went to this hotel march last year had absolutely brilliant time so booked to go again in march. my sister has just been again and informed me you get plastic glasses in the bar at night which is my pet hate were now debating whetherb to change our holiday to another hotel you cant drink wine in a plastic glass it tastes awful was proper glasses last year dont know why theyve changed to plastic for everything else is fine

Just back from a very enjoyable 6 nights at this hotel. Lovely hotel and very friendly helpful staff. Fantastic bedroom, bathroom and we had a balcony overlooking the pool. The gardens are beautiful and so well looked after. Sunbeds always available somewhere in the garden although ones by the pool were reserved early. Fantastic location to explore Agadir, everything within walking distance and loved the sunbed area on the beach. Food and drinks were good, usual sort of AI selection. Lunchtime salads were particularly good and I really enjoyed the Moroccan tagines and biscuits at dinner! Fantastic value for money. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel and hope to return!

First time in Agadir and I liked Kenzi Europe. People were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. And it was nice that sea was so near and beach chair were free. Food was good. Lots of fish and vegetables. Pool could be bigger but it not be so important because sea is so near. Thank You!!

The location of this hotel is perfectly situated for access to the seafront promenade and marina. The rooms are very spacious and the showers are fantastic the best we have seen across Agadir. The balconies have some amazing views across the pool beach and city. The breakfast is adequate for me I like the Moroccan eggs and fresh cut grapefruit is available every morning. This is very rare around Agadir. Breakfast would be easier if the egg lady didn’t have a bad attitude. The pool guy is very hardworking and helpful. Made us very comfortable. The manager was very helpful and accommodating to our needs.

Cons: Not many bad issues but the animation team are far too hands on people I do not think these guys should be putting hands on grown women or men in the way they do. They become very annoying and silly. There is also no room for water polo games as the poolside is not big enough people including myself have been hit by the ball and the table sent flying they think it’s funny but everyone deserves to relax around the pool. It clearly says on the pool sign no ball games. The only massive issue is smoking vaping around the pool can be unbearable for non smokers as the loungers are extremely close together. I find this very bad also for small children. Designating smoking areas would be healthy happier option. ☺️

Have just returned from this amazing hotel. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the rooms are a good size with super bathrooms. Everything around the hotel is within easy reach along with the hotel’s position opposite the beach and souk. We honestly can’t understand how they can have this standard for the price we paid. Also the on site hair dresser was great for a wash and blow dry £8 ! Will definitely return.

Hotel clean with visible cleaners around all day. Bit of a faff when we arrived, had our room changed just as we were walking to the room we were first allocated. Sort of went downhill from then on, perhaps we were just unlucky. Went to unpack and half of my clothes were very wet. Dont know what happened at the airport. First evening bathroom flooded, reception sorted it out that evening. Next we could not get into our safe (seems a common problem when talking to guests) and had to hang around the hotel to wait for the chap to sort it so a wasted morning when we wanted to go out. Next the door handle broke and we could not shut the door, a maintenance man came and bashed and fiddled and we could close it but on leaving day it was going again. Patio was never swept and had paint flakes all over it the whole week. The restaurant seemed to be short of things like no salt and pepper on all tables, glasses taken from other tables, cups running out at breakfast. Pool bar perspex glasses and cups not always clean, dont know why the worldwide bar serves drinks in perspex in the evenings when you are sitting indoors, not nice at the best of times.Lastly key card stopped working. Having said all that we quite enjoyed the week, the food was O.K. always find something to eat. Bar staff in the worldwide bar seemed busy talking and shouting to each other, given wrong drinks several times, asked for Brandy one night and he started pouring rum, then gave me whisky instead of Brandy and told me that they were both the same - really. They do not have Brandy which is fine, just tell me dont give me whisky please. Last but not least I wonder if the icecream glows in the dark, colours very unrealistic, also the orange "juice".

Went for a long weekend, 2 adults and a toddler We felt that this hotel was good value for money. All the staff we encountered were helpful and polite. The location was central, room is as comfortable. Our room was clean and overlooked the pool area, we had a side sea view which it looked like a number of the rooms benefitted from. Slides. 3x toddler slides in the splash pool went down great, the bigger slides have a height restriction of 120cm Food I felt like this was exactly as expected from an all inclusive of this size and price range. Breakfast - every day beans, sausage, egg shakshuka, potato wedges and tomato's. There were pancakes and omelette too. As well as the usual range of salad/fruit pastries and cereal Lunch- chicken nuggets/burgers/pizza as well as a couple of mixed veg options and a potato/rice option most days. Again cold options such as salad and breads available Evening - usually no chips but tagines, meat in sauces as well as pizza and pasta. Salad options available As a vegetarian I ate options at each meal, as with a lot of all inclusive hotels the options were quite often pizza pasta and salad. Some days were much better with tagines and pulse based dishes available such as chickpeas and lentils. My only minor suggestions for improvement/things to consider before booking would be Sunbeds - by about 7.30/8 am people were out putting towels on beds by the pool. This was in November so off peak. By approx 10/11 am you would be struggling to find a space. This i imagine may be an issue in busier periods. There were sunbeds available on the beach section every day no issue. Shortage of crockery- at each meal time there seemed to something in short supply either plates/glasses/cups not readily available. However in fairness when staff were asked they would get these for you from the kitchens. This was only a minor inconvenience but not something I have encountered in an all inclusive hotel before.as a vegetarian I did find myself bringing my own fork to pick food off the buffet as other guests would use the meaty utensils to scoop up veg. Overall, if you are looking for a value for money get away, centrally located with a friendly staff team this may be the place for you.

The staff were very entertaining and polite however, we waited over 2 hours to get into our rooms as they wasn't ready which wasn't good enough considering we was on a 3 and half hours flight as well as extra journey made to the airport. When we eventually got into the rooms they were beautiful and clean, but did have a few issues with the safe not working and balcony door not locking properly. Told the receptionist about the issues and they were pretty quick to respond about the door lock and was sorted straight away, however the safe we had to wait between 5 minutes and 6 hours... For the safe to be sorted, but they never turned up to sort this issue. Luckily we had other people travelling with us to us their safe instead. FOOD.... Well let say for a all inclusive majority of the time we ate out. Yes there was variety of food but that's if you eat fish. The food was very dry and bland. Breakfast there wasn't much options either and again very dry and bland. It got that bad we had to avoid eating most of the food as well as avoiding the drink as majority of our group ended up with really bad upset stomachs and became quite ill due the the food and poor hygiene with the plastic cups given, which had dirt and grime still underneath the cups which put us off immediately. The drinks wasn't best quality either as most cocktails and alcohol tasted the same and very plastic which is understandable from a country that doesn't drink alcohol, however still not great when you paid all inclusive prices... Other then the food, quality and hygiene of the drinks, staff were great very entertaining and polite. Rooms were beautiful and clean.

Went to this hotel last week with my family and it was one of my favourite holidays yet. Shout out to Somati, Yassin, Anwar and Yoyo from the animation team. Them along with the rest of the team made our stay very welcoming. The bar tenders were all friendly, and made our drinks quickly and without complaint. Service in the dining hall was superb, with Muhammed being the stand out server. Our cleaner Soukna did an amazing job at cleaning our room. Overall, the trip was outstanding, and I recommend anyone visiting Agadir to stay at this hotel.

Clean hotel , comfortable room , friendly staff (in every role) , good choice of food and drink. Everyone was willing to assist us if needed, we both have mobility issues. Getting out and about is easy & we felt safe , plenty of police patrolling the area. If a 'lucky lucky' person approaches just be polite & say "la shukran" (no thanks) , we only had to be a bit more forceful with 1 seller ! We were lucky to see the celebration fireworks & hear the wonderful music on 6th November , an amazing way to spend our anniversary. A walk to the marina is a must , plenty of places to stop and sit should you need to. If you get the chance, take a trip on the road train , it's well worth the 20mad. Thank you. We had a fantastic stay & will definitely return 🙂

Second visit this year to this great hotel. Nothing but praise all round, rooms spotless, food great, drinks great but the staff are the best feature, always friendly & helpful, from concierge, waiters, bar staff, entertainers all go out of their way to give constant high quality service.

Had a brilliant 4 nights at this hotel. Really recommend it. Very clean, really tasty food and plenty of choice. Its a really friendly fun vibe around the pool. It’s only been 2 days and i’ve already had an amazing time at this hotel! I came with my mum and we have had a lovely experience with the staff, especially Soukaian she has been very attentive to our needs and has been extremely accommodating :) When i came i was surprised at the cleanliness of the resort, they are very on top of keeping the facilities fresh and we couldn’t have wished for a nicer room. Over all a very positive experience!

This was a last minute booking for my sons 15th birthday. Il be honest for the price I wasn’t expecting wonders but I couldn’t have been more wrong! Travelling alone with my son to a country I’ve never been to was a little nerve wracking but from arriving in Agadir I was welcomed by the most lovely people. The reception staff were so knowledgeable, friendly and approachable, the room was spotless and well equipped. The ‘Pool boys’ couldn’t have done more for us, the bar staff amazing (big thanks to Saul!) but the main gem was the animation team, especially Yo-Yo and Samati (Sam)! The most friendly, energetic, happy, lovely people I have ever met! Permanent smile on their face despite their long working hours, they take time to speak to all the guests and make them feel welcome; they really are a credit to the hotel and the reason we can’t wait to come back. They made such a fuss of my son on his birthday and for that I’m eternally grateful. We met the most amazing people (staff and fellow holiday makers), really was a holiday to remember! We've had some truly great holidays with TUI in the past but this has been a big disappointment. The room seems OK but the food is very bland and some items not cooked properly. I have an allergy to fish and think their approach to allergies is non-existent. The same with re-heating and food temperature. The drinks are extremely restricted in selection and quality. It is difficult to find a quiet spot to relax. When the maintenance man prefers to climb 7 floors by stairs in preference to the lift you have to worry about the clonks and jarring. The ladies toilets I'm told are disgusting but I haven't checked. So TUI with some changes and attention to detail you could bring joy to holiday makers and encourage loyalty.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel with my grandparents. The staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The vibrant atmosphere, spotless facilities, and constant activities made our stay enjoyable. Samati, YoYo, and the animation team were brilliant! Their energy and enthusiasm made every day enjoyable. The hotel is beautiful with great food choices daily. The rooms are lovely, and there’s a short walk to the beach with restaurants and shops. We’ll definitely return and can’t wait to see the staff again. Thanks to Samati, YoYo, and all the staff!

Cons: Wieczorami jest bardzo głośno – muzyka gra w okolicznych lokalach do późna, więc trudno zasnąć. W pokojach brak klimatyzacji, co dodatkowo utrudnia wypoczynek. Na recepcji panuje spory bałagan – po zameldowaniu dostaliśmy pokój, w którym już ktoś mieszkał. Kilka dni później, w środku nocy, inny gość otworzył nasze drzwi i wszedł do środka! To absolutnie niedopuszczalne i bardzo niekomfortowe. Śniadania również rozczarowują – wybór skromny, a świeżość produktów (szczególnie ciast) pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Przy basenie bardzo mało miejsca, leżaki zajmowane są już o świcie – jeśli nie wstaniesz przed 6 rano, nie ma szans, by znaleźć miejsce. Podsumowując: hotel nie spełnia oczekiwań, poziom obsługi i komfort pozostawiają wiele do życzenia. Nie polecam i na pewno tam nie wrócimy.

Cons: I did not like the rude welcome by night reception staff are unprofessional and childish. I booked this hotel specifically for my Husband to use the gym and he did not get to use it all ten days of our stay due to the lazy affair in opening times. The breakfast back in March was excellent and has now deteriorated dramatically. Disgusting potato wedges were deep fried and re fried over and over during breakfast. Very limited selection of quality ingredients. And for the last couple of days chips were served with the very old over cooked sausage which again continuously re fried. 🤢 I was given a so called super king bed which was two singles together and kept opening in the middle also the duvet was a single longways on the bed so did not reach the bottom of the bed. On arrival the duvet cover was dirty and was only changed a day later when staff were pressed to do so. Ball games around the pool caused upset and near injury to multiple guests as the pool is not big enough to accommodate such activities.

Brilliant family Holliday. Food was great and the kids loved the pool/ water slides. Location was great, only 30mins or so from the airport, and only 5 mins to the soft sandy beach. Everyone in the resort was so friendly, kind and welcoming and very good with the children.

This is my second stay in this beautiful hotel and a special thanks to the all staff who made my holiday joyful.

Booked a last minute holiday and found this absolutely amazing hotel. Upon arriving late at night they took us to the restaurant and had prepared plates of food for us, this was the best start to our most favourite holiday. The room was huge and very clean. Was cleaned every day and fresh towels added. Balcony was in the shade but that was much needed. The food was incredible for an all-inclusive. We have been to many all inclusive hotels before but this was by far the best food we have ever had. Constantly fresh food added, no waiting for them to replace things, it's done straight away, table's constantly cleaned. The staff work very hard, you must try the Moroccan tea in a morning 😁. Snack bar food starts at 11 and around 5 they start adding pancakes to it this seems to attract all the guests 😁. The slides and pools are fun, only downside is people reserving beds so early and not sitting on them. We always managed to get some but the best ones are reserved all day. We really enjoyed the beach area just need to add a toilet down there. The entertainment was fantastic both day and night. WiFi works amazing too. We cannot wait to return.

