Abbiamo deciso di regalarci due notti in un 5 stelle durante un viaggio zaino in spalla e in treno per il Marocco. Lo abbiamo scelto anche per la vicinanza dalla stazione (10 minuti a piedi). I servizi sono ottimi e il personale cordiale e simpatico. Abbiamo usufruito anche dei servizi della SPA: il massaggio è stato un vero momento di relax in cui ci siamo estraniati da tutto.

Great Stay! My view was not the best Rom 339. "View" of the back alley, empty overgrown lot and rear of old apartment building. But I wasn't in my room much and didn't look out. Room was well appointed a little on the small side and tight room. The common spaces were tranquil and peaceful. Very Palace-like. Staff extremely pleasant and accommodating. Nightly live entertainment, varied Buffet and great desserts! I didn't venture out much. Would stay again.

It’s just a great facility — from the tiled lobby to the beautiful interior courtyard, the restaurants and our room. We had probably the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept on. The staff and management were super responsive and helpful, both before and during our stay.

Arriving at La Tours Hassan the hotel makes a very good impression. The water feature opposite the entrance is spectacular and the lobby is beautiful. However beyond these features we were unimpressed. The rooms are dated, the carpet had a bad stain and woodwork was chipped. The room had no balcony for relaxing come evening time. The pool looked nice but was permanently in shadow from large trees. Breakfast was not included in the price and at €35 per person wasn’t worth it. In addition the on-site restaurants were very expensive as was the room service menu. Much better value was to be had outside of the hotel. Overall a disappointing stay.

This hotel is exceptional the front desk staff Mourad was very professional and helpful. Concierge almost all the staff wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay there. I will definitely stay there if I go back again. We have dinner at the morroccian resturant the server who waits on us was excellent.

The doorman was just delightful. Upon check in, I had my confirmation print out that proved I purchased breakfast. I was advised that the price did NOT include breakfast but with the PROOF in hand, they granted us breakfast. The breakfasts were very nice, lots of options. Room was small, had a facade of glamour but really more like a Best Western or Holiday Inn in the USA. Rainhead shower spewed more water at the wall than on your body, hard to figure out how to select the showerhead vs. filling the tub.

On check in we were welcomed by the pleasant and friendly Ishraq who told us we had been upgraded to a superior garden view room. We had booked a superior City view. The room was lovely with complimentary water, fruit and Moroccan treats provided as a welcome. We stayed for 5 nights in all. The room was clean, but not as spotless as one would expect in a 5 star hotel it requires attention to detail. The beds had beautiful clean linen every day and were so comfortable to sleep in. The bathroom had a bathtub and a rainfall shower with good hot water on demand. The air conditioning was in good order and worked well. It was also refreshing to find a hotel which allowed you to leave the power on when you left the room a real rarity. The room was serviced every day as you would expect and towels were sometimes renewed twice daily. The flowers in the room on arrival were lovely We didn’t eat at the hotel, despite great reviews for the breakfast in particular. The hotel public areas were beautiful with lovely Moroccan decor, architecture and floral
Cons: We stayed for 5 nights in all. The room was clean, but not as spotless as one would expect in a 5 star hotel it requires attention to detail. Some of the room furniture is of the hotel period (1912) but could do with some updating/renovating. Although it was a twin room only two coffee pods were left per day for the Nespresso coffee machine and we had one T bag between two of us for a couple of days. The bathrobe situation was also a bit hit and miss with only one being supplied for the two of us most days. The flowers in the room on arrival were lovely but if you’re putting flowers in a room they need someone attending to them daily. They were just left to wither and die and were never renewed. We didn’t eat at the hotel, despite great reviews for the breakfast in particular. The food is very overpriced and 350 MAD for breakfast anywhere is too much.

