it to 15°C, the room actually gets cold. Maxime from concierge was another standout. Every request I had, whether recommendations or help with something, he was accommodating and helpful. Breakfast was included with my stay and was excellent. The location is also hard to beat. Being directly on La Croisette means you’re close to everything and it’s exactly where you want to be in Cannes. I’ve stayed in quite a few hotels for work and personal travel, and Hotel Martinez ended up being one of the more memorable stays. I went in thinking I’d prefer another luxury property in Cannes, but now I’d probably book Hotel Martinez again without thinking twice.

Absolutely a memorable stay at Hotel Martinez where we found an elegant and beautiful atmosphere. Our room was impeccably decorated with all the important amenities that you would expect from Hyatt. The location was the best. The restaurants were amazing, especially the Michelin star Palm d'Or. My appreciation goes to the staff, they were always courteous and friendly and who made our stay so wonderful.

The Hotel Martinez Cannes was an excellent choice for our group of family and friends to experience the beauty of the Mediterranean ocean and beaches. The hotel decor and rooms were amazing, modern and have all the amenities. The staff was professional and always accommodating for any of our requests. The breakfast buffet offered a wide and varied selection of offerings and was quite delicious. We also enjoyed a relaxing spa message which was wonderful. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to explore the region.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hôtel Martinez in Cannes, and I can honestly say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel itself is stunning, with a perfect blend of elegance and comfort, but what truly sets it apart is its people. The staff across every part of the hotel: reception, restaurants, bars, and housekeeping, were absolutely fantastic. Nothing felt too much trouble, and the level of attentiveness and warmth made the stay feel genuinely special. The bars and restaurants were equally impressive, offering a high-quality experience with excellent service and atmosphere throughout. Every aspect of our stay was disastrous. Do not stay here. Choose the JW or Carlton down the street. Don’t be fooled by the Michelin starred restaurant and flashy cars outside. This place does not meet the standard of a high end hotel on any level. It’s just a facade. If you want to feel like your stay means nothing to the staff, even after reasonable complaints. We were never attended to at our first breakfast, complained, next day same thing happened and had to ask for service. Wasn’t a culture thing because we watched staff attend to tables around us that were sat after us. Concierge didn’t understand that their job was to help up find restaurant and make reservations, not circle a spot on the map and say “go here there are a bunch of good places”. So we handled that on our own. Very unhelpful with booking the beach club and never explained how it worked. Pool staff was nonexistent. Rooms had paper thin walls and we could hear our neighbors and the club 5 floors below us in the worst way.

This Iconic Hotel stands on the Croisette and is a beautiful Art Deco hotel that has been re furbished in the same style and has a colour scheme of Blue and White - the detail of the refurbishment is astonishing ( even the bins used to put dirty linen are white and Art Deco in design ) The hotel is larger than it looks with several hundred rooms and indeed has more rooms than the Carlton - we both prefer the Martinez for its Decor but more importantly for its warmth and more intimate feel. Its position on the Croisette, in my opinion is perfect as it is a little quieter than further down but still walkable to all the attractions and restaurants and shops. Our room was absolutely beautiful with a sea view and a small, but very adequate dressing room which seemed like a Tardis with ample room for all our clothes and more! The Bathroom was also beautiful with a single basin on a modern Art Deco base - there was a very large walk-in shower with a very powerful overhead rain shower as well as a hand held shower head The towels were also wonderfully soft and the lighting excellent On the note about lighting - so often you need a degree to work out how to turn the lights off at night but at the Martinez, it is clearly marked on every with and you had the choice of Daylight or Moonlight or Night Lights - very clever and simple to use and I always prefer a room to be well lit and these were. We think the bed was probably the most comfortable hotel bed we have slept in and we are very fussy and the pillows were also excellent The room itself was very quiet and a pleasure to return to after an evening out. Housekeeping were very good coming early to service our room which was always kept very clean - they were all very polite and greeted us whenever we passed them and we were very impressed - the only lady that we know the name of was Helen, who had a lovely smile Breakfast was served in the main restaurant, which itself is again beautiful with white leather leather comfortable seating. You were able to order eggs of your choice ( although at the beginning of our stay an omelette was included in the standard cost but in the middle of our stay a plain omelette was charged at 12 euros, which would be my only criticism as pretty well all other hotels we stay at include an omelette and my wife enjoys this - may be it might revert back in due course ) The Buffet was excellent with hot and cold food which was replenished frequently and all was of very good quality and the choice very good - apart from the omelette, I really could not fault it in anyway There was also a large outside terrace, which we would have used but there was little shade, although there was a covered seating area in between the main restaurant and outside that you could sit in. The staff were also very good especially Catherine and Karla. We were also very impressed to see the Food and Beverage Manager, Camille, each morning making sure all was ok and clearing tables when necessary - she also took the time to come over to us and we had a very pleasant chat and thought she was charming and clearly had a passion to make sure all was ok - very impressed. It is quite clear also that the General Manager, Mr Cottray, is very much liked and respected by all his staff, which is apparent in the way that the hotel runs - he also is visible, which I believe is very important. We had a wonderful stay and will return.

