J ai bien aimé la facilité d accès après être sorti du bus. Et c était calme pour y dormir reposant. Petit déjeuner très bien 👍

Cons: J ai du réclamer plusieurs fois des serviettes de bain afin de pouvoir nous laver. Et au final j en ai eu qu une seule alors que nous étions 3, j' ai bien remarqué a la fin l air mécontent de la femme de chambre, alors que ça aurait plutôt du être à nous d être mécontent quel culot. On demande juste à pouvoir se laver surtout qu il faut chaud au Maroc question d hygiene en fait c est tout et c est sont travail non? Le sèche cheveux qui marche pas, la moquette poussiéreuse, j osais pas être pieds nus Je pense que l aspirateur ne doit jamais être passé dans leur chambre .....ni les lavages de vitres....climatisation qui marche pas et bien sûr ça n est pas mentionné avant le paiement. Genre c est parce que l'hotel est en travaux ça fait 6 mois d après ce que j ai lu en commentaires anciens ...pourtant même à 10h aucun bruit de travaux..aucun dédommagement prévu un petit geste commercial après l'avoir dit à la réception aurait été correct...

Breakfast was good, location was good. Staff were helpful.

Cons: A motor ran up randomly outside the unit window and was disturbing during the night. I tried to closse the double glazed window but it was jambed. Double glazing no use if one won't shut. Shower was awkward to use and didn't drain properley. There was construction going on the floor below..... it wasn't too disturbing but I think for some people it my be a problem. Lifts didn't seem to work properley, so I used the stairs. Seccure parking was a block away for my motorbike which was a bit inconvenientt

The location is very ideal. It's downtown. The dinner (we had pasta with tomato paste, with vegetables and some fruits), it tasted amazing. The breakfast was buffet - and tasted good. They arranged shuttle service for us with an extra charge - we managed to get to the Airport on time.

Cons: The hotel - it's an old premise. The rooms are so old. The carpet and other furniture are not appealing. We booked the junior suite - to accommodate 3 people. But we were told that wasn't available when we got there, instead got us an extra bed in a twin room - which was not convenient. Also the bed was so olddddd. We requested to change, they did try to give us what they have, But you can still do better.

Hotel je umístěn prakticky v centru města, nedaleko vlakového nádraží "Casa-port", odkud je spojení i na letiště v Casablance. Vybavení pokoje dostačující. Snídaně byla skvělá a bohatý výběr. Připojení na WIFI a stabilita rovněž dobré.

Cons: Při dopravě autem, omezená možnost parkování, asi jen 4 místa před hotelem na jednosměrné ulici. Hotelová restaurace sice funguje i večer, ale výběr jídla velmi omezený, takže je třeba zajít do nedaleké restaurace (asi 100m) "Les Fleurs", kde se dá dobře najíst, ale nápoje jsou pouze nealkoholické (pro evropskou kulturu stravování není optimální).

Cafetière sans prise proximité, pas de tasse de café et pour finir pour rester exhaustif...plein de moustiques mais directeur indisponible le week-end et j en passe. C'est une honte!!! Un véritable taudis. Incompréhensible qu'il fasse partie des hôtels recommandés par BOOKING.A éviter à 1000%.

Cons: Cuando llegué tenían un problema, y me dejaron esperar tres horas para que me hagan el check-in, la chica de la recepción nos habló muy mal , nos decía todo rato mejor anular la reserva y ir a otro sitio con arrogancia. Great location and a very friendly receptionist.

Cons: The air conditioning in my room didn’t work, which made the stay uncomfortable, especially in the heat. The rooms overall felt neglected and in need of maintenance. On top of that, the elevator seemed unreliable, with several buttons missing and signs of poor upkeep, which made using it a bit concerning. Overall, the property could benefit from better maintenance and attention to detail.

Absolutely nothing at all!! This was the worst experience of my life

Cons: Everything, lets start with the room, i booked a big bed they gave me 2 single beds, and with no key card cause the run out. So each time u want to go out and back in ur room u need to ask them to open ur door. And then when i went in my room, the worst smell ever, like something is rotten, the floor dirty they didint even clean. The breakfast, unbelievable like a simple breakfast they even can not arange that. And on top of everything the girl behind the counter, Zahra, goog luck if u got her behind the desk the day u gonna book a room. What a unprofessional bad big mouth girl is that unbelievable. I have bin a lot of hotels in my life but this is by far the worst ever in my life. Dont recomand it at all.

