Gefallen hat der schöne Rundum-Ausblick auf der Dachterrasse auf Barcelona. Einzigartig war der Schwimmingpool auf der Dachterrasse, ein einzigartiges Badeerlebnis, es standen genügend Liegen zur Verfügung, so dass man gut entspannen. Die Poolbar war bis spät abends geöffnet . Das Frühstück war hervorragend, durch die gute Organisation von Abräumen, Säubern und Eindecken der Tische, erhielt man schnell einen Tisch.

Piękny taras z basenem, na którym spędziliśmy większość naszego pobytu. Fajnie zaaranżowana przestrzeń. W piątek muzykę na żywo grał fajny DJ. Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal im Acta Voraport und haben uns wieder sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Lage gefällt uns sehr gut und besonders die Dachterrasse mit Pool ist ein Highlight. Das Personal ist sehr nett und freundlich. Dieses Mal haben wir sogar ein kostenloses Zimmer-Upgrade bekommen, worüber wir uns sehr gefreut haben. Die Patatas Bravas waren richtig lecker und das Frühstück ist vollkommen ausreichend. Für uns war es wieder ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

L’hôtel était très propre, la literie exceptionnelle et le personnel, très agréable, disponible et réactif.
Cons: Le temps pour attendre l’ascenseur était assez long parfois. La piscine est petite pour un hôtel de cette envergure. Et surtout l’espace qui l’entoure. Le petit déjeuner, proposait de la quantité, mais la qualité pourrait être améliorée : les jus proposés ne se semblaient pas être des jus frais, pressés; les œufs brouillés n’était pas exceptionnels (industriels ? ), les carottes râpées semblaient provenir d’un système industriel, les petites saucisses étaient juste bouillies, je pense que beaucoup de personnes les aiment frites. On ne connaît pas la provenance des aliments et cela peut paraître embêtant, notamment pour les allergies.

Cons: Overall, the accommodation is quite basic and misses many small, practical things that would make a stay more comfortable. Room Amenities: Very basic; for instance, there was no quality coffee provided in the room. Breakfast: Unsatisfactory and lacking variety. The only egg option available was scrambled eggs made from powdered mix, and typical Spanish breakfast items were completely missing. Rooftop & Facilities: The glass panels around the rooftop pool were dirty, which unfortunately ruins the otherwise great view. With a bit more care for details, the experience could be significantly improved.

Отель расположен очень хорошо. Близость к морю и центру в пешей доступности. Очень хорошие завтраки. Терраса на крыше отеля с полным видом на город, особенно вечером- это незабываемо. Бассейн в отеле- огромный плюс, это было супер и с видом на море! Постельное и полотенца меняли каждый день. Все было прекрасно.
Cons: Минусом (но очень небольшим!!) было отсутствие сушки, не где было сушить купальник и плавки после бассейна и моря. И еще попросила на рецепшн рекомендацию при выборе ресторана для празднования Дня Рождения (юбилея!), девушка обещала помочь, но я прождала и не получила совета, сделали выбор сами.

Great location. Very close to the beach with crystal-clear water and plenty of fish for snorkeling around the rocks and the dock. There are also great restaurants nearby within easy walking distance. The windows have excellent soundproofing, and the air conditioning can be set to a low, virtually silent setting at night (unlike most noisy AC units). Breakfast is very good and complete, featuring a Nespresso machine with both regular and decaf options.