Cons: Only one of our rooms was ready by 3 p.m. I had a confused message from booking.com that said the hotel had received and accepted my request for our rooms to be ready by 1 p.m. very little fresh fruit for breakfast and no fresh fruit juice. Not told where the hotel's beach was. We didn't find it until our last day, which was then too late. Such a shame as looked wonderful. The reception staff was hit and miss. I just came back from the holiday and spent a week in Agadir on Kenzi Europe Hotel, i found the hotel to be very clean, daily cleaning was done in very much detail, the activities team was great and interacted with every guest in the hotel, the food was amazing and everyone tried their best to make everyone welcome there and for everyone to have the best experience. The managers and team leaders was always checking if things are done right. Was the first time i visited Agadir and this hotel but definitely i will go back next year in a longer holiday.

We have just come back from a great week here. All of the staff, including gardeners, cleaners porters etc, went above and beyond to keep the place spotless and the guests happy. Everyone was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The food was amazing, really good variety for all tastes. The only slight downside was the pool area is quite small and people do reserve beds but you can always get a bed to go somewhere.

Hotel room was spotless and a great size, toilet was spacious as was the shower, hotel is very clean, little bit worn in places due to it’s age. Food for all inclusive is good, gets repetitive but it always had something for us, salads were a hit, using plenty fresh ingredients rather than the normal tinned. Now where this place is above many holidays we have taken over the years is the staff, wow you are all a credit, will name a few as can’t remember all names but please give yourselves a pat on the back. Animation was the best we have had, the guys constantly go round the pool restaurants speaking to guests young and old-Samai, Yoyo, all the others. All bar staff, didn’t get any names. Pool guys Achmed and others. Restaurant staff, Abdulla who brought us water when we were waiting on transfer home. All chefs and cooks, always smiling, cleaners around hotel and room staff all brilliant. Whatever you are doing keep doing it, thank you so much for a memorable holiday, we will be back😎

Me and my best friend have just come back from a week of all inclusive & we can’t wait to come back! To begin with, the entertainment team are none-stop, from 10am until midnight, and nothing is ever too much for them! We particularly wanted to give a big shout out to Yassen, Anwar, Souki and Yoyo - they were on first name basis with us within the first 24 hours, and made our experience so personable - always getting us involved with games around the pool, dancing, and evening entertainment. The bar staff, OT and Jamal in particular were also super helpful, always smiling & knew our drinks orders before we even asked! The rooms were cleaned to a good standard, and the beds were huge which was a big plus! We never had a problem with sunbed availability, and the staff around the pool instantly put out more sunbeds if needed (one even remembered where he liked to sit and got 2 out ready for us when he saw us!) The food was as expected from an all inclusive holiday - lots of options for picky eaters, and lots of different varieties if you’d like to try something different! We cannot wait to come back - thank you TUI SUNEO Kenzie Europa!

We had two rooms both spotless along with the rest of the hotel all very clean... The food is what you would expect from an all inclusive buffet and what we had was very nice .Did eat out alot as thats just what we do on holiday. The bar has some selection but the only bottled lager they include in all inclusive is awful (Spark Lager). The barman could try smiling and even speaking occasiionaly !! Reception was interesting as the two blokes in blue T-shirts seemed to be more interested in what they are watching on the computer screen (sounded like a cartoon) and what was on their phones than interacting with guests ... Also regarding these two I changed £100 several times and each time i was given different amounts but the exchange rate was the same (WATCH YOUR CHANGE).... (The Girls in black suites and the man where very proffessional) Last the noise it was basically guests dragging chairs late at night and cleaners dragging chairs early morning so sleep was minimal. The door staff (security) are brilliant really helpful especially with directions and helping with bags !!

The hotel is ok the food is ok bland is the best way to describe it and cold they do have a microwave. The pizza in the snack bar are cold and have been sitting there for a while but they do cook a fresh pizza for themselves just before service end so ask them for a slice if you want a fresh slice. The alcohol drinks are limited and rubbish. The rooms are great clean and comfy the pool area is ok a little grubby the su beds need cleaning. The entertainment staff are great friendly and happy in there work the pool boys will help with the sun beds as there is towels on them at night ready for the next day. The beach is never open until at least 9:30 he does nothing when he comes no policing of the locals and other people using SUNEO residents the beds have mold on them I don’t think it ever been cleaned. Most people while we were here had tummy issues not sure if it’s the food or a virus.

Just had 7 night stay here and had a great time. The hotel is very clean, all the staff helpful and friendly, nice pool and lovely gardens. Food was great, you certainly won't go hungry! Only negative point is that the beer is never very cold. We will definitely come back again though...really good value for money and we never heard anyone complaining whilst here 👍.

Just returned today from a 6 night stay in room 2264. What an amazing hotel. Every member of staff works so hard and are so pleasant. Food excellent, rooms comfy, entertainment team fabulous. The hotel and grounds exceptionally clean.

The hotel is spotless, The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable well presented , Rooms cleaned every day towels changed daily, Food is good plenty of choice. The bar is very good, with a good choice. Only down side in a very small pool. POOL BOYS EXPECT TIPS DAILY OR YOUR TOWELS AND YOUR PERSONAL BELONGINGS WILL BE REMOVED AND YOU REFUSED CLEAN TOWELS. But overall a lovely hotel

An amazing experience with Tui. Beautiful room and bathroom, terrace. The staff were ultra friendly and couldn’t do enough for the guests. The food in the restaurant was excellent and varied, including daily lunchtime BBQ. The pool area was plentiful and surrounded by tropical gardens. Lovely pool also.

Well this hotel is amazing,the staff are very hard working and friendly.The food is very good and the drinks are perfect for us.The rooms are top class,always kept very clean.we have visited this hotel 5times this year and are returning again 30th October with family.Hopfully we get a room facing the mountain and marina,trued every visit to get one so fingers crossed this time.

Room was spacious and comfortable,plenty of wardrobe and shelf space. Entertainment team were fantastic, tried very hard to involve everyone and always hapoy and smiley. Food was good, plenty of choice. Downside was the childrens pool was dirty, lots of food and fag ends in it, not cleaned out often enough. Also people could smoke everywhere which i personally didnt like especially when smoking round the childrens pool and dropping ash in the water.

We are completing our first week here (1 more to go) and are really impressed, the staff are amazing a bit shout out to Aziz at the bar very friendly 👍🏻. The hotel is spotless, rooms spacious and food is plentiful and tasty. Our room (2751)has a great view of the pool and towards the marina it looks stunning at night. A thank you to all the staff for making us feel welcome and looking forward to week 2. Our 1st time in Agadir and would definitely recommend Kenzi Europa.

hotel was kept nice and clean, all the staff i spoke to where friendly, the pool area was great (i put a towel out when going down for breakfast 8 am and always found plenty beds), the rooms were comfortable the beds a little hard but nothing out of the normal, food was very indifferent. some days was really nice plenty to choose and others quite unappetizing. there was quite a few flies particularly round the desserts. the alcoholic drinks were very strong and the bottled beer was a nice touch compared to the usual watered down muck you get on most all inclusive's. the entertainment is a bit hit and miss but the entertainers themselves work hard to get everyone involved(yoyo) is a right laugh. The hotel itself is in a great location, almost on the beach, plenty shops, restaurants and bars around. overall it was a pleasant holiday

Rooms are clean, as is the hotel and grounds. The staff are very friendly apart from the grumpy manager with glasses at the main desk. Food is repetitive and after a week of the same limited menu. The food has very little flavour for a country that has a plethora of spices. The snack had ants crawling all over the counters where the food was and the flies in the restaurant buzzing round the food is a little off putting. I wouldn’t stay here again.

We enjoyed the cleanliness of the hotel rooms, staff were nice and welcoming, going above and beyond for us and especially the little kids. Entertainment was plenty, food and drinks are great, very suitable for a family holiday. October can be a bit cloudy and chilly at times but there are plenty of things to visit in Agadir when the weather is a bit off. Enjoy!

This was just a short quick getaway read a few negative reviews and after staying in a hotel in Egypt in June with the same negatively I was a little concerned. There was really no need, on arrival the hotel doesn't look great compared to others we dropped people at on transfer but on arrival we were greeted by reception and sent straight for food which they open for late arrivals. We were then taken to our room, we had an interlinking room and the rooms are big and modern and clean. We were at the front of the hotel and could hear the club music so little concerned but when we closed the balcony door we could no longer hear the music. Negative to the room the mattresses are not comfy at all and extremely firm. The pool isn't huge but big enough and a nice little splash pool for little ones. Deck chairs are hard to get so get up early or tip the pool guys. Snack bar consists of chips pizza hotdogs and chicken burgers, my son doesn't eat sauce so they happily cooked him a fresh one. The restaurant area is a good selection, I'm fussy but always found something and they have a BBQ area at lunch which ranges from fish, chicken, liver, pork and lamb chops. Waiters are friendly enough but Said stood out for us, his an older gentleman and really looked after us his a credit to the hotel. He brought us bread food, dips, drinks he is a really great guy and the younger team members could learn a lot from him but they are all good. Management is always around watching too and the staff clearly respect and are happy with them. The entertainment team was really good, always chatty and the evening entertainment was actually okay too. Yoyo and Dino stood out for us The location of the hotel is good, would we return, absolutely 😊

This is a small and very friendly hotel where the staff do all they can to look after the guests. It made our stay so special to see so many kind and helpful staff every day. The rooms are fine and the food is very good with a wide selection of dishes so you never get bored. The food is high quality too. The entertainment team do a fantastic job too. For the price we paid, we couldn't be happier. It is excellent value.

Great hotel lots to do fantastic staff from the restaurant to the bar entertainment staff went above and beyond to make the days fabulous.Moroccan wedding night was amazing just showing us a small part of a great culture.YoYo, Yassire, Dinno and Hamza where always happy and always speaking to everyone to make it a memorable holiday. The ginger haired waiter (sorry forgot to get his name) gave us great service and local knowledge. Would definitely recommend!

De plus nous avons acheté un soin hammam à l’hôtel avec le groupe Tui et le tarif était trop excessif par rapport à la qualité de produits, je ne recommande pas du tout d’acheter ses activités avec le groupe TUI qui se trouve à l’intérieur de l’hôtel, hammam pour 40 €, mais qui a une prestation qui est normalement à 20 € maximum

I would like to express my sincere feeling about Agadir it people, and the hotel staff quite opposite to what I read previously there was no sign of racism at all. The food was excellent people were marvelous, friendly chatty. Hotel was very clean, absolutely value for money and whoever put thosereport and reviews on, obviously had an evil. Report and reviews on, obviously had a evil mind and ulterior motives we really enjoyed our trip and recommended to everybody, including families, old and young people go there and enjoy yourself thank you.

We had a very pleasant stay at Kenzi Europa. The hotel is clean, the atmosphere is relaxed, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The food was varied, with plenty of choice so everyone could find something they liked. The absolute highlight of our stay was definitely the entertainment team. They create a fun and lively atmosphere throughout the day and really make the holiday special. A special mention to Yassine from entertainment team for his energy, kindness and enthusiasm. Thanks to him and the rest of the team. We would definitely choose Kenzi Europa again for a future holiday!

Stayed here in mid September for 9 days with my wife. Mostly everything was good including the food and while there was a lot of similar food, the buffet was so big it was easy to mix and match and never get bored. Examples being always 3 types of pizza and pasta for lunch and dinner before you even get to the main food choices, 2 salad bars and always a bbq option at lunch. Service from the staff everyone was excellent and d the animation team were always full of energy. I would say that while there was entertainment every night, there was a real lack of quality. The pool was a good size and always chairs available whatever time you went to the pool you just maybe didn’t get the place you want, but I’m an early riser so was never an issue for me. The pool helpers were great offering to move chairs, tables and umbrellas where needed. Being an all inclusive I would say the choice of drinks was a little disapointing, as were snack options outside of mealtimes, the beer I don’t think was ever truly cold ! The service however was very good and rarely had to queue for anything. The rooms were excellent, we were on the 6th floor. Always very clean and tidy and very spacious with lots of drawer space. The hotel is also very well situated for the beach (private part of the beach sectioned off) and the shops and a longer walk to the marina. Overall a very good hotel for the price paid and would have no hesitation in recommending.