Outstanding hotel on the beach in Cannes. Wonderful architecture and recently remodeled. The staff were wonderful, super friendly, not snobby but very helpful and always with a smile. The breakfast was absolutely immense, it reminded us of the hotel we stayed in Hong Kong, it was that good. Don't miss it, it is worth the price. The beach club was very fun and the drinks and my swim in the Med were joyful. Thank you, we will be baack for a much longer stay next time.

An amazing experience. 5-star staff. Everyone is kind. Beautiful hotel. Nice walk to Cannes. Very relaxing. Must check out the beach and have an aperol-spritz. Food wise: top notch. You can simply enjoy the sound of the beach, drinking Prosecco and casually eating in a sofa chair on the sand. Heaven! I'm usually sensitive to gluten but I could eat everything without issue. Easy to pay with apple-pay everywhere in the city.

Cons: L'absence de brosse de toilette est regrettable qui plus est pour un 5*; un panier de fruit voir une attention serait le bienvenu comme dans tous les hôtels 5* que nous avons fréquentés. Enfin deux petites cuillères en lieu et place de touillettes en bois serait plus agréable.

Cons: Ho prenotato la cena presso il ristorante LE SUD per il 31 dicembre insieme ad altri amici ospiti dell'hotel Al momento del check out ho scoperto che la manager senza preavvertire aveva addebito sulla mia camera sia il soggiorno di un'altra coppia sia tutte le bevande sul mio conto. Ripeto senza contattarmi prima.

Cons: Ciò che ha infastidito è la veranda non sufficientemente riscaldata e in particolar modo la sala riservata alle colazioni e alla cene. Dall'infisso centrale entra un'aria gelida creando un notevole disagio durante la permanenza. Per ovviare temporaneamente all'inconveniente, vengono fornite delle coperte che aiutano a riscaldarsi , ma questa soluzione non è adeguata a risolvere il problema definitivamente. In un hotel a 5 stelle il problema dovrebbe essere risolto definitivamente. Ritengo che un infisso con bandelle mobili potrebbe essere chiuso all'occorrenza e aperto quando serve per il ricircolo dell'aria.

We have stayed Hotel Martinez many times and have always enjoyed our stay. The staff are wonderful, the rooms are very comfortable and the entire hotel is immaculately clean. We also really enjoyed the New Year dinner and celebrations. The only complaint is that there were WAY too many dogs allowed in the hotel on this stay. They were everywhere and were quite a nuisance e.g. we were woken up most mornings by a dog barking on our floor and on some evenings when we were in our room before going out, we could hear a dog barking in the corridor. We had dinner in Le Sur on our first evening and another guest had a large dog that kept pulling on its lead and bothering guests at nearby tables. While I appreciate that pets are permitted, it is not acceptable for guests to be disturbed in this way and with such frequency. I would suggest that the hotel looks at having pet and non-pet floors and consider the size of the dogs allowed (there were a lot of very large dogs this time). All in all, a lovely stay and experience - just somewhat spoiled by so many pets!

From the very beginning, the welcome was gracious and professional, and we were kindly upgraded from a Superior room to a beautiful suite on the 4th floor, which made the occasion feel even more special. I’ve been travelling for business for over 40 years and have stayed in many iconic luxury properties worldwide, including the Bellagio in Las Vegas. This hotel truly stands out. The quality of the room, the choice of materials, and the overall level of finish were exceptional. Every facility and service felt genuinely top-tier and thoughtfully executed. The staff were impeccably trained, confident in their roles, and consistently helpful—always present when needed, yet never intrusive. Valet service on arrival was prompt and efficient, taking care of our car smoothly and professionally. Overall, it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The view was stunning, and watching the New Year fireworks from our suite was unforgettable. We will absolutely return.

A LEGEND OR A CROSSRAODS BETWEEN HERITAGE AND INDUSTRIALIZED LUXURY 5-star setting, but service consistency falls short I have stayed at the Hôtel Martinez on several occasions and appreciate its heritage and location. During my most recent stay, however, several aspects did not meet the level of consistency expected from a 5-star property — particularly regarding restaurant service, flexibility in handling requests, and overall service coherence. Management responded politely to my feedback, but the reply remained very general and did not outline concrete corrective measures. Positive elements included the breakfast quality, the renovated bar, and the professionalism of the valet team. Nevertheless, at this positioning and price level, substance and accountability matter as much as form.

