Cons: Het computersysteem van het hotel is gehackt, mijn persoonlijke gegevens en van de boeking zijn door fraudeurs misbruikt. Heb hierover verschillende frauduleuze apps ontvangen. De reactie van het hotel was zeer professioneel. Daarentegen vind ik de mogelijkheid om dit te melden bij Booking zeer ondermaats er is op de Booking website geen enkele makkelijke manier om contact te zoeken met Booking t.b.v. maken melding van deze hack en verkrijgen van advies, je komt in een circus van chatbots terecht. Een makkelijke te traceren mailadres of helpdesknummer Booking met een mens van vlees en bloed zou op zijn plaats zijn/professioneel zijn. Ben benieuwd naar uw reactie/optimalisatie.

Room was on the first floor, comfortable, and had a small balcony. Staff were friendly and even helped me practice my hopeless Spanish. I really liked that breakfast was served right through to 1130, and that checkout wasn’t until noon.
Cons: Aircon was a bit noisy and it was VERY expensive (though I had a premium room, and prices were probably also inflated because of the eclipse). Breakfast is on the 9th floor and sometimes there was a long wait for the (small) lift.

Tudo incrível, tamanho do quarto é bem superior a maioria dos quartos europeus. O restaurante que funciona no rooftop é ótimo, Andrés nos recepcionou maravilhosamente bem todos os dias, mas todos do restaurante e do hotel são maravilhosos, sempre disponíveis e solícitos, dispostos a atenderem as necessidades dos hóspedes. Localização ótima, boa para conhecer o centro histórico a pé, e a poucos minutos das maiores atrações de Valência de carro. O café da manhã é absurdamente bom e muito farto em opções!

would not recommend staying at Only YOU Hotel Valencia, particularly if you’re a woman travelling alone or with friends. My experience with the staff was extremely disappointing. The tall security guard was rude, dismissive and came across as sexist in the way he spoke to and treated us. When we raised our concerns, the younger manager with the moustache handled the situation very unprofessionally. Rather than resolving the issue, he was rude, dismissive and lacked the level of customer service you would expect from a hotel of this standard. The hotel itself also didn’t live up to expectations. The rooms and communal areas felt much smaller than they appear online, and overall it wasn’t the luxury experience I was expecting for the price. Most importantly, I didn’t feel comfortable or safe during my stay. Because of my experience with the staff, I would not feel confident recommending this hotel to women travelling alone or in a group. There are plenty of other hotels in Valencia that offer a much more welcoming and professional environment.

We stayed at Only YOU Hotel Valencia for one night to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday, and it was an amazing experience. A special thank you to Jose, the Guest Experience Manager, who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. He decorated our room, left us a bottle of cava and a birthday cake, surprised me with a beautiful rose, and even arranged a late checkout until 3pm, which was perfect before our flight. The room was stunning, with incredible city views and a luxurious feel. Breakfast was delicious, with fresh orange juice, Valencian coffee, a great selection of pastries, and plenty of hot food options. An outstanding five-star hotel with exceptional service. We’ll definitely be returning! Thank you again Jose

A Truly Exceptional Stay – We Can't Wait to Return! My husband and I have just returned from a six-night stay at Only YOU Hotel Valencia, and we honestly cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so welcome. Jose Enrique Herrero gave us the warmest welcome and took the time to recommend places to visit, restaurants to try and things to do in Valencia. His advice really helped us make the most of our holiday, and his genuine enthusiasm and hospitality made us feel at home from day one. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. It has a stylish boutique feel with luxurious, comfortable rooms, excellent air conditioning (which was very welcome in the July heat), and every detail has been thoughtfully designed. The location is simply 10/10. It is perfectly situated in the heart of Valencia, with the city's main attractions, shopping streets, restaurants and cafés all within a short walk. We hardly needed any transport during our stay. The hotel bar is a lovely place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Although it's quite intimate, it has a great atmosphere and is always lively, with both guests and locals creating a real buzz. The cocktails are excellent, and the Margaritas are some of the best we've ever had! 🍹 Breakfast each morning was superb. The quality, variety and presentation were excellent, and the breakfast team were consistently warm, friendly and attentive. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they made every morning a pleasure. Don't miss the breakfast – it's one of the highlights of staying here. We would also like to thank Maria from Housekeeping, who looked after our room (404) every day. She was simply wonderful—always smiling, so kind, thoughtful and incredibly helpful. She took great pride in her work, and it was a pleasure to return to such a beautifully serviced room each day. She is a real credit to the hotel. The reception team also deserve special recognition. Every interaction was warm, professional and welcoming, and they were always happy to help with recommendations, directions and anything else we needed. Their friendliness and genuine care made us feel like valued guests throughout our stay. What really sets Only YOU Hotel Valencia apart is its people. Every member of staff we met was professional, welcoming and genuinely passionate about ensuring guests had the best possible experience. So friendly and helpful and they could not do more for us. From arrival where Veronika gave detailed information about locations to go, recommendations for beach area, best restaurants to just being such a lovely person. Can’t rate her highly enough. The booking in process was smooth as expected, the room was amazing and had everything and more that would want. The whole hotel was impeccably clean and fresh looking. The breakfast was nothing more than sensational, with an amazing coffee bar with coffee made to order. Egg style station with fresh omelets and egg Benedict made to order. Great selection with everything you could wish for. The location was brilliant with main places easily walking distance. Rodrigo went out of his way to secure us a seat in the hotel room for the football, and was super friendly and nice. Jose Enrique was everything I was expecting after reading previous reviews. He made stay very special with lots of little touches including sending up cake and champagne for birthday and rose for my partner in the morning. Exceptional man. I cannot rate this hotel and its staff highly enough. I’ve been all over the world, and this hotel for look, location, customer service and food is probably made it rank number 1. If you get the opportunity you have to stay at this place. And great value considering you get 5 star experience