Perfect distance from the airport and close to the seafront where there is a lovely walk either way and to the right would take you straight to the marina. For the first couple of days we felt slightly unsure but lots of police and security presence all along the seafront. It can be annoying getting approached by the people trying to sell you stuff all the time but saying a polite no normally sent them away. Hotel rooms were spacious and cleaned every day. Beds nice and comfy. There is a hairdryer but it is one you have to keep your finger on so worth taking your own. Beach towels are available with a deposit. The entertainment was not to our liking, a bit like daft loud party games but the team were really enthusiastic and friendly. The pool music very loud but we sat away from it on the grassed area. Pool extremely cold. The slides were only open at certain times. Quite hard to get a seat around the pool area as not particularly a large area but the entertainment team were brilliant at helping with carrying your sunbeds to a vacant spot. For peace and quiet head to the designated beach area. Quite a few stray dogs around but they didn’t seem to bother anyone. The food was lovely and the only thing I would have liked is for the coffee/tea machines to be on at dinner and tea times instead of having to go to the pool bar to get a hot drink at those times. As with any all inclusive it could be slightly repetitive but nothing at all wrong with the food. If you are looking for typical English food, all inclusive isn’t for you. The food prices in the restaurants further up into town extremely cheap but if you enjoy a drink some of the restaurants don’t sell alcohol. All in all a very enjoyable holiday. Not somewhere we would go back but that is just our choice, nothing wrong with the hotel. The weather was slightly mixed in that Agadir does get sea mist so on those days it was quite chilly so a jumper or jacket may be worth taking. When it was hot it was very hot. On returning home, after security the shops in the airport don’t take the local currency, we paid on card so that was fine and if you like a wine or beer, it is not sold.

We didn't attempt to get a sun lounger,but never had a problem getting a seat up the top. just returned from Agadir and we had a great time. The hotel is exceptionally clean and the decor looks fairly newly refurbished. We arrived on a late flight but they had kept the restaurant open so we could eat whilst we checked in. The room was on the 6th floor over looking the pool area with a sight of the sea.It was very clean with a huge bed and shower. Despite the hotel being busy the only noise you hear from inside is the door closures which was a plus for us. The food offering were really good, some might struggle with kids options at times, but we had great meals 3 times a day. The pool area snack bar is well stocked with drink options and food right through until 5pm when the main bar opens. Cocktails and local beer were very nice and strong if you asked for them, the bar staff were really friendly and always available to serve. The entertainment team were really nice, during the day they raised the energy with games and dancing, but severely restricted on the size of the room they work in the evenings, this was the only downside that the entertainment in the evenings was poor, we opted to take a walk out most evenings down to the beach instead.

Hotel nicely placed, just across from beach and the lovely long promenade. Well maintained and flat to walk. Although busy in the evenings. All staff seemed friendly and always had a smile and hello, entertainment team very energetic from am to pm. For those that want to get involved. Rooms as per pictured.. has a fridge in room which was a bonus. And actual duvets rather than sheets… needed as rather cool at night time. Rooms tidied and towel’s daily, sheets changed 1-2 times during our stay. Staff always seem happy to help or point u in direction of someone who can help. Sun beds are crammed round pool, but we always found some if we knew we was definitely staying around the pool i would do down around early am to reserve some, and weirdly people reserved them in the grass areas before the pool areas. Even when there didn’t appear to be any available the pool guy would find a space to put some. Pools felt ok once u braved the initial plunge, and the sea felt fine to paddle in. Beach has sun loungers sectioned off for guests use, there was always some when went at different times of the day. Food nice but repetitive like any AI, same with drinks. Always able to get a table for 7. Bottled water still or sparkling available also. Eating out in area was pretty cheap so we broke it up by eating out a few nights. Well maintained grounds, highlight of little one’s day was to go in the grounds to look/hold the tortoises that lived there (5 in total but we only ever saw 3). The gardeners was kind enough to point out where they was hiding and showed us what they liked eating … yellow flowers from tree in swing area. Weather during our stay .. We only found out about the foggy/overcast weather after booking, and although it feels dull the temp is still high. Took a thermometer to pool area on a very overcast day and it reached 43degrees. But still felt odd that wearing swimsuit and it looked like November skies in uk. It didnt burn off everyday like i assumed it would. We did find that the further inland you went the clear skies came as the day we went to water park it was clear blue skies (too hot) and parents who stayed at hotel said it was overcast the full day. U could literally see the fog resting on our way home in the taxi. Another day we were mid way in between the harbour and hotel and looking at the harbour it was clear skies but the opposite direction towards the hotel it was misty. Evening weather i took a cardi out eacb night but didnt wear every night just depends on how the wind was. Evening entertainment we didn’t bother with as it was in a small room which was just chairs to watch a specific show, we preferred to walk around the beach front. Day trips we did * croc park was lovely spent most of the day with kids playing on parks.. but walking wound can be done in an hour or 2. Food ok and reasonable price. *water park was a good day, spent full day there, food was cheap also * dolphin park was literally 1 hr show.. opened just before it started and closed as soon as it finished, passed a morning and little one enjoyed it. Check opening days/times if going. Spent more on return taxi than entry for 4. * land train did a few times as passes an hour with little one *cable cars up the mountain, was a clear evening so gave some pretty nice sunset pics *we took the bus to taghazoute which felt very busy and a scruffy compared to Agadir front. Taxis are easy to get, but get a price beforehand cause some may take advantage this happened to me increased the price but i was too soft to say and paid. I started to get the hotel people to ask a price beforehand. I would recommend the hotel but i prefer to try new places. Agadir itself was very nice especially walking the prom of an evening.

A centrally located hotel with spacious rooms, great food, and hardworking staff. In my opinion, it’s more 3* than 4*, but still good value if you know what to expect. One week was plenty for me, but if you enjoy exploring, there’s lots to see and do in the area. We recently stayed here for a week and overall had a very positive experience, with just a few things worth noting. The Room: Spacious with a big bed and a firm mattress. The shower was good, and toiletries (shower gel, handwash) plus a small wall-mounted hairdryer were provided. There’s plenty of storage and shelving, and we loved the well-placed sockets—including USB points by the bed. If you’re looking for the best views, request a room facing the Kasbah; higher floors may also give you a partial sea view. Housekeeping was excellent—daily service with fresh towels if requested, and everything was cleaned to a high standard. Food & Drink: The food was fantastic, with lots of choice and themed nights (Moroccan, Italian, etc.). Freshly cooked dishes from the hot plate or BBQ at every meal made it even better. The kitchen and restaurant run like a well-oiled machine—staff are efficient and friendly, and even helped me practice my Arabic! Food is available almost all day (6am–10pm, except 6–7pm). We arrived late after the restaurant had closed but were still offered food, which we really appreciated. Drinks at the bar are basic (eg, one type each of house wine and bottled lager, etc), but fine for us. Bar open from 5pm - midnight. Facilities: The gym is reasonably well equipped. We didn’t try the spa treatments. The entertainment shows looked lively and well-attended. Negatives: 1) No shower facilities after check-out (12 noon). If you have a late flight, your only option is to pay £50 to try keep your room until 5pm. Friends did this with no issues, but it felt a bit “unofficial” as nothing is written down or receipted. We instead found public showers near the beach (a sandy coloured building by the tourist info centre) which were surprisingly good and cheap - go for "VIP" for hot/cold water, loo & sink and complete privacy. 2) The poolside music played by the animation team is excessively loud, fairly rrelentless, andnot relaxing—thankfully, the hotel’s private beach offered a quieter alternative with free sunbeds and parasols. 3) Be careful changing money at reception. Both we and other guests were short-changed, only to have the “missing” money suddenly appear when challenged. This felt dishonest and really needs to be addressedby management. The exchange rate is the same everywhere, and there's plenty of other oopportunities to change money when you're out and about. Unfortunately and unusually, I failed to check the fridge before checking out. Whilst there was nothing of particular value in there, it would've been clear that what was left hadn't merely been discarded, like cool bags. Upon realising 90 mins later, we went to reception to obtain a temporary key card/check there wasn't a notification at reception. Housekeeping had not yet cleaned the room, but the fridge has been emptied! Tips: Bring sweetener if you use it, as it doesn't always appear to be readily available, especially when out and about. It helped when I showed restaurant staff a picture of the "Sweet'NLow" brand, which was occasionally provided in our room. Enjoy the evenings walking along the walkway by the beach towards the Marina. Its comfortably busy, full of tradition and people watching opportunities. Spend some time at the hotel’s private beach for a more peaceful experience.

Everything about our stay has been amazing!! The hotel is so well kept, the food is fantastic and plenty of variety everyday. The entertainment team made it extra special!! So warm and welcoming. Very talented! All of the staff can't do enough to ensure a lovely stay! We will definitely return!!

Have just returned from a week stay at Kenzie europa. We had a really nice time at this hotel. The location of the hotel is perfect only a 5 minute walk and you are at the private section of the beach for SUNEO guests. The hotel room was clean and comfortable. The air con could have done with being stronger. The food was fine and your typical all inclusive. It did get repetitive but we always found something to eat and there is the option to eat out as there are restaurants close by and a KFC, McDonald’s and Pizza Hut. The animation team at this hotel where superb and where so friendly and polite. Shout out to anwar and chocolate mousse who always had time for a chat And had the best energy as all the suneo entertainment team did. We felt very safe walking around agadir day and night and enjoyed going seeing what agadir had to offer. The pool could be bigger as it can be a struggle to find a sun bed but the pool boys will always set you up and find you beds, table and umbrella etc if needed. Thank you to our favourite pool boy Ahmed who looked after us all week. All in all we had a nice positive stay and would definitely return.

Amazing few days staff were so kind and helpful especially Anwar made us feel so welcome. Food and entertainment was amazing. The bedrooms were so comfortable and spacious the pillows were so comfortable had a lovely night sleep.

I feel the need to redress the balance here after reading some reviews ftom August. I've just returned having spent the 1st week in September here. It may be due to there being very few children here as schools have returned. I'll make my observations and use facts and then you can make your own conclusions On arrival, check in was smooth and there was a porter to help take bags to our room. He seemed to EXPECT a tip, even asking for English money. He didn't get anything. The beds were comfortable and a choice of pillows. There is a mini fridge but no mini bar. The safe worked well and was easy to operate We had fresh bathroom towels every day and the bed was also made daily. There is shower gel and handwash provided. Rooms are big enough and so were the wardrobes with clothes hangers provided. We were lucky enough to get a balcony view of Agadir Oufella Kasbah. You can change money at the reception desk - I recommend you work out what you're getting before you exchange- the rate is on the electronic board in reception area. Count it when you get it..there are no receipts. If it's not all there, ask for it all..that's all I'm saying. BEACH - the hotel has its own section of beach with around 100 beds and a parasol between 2. These are free. It takes 5 mins to walk here - the sand is golden soft. Views are amazing. POOL beds are plenty - yes people do put towels out early for some reason- 4 days of our stay- it was cloudy/misty all morning yet there were no beds free. Bizarre. No-one on them- just towels. There is plenty room up on the grass banks. Away from the music and microphone which is loud. LOUD. It could be managed better but it isn't. The WiFi in rooms and around the hotel worked fine. For those of us who take firesticks on holiday, I couldn't get mine to plug in due to tv being fixed on the wall and HDMI socket concealed. BAR - all inclusive -STORK bottled beer is all there is and it's grand. There are a choice of spirits, mixers, cocktails and teas/coffee. Restaurant - breakfast plenty choice from hotplate food to salads to cereals to juices to fresh fruit. Lunch - plenty choice and variety with a different BBQ meat daily, along with salad variety and chips/pizza. Please note- you can eat something different every day such is the variety and you are prepared to try something different. It is Morocco and it has an international restaurant. Evening- the same applies. There is a Moroccan corner with tagines, couscous and lentils. But there is also a change and variety every night - from different fish to beef, lamb,chicken, turkey and pork on offer. So much to choose from for side dishes and for dessert. Drinks are provided with lunch and dinner for all inclusive. What I did struggle with at times was finding cutlery and plates. Quite important at meal times I'd say. Some staff are better than others let's say with some walking around in 2nd gear However all staff were friendly when spoken to. There is a barber shop on site which is very well priced and quality haircut/hot towel shave. All in all, a very efficient hotel with a range of food throughout the day. Dont get sucked into the pool towel madness and take advantage of the beach. Get yourselves down to the promenade after dinner - it is heaving and full of local life, music and culture all the way to the Marina.

Loved my time in this hotel, great location near the beach and easy to get around the hotel. Amazing animation team also, great asset to the hotel having yoyo, Yassine, Hamza, Marwan, Anwar, Zohra and the rest of the animation team. They all are super friendly and really made the stay extra special.

Cons: Je n’ai pas apprécié la nudité de certain étranger en tant que mre et je pense que la direction peux intervenir à ce niveau et imposer un minimum de tenue vestimentaire exigée. J’ai eu l’impression que le touriste étranger est favorisé, serviette au bord de la piscine pour certain. Les serviettes de bain ne sont pas changer dans les chambres tous les jours. Dommage pas de vraie jus presser proposer au petit déjeuner même facturé en extra. Les touristes déposent leur serviette sur des transats à 6h du matin pour s’assurer une place au bord de la piscine et lorsque l’on arrive parfois il n’y a pas de place je pense que ce système doit être interdit premier arrivé premier servi.