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel et mémorable au Martinez. Cet hôtel magnifique, parfaitement situé à Cannes, nous a offert une chambre spacieuse et superbe au 5e étage, avec une vue imprenable sur la mer et la Croisette. Le personnel, agréable et attentionné, nous a comblé, que ce soit à la conciergerie, à la réception ou dans l’espace de restauration (un petit clin d'œil à Sandra et Elies au restaurant Le Sud). Tout était parfait, c'était que du bonheur ! Notre petite chienne Willow a été traitée comme une véritable princesse, et nous remercions tous ses admirateurs pour leur gentillesse. Une attention toute particulière a également été portée à mon épouse pour son anniversaire, et nous en sommes très reconnaissants. Un grand merci au manager général et à toute son équipe. L'atmosphère chaleureuse et le service irréprochable font de cet endroit une valeur sûre que nous recommandons sans hésitation. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir dès que l'occasion se présentera.

Séjour dans un hotel mythique sans déception. Le personnel au petits soins, le cadre beau, sobre, moderne. En bord de mer avec son bar aux chaises dans le sable. Le bar de l'hotel dans les tons rouges est vraiment beau et je conseille d'y aller boire un verre. Bref, séjour de rêve avec il est vrai un surclassement bien agréable (à cause de bruits de travaux dans la rue) .
Cons: J'ai vraiment tout apprécié. Il y a eu qq soucis évidemment mais uniquement le dimanche (peut-être moins de personnel...) et rien de bien grave. Juste une remarque sur le bar de la plage où une partie du personnel était bien en dessous du niveau de l'hotel.

The hotel's personnel is VERY friendly and helpful. My friend last year and myself this year forgot some items in our rooms and they were found and returned to us by Martinez. I applied for the forgotten item the next day after check out, while my friend applied 10 days after check out and her newly bought Dior shoes were found and returned to her. The hotel has a dedicated lost and found service and can even ship your forgotten items by post to your home country. The breakfast is reach and there's enough space in the restaurant and on the buffet for everyone. The views both: to the garden and the sea are beautiful. Martinez Beach Club with its restaurant is outstanding. The rooms and all public areas are new, bright and very compfortable. I strongly recommend this hotel. It worth the money you pay.

Despite asking for a late check out already during the check in, at the date of check out i received unusual pressure to leave the room well in advance of the agreed time. I was called via phone and disturbed during work meetings with clients. Also my access card was disconnected and could not access the level/room anymore, i has to go down back to reception. then 30 minuted before the agreed time, room service ringed my bell to enter the room. this seemed to me an unusual pressure against was initially agreed. This is certainly not what i call good service and cerainly not for a room rate of 290 euros/night + 55 euros/day for parking....

Everything from the common areas (lobby, spa, pool, restaurants) to the individual rooms has a fantastic design which makes you feel great. Do get the sea view. It’s worth it! The staff is friendly and warm. They made us feel extra special, especially Marie-Lea in the hotel restaurant, Elea at the front desk, and Renaud at vallet. Each one of them didn’t just answer our questions but they creating guest memories that we will cherish forever. If I could give 10/5 stars I would!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We spent the week-end of the 11th of November to encourage a friends that was running in the Nice / Cannes marathon. The hotel was wonderful and the views from the balcony astonishing! We appreciate the friendly and excellent service., and we have decided to return in December!

Cons: Nulla rasenta la perfezione. Politica per friendly inadeguata. Costo giornaliero eccessivo ed ingiustificato rispetto ad una assenza di servizio specializzato per piccoli cagnolini. Se pago questa cifra estremamente elevat non basta una cuccia e una ciottola da cane di grande taglia o giustificare la richiesta con le maggiori pulizie. Equilibrio. Unica nota di stimolo positivo, il Martinez rimane una esperienza stupenda in vista azzurra…

We had such a wonderful 10-days stay experience and will definitely come back. Indeed we will be back in the coming spring for a 2-weeks+ stay! The lady Lyle or Lilou or (?) on the front desk who checked us in and out was super helpful and pleasant to work with. For the breakfasts, the ladies Vanessa(?) and Carla and team were fabulous who took very good care of us and made our days every days. The spa team and services were fantastic. The Concierge team was very responsive, efficient and supportive. Last but not least the housekeeping team was simply amazing throughout our stay. Always did an excellent and outstanding job! We have been regularly traveling and vacationing in Cannes since 1993 and had always stayed in Carlton but will only stay at the Hotel Martinez from now on.
