We loved the personal touch from the staff, there was always someone on hand. The breakfast was a real authentic experience. It was very calm and tranquil and the riad itself is beautiful. The roof space was lovely and an added bonus was the heated jacuzzi. We purposely needed somewhere with a lift due to my dad's mobility and thankfully whilst staff usually only use it was laundry, my dad was able to make use of this especially as we were on the top floor.

Good location, clean, friendly and helpful staff.

Cons: The noise of the water system woke us up a number of times. Loud whistling/whining noise. The shower heads in both rooms had to be held which meant you had to keep turning it off and putting it down to wash. Not sure why a fixing wasn’t on the back wall of shower to resolve this. The hair dryer not very powerful Recommend to put sunbed towels out on a table not on the sunbed or to put in rooms, as didn’t want to use a towel someone else had already used and there were no spare towels.

The riad is very well maintained, clean, and welcoming. The staff were always kind and helpful. I found the services to be well organized, and the food was of good quality — especially the breakfast, which was varied and well prepared each day.

Cons: Unfortunately, after our stay, an unpleasant incident occurred: the host contacted my partner privately via Instagram, having retrieved her personal information without any authorisation, and began sending her messages with clearly personal intentions. I find this behaviour inappropriate and unprofessional, especially in the context of hospitality and guest care.

Beautiful building right in the medina. Rooms were big.

Cons: Breakfast was very disappointing - just bread variations and jars of jam and honey plus a processed cheese triangle. I asked for a glass of water as part of breakfast and they tried to sell me a bottle and then didn’t bring anything. We visited in march hut saw no other people in the riad which was odd and reflects the general atmosphere. It wasn’t very welcoming and we were shushed whenever we spoke. We pre-booked a taxi from the airport that was very late and only arrived after calling to chase. Staff tried to charge us a lot of extra money for sleeping on the sofa bed that was including within our room rate. All very unpleasant. Would definitely not visit again.

Nestled in the heart of Marrakech, this Riad is a true gem that offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The family-run establishment, managed by Mohamed, Aziz, and their team, makes guests feel like part of the extended family. Despite its location in the bustling Medina, the Riad provides a peaceful retreat from the chaos of the souks. After a day of shopping and bargaining, returning to the Riad feels like stepping into an oasis. The beautiful roof terrace, complete with a hot tub and swimming pool, offers the perfect spot to unwind and relax. Mohammad was an invaluable resource in planning our activities. He arranged a hot air balloon ride, an Atlas Mountain hike, and an unforgettable desert safari. His assistance in arranging seamless airport transportation made our trip even more enjoyable. Overall, this Riad stands out as the best we’ve stayed at, even though it was the most budget-friendly option. The exceptional atmosphere, service, and location make it a must-stay for first-time visitors to Marrakech. Highly recommended!

Staff were very friendly and we really felt welcome. Location is perfect. Breakfast was excellent and we ate dinner there one night when we'd had a long day and it was the best food we had in Marrakech. The riad were very accommodating serving us breakfast early when we had an early train to catch. Booked a day trip through the Road and the car was comfortable and the driver was helpful and safe, would recommend. Loved our bathroom. The rooms face the courtyard and you get no outside noise, although inconsiderate guests talking loudly at length when they get in very late or are up very early for a trip can be difficult to ignore. That's obviously not the hotel's fault though.

We had a great stay here in January, very happy with the Riad. The location is fantastic, down a quiet little side street, but only a short walk to most things within the medina. The place itself is lovely, very peaceful and comfortable. Breakfast was great if you like a sweet breakfast; mostly breads, pastries, cake, juice. We found the staff, notably Mohammed and Aziz, to be incredibly friendly and helpful. The jacuzzi was hot, the swimming pool was cold (not heated, and it was January). We had a hammam and massage treatment and it was great, very relaxing. Would definitely stay again.

Cons: On the first night our shower ran out of hot water. It was fine the rest of the time.