Just finishing our last day here and after being sceptical before arrival I must say we are very happy with our stay. The hotel is nice and clean with tidy rooms. The staff in all areas are great and very professional. The restaurant is decent for an all inclusive with plenty of nice food and choice . The drinks are good and the bar staff are always on hand to top you up. Entertainment was average but the team do try really hard to get everyone involved and the entertainment team are super friendly and work damn hard as do all the staff. Thank you for a lovely holiday.

Great week at the Tui Suneo Kenzi Europa! Check-in was easy – there was even a chance to eat before which was very welcome after traveling. Reception staff were very helpful during check-in and throughout the stay. The room was clean and spacious and was kept clean throughout,The bed was very comfortable! The kettle and free use of the safe were a nice touch. The hotel grounds were beautiful and very well maintained. The pool area was kept very clean and was very busy (as you would expect in August) but there was always somewhere to sit and the guys working around the pool were so helpful. The restaurant was clean and there were plenty of tables both inside and out. The food was great - always plenty of variety and always something to suit everyone’s taste. The bar staff were amazing, during the day they were always there to bring you a drink, and in the evening, the bar was very efficiently run. Thank you to Jamal,Abdellah and Othmane 🥰 and the daytime staff. The best thing about the hotel, by far has to be the entertainment team! Mouss and his team worked very hard to include everyone in all of the activities both day and night, as much as they want to be included. The team were friendly, professional, and were a pleasure to be around. So, a huge Thankyou to Mouss, Yoyo, Yassine, Anouar, Dinno and the Fram team. You really do make a difference. See you again soon.

We just got back few days ago . Had an amazing holiday. Housekeeping does a great job keeping the hotel , surroundings and rooms very clean !! , well done! The baggage porters were ever so helpful. The entertainment people were so great with kids . My son liked the most the pool guy ( sorry , I can't remember his name) He was in charge of the slides most days and my son liked to watch him at work. He was gifted a little whistle at the end of our stay and that's a great memory for him to keep , so thank you. Overall food was good . Plenty to choose from , unless you like junk McDonald's food then you need to go and eat there . Morrocan corner at the buffet just amazing. Lots of fish , beef - cooked to perfection. The coffee machines were a bit tired I think 😅, not the greatest coffee but hey , I got used to! :)) This is a 4stars hotel however people need to understand there is a difference in standards of the hotels beetween Europe and other continents so bare this in mind. The only little thing I would suggest is to fix some towel hooks at the bathrooom so guest can hang their towels.

Went with my wife and 2 kids. Small hotel but plenth of sunbeds, pool is an adequate size for amount of guests. Had a great time. Entertainment guys were great. Yoyo and anwar were great and all of them very friendly. Bar staff great and drinks and plates cleared regularly. Clean rooms and surprisingly the food was actually good for all inclusive.

The tui rep Rashid is not helpful at all rude and needs to be trained with how to deal with customers rooms small, for some reason the sun came out in the afternoon. Staff in hotel nice enough. No complementary toiletries in room and the fridge empty. Hotel always run out of money when wanted to change money

We had the pleasure of being served by Zohayr at the bar, and he really made a difference in our experience. From the start, he was extremely professional and attentive. He stood out for his constant smile and friendliness, making us feel very welcome. Zohayr proved to be very efficient, always in a good mood and attentive to our needs. He made sure to create a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere for my family and me. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and charismatic in customer service. Without a doubt, he’s a great asset to the bar and someone who will definitely make us want to come back.

My family and I recently stayed at the TUI Kenzi Europa Hotel in Agadir. I want to be clear and honest: this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had, and I would not return. Below I’ve set out what happened so other travellers — especially families and guests with special needs — can decide for themselves We travelled as a family including a child with special needs who cannot wait in queues. From the start we found the hotel unfriendly and poorly organised: insufficient food and crockery, unhelpful staff at times, worrying safety and hygiene issues, and what felt like discriminatory service by evening waiting staff. On top of this, the money exchange practice at reception felt dishonest, and when my mum suffered an accident, the lack of any medical provision was alarming. Overall the hotel is not child-friendly, not special-needs friendly, and does not appear to look after guests’ health, safety or basic comfort. That being said, there were a few positives: the lunchtime restaurant staff were much better than in the evenings, particularly Hassan, who was friendly and helpful. The cleaners did come daily, keeping the rooms tidy. The location of the hotel is also good, with a private bar and loungers on the beach for guests. Food & breakfast • Breakfast staff refused to help our child. Because our son cannot wait in queues, family members would collect his breakfast along with theirs. We only ever asked for two extra items — not a large amount — and the breakfast staff refused to give them. • The buffet quantities are low. Kitchen staff consistently put out the smallest possible portions which causes long queues and empty serving dishes. After an hour of service starting you often cannot find plates to put food on. This is unacceptable for a hotel of this size. • Pork was served in the same serving area as the rest of the food. That itself isn’t the issue for us, but in Marrakech we have stayed in hotels where pork is clearly separated to avoid any risk of cross-contamination; that sensible precaution was missing here. • If you don’t enjoy the hotel food, there are plenty of good places to eat along the beach nearby. Service & discrimination • Evening waiting staff behaved in a way that made us feel unwelcome. On one night we had to ask four times for water and still never received it, whereas water bottles were placed down for European/white families without them asking. We noticed this happened repeatedly in the evenings; lunchtime staff were noticeably better and more professional. Special mention to Hassan at lunch, who stood out as a positive example. I cannot prove intent, but the pattern in the evenings felt discriminatory and was upsetting for our family. Health, safety & hygiene • There is no doctor or medically trained staff on site. During our stay my mum had a fall and badly hurt her foot; it swelled and she could not walk on it. We were informed there was no one suitably trained to help, so we had to Google what to do. When we asked staff for a bucket, box or anything at all to put ice in, we were told they did not have buckets or first aid kits and advised us to go to a supermarket to buy supplies ourselves. How on earth is this acceptable for a hotel? • We also saw a lady trip and fall at the poolside bar because the floor was wet and had not been wiped. Slippery wet floors around pool and bar areas are a known hazard and should be managed immediately. • The hotel clearly cannot cope when it is at full capacity — whether in terms of food, safety, or guest support Water, housekeeping & small comforts • Unlike every other hotel we have stayed in, water is not left out at the bar or poolside snack bars for guests to grab. Housekeeping did not leave a complimentary bottle in the room each day — instead water bottles are kept locked away and you must keep asking for them. This is inconvenient and unnecessary; it would be far easier and kinder to leave water accessible for guests. • On the positive side, the cleaning staff did come daily, which we appreciated. Money exchange — be warned • Do not exchange your money here. The hotel displays a board with exchange rates which are fair and in line with local currency exchanges. However, when you actually exchange money, the front reception manager may claim the rate has “gone down” and give you considerably less. I saw this happen to people in front of me who didn’t question it. When I challenged him, he reluctantly agreed to give me the rate displayed on the board. I believe they are trying to take their own cut, which feels dishonest. Kids’ play area • The children’s play area is tiny and poorly equipped — essentially two swings and a slide. It needs updating and more play equipment; for families this was a big disappointment. Pool towel deposit fiasco • You are charged a 100 dirham deposit per pool towel. The towels themselves are not in great condition. At check-out the pool boy lost our towel slips (the slips you are given when you hand over your deposit), and we had to go to reception. The staff member at the desk was clearly unimpressed, though in the end the deposit was returned. However, we do believe one of the staff pocketed our slip, although we cannot prove this. The whole process felt sloppy, stressful, and open to dishonesty. Location & nearby things to do • The hotel does have a good location, right by the beach, with a private bar area and loungers for guests. • If you want to shop, there’s a Uniprix about a 12-minute walk away, which sells many of the same items you’d find in the souks. It’s fixed-price, so it’s useful for gauging what to haggle for. Some items were the same or less than in the souks, others slightly more. • There’s also a small tourist train near the hotel that takes you along the main Agadir beach strip (20dh adults, 12dh children). • We also walked to the Djanialand cable car stop and booked a return trip — the views from the Kasbah Oufella at the top are beautiful and well worth it. Overall We felt unwelcome, unsupported and frustrated throughout our stay. The combination of stingy buffet practices, poor stock of plates/cups, seemingly discriminatory service in the evenings, lack of basic medical provision, poor hygiene management at poolside, suspicious towel deposit handling, dishonest-feeling currency exchange and inadequate family facilities make this hotel unsuitable for families, guests with special needs, and anyone expecting decent service and guest safety. That said, the location is good, the cleaners did their job daily, and there were a few staff members — like Hassan at lunch — who tried to make the experience better. The beach area and nearby attractions such as Uniprix, the tourist train and the cable car are worth exploring. But overall, the negatives far outweighed the positives. I would not come here again.

Good bits -entertainment is amazing the staff work so hard even our two teens were impressed opting to watch it most nights funny and adults and kids -the team do a great job around the pool not pushy but fun -the music goes quite at some points allowing a little nap -rooms are modern spacious and very clean -very clean around the hotel staff work so hard tidying and cleaning they do a great job -daily cleaning of the rooms and bedding was also changed when needed. -any issues we had staff were sent to our room within no time -really good for disabled guests I was on crutches and a wheelchair -food and drinks were good always something to eat kids never complained -slides were good and easy to keep and eye on the kids between pools -staff around the whole hotel were friendly helpful and always offering to help us and do their upmost Not so great -ground floor rooms has lots of ants and some roaches couldn’t leave the doors open or bring drinks into our room but this is to be expected if being in the ground floor so I’d definitely avoid this. We did ask for any powder or something but I think the language barrier was missed they didn’t do anything just said close the door but hard when you have a patio door leading to the pool and 3 kids. -the beach is 10min walk away - we taught our son not to dive into the pool as it isn’t deep but he followed other kids and tried injuring his head there should be no diving signs - the slide management is so dangerous and needs to improve people go down all at one second after each other while others are still in the way. Older kids going down on massive inflatables smashing into the walls. Large adults going down while young kids are trying to get out. our daughter injured her leg as they sent someone down before she could move. they have no accident reporting book so no way to monitor or report accidents. -they put sun loungers at the end and sides of the slide but due to large adults going down you get soaked while sun bathing.

The sun lounges were a joke ,Sausage jockey’s putting towels on at 9pm yes that’s right 9pm Hotel should have thrown them in pool that’s the worst I’ve seen anywhere on the planet. If I wasn’t going out everyday I would have thrown them in pool oneself. Staff were extremely good and helpful.

Séjour très sympa, beaucoup d’animation, beaucoup de musique et de bonne humeur. Le buffet était pas mal Pour les cours séjour comme moi l’endroit est idéal tout est à proximité la plage les bons restaurants, j’ai posé la voiture, je ne l’ai plus touché et ça c’est un point fort pour moi. La musique à fond, le matin ça met de bonne humeur et évite les grasse matinée pour pouvoir profiter de la réunion.

Cons: Ce n’est pas un point négatif au contraire, mais petit conseil pour les couples sans enfant, qui veulent de la tranquillité. Choisissez un autre établissement la piscine et le toboggan. Bien entendu, il y aura beaucoup d’enfants et donc beaucoup de bruit. Pour ma part moi ça ne m’a pas dérangé.

Iv had a wonderful time, the experience had been amazing and all the people have been lovely. The hotel has been great all the staff have been great and Dinno has been wonderful with the kids. Always playing with them and making sure we are having a good time. The internet hasn’t been the best it could be better. We were welcomed into the hotel and felt safe. It has been an amazing time in Morocco the entertainment has been amazing the kids have really enjoyed it. Overall it’s been amazing and we would definitely come back to Morocco and be staying at this hotel.