I tried to dine at the rooftop restaurant but they didn’t have availability which I find odd for people who are actually staying on premises they didn’t have . A central 5 star hotel & like many 5 star hotels it concentrates on image & profit, rather than actual performance. Two things to consider if booking. A/ The Premium rooms with supposedly 'incredible city views' are not only pricey, even for Valencia, the city views are pretty poor- mainly the backs & roof plant of all the surrounding buildings. Other nearby more economical hotels have far better views. B/ The Lobby cocktail bar is in with the influencer brigade! & only served their own 'special' cocktails, no mojitos/daiquiris or other classics. The reason seemed to be that you could not draw a comparison, but they could charge premium prices for small measures. Everything else was pretty much as expected.

Fantastic hotel, location and experience. I stayed there for 3 weeks in their Homey Suite that comes with a kitchen. Because of my diet, they were kind enough to supply me with fresh fruit every morning so I could eat. The room is amazing and very comfortable for a long-term stay. It is a 5-minute walk to one of their main plazas and I could walk to just about everywhere I wanted to visit. If not, Uber is readily available. The only few complaints - on Friday nights, they have music in the reception area and that music can be ‘loud’. However they asked the DJ to turn it down which was helpful. I was on the first floor (the only floor with the kitchens in the unit) and you can hear street noise. Dozens of restaurants a quick walk away and the train stations are a short walk away. Be sure to try orange juice - fresh squeezed Valencia Oranges is incomparable. Very centrally located, great staff, amazing room and a memorable stay.

This was a solid find for two nights in a city as pleasurable as Valencia. There were plenty of choices spread across Spain's third largest city, but we knew to maximize a brief stay here, the best neighborhood would be Ciutat Vella (Old Town). In a pedestrian-friendly zone, the hotel is just a five-minute walk to the Central Market and another five to Valencia Cathedral. It's pretty close to the train station and just one bus ride away from the City of Arts and Sciences. The hotel itself is a luxury boutique property. It was originally built in 1959 and still has that mid-century ambiance about it, but it got upgraded to a less dated look in 2021. The front desk was quite welcoming with complimentary drinks and a helpful attitude. Our room was a spacious Premium with a King Bed and City View. It had a comfortable banquette below the window, a large desk, and plenty of space in the bathroom. On the downside, the lobby was pretty busy most of the day well into the night since there was a cocktail bar and a Japanese fusion restaurant. It appeared to be quite the social hub for local suits as well as hotel guests. The two elevators were pretty compact, so it wasn't unusual to have to wait for the next car. Rates were on the pricier side. While I paid for the room with my credit card points, the room is $248 per night on most booking platforms.

The biggest strength of this hotel is its outstanding staff and the genuine care they show to every guest. After a long flight, being welcomed with such warmth immediately makes you feel at home and truly elevates the whole experience. Cons: The hotel is located in front of a charming little square in Valência's old town. The hotel is very modern with a JNcQUOI of charm and bohemian atmosphere. You are welcomed at the most original reception desk I have ever seen:half-reception, half-bar. There's a beautiful flower shop in the reception that makes you feel so welcome and cheerful. We also tried the rooftop restaurant, which was excellent in every way.

This by any normal definition is a 4 star hotel, not a 5 star. Limited room service. Very limited after 11pm. The "reception" is a couple screens on one side of the bar. No doorman or anyone to help park your car. You basically find parking somewhere, drag your luggage to the hotel, search for a bar, which is reception... It's not a bad hotel, but calling this a five star hotel is an insult to true five star hotels. It's a nice, noisy, four star hotel.

