All rooms are smoking. Fortunately mine didn't have a cigarette odor. No restaurant, just a snack bar. Bed comfortable. Clean but a bit rundown. Overall I recommend due to location, nice staff, clean, nice swimming pool, quiet, spacious room.

The property is in the process of renovation so the poolside rooms are not available. The other part where we stayed looks like purpose build 30years ago. Don’t take me wrong it’s well designed and clean but it is far from modern. A little swimming pool is beautiful with plants around it and very helpful pool staff going out of their way to look after you. However I can’t see the pool being big enough if the hotel was at full capacity. Bar drinks are excessively overpriced. Reception staff are great and helpful and speak English French and Arabic. There is an access just off the side to the public beach which is simple but free. I really enjoyed it as a female on my own I felt safe, people were friendly but not harassing me at all. The sand and the sea were reasonably clean and I really enjoyed it.

Overall the hotel is in an old state of repair. Also a double bed should not equate to 2x Single beds. The facilities were lacking in the room. On a plus point the staff were really friendly and the pool was very clean.

Wonderful location..lovely breakfasts. Warm and friendly staff cannot do enough for you. Room a little dated but beds clean and comfortable. The pool was large with children's pool separated by bridge from main pool. I wouldn't hesitate to return. Thank you wonderful staff

The AC was down, and their excuse was that they had not gotten it fixed in time, they had 200 other rooms they couldn't have moved me to one with AC that worked ?????? the room as also filthy and the sheets had brown stains.

This may have been a very nice property once and it may again be a nice property in the future, but for now we can't recommend it. The air conditioning was not working so the rooms were miserably hot and it was impossible to sleep. Further, we were put in ground floor rooms where we did not feel safe leaving the windows open at night as there was no way to open them partially and it would have been easy for someone to climb right through the window. In one room, one window was broken and didn't open at all and in the other room, the sliding door didn't lock so anyone could have come into the room. There did not seem to be any urgency on fixing the AC - perhaps they're waiting until renovations are done. All of the buildings and the pool area look very run down - a coat of paint would at least make everything look better. On the positive side, the staff was all very friendly and there was easy access to the beach. The area around the hotel felt safe with local families and tourists walking on the wide sidewalk between the road and beach and there were places to eat within walking distance - would recommend Venetian Ice. The lobby of the hotel was lovely as shown in the pictures and rooms were clean. If the hotel management invests some money and renovates the entire property, this could be a very nice place to stay on the beach - maybe by summer 2024...

We stayed on way from Agadir to Madrid Nice 4th floor room(redone building) looking at Casablanca Beach..Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast and lunch great by the pool. Flowers and Waterfalls They will working on main building rooms soon. Upstairs street level Victory Coffee and Restaurants great view of Casablanca 🌇 Sunset.

Beds are comfy and amazing staff. Hotel itself is in great need for modernisation as very run down but rooms are very clean and the staff makes a massive effort to compensate for the rest. Personally I had good 2 nights sleep and rested well. Room was with the ocean view and the sund of it make it worth it. Room and bathroom very clean!

Nothing was unique about the property. It was run down and poorly managed. The rooms are old and the workmanship poor. Huge health and safety issues with wires hanging off sockets on the walls and walls chipping off. The building is not maintained at all, ripped and filthy sun loungers, you wouldn't want to swim in that pool, it's filthy and like the rest of the hotel unsafe. The property doesnt feel safe as there's a main road towards the side of the property that leads to the beach that is open for all. That area is filthy with rubbish and broken glass everywhere. We didnt have any treatments at the wellness spa as it was overly priced and majority of the staff dont speak English so a huge barrier to communication. The breakfast was okay, but what a farce. They kept running out of food and didn't refill, we had to keep asking for obvious things like bread. The staff then got into a brawl blaming one another in the presence of customers, it was tense and quite frankly unprofessional. I wouldn't stay there ever again and would certainly rate it as a 1 star. Don't waste your money and time booking this hotel, you will be very disappointed. Expedia, stop promoting this hotel it's not 4 star!