The location is within a 10-minute walking distance to Jama el Fna, souks, restaurants, gift shops, and the Al Barid ATM, which is safe and secure for withdrawing cash. The staff, Mohammed and Azzis, are incredibly kind, resourceful, and helpful, making us feel very welcome. The breakfast is excellent, with freshly baked, cooked, and prepared food. Even for our early departure at 6 am before heading to the Sahara, they accommodated us wonderfully.

Cons: The hotel needs updating badly. The white towels were grey. Hot water ran out often. The breakfast was not great. It was nothing like described. Brewers were not fresh and heated in the microwave. There was no chefs just a night porter preparing breakfast. Coffee was sub standard. Unfortunately when I tried to check out there was no WIFI. There was no one who spoke English. The manager was no where to be seen until I refused to pay as I had already put my pin into their card machine. There I was sent so many messages reminding me to pay. Telling me they had my credit card details. Even when I told them I need to check my credit card statement before I would pay again. Cons: With the bedrooms being around an inner courtyard you could hear others when they were sitting for breakfast from 8 pm .

The Riad was an authentic slice of heaven - beautiful, spotless and truly provided the flavor of Marrakech. Though everything was outstanding, most exceptional was the care and warmth and unbelievable service we received from Mohamed and Azziz! They provided recommendations, answered all of our questions and made certain we got to everywhere we needed to go. We felt like old friends when we departed, well fed and so very well taken care of. We always felt safe, regardless of the time of day or night and enjoyed all the amenities and experiences the Riad offered, including our lovely breakfasts in the atrium and the incredible hammam and massage we had. You can always stay at Le Meridien or The Four Seasons, but you will never get the same experience there, like the one you get from being in the Medina at this Riad amidst the Moroccan culture and people

Cons: The bed was firm and comfortable, but as a personal preference, I like to have a variety of pillows to choose from as some like very firm and others like very squishy. It's a small change they could make which would satisfy all travelers

The breakfast was different and to a good standard. We were full at the end. It was also slightly different over the 3 days we were staying. No issues at all. The Moroccan Tea and Coffee was something I will never forget and was excellent. Aziz was exceptional in his service and attention to detail. Despite having been awake all night as the night porter.

Cons: The wifi was good on the roof and a bit hit and miss elsewhere. Not really an issue though.

Everything, amazing oasis of calmness from the hustle and bustle of Marrakech. Everything was of a fine standard and in particular Aziz who watched out for our return in the evenings and served breakfast in the morning .On our departure date the owner kindly kept our luggage (as we weren't flying until 9pm )and even offered us a room to freshen up if needed .To be fair these riads are of exceptional standard with garden rooftops ,pools and jacuzzi and the experience should not be missed ,the welcome and calm beyond the front door is what makes Marrakech and the Medinas the place to be .

Cons: Nothing ,these people meet you with warmth ,hospitality and a welcome that is a credit to their culture and is appreciated.

Cons: Roof terrace was not made useful unlike neighbouring riads

The best part of the Riad is the staff who is super friendly and kind. Mohamed and Aziz are fantastic hosts. The breakfast is plentiful, the location in the medina is strategic, right behind Bahia palace. The room is large-we were three with my daughter and there was plenty of room for all of us. The bathroom is very large too. The pool is indoors (water a bit cold) and there is also a jacuzzi. The hotel offers both hammam and spa services, and the prices are affordable. Guests can also have dinner and snacks at the hotel. The dinners served inside are plentiful and the prices are competitive vis-à-vis other restaurants in the medina.

