Cons: The bed was literally rock-hard. The room was very cold at all times of the day. You wake up freezing after sleeping. During my stay, there were power outages 2–3 times. One night, the hotel door was knocked on very violently by someone in the early morning hours. The toilet seat was broken. The shower head had come off and would not fit back into place. The breakfast shown in the photos is not actually served. One night, I saw a cockroach in my room. There were also dirty stains on some parts of the bed sheets. Despite all this, I wanted to extend my stay by one more night and informed them 5 days in advance. They said it was fine. However, on the morning of the extra night, I was told that my room would be changed because it had been booked by someone else. When I first mentioned it, I was told there was no problem and that it would be handled, but I was not informed until the very last minute—on the morning of that day—that my room would be changed.

Personel super. Niestety dopiero w ostatnim dniu zauważyliśmy menu ,ponieważ hotel serwuje również lokalne dania i nie mieliśmy okazji ich spróbować ale następnym razem to zrobimy.

We stayed 4 nights at the accommodation. The staff was very helpful. They did everything to make our stay comfortable. It's in a very good location, everything was close by. they cleaned every day
Cons: Unfortunately, the breakfast was the same all four days: two types of jam, 2 cheeses, butter. The offer could have been much more varied.

I cannot recommend this place highly enough. My mother & I flew in late to Marrakesh (her flight was delayed) & stayed here for the one night. The room was fairly small & simple but absolutely lovely so comfortable & clean & perfect for us! Aircon & wifi working wonderfully. Slept like a log in the bed, great clean food quality sheets. The breakfast on the terrace in the morning was gorgeous & most of all Amine - our host was truly fantastic. So helpful, kind & smiley! When my mother’s flight was delayed he reassured me and came with me to the airport to ensure she was collected, arranging a cheap taxi & helping us with bags & anything we needed to know, nothing was too much. A very very lovely young man indeed! You’re in good hands here & such a lovely warm welcome to Morocco. Thank you.

A nice little Riad in a great location and the owner is very nice, breakfast was good also. The family room has a nice outdoor rooftop space. Bed firm but comfortable. For a night or weekend stay it is fine and good value.
Cons: In the family room, the only cons are the Aircon, one end of the room it is cool, the other end it is hot and there is a water pump that goes off during the night that is quite noisy. Room was comfortable but could do with a bit of TLC, especially the bathroom, a new toilet seat and shower holder wouldn't go a miss

Great place to stay for a price that's kind to the humble budget. The only issue I had was finding the place since there's no signage. The kids in the streets were very helpful in a neighbourhood that felt safe and friendly. It's a welcome escape from the heat and the staff was wonderfully accommodating in providing breakfast earlier and booking the taxi to the airport.

I had a truly enjoyable stay at Riad Elite in Marrakesh. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. A special thanks to Yousef and Amin, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout the entire stay. Their attentiveness and warm service made a lasting impression. The lady in charge of housekeeping also deserves appreciation for keeping our room spotless and preparing a delicious breakfast each morning, it was a wonderful way to start the day. The location of the Riad is perfect, just a short walk from the city center and the main attractions, yet tucked away enough to enjoy peace and quiet when needed. The rooms were immaculately clean, each equipped with air conditioning, which made our stay very comfortable, especially during the warmer hours of the day. The overall ambiance of the property is calm, elegant, and authentically Moroccan, offering a relaxing escape from the busy streets of the Medina. I would highly recommend Riad Elite to anyone looking for excellent service, great location, and true Moroccan hospitality.
Cons: If I were to suggest one area of improvement, it would be the signage and visibility of the property. Riyad Elite can be a little difficult to find at first, especially for first-time visitors navigating the Medina. Clearer signs or directions at key points nearby would make it easier for guests to locate the Riad more quickly and comfortably. That said, once you arrive, the warm welcome and excellent service more than make up for it.

Nothing
Cons: First of all, the riad has no signage whatsoever, making it nearly impossible to find. I wandered around the narrow streets for ages, never imagining that an unmarked apartment door would be the actual entrance (there was a kid who approached to me and told me that it's the entrance). Inside, there were a bunch of bed bugs and cockroaches. I even saw some in the shower. I also didn’t feel comfortable with the surrounding area. People kept shouting “Chinoise! Chinoise!” at me (I’m not even Chinese), which made me feel unsafe and targeted. Overall, I felt very insecure during my stay and would not recommend this place to anyone.

I booked 2 nights at Riad Elite through Expedia. When I arrive they told me they didn’t receive the info from Expedia…. And they were full (no room available)And they said it was « my » problem…. They offered me tea and then they said the solution is to bring me to another Riad of their for one night and then move back to riad Elite… this didn’t suit my needs and it is not what I had paid for…. Etc etc… the day after I spent 3 hours in 2 différent police station. Finally an employee from the Riad came to the police station to give me back the money (I had paid with visa through Expedia). I couldn’t let them go on like this. No one should trust them. There are so many Riads, choose another one!