Loved this hotel, ideally situated in the old Town with everything being a simple short walk away. The hotel is more than luxurious with a very spacious bedroom and a super comfortable bed that allows a perfect sleep. Even the size of the hotel - it’s still very quiet for noise. We had room 705 which offers an amazing view of the old Town from its bay window The staff are very helpful, even letting me know which car park that would take a higher vehicle like ours. All the car parks are nearby so no need to worry about not having any space. The breakfast is more a feast may I say, we’ll work the additional charge as it offers food that will cater for all appetites. Fantastic hotel and defo one to return to

Desde el momento en que entras el trato es muy bueno por cada uno de los trabajadores del hotel. El hotel es precioso, decoración sublime, limpieza impecable y muy buena ubicación. Tengo que destacar y hacer una mención especial a Jose (guest manager) que desde el primer momento te hace sentir como en casa. Su amabilidad, simpática y sobretodo profesionalidad hace que la estancia y experiencia en el hotel pase de muy buena a excelente. Sinceramente creo que es muy difícil encontrar personas que se nota que disfruten de su trabajo como él. Ha sido un auténtico placer conocerlo y sería uno de los motivos para repetir. Por acabar recomendaría el desayuno los fines de semana, con música en directo y todo delicioso, situado en la última planta del edificio y con vistas 360 a la ciudad.

My son has been studying in Valencia , and the moment we found Only You Hotel, there was no looking back. Loved the hotel, the location and the people. It became like second home. With Palladium Rewards there are members discounts, which always helps. It is so central, close to the old town and the new side. And the amazing staff, who go out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Jose Enrique, the guest experience manager is fantastic, making sure we had the perfect stay. J'ai passé un grand moment dans un établissement très accueillant , en plein centre de la "vieille ville" de Valence. The location was perfect to visit the sites in Valencia. The square at the front was a nice location for a drink and snack. (Not supplied/managed by the Hotel)
Cons: We booked a cheaper, inner room at approx. 360Euros per night. The outlook from the window was very poor. Most rooms had their curtains permeantly closed because you could see straight into the "surrounding" rooms. So we had the curtains closed for 4 days. The gym was fairly limited. There was no milk to make a coffee. The worst arrangements was the breakfast on a weekend. The facilities and arrangements are not managed sufficiently. People everywhere, going no where. Trying to get a coffee could take 15 minutes. A good five star hotel arranges managed breakfasts. Needless to say the re-servicing of the food was very poor. A big thumbs down. Generally this is not a five star Hotel, would be fair to ask how did it receive a five star rating. The price does not reflect the quality of the facilities or the breakfast provided.

Great location, perfect to walk to lots of attractions. Hotel was exceptional, the staff are very helpful and the bedroom had everything and more that you may need. I loved that there was a kettle for the tea drinkers, along with a coffee machine. Attention to detail is excellent.
Cons: If I was being picky, ln the gym, I’d like the treadmills to be easier to access as they are currently in the corner, but it’s not a deal breaker!

Die Lage ist perfekt. Zu Fuss ist alles erreichbar. Das Personal war auch sehr freundlich und das Frühstück ist einfach grossartig.
Cons: Am ersten Abend wollten wir an der Bar eins trinken. Das mussten wir tatsächlich beim „Türsteher“ warten, obwohl es noch ganz viele leere Plätze gab. Er hat sich schlecht aufgeführt. Die Zimmerreinigung war gut, aber wir mussten fast jeden Tag nach Klopapier, Kleenex-Tücher oder kleinen Waschlappen fragen. Das haben sie fast täglich vergessen bzw. gab es ab dem zweiten Tag keine kleinen Waschlappen mehr sagte die Putzfrau.

Cons: Welcome Cava was excellent touch. Asked if we enjoyed it as they were sending a bottle to our room to mark my wife’s birthday. Never happened. Went for a drink in the bar after returning from our dinner at the excellent meat market. Sat at empty seats to be told curtly by waiter, “There is a line!” Asked reception how we join the line, they said sit over there until someone fetches you. Not exactly welcoming five star treatment.

La recepcionista inicial muy amable y presta a ayudar. Las chicas del aseo geniales , excelentes. Andres un colombiano en restaurante super atento y amable. Room service excelente Botones excelentes y superamables.
Cons: Parece de 4 estrellas, por el precio siempre mejor el Meliá en relación calidad precio, por zona , seguro encuentras algo mas acorde al precio e igual de calidad, la habitacion saturada de muebles y pequeña, el baño poco funcional, los recepcionistas hombres excepto la chica , muy poco amables, serán amables con las chicas eso si note, pero conmigo nada resolvieron, y un argentino por el acento el último dia demasiado despectivo, por que le llame a pedir una hora asi fuese paga para el check out ya que iba con 2 bebes. En fin el hospedaje no fue tan grato como esperaba. A lo mejor por la ubicación esta para personas cosmopolitas, pero para familias no es el ideal.

Really good reception to the hotel, and got some excellent tips of places to go. All the staff were excellent, and the lobby bar staff were all exceptionally friendly. The place has a really good vibe and is a fun place to be. Our room on the 6th floor was a good size, very clean and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good with plenty of selection. The hotel was in a brilliant location with easy walking to all the major attractions in the old town.
Cons: The pillows in the room were more foam than feather, so not the best.

It was my birthday and the staff upgraded my room (subject to availability) and gave me a lovely cake and champagne bottle. I was so surprised and grateful as I have never experienced that before and their hospitality made everything even better. What a brilliant hotel and would be my only choice if I ever return to Valencia.