We liked everything. The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming; in our last day, we worried we had lost the room key at the beach, and the staff was very kind about it (we found the key after all). Towels changed daily. Smart TV. Quiet rooms with no sound coming in from the hallway or from neighbors. The breakfast was okay, though the fruit (especially the watermelon) rarely felt fresh during our stay, it felt refrigerated for a long time, or like it sat outside for too long. Other than that, it was fine. Very close to the beach, and the neighborhood felt very safe, even at night. Lots of minishops nearby for quick groceries (water, chips, etc.).
Cons: The biggest turnoff for us was not having had any place to dry beach items (towels, attire, etc.). The room only has a few clothing hangers in the hallway, and it doesn't nearly get sufficient light or ventilation to properly dry, so we had to improvise. Small things that would speak to attention to detail: - Not a big complaint but there was a dead, splattered insect on the bathroom wall, next to the toilet, and one above the bed frame. We didn't clean it, the cleaning staff didn't clean it. The insect(s) might very well still be there. 😬 - The pedal of the garbage bin in the bathroom does not sustain weight, so when you press it (even gently), the entire garbage falls onto your foot.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Από τα καλύτερα ξενοδοχεία που έχω επισκεφθεί! Το πρώτο πράγμα που σε εντυπωσιάζει είναι η αρχιτεκτονική του. Δεν είναι ένα ακόμα πολυτελές ξενοδοχείο… μοιάζει πραγματικά με κάστρο, με τους χαρακτηριστικούς του πύργους, κάτι σπάνιο που δεν συναντάς εύκολα και κάνει τη διαμονή ξεχωριστή από την πρώτη στιγμή. Μείναμε σε Junior Suite με ιδιωτική πισίνα και πραγματικά ξεπέρασε κάθε προσδοκία μας. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πεντακάθαρο, πανέμορφα διακοσμημένο, με αίσθηση πολυτέλειας σε κάθε γωνιά. Η ιδιωτική πισίνα ήταν άψογα συντηρημένη και ο εξωτερικός χώρος ήταν πραγματικά μαγευτικός – ιδανικός για στιγμές απόλυτης χαλάρωσης. Το spa ήταν εξαιρετικό και το φαγητό… απλά δεν υπάρχουν λόγια! Απίστευτες γεύσεις, μεγάλη ποικιλία και κορυφαία ποιότητα. Αυτό όμως που κάνει το Seafos πραγματικά μοναδικό είναι οι άνθρωποί του. Όλο το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενέστατο, χαμογελαστό, πρόθυμο και πάντα δίπλα μας με πραγματικό ενδιαφέρον. Αυτή είναι η φιλοξενία που μένει στην καρδιά. Ιδιαίτερη αναφορά αξίζει στη Δήμητρα, την υπεύθυνη εξυπηρέτησης πελατών. Ένας υπέροχος άνθρωπος και εξαιρετική επαγγελματίας. Με το χαμόγελό της και τη ζεστή της διάθεση έκανε τη διαμονή μας ακόμα πιο όμορφη. Άνθρωποι σαν τη Δήμητρα είναι ο λόγος που ένα ξενοδοχείο αποκτά πιστούς επισκέπτες. Πολλά συγχαρητήρια σε όλη την ομάδα! Δημιουργήσατε μια εμπειρία που δύσκολα ξεχνιέται. Υ.Γ. Δήμητρα… κράτα μου από τώρα το καλύτερο δωμάτιο του ξενοδοχείου! 😉 Το επόμενο ταξίδι μας είναι ήδη στα σχέδια. Και φυσικά… μου χρωστάς κι ένα ποτό όταν ξανάρθω! 😂🍸