Breakfast is enough but has low variety (maroccan style). It is not a buffet (it is served) which means you can not choose and in my opinion it generates unneeded waste. Basically is bread and jams - juice is not homemade and the fruit is only a portion. No yogurt available. The room is confortable but very small - you will barely have room to open your bag but enough for a small stay. Regarding location - 20 min walk until Jamaa el Fna and there are plently of restaurants near by. The staff is very nice and helpfull :).
Cons: Noise from other customers, not having shelves in the bathroom to place you brush or cosmetics. Pillows could be less hard.....

Cons: Our second stay was cancelled hours before arrival. I don’t know with whom we communicated via WhatsApp but initially this person promised to arrange an alternative accommodation. When I did not respond immediately, I texted back after an hour because we were in the process of mounting the bus to marrakesh, this person told me I was too late and that he/she wouldn’t help us any more. Cons: The Riad is in a noisy, rough area; when I arrived, it took 15 minutes to find it as there was no signage. I then had to wait 10 minutes for somebody to check me in. My room smelled of sewage, and all of the walls were damp. The towel was threadbare. I didn't mind the bed being rock hard, but I could hear arguing all night from next door and motorbikes up and down the lane. When the room above me used the toilet, I could listen to everything, and when it flushed, it woke me up on a couple of occasions. There was no hanging space, the shower was broken, and the toilet seat was loose. No space in the bathroom. The Riad is similar to how it looks in the pictures; they were enhanced. I have used booking.com many times. This is my first complaint. It's a dump!

Beautiful traditional Riad. The staff was friendly and helpful. Good location and a quiet street to park a car. Lovely resting areas and a terrace.
Cons: The room was dark because there was only one window. Would be nice to have more lights in. In the shower there was no curtain and all of the bathroom got wet.

Renovated traditional building in a good location; very kind and polite staff, friendly and ready to help for logistics; they kindly kept our luggage for two days; good breakfast served in a typical way.
Cons: Not enough space in both room and bathroom: we could barely move once we placed our luggage; the sink is very tiny and when the bathroom door opens it goes into the shower.

Very nice riad and quite well located. Amin our host was a huge help booking for us taxi, leisure and recommending hammam which was excellent. The balcony and the seating area between the floors were great extensions to the rooms.
Cons: Just a little things like small towel for drying hands in the bathroom and it would be nice to have a blanket over your knees when eating breakfast in the open air in the mornings.

Staff were very good. I asked for eggs for breakfast ( as shown in the breakfast photos ) and they happily obliged. Very kind offers to help with information and luggage storage.
Cons: Thought the rooms were very small. The price was very high compared to other, better Riads. Pillows and mattresses were only ok. Breakfast needs to have some consistent protein like eggs as per the photos on website. Booking.com says 'Total Cost' when it should read 'Total Cost excluding local taxes'. Very annoying additional fees to be paid independently at the property.

I was considering whether to give this Riad 5 or 4 stars. In the end I have decided to give it four stars to be fair. A little problem is I don't have really much to compare it to, when it comes to other Riads or stay over places in Marakkech, so I don't really know what are the local standarts. I could even understand somebody giving this place a 3 star review. I will start with the negative parts, but there were not many. I am not really aware what are the hygiene standarts in Morocco, but from my perspective, the place could had been prepared a little bit better. But to be fair, the price of the stay was relatively low, so it wasn't such a big of a deal. There wasn't a mess, the beds and rooms were nicely prepared, but there were some parts, which could had been cleaned, before a guest arrives. Another thing which wasn't the best was the wifi coverage. The wifi router was in the ground floor, so in the lobby or perhaps rooms nearby the signal was great. Our room was on the opposite side and one floor above, so the signal wasn't reaching our room properly, we were getting disconnected very often on our phones, while being on our phones. Other than this we didn't really experience any other issues and the place was great. The staff was always very helpful and nice to us. When we asked, they served us tea or coffee for free (I was asking whether we could get some tea, that I am willing to pay for it and they refused money for it). The guy who was taking care of the place was always willing to have a conversation, or paid attention to me immediately when I came to ask him something. He helped us organize our trip into the desert, gave us some tips around the town and helped us solve any problem we had. So the quality of customer service was very good and I give that 5 stars. The quality of the rooms wasn't bad for the money we paid for it so I would give that something between 3-4 stars. So that is why I give this place in total 4 stars.

The owner was very friendly and wonderful! He arranged a desert trip for us and it was exceptional! We stayed there 4 nights in total, but he kindly let us to leave some of our belongings at the Riad while we are on the desert trip :) The breakfast was also wholesome, with a very nice terrace on top of the riad.
Cons: WiFi was a bit weak

The Riad is wonderful and cozy, perfectly taken care of and the amability of Amin is boundless. He kindly helped us on many requests, such as late check-in, providing stable wifi for having an important call, and leaving our luggage for the desert trip. The riad is in the Kasbah area, which makes it much more quiet than the ones in the Medina's madness. Also, you have cheaper restaurants in the main street on the way to the center.
Cons: Internet went weak sometimes.