Cons: Our room had windows facing the interior of the Riad which we had to close at night. I was missing a window to the exterior. If you like to sleep late in the morning, please note that as of 8:00 A.M. breakfast is served and from the rooms you can hear people talking over breakfast.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Riad Atlas Acacia in Marrakech to celebrate my 40th birthday, with my husband and 5 year ode daughter. From the moment I arrived, Mohammed and Aziz made us feel welcome and taken care of. Their hospitality was truly warm. To my surprise and delight, they gifted me a beautiful bouquet to mark my special day. It was such a thoughtful gesture that set the tone for the stay. The Riad itself has a charming decor and a warm, inviting atmosphere. We also had the opportunity to enjoy dinner at the Riad, and the tajine was delicious! After spending two wonderful nights at Riad Atlas Acacia, we moved to a resort on the outskirts of Marrakech. Upon unpacking, I realized I had forgotten some clothing items at the Riad. Despite the resort being a 40-minute drive away, I contacted Mohammed, and to my amazement, they promptly sent my forgotten items to me free of charge. This level of service and care is truly remarkable and greatly appreciated.

The charming and very caring staff make this a very welcoming base from which to explore Marrakech. There is plenty of transport from the end of the street and a small shop next door for essentials. The roof terrace and elevator are very good facilities but the magnificent staff make this property special.

Cons: This would have been a perfect stay but we were woken on three mornings, on the first at 6am, by a lady who insisted on pacing around at length (up to 2 hours), in her heavy clog like shoes, in the room above us. The noise was quite upsetting. Sadly she took little notice when asked to refrain from making so much noise.

The Riad and room were lovely being a 10 minute walk to the square. We enjoyed a hammam and massage. Breakfasts were delicious and filled you up for the day ahead.

Cons: A couple of small improvements would be for the jacuzzi to be hot - it was lukewarm hence not very inviting as the Marrakech weather was quite cool. In the bathroom, the water pressure in the shower needs increased - it was quite weak.

Charming riad with extremely professional and friendly staff! Excellent communication and customer service. The inner courtyard is beautiful and I am sure the pool would be wonderful for cooling off and relaxing during hot weather. The riad is in a great location in the medina, it's on a quiet street yet very close to all the main attractions. We did the hammam & massage one afternoon and it was fantastic. Good breakfast, spacious and well-appointed room, very nice communal roof terrace. Would definitely recommend this riad to others and would stay here again.

Cons: For our personal preferences, we found the mattress in our room extremely soft, it seemed a bit worn out. We used the jacuzzi briefly but it was not quite warm enough, at least not for our stay in January. Maybe they could have increased the temperature, but we did not ask.

Azez was the most welcoming host! From the moment we booked, he promptly reached out to arrange transport and plan a dinner for our arrival. When we arrived, he met us by the vehicle and took us down a short narrow path to the Riad. Upon entry, he served us mint tea and gave us a tour of the stunning riad and gave lots of helpful tips on where to visit. The riad itself is beautiful - totally true to moroccan architecture and stunning. The rooftop offers panaromic views and corners for quiet relaxation, whilst the inner riad has a lovely pool, jacuzzi, hammam and more. The location itself is great! Super close to Bahia palace (3 mins walk away), Badi Palace (7 min walk away), Jemaa el fnaa square (10 mins away), souks (15 mins away).. it was all on our doorstep! With that said, it was still quiet and dark enough for us to sleep well, the riad is tucked away enough so that the evenings are still incredibly peaceful. Its like a quiet oasis away from the busy city. Azez and Azkim also helped by giving us advice about how to manage ourselves in the city, places to buy and prices to expect when shopping for certain items (we wanted to buy plates and wanted to know what was a good rate to haggle to!) Its really helpful to have someone who cares about your wellbeing in a busy city like Marrakesh and we felt well prepared by the two of them to know what to expect when in town. They arranged taxis for us on our request and made it feel like a comfortable home. We had the hammam queens spa experience which was really great too - relaxing, authentic and a great massage experience. They thoughtfully remembered we were vegetarian and our dinner was carefully catered for. Breakfast was delicious: a selection of pastries, freshly squeezed orange juice, jams etc. and the breakfast slightly varied each day which was a pleasant surprise. All in all, 5 stars. It was a true authentic experience staying in Riad Atlas Acacia and the ideal moroccan haven to stay in!

Cons: There is free wifi in the property but doesnt work everywhere, this was fine for us and we didnt mind. It worked close to the inner restaurant courtyard area better than in the rooms.

