Our stay at Only YOU Hotel Valencia was simply fantastic from start to finish. The hotel perfectly combines modern style with a warm, friendly atmosphere, creating a feeling of luxury and comfort. The staff really made a difference ā everyone we came into contact with was friendly, professional and genuinely helpful. They were especially kind and thoughtful when they surprised us with a bottle of champagne and upgraded our room to celebrate my birthday. This personal touch made our stay even more special and memorable. Our room was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The bed was excellent, and we appreciated the attention to detail throughout the room. The breakfast was also outstanding, offering a wide selection of fresh and delicious foods. The hotel's central location is perfect for exploring Valencia, with shops, restaurants, and attractions all within walking distance. Overall, the Only YOU Hotel Valencia exceeded our expectations in every way. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Valencia.

The location was central to much of the must-see tourist area. The front desk people were friendly and their English was perfect. They provided a map of the area when I asked for one, and drew directions to where I wanted to go.
Cons: Some personal care items were not replaced, nor were the coffee pods. I'm sure I could have gotten both by stopping by or calling the front desk, but it wasn't that important.

Die Unterkunft ist innenarchitektonisch sehr schƶn gestaltet. Die Juniorsuite im Freien bietet genĆ¼gend Platz um sich wohl zu fĆ¼hlen, der Balkon gewƤhrt etwas Zugang an die Luft. Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen und man kommt zu Fuss oder mit dem ĆV schnell ans Ziel.
Cons: FĆ¼r mich ist der erste Eindruck wichtig und dieser stimmte grundsƤtzlich, mit etwas Wartezeit wurde uns gesagt das Zimmer sei bereit. FĆ¼r die Wartezeit wurde uns ein Glas Schaumwein angeboten. Als wir ins Zimmer gehen konnten wurde uns nicht angeboten das GepƤck nach oben zu bringen, ich fand dies nicht schlimm da wir nicht viel an GepƤck mitbrachten. Eine nette Geste war das handgemachte PlĆ¼schtier Schaf das auf dem Bett wartete, ohne eine kleine Handsignatur. Da wir nicht viel Zeit im Hotel selber verbringen ist mir die Zeit in der wir dort sind fƤllt bei mir Kleinigkeiten um so mehr ins Gewicht. Als wir am Abend den Room Service um neue HandtĆ¼cher baten kamen keine nach 30 Minuten. Nach erneutem Nachfragen kamen immer noch keine, sie kamen auch spƤter nicht. Als wir am nƤchsten Tag auschecken wollten war das Receptionspersonal sehr unfreundlich und kaum hilfreich. Als wir nach StrandtĆ¼cher gegen ein Depot fragten gabe es nur ein kurzes: ā30ā¬ pro Person.ā Nicht Depot sondern Miete fĆ¼rs Ausleihen. Ich sehe den Sinn dahinter nicht, man kƶnnte damit ja auch gleich 5 TĆ¼cher kaufen, aber das will ich ja gar nicht? Auch als wir das mit den HandtĆ¼chern gemeldet haben war die Antwort nur ob wir es vorher schon jemandem gemeldet haben. Schlussendlich gab mir das Personal, vor allem am Empfang oder auch dem Room Service das GefĆ¼hl nicht Willkommen zu sein. Ich will keine definitiven SchlĆ¼sse ziehen aber unser junges Erscheinungsbild und vielleicht unserem nicht der Hotelnorm entsprechendem Kleidungsstil ist diese Abneigung geschuldet. Wenn ich ein Fussballtrikot anziehen mƶchte weil ich es schƶn, stylish oder bequem finde, dann erwarte ich als Gast in solch einem Hotel, die gleiche Behandlung wie eine Person in einem Anzug, vor allem wenn man mit einer Junior Suite mehr als andere ausgibt in ihrem Hotel. Nach dieser Erfahrung werde ich das nƤchste mal in Valencia wieder auf das Palau Vallier oder The Westin setzen.

Das war unser vierter Besuch im only you. Das alleine spricht ja schon fĆ¼r sich. Das Hotel hat alles, was ein Stadthotel braucht, um sich wohl zu fĆ¼hlen vom FrĆ¼hstĆ¼ck bis zum Absacker an der Bar.

It is centrally located , the restaurant upstairs has delicious food . The staff are the gem of the property though. Emmanuela , Veronica and Tomas deserve a raise. They were beyond helpful , friendly and truly went above and beyond

The breakfast was excellent - great choice of food, staff were very helpful and breakfast until 11 am gave us a chance every morning to take our time getting up. The bar was great with a good location directly behind reception. Bar staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make sure that you were happy. Our bedroom was cosy and the bathroom was a good size and we were very impressed with the shower - a good size and plenty of room in it.
Cons: The reception area lacks space and isnāt relaxing. The hotel entrance is too close to the reception.