Dont even know where to start, first of the rooms had a smell whoch was quite new to me, a mixture of mold and nail polish, which could only be disguised by the smell of sewer when you turn on the air con, when the ben linens where changed they where changed with stained sheets, there is no bottled water for guests which should be complimentary to avoid having to drink tap water which is not safe (trust me... still recovering from that one) , the minibar was not filled up and the telephone to order water from room service did not work either (in both rooms we had) the doors are about 1cm-2cm off the ground which mens that everything and anything that happens in the hallway will feel as if it was happening inside your room, the housekeeping staff is very loud despite the do not disturb sign. All in all the hotel is pretty run down and pretty much an insult to real 4 star hotels.

The location of this hotel is great. I hear waves, nice pool (didn’t go in) I came by car and the car park is before you go past the hotel. So ended up going in a car park near the hotel on the right just before the hotel. Stated hotel. Directed to an area, the. I had to move to the proper one across the road . No sign at all. Add to the stress it is a one way system by the hotel. Have fun. Room - sockets not working, they fixed. Balcony door doesn’t lock, 1st floor - sea salt has got in. Bath nice , but cannot empty it. Only one night here, so decided to,leave it full. Door trims falling off door in bathroom , I could go on Bar , as not many people no tonic , limited supplies and they are not really trying to be honest. Breakfast is ok, but not like in another hotel I am staying. Not promoting, coffee, omelettes etc Wi-Fi weak in rooms, main areas ok

Unfortunately, our stay was not good here. Our group did not have working air conditioning and while they tried to move one of group members to another room, it did not work there either. Our shower was also broken - it fluctuated from extremely hot to freezing cold. The front desk refused to offer any discount or refund for the malfunctions.

I have come to this hotel for 2 nights, and have nothing bad to say , actually i wanna thank the staff that were all really nice but a special thanks to Badr. The room was clean , the bed was comfortable the bathroom was also nice and clean, we really liked the fact that we were close to the Hassan II mosque so overall it was a very good stay. Recommend

The Hotel is dated, tired and has been allowed to fall into a.little disrepair. The bed rooms were tidy & clean. The bed was very comfortable. Mostly the staff were pleasant but the guys on reception were ignorant and they should not be at the front of house. The breakfast, which was included as part of the package was ok. There was an array of different salads, cakes and hot food with an Egg station on the go to cook what every kind of eggs you wanted. We had a beer at the hotel bar on one of the days and the prices was at least 3 times more expensive than the same beer down the road.

My husband and I had a 6 day break here over new year. The hotel was clean but needs a bit of an update. This however I feel is reflected in the price. The staff were wonderful and couldn’t do enough to help. The spa however is a different matter. We had a sauna which I think cost about £10 each. It really wasn’t worth it. There was no steam and the sauna itself had definitely seen better days. I really enjoyed my stay there and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending it for a cheap getaway.

My boyfriend and I had a spa treatment for two: Royal gommage (60 minutes) and massage (30 minutes), for 550 dh each. We unfortunately did not check the reviews before walking in and were lured in by the fact that they offer hammam for couples. Despite the price, which is very high for Morocco, the spa is very far from what you would expect in the Western world. The place is very run down, not heated and zero services are offered, they barely hand you a robe (wet and seemingly dirty, by the way). The place is a dump, but we decided to take it as an experience. The gommage was pleasant and a good experience. After that, we were asked to wait for the massage in a freezing room with our wet robes for more than half an hour. We were freezing, no one attended us. At some point we found one of the workers there and they called us in to have the massage. The room for the massage was freezing cold and when we said we were cold they first covered us with the cold wet robe and then found a very small blanket, which didn’t do the trick. The massage was poor and the massage therapists were chatting between each other. They used a clearly cheap oil and I came out with mascara spread all over my face- they didn’t help clean it up nor had any product available to do it myself. As said the gommage was a good experience but extremely overpriced, even for European standards. We came out with a cold, not relaxed at all, with make up spread all over my face mixed with oil and paid 1100 dh- stay away!!

Very good position near the beach, but ..... One of the building is OK, the other one is really like in construction: no lights, no towels (at 8 pm), bad elevator, dirty. Good breakfast and restaurant. Helpfull staff.

Lovely location and friendly staff. Breakfast is a bit boring, the hotel including rooms need a good renovation. Toilet is so tiny that it is difficult to enter. One day no towels and toilet paper received. The price is on the high side, seeing what you get back from it.