Nous tenons à exprimer toute notre gratitude à Monsieur Adil, véritable pilier de cet hôtel. C’est grâce à ses interventions, son professionnalisme et ses précieux conseils que notre séjour a été tout simplement magnifique. Toujours disponible, attentif et bienveillant, il a su rendre chaque moment plus agréable et mémorable. Hassan Palace is a must stay, especially if understanding the history of Rabat is important to you. The hotel has an incredible storied past, which is reflected by the well-trained staff who speak major languages such as Russian, English, French, Arabic, and Mandarin with fluency. The older gentleman at reception whose name I sadly forget - who I will dub the philosopher - was incredibly gracious and helpful. Hassan Palace is a real Moroccan institution that maintains its past into modernity.

I’ve experienced an outstanding customer service! Meryem Berdigue went above and beyond to make me confortable and accommodate my needs since I was about to leave the Hotel « Palace » few hours after having checked -in! Due to some discomfort .. Suck a valuable asset to your company !

Excellent luxury hotel in the center of Rabat. Marble and woods, all in Maroccan style. We liked everything in there from checking in to checking out. We've got an upgrade for two rooms to suites, that was really nice. There were also complimentary welcome sweets and fruits. The breakfast was top notch, and we also tried some snacks in the bar-restourant that were very good.
Cons: There is no dedicated parking, hotel suggests parking on the street (maybe it is reserved to the hotel). It is ok but looks a bit unsafe since there is a traffic there.

Overall, we had a very good experience at this classy hotel: Very attentive and polite staff and lovely accomodations. But you would expect this at a 5 star hotel charging over $500 USD per night. Unfortunately, I will need to focus on a couple things that left us unimpressed. The first is structural: our garden side room provided almost no sound protection from the courtyard below. Conversations at tables just below us were loud and clear. This was especially disappointing because i messaged the hotel ahead of time to request a more remote, private room, but we were on the first floor overlooking the busiest part of the courtyard. Even so, the sound should not have carried the way it did. Basically, they need to upgrade their windows! The second concern was a service failure that was pretty absurd. We needed a direct transfer to Casablance airport (1.5-2hr away) and I consulted at the front desk one day in advance. I was told they didn't have the number for the special cab company that could handle intercity transfers but that I could hail a big white cab day of and it shouldn't be a problem. Day of, we received no assistance with obtaining the cab, never saw one and finally walked up the road to another hotel which promptly called a cab for us. It arrived 5 minutes later. Only in retrospect am I realizing how absurd the situation was with the front desk staff saying they didn't have the number to call and sending us to hail a cab in the street with no assistance.

We spent three nights including two with a tour. The room was small, but the bed was excellent as was the lighting. The bathroom was very small and the shower was in the tub. The room was nicely decorated and the breakfast was excellent. The location was good for seeing the tourist sites of rabat.

Everything!!!!From the moment we stepped through the doors, we were greeted with warm smiles and seated comfortably while our room key was being arranged. Every touch felt personal. Every member of staff was smiling, welcoming, and genuinely eager to help. The facilities were outstanding. I’ve stayed in many great hotels around the world, and this one was easily on par with some of the best five-star experiences I’ve ever had. But what truly made it stand out—the reason I’d call it the best experience I’ve ever had—was the staff. Every single person we encountered seemed handpicked for their warmth and attentiveness. You could tell they genuinely cared about each guest’s stay and overall experience.