The welcome was impeccable, especially Veronica, who immediately made us feel pampered. We were upgraded to a suite to celebrate my birthday. The room was very spacious and the view was amazing. The bed was extremely comfortable and the amenities were perfect. The buffet breakfast on the top floor is absolutely worth including, with a special mention to the lady managing the coffee corner. Das Hotel ist in der Altstadt von Valencia und liegt fĆ¼r fast alle Unternehmungen sehr gĆ¼nstig. Die meisten Attraktionen sind fuĆlƤufig zu erreichen - einzig fĆ¼r Oceanographic Museum , Science Museum und HemisphƤrenmuseum haben wir den ƶffentlichen Nahverkehr (Bus) gebraucht. Wenn man gut zu FuĆ ist hƤtte man aber auch Ć¼ber den Turia-Park auch das gut zu FuĆ erreichen kƶnnen ( ca 3,5 km einfach) - der Park ist sehr schƶn! Empfehlen wĆ¼rden wir jedem eine Fahrradtour durch den Park ans Meer zu machen. Auch am Meer entlang gibt es sehr schƶne Radwege. Wie voll das allerdings in der Hochsaison ist - wissen wir nicht. Im Januar ist in Valencia wirklich absolute Nebensaison. ZunƤchst war es deshalb auch recht frisch, so dass wir das Zimmer heizen mussten. Das FrĆ¼hstĆ¼ck im Hotel ist wirklich ein Genuss - man hat vom 9. Stock auch einen Ausblick bis runter an den Hafen. Und der Sonnenaufgang ist herrlich. Das Personal ist Ć¼berall auffallend und wohltuend freundlich - alles top gepflegt und sauber. Die Betten sind gut. Unser Zimmer hatten wir uns nach der Beschreibung etwas grƶĆer vorgestellt. Die GerƤte im Gym sind hochwertig und gut - der Raum ist eher klein , aber ganz gut ausgestattet. Das Restaurant haben wir nicht getestet, auch nicht die Bar. (= sehr gut besucht, muss gut sein ;) )
Cons: Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig gelegen, aber morgens hƶrt man schon mal die Anlieferung zum Hotel und MĆ¼llautos oder Taxis. Wenn das Fenster geschlossen ist - ist auch das kein Problem!

Mas allĆ” de las instalaciones y la ubicaciĆ³n que son inmejorables, o del mejor desayuno de hotel que hemos comido nunca, lo que hace diferente al hotel es la gente que trabaja ahĆ, siempre haciĆ©ndonos sentir como en casa, con mucha amabilidad y estando presentes, no es como en otros hoteles donde el personal trata de ser invisible, aquĆ llenan el espacio con alegrĆa y hacen que la estancia sea siempre memorable. The amenities were excellent, the room was completely soundproof, and the bed was so comfortable that we slept wonderfully. The hotelās location is ideal, just a two-minute walk from PlaƧa de lāAjuntament, right in the center of everything. The atmosphere of the hotel is fantastic, and we especially loved the flower boutique ā such a charming detail. We will most definitely return and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Easy check-in, drinks while you wait, luggage delivered to your room, cleaning at any time you request. Straightener and full size blow dryer in every room. Rain showers have amazing pressure. They truly go above and beyond to make you feel at home. To top it off the food was so delicious. I canāt forget the floral shop has so many beautiful arrangements. We had stayed here before our trip to Rome & had a room at another hotel for our last half of our trip. One night in the other hotel and we cancelled our stay and returned to Only You. They go above and beyond to create the most amazing experience.

The staff is extremely helpful and accommodating. The room was immaculate and the bathroom in the room is one of the nicest hotel bathrooms I've seen. The breakfast was incredible. I would recommend getting the breakfast included, if not at least pay for one day during your stay. This was one of the best hotel experiences I've had anywhere, and even with the prices rising in Valencia recently, it is an absolutely amazing deal for the price.
Cons: While the room rates are great deals relative to the USA, I found the laundry service prices to be a bit high. If you need several things washed, however, there is a very nice laundry mat right next to the hotel.

When we arrived, our bags were swiftly handled by the concierge and taken up to our rooms. The hotel facilities and rooms were clean and smelled so good. I loved the decor, as well. The staff, from the concierge, receptionists and especially the breakfast crew, were fantastic! Super helpful, accommodating and genuinely nice. The fitness room was also top notch with great equipment, such as two cable machines and treadmills that could be directly connected to your Apple Watch, dumbbells, yoga mats etc. The breakfast was delicious and the variety of coffee was amazing. I loved all the fresh meats, juices and fruits, and the fact that eggs among other things were made on the spot. My husband also asked for warm porridge - something they didn't normally serve but made for him each morning. We also appreciated that breakfast was until 11.00 and not heavily trafficked. The location could not have been better: it's right in the heart of the city with all amenities, restaurants, monuments and activities around. It's also close to public transport (bus, train, metro). Everything we wanted to do was either in walking distance (Central Market, Saint Nicholas Church, Museum of Illusions) or just a short bus/metro ride away (Mestalla Statdium, Oceanografic).

La conosco. Eā un ottima struttura.
Cons: Due adulti e un bambino di 6 anni abbiamo dovuto riservare obbligatoriamente due stanze ( tra lāaltro con quattro piani di differenza ). Avremmo potuto tranquillamente usarne solo una. Booking non lo permetteva e nonostante abbiamo chiamato la struttura non ĆØ stato possibile farlo ugualmente. Allāarrivo abbiamo tentato di nuovo di accordarci in qualsiasi soluzione non prevedesse un inutile dispendio ma nulla. Inoltre sono dovuto riscendere a prendere le valigie personalmente perchĆ© non era possibile avere questo servizio. Ciliegina sulla torta dopo aver pagato due stanze per avere la certezza di poterne disporre di una, la colazione non era compresa. SarĆ stato anche come pattuito ma vivaddio ā¦

I love the Only You Hotels but there is something special about the one in Valencia itās fabulous! They make you feel so welcome & special throughout the stay. Breakfast is incredible & the vibes / atmosphere in hotel really make it! We will definitely be back. Location is ideal very central. Jose the guest relations manager was so lovely to us & really looked after us at breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel!! We will be back š¤©