Cons: Kein Internet im 7.OG mehrmals Bescheid gesagt , aber im Zimmer selbst war es total schlecht im floor außerhalb des Zimmer war es gut , im Zimmer 701 gibt es einfach kein Empfang , das Frühstück war sehr schlecht , keine Brötchen , oder Baguette , die Auswahl war schlecht , Taxi Ruf vom Hotel aus vermeiden denn dann bezahlt man das 7 fache , vom Hotel zum Casa Voyage Bahnhof , am besten auf der Straße ein Taxi nehmen , obwohl das Personal im Hotel gesagt hat das es nur 20 Dirham also 2 Euro kostet , habe ich den Taxi Fahrer 7 Euro geben müssen , sehr schlecht , am besten drauf achten das die Uhr im Taxi eingeschaltet ist , ansonsten anderes Taxi nehmen

Didn’t stay on this occasion. Booked for just one night but on arrival informed that the AC was not working. They could have messaged me to inform of this. As it was so hot at this time we chose not to stay but to search an alternative. Stayed here previously and it was ok. Not impressed with the communication this time so will unlikely return.

Cons: Very poor communication from staff this time. My messages through booking went completely unanswered and not notified of the issue with the air conditioning until arrival. Chose not to stay. Hotel has still not accepted cancellation as agreed. Not impressed and will be unlikely to return again as there are several similar hotels nearby. Poor service.

Cons: I walked in the restaurant in the afternoon and they were cleaning the floors. They brought me out a hand scribbled note with 3 menu items on it. I walked out. The A/c was not working either so I had to crack the window in the room. Also they did not have any change to give me when they came up with a 1.90 extra charge.

Impronte di mani sporche di olio sul muro. Moquettes sporchissima. Dal rubinetto della vasca esce acqua arancione. La colazione molto varia ma di scarsa qualità. Cons: Nous arrivons le soir, réservation déjà effectuée sur booking. L’hôtel nous fait comprendre que rien n’est réservé, aucune chambre ne nous attendait et nous en a donné une par défaut. Par ailleurs, il a précisé que le prix sur booking était nettement supérieur au prix réel et pour cause: il manquait des boutons sur l’ascenseur, trous dans la serviette de bain, pas de serviettes visage et mains, pas de gel douche, pas de sac poubelle, une petite bouteille d’eau (contre deux annoncées), les taches sur les draps et les housses. Les toilettes semblaient sales. Salle de bain de détériorée. Nous avons dû demander trois fois ce qu’il nous manquait dans la chambre. L’amabilité n’est pas au rdv. Il n’y avait pas d’eau au petit déjeuner. Nous nous sentions oppressées dans la salle à manger. Pas assez de choix au petit déjeuner et pas très bon. La salle à manger est toute petite. Aucun fruit. Bref, Hotel 4 étoiles qui n’en mérite qu’à peine une. Rapport qualité prix : zéro.

Отель расположен в шаговой доступности от всех достопримечательностей, кроме пляжа Ain Diab, до которого можно доехать на трамвае, остановка которого расположена рядом с отелем. Так же рядом находятся множество кафе. Номер большой, чистый, раздельный санузел. Приветливая и дружелюбная администратор отеля Maroua, готовая помочь в возникающих вопросах. Завтраки хорошие ( по сравнению с другими) - яйца, масло,сыр, фрукты/овощи, много выпечки, особо понравились круассаны. Рекомендую этот отель. Спасибо сотрудникам отеля.

I enjoyed nearly everything, in particular location (very close to Old Medina and bars in the nearby, and three stops from Habous), staff (really nice) and breakfast (rich, good and with a large time slot).

Très bon rapport qualité prix. J’ai l’habitude de séjourner dans des hôtels très classe a Casablanca. J’ai exceptionnellement séjourné dans celui là avec beaucoup d’appréhension avec un enfant et j’ai été agréablement surprise. Ne pas se fier au commentaire négatif. pour un hôtel à moins de 40euros la nuit je suis vraiment surprise du rapport qualité prix et trouve un peut trop exigeant les mauvais commentateurs. J’ai eu un souci de voisinage qui a été réglé en 5 min le personnel est au top et au pti soins. Pour fréquenté que des hôtel à 200euros la nuit celui-ci ma vraiment surprise pr son rapport qualité prix qu’on ne retrouve pas forcément dans les 5 étoiles. La vous en avez vraiment pour votre argent. Je recommande vraiment pour les petits budgets.