The location is great: Right on the ocean. The resort has some great spaces, indoor and outdoor. However, everything is in really poor condition. Word in the street is that the owner declared bankruptcy a few years ago. Now a bank took over. However, the bank is of course not a hotel management company. Sell the property to a bona fide hotel operator. Clean it up, upgrade the rooms and concept the restaurant and you can have a gem on your hands. NOW, as a guest, don't waste your money.

Great hotel which is excellently located if you're looking to be close to the beach and on the main strip where it is buzzing. You can walk to most attractions from here. The hotel is clean and rooms are great. The service from reception, concierge and room service was amazing. Always friendly and helpful. House keeping is also amazing.

I don't know how they can even consider themselves a hotel. -Very rude and unhelpful staff. -Room is full of spiders and webs. -Linen wasn't cleaned. -Shower temp keeps changing on it's own from freezing to boiling throughout. If you're looking to have a nice time DO NOT STAY IN THIS SORRY EXCUSE FOR A HOTEL!!!

It enjoys a great position by the ocean but access to the ocean is a revolting passage though a filthy yard. The hotel is very scruffy, the rooms wreak of sewage(probably the air conditioning), everything is tired and old and falling to pieces. Generally the staff try hard to be helpful but their standards of service fall woefully short of what one expects anywhere in the world!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The facilities could stand to be upgraded, but it’s a great location and good amenities. I would not recommend this for someone with mobility issues as there is a big staircase to go down to enter the hotel and no elevator. There are several elevators in the hotel, but there are enough stairs all around that might make it challenging for someone with reduced mobility.

A lot of bnbs are much better than this hotel. The room was clean enough but we got no towels both days we stayed. The wifi also didn’t work. Reception did not help at all due to communication barrier. Meals are very expensive in the hotel. The pool looks nice but the general hotel is shabby and the patios overlooking the beach are being renovated and inaccessible. Everything smells old. Better to book somewhere else. They pushed together two single beds for us when we requested king beds. Tv remotes didn’t work either.

For the price and location it seemed like a bit of steal! On looking at the reviews for this place they’re fairly mixed so we went with an open mind. Most of the photos for the hotel were clearly taken when it was very new so yes, it could maybe do with a lick of paint and is a bit weather beaten but most hotels in that area look that way too (its by the sea sooo...) but by no means is it the dive that some reviews we read said. The staff were helpful despite a bit of a language barrier but very polite and courteous. One of the bellboys carried our cases up to the room. The room was a good size and well cleaned. There was a sofa in the room which had seen better days and might be best to get rid of. All rooms have a balcony and we could see the sea from ours, the table and chairs had a bit of rust to them but again it’s by the sea. The bathroom was clean as were the towels. A handy safe in the room and a fridge also. The bed was super comfy with plenty of pillows and the maids did a good job! They even left an extra box of tissues next to my make up on the table which was a sweet gesture. Our first night we ordered room service and bottled water, the chicken club was super tasty. I’d also recommend getting some mint tea there too. Some people had complained about the breakfast but as it was only an extra £10 for 5 days worth of breakfast when we booked we added it on. It was well stocked or at least being topped up when we went. Lots of pastries, bread, fruit, some cooked bit

Gorgeous view from our room! Staff were pleasant and courteous. Room was smelled really bad. Intially it only smelled "old", but later, the smell became very bad and quite strong. It was as if it was coming from the bed/mattress!! The hotel location is great and within walking distance of beach/corniche!

The hotel staff was somewhat friendly though we have to say that their work was not very satisfying our expectations. The first impression was good. We were given a warm welcome and a porter's escort to our room. Then, first the towels were missing when we arrived in the room, so we requested to bring us, Then the balcony got a table but no chairs while other rooms seemed to got ones, so we requested ones then they brought us one, while we were two, so we had to call them again. Then we went to the swimming pool, they informed us that we can get towels from the life guards, while the swimming pool was closed already at that time. At the time of check in, we were given no information but the breakfast location and the opening hour. There was no facility information of any kinds in the room. We were not sure what other hotel services we were able to take our advantage of. The facility is dated, we understand it for this price, but the edges of the bathtub were very moldy. The water drains very slowly both the bathtub and the sink. We never requested other rooms, though we recommend to consider well for the price and the quality before booking this place.