Was so impressed with EVERYTHING! Concierge was incredibly helpful with booking transportation for us from Casablanca with ever changing flight times. Upon arrival at 3am were warmly greeted by front lobby staff and bell hop service. We were joining a tour and we preferred not to switch rooms. The front desk accommodated — allowing us to keep our upgraded room for 2 nights. We were astonished with the beautiful and elaborate and incredible decor throughout the hotel. The yards and pool area are beautiful and comfortable. Everything was so clean! The breakfast was top notch with so much selection, even gluten free options. We had dinner two nights and enjoyed fabulous food! We also treated ourselves to the spa services (ritual Celeste — massage and hammam) which was a wonderful experience. L’equipe est très serviable et professionnelle.J’ai eu l’occasion de fêter mes 50 ans autour d’un brunch familiale. Tout était parfait, tant le service que le choix des plats. Really good location, within walking distance of the Medina, the Kasbah, Tour Hassan etc. The hotel staff were all very nice but not very well trained. We asked about the possibility of getting a tour guide to do a walking tour of the city and we were handed a map, to do our own walk! A woman phoned our room from reception, to see if everything was ok but hung up when she couldn’t understand us! Our room seemed to be only set up for one person, with one glass and one coffee cup (but they did bring us another cup when we mentioned it). Beds are extremely comfortable, and the shower is excellent. The food and drinks we had at the hotel were very expensive (e.g., a local bottle of white wine was 550 MAD here and we got the exact same bottle at another luxury hotel in Salé for 330 MAD), so I would not advise eating here. Nespresso machine in the bedroom was great to have. We bought extra coffee capsules in the nearby Carrefour supermarket. Pool area is very pleasant, but you have to go into the hotel to order a coffee (the French restaurant right beside the pool didn’t offer any service). We asked hotel staff to help us order a taxi to get to the airport when we were leaving; they got us a really old car that started to break down a few minutes away from the hotel (and we had to jump into another taxi).

The included breakfast was quite good but the internet (at least in our room) was not very reliable. The staff were accommodating and everything was clean.

When you are in Morroco you need to experience the heritage properties. Hassan Palace is a mix of traditional and Morden architecture which gives you feeling of being royal. From concierge to restaurants every staff is courteous and very well trained. I would like to mention Ms Dikra Rizkallah and Mr Mouad El Moussaoui who were exceptional at the check in. Group of 40 people checked in less than 5 minuets. Everything was ready and rooms all set before we reached. Rooms are very nice with updated furniture. Overall experience - Excellent!

J’ai passé un agréable séjour à l’hôtel Hassan Palace. Merci à Salma et Amine pour l’accueil. Il y a avait des travaux dans l’hôtel, du coup il y avait un petit peu de bruit, mais rien de méchant. A good place to be. You can request what is missing in room example slippers. The towels are clean but seem old. The baignoire needs a step to go down as it is too high. They dont offer fruit or biscuits only one small bottle of water. A kettle and one tupe of tea and some coffee.WC is big with a bidet. The shower gel is good. I felt shampoo is not high end. My room was without a view but was large. Litery is ok. Concierge adil is nice. He can get you a map. They do exchange dollars and euros in hotel. The taxi to airport is too expensive. 500 MAD for a 15 min in rabat. Dont take the taxi with hotel it s too expensive. Take an In Drive or something similar for half the price . Hotel is next to old city ( 5 min walking)

Beautiful hotel build over 100 years ago in Moor architecture style, conveniently located close to the center of Rabat. Luxurious and contemporary at the same time. Beautiful garden gives the impression of a separate world in which you can enjoy having meal or coffee or just enjoying the view and the sun. The buffet breakfast is not only rich in variety and quality but gives the guests opportunity to try some of the jewels of Moroccan cuisine and take the colours and flavours carved in their memory. The hotel staff is kind, polite and always near if you need help.

Badkamer is ruim en netjes met voldoende handdoeken, badjas en slippers. Ontvangstruimte van hotel, de tuin en restaurant zijn erg mooi. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk, zowel bij ingang, receptie en als housekeeping. Locatie is op loopafstand van het centrum en anders rijden er voldoende taxi’s langs.
Cons: Tapijt in de kamer vond ik niet schoon. Prijs kwaliteit vind ik wat minder in balans, voor de prijs zou het incl ontbijt moeten zijn. Ontbijt apart is €35pp (buffet).

Excellent!!! The chicest, nicest hotel. Check in was seamless, the staff are so responsive and polite, the hotel is gorgeous. We held a training for four days and it was superb. The staff set things up and organized the conference center in such a fashion that there were zero issues: IT, refreshments, layout, cleanliness. The entire experience was top of the line. I will recommend this hotel to all visiting Rabat, and will be sure to stay again.