We have throughly enjoyed our time at Suneo Kenzi. The hotel is clean, housekeeping come every day and clean our rooms really well. The food is a bit repetitive but we we’ve been able to find some to eat every day even with picky eaters The entertainment has been great to watch with something different each night, kids discos have been a great hit with my children. The entertainment staff are a real credit to the hotel especially Dinno and Anwar. They are all polite and always go above and beyond to help you, interacting daily with us all daily always getting involved with the children. We will definitely be returning again in the future

We have just returned from this hotel, it was our first visit to Morocco. Positives - The rooms were a really good size, plenty of room to move around and the walk in showers are beautiful The water slides are fantastic, we spent most of the day on them. Some of them are seriously fast, so great for any thrill seekers! My children absolutely loved them The snack bar serves food all day, things like burgers and chips then pancakes later on, all great for my kids Most of the staff are incredible, particularly the animation team - Yo-yo, Hamza and Yassine in particular were great fun and very engaging with everybody! Loved doing aqua gym and joining in with the club dances. Also shout out to Jamal in the World Bar, he was brilliant Rooms were cleaned daily, although for some reason we only ever got 2 bath towels, despite there clearly being 3 of us The people of Agadir are just lovely, everyone is friendly, yes you get a few trying to get you into their shop but overall I didn’t find them pushy or anything. The private area of beach is great, just a little far from the sea if you’re watching your children. There’s a lot of vendors selling things, but they couldn’t enter the area unless you invited them to, so it was fine Negatives - The pool turned all our swimwear green/yellow. Some have said it’s algae, some said it’s the green mats around the pool, either way it needs sorting as everything has had to go in the bin. The pool was skimmed daily but never really looked clean, there is a green rim around the top of the water and my daughter was violently sick on our first night, after spending most of the day in the pool The facilities are just a bit too small for the amount of people. Lots of people did day trips, but there wasn’t many sunbeds for the rest of us, they were reserved from 4am, and the area is so small it left very little room to walk around the pool, plus you and your sunbed would get splashed. The entertainment areas are also very small and there’s a long wait between the mini disco and the show which left my children bored. The mini disco is also very short and aimed at really young children. You never knew where the entertainment would be either, it kept changing between inside and out Even the pool is very small, and got packed especially if water polo or something was going on. You couldn’t swim around in it The mini club shut down before we went, and as a single parent travelling with children this was disappointing. The ‘play area’ is just two swings and a tiny slide, not enough to keep kids busy There were a lot of wild children running around, pouring fizzy drinks into the pool, splashing everyone and causing problems, no staff ever addressed this problem and I quite often had to tell them to stop, as did a few other people The food was a bit repetitive, and only one bar from 5pm isn’t really enough, the queues would get quite big. My kids mostly ate pasta and pizza Agadir seems to be a place where you need to be doing trips most days, not where you can stay in the hotel all day, there’s not enough to do. It’s easy and safe to get around, a lot of places send driver’s for you and you can book trips through the hotel Overall, lovely people and a pleasant experience, and I’m sure we will visit Agadir again one day, when we have visited some other places, but sadly the pool situation and a few other things would deter me from booking this hotel again. Really hope to see the people again though!

Just back from a fantastic week at TUI SUNEO Kenzi Europa. Hotel is spotless, staff work non-stop and are always friendly. The animation team (big shout to Dinno, Yoyo, Anwar & Yassine) made the holiday for us – loads of fun without being pushy. Food was good, fresh and plenty of choice – omelettes/eggs at breakfast, BBQ at lunch and the snack bar burgers, wraps & pizzas were brilliant. Yes it gets a bit repetitive, but always tasty. Rooms were clean, comfortable and ours had a great pool view. Location perfect – close to the beach and shops. Tip: Pool gets busy (as expected in school hols) so get down early for beds. All in all, amazing value for money – we’ll definitely be back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We arrived late on Monday night. Check in was bit of a nightmare. Rooms are very clean. They are cleaned when you want them to be cleaned with fresh towels. Fresh roses in the room which is a lovely touch. All the staff are pleasant and helpful as possible. Wanted to us spa but not sure if its open when ever I looked its closed. My only concern is the food. I have a gluten free child. Not much choice in hot foods if there is you need to be there quick because of cross contamination. The salad bars are the same as you have guests using and utensil for the foods even tho there are separate utensils for that item of food. We've found ourselves eating out more due to choice amd avoiding cross contamination. There are no allergy labels or ingredients labels on the dessert sections so you have no idea what you are eating. The pool is clean and all the outside staff are wonderful. The gentleman doing the photography is lovely and the tui guys by the pool are ace. Room is perfect for the 3 of us. The view is overlooking the pool. Iv seen all the staff early in the morning cleaning everything outside and inside. It was was lovely to venture out a bit later at night the beach is rammed and very busy. Sweet food like ice cream is 10 mad candy floss 5 mad. So is really cheap No hassle and bustle. We had a walk up the path way by where you get the land train from. A lovely guy was selling personalised handmade bracelets for 10mad sweet corn 5mad. There are alot of bargains about if you look. If your going to the shops be cautious as they all try and get you to buy stuff you need to haggle which they will just to get a sale. Use excursions at the hotel as the ones on the street they have no insurance. The hotel excursions are more costly but atleast they have insurance. Crocopark is good with the guide. It is lovely to experience the country its very different lifestyle and living compared to being at home. The only concern I have about the hotel is the food.

Arrived at this hotel 19th December for 2 weeks and within 24hours wanted to leave. The rooms were very basic to the point we had to ask for an extra bed there was 5 people and 3 beds (myself, my husband, 2 sons and my mother in law) the staff we extremely unhelpful about this even telling one of us to either sleep in the bath or on the balcony, I argued and eventually they gave us an extra bed. There is no drawers in the bedroom just a wardrobe, no tea coffee facilities, only one Chanel on the tv is English, and the balcony doors don’t lock. The beds are rock hard which is not good if you have back problems. There was no information pack in the hotel room to tell you what facilities are available, what days your rep would be available, what is in the local area or even the contact number for reception- absolutely nothing. Day two my son wanted to go on the water slides and asked the attendant to turn them on and was refused but 30 minutes later a French family asked and were approved when I questioned this I was told “there’s more of them” I was so disgusted. The food is very repetitive the same things every night, chicken, fish and vegetables which 80% of the time the chicken is raw and has to be sent back. The entertainment team were really good the first night they spoke both French and English but after that it was only French, the English guests were made to feel like intruders. Christmas eve entertainment seemed really good but we couldn’t understand it, the Christmas gala dinner was appalling raw turkey was being served until people complained and it was then removed. There was no apology for this either but the staff later made it clear they weren’t happy that we had complained, they would talk about us in their own language and it was obvious as they would look directly at us and we heard the word “turkey” several times. There was no point complaining to them as they just weren’t bothered. I contacted our rep from Tui (Raschid) and asked him to help with a few of our problems but he told us he was too busy at the airport and with other hotels and did not know when he would be able to get here. We felt we had been charged a fortune to be dumped in a hotel and left without any help. We saw the rep once the day after we arrived where he was more than happy to book a few excursions for us but he vanished after that. The reception staff are extremely unhelpful, and would huff or roll their eyes whenever we approached them for something, it took 3 days to get an iron from them!! There is a jewellery man in the reception area but he is extremely expensive and the stuff is not silver like he tries to tell you it is, I bought a bracelet for my son (750dh) it turned his arm green within hours!! Be warned 25Dh per day to use the safe and they can and do lock it from reception if this hasn’t been paid in advance. It then takes 2hours for a technician to come and unlock it for you and you have to wait in the room for this. I went to the on-site shop with my mother in law and another lady and was grabbed by the shop keeper who wouldn’t let go of me trying to kiss and lick my ear, telling me I was beautiful and he would give me 1000dh for sex!! I was mortified and couldn’t get out quick enough. I never went back after that and wouldn’t let my boys go in either as I felt it was unsafe. This was reported to the hotel manager who told us he had fired the shop worker but he was seen back in the shop 2 days later.

Wow, what a great place again to visit. Our second time here and what makes this place stand out from the other hotels we have been to in Agadir is the staff. From the cleaning crews to the entertainment staff. The stand out for me was Dinno, so friendly and welcoming, it’s genuinely like being around family.

Had a fantastic holiday , the animation team was great and a special shout out to Dinno from the animation team as he always made us feel welcome and always had a smile on his face , there was one downside and that’s the rubbish WiFi tjat definitely needs improving , bar staff was also so nice and always had a smile .

We had a lovely time at this hotel the animation team were amazing! Dinno was fab! Location was perfect! We had a room on the 7th floor the view was great. WiFi was not the best though.

Had a fab week here 7th to 14th August Hotel lovely , clean staff always going around cleaning its a pity guests don't respect staffs efforts though and try not leave food on floors , put t bags in plant pots etc for staff to clean after them . Our room was fab , beautiful pool and sea view , very clean , lovely balcony , tea and coffee with kettle in room , safe free to use . Room cleaned with bins emptied daily and sheets changed once during week which was lovely . Air con was great as temperatures reached 45 while we were here , even the poor locals were struggling it was so hot . The pool area is lovely , again pool staff working hard to attend to everyone and provide umbrellas etc if you wanted them .. the 3 pools were clean and lots activity going on .. if you wanted quiet you coukd go to the garden area We loved the pool at slides , although we didn't use the water slides it was great watching the kids and adults having a ball , slides were supervised by pool staff and we didn't see any problems or incidents or tears for the week only lots of fun . Food in hotel is typical all inclusive plentiful , fresh , lovely salads , lamb , fish, chicken , pork we enjoyed the food at all our meals , you ask for water and they give individual bottles, red wine is lovely and the gin and bacardi plentiful too Overall we found staff pleasant but not overly friendly . The hotels entertainment team are outstanding , so friendly , happy , and they work so hard to keep everyone entertained .. all day long from 10am to 11pm .. they play amazing music at pool to suit everybody's taste The team looked so happy working together and created a lovely atmosphere at pool , their shows and in general .. not one would pass you without saying hello and everything OK. Special shout out to Anwar and Yassine and all the team .. stay being so happy guys you were a joy to watch . My daughter enjoyed the pool games too . Hotel is very central to shops souk right across the road , the private beach area literally a minutes walk , beach is lovely , plenty free sunbeds with umbrellas . This week was incredibly busy here as apparently a lot of Moroccans holiday in Agadir as kids are on school holiday but we didn't have any problems at all , added to our holiday to see so many around . Mcdonalds and KFC , Pizza Hut right across road too .. we used KFC once and was delicious . There is not a lot to do locally bit of shopping and walk the promenade but it's still vibrant and we had a fab holiday , would definitely recommend this hotel . We felt safe.. lots of police and traffic police walking around to ensure safety .. Attached to Hotel is a chemist , shop , hairdresser .

Such a beautiful hotel, the food is to die for 😍 so many options and food to choose from and opened all day for different selections. Great baby pool with lots of baby slides aswell as older children slides to keep all ages occupied. The staff are very welcoming and happy to help when needed, the entertainment team are very welcoming especially yassine 5 star rating for him 😍

Brilliant hotel very clean. All staff are very friendly, entertainment was hilarious especially Yassine thank you guys. Great family hotel with a private part of the beach only 3 minute walk away. Food was delicious and a great variety for all especially children.

First time visiting here and we have all absolutely loved it the staff are super friendly, the daily activities by the pool and the night time entertainment is fantastic. Special shout out to Yassime

Great family holiday, first holiday for grandparents. Everything was clean and tidy especially the rooms. Entertainment team were great especially, Yoyo, Anwar and Yassine. The team always had time to chat and made the holiday very fun and entertaining. Poolside can get tight on space but the pool boys was always on hand to help, which I was grateful of with having a child in a wheelchair and toddler in a pushchair.

Limited space around the pool when it's busy so if you have kids and want a space at the kids pool then getting up early (6am) is your best bet. Food is ok but very similar every day/night. The entertainment team do their best during the day and at night but the entertainment room is quite small for the amount of people so again you need to get there very early for a seat. TUI rep was probably the most unhelpful rep I've ever came across, unless you're booking an excursion or tell him you're planning on making a complaint then he suddenly gets interested. Reception staff can be rude and argumentative, we were travelling with a disabled child and after check out our flight was delayed by 3 hours, they have no facilities to have a shower if your child has an accident and we were told it wasn't their problem and got aggressive. However the room we had on our stay was actually quite nice, pillows and mattress were a bit on the hard side but still comfortable.

Great Value for Money at Suneo Kenzi Europa We got exactly what we paid for — a solid, budget-friendly stay in a great location. Just a short walk to the beach and close to local shops and restaurants, it made getting out and about super easy. The rooms were clean, spacious enough, and cleaned daily, with fresh towels available on request. Food-wise, we were never left hungry. Between the main restaurant and the snack bar, there was always something available. Yes, the food was a bit repetitive, but that’s expected with all-inclusive. We ate out one night at Playa, which was a nice change and very enjoyable. Drinks were typical of a local all-inclusive, but we especially liked the piña coladas! The animation team really stood out — lively, fun, and always engaging with guests. The activities and entertainment throughout the day and evening were genuinely good and added a lot to the overall experience. Staff were fantastic across the board — always smiling and helpful. A small tip went a long way, especially around the pool, where it can get busy and sunbeds are in high demand. Sunbeds were a bit of a challenge, particularly around the pool area, but that’s expected in a family hotel during peak season. Overall, a great value stay with friendly vibes, good food, and lots to do. Would definitely recommend for families. Would definitely return 👌🏽

The room was spot on no concerns the food was liturally the same 3 or 4 courses everyday and lunchtime pasta was recycled to make dinner pasta a few times Unable to get a sunbed at times as pool liturally squeezed in with them and if you did you were getting splashed or someone moved towels Entertainment was ok but again generic and one of the nights there was a canapé and cocktail night unaware thst it wasnt for us staff rude about it Love agidir and morrocco but myself and family didn't enjoy hotel or food etc so won't visit again

The hotel is clean and staff friendly 1) dirty pool said to the pool guys they said it was suncream if you went into the pool your swimming shorts or costume turned green when it was dried 2) entertainment team tried there best 3 of the entertainment team where for the French ppl at the hotel music during the day was mostly French even though 85% of the guests were brittish,the entertainment room wasn't big enough for ppl to see and some nights it was all in French no point of watching it,nothing to other than play table tennis, 3) the food was okay during the day but evening meal was poor ate out quite a few nights 4) had problems with room door with the card made 14 trips to reception and 2 had to get engineers out locked out 1hr one day and 3 the next day just after breakfast no suncream or hat ended up with sunstroke 5) security lying sleeping in the main reception area of the hotel Awaiting on tui get back to me as I had spoken to the rep at the hotel and advised him of my complaint

Absolutely AMAZING holiday. The staff couldn’t do enough for us, especially Dinno, Mus (Mo), Yo, Anwar, Yassine, Ayoub (yellow t shirt in restaurant), and Abdel (photographer). These guys MADE OUR HOLIDAY. They all made such a fuss of my little boy. They always went out of their way to give us a high five and speak to us. They made us feel so welcome from start to finish. If it wasn’t for these guys, the holiday wouldn’t have been as good as what it was. They all need a pay rise and a promotion! Absolutely lovely human beings. Definitely would not recommend this hotel! Positives- On arrival at the hotel, check-in was quick and relatively straight forward. My husband enjoyed the lunch and evening meals. We always managed to get sun loungers but only after long searches and help from a member of staff Negatives- Pool area was not great- very small, busy and very very noisy!! Towels were often out round the pool before 6am with all loungers there full by 7am! But this didn't stop people moving loungers to the pool area making it cramped and really difficult to walk around the pool. Another issue was evening entertainment- it was not great! My DD was excited when she heard that there was a kids disco but was really disappointed when it only lasted 15mins max and was the same every night! The TUI rep, Rashid, was awful. We booked for DD to do a surfing lesson and sat waiting for pick up which was on our ticket for 11am. After 20mins of no pickup went to speak to Rashid who told us that we should have got a taxi there ourselves. He was really dismissive, and rude when we said that he didn't tell us upon booking that we had to get our own transport- he didn't tell us anything!!! Eventually managed to get our money back but it took a lot of effort!! The hotel staff were OK however if it definitely felt like other customers were treated better simply because they spoke French! If you are thinking about staying here, I would reconsider and find a different hotel in Agadir.

