Our one-bedroom apartment was outstanding, with panoramic views of the Atlantic, Hassan II Mosque, and the city skyline. The design and finishes were impeccable, spacious, and elegant. Our butler Yassine made the stay exceptional through flawless attention to detail and anticipation of every need. The apartment also featured a top-tier vinyl player with a collection of over 200 superbly curated LPs—an eclectic mix with strong Arab and African influences that made the experience unique. At reception, Imane and her team were consistently professional, attentive, and accommodating. Service across the hotel was at the highest level. Dining was another highlight; while every restaurant impressed, La Brasserie stood out as our favorite. The spa pool was equally remarkable. From arrival to departure, we felt completely at home. The Royal Mansour Casablanca delivered an experience of warmth, sophistication, and precision. Congratulations to Laurent, Director of the Hotel, for leading with such excellence. We look forward to returning soon.

Amazing property and top notch service! We tried every restaurant at the hotel and each one was amazing! We had an amazing driver from the hotel. Concierge was amazing too! We will be back!

Stunning architecture with high-quality materials, and a delicious, well-crafted menu.
Cons: The breakfast service was quite disappointing. The garnish for the omelette was brought out before the actual dish, and the tea was served much earlier as well, so it had already gone cold by the time the food arrived. Unfortunately, even the omelette was cold when it was finally served. The overall experience was confusing and lacked proper coordination.

Absolutely stunning hotel, one of the most beautiful that I have stayed in! The design, the comfort, the spa, the staff, and room service are all exceptional!!! The food in room service was the best I have ever had; it was not only delicious but so beautifully presented!
Cons: The only complaint I have is that when we went to change a $100 USD bill, they wouldn't do it. They said it was their policy to not change American dollars, so we had to go outside to find a money changing place. That makes no sense to me and I thought it was very rude. We had one dinner at the sushi restaurant, and it was just ok, not great. I was expecting it to be better.

Where can I begin? This truly a world-class hotel. Exactly what 5 stars stand for. The level of service Is impeccable, attention to detail is unlike anywhere. Very fresh and stylish rooms. Excellent breakfast and overall amenities. Great cigar lounge with skillful bartenders. Ended up spending most of our time within the hotel premises during our stay in Casablanca. I never see such a beautifull Hotel, design is just another dimension, the food the best in morocco, the staff is a dream people here are so kind starting by the director till the cleaner is army of kindness, the rooms are big and very well decorated, you can see the details of royalty. Believe me when you taste Royal Mansour you don’t want to go anywhere else. Bravo bravo for this beauty in Morocco, at the end I wanna stay all year here