Très bel hôtel à la décoration raffinée et excellents restaurants sur place avec plusieurs spécialités. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est exceptionnel et très varié. Les desserts sont d'une qualité rare et le restaurant marocain de très haut niveau, avec une lumière tamisée et de la musique traditionnelle jouée par des musiciens en direct. La pastilla au poulet et les salades variées en entrées sont parfaites. Ma chambre était spacieuse et confortable avec une très bonne literie et un bain apprécié pour se détendre. L'emplacement est au calme, à 30 minutes à pied du centre historique.
Cons: L'eau de la piscine extérieure était fraîche et la piscine est très exposée au milieu des restaurants et des salles de conférence, il n'est donc pas très agréable de s'y mettre en maillot de bain devant tout ce monde. Le spa était toujours plein donc je n'ai pas pu tester, il faut réserver plusieurs jours à l'avance. Je suis arrivée le jour de mon anniversaire et il n'y avait aucune attention dans la chambre, ce que j'attends d'un véritable palace : quelques fruits ou pâtisseries marocaines auraient été appréciés.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the room spacious enough, and the staff were wonderfully friendly. I appreciated the seamless airport pick-up, which set the tone for a great stay. The food was outstanding, especially the traditional Moroccan dishes, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. One standout touch was the use of argan oil in all the bathroom products—an authentic and luxurious detail. As a light sleeper, I especially valued how quiet it was at night. This hotel perfectly balances comfort, service, and attention to detail. Highly recommended!

They do have good service, staff who can speak different languages but the room upgrade we had was very disappointing. It needs to be renovated. They need to lower the air fragrance , it is too strong, it causes head. They charge too much for a bottle of water over $8. I had chicken couscous from room service and that was $62.

L’emplacement est parfait, idéal pour aller à la médina à pied. Beau bâtiment, propre et agréable. Personnel gentil.
Cons: 1. Attention il y a actuellement des travaux de rénovation dans l’hôtel. En découle beaucoup beaucoup de bruit (perceuse de 14h à 18h rendant toute sieste ou repos impossible). Évidemment, nous n’avons pas été prévenus avant la réservation. Quand la remarque en est faite au personnel, ils nous informent qu’ils vont faire cesser les bruits mais ces derniers perdurent encore une bonne heure. 2. Lorsque nous avons récupéré notre chambre (deluxe) une forte odeur d’humidité/moisi persistait malgré aération de la pièce. Nous en avons informé la réception qui a mis un peu de temps à réagir mais nous a finalement changé de chambre pour une suite prestige. Nous avons apprécié le geste. 3. Les tarifs qui s’appliquent dans l’hôtel sont exorbitants et irraisonables. Il est scandaleux de trouver de tels prix au Maroc, d’autant plus dans un hôtel dit « palace » qui n’en a pourtant pas les codes (ex : 350 mdh pour le petit déjeuner, 180 mdh le cocktail, 190 mdh la harira…). 4. De nombreux petits détails qui déçoivent au quotidien (un seul peignoir dans une chambre à deux, une seule paire de chaussons, des savons qui ne sont pas remis après passage des agents d’entretien, etc. ) 5. L’hôtel est bruyant et surtout mal insonorisé. Simple vitrage pour une chambre donnant sur la terrasse et la piscine avec musique jusqu’à 23h, c’est un peu limite. On entend également le téléphone dans la chambre du voisin. Pour conclure, il s’agit d’un bon hôtel, confortable et agréable. Mais il ne remplit pas les cases d’un palace. C’est un bon hôtel 4 étoiles. S’il était moins cher, la note serait bien plus élevée.

Tout était parfait. Hôtel superbe, chambre spacieuse, confortable, avec vue sur piscine. Excellent petit-déjeuner buffet. L'ensemble du personnel est professionnel, compétent et d'une extrême gentillesse, je tiens à les remercier tous et en particulier Madame Dalal qui a tout fait pour rendre mon séjour agréable. L'hôtel dispose d'une piscine, d'un SPA et d'un excellent Hammam que je recommande. L'Hôtel est idéalement situé : permet de visiter tout le centre à pieds et de rejoindre très rapidement les transports en commun. Séjour magnifique. Encore un grand MERCI à l'ensemble du personnel pour l'accueil réservé. A bientôt.