My boyfriend and I went here for our very first holiday together at 17/18, and honestly – we had the most incredible time 🥹❤️. We booked the all-inclusive package through TUI, which made everything super easy and stress-free from the moment we booked to the moment we flew home. When we arrived, check-in did take a little while, but once we got to our room we were honestly so happy with it! The room was way more spacious than we expected, with a massive bed, loads of storage, and a big clean bathroom fully stocked with shower gel and other essentials. There was even a free mini fridge and proper air con – which was so needed with the Agadir heat 🔥. The staff were genuinely so lovely – always smiling, super helpful, and made sure we had fresh towels and toilet roll whenever we needed. We also had a cute little balcony which was perfect for relaxing in the evenings. The food in the main restaurant was a bit hit and miss at times, but considering it was all-inclusive, we didn’t mind too much. There were definitely a few meals we really enjoyed and there was always something available, which was handy when we came back from day trips or just wanted to chill by the pool. The real star though was the snack bar. It was absolutely incredible – unlimited chicken wraps, burgers, chips and soft drinks all day long 😍🍔🌯 It honestly made the whole all-inclusive experience even better and we found ourselves going there loads throughout the day. The pool area was great and the slides were SO fun – gave proper waterpark vibes 💦😆. The whole resort was kept super clean and hygienic, and there was always something going on to keep us entertained. One thing to note is that the weather in Agadir can be a bit hit and miss – some days were beautifully sunny and hot, but others were cloudier or a bit breezy. Nothing too bad, but just something to be aware of if you’re expecting non-stop sun! Unfortunately, we did have one negative experience – we believe our portable speaker was taken from our room. We never took it out with us and noticed it was gone after technicians had been in to fix our AC. Obviously we can’t be 100% sure, but we do suspect a technician or staff member may have taken it, which was really disappointing – so just a heads-up to be extra careful with your valuables and maybe use the safe provided. That said, we still had an amazing time and truly loved Agadir as a destination. We’d 100% recommend checking out local spots like VANISCA and SOMASUSHI – both were absolutely fantastic, super tasty, great value for money, and had the loveliest service 🥢🍣🍽️ All in all, this trip gave us some of our best memories ever and we’d totally recommend it for couples looking for a fun, easy and affordable sunny escape 💕🌞✈️

We arrived at our hotel early hours of the morning on July 28th, and the people had left the buffet open for us, and that food was nice. The whole food we had during our stay was really nice, and my family enjoyed it a lot. I thought the water slides were really fun, except I think the water we landed in was a bit shallow. It was 1.2 metres. But overall, it is a busy and noisy hotel. But finding sun beds was quite a pain! On our first day we had to sit in the snack bar, and the rest of our days we got up a bit early to find three sun beds together, but it’s like that everywhere. Our rooms were very nice, and the maid decorated our beds with pretty petals and flowers, and our view on the balcony was a sea-pool view. We didn’t really like using lifts, but we were on the top floor of the building and we had a 22 year old with special needs. But very nice room!!! If you want to know where the tortoises are, they are located at the back of the children’s hotel at the back of the hotel. Entertainment staff were lovely, and the TUI rep was very helpful and so were the reception staff. At the end of our holiday, we had a nighttime flight, so the reception allowed us to have our room a bit later but we paid £50. And last thing, also on our last day, they still let us have food from the snack bar and buffet. We really enjoyed our stay.

Overall great family holiday, lovely rooms, food was good although we would of prefered if there was chips for evening meals for the kids, good day activities, all animation team fantastic and put their all in to everything, only down side with evening entertainment is that it felt abit too structured and strict with the kids, (told to pay attention when playing/talking etc) Mouss, Yoyo, Dinno, Anwar and Yassine were all great though, very friendly and fun

I don’t even know where to start! So many great things about this place! Reading most reviews and not to take the light away from the animation team as they are the best animation team we have come across! But feel firstly the need to praise those that often don’t get a mention starting with the guy at the top of the slide. We have a 3 year old boy who is fearless! He loved the slides and every morning he’d go up, give the guy a high five and he would wave to us to show us he was watching him and that he did do for our 2 weeks holiday. He would tell us to sit down to enjoy our holiday as he was safe on his watch and for that we are so thankful for. The pool boys…. You can’t do anything! Try and move a sunbed and they are at your side before you try. They are very attentive and hard working. Nothing is ever too much for them. The photographer….. another hardworking person and another person who had a great friendship with our little boy. He always made an effort every time he walked past him. His work is brilliant, we found it hard to choose between the ones he did take! Kitchen staff and bar staff. The pool area is always clean, always someone walking round the pool area to collect cups and plates and same at dinner, soon as someone left the tables were cleared sharpish with new cutlery etc put out for the next person. Just help them out by putting your recycling in the bins dotted around the pool! The beer is bottled Cleaners do a fantastic job, daily cleans, floors were always swept and mopped in rooms with fresh towels. If they saw you coming out of your room first thing they would ask if they are okay to go and clean it. That leaves me to the animation team…. The passion and effort they put into making the atmosphere what it is and making sure everyone has an amazing holiday. From morning till late at night there is always something happening, be that around the pool in the day or after dinner entertainment. There is always at least 4 of them round the pool during the day, some do the activities whilst the others walk round chatting to the guests. They literally do not stop and neither does the enthusiasm with both children and adults. Anyone who likes their comfort zones with activities and not really joining in, let the comfort zones go and get involved! You will not be disappointed and be glad you did. There is a full weeks day and night entertainment programme on the wall, at night some days it’s in the big hall which can get a little busy so best to grab a seat from the start time. Then some evenings it’s outside by the snack bar. Not one person walks past you without saying morning or have a good day, as simple as a smile which just adds to your overall holiday. The snack bar is the same foods everyday but it is delicious! And there is always the option to go for dinner at the buffet lunch. Not many places I’ve visited where freshly cooked pizza is on the go most of the day. We didn’t really eat at the buffet lunch as the snack bar was enough for us. Breakfast is the same but is lovely and fresh like fruit, salads, breads, omelettes, Moroccan pancakes. In the evening it was something different each night, I’m not a fan of fish which did seem more of but still found something I liked to eat each night but then give me an all inclusive where repetitiveness isn’t the case! It does get quite busy and we found going when it opened at 7 the best time. You need to be up for a sunbed, but again the pool boys will help you find one if you can’t see one. Towels were put out at early at 6am. Rooms were spacious and the best showers! They have 2 shower heads. One that you can unhook and an overhead fountain type which were very powerful and didn’t start going cold after so long like some places we have stayed! Outside the hotel, we didn’t feel as welcome as we did within the complex. This wasn’t the locals, they were lovely but those visiting Agadir from other parts of Morocco, we were stared at but dressed respectfully. As a female, it did make me feel uncomfortable so we spent most of our time at the hotel but given all the above positives wasn’t a bad thing at all! Thank you for making our holiday one to remember! My little lad is missing being here but so are we!

This hotel is really good. The only reason I am rating this 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the customers. The staff were awsome, the rooms were clean and the food was decent. The issue I had was with sun loungers near the pool area. It was almost impossible to get one in the afternoon. People were leaving towels out at 5am and not using till afternoon. I stayed in this hotel before TUI took over in 2019 and the experience was way better. The swimming pool staff would remove any towels that that were on sounlounger not occupied. TUI please sort this issue. Only towels from the hotel should be allowed. Also, towels should be allowed to be removed from sunloungers if not being used.

We really enjoyed our holiday in Kenzi Europa. On arrival we were welcome by friendly staff. As a family of 4 we had two interconnected rooms with sea views. The rooms were spacious,daily cleaned with comfortable beds. The food was very nice always plenty choices. In the restaurant we were looked after by Hatchim who was very helpful. The animation team was FANTASTIC! Our favourite activities were water polo, table tennis aqua aerobics, tennis 🎾, Moroccan cooking and Arabic lessons. So a big THANK YOU to Mouss, Anwar, Yoyo, Dinno and Yassine 💕 they are a great team.

Bad management, especially the day shift ones. They tried scam me at the end of my stay, saying to pay for damages non existent or previously existent. There is interconnecting rooms as I stayed in one but they lie in the responses to negative reviews. The one star reviews absolutely reflect this place at I personally experienced. They think so Brits and French are mugs, the little shop on site even tries to mug elderly British tourists. Shameful. Don't waste your money here, plenty of other options available. And TUI are ridiculous, absolutely no support whilst there nor after. Pathetic Dirty water, no kids play open, bad fraudulent management Better places out there, much better options available than this

We loved our seven day stay at the TUI Kenzi Europa. It's a lovely , family friendly resort at the heart of Agadir. The staff are warm , friendly and extremely helpful. The beach & excursions are incredible as are the locals and the tour guides. We enjoyed every single second and we look forward to returning to Agadir next year.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The animation team were the best part, namely: Dinno, Mouss, Hamza, Yassin, Yoyo and Anwar. They made the stay so much fun and were personable and very friendly. I will be coming back 100% and was sad to be leaving. They take their time to talk with everyone and make sure that you enjoy your time. I can’t sing their praises enough. They are great with both adults and children. The food was okay, I feel like as a vegetarian I knew it would be difficult at an all inclusive. But the food did give me a bad stomach. There were plenty of options for meals, and. A few for vegetarians, but I was never going hungry. Overall an amazing stay, the entertainers are amazing at their job.

This is the second visit to the hotel this year, the animation team: Dinno, Yo-yo, Anwar, Hamza, Yassine, Mouss are amazing. Activities through out the day are very fun and entertaining, they get the whole family involved, we traveled as a group of 12, ages from 5-Adult. The evening entertainment was great for all ages. The waiters and waitresses were very welcoming and efficient. We arrived to the hotel very late, they kept the restaurant open until late so we could have food on arrival The pool guys were very accommodating and were more than happy to move sun beds around if needed, The house cleaning team, cleaned the room to an amazing standard. I would advise if you have a late flight to pay for late check out. We will definitely be back for a third visit.