This Riad is gorgeous. lovely location, staff are friendly and always on hand to help. we felt welcomed and like they genuinely wanted to know how we were and what we had been doing. breakfast was amazing every day, far too much to ever finish it all and often kept us going til late afternoon! the jacuzzi and pool were lovely to relax in after a long day on our feet and there is also a terrace where we could relax in the evenings. our room was stunning and had everything we needed. We also had a massage at the Riad and we loved it, we used the jacuzzi every day which is a plus after walking all day long. Good value for money also, definitely recommend to stay here!

Cons: Nothing major, a couple of small points would be slow wifi and the noise from the street and from the Riad itself, walls seems to be very thin.

Very nice and cozy riad. The rooms are impeccably clean (and they are tidied up everyday), spacious and authentic. Certainly the best breakfast in town. Finally, the members of staff are the kindest people you can expect to get. They were extremely helpful with activity advice in Marrakech and beyond. Highly recommend. 5*.

Cons: Nothing

Riad perfectly located in the old Marrakech medina, very close to Bahia palace. Very nice service provided by staff. Especially, very much thank you to Azdne and Aziz.

Location, pool, jacuzzi and two male hosts were excellent. Breakfast was also great with sooo many options. Room was spacious and AC worked great. Extra plus is room had an exhaust fan in bathroom to keep fresh air coming in. Courtyard of riad is just beautiful. Elevator is a plus too!

Cons: Riad is definitely showing its age. Pool tiles and Bathroom tiles chipped and jagged in a lot of places. Bathroom Sink loose, toilet loose from base and wobbles when you sit, and shower is quite run down. Shower head and temp controls are horrendous. Rooftop terrace needs some love too, could definitely use new furniture and decor. Several nights the overnight employee was cleaning the courtyard well into 2 or 3 AM! Made sleeping impossible. Towels are like 10 uears old and could be renewed. We wanted to shower before the pool and jacuzzi and it was broken with no temp controls. We feel having the shower fixed and sign posted to shower before getting in pool and jacuzzi would keep the water Cleaner.

I have been staying at the riad for a week, I only have words of thanks for the cordial treatment, the kindness, and the continuous interest regarding the accommodation and our stay in Marrakech. As much as his father has helped us and looked for us if we got lost, they helped us with some excursions with which we had had problems with the reservation and took care of when I got sick from something I had eaten on one of the excursions. It felt like being at home with exceptional food until I was cured. The sound of the water from the fountain, the fresh flowers, and the incense each morning generated an atmosphere of tranquility and peace. We have had breakfast and dinner at the Riad every day and the food is excellent, all prepared daily and top of the range. The decoration and the staff have allowed us to live an incredible experience and get to know the culture of Morocco and leave with a henna tattoo done in the Riad. Thank you very much for everything and we will definitely stay here again on the next trip.

Cons: To leave the Riad and wait for the next time.

Asdin has been very accomodating since check-in and check out. He helped us throughout our journey especially coordinating the tour that we just booked. He initiated to call the agent for the translation. Breakfast has been served on time but you need to inform them the night before so they will know what time you want for breakfast. Rooms has been very comfortable place to be, very Moroccan! There’s Jacuzzi and swimming pool that you can use whenever you want as long as be mindful on the other guests. Hamma and body massage has been very amazing. But you need to inform them ahead of time. Worth the stay and no problems has been experienced during our stay. Thank you for all the staff during our stay! It was lovely meeting you all! Merci beaucoup! Yalla yalla!

We loved the amazing service from Azzedine and Aziz, they really made our stay more than special. The Riad is super comfortable with beautiful architecture and our suite was lovely. We enjoyed using the jacuzzi and the pool a lot!

Cons: Wi-Fi and tv were not always working but we never really used it cause we were always out doing activities :)

Amazing staff who will help you with anything. Can't beat the location for getting to the souk. Rooms were large and comfortable. I stayed in several other riads in the area, all similarly rated/priced, and Atlas Acacia was by far the best.