Cons: This hotel is definitely not deserving of its 5-star price tag. While it charges like a luxury resort, it offers very little in return. The rooms and the hotel itself are incredibly outdated, dirty, and dusty. Even basic amenities like a shower curtain were missing, which made things very inconvenient. The restaurant is shockingly overpriced for the poor quality of food. We paid 15 euros for a crème brûlée, which was absolutely outrageous for what we got. Breakfast was no better—nothing was fresh, and everything seemed to be just reheated. Even the vegetables weren’t fresh. Overall, this place offers none of the value or quality you would expect from a 5-star hotel. Save your money and look elsewhere.

When we arrived all the staff started to stare at us and it was just like they wanted to keep an eye on us, just because we are young and for them we were not in their normale range. The situation was uncomfortable. They changed our room at the last moment and we didn’t know why. I must say that in general they treat us poorly. We will definitely not return again.

The location is good.
Cons: Hotel is old and the rooms are not well maintained. When we checked-in, there were no towels in the bathroom. Probably a shortage because on the second day we also came back to the room which has been serviced but no towels. Bathrobes were old. Grouting in the shower needs to be redone. Scratches on the walls. The bell man was very nice but the rest of the staff were not very welcoming. No initiative taken. Didn’t asked about our plans, or if we needed anything. We were expecting much more from this legacy hotel. When we asked for a good local restaurant to eat for dinner, the receptionist mentioned about their own restaurant. Obviously any hotel staff will promote their outlets but we were expecting a bit more guidance like we find with concierge in normal luxury and upscale hotels. We had a room on the 1st floor just over the restaurant. We heard the music and people until very late. We like a quiet room and unfortunately it wasn’t the case. For the cost, we were not impressed. For the same price you now can go to Fairmont Taghazout which is newer with very well trained and welcoming team. I think the “legacy” component is not enough anymore to justify the cost. Investment needs to be made.

La location, l’architettura interna, la gentilezza di molti membri del personale, la pulizia della stanza, la colazione.
Cons: Stanza deluxe vecchiotta con bagno anni 80 da ristrutturare, moquette e soprattutto non insonorizzata. La direzione è stata scorretta perché non mi ha avvisato che ci sarebbero stati lavori di ristrutturazione. Causa rumori martellanti e operai per i corridoi mi hanno spostato al primo piano e sono finito dalla padella alla brace… per 6 giorni ho dovuto sorbirmi oltre ai lavori anche un orrenda musica lounge che echeggiava giorno e notte nel patio e nella mia stanza senza doppi vetri. Per supplire al fastidio acustico invece di offrimi un upgrade mi hanno proposto due stanze di categoria inferiore sulla strada o cortile di un palazzo ( una delle quali spacciata per suite, mentre era la solo la stanza di una suite😆) ovviamente non si sono sognati di rimborsare la differenza di prezzo tra le due categorie quindi ho rifiutato. E un vero peccato avere una Rolls Royce come lo storico Tour Hassan e non saperla guidare, di “palace” ci sono solo i prezzi ( un club sandwich a 20 euro manco fossimo a Londra o N.Y) dovevo riposarmi e lavorare e purtroppo è stato un soggiorno estenuante.

Cons: Personnel was stingy about coffee capsules 😂 and provided the supply for 1 person in the room only, although we were 2 in the room. Also check in took hours, and we were not advised to go for a walk and come back later, but to sit on the sofa and wait. Vom Vorfahren bis zum Check Out. Der Aufenthalt ist ein Genuss für das Wohlbefinden und die innere Ruhe. Mitten in der Stadt gelegen und dennoch ein Hort der Erholung. Sofiane an der Rezeption ist unglaublich! Nicht nur an Freundlichkeit kaum zu übertreffen, sondern er macht fast alles möglich. Wir hatten uns das Hotel vor unserem Aufenthalt angeschaut auf der Durchreise und da es nicht voll ausgebucht war während unseres Aufenthalts, haben wir sogar ein Upgrade erhalten. Ein unglaubliches Frühstück mit allem was das Herz begehrt.
Cons: Schwer etwas zu finden, was einem nicht gefällt. Wenn, dann würde ich die Verschwendung beim Buffet ansprechend, ohne zu wissen was mit dem Essen danach passiert. Wir waren nicht viele Gäste zu den Frühstückszeiten, aber es wurde alles und das auch mehrfach aufgetischt.