To clarify - I have re wrote this review as edits aren’t available… in response to the managers comment that I should have spoke whilst at location to allow them to remedy some of my problems. To add that I did infact speak with hotel reception re some of the problems (hard beds, no changing facilities etc) and nothing was able to be remedied whilst I was at the hotel. A really lovely week here in Agadir. The hotel is a great location, rooms are clean and spacious - cleaners do a great job daily topping up tea, coffee, fresh towels etc. Plentiful drinks to choose from - hot / cold / alcohol / no alcohol etc. The receptionists aren’t overly attentive, just say no or sorry. Bring an iron - there is one on reception (albeit broke so not sure why they still keep it) Also on your last day there is no where to wash and change unless you have the ability to keep your room on for around £50. Which for most wanting a quick shower is pricey. I was offered the luggage room to change in (not very safe allowing people in and out of a luggage room all day) This is something that could really improve the hotel by offering these facilities. Sun beds are reserved from early morning (even some the night before) by guests but the guys round the pool will often be able to source a lounger for you if you struggle. Always plenty of fresh salad, fruit and vegetables. The little cakes/pastries on offer are really nice - I’ve found at previous resorts they look nice and then taste awful but not here. Main food dishes are repetitive, would be nice to mix it up a little more. Served pink chicken on 2 occasions but just pushed it to the side and didn’t eat it. The beef dishes were lovely. Entertainment team from FRAM, plus Yoyo, Anwaar, Dinno are brilliant. Really energetic, always smiling and working hard. I joined in with lots of activities and really felt welcome. The Moroccan mint tea and Arabic class was my highlight of my time here at this hotel. A great addition. I have to say if the entertainment team were not as engaging / different it really would change the hotel dynamics and not for the better. They do a fantastic job and deserve the credit. I did spend 36hrs in bed poorly with sickness, diarrhoea, high temp and dizziness which dampened the trip a little but didn’t spoil it completely luckily. A few other holidaymakers had similar issues in the same week too. The beds are not great at all, Fred Flinstone would offer a more comfortable bed - after 36hrs only moving between the bed and the toilet I have a lot of bruises on and around my pressure points from the hard bed. Unsure if all beds are like this ( I was in a twin room) the pillows are also quite hard too so bring your own if you prefer something softer. The bathrooms are lovely but there is often a gurgling noise from the shower (assume it’s the drainage system) that’s quite loud and goes on in the night also. Often has a sewage smell also. Or it did in room 2115 / 2155 can’t quite remember the correct number. There is a mini fridge in the rooms but they don’t cool overly well so don’t rely on it. The pool area is lovely during the day so if you want to read a book in peace and enjoy the sunshine then don’t book this hotel. I really enjoyed the atmosphere though. Highly recommend doing the camel, quad bike and bbq trip - food was 10/10 and the experiences were also. Should the hotel offer more hot varieties food wise, provide communal changing facilities/shower and provide comfier beds and or toppers on request I would quite happily return.

The animation team are a total vibe!! They can sing and dance and work so hard, around the clock. They are so fun and friendly and are an absolute credit to the hotel. They always put a smile on your face and are so good at engaging both kids and adults. Thank you Mouss, YoYo and Dino and all of the animation team for the non stop music - you are truly amazing. The pool, waterslides and restaurant food are on point too.

The rooms are lovely and clean. There is plenty happening around the pool such as games ect the entertainers are amazing and not just for the kids. The evening entertainment is brilliant we have enjoyed every night we have been here from acrobatics and magic shows to karaoke nights. The slides in the pool are fun and keep the kids entertained going down on their floaties. Definitely reccomend getting your towels on sun loungers early morning if you want to sit near the pool. But again I can't reccomend the staff here enough and will be making a return.

Rooms are ok. Breakfast is horrible. Lunch and dinner is good. Entertainment team are friendly and kind. Dining room staff are a hit and miss. Tui rep on site is very rude. Bring your own beach towels you pay £20 per towel get a ticket give the ticket to the pool boy they lose your ticket and then reception wont refund your money what a con. Pool man at slides sometimes just disappears leaving kids on their own which can cause accidents. Put your towel dowb at 7.30am to secure a sun lounger reason i hate travelling to anywhere close to the UK Brits always do this crap. Go to Dubai or carribean you get a sun lounger anytime of the day. Beach very close to hotel with a mc d’s kfc and pizza hut on the promenade. You struggle at dinner time to get a table theirs more people than tables and more people than sun loungers. Pool always looks dirty as well.

Very friendly and helpful staff, clean hotel, spacious rooms, large bathrooms, and big wardrobes. The food is a matter of taste, but we enjoyed it. A wide selection of raw, grilled, and cooked vegetables, fish, and meat. You have ATM machine in hotel, and you can exchange money in hotel too🥰

Disappointing😡 the worse i have ever been the staff at the reception are very rude and don’t treat all guests equal the food is always repeated the same we stayed for 7 days and never coming back my dads got parkinson so on the last day we got a phone call saying we have to check out at 12 and the lady was rude i told her on the phone no one had told us she was hesitant to get us out so her tone was bad the departure from the hotel was at 7pm they should have told us before and when asked she said £50 till 5pm it was 3pm so she wanted £50 for 2 hours know we are sitting at the moment at reception waiting till 7pm for our departure my poor dad is just sitting on a chair the service is poor the only good thing was the entertainment please note also the shop next to the hotel the guy just makes up prices please be careful Unfortunately i will not be returning here Also dont exchange your money at the hotel they give u less there is bank around 15 minutes from the hotel This is a honest review Would not recommend if you are travelling with a elderly person they just dont care for the service

The people and workers are veryyyy friendly, talkative and welcoming. The place has a nice atmosphere. This is a good place if you enjoy lots of activities and entertainment. The hotel is really beautiful. The hotel rooms are nice and cleaned well every day. However, the food was not that good, most meat was hard and chewy, the dessert was okay. Pool area definitely needs more cleaning attention.

This hotel was excellent! The staff were wonderfully attentive and polite, the food choice was great (even with a fussy one!) and non stop, the pools were well looked after, the rooms were big with fab air con, I could go on..... I was there for a week with my 23 year old daughter and 9 year old son, and we were all kept amused. The entertainment team were a riot - encouraging you to do the activities but not in an annoying way! And they would sit and chat with you too, great guys - Anwar, Yassine, Dinno, Yo yo, Moos and Miggy (spelling probably not correct!) - excellent dancers ! Watch if you do the aqua fit though...you might end up down the water slide unexpectedly!!! They also did the evening entertainment, something different every night and all of it was fun for kids and adults. We visited Crocopark - well worth it, and visited a Souk - slightly terrifying, and a trip on the road train round Agadir. Happy just to chill out by the pool otherwise :-)

Just spent a week here with my family ( my 5 year old daughter, my mother, auntie and grandad) We have had a lovely holiday and the hotel staff have been exceptional. All of the staff was extremely helpful and were very helpful and friendly. Very clean hotel. The hotel has the best waiters/bar staff I have met both by the pool/snack bar and the lounge bar/reception they were lovely friendly people, and very hard working especially Jamaal. All of the entertainment staff were brilliant and ensured that they included everyone of all ages in all of the activities. Myself and my family got involved in the activities around the pool side in the daytime and also enjoyed the entertainment in the night. A special thanks to the entertainment staff especially Anwar who went above and beyond and also the rest of the entertainment team, yassine, moose and ananas. We hope to visit again sometime in the future

Travelling as 2 adults & 3 children (8 and under). Rooms: We arrived in the early hours of the morning and the hotel provided food which was much appreciated after the trip, we where then given 2 room keys, We weren't expected to be in separate rooms and was advised to come back the next day to see if there was another room available. We did this and they provided us with a suite. The suite was a double bed and and a L shaped sofa and a pull out bed but we were happy to be together. The rooms where clean as was the bathroom and they made the beds everyday. Pool: The pool is cold and has this yellow froth that needs to be cleaned out on a regular basis by the pool boy. If you are taking new swimwear don't as you can see by the pictures this yellow froth dyes the fabric. The slides are good and open between 9 - 12pm and 3.00 - 6pm great for adults and children. The splash pool is also great for toddlers and keeps them entertained. When we went people where getting up at 6am to secure a bed however if you ask the pool boy for help they will be happy to assist you with this. Food and drink: We are not fussy eaters and where okay with the food for a few days however it is repetitive and if you are fussy will be bland, The snack bar that is open in the day time had wedges and these are about the only thing with flavour bar the tagines. I suggest you take your own plastic bottle as plastic cups are like pixie dust, its mainly glass around the pools and any drinks left at the side while swimming are swopped on for there cups. The cola and rose often ran out and it was a chore to ask for anything at the snack bar but the restaurant seemed to be a lot more accommodating and you got a little tumbler with your wine. The Turkish tea was also nice Sites: We did the croc park and really enjoyed this however the rep didn't book us on so we didn't get picked up on the first round but this was soon sorted and we got collected 20mins later. If i was to change anything it would have been to book away from Tui as we only got 2 hours in the park and could definitely have spent longer in such beautiful surroundings. We decided to go to the hilltop ourselves the taxi was accommodating but didn't drop us off at the door on the return as had to go through police patrol and decided to turn around and go back! we got a good view in the taxi though of the coast on the way up which i believe you miss in the cable cars. There where 2 camels at the top which was a nice option if you don't want to book a full day and just want the experience. Do barter with the price though. The views from here where amazing and i would highly recommend going up around sunset. The beach itself is lovely and there is a McDonalds close by. What spoilt the whole trip for us was a specific incident and the way the staff, rep and Tui complaints has dealt with the matter. There was a family of cats within the complex (mother and kittens) On the Wed night (10ish) that we were there a man came through the complex put the mother in a plastic bag, tied it and took her into the kitchen. There was a queue the next day to discuss with the rep and he advised that he would investigate, the update was that she had gone for her vaccines and would be returned, She was never returned! The black cat also never came back. Tui are sticking to the story that they have gone for there vaccines. This was done Infront of families and children and something you don't want to try and explain to your children.

Yassine from the animation team was brilliant all the entertainment was good. The food was usually repeated but nice and the tiles fell off in the bathroom onto me.

What can I say, first time to Morocco the hotel was fantastic, staff where always there to help. The room was spotless, cleaners came in every day. The view from our balcony was absolutely fantastic. There was always something to do and plenty of entertainment. All the staff were very friendly, Yoyo was a absolute star, they are very lucky to have him. He's like a member of the family know. The food was really good quality , the staff in the dinning area were fantastic to , and very accommodating. We are definitely going to book up for next year.

After staying here for 7 nights this is my honest review for anyone due to come or anyone that has any reservations about this hotel.. The hotel itself is absolutely fantastic, nice and clean, bedrooms are clean big and just stunning, we had a beautiful view from our room which was glorious every morning and night.. The staff here are brilliant in every aspect, very attentive and friendly, always willing to help in any kind of way.. Food for me was very repetitive, and after the third day I did get bored but it was only because it was repeated, but the food was really nice and fresh and there is something to eat for everyone, even the fussiest of eaters.. The cleaning ladies are amazing, always cleaned our room every day. They do a fantastic job.. The entertainment team are just 10/10, I can not fault them they are the biggest credit to this hotel, yoyo, moos, yasin, magi, anwar were the best, they are just brilliant and we had a wonderful time with them.. So overall for the price we paid and what I was expecting my expectations were highly exceeded.. I will most definitely will be coming back to agadir and this hotel its been an amazing experience.. don’t read the negative reviews like I did, you’ll have a blast of a holiday.. ☺️

Just got back from a weeks stay - some mixed reviews of pros and cons. Communication is non existence from the animation team. Kids disco is on far too late! If you have dinner at 19.00 you're waiting until 20.30 just for abit of dancing for the kids! Definitely need the whole entertainment brought forward an hour. Although its Never on time or the schedule is never complete to what they advertise - (or the same location!!) One evening we were sat waiting in the show room for 15 minutes until we heard the music coming from outside near the snack bar! - we even saw staff walk pass the show room and they didn't mention the change of location! Multiple people did the same thing on this evening - the moroccan night fashion show never happened, music bingo never happened which meant we spent alot of time just waiting and entertaining oursleves. The magic show evening is a must see!! Outside acts come in to entertain, about 20minutes of acrobatics followed by a musican incredible, this show was on our last night & we were truly satisfied:) Day time activities we would have ideally liked more activities for just children. The kids mini club has been closed everyday this week real shame as would have been a space that could give the kids a break from the pool - we celebrated a birthday while here and spoke to the tui rep & the reception about buying a cake locally they told me no, they would arrange for the hotel to bake one. The cake never arrived, they took our room number down multiple times. (I want to clarify I never expected a cake I wanted information on where to buy one felt real let down here) Excursions - We went to the Crocparc great afternoon out! Transfer was on time for collection and pick up. Highly recommend. - We booked for the adults to go on the Quadbikes - Transfer didn't show up, Tui rep arrived an hour later and was non the wiser as to why. Appears that it was a last minute cancellation due to the foggy weather. However when we paid for the trip it was never told to us that it could have been cancelled so they sat waiting for 45 minutes incase they were running behind. Luckily for the guys they were able to book for the next day. & they had a fab time! - managed to have a camel ride in the break too however it came at an additional cost. We also experienced the jet ski on Morocco beach that the guys believed were a reasonable price too! - Pool - we had to get up early to secure sunbeds together, being a big party of 8 the first day we were only able to secure 3 beds together and that was at 8am so we made sure we claimed them early. The pool guys were great at trying to accommodate everyone however given that we had young children it was best for us to have sunbeds near the children's pool. All pools were clean & the slides were enjoyed by all! The added bonus that you can wear armbands on the slide & even have some inflatable rings. Just a word of warning the pool to the slides is very shallow we had a injury on the last day and it completely ruined our last day where I could barely move after my legs hit the bottom of the ground went exiting the slide. (Other people said simple happened to them) ended up paying £200 for a doctor & medication. (The hotel staff were great at taking me to the infermory to have privacy when the doctor came.) The food, was pretty average. As you imagine from most all inclusive the food can feel a little repetitive breakfast was the same every single day. The snack bar the food was the same everyday too. However we could always find something to eat. Only 1 lunchtime out of 7 did most the adult say they didn't enjoy the meal. The kids lived off pizza, pasta & chips. They particularly liked when 4pm came around at the snack bar served pancakes. Rooms - were clean and spacious we ended up with 3 rooms together, however only 1 had a great pool view the other 2 faced a big bush to the left of the property however we didnt spend to much time in the room so it didnt effect our stay. Overall we've had a good holiday however we wouldn't return to this particular hotel.