Snídaně - chuťově wow a navíc ten přístup - Stávám dříve než manželka, tak jsem si zaskočil dolů, že si dám kávu a vezmu si ji ven. Nabídli mi obratem kelímek na Cofe to go. Kávu mají různé kapsle Nesspresso. Umístění hotelu - 10 minut pěšky od pláže, 30 minut pěšky do centra - prostě úžasné umístění. Střešní terasa s bazénem a barem - nádherný výhled se super drinky. Personál - extrémně vstřícný a když jsme něco potřebovali obratem vyřešili či hledali řešení - vyskytlo se u nás na patře, že si někdo zapálil na pokoji Marihuanu a smrdělo celé patro a táhlo to až k nám na pokoj, recepce obratem řešila a druhý den se nám omlouvali hned dva manažeři a tento přístup je i důvodem proč se tam budeme vracet, když budeme v Barceloně.
Cons: Komunikace dopředu, měl jsem 3 požadavky na ubytování: 1. pokud možno vyšší patro - splněno 2. dvě pokrývky - nesplněno 3. láhev Kavy na pokoj (překvapení pro manželku) - splněno, ale V čem byl problém, byla výměna 4 mailů, kdy ten poslední potvrzující z mé strany nebyl potvrzen ze strany hotelu. Ale mělo to velmi dobrý konec i když pro mě trochu stress. Tedy na místě jsem manželku poslal prohlédnout halu. Na místě rychle vyřešil na recepci, dostali jsme obratem poukazy na drink na střešní terase s tím, že do 30 minut bude připraveno. Manželce jsem se omluvil, že pokoj ještě musí připravit. Vypili úžasné drinky a na pokoji byla velmi příjemně přikvapená :)

Stayed here for 2 days. A very hygienic stay with a beautiful view for the beach. Staff were helpful throughout the stay. Breakfast had amazing options to choose from whether veg or non veg. Fresh juices option really had my heart. The seating for dining is super comfortable and high end. Also went for dinner one night. Both the dishes were amazing and tasty. Definitely try it. The accessibility to everything is good. Hotel is 10 minutes walk from the beach or easy to book uber too for the city centre. There are a few restaurants around too. Value for the price we paid was worth every penny we spent.

A tetőtéri terasz a medencével és a bárral jó lehetőséget nyújtott megpihenni a hőségben, pazar kilátással a városra. Reggelit vásároltunk pluszban a tartózkodásunk minden reggelén 4 főre, nem bántuk meg, bőséges, változatos volt a kínálat.

Mindenkinek segített és nagyon hasznos tanácsokat adott. Tanulhatnának tőle a recepciósok.
Cons: A keddi recepciós csapat nem volt se kedves se segítőkész viszont a pénteki csapat már nagyon profi volt. A földszinti közösségi mosdót gyakrabban kellene és alaposabban takarítani. A hall-ban a klíma szellőzzők iszonyat porosak ha valaki felnézne láthatná őket, hogy lóg a szellőzőkből a porhálók. Szóval összességében egy nagy takarítás után rendben lesz a hotel :)

Cons: Raňajky boli na veľmi slabej úrovni, hotelové služby tak isto. Prístup hotelovho personálu ma nemilo prekvapil . Zabudol som si na izbe dioptrické okuliare . Na moje mailové správy hotel vôbec nereagoval a až po dvoch dňoch cez Booking mi napísal, že tam neboli. Určite boli !

The room, bed, and pillows were incredibly comfortable and clean. The terrace and pool views are stunning! The hotel is in excellent condition, and the staff is very friendly. The luggage storage also has a great system. Plus, it’s within walking distance of the beach! 100% recommendable.
Cons: The water temperature in the shower and sink was a bit difficult to control, especially on the first night. It was too warm.

Che dire...l'hotel perfetto! Ben collegato, completo nei servizi, accogliente, pulito, sicuro e ben strutturato. Inizierei parlando del personale...tutti accoglienti, sorridenti, disponibili, gentili e multilingue (un ringraziamento speciale va a Daniela che si è subito prestata ad aiutarci vedendoci in difficoltà con la lingua). Alla reception (aperta H24) sono disponibili mappe della città e altri volantini con consigli su ristoranti ed eventi a cui partecipare. La struttura si erge su 15 piani di cui il rooftop con piscina, area relax e chiosco-bar che offre ottimo cibo e bevande per un aperitivo a bordo piscina, godendo di una vista mozzafiato su tutta Barcellona. (Per la piscina non c'è bisogno di cuffia e se hai scordato i tuoi asciugamani, l'hotel ne mette a disposizione per te). Un altro piano è dedicato al ristorante, di cui noi abbiamo purtroppo usufruito solo della colazione, colazione completa e soprattutto internazionale con un misto fra dolce, salato, frutta e tanto altro (cibo di ottima qualità!). Per chi ne avesse bisogno è anche presente un parcheggio sotterraneo accessibile tramite gli ascensori direttamente dall'interno dell'hotel. Per chi invece volesse una vacanza più ecologica, l'albergo stesso mette a disposizione delle biciclette a noleggio. Se invece arrivate dall'aeroporto ed è ancora presto per il vostro check-in, è dotato di armadietti dove lasciare i vostri bagagli, e mentre aspettate che la vostra camera sia pronta potete già usufruire della terrazza. Per quanto riguarda la sua posizione, è situato nella zona di "El Poblenou" e con soli 5 minuti a piedi potrete raggiungere sia la stazione metro di "Llacuna" (5 fermate e siete al centro) sia il fantastico lungomare. Una cosa che ci ha stupito molto è che per accedere all'hotel è necessaria un'apposita chiave magnetica, ciò garantisce un alto livello di sicurezza a qualsiasi ora.