Cons: J'ai été dérange à plusieurs reprises par des femmes de ménage sans aucune raison. Le jour de la.sortie, une dame est venu frapper à la porte car j'avais dépassé 5min de l'heure de sortie. Aside from the ground floor, it is all very dated. - Room wasn't the cleanest we ever been in, but did the job. Worth paying a little more for a slightly nicer hotel if there for more than 1 night. - Wifi signal was variable (I could get Wifi sat on my bed, but my friend on the other twin bed couldn't). [For tourists thinking of visiting Casablanca: please avoid and go to Rabat instead - as 2 female travellers we actively did not feel safe in the city].

The Location was ok, near to town and the local markets, The breakfast was a good choice of pastries, ham and cheeses and hot food. The staff were pleasant.

Cons: The room was standard, it was definately not 4star, the bathroom was disgusting, the bath was not a spa bath as shown, the shower head was damaged and filthy, the grate in the floor and tile surrounding it was broken, the tiles were chipped and dirty. The Bed springs dug into our backs from the bed wasnt very comfortable. We booked to go into the hotel restaurant for valentines night as it was reported as a french cuisine a la carte... this was not the case, we were served with some tap water, told to help ourselves to salad which was 4 bowls of a pasta and bulgar wheat salad. Then a plate of lasagne was dumped in front of us... Luckily I wasnt vegetarian. and that cost us 20.00euros we had no choice and definetly no special treatment as it was valentines night, the Bar in the hotel was not open and there was no caberate. I ended up with food poisoining on the Saturday from either the breakfast or the lasagne the night before. The whole advertisement for the hotel was wrong and they should take all the photos down. It is definately not like this.

Cons: Das Hotel braucht dringend einen Investition, da die Einrichtung und die Badezimmer ziemlich alt ist. Die Teppiche sind sehr veraltet, braucht Erneuerung. Die Fenstern sind nicht ganz dicht, obwohl im neunten Stock war, man hat das Lärm von der Straße gehört. Aber ich denke, die Geschäftsführung wird sich dazu schon mühen.

Le lit était très confortable, la chambre était calme et pour moi c'était nécessaire. la chambre était propre bien qu'un peu veillotte mais bon le confort y est. le petit déjeuner était suffisant, le serveur du resto du matin était au petit soin et prêt à répondre à nos attentes. La fille de l'accueil du soir était accueillante et souriante, ce qui est très agréable.

Cons: La salle de bain est un peu vieillie et le mobilier un peu vieux. J'ai moins apprécié des gobelets en plastiques pour prendre le café.

Nice hotel in a great location, tea and coffee in room. We did have a bath as well as a shower which was great. Breakfast was really good and the waiter was marvelous. Overall the staff were really friendly and we really enjoyed our stay.

Cons: Just very thin plastic cups for tea in room, I know they are tend to split with boiling water. Water wasn't really hot enough for a bath so went for a shower, ok but we really wanted a bath.

The location is great for those travelling by either bus or train. The hotel is within 3-8 minutes walking distance. The only positive aspect is the bathroom and toilet rooms. Excellent. I was an unable to obtain a receipt for my c ash payment, being told they had no photocopier!?? I didn’t get a TV remote until day 2. And the safe was locked, unusable, although I asked at reception..never had been able to use it≥

Very comfy big bed. Really friendly helpful staff especially Dionna at reception 🙌🏼. I was away for a few days and they kept my luggage for me. Very close to the CTM bus station and medina.

Cons: Нет сопровождения до номера при заезде, приходится самому подниматься на этаж и искать свой номер. Нет шампуня и зубной пасты. Хорошо, что я заренее перед заселением приобрёл Тапочки, зубную пасту, зубную щетку и туалетную бумагу. С туалете отеля бумага тёмно-коричневая, что неприятно выглядит. Неудобные вешалки и плечики для одежды, которые прикручены к шкафу -- это создаёт неудобства когда вешаешь одежду в шкаф.