The team running the Riad were exceptional. Breakfast was made fresh for us with the pastries still hot from the pan. When checking out we were shown how to order a taxi and where to meet it, and the manager even went out to the market to make change for us! A really great team.
Cons: The rooms could be better, simple things like having a place to hang your towel inside the bathroom would make a big difference. Also, the room we were staying in did not have a window (our bad, we were given the choice of 2 rooms and didn’t realise until after we’d picked the windowless one). Nothing major, and given the price of the room I was still very happy!

I didn’t like anything in this place
Cons: Riad Elite was very hard to find. Hidden in tiny street with no clear signage nor parking space. When i walked it to what supposed to be a suite, it was like an oven. When i asked an employee ( Amune) that I couldn’t sleep in the heat, he pointed out to me a small A/C unit in the connecting room. It was 2am and had no choice. But to sleep in the heat. When i wanted to take a shower to cool off, there was hardly no water. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and making lots of noice every time i turn. I complained to the same employee who advised me the water will come in the morning. So I couldn’t take a shower either. Whem i woke up in the morning i saw a roach in the shower. I oacked my clothes when went to have breakfast to be told it was over by 10:30am. Amine did not mention anything about breakfast time nor did he answer my question. My suggestion: DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE EVEN FOR FREE

I want to say a huge thank you to Emine who really showed us amazing hospitality and provided a delicious breakfast. I spent a wonderful and unforgettable 14 days in this beautiful Riad.It is located near the Bahia and Badi palaces, and you have an easy 25-minute walk to Djemaa El Fna, which is great for getting to know beautiful Marrakech. The riad is extremely clean, the rooms are comfortable, they have air conditioning, as well as a terrace where breakfast is served. The atmosphere is real family, and you can especially rely on the young guy Amine, who will do everything for his guests.Although breakfast is served between 8:30 and 10:30, when I went on trips earlier, Amine always got up early and made me breakfast. Nothing was ever too difficult for him.He will even offer you his mobile phone number, if you happen to get stuck somewhere, you can call him and he will come pick you up.The breakfast was rich, always fresh, and you also get fruit with it...Riad is easy to find on google maps and there is no chance of getting lost. The rooms are cleaned every day.If you are going on trips, ask Amine for trips, he has a good offer. They are much cheaper than local sellers or the gyg app.In the end, I can only say a big thank you to Amine, Lamia, Abdul, Rabiaa for making my stay pleasant, safe and unforgettable. See you for sure. I sincerely recommend Riad Elite. Maja

Nice breakfast but no gluten free options as we asked since my friend has celiac dissease. Free tea when asked, towel change everyday. Staff was really nice and friendly. Location is good, only 10 min walk to the central plaza.
Cons: We were changed to another Riad first night. On the second night we slept on other room and changed to the definitive one the third night. They told us to keep the lugagge on the temporary room and then they changed them to the new room without asking. Dont like other people to touch our things. No gluten free options.

The best thing in this stylish riad was the fresh smell everywhere! It was very clean, cosy and stylish. The terrace was elegant. The young staff man Amine was polite, friendly and appropriate, what I value high. This was my last night in Marrakech, so when I did check-in to the flights later afternoon, I realized to my horror that the boarding ticket must be printed! Luckilly this polite Amine went somewhere to print it free for me later in the evening, what a relief! He also made just for me an early breakfast due to flight, a warm thank you to him. :)
Cons: The bed was rock hard! It even hurt a bit when I was on my side in bed. My room was quite small, although there were also the bigger ones just on the next door. But maybe they were meant for 2 people. "Le petit taxi" from the nearest street was not found at all in the morning, although we waited with Amine maybe 15 min. So you need to walk a bit further. As a skimpy lady I wanted the cheapest taxi, not the one what the riads offer to the tourists...:D

Very sweet decorations, cute riad with a nice terrace. The room and the whole building was very clean. Extremely helpful staff: helped us book desert tours and organise airport pick up (worked perfectly even when we got out of the airport almost 5 hours later than expected at 4am); woke up extra earlier and made breakfast for us at 6:30am when had to leave for the desert. Outside of the busy part of the medina, just 20min walk to the main medina plaza. Quiet and calm at night.
Cons: Room was a bit small. Bed was a bit too hard for our liking.

The place was easy to find via Google maps. The exact location is not very accessible by car, but the vehicle can stop just along the main alley (from there it's a 3 min walk in to the riad). Upon arrival, just ring the bell and someone will greet you. The riad is the second door from the left. It's a black door and on the upper left wall there's a small sign that says "Riad Elite". Sayid our host was excellent. Very welcoming, speaks fluent English. He explained everything clearly, about out atay at the riad, as well as recommendations for sightseeing and eating around the old medina. The room itself (quadruple room - one king size, 2 single) was spacious, well lit, and very clean. Only issues were that due to it being on the top floor, wifi strength was poor, and also the toilet did not have any place to put/hang dry clothes or towels. Breakfast was served daily whenever we woke up. Decent spread of breads, spreads, and local fare. Coffee and milk were also served. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay at Riad Elite and I would recommend this to friends and family.