Cons: Location is the first negative - The location is great if the only activity on your itinerary is going to the beach. If you plan to visit Sagrada or tourist spots like La Boqueira or Gaudi House, the hotel is quiet far from the city center so it will take time. It's also very far from the Airport - approx 1 hour commute. No Gym is the second negative - The lack of a Gym is a serious downside. There's a rooftop pool but it's always crowded so hard to swim laps.

L’hôtel est vraiment très agréable. Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien équipées et surtout l’hôtel est calme. On peut se reposer. Il est très bien placer avec une station de métro à 200m et tout près de las ramblas de Poblenou. Il y a toutes les installations. Le rooftop avec une vue incroyable sur Barcelone avec une petite piscine, une agréable terrasse et un bar complètent le tout. Nous n’avions pas pris de petits-déjeuners pour pouvoir profiter des nombreuses offres d’excellents brunchs du quartier.

Cons: Nous sommes très déçus de notre séjour. À notre arrivée, nous avons découvert plusieurs cafards dans la chambre, ce qui est totalement inacceptable pour un établissement de cette catégorie. Nous avons pris des photos pour prouver ce que nous avançons. Après avoir signalé le problème à la réception, le personnel nous a présenté des excuses et nous a promis un geste commercial : un accès au rooftop avec des boissons offertes ainsi qu’une réduction sur une nuit. Malheureusement, lorsque nous avons voulu bénéficier de ce qui nous avait été promis, l’hôtel n’a finalement pas respecté son engagement. Le manque d’hygiène est déjà un problème très sérieux, mais le fait de faire des promesses qui ne sont ensuite pas tenues est tout aussi décevant. Nous ne recommandons pas cet hôtel et espérons que des mesures seront prises afin d’améliorer l’hygiène des chambres et le suivi des engagements pris envers les clients.

We loved our stay here, the beds were super comfortable and we had a beautiful view of the city of Barcelona. We loved the rooftop bar and pool area. It was very nice to spend an afternoon having drinks and sitting in a deck chair. Yes as other people mention the pool is freezing! But we enjoyed it after a hot day in the city. We loved the area of Poblenou and ate most of our meals in the local area.

für ein kleines Hotel einfach wunderbar! wir waren so positiv überrascht weil das Hotel einfach so süß war! So freundliches Personal, alles sehr sauber und sehr gutes Frühstück. Wirklich immer wieder gerne! Rooftopbar oben mit DJ abends, Pool- und generell Barca-Aussicht wirklich sehr schön! Auf Anfrage haben wir Badezimmerschlappen, Badezimmer-Accessoires usw. erhalten. Frische Wasserflaschen kriegt man immer 24/7 an der Rezeption bzw, im Roomservice inkludiert. UBAHN Station 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar sowie der Strand.
Cons: gab es wirklich nichts - außer dass leider einmal die Putzfrau unsere Tür unabsichtlich offen gelassen hat. War aber alles in Ordnung :)