The interior is like a museum. It's worth the visit just for that. Excellent staff. Concierge was especially good: he directed us to Chellah, which happened to open for only two days during a period of reservations, and which turned out to be a highlight of our stay in Morocco. Dalal at reception desk was exceptionally kind and helpful. Mohammed, our server at dinner in the restaurant, was a delight. We could have talked with him for hours. We discussed languages, Moroccan food, art, architecture and history. This was the beginning of our stay in Morocco, and it prepared for us for all we had to look forward to seeing. Finally, breakfast was delicious. Included every treat you can imagine. We didn't stay long enough to try the pool or the spa. We enjoyed the location, which was a short walk to the Medina, the Andalusian Gardens, and the Kasbah of the Oudayas.

Cons: THE NOISE (music everyday from 6.30), lots of outside events organised at the hotel making it impossible to enjoy the garden, the bar, the terrace, the pool. Rooms are clean, but dated. The windows on the garden side isolate NOTHING. You can hear music, chatter, etc. all day inside the room. It’s a pity I can’t post videos of parties in the garden that we heard VERY WELL in our room.

Personnel extrêmement prévenant et sympathique. Nous avons été surclassés dans une suite vaste et confortable. L'hôtel donne sur un jardin intérieur très agréable. On nous a fait bénéficier d'un "late check-out" à 14h30 sans frais supplémentaire. Pour le travail, le wifi dans la chambre était de bonne qualité. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner (quoi qu'un peu cher) offre un large éventail de boissons et nourritures de qualité. La position de l'hôtel est centrale.
Cons: Les points d'insatisfaction sont mineurs. D'une part, le service est, dans l'ensemble, un peu lent. En particulier, lorsque l'on sort le matin en suspendant le panonceau "faire la chambre" et que l'on revient à l'heure du déjeuner, la chambre n'a pas été faite. Ensuite, le spa n'est pas à la hauteur du reste de l'hôtel. Enfin, le dernier jour de notre séjour, il y a eu un mariage célébré dans l'hôtel, ce qui a conduit à un niveau sonore assez peu agréable pour ceux des résidents qui n'y étaient pas conviés.

Recommend this hotel if you’re staying in Rabat. The staff was very kind, easy parking available. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel as they wanted 350 MAD per person which is a lot. There’s no shower curtain in the bathroom so water goes all over the floor that would be my only complaint. It’s about a 15 min walk to Mohamed VI museum and the boardwalk. Great location.

Cons: Il bagno della stanza è un po' datato e necessiterebbe di un ammodernamento. Non tutto il personale parla e comprende la lingua inglese e, soprattutto, pecca di esperienza. A supporto di tale affermazione, riporto un episodio spiacevole. Ho cenato presso il ristorante interno "La maison arabe", ordinando una pietanza dal menù, ma il cameriere mi ha portato un'altra pietanza. Quando l'ho vista, ho espresso al cameriere il dubbio che non fosse ciò che avevo ordinato, ma lui mi ha confermato la corrispondenza con quanto richiesto. Una volta assaggiato, ho capito che non era vero, ho espresso le mie rimostranze, ma non ho ricevuto neppure una scusa.