A common experience in Morocco: a 4-star hotel with services a bit lower than that level. Biggest gripe is when I arrived the Wi-Fi was down. While they said it would be fixed "tomorrow," I could tell that was not going to happen and it didn't. I got a very good price online for my room so am happy overall. Pool was large enough for lap swimming, and corniche was nearby so great for jogging. Room was comfortable, with refrigerator. Bathtub drained too slowly. Breakfast buffet was pretty good for the price. Coffee could be better. Easy to take a taxi along coast to get to Casa Port rail station, avoiding downtown.

For 3 days I complained that the wifi in my room didn't work. The manager told me that technical said there wasn't a problem with it. After bringing him to my room two days ago to prove someone was telling lies and it wasn't me the wifi still isn't working. Reception do not help at all. They leave you standing there whilst they finish their personal conversation with each other. Hotel needs a face lift. Very very noisy and no black out blinds. If you don't get a pool view the view from your room is off a white washed Wall.

The hotel wasn't as described on expedia. The room was very dark withold and broken furniture and riped dirty curtains the bed sheets were dirty on arrival we had to ask to get them changed,wthe room wasnt cleaned and ready for our arrival there were cracks on the walls which allowed cockroach through them. We reported the issues to reception but no action was taken. Also the roon telephone was broke we had to reception toask for thing we need. I am shocked that this hotel even listed on Expedia. This hotel is so outdated and in desperate need for renovation. If you have an allergy from mold, watch out. This is a mold city. The rooms, the pool and anything you touch is moldy and smelly. Room service is just a couple of towels dragged around in a plastic bag. The staff is not allowed to give an extra towel - basically you get 2. The rooms are so noisy, the music is blasting from 10:30am until 11pm right outside the rooms. There is absolutely not one thing I can think of that is ok with this hotel.

I stayed at tjis hotel 35 years ago. It was excellent at that time. Nkwadays, the hotel is quite old & needs lots of renovations & improvement. Although we checked in at 3 pm, the rooms were not ready yet and the towels didn't come to us until 5 pm. The breakfast was very limited and the restaurant was very warm as no air condition was available.

I travel to Casablanca frequently. This was the first time I stay in this hotel . The staff was very friendly especially Mr Hannani, hotel director and Mr Abdessamad at the reception. The room was very clean and the internet connection was very good. Room service is open 24 hours a day . The food is great and the price is reasonable. The swimming pool, the garden and the workout room were really nice. This will be my new home in Casablanca for all of my future visits.

Sadly the only good thing about this hotel is it's pool area and breakfast provided you can find a clean and set table to sit at. The hotel is very dated and in desperate need of some major refurbishment. The breakfast is excellent but there are major issues most mornings trying to find a clean table to use and the staff always seem to be oblivious of the fact you are hunting around and eventually have to resort to clearing a table yourself. Other than that there is really no facilities for lunch or dinner and the bar offering is pizza or 3 types of sandwiches with chips (none of which are of a good standard and come at a high price). The location is good just at the beginning of the main ocean stretch which has a variety of restaurants/cafes but apart from the ones with fine dining offerings (again at a high price) there is nothing of real quality. The hotel itself does not have its own beach area although the potential is there so you can only use the public beach which is far from clean and has nowhere to sit apart from the sand. Overall a very disappointing experience and not recommended at all

The room had no working television (remote doesn't work), loose table lamp, electric wires loose, exposed and dangerous. Toilet was blocked, shower was poor quality and the lighting was very dim in the room. We had to return the room key every day to the reception desk to get it to work. Staff were helpful but hotel was dreadful. Breakfast was extremely poor with very limited choice. Avoid this hotel.

It was nice to go to relax but it isn't close to anything and pretty far from the airport. The wifi is horrible and that was so frustrating being someone that was visiting out of the country where when I'm in my room I want to unwind with the internet.

Bathroom was a wreck and we tried two different rooms.. SPA massage wasn't good, new people and didn't know how to do a real massage. Staff was good, location is great, but was disappointed otherwise. Noise outside of room was above average too.

During my stay I noticed damp walls and some sort of bug droppings reoccurring around the bath I cleaned everyday but every morning it reappeared my business partner also suffered bites on his body, it wasn't secure as at 3am I had two men keep knocking on my door and when I answered it they acted like they didn't know why they were there?? Very strange I wouldn't stay here again we checked out earlier than originally planned!

Everything was good during my stay EXCEPT that the room needs a carpet , especially in winter time , the floor is so cold . So a carpet would make it the room perfect . Other than that everything was excellent.