Je voulais passer quelques jours à Casablanca, et pour mon séjour j'ai choisi l'hôtel TOUBKAL. J'ai été agréablement surpris par cet hôtel, je voudrais partager mon expérience avec vous et vous citer ce qui m'a plu : - bien placé, centre ville, proche du Souk Bab Marakech. - le transport est au pied de l'hôtel, tramway et taxi ... - quartier calme et sécurisé - restaurants et bureau de change juste à côté - la chambre est grande, Propre et bien équipée ( bouilloire, café, thé, serviettes, séchoir, bureau..) - Vis à vis Discret, et rideaux opaque. - le petit déjeuner de l'hôtel est copieux et varié, le personnel du restaurant est aux aguets pour servir les résidents. J'ai bien profité de mon séjour, j'ai visité Casablanca et avec le train rapide je me suis rendu à Tanger en 2h, et à Marrakech presque pareil. Finalement au lieu de 4 jours, je suis resté 10 jours. Mon impression pour cet hôtel est positive et il a un très bon rapport qualité prix. Je souhaite à vous tous un magnifique séjour. Cons: Mes parents se sont rendus à l’hôtel conformément à la réservation effectuée sur Booking. Sur place, le personnel de l’hôtel leur a demandé de régler directement le montant du séjour, par carte et en dirhams marocains. Par la suite, j’ai reçu une notification d’annulation de la part de l’hôtel, assortie d’un prélèvement de 47,16€ pour des frais d’annulation injustifiés. De plus, en comparant les montants, j’ai constaté que mes parents ont payé un montant 44€ supérieur à celui initialement indiqué lors de la réservation (143,50€ au lieu de 99,60€) Pratiques abusives constatées - Annulation frauduleuse de la réservation après paiement, entraînant des frais injustifiés. - Différence significative entre le tarif initialement confirmé et le montant réellement payé. A reggeli és vacsora bőséges volt. A környéken több más szálloda, a régi városközpont (Medina), a nagymecset, a vasútállomás gyalogtávolságra megtalálható volt. A személyzet mindennap takarított a szobában, és folyamatosan segítőkész és udvarias volt. A bútorok és a szoba felszerelése régi, vagy antik hatású volt, de minden használható és jó minőségű.

Cons: A wifi ingyenes volt, és a szoba asztala és fotelja mellett jó minőségű volt, de az ágyban már előfordultak kihagyások, lassulások, ahogy a reggelizőben is.

Расположение просто великолепное. Можно пешком или на автобусе добраться во множество точек города. Хорошие завтраки, вкусная выпечка и кофе.

Cons: При заселение мы потратили порядка часа потому что администратор минут 10 просто не подходила к нам, а потом сказала, что не работает система. Я не понимаю при чем тут мы, можно было заселить нас с дороги, а потом чинить неполадки системы. К цене на букинге прибавили налог, хотя о нем не было сказано при бронировании. Номер был грязный, ковровое покрытие все в пятнах, мягкая мебель тоже. На чайном столике не оказалось кружек, что для меня совсем непонятно. В один из дней сотрудник отеля предложил проводить нас в магазин масел, где масло нам посчитали на 120 долларов 100 миллилитров. Мы конечно же его не купили, потому что это же масло продаётся в других местах по цене в 50 раз дешевле. Это очень некрасиво со стороны персонала. На кухне персонал хороший, но сами столики грязные, скатерти грязные. В коридорах и номерах темнота. Очень некомфортно из-за этого. Отель выигрывает только положением и своих звезд точно не заслуживает.

Very good value that includes breakfast as a bonus treat..all the Staff are very kind/Gems that includes the two ladies in Reception, Restaurant & inHouse service. This Hotel has been hiding from me on previous visits, but now i've found it, i'll book again as i already have by extending my stay. My room on high floor perfectly overlooking the busy city life & included fridge, kettle & tea/coffee. Breakfast is a bonus & includes quite alot of options.bravo to everyone

Cons: Not alot..maybe more t.v channel options, but i'd watch one channel Am.movies..also to say that the carpet could probably do with a best bissell, but they do vacuum daily & everything is clean otherwise

Everything was very good value as previously mentioned in earlier review & hotel is hidden Gem as are all the staff that work there

Tout particulièrement l'amabilité et la gentillesse du personnel. A quelques pas de la gare, c'est un emplacemlent idéal pour circuler. Tres bon lit!

Cons: L'isolation phonique n'est pas terrible, on entend beaucoup ce qui se passe dans les chambres voisines. La télévision ne dispose que de tres peu de chaines, aucune en français, la connexion wifi n'est pas toujours tres stable.... La robinetterie de la douche sera à changer prochainement.

Le seul personnel appréciable, le garçon d'étage et les portiers.

Cons: J'ai été déçue, pas d'eau chaude, ni de débit en chambre, il a fallu en changer. Pas de collation au matin tôt de notre départ, même pas une bouteille d'eau, alors que le petit déjeuner est compris.