Ils ont été très accueillants et ont pris le temps de m'expliquer toutes les commodités de l'hôtel, ainsi que les attractions locales à ne pas manquer. Leur attitude professionnelle et leur attention aux détails ont fait toute la différence pour moi pendant mon séjour. In all my years this was one of my favourite hotel experiences. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel special - Wong on the front desk was cheerful and welcoming and even managed to check us in a little early. It was a special occasion and they upgraded our room. It had a WOW factor from the second we opened the door. The view was incredible and the fact I could lie in bed and look at the swimming pool was a real added bonus. Our dinner and breakfast were of the highest quality. Breakfast is a mixture of service and self service. There is much choice but do not hesitate to ask if there is anything you would like brought to your table. Rarely do I leave a hotel without any negative comments, however small. My only disappointment was that we were only there for two nights ! a big thanks for all the staff specialy Najwa , Dalal And Kader for making it a memorable experience.

Nous venons de séjourné à l'hôtel La Tour Hassan Palace et nous avons été très satisfait, L'emplacement est idéal, car il se trouve à proximité des attractions touristiques ainsi que des transports en commun. La chambre était spacieuse, propre et bien équipée, avec tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour un séjour confortable. Le personnel de l'hôtel était extrêmement accueillant et serviable en passant par le personnel des étages, petits déjeuner mais surtout la réception, répondant rapidement à toutes nos demandes et offrant des conseils utiles sur les activités à faire.

Tout été parfait, l’emplacement, la proximité immédiate avec la gare et le métro est un gros plus, la nourriture dans les restaurants et le traitement personnalisé de toute l’équipe du front office. Séjour 100% satisfaisant dans cet hôtel. Une très belle surprise. De l’accueil, qu'était parfaite avec Najwa et Dalal qui étaient très souriantes et serviables. On était surclassé à une chambre vue piscine avec un jardin très beau, la propreté en passant par la décoration, l’insonorisation ou le petit-déjeuner: c’est un sans faute! As a belgium travel agency I come here multiple times a year with my clients. The hotel is just perfect in every way. The welcoming by Dalal and the rest of the crew gave us an immediate good feeling, the rooms are very clean, very spacious and fantastic decorated. The huge garden terrace where you can sit back and relax and enjoy a (alcoholic) drink. The restaurant offers very nice maroccon meals with a nice wine menu. Breakfast... OMG what an enormous choice of food very well presented. Simply said... don't hesitate to book this hotel, you will enjoy it very very much!

Ambiance incroyable, décoration magnifique, service impeccable, personnel excellent et professionnel, particulièrement le staff de la réception tout le monde est amical, extrêmement gentil, serviable et compétent simplement A-M-A-Z-I-N-G !!! Ils se soucient de chaque petit détail et répondent efficacement et rapidement aux besoins des clients. Ils sont vraiment incroyables ! Les bagagistes sont très serviable aussi. Chambre spacieuse, cosy, lumineuse et extrêmement calme. Expérience inoubliable: je reviendrai certainement.

I would like to thank the reception staff who was so friendly and helpful . They made our stay so enjoyable and comfortable specialy the reception manager Mr Taoufik who was very attentive and efficent. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

The hotel is beautiful, as you would see in pictures. The staff is very friendly and polite. They understand English well as well. They also helped us arrange trips from the hotel, which was very convenient if you are short of time.

My husband and I had a fantastic stay at La Tour Hassan. The hotel is beautiful and what makes it even more special is the staff - willing to go above and beyond to help you have a great experience. A very special thank you to Loubna that was extremely welcoming and made our check-in experience very pleasant! Also Imane and Jouness at the front desk made us feel comfortable and welcomed and were always so nice, any request was accommodated easily and quickly. The food and service at the bar and restaurants were also excellent!

Although it was technically the winter season it was still very hot during the day and in the room but it was not possible to have the air conditioning on as it was heating only. The room was therefore extremely hot, also throughout the night which made it difficult to sleep.

Nice location, friendly staff. Beautiful garden and classy restaurants. Excellent breakfast. We stayed in a junior suite, which was very spacious.
Cons: Room amenities need to improve. There is a full minibar, including wine, etc. But there were no glasses provided. Only one black and one green tea bag is provided. If 2 ppl are staying and want to have the same choice, then you have to call and ask. Shower doo leaks heavily, making the bathroom wet and sloshy.