Great little hotel, entertainment staff always offering something to do, especially Yoyo. The water slides are an added bonus. Lifeguards around pool all day. Food is of good quality and fresh. Snack bar will keep you and the kids going throughout the day, can even sort lunch out there, no need to go inside. Nothing is too much for staff, will do more than you ask.

Overall a great experience, for the price paid. I would like to see a more varied food experience in the future and possibly the addition of a sauna or steam room. There was a few days of sea mist and an overcast, though this was nice and refreshing after getting cooked for 5 days in a row. Staff are very friendly and willing to help where possible.

Animation team fantastic, what a miserable bunch the others are,quite obviously they hate their jobs. Cleaning lady who did our room was amazing but never got to see her. Food terrible, tasteless and bland,went out most days for food. Steak house just up from hotel was fantastic.

We came here for a week and had the best week here. The staff are outstanding and they are always around to help, the animation team are very good and there was shows every night like magic show and a Moroccan wedding. The rooms are very clean and tidy, they get cleaned everyday. The food is really good, there is a variety of food all day long and drinks are available all day up until midnight. I definitely recommend this place , we had a lovely time here and will definitely be coming back again.

Cons: A day before my checkout I went to reception at 10pm and a staff member told me that I need to pay city tax which is 295 Dirhams and he tried to push me to pay at that night which I said I will pay next morning when I will checkout.. and next day when I checkout guy at reception told me to pay 245 Dirhams which were 50 dirham less than the staff member told me last night. I think he tried to scam me which I felt bad from staff member at reception 😔

The room was acceptable, the view was a disgrace. I could see someones washing line hanging outside instead of the pool or sea.

Cons: I very rarely leave negative reviews for hotels but this particular one was exceptionally bad. Quite frankly, it's the most disgusting service I have ever come across in a hotel. The staff are incredibly rude and completely u bothered. The very reasonable requests made (in advance and agreed upon) through booking.com . 1. Upon check in to our 2 rooms, there's no interconnected rooms for my young children - told to come at 9am on the off chance it's available. How do you not know what room is available the following day? 2. Paid for 2 pool view rooms on booking.com and the arrogant member of staff told me there's none available and did absolutely nothing about it. 3. The pools are not heated at all, they are also disgustingly dirty so we did not venture into them again after the first day. 4. I had requested an iron on the first day, told to ask housekeeping who will bring it, came again the next day and the next and told the same thing then on the fourth day I was given attitude stating that they aren't obligated to provide one even if its available. Honestly at this point, I'm just reeling from the lack of basic etiquette from the reception girl Hajar, and her manager! 5. The breakfast was inedible. Very bad. The restaurant staff are no better than those at reception, ask them for anything and you will get a blank face and tell you to go elsewhere. Nothing was ever topped up, if they ran out of milk or bread, tough!  I could go on and on but honestly its just dire, never ever again. Would not recommend. The room itself was decent however the AC didn't work properly and no minibar. The mattresses were not comfortable either. Agadir has much better hotels, I'd book elsewhere.

Great hotel with a goof family atmosphere, staff are amazing, entertainment team do a great job, staff alwways cleaning the hotel each day, easy access to all the local tourist sites, 3 min walk to the beach. our bedroom was a decent size for 2 people with ample wardrobe space, a lovely new bathroom which wa sspacious, good shower area.

Cons: we were happt unfprtuantelt the awful loud music from the 2 clubs on either side, there should be a ban in this as spoilt the atmosphere late ebening & during the night. The awfuly loud music went on well past 1am, not great if you are alight sleeper.

Cons: We had bad experience In this hotel, floods every day. The first night when we came in the bedroom we found flooding inside due to the toilet shower at 3am, we slept at 5am. The following days same problem in the bathroom after having shower. The same problem in the room of my daughters after they have shower. I have discussed this issue with the manager Mr Mustapha Mhenna who seemed nice and professional and offered me to change the room but due to health problems I didn’t feel like moving. Other guests had the same problem in their rooms as well. The manager the next day just apologised but nothing more. Hotel Barcelo Tangier refunded one night to apologise regarding my complaint about the the telephone that was not working in the room during our 2 nights stay. The breakfast buffet was very poor (no fresh juice)

The room was not clean first they give us first building the room was lik very very dirty and the whole building was smelling gas and it was back side of the building and we had garbage view Than they changed it to the other building but the hotel was not quite and u couldn’t Salerno at least till 2 am Breakfast was good and location was good The lobby was smelling very bad

This hotel is perfectly situated and has beautiful surroundings inside grounds. My room had an amazing pool view. I stayed here so that my husband could use the gym and it was a battle daily to get the gym open. It is the only hotel in Agadir we have stayed in where we got up and had the lovely breakfast every day for nine days excellent choice of foods for breakfast. We only have a few issues with the entire hotel Smoking around the pool is not good for non smokers families children. We had to constantly move away from rude smokers. There should be a designated smoking area which I expect from a TUI hotel of this high standard. Also the pool is not big and spacious enough to play pool ball I was smashed very hard with the ball and bruised on my leg also a couple of days later and elderly lady was hit by the same DRUNK over powering man. It’s not fair. There is no reason for the pool slides to be switched off for three hours at the night of the day everyone was constantly waiting until 3pm for the slides. Just a few little tweaks and this hotel is perfect.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The room was impeccably clean—thanks to the diligent housekeeping staff. The kitchen team was also kind and polite, adding to the positive experience. Most of the receptionists, especially the young men, were professional and helpful. However, one staff member, Hajer, stood out negatively. She had an uncooperative attitude and misled me twice. This morning, she argued with me, refusing to assist with printing my boarding pass—contrary to her colleague, who was more than willing to help. Despite her coworker’s kindness, Hajer insisted they don’t offer printing services before 9 AM and dismissed my request without consideration. Given her poor communication and unwillingness to assist, I believe she is not well-suited for the front desk role. Additional training in guest relations and professionalism would greatly benefit her.

Great hotel, great location and great service.

Very busy not enough sun loungers around the pool but staff will get one for you on the grass area on top of the hill. Lots of people hold sun loungers all day with towels unless you are there at 8am it’s hard to get one beside the pool. Staff were good and food was good(breakfast) we didn’t eat lunch or dinner. I think going forward I would book another hotel which isn’t as busy. Lots happening with entertainment team if your into that, but i would rather relax. If you want a relaxing stay this wouldn’t be for you, but if you wanted a holiday with lots to do this would be for you.

Everything was great a part from the choice of foods .

Friendly but mostly catered for “all inclusive” TUI customers. Expensive for all other clients. The gym times were limited and the person in charge of massage and beauty was less than qualified! Not worth the money! Finally I forgot my lovely woollen cardigan either in restaurant or at the pool. I went back right away and it was gone and “nobody” had seen it. Even reception had no clue! We always had to keep an eye on bills and belongings; this spoilt a bit of the trip which was otherwise wonderful.

Short but honest Rooms great cleaned every day shower great . Block one seagulls are a pain and it does not help that people on upper floors feed them need a sign on balcony no feeding seagulls. Pool on the small side very busy not enough sun beds .plenty room on the grass behind pool . Entertainment a hit and miss . The animation team great . Food not great tasteless too warm no air conditioning lots of choice but bland . Drinks only one lager wine my it gives you heartburn not good . Would I return no we got a good price to come for a week in the sun .but the all inclusive in my view is certainly not worth it

Good package holiday, tui suneo kenzi europa, nice spacious modern room, be aware beds have a very firm mattress. Great location only few minutes walk from the beach. Lovely friendly staff, good WiFi throughout. Ideal for a short stay, any longer be aware that the food choices are very repetitive with only 2 meat choices available from chicken, turkey or beef. Pasta, pizza and chicken nuggets always available. Pool was freezing so not many people braved it, the water slides were open each morning and then again later in the afternoon, but probably only in use by about 5 people whilst we were there! Bring euros rather than sterling.

A clean hotel ,food very nice ,staff helpful and friendly. Chaotic at evening meal difficulty trying to get a table , cutlery, butter etc ,can be waiting a while,expect queues . Entertainment every night but some was good and some of it was awful . Plenty of sun beds. It's a TUI hotel but the trips are expensive so book trips outside the hotel with local agencies . Rooms are lovely ,modern ,clean and roomy .

Found this hotel brilliant, very central

The hotel was very near of the sea and the beach promenade. The buffet was full of many options, staff were polite and the breakfast room looked nice. The room was spacious and the furniture were new. All was clean. To choose a room with the balcony was the best choise, it was nice to watch the view from there, towards the sea. The super soft bed carpets were SUPER! Awesome! :) There was a beautiful, big pool area with a pleasant garden. I didnt swim though, as it was a bit too cold to swim on January.

Cons: The old fashioned terracotta color floortiles didnt fit with the light brown color of the new furniture, that changed the vibe of the room like 70's, although all else was good and tidy. Tha floor disturbed all the time me as an architect, but Im sure it doesnt disturb others. :D Also the corridor looked like in Romania in 70's. The way to my room was via other public room or via outside, that was a bit funny. But not a big deal really. But the worst thing happened at check-out - they cheated on the bill!!! THAT IS NOT GOOD!!! :( They tried to charge 80€ more!!! :( They had invented the room rates out of their mind, and the tax was for 2 persons, although I travelled by myself. When I as an attentive woman mentioned it, they never apologied of the room rate difference, and pretented be innocent concerning the tax. It took 20 min to fix all as it should at the office, and I had to go to the airport in a rush even. So be attentive concerning the bill, calculate it by urself in advance. That price issue case was unacceptable. But overall the hotel was nice and it would be 9/10, so I dare still to recommend it, just be attentive.

A average or less 3 star hotel. Soap in shower empty, no shampoo in its holder. Acoustics terrible -- every chair moved above or next door heard. Clearly newly refurbished... in cheap mdf.

Stayed here for 4 nights s a couple & found the stay pleasurable & the staff were friendly, but there was a big shock when they were advertising on the website as all inclusive only to find out after we paid that it was breakfast only , so disappointed with that . I told them to address this confusion urgently for their benefit, but we still went ahead & stayed there & did enjoy the experience ! Chow !

How modern the inside was and how clean the rooms were and the view we had was amazing from the balcony. Breakfast was decent and lovely. But mostly would say its the staff that made the whole holiday perfect, they were so friendly, kind, helpful and were always smiling. The hotel was always on point, no issues at all. The snack bar staff and food were amazing. Pool areas were clean & always fun to watch and hear people engaging and having a good time. Beautiful views of the hotel and entertainment team in the evenings were really fun to go to and watch. I loved this hotel they have a great team of people who work hard to keep you happy

Cons: Perhaps maybe have tissue boxes in the hotel rooms as it will be very handy to have.

We had such an enjoyable family stay. Animation team friendly and welcoming. All staff friendly. Facilities fantastic. Clean rooms. Cleaned everyday. Entertaining for the children. Great evening entertainment. Location great. Cross over the road to a lovely beach promenade. Easy walk to shops/cafes. Croc park great day out. Nice breakfast food choices. We didn’t want to come home. Not so good-

Cons: Outrageously expensive, horrible room. The room is not cleaned, there are cockroaches. Pillows like stone. We asked to change it, they said they would. But it didn't change. Breakfast from 6 a.m. At the reception desk at 6:30, nothing was received. So we flew out without breakfast.

Cons: I live in Agadir and reserved that hotel for my father after visit Marrakech. I want pick up my father after showing passport and reservation not allout. Thanks for security to the staff the "manager" wanted to act though! The rest off the staff grateful for everything 🙏

The location was great with the beach 3-4 mins walk away. Restaurants nearby. The rooms were clean.

Cons: very basic breakfast. Unhelpful and rude staff. Literally not even a tissue box in the room. Dirty kids pool and not heated at all. Definitely not even a 3 star.

Breakfast buffet was excellent and varied, as were the evening meals. Excellent on cleanliness, room comfort and friendly staff. Central location close to beach. Thank you.

Cons: Squeaking from the painting of the opposite exterior was a little intrusive. Apart from that, nothing comes to mind!

The rooms were exceptionally clean. All the teams were helpful, kind and professional but friendly. The animation team Mouss, Yoyo, Katy, Siham and two more were brilliant, funny, energetic, encouraging and respectful. The food is as expected in an AI hotel with a wide variety available however a little repetitive. The pool team and gardeners keep the grounds and pool spotless, the bar team are friendly and attentive and the reception team are helpful and approachable. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the much improved Kenzi.

Cons: Having the entertainment area moved to be separate from the bar. The room feels cramped, loud and not suitable for some of the activities. The team managed the space well and set up the room differently for each nights entertainment and made the best of the space allocated to them. Personally I preferred the entertainment in the stage/reception area.
